The view from above was nothing short of amazing. There were some waves, but I enjoyed it without getting seasick. Two cheerful staff members kindly assisted us while mixing in some Japanese, and since it was our last challenge, we were playfully splashed down multiple times...

Arrived quickly from the airport to the hotel. It's reassuring that the tip is included. There are people in yellow uniforms at the pickup area, so it's very helpful, and they can communicate in Japanese, which is great.

空港から、ホテルまで素早く到着。チップ込が安心。乗り場も黄色の服の人がいるので親切で日本語も通じるのでとても良い。

I participated in a private lesson with three people. The instructors, despite their limited Japanese, provided enjoyable advice, and by the end of the hour, I was able to ride the waves. I finished feeling very satisfied and created wonderful memories.

３人のプライベートレッスンで参加しました。インストラクターの方々は、片言の日本語ながら楽しくアドバイスしてくださり、１時間の中で波に乗れるようになり、大満足で終えました。最高の思い出が作れました。

Although the height of 150 meters was intimidating, it didn't ascend at the speed of a roller coaster, allowing me to enjoy the scenery. I was worried about whether I could experience it while wearing glasses, so I brought prescription goggles, but I think glasses would probably be fine too. However, if you fall, you won't be able to retrieve them. They took many photos, which made for great memories.

150mという高さに怖さもありましたが、ジェットコースターのような速さで登ることはなく、景色を楽しめました。
メガネをかけていても体験できるのかと不安に思い、度付きのゴーグルを持っていきましたが、たぶんメガネでも大丈夫です。ただ、落ちても回収はできません。
写真もたくさん撮ってくださり良い思い出になりました。

The car arrived on time. The roads were clear, and we reached the airport early. The driver was also a calm person.

I couldn't stop feeling excited since we set off on the boat, and when it was time to fly, my excitement was through the roof! It was quite high and a bit bumpy, giving it a thrilling attraction-like feeling! The view of Waikiki and Honolulu from the sea was breathtaking! It felt great when we briefly touched down on the water as we landed! It was an amazing experience! 😊

I used the shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. It was helpful that they came to pick me up right in front of the hotel! We got caught in traffic along the way, which added about 20 minutes to the trip, but since they scheduled the pickup with some extra time, I made it to the flight with plenty of time to spare!

ホテルの前までピックアップしに来てもらえたので助かりました！
途中、渋滞に巻き込まれ、20分ほど時間が多めにかかりましたが、余裕をみて配車されていたので飛行機には十分間に合いました！

The pickup was on time. The driver spoke English, but I understood most of it. We handled our own luggage.

Food can be better. Show is great and you should add the pictures at discounted as part of the deal.

It was my first time parasailing, and it turned out to be a very enjoyable experience. The reception and boarding staff can communicate in English, and they speak in simple English, so there’s no need to worry too much. You place your belongings at your feet, so I recommend not bringing anything you don’t want to get wet or putting them in a waterproof case. During parasailing, there’s hardly any swaying, but the boat does rock, so those who are prone to seasickness should be cautious. Also, if there are many participants, the boarding time can be longer, so it’s a good idea to bring motion sickness medication.

初めてのパラセーリングでしたが、とても楽しい体験になりました。
受付・乗船スタッフは英語対応になりますが、簡単な英語で話してくれるため、あまり心配しなくても大丈夫でした。荷物は足元に置くので、濡れたくないものは持って行かないか、防水ケースにいれるといいと思います。パラセーリング中はほとんど揺れませんが、船は揺れるので酔いやすい人は注意です。また、参加組数が多いと乗船時間が長くなるため、酔い止めを持参するといいと思います。

I wanted to try parasailing in Hawaii! The boat sways a lot, so it's better to take motion sickness medication. It wasn't scary at all, just a lot of fun. You can see Diamond Head, and the scenery is amazing! The instructor was cheerful and made it enjoyable. I want to do it again someday! Thank you very much.

I have been to Cirque du Soleil several times, but this one was filled with Hawaiian traditions, and I thought it was really great!! I'm glad I got to see it in Hawaii!

They picked me up on time. I felt relieved that they understood Japanese. They also helped with lifting my suitcase, and the service was great.

I thought it was very enjoyable and a great experience, but it was shorter than the promised time, and I was disappointed that we were instructed to get off without any warning, as the next group was boarding immediately. It felt like it ended abruptly.

とても楽しくて体験できて良かったと思いますが、提示の時間より短くて、予告もなく降りるように指示され直ぐに次のグループが乗り込む感じだったのが残念でした。急に呆気なく終わった感じでした。

I waited in front of the hotel 15 minutes before the meeting time. While waiting, I felt a bit anxious when a bus with the "Roberts Hawaii" logo passed by, wondering if I had been left behind, but it seems there are various shuttle buses running.
The bus arrived 10 minutes after the meeting time. Considering the traffic situation, it was not a problem.
After picking up a group from another hotel, we arrived at the airport in about 45 minutes. When I tried to get off with another group, I was told that we were at a different terminal, and they informed me, "You are not here."
The driving was very safe, and I enjoyed the last views from the window, feeling nostalgic about Hawaii.

ホテル前に集合時間の15分前から待ちました。待ってる間に「Roberts Hawaii」のロゴのバスが通り過ぎるので、置いて行かれたのかと少々、不安になりますが、色んなシャトルバスが走ってるようです。
バスは集合時間の10分後に来ました。交通事情もあるでしょうから、問題ありません。
別のホテルで1組を乗せて、45分くらいで空港に着きました。もう1組と一緒に降りようとすると、ターミナルが違うそうで「あなたはここではないよ」と教えてくれました。
とても安全運転で、ハワイの名残おしい気持ちで景色を見ながら、最後の車窓を楽しみました。

We thoroughly enjoyed the shows featuring Hawaiian dance, Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson, and more, and my two granddaughters were extremely satisfied! The reason is that Elvis appears in the animated movie "Lilo & Stitch," which is currently very popular among little kids, and there are many of his songs featured in the film. So, my granddaughters, aged 6 and 3, were overjoyed to see someone who looked just like Elvis right in front of them. Of course, the hula dance was also wonderful! This event was great! Thank you very much.

ハワイアンダンス、プレスリー、マイケルジャクソン等々のショーを堪能して、孫娘2人は、大満足でした！
　その理由は、今、ちびっ子の間で、大人気のリロ&ステッチのアニメ映画の中に、プレスリーが出ているし、プレスリーの歌う曲が映画の中にいっぱいでているんです。だから、6才と3才の孫たちは、そのプレスリーのそっくりさんが目の前に出てきて、大喜びでした。
勿論、フラダンスも素晴らしかったですよ！本企画、良かったです！ありがとうございました。

It was the most affordable seat, but since the venue wasn't very large, I was able to see everything, which was great. There were tears, surprises, and laughter, making it an unforgettable 90 minutes!

About 30 years ago, I went parasailing. All I remember is feeling seasick ^^; This time, I made sure to take motion sickness medication before boarding.

Parasailing while enjoying the familiar scenery of Waikiki was the best. I think the time was also sufficient.

The staff spoke Japanese, which was reassuring.

今回は酔い止めをちゃんと飲んで乗船。

見慣れたワイキキの風景を見ながらのパラセーリング最高でした。
時間も十分だったのだと思います。

スタッフさんも日本語が話せ安心です。

I'm glad I didn't get seasick. The initial moment of flying was thrilling. It was higher than I expected. Being dragged while touching the water was fun.

船酔いしないでよかった。飛ぶときの最初がスリル満点。思った以上に高かった。水つかりながら引きずられて面白かった。

The voucher issued states that the check-in location is "Hilton Hawaiian Village - Mid-Pacific Conference Center Rooftop." I heard that seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, so I planned to arrive early and wait on the rooftop for a good seat. However, even after the scheduled time, no reception staff or anyone else showed up, and the local contact number was unreachable as the business hours had ended. In the end, I just had to go down to the venue and check in directly after the scheduled time. Unfortunately, I ended up at the back of the line and couldn't get a good seat, which was very disappointing. The luau show itself was good.

発行されたバウチャーには、チェックイン場所が「ヒルトン・ハワイアン・ビレッジ - ミッドパシフィック・コンファレンス・センター屋上」となっています。
席は先着順と聞いたため、良い席を取りたいと考え予定の時間より早く屋上に集合して待っていましたが、予定時間を過ぎても受付スタッフも誰も現れず、現地連絡先の電話番号も営業時間が終了しておりつながらず。結局時間を過ぎて会場まで下りて行って直接受付すればよいだけでした。おかげで列の最後の並んでよい席は取れず、大変残念でした。
ルアウショー自体はよかったです。

I reserved a vehicle to the airport for 12:55, but when it hadn't arrived by 13:00, I called and was told (they assisted me in Japanese) that they couldn't confirm my reservation, which was quite troubling. However, a shuttle to a hotel from the same company stopped by, and when I asked the driver, he called and informed me that they were delayed due to traffic but that I should just wait. In the end, they arrived 20 minutes late, but I made it in time for my flight. I was really anxious when they said there was no reservation...

空港行きの車両を12:55に予約しましたが13:00になっても来ないので電話をしたところ、(日本語では対応してくれたのですが)予約が確認できないと言われ困っていたところ、同じ会社のホテルへの送迎車が立ち寄り、ドライバーさんに聞いたら電話をしてくれて、道が混んでいるので遅れているがこのまま待っていれば良いと教えてくれました。結局20分遅れですが来てくれてフライトには間に合いました。予約がないと言われた時には本当に焦りましたが・・・。

On July 19th, during our trip to Hawaii, my family and I (a party of 12) attended the Waikiki Luau with All-You-Can-Eat Buffet, Fire Dance & Rock-A-Hula. Unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing experiences of our trip.

From the start, the event felt more like a tourist trap than a cultural celebration. The performers wore plastic grass skirts and danced on astroturf, which cheapened the experience and made it feel like a stylized imitation rather than a tribute to Hawaiian tradition.

The buffet was just as underwhelming. The meats were dry and chewy, and several of us left our meals half-eaten. We all ended up searching for food elsewhere after the show.

When purchasing tickets, we noted that they included premier seating for the show—something we specifically chose so the younger members of our group could engage and see the performance clearly. However, we were seated near the back with no explanation. The seating appeared entirely random, and there was no effort to honor the premier designation.

The show itself was bizarre. It was supposedly a journey through Hawaiian music and culture, but the execution was confusing. While we expected an Elvis tribute, it felt like a full concert with song after song. Then came a Michael Jackson impersonator performing Thriller and several other full-length songs. We learned during the show that he once performed at Aloha Stadium, but the connection felt forced and irrelevant. A few of us dozed off, while others sat in disbelief trying to make sense of it.

The performance dragged on far too long. With a tighter runtime and focus on authentic Hawaiian culture, it could have been enjoyable. The fire dancer was the highlight, but came too late to redeem the evening.

Overall, this luau was inauthentic, overpriced, and not worth it. We wouldn’t recommend it.

I watched from the cheap seats at the back, but I could see everything and the atmosphere was perfect; it was amazing. It felt like watching Olympic gymnastics with perfect technique and an engaging structure, making the hour and a half fly by. On the first day of my trip, I was a bit drowsy before the 5:30 PM start, but once it began, I was wide awake and enjoyed it until the very end. I definitely want to see it again next time.

奥の安い席で見ましたが、全体が見渡せ臨場感も申し分無く、最高でした。
オリンピックの体操競技を見ているような完璧な技術と飽きさせない構成であっと言う間の1時間半でした。旅行初日の17時30分開演で開演前はウトウトしてましたが始まると目ギンギンで最後までアット言うまで完走しました。次回も是非観たいです。

I’m not good with the thrill of roller coasters, so I was honestly quite nervous before getting on. However, once I experienced it, there was almost no feeling of weightlessness or fear, and I was able to enjoy it with peace of mind!

Above all, the breathtaking views of Hawaii from the sky were truly amazing!

As others have mentioned, since there is some time spent on the boat, I think it’s a good idea for those who are prone to motion sickness to take some medicine beforehand.

Photos cost $40, but they became a wonderful memory, so I’m really glad I purchased them!

ジェットコースターのようなスリルが苦手なので、正直乗る前はかなりドキドキしていましたが、実際に体験してみると浮遊感や怖さはほとんどなく、安心して楽しめました！
何より、上空から眺めるハワイの絶景は本当に素晴らしかったです！
ほかの方も書かれているように、船に乗っている時間があるので酔いやすい方は酔い止めを飲んでおくと安心だと思います。
写真は40ドルしますが思い出になったので、購入して本当によかったです！

A group of three close friends for 40 years. We had always wanted to visit Hawaii together, and this year, we celebrated our 60th birthdays and made that dream come true! We were moved by the beauty of Waikiki from the summit of Diamond Head. The journey to the top was not as tough as we expected, and even after turning 60, we were able to enjoy the scenery while climbing.

４０年来の仲良し３人組。
いつかは３人で行ってみたいと思っていたハワイ、今年還暦を迎え夢を実現させました！
ダイヤモンドヘッド山頂から見るワイキキの美しさに感動しました。
山頂までの道のりは思ったよりもキツくなく、還暦過ぎでも景色を楽しみながら登ることができました。

Jenny was very patient and kind with my 10 year old who had anxiety. This was a good beginner snorkel lesson!

Since I hadn't booked many activities for this trip, I asked a local acquaintance for recommendations, and they mentioned that Cirque du Soleil, which just opened last year, is very popular. Although I hesitated a bit due to the cost, I decided to seize the opportunity and booked the best seats. From start to finish, this was the first show that truly engaged and entertained the audience. Most importantly, seeing the children leaning forward, their eyes sparkling, and sometimes bursting into laughter made me feel that the price was absolutely worth it. I highly recommend it!

今回の旅行ではあまりアクティビティを予約していなかったので現地で知り合いの方にお勧めを伺ったところ、シルクドソレイユは去年できたばかりでとても人気とのことで少し金銭面で迷いはありましたが、せっかくの機会なので1番いい席を予約しました。初めから最後まで、こんなにも観客を巻き込んで楽しませてくれるショーは初めてです。何より子供達が身体を乗り出し、目をキラキラさせ時には声をあげて爆笑している姿を見て、この金額は惜しくないと本心からそう思えました。お勧めです！

The crew explained things to me in broken Japanese, which made me feel at ease while flying. Even while waiting in line on the boat, they entertained us in various ways, easing our fears and making it a truly enjoyable experience.
Challenging myself at a height of 150m, the view from the top of Waikiki Beach, Diamond Head, and the deep blue ocean was incredibly beautiful!

クルーの方が片言の日本語で説明してくれたから安心して飛ぶ事が出来ました。
船上で順番待ちしている時も色々楽しませてくれて恐怖心も和らげてくれ本当に楽しませてもらいました。
