The inside of the submarine was clean, and it was nice to see the ocean clearly through the windows. However, I only saw small fish and didn't encounter any large or unusual fish, or turtles at all. This is left to nature, so it's certainly not the fault of the tour, but it was disappointing. I wouldn't mind if the price were higher; I would like to be taken to a place where I can see various tropical fish and sharks.

潜水艦の中はきれいで窓からは海の様子がはっきり見えてよかったのですが、小さい魚ばかりで大きい魚や珍しい魚、亀などは全然みることはできませんでした。これは自然任せなので、決してこのツアーのせいではないのですが残念でした。料金は高くなっても構わないので、色々な熱帯魚やサメなどが見れる場所に連れて行って欲しいと思います。

The journey to get there and the actual submarine experience were both valuable and incredibly fun. The explanations were mostly in English. I was able to save the Japanese audio data in advance, but I think it would be more enjoyable to listen to the live English explanations on-site.

行くまでの道中も実際の潜水艦も貴重な体験でとっても楽しかったです。基本的には英語での解説でした。事前に日本語音声データを保存できましたが聴きながらではなくその場の英語の解説がより楽しめると思います。

Snorkeling and scuba diving can be quite challenging, so I participated in a submarine tour where I could easily see the fish underwater. The water was very clear, and I could see the fish gathering around the reefs well. It was a highly satisfying tour.

シュノーケリングやスキューバダイビングはハードルが高いので、気軽に海中の魚を見ることができる潜水艦ツアーに参加しました。海水の透明度が高く漁礁に集まる魚が良く見え、満足感の高いツアーでした。

Great tour guide, was funny and knowledgeable. Only problem was that the waters were murky from the waves at the time so weren’t able to see anything through the glass but we did see a turtle in the water. Was nice to be out on the boat.

The submarine was really fun! The window views were a bitf oggy the day we went, but to be underwater was cool all around.

I participated alone, and this tour is definitely worth joining. It's about a 2-hour tour, but you can see a variety of fish and turtles up close through the glass, and the time passes so quickly because the content is so rich. From the dock, you board a boat and then switch to a submarine in the middle of the sea, which was an exciting experience climbing in and out of the submarine via a ladder. I had prepared a Japanese audio guide in advance, but I was too busy observing the mysterious underwater scenery in front of me to listen. Many participants were families, and the children were delighted. You can have a great time even if you participate alone.

目の前に映る神秘的な海底の様子を観察することに忙しく聴くことはありませんでした　参加者は家族連れが多く子供達は喜んでいました　ひとりで参加しても十分楽しめます

It was a bit murky in the afternoon, but I was able to see fish clearly at certain points, and although from a distance, I also saw a turtle, so I was satisfied. I didn't use the Japanese guide because I wasn't sure when to listen to it. However, I think it's a tour that can be enjoyed fully without the staff guide or the Japanese guide if you love the ocean and fish.

午後からの出向で少し濁っていましたが、ポイントポイントではしっかりと魚を見ることができたし、遠目でしたが亀も見れたので満足です。
日本語ガイドは聴くタイミングがよくわからなかったので使いませんでした。
でも、海や魚が好きならスタッフのガイドも日本語ガイドも無くても十分に楽しめるツアーだと思います。

From inside the submarine, you can see dolphins and other marine life. I thought it would be similar to an aquarium, but the closeness of seeing them from inside the ship was completely different!

潜水艦の中から、イルカなど見ることもできます。
水族館と似たような感覚なのかなと思いましたが、船の中から見る近さなど、まったく違うものでした！

I was thrilled to see sea turtles. It's a rare experience, and if you go to Hawaii, it's definitely something you should do. I was satisfied with the many photos and videos I was able to take.

ウミガメが見れて感激。
なかなか出来ない体験でハワイへ行ったらぜひ行って欲しい体験です。
沢山写真に動画も撮れて満足でした。

I had a reservation for the last event of the season on April 15, 2024, but due to rain, the boat could not go out. I was contacted and given the option to reschedule for another day or receive a refund. Since I had some flexibility in my itinerary, I requested to reschedule for April 16 if possible, and they agreed to operate the boat on that day as well!

I wanted my 2-year-old son, who loves whales and dolphins, to see these natural creatures, so I rescheduled. On the day of the trip, it was sunny and we were able to set sail, and we saw both whales and dolphins, which was wonderful! The English guide provided thorough information, and it was an interesting experience!

However, be careful as the address for the meeting point provided in the voucher and on the website was incorrect. If you rely on the address, you will end up at the far end of the harbor. The correct meeting point is at Pink Sails Waikiki, which you can find by searching; it’s located just before the harbor, where you turn right at the first road (with hotels on your right and continuing straight past the boats on your left). If you are traveling with small children, it can be quite a hassle, so please be cautious!

今季最後の開催日である2024/4/15に予約をしていましたが、雨天で船が出せないことに。別日に振替か返金かを選べると連絡がありました。
旅程に余裕があったため、可能なら4/16に振り替えたいと連絡すると、予定になかった4/16も船を出してくれることに！
クジラとイルカが好きな2歳の息子に自然の生き物を見せたかったので、振り替えました。当日は無事に晴れて出航できたし、クジラもイルカも見られてとてもよかったです！
英語ガイドも丁寧な内容で、興味深い体験が出来ました！

ただ、バウチャーやべるとら上で事前に連絡されていた集合場所の住所が違っていたので要注意です。
住所を頼りに行くと、ハーバーの一番奥に到着してしまいます。正しい集合場所はピンクセイルズワイキキで検索して出てくる、ハーバーの1番手前の道を右に曲がったところ（右手にホテル郡、左に船を見て真っ直ぐ進んだ先）です。
小さいお子さん連れの場合、かなりの労力を浪費することになるのでご注意ください！

I was able to see a pod of dolphins swimming alongside us for a long time. The whales were quite elusive, but we managed to spot one in the distance after continuing to move the boat. It seems that there are significant differences in sightings depending on the day.

Along with sunscreen, motion sickness medication is essential. When heading out to search for whales, the waves can be quite rough, and it can be pretty scary until you get used to it. There were even children who fell inside the boat. The guide was speaking in English and kept cracking quite a few dad jokes. I recommend this for those who aren't afraid of the ocean's swaying!

イルカの群れも並走し長く見ることができました。
鯨はなかなかあらわれずでしたが、
がんばって船を動かしつづけ最後遠くにですが、見ることができました。
日によって見れる時と見れない時の差がはげしいようです。

日焼け止めとともに、
酔い止めは必須です。鯨をさがし沖にむかいつきすすむときは揺れが激しく、
慣れるまではかなり怖いです。中で転んでいる子供もいました。
ガイドのお兄さんは英語ですが、かなりなオヤジギャグを連発でした。
海の揺れが怖くない！って方にはおすすめです。

It was a cool experience. We seen all kinds of fish, turtles, starfish and a shark. Definitely worth the experience the crew was great and knowledgeable. I would definitely go again

I did get a bit seasick along the way, but I was able to see the seabed, and I was surprised to find fish in such deep waters. If I have the chance again, I would love to do it again.

It was my second time, and I had a great time. I was a bit concerned about the price being on the higher side. The sea was beautiful, and the crew was very kind to us.

2回目でしたが、楽しかったです。
ちょっと値段がお高いのが気になりました。
海は綺麗だし、クルーの方が優しくしてくださいました。

There were only two of us participating from Japan. Everything was explained in fast-paced English, which I couldn't understand at all, but that was expected, so it wasn't a problem. I was satisfied to see the whale's tail from a distance a few times, which was also within my expectations. However, when snacks were being distributed, they didn't even acknowledge us, and when we were getting off, they kept looking at our hands, probably checking if we would leave a tip? I got off the boat feeling disappointed.

日本人の参加は私達2人だけでした。説明など全て早口の英語で全くわからなかったけど、想定内の事なので問題なし。クジラも遠くに尻尾が見える程度でこれも想定内でしたので､何度か見る事ができたので満足でした。ただ、スナックを配ばる際､私達2人には声もかけてもらえず、降りる時､ずっと手元を見られていて、チップ入れるか確認してたのかな？残念な思いで下船しました。

A disclaimer agreement is sent via email in English beforehand, so all participants need to check it and return it. I used Google Lens to roughly translate it, checked it, and replied, but since it was a boat activity, it was a long document.

Although it was more expensive than other tours, it was nice that we could embark without moving. However, the reception location was hard to find, and the meeting place was also unclear. Although it was supposed to start at 1 PM, we were told it would be from 1 to 8 PM on the day, which made it feel like we were starting off late. (The port call was around 3:30 PM.)

Unfortunately, on the day I participated, we didn’t see any whales or dolphins, just a turtle floating by, and it turned out to be more of a cruise around Diamond and other scenic spots. It seemed like they really tried hard to find something since they are in the business. In such cases, you will receive a reboarding ticket when you disembark. If you wish, you can also make a reservation for the next day on your way back.

I couldn’t ask in detail since I’m not fluent in English, but I was told that the ticket can be used the following year or anytime after. Just let them know over the phone that you have the reboarding ticket to make a reservation. (I believe they also mentioned that you could transfer to other sunset cruises. It seems that if it’s a more expensive tour, there might be a difference in cost.)

The reboarding ticket has the number of participants written on it, and I was told that it cannot be split into individual tickets for two people to use separately. So, it might be better not to set the reboarding for the last day of your trip!

The explanation on the boat right after boarding was, of course, in native-speed English, and the safety instructions were quite long. Since I’m not fluent in English, I didn’t understand it well, which made me a bit cautious about safety.

As for moving around the boat, there are open spaces at the front and back without a roof, seating inside, and some tables. There is a restroom in the starboard lower deck. There’s also a bar counter inside the boat. Free chips and snacks are available on the tables inside. If you sit outside, the staff will come to take your drink orders. Free soft drinks include pineapple, guava, Sprite, Coca-Cola, and water. You can have as many as you want for free, but tips are appreciated.

In the end, we didn’t see any whales, but since you can board again if you don’t see any, it might be nice for those with time to enjoy multiple cruises. By the way, when I asked if there were whales yesterday, they said there were. Personally, I think the afternoon departure, unlike other tours, might increase the chances of seeing them.

The boat rocked quite a bit. It’s dangerous to move around while it’s moving, so it’s best to hold onto the handrails and go slowly. Those who are sensitive might get seasick. The sun was shining brightly, so be careful of sunburn. Since it rocked a lot and I didn’t move around, I couldn’t take many pictures of the boat.

他のツアーより割高だが、移動せずに出航できてよかった。ただし、受付の場所がわかりにくく、集合場所もよくわからず、13時からであるが当日で13－20と言われ、はいはい遅れるのね・・・というスタートでした。（寄港は15：30くらい）

また、仕方ないですが、参加した日は鯨はみられませんでして、イルカもみられず、ちらっと亀が浮いているだけで、ダイヤモンドやその他景色をクルージングしたような形になりました。向こうも商売なので、かなり粘って探してくれたように感じました。
そういう場合は、降りる際に、再乗船できるチケットをいただけます。希望すれば帰りにそのまま翌日の予約もできます。

英語が堪能でないので詳しくは聞けませんでしたが、翌年でもそのあとでも、ずっと使えるよ。電話でその再乗船券を持っていることを伝えて予約してね。とのことでした。（他のサンセットクルーズなどにも振り替えができると説明していたと思われます。より高いツアーであれば差額が必要っぽい）
再乗船のための券が、人数がかかれているものであり、二人別々に使うように一名ずつのチケットに分割することはできないと言われましたので、再利用はその旅行内にできるように、最終日に設定しない方がいいのかもしれません！

乗船した後すぐの船の上での説明は、当然ネイティブスピードの英語での注意事項説明などが、結構長くありまして、英語が堪能でないのでよくわかっておりませんでしたので、安全上ちょっと怪しげだったので気をつけました。

船上の動き方としては、屋根がない前と後ろのスペースと、船内に座れるところ、一部テーブルがあり、船内右舷地下にトイレがあります。船内にバーカウンターもあります。船内のテーブルには無料のチップスなどが置いてあります。外に座っていると、係の方がドリンクのオーダーを取りに来てくれます。無料のソフトドリンクは、パイナップル、グアバ、スプライト、コカコーラ、水などがあります。何杯でも無料ですがチップをちょうだいね。のシステムのようでした。

結果、鯨はみられませんでしたが、みられないとまた船に乗れるので、時間がある方にとっては、何度もクルージングできていいかもしれません。ちなみに昨日は鯨はいたか？と聞いてみたら、いたよー。ということでした。個人的には他のツアーと違っての午後出発なので、時間帯的にみられる可能性が高い低いあるかもなと思ったりしています。

船、結構揺れました。動いている途中の移動は危険なので手すり捕まってゆっくりがよさそうです。弱い人は酔うかもです。日光さんさんとしていて、日焼け危険です。揺れが大きくて移動しなかったので、船の写真はあまりとれませんでした。

When it comes to winter in Hawaii, whale watching is definitely a highlight! I participated in early February 2024.

I took an Uber from my hotel to the meeting point for the first morning tour. During this time of year, it can get a bit cool in the mornings and evenings, so having a light jacket was a good idea. Upon arriving at the meeting point right next to the Prince Hotel, I found many guests from the mainland USA already lined up. (It seemed there were few Asian guests.) After giving my name to a staff member in a PINK SAILS uniform, I completed the check-in process. Once the boat was ready, we were guided to board.

The interior of the boat is spacious, but seats at the front and on the upper deck are taken in the order of boarding. If you hesitate, you might miss out on a good seat, so I recommend getting in line early!

I was a bit anxious about seasickness, but the waves were calm on the day I participated. Since it was a catamaran, there was little rocking, and I could enjoy the pleasant sea breeze. We departed the harbor and moved a little off the coast of Waikiki. The boat stopped near Hilton's beach, and the whale watching began. Fortunately, during my tour, we spotted a mother and calf whale within just a few minutes, coming close enough to see them clearly. We maintained a respectful distance to avoid stressing the whales, allowing us to observe their fins and spouts for a while.

The onboard guide spoke entirely in English, providing detailed explanations about whale behavior, including parenting methods, as well as the direction of where to look for the whales. While good listening skills in English are necessary, there were many interesting stories that were very informative. The guide also indicated the direction of the whales (like 11 o'clock or 3 o'clock), and all the guests from the mainland were looking in the same direction. Even if someone missed the English explanation, they could follow the gaze of the other guests to spot the whales!

However, since the color of the whales' backs can blend in with the ocean, it might be difficult to see them from a distance. If you're prepared, bringing binoculars could help you see better.

After enjoying the whale watching, a pod of dolphins appeared in the distance. While they didn't jump high, they surfaced and showed their fins, and compared to the whales, the dolphins were more playful and adorable, which was a delightful surprise. Just when I thought I was already satisfied with the whales, the excitement continued! A white woman sitting next to me kept exclaiming "Oh my god" in delight, and the little children were also visibly thrilled.

Seeing such precious wildlife off the coast of Waikiki, surrounded by tall buildings, truly showcases the unique beauty of Hawaii's nature. It seems there are days when you might not see anything depending on the wave conditions and the whales' mood, so I feel incredibly grateful for my good fortune.

冬のハワイの風物詩といえば、やっぱりホエールウォッチングですね！2024年2月初旬に参加しました。

朝一番の回、ホテルからUberで集合場所まで移動。この時期のハワイは朝晩少し涼しくなりますので、薄手の上着があって良かったです。プリンスホテル真横の集合場所に到着すると、既にたくさんの米国本土のお客様が並んでいました。（アジア系のゲストは少ない様子でした。）
PINK SAILSさんの制服を着たスタッフさんに名前を伝えればチェックイン完了です。船の準備が整ったところで乗船の案内をいただきました。
船内は広々していますが、前の席や上のデッキ等は乗船した順で取られていきます。遠慮していると良い席に座れなくなりますので、早めに列に並んでおくのがお勧めです。！

船酔いしないか少しヒヤヒヤしていましたが、私が参加した日は波も穏やか。カタマラン船なので船の揺れも少なく、気持ち良い潮風を感じることもできました。港を出発しワイキキ沖を少し進みます。ヒルトンのビーチが見える辺りで船が止まり、クジラ探しがスタート。私の参加回は強運なことに数分の創作でクジラの親子が見つかり、ギリギリ見えるくらいの距離まで接近してくれました。親子のストレスにならないようにボートとクジラの距離を保ちながら、しばらくクジラの背びれや潮吹きの様子を見ることができました。

船内のガイドは全て英語ですが、クジラの見える方向に加えて子育ての仕方などもクジラの生態も丁寧に説明してくれます。英語のリスニング力が必要ですが、興味深い話も多く、大変参考になりました。
またクジラが見える場所については、何時の方向（11時の方向、3時の方向等）で教えてくれますし、一緒に乗っているアメリカ本土のお客さんが全員同じ方向を向いてくれます。英語ガイドを聞き逃した人も、周りのお客さんに合わせて視線を向ければ、クジラの姿に気がつくはず…です！

なお、クジラの背中と海の色が似ているため、なかなか遠くからは見えづらい場合もあると思います。準備ができる方は望遠鏡などを持っていくとよく見えるかもしれません。

一通りクジラウォッチングを楽しんだ後、遠くにイルカの群れが現れてました。大きなジャンプこそなかったですが、鼻を出してくれたり、背びれを見せてくれたり、クジラに比べてアグレッシブでかわいいイルカたちも見られ感動でした。クジラだけでも大満足だったところに嬉しいサプライズ！横に乗っていた白人女性の方は嬉しさのあまり「Oh my god」と言い続け、小さなお子さんたちも大喜びの様子でした。

ビルが立ち並ぶワイキキ沖でこんなに貴重な野生動物が見られるなんて、ハワイの大自然は唯一無二ですね。
波の状況やクジラの気分によっては見られない日もあるようなので、自身の強運には驚きと感謝ばかり。

参加でき本当に良かったです。スタッフの皆様ありがとうございました！

It was great to see the spouts and tails of two whales multiple times in the big rolling waves. The cruise ship kept following the whales, allowing us to see them several times. It would have been perfect to see them a bit closer, but the timing was just right. It was also nice to view Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head from the sea. The cost performance is good.

大きなうねり波の中で、2頭のクジラの塩吹き、潜った時の尾ひれを何回も見れて大変良かった。
クルーズ船がずーっとクジラを追ってくれて、何度も見ることが出来た。
もう少し近くで見れれば最高だったが、時間的にも丁度良かった。
ワイキキビーチやダイアモンドヘッドを海から眺めるのも良かった。
コスパはいいですね。

We had an amazing experience with Chad and the crew of Three Tiki Sailing. We took an 8:00 am sail to avoid the winds and the weather was perfect. Parking was easy and inexpensive along the harbor. There was another large group lining up near our catamaran. We were happy to find that our boat had only a dozen guests making for what felt like a private tour. We almost felt sorry for the packed multi-level boat adjacent to us. The Three Tiki team were entertaining and made the entire tour educational. We saw a sea turtle before we even made it out of the harbor. Within 20 minutes we saw our first whale and consistently saw a mom and calf throughout our time. It does get a little chilly in the morning so a light jacket is recommended. Honestly if we hadn’t seen any whales the experience alone of sailing on the catamaran and lounging in the trampolines would have been worth it. But the Three Tiki team navigated well and made sure we got the full experience. Would highly recommend this group.

Since I was staying at Hawaiian Village, it was easy to find the location of Pink Sails in front of Prince Waikiki, about a 15-minute walk. We set sail at 8 AM, and during the two-hour trip, we were able to see the spouts from a distance several times. When we turned around, we encountered a whale swimming slowly parallel to our boat, and later, two more whales swam by. Finally, we saw one of them slowly sinking its tail as if to say goodbye. I think a smaller boat would have allowed us to see them even closer, but I felt very lucky. I bought motion sickness medication at ABC Mart and took it beforehand. If you plan to go, I recommend bringing some from Japan.

ハワイアンビレッジに宿泊していたので、徒歩15分くらいで、プリンスワイキキ前のピンク・セイルズの場所はわかりやすかったです。朝8時に出航し、2時間の間に遠目に潮吹きを何度か見られて、Uターンしたころに、船にゆっくりと並行するくじらと遭遇、そのあとも2頭のくじらが泳ぎ去り、最後にさよならをするようにゆっくりとしっぽを沈めていくのを見ることが出来ました。もう少し小さな船のほうが、もっと間近で見られていたようにですが、とても運が良かったと思います。酔い止めはABCマートで買い事前に飲みました。予定しているのなら日本からの持参をお勧めします。

The weather was cloudy with light rain starting partway through, but I was fortunate enough to spot whales three times, seeing their spouts, backs, and tails. It was an English tour, but whenever a whale appeared, someone would shout "Whale! Right?" so it wasn't a problem. I was at the very front of the boat and was thrilled to see turtles and dolphins swimming nearby. However, the boat was quite rocky, so I strongly recommend taking motion sickness medication. I also noticed some people feeling groggy inside the boat.

Additionally, it can be surprisingly cold on the water, so a jacket or a towel is essential. There is a directive to print out a waiver on paper, but it seemed that you could also read a QR code at the reception and respond that way. For those who are not confident in English, I think it would be fine to sign the printed paper and bring it along.

天候は曇りで途中から小雨が降るなど恵まれませんでしたが、クジラには気付いただけで3回、塩吹き、背中、尾びれまで見ることが出来ました。英語ツアーでしたがクジラがでるとどなたかがWhale！right などと叫ぶので問題なかったです。船の一番前で見ていたところ、カメやイルカが泳ぐのも身近に見れて大満足。ただし、かなり揺れがあったので酔い止めを飲まれることを強くおすすめします。船内でグロッキー状態の方も見かけました。
また海上は意外と寒いので上着やバスタオルなど羽織物も必須です。
なお、宣誓書を紙でプリントアウトしていくよう指示がありますが、当日受付でQRコードを読んで回答してもよいようでした。英語苦手な方は印刷した紙にサインしてお持ちになればよいかと思います。

Twenty years ago, when I boarded, it was cramped and fully booked... The windows were small and hard to see out of, but this time I read in the reviews that the sea is clearer in the morning, so I made a reservation for the early morning. There happened to be only six of us on board... It felt like we had the place to ourselves, and my family was happy.

20年前に乗船した時は狭いし、満席で…
窓も小さくて見難かったけれど、今回は口コミを読んで朝の方が海が濁っていないとしり、朝イチで予約。
乗船したのが、たまたま6人だけで…ゆったり貸切気分で過ごせました。家族も喜んでいました。

The guides for this tour are all American, so if you don't understand English, you won't be able to enjoy it 100%. There is a Japanese audio guide available, but the guides tell a lot of jokes, so understanding them will enhance your experience.
The submarine is anchored offshore, and you will take a shuttle boat to get there. There are restrooms on the shuttle boat, so please take care of that before boarding.
At a depth of 30 meters, you can see the wreckage of fighter planes and sunken ships. Fortunately, we were lucky enough to see a sea turtle swimming above the sunken ship. The course lasts 40 minutes, but it goes by in no time. It seems that the sea is less murky in the morning.

このツアーのガイドはすべてアメリカ人なので、英語がわからないと100%は楽しめません。日本語オーディオガイドがありますが、ガイドの話はジョークが多いので、それがわかるともっと楽しめます。
潜水艦は沖に停泊しており、そこまでシャトルボートで向かいます。トイレはシャトルボートにあるので、乗り込む前に済ませておいてください。
水深30mmで潜ると、戦闘機の残骸や沈没船が見れます。今回ラッキーなことにウミガメが沈没船の上を泳いでいました。40分のコースですが、あっという間に終了します。午前中の方が海は濁ってないみたいです。

It was a comfortable catamaran boat. It was a bit small, but we were able to see several whales swimming perfectly. Thanks to our cheerful guide, we really enjoyed the cruise.

快適なカタマランボートでした。やや小ぶりでしたが、何頭かの鯨が泳ぐ姿もバッチリ。陽気なガイドさんのおかげでクルーズもenjoy出来ました。

We were able to see whales safely, although we were a bit far away. However, the wind was strong and the waves were high, causing the boat to rock a lot. By the time we reached the whale watching point, the situation was quite tough, and honestly, it felt like we couldn't focus on seeing the whales at all. Those who don't get seasick seemed to be having a great time, but I think it's essential for those who are prone to motion sickness to take medication.

少し離れたところからではありましたが、無事にクジラは見れました。ただ風が強く、波も高かったので船がすごく揺れました。クジラが見れるポイントについた時にはかなり辛い状況で、正直クジラを見るどころではない感じでした。船酔いしない人は楽しそうにしてましたが、酔いやすい人は酔い止め必須だと思います。

After watching the sunrise at Diamond Head, I returned to the hotel to change and then participated in the 10:30 whale watching tour. I thought I might not see any whales since it was only a two-hour trip, but I was able to see whales multiple times, although they were a bit distant on either side of the boat. It was also thanks to being on the boat that I could see Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach! It was cloudy, so it wasn't a concern, but on a sunny day, it would be wise to apply sunscreen thoroughly (the wind is strong, so hats can fly away). One point to note is that the announcements were only in English, and it was a bit unclear that I needed to sign a waiver before boarding, but other than that, I was really satisfied.

ダイヤモンドヘッドの朝日を見て、ホテルに帰って着替えてから、10時半のホエールウォッチングに参加しました。
2時間なので見えないかもと思っていましたが、船の左右で少し離れてはいましたが何度も鯨を見ることができました。
ダイヤモンドヘッドとワイキキビーチが見えるのも船に乗ったからこそ！
曇り空だったので気になりませんでしたが、快晴なら日焼け止めをしっかり塗ったほうが良さそう。（風が強いので帽子は飛んでいきます）
ただ一点、英語のアナウンスのみのため、補償契約を乗船前に書かなくてはいけないのが分かりづらかったけど、それ以外は本当に満足でした。

The check-in was quick and painless. The boat was very clean & had a bathroom (which we didn’t need.) The crew gave each passenger a small bottle of water. The crew was friendly and they had great music onboard. It was a beautiful morning on the water and the sailing was smooth. Sadly, we didn’t see any whales, but understandably, that can’t be controlled. They did offer us a second trip at no cost, which I feel is the best they can do! I loved the size of the boat the most. It’s big enough to manage the sea, but not so large you feel lost in the passenger count. If you want a wonderful morning on the water, don’t hesitate to book.

I didn't see any whales, but the view of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head from the ocean was very beautiful! I accepted that it was just a matter of luck, but I still enjoyed the cruising experience. It was really bumpy, so I definitely recommend bringing motion sickness medication from Japan.

くじらは見られませんでしたが、海の上から見るワイキキビーチとダイヤモンドヘッドはとても綺麗でした！
こればっかりは運なので仕方がない、と諦めましたがクルージングだけでも充分楽しめました。すごく揺れたので酔い止めは日本から持って行ったほうが絶対にいいと思います。

Everyone except for my husband and me were foreigners. If you don't set the audio guide to Japanese, you won't understand the explanations at all. However, since the boat rocks a lot on the way, it's better to have motion sickness medication. It was thrilling to transfer from the boat to the submarine. Moving in the middle of the ocean to the submarine was amazing. When a sea turtle swam close to the window, I was so impressed! It was great to encounter various fish as well.

私達夫婦以外全て外国人。説明も日本語オーディオガイドにセットしないと説明が全く分からず、しかし、行きの船がとても揺れるので酔い止めの薬は、あった方が良い。船から潜水艇を乗り移る時などは感動。海のど真ん中でから、潜水艇へと移動。ウミガメが、窓の近くに泳いで来てくれた時は、すご〜い❗️と感動。
色んな魚とも出会いよかったです。

I participated at the end of the year. I took motion sickness medication, but the boat was very slow, and it was tough until we returned to land. I couldn't see any whales, but later I heard that it's quite rare to see them around Oahu. Even if you do see them, they are said to be very far away. I think it would be better to participate in Maui or similar locations.

年末に参加しました。
酔い止めを飲んで参加しましたが、船がとてもゆっくりで陸に戻るまで辛かったです。
クジラも見る事ができなかったのですが、後で聞くとオアフで見られるのはかなり希なようですね。
見る事ができてもとても遠いとの事でした。
マウイ島などで参加されるのがよいと思います。
