Picked us up right in front of the hotel,everyone was friendly but my wife and I will NEVER do it again!!!
The service was great But my wife and i both got sick. The crew was very accommodating! If you are looking to parasail you can't go wrong with them but getting sick was out of their control

I previously participated in another snorkeling tour off Waikiki and had a great time, so this time I decided to join this one, which is slightly more expensive but includes a life vest as standard. My husband, who isn't the best swimmer, insisted on having a life vest, so we chose this option, and it turned out to be a good decision. Fortunately, there were plenty of sea turtles this time, which was a delight. The water clarity was decent, and personally, I think you can have a great time snorkeling off Waikiki without needing to go far. For those who have limited time but still want to snorkel, I think this is a great option. Drinks are available for purchase, and snacks are free. As expected, drinks are on the pricier side, so it might be a good idea to bring your own.

以前もう一方のワイキキ沖シュノーケルに参加してヨカッタので今回は若干高いけどライフベストが基本で配られるこちらに参加してみました。泳ぎが今ひとつな主人がライフベストがないとイヤ、というのでそうしたのですが、結果よかったです。ラッキーなことにウミガメが今回たくさんいて堪能。透明度もまずまずだし個人的には遠出しなくても十分ワイキキ沖で楽しめると思います。あまり時間がないけどシュノーケルも、という方にはポイント高いと思います。ドリンクは有料、スナックは無料です。当たり前ですがドリンクは高めなので、持参がよいかと・・・

The large-sized submarine allowed us to see the seabed clearly without feeling cramped, and we even spotted a turtle in the corner of a sunken ship.

Additionally, there were various fish that we could see vividly, which also impressed my wife.

Even with guaranteed front-row seats, guests are seated in order from the front according to a U-shaped arrangement, so it doesn't necessarily mean you'll be sitting in the front row directly facing the stage. However, during the show, the dancers perform facing all directions, so you can still enjoy it thoroughly. I entered about 30 minutes after the doors opened, and although I wasn't in the front area, I was able to sit about three seats from the front in the side area.

Upon entry, they place a flower lei around your neck. The meal is served buffet-style, allowing you to take everything from the main dishes to salads and desserts at once. The staff will come around to ask if you need more drinks. It was a bit disappointing that poi was not on the menu. The entire show is in English. There was a brief moment when it rained, which made me anxious, but it cleared up afterward, so I was lucky. Since it's on the rooftop, it's wise to be prepared for weather changes. I think it's a show worth seeing at least once.

前方席確約であっても、コの字型の配列に従って前から順番にお客さんを入れていくので、正面の前方席に座れるというわけではありません。しかし、ショー中はダンサーたちも全方位に向かって踊ってくれるので、十分楽しめます。開場時間30分ほど後に入場しましたが、正面エリアでは無かったものの、横のエリアの前から3席目あたりに座れました。
入場時に、花のレイをかけてくれます。食事はビュッフェ方式で、一度にメインからサラダ、デザートまで取ります。おかわりのドリンクは、係の方が聞きに来てくれます。食事のメニューにポイが無かったのが残念でした。ショーはすべて英語です。一瞬、通り雨が降ったので不安になりましたが、その後晴れたのでラッキーでした。屋上のため天候に左右されるものだという覚悟はしておいた方がいいかもしれません。一度は見ておくと良いショーだと思います。

Had the best time the boys looked after us the whole time. My girlfriend had a panic attack while in the water and the guys helped her and made her feel relaxed and she was then able to enjoy herself again. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone

Our first trip abroad and I can't speak any English, while my wife has only been abroad once and also speaks very little English. Therefore, it was essential for us to have Japanese-speaking support when planning our honeymoon! A hotel with Japanese-speaking staff was a must! We also chose activities that clearly stated they had Japanese support.

This time, we booked a Hawaiian parasailing adventure! After much consideration, we decided to go parasailing at sunset and made the reservation with excitement! However, we had some concerns...

The guide: English.

This was noted... and it was on the first day of our honeymoon. We were both nervous, hoping that there would be a Japanese person in the same tour who could speak English!

On the day of the activity, a car came to pick us up right in front of the hotel, and off we went! We ended up sharing the ride with a group of three women from Kansai... who also said they couldn't speak much English.

We were anxious.

We were told we would be traveling by boat to the parasailing location. Guided by the captain and the guide, we boarded the boat.

Indeed, as clearly stated, very little Japanese was spoken, but the wonderful guide made it clear that not being able to speak much was not a barrier at all! With jokes, body language, and smiles, they guided us, and despite not understanding English, their enthusiasm and kindness made us forget the language barrier!

And finally, it was our turn!

A 150-meter course. Up we went into the sky!

With perfect weather and an amazing environment, our first parasailing experience was filled with great memories!

After three nights of our honeymoon, when we discussed what stood out the most, we unanimously agreed that parasailing was the highlight! ^_^

It turned out to be the best honeymoon ever!

初海外＆英語全く話せない僕と海外実質2回目＆英語ほぼ話せない嫁。
なので、ハネムーンのスケジュールを組む上で必須は日本語対応！！ホテルも日本語対応スタッフがいる事が最条件！！
他のアクティビティで選んだものも日本語対応と明記されているもの…


今回予約したのはハワイアンパラセイル！
色々考えて、サンセットをパラセイルで！！と意気込み予約！？
しかし不安が、、、

の表記。。。しかもハネムーンの初日に。
ドキドキの二人。同じツアーに英語ができる日本人がいてくれーーーーーー！

当日、ホテル前まで迎えの車が来てくれて、いざ！
同乗することになったのは、関西から来たという女性3人組…英語はあまり話せないそう。

ドキドキ。

確かに明記の通りほとんど日本語は通じないのですが、、全く不安に思っていた事がアホみたいに話せない事は障害にならない素晴らしいガイドさんでした！
ジョークを混ぜつつ、ボディランゲージや笑顔で誘導してくれて、英語はわからないけど、伝えようとする熱意と優しさで言葉が通じない事を忘れてしまうほど！

そしていよいよ自分らの番！

150mのコース。勢いよく空へ！

最高の天気、最高の環境、初めてのパラセイルは良い思い出のみでした！


3泊のハネムーン、最終日に一番思い出に残ったのはと夫婦で話した結果、満場一致でパラセイルでした^_^


最高のハネムーンになりましたー！

It was my first surfing experience.
I was picked up and taken to the location where I watched a video and received a brief explanation.
After that, we had a simulation on the beach where we actually moved our bodies.
The explanations were in English.

We paddled to a spot with good waves, and at the right moment, the staff pushed the board from behind.
I think it might depend on the size of the board, but I was able to stand up from the first try.
Others were also able to stand, so I think it's easy to stand up.

However, the staff were not very friendly.
There were no explanations during the surfing, so while it might be good for those who just want to stand on the surfboard,
I can't recommend it for those who want to enjoy surfing as a whole.

On the way back, it seemed like the bus left without confirming the number of people, and I was left behind.
It was disappointing to lose some time because of that.

初めてのサーフィン体験でした。
送迎をしてもらいました。
受付の場所で映像を見ながら簡単な説明。
その後ビーチにて実際に体を動かしてのシュミレーションでした。
説明等は英語でした。

波の良さげな場所までパドリングをしていき、タイミングを見計らってスタッフの方が後ろからボードを押してもらえます。
多分ボードの大きさなどもあると思いますが、一回目から立つことができました。
他の方も立てていたので、立つだけであれば簡単だと思います。

ただスタッフの方があまりフレンドリーではありません。
またサーフィン中の説明はありません。
なのでサーフボードに立ちたいという方はいいかもしれませんが、
それも含めてサーフィンを楽しみたいという方にはおススメできません。

帰りは人数を確認することなくバスを出発されているようで、置いてかれてしまいました。
そこそこ時間をロスしてしまったのも残念です。

I decided to go parasailing on short notice. Although there was a change in the time I originally wanted, I was able to participate without any worries thanks to their quick response. The transportation was on time, and the driver was very kind, properly communicating the return time to my family who saw me off at the hotel. The photos were all very beautiful and captured the fun atmosphere perfectly. Thank you very much.

急遽、決めたパラセイリング。
第一希望の時間と変更が生じましたが迅速な対応で不安なく参加することが出来ました。
送迎も時間通りで、ドライバーの方もホテルで見送った家族に戻る時間をきちんと伝えてくれ、とても親切でした。
写真もとても綺麗で楽しい雰囲気が伝わるものばかりでした。ありがとうございました。

These guys are fantastic. Very customer centric and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to show us a good time and all with a great sense of humour. They had spotted a pod of dolphins off to the left of our journey out to the turtles and took a wee detour so we could experience the dolphins. It was amazing!! Loved the turtles experience - the only recommendation here would be that the option of being able to hire a gopro on board would have put the icing on the cake. We didn't have an underwater camera and would gladly have paid to hire one to capture the turtles and colourful fish down under.
The sail was fantastic and the flying fish was another added unexpected bonus.
What a job!

On the day of the activity, it was sunny or cloudy, so I couldn't see the deep blue sea and sky from above, but I was able to enjoy a pleasant aerial stroll. It was my first time, and I challenged myself to 150 meters without feeling any fear.

I brought my smartphone, but I couldn't see the screen well due to the sunlight, so I entrusted the photo service I ordered for $30.

I was dropped into the sea, but unless you specifically request it, you only get wet up to your waist. You dry off quickly, so it's possible to stroll around the city right after.

I went without any valuables, but there was space under the chair to put my bag, and I felt completely at ease even with my wallet and camera inside.

The staff member was super handsome!

当日は晴れや曇りだったので、
上空から真っ青な海と空を見ることは出来ませんでしたが、
心地よく空中散歩ができました。
初めてでしたが150メートルに挑戦して、
恐怖感はなかったです。

スマホを持って行きましたが、日光で画面がよく見えなかったので、30ドルで写真サービスを頼んだものに託しました。

海に落として貰いましたが、特別お願いしない限りは、腰までしかぬれません。
すぐに乾くので、そのまま街を散策も可能です。

貴重品を持たずに行きましたが、
椅子の下にカバンを入れるスペースがあり、
財布やカメラを入れてても何の心配もない感じでした。

係のお兄さんが、超イケメンでした！

This time, my 76-year-old aunt also went parasailing with us. There were two other pairs of elderly American couples as well. From the high sky, we could see Waikiki and Diamond Head, and my aunt was very happy.

今回は７６歳の叔母さんも一緒にパラセイリングをしました。私たちのほかにもアメリカ人の高齢者夫婦が２組いました。高い空からワイキキやダイヤモンドヘッドが見えて叔母も大変喜んできました。

A really great evening with a wonderful sunset and great views of Waikiki and Diamond Head. Crew were excellent and fun. Would definitely recommend and will be doing again when in Honolulu

I was already excited before it started, but as we boarded the boat and headed out to sea, the beautiful ocean and the feeling of speed made it feel like a light attraction, which really boosted my spirits! The Hawaiian guide spoke Japanese and was funny, so even though there were no other Japanese participants, it was no problem at all; in fact, we became quite friendly! When we finally went up into the air, I was captivated by the view of Waikiki and the beauty of nature from above. Even though it was the highest course, I wasn't scared at all! It was so much fun that I definitely want to do it again!

始まる前からドキドキしてましたが、船に乗って沖に向かうところから綺麗な海と、船のスピード感が軽いアトラクションの様で既にテンションアップ！！笑
ガイドのハワイアンも日本語が喋れるし、おもしろいし、他に参加者の日本人がいなくても全く問題なく、むしろ仲良くなりました！！
いざ空中へ上がる時も、上空からのワイキキの景色や自然の美しさに見とれてしまって、一番高いコースだったのですが全く怖くありませんでした！！
また是非やりたいと思うくらい最高に楽しかったです＼(^ω^)／

The view from the sky was amazing! It was pleasant while heading out to sea by boat, and I was able to enjoy the flying time for a long time. Since I was staying at the Hilton, the location was also close. I would like to participate again when I come to Hawaii!

船で沖まで向かうときも気持ちよくて、飛んでる時間も長く堪能できてよかったです。
ヒルトンに宿泊していたので、場所も近かったです。
またハワイに来た時は参加したいと思います！

First, we boarded the bus that came to pick us up from the hotel, and it went around to pick up other participants' hotels as well, until the bus was just full (about 10 people) and we headed to Waikiki Beach. The two young, handsome staff members were completely English-only. Since half of the participants were from overseas (mainland America and Korea, perhaps), we boarded the boat in a bilingual atmosphere.

With upbeat music and the increasing speed, our excitement grew! The moments when we bounced on the waves were very thrilling, and it was already quite fun at that point. One man seemed to be suffering from seasickness. The boat moved along energetically, so I recommend motion sickness medication for those who are prone to it. (It felt like the vibe was targeting people in their 30s.)

Although it was English-only, we managed to communicate through gestures and by mimicking other participants, so there were no issues with putting on jackets or stowing bags under the seats. Each pair took turns jumping, and at the moment each pair jumped, everyone waved and welcomed them back with applause, creating a very friendly atmosphere!

They asked if it was okay to splash into the water, and if you answered "OK!", they would drop you into the water a couple of times at the end.

In the end, they casually took photos with us, and it felt like we had a great time playing with the cheerful staff!

まずホテルに迎えに来てくださるバスにのりこみ、
他の参加者の方々のホテルも次々回っていき、バスにちょうど満員(10名かな)のりこんでワイキキビーチへ。
若いイケメンスタッフのお兄さん２名は完全に英語オンリーです。
参加者も海外の方（アメリカ本土と韓国かな？）が半数だったので、バイリンガルな感じでボートにのりこみます。

テンション高めな音楽と、ぐんぐん上がるスピードに期待が高まりました！
海上で飛び跳ねるような瞬間はとてもスリリングで、もうその時点でかなり楽しい。笑
男性がひとり船酔いをしてしまったようでつらそうでした。
テンション高めな感じでぐいぐいボートは進むので、酔いやすい人は酔い止めをおすすめします。
（ノリ的にも30代くらいをターゲットにしてる印象でした）

英語オンリーですが、ジェスチャーと他の参加者の見よう見まねで
なんとなくジャケットを着たりカバンを椅子の下にしまったりと、コミュニケーションには問題なし。
ペアずつ飛んでいきますが、各ペアが飛ぶ瞬間はみんな手を振ってくれたり、帰ってきたら拍手で迎えてくれたりと、とても和やかでした！

「水面にボチャンしていい？」的なことを聞かれるので、ＯＫ！と答えれば、最後には水面に２・３回落としてくれます。

最後は気さくに写真を撮ってくれて、陽気なお兄ちゃんたちに遊んでもらったかんじで楽しかったです！

I didn't catch any big fish, but I had a great time in a cozy, friendly atmosphere. I went fishing with lures, and the anglers from Oregon were hitting fish one after another. After switching to a trailer rig with bait and a flasher, I finally had some success. It's a tour I'd love to go on again!

大物は釣れませんでしたが、アットホームな感じで和気藹々と楽しい時間を過ごせました。
ルアーでの釣りをしたのですが、オレゴンからの釣り客さんがヒットの連続で‥
ルアーに餌を付けトレーラー釣りとフラッシャー付きの胴付き仕掛けとチェンジし、やっとでした(^^;
また行きたいツアーです。

It was my first time parasailing, and I had a great time! Since we scheduled it for 5:00 PM, we were able to participate with just the two of us and really enjoyed the cruise.

Once the equipment was attached, without a moment to prepare myself mentally, I was soaring into the sky. The view of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head from above was incredible, and there were moments when the wind would catch us, leading to continuous cheers. It was a fun experience.

器具が装着されると、心の準備をする間もなく、するするすると大空に。上空からのワイキキビーチやダイヤモンドヘッドの眺めは最高で、時折、風にあおられるシーンも含め、歓声の連続、楽しい体験でした。

This was my second time parasailing, and I was able to enjoy it more because the flying time was longer than with the previous company. Most importantly, my family, who were flying for the first time, seemed very satisfied, which was great. The crew was also fun!

パラセイリングは2回目でしたが、前回の会社より飛んでる時間が長くて、より楽しむことができました。何より、初めて飛んだ家族がとても満足していたようなので良かったです。クルーも楽しい人でした！

This is our first time parasailing. My son and I went alone because my younger son decided last minute he wouldn't go. The weather was great but more importantly, the staff were amazing. I would recommend to anyone. I want to go again when I return. Thank you Hawaiian Parasail!!

When we applied, my wife kept refusing because she is not good with heights, but once we actually went up in the air, she forgot her fear due to the amazing scenery and was super excited! We are a middle-aged couple, but I definitely recommend it.

申し込み時、妻が高いところは苦手と申し込みを拒み続けたのですが、
いざ、申し込み　実際に上空まで行くと　その景観のすばらしさに怖さも忘れて
超興奮!

Had so much fun. My first time snorkeling. Michelle was great. Gave Great advice made me feel comfortable in the water right away. Lots of turtles.

My boyfriend and I attended a morning cruise and it was an absolutely gorgeous day to set sail. Aside from the great weather and beautiful views, Captain Clifton (and his first mate) made the cruise even more enjoyable, with tons of informative facts and joke thrown into the mix. The boat was clean, the supply of drinks varied for adults and children and the day couldn't have been spent any better.

Thanks for the ride!

Since it was my first time parasailing, I chose the 120-meter option. The driver arrived on time to pick us up and took us to the boarding area. We hung around there for about five minutes while waiting for the boat to arrive. There were a total of six groups. We set off right away, and they told us we would fly in the order we sat, and we were third. If you want photos, it costs an additional $30, but we didn't hesitate to request them.

The explanations were thorough, and I felt safe flying. The scenery was incredibly beautiful, and the wind was gentle, allowing us to enjoy the view. Just before landing, they dipped us low enough that our lower bodies got wet from the sea, so it felt like we were splashed with seawater.

They started taking photos before we boarded, capturing moments just before we took off, while we were flying, and during landing. I consider myself a strong woman in my late twenties who has never experienced seasickness, but perhaps due to the waves, I felt a bit nauseous towards the end. I recommend that those who aren't very confident take some medication beforehand. One woman on our boat completely went down.

After getting off the boat, I handed each of the two crew members $10. When we got to the boarding area, they gave us an SD card with all 77 photos on it. From our perspective, the photos were perfectly fine, and I'm glad we requested them! ^ ^

初めてのパラセイリングなので、120メートルにしました。時間通りドライバーが迎えに来てくれて、乗り場まで連れてくれました。あそこでぶらぶらして5分ほど待って、ボートが来ます。全部6組でした。早速出発し、座る順番で飛ぶよと言われ、私たちは3番目でした。写真撮って欲しいなら別途30ドールかかりますが、私たちは迷いなくお願いしました。

説明も丁寧に説明してくれるし、安心して飛べました。景色が非常に綺麗で風も穏やかで、ゆっくり眺めました。着陸する直前に下半身が濡れる程海に落としてくれて、海水を浴びましたって感じです。

乗る前に写真をスタートし、飛ぶ直前、飛んでる最中、着陸するときを全部納めてくれました。自分は船酔ったことないぐらい強い20代後半女性だと思いますが、あまりにも波のせいか、後半にはちょっと気持ち悪かったです。あまり自信のない方は薬を飲んで置いた方がおすすめです。私たちが乗っていたボートの中、一人の女性が完全にダウンしました。

船降りたら、二人のクルーに一人ずつ10ドールを手渡しました。乗り場に行くと全て77枚の入った512mb Sd-cardを渡してくれました。写真はプロじゃない私たちから見て全然OKです！お願いして良かったです^ ^

I wanted to experience surfing, which I've always admired, after seeing the beautiful ocean on my trip to Hawaii, so I made a reservation two days ago. The booking process was smooth, and it was helpful to have flexibility during my travels. Although there was a shuttle service included, the driver didn't arrive at the hotel at the scheduled time. When I called, they asked me to wait for five minutes. Fortunately, the driver arrived safely after five minutes, which was a relief. It seems that delays in shuttle service are common for morning lessons due to heavy traffic in Waikiki. The lesson itself was a group session with about ten people and three instructors. They were very cheerful and entertaining, making the experience enjoyable. I was nervous since it was my first time, but when I finally managed to ride a wave, it was an emotional moment! I felt grateful to have participated, enjoying the beautiful ocean right in front of me and the pleasure of surfing. I would love to do this again when I come back to Hawaii!

ハワイ旅行で美しい海をみたら今まで憧れていたサーフィンを体験したく2日前に予約しました。スムーズに予約確定いただけフレキシブルに動きたい旅行中には助かりました。送迎付でしたがなかなかホテルまで送迎の時間になってもドライバーがやって来ず電話連絡したところ5分待ってと。5分後ドライバーさんが無事に来てくれて一安心。ワイキキ市内はとても渋滞していたので朝のレッスンは送迎が遅れることは普通みたいです。レッスン自体は10人ほどのグループレッスンでインストラクター3人。とても明るく面白く映画でしたが楽しんで教えていただけました。初めてで不安でしたが何とか波乗りできたときは感動！目の前の美しい海と波乗りの心地よさに参加してよかった！と思えました。
またハワイに来たときもお願いしたいです！

I went parasailing for the first time. It was a moment where I felt like a bird soaring through the blue sky and over the ocean. At first, I was a bit scared, but the crew created a reassuring atmosphere, and we were able to start smoothly. Once I was flying, it truly felt amazing, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I will definitely challenge myself to do it again next year!

This was my second experience, following last year. The crew was the same! They kept the atmosphere lively while we were on the boat and were very considerate, making the experience feel safe. I participated in a swimsuit and a light hoodie, and sunglasses and sunscreen are a must. I hung my phone in a waterproof case around my neck and went up into the sky! There were even elementary school-aged children participating. My 13-year-old had a great time. It's an experience that changes your perspective on the world.

昨年に続き2度目の体験でした。
クルーも同じ人！
ボートに乗ってる間も盛り上げてくれたり、気遣いをしてくれて安心して体験できます。
水着に薄手のパーカーで参加し、サングラス、日焼け止め必須です。首から防水ケースに入れた携帯を下げて上空へ！小学生くらいのお子さんも参加してます。
うちは13歳で体験してとっても喜んでました。
世界観の変わる経験です。

I participated with my son. Since I had done parasailing before, I requested 150 meters this time. The port is close, so we didn't have to wake up early, and we were able to return to the hotel by the morning, making good use of our afternoon time.

The 150 meters was really high, and the weather was perfect, so I created another wonderful memory with my son.

The pickup was on time, and our driver, Mr. Yano, was very friendly, making the ride to and from very enjoyable.

パラセイルは前にもやったことがあるので、今回は150mでお願いしました。
港も近いので早起きしなくてもいいし、午前中にはホテルに帰れたので午後の時間も有効に使えました。

やっぱり150mはすごく高くて、お天気も最高だったので、息子との楽しい思い出がまた１つ増えました。

ピックアップも時間通りでしたし、ドライバーのヤノ先生もとてもフレンドリーで行き帰りの車中でも、とても楽しめました。
