The catamaran cruise offers various time slots, but this sunset cruise is the best. I experienced it for the first time last year and was very moved, so I participated again on the last day this year. I was the only Japanese person, but I had a great time surrounded by cheerful Americans. Unlike large ship cruises, the catamaran glides over the water, and the refreshing sea breeze is very pleasant. We were blessed with good weather and were able to see the best sunset. There is no food provided, but Mai Tais and soft drinks are all-you-can-drink. Considering the generally poor cost performance in Hawaii, I think the value of this event is excellent.

カタマランクルーズはいろんな時間帯がありますが、このサンセットクルーズは最高です。去年初めて経験してとても感動しましたので今年も最終日に参加しました。日本人は私一人でしたが陽気なアメリカ人に囲まれてとても楽しかったです。大型船のクルーズと違って水面を滑るように走るカタマランは気持ちの良い海風がとても爽快です。天気にも恵まれ最高のサンセットを見ることができました。食事などはありませんがマイタイやソフトドリンクは飲み放題です。何かとコストパフォーマンスの悪いハワイにあってこのイベントのコスパは最高だと思います。

Crew was nice. Somewhat disorganized at the beach. I don't like when they take pictures to sell you.

As one of the events after the ceremony, we invited both families and boarded a boat. I love this catamaran option and always use it when I go to Hawaii. It was great to see that my mother-in-law and husband, who were riding for the first time, enjoyed it very much. We were able to go close to Diamond Head, take impressive photos, and we were blessed with good weather, allowing us to see a wonderful sunset. I would like to use this service again.

挙式後のイベントのひとつとして、両家を招待して乗船しました。
私はカタマランのこのオプションが大好きで、ハワイに行くと必ず利用しています。
はじめて乗った義母も旦那さんもとても楽しめた様で、良かったです。
ダイヤモンドヘッドに近いところまで回って、迫力ある写真も取れましたし、お天気にも恵まれ、素晴らしいサンセットを見ることが出来ました。また利用したいです。

Since it was Friday, we were able to enjoy the fireworks launched from the Sheraton Village from the sea.
I indulged in the luxurious experience of sipping a Mai Tai while taking in the night view of Waikiki.

夕暮れにワイキキの浜から出航。
ちょうど金曜日であったため、シェラトンビレッジの打ち上げる花火を海上から眺めることができました。
マイタイを飲みながらワイキキの夜景を眺めるというぜいたくな時間を満喫しました。

I participated in a night cruise where we could see the fireworks on Friday. The boat had minimal rocking, and the night view of Waikiki was amazing. With free drinks, we had unlimited Hawaiian cocktails, and it was quite lively. It's safe even for families with children, so I highly recommend it.

金曜の花火がみられるナイトクルーズに参加。船は揺れも少なく、ワイキキの夜景は最高。フリードリンクでハワイのカクテルも飲み放題で、かなり盛り上がりました。子ども連れでも危険はなくお薦めです。

It was the only event during this trip with few Japanese people. The fireworks were clearly visible, and it was lively and fun. Although it was an all-you-can-drink option, I felt like I might get seasick from drinking too much.

今回の旅で唯一日本人が少ないイベントでした。
花火もよく見え、ノリがよく楽しかったです。
飲み放題ですが、飲みすぎて船酔い誘発しそうでした。

We went with seven people, and we thoroughly enjoyed both the dinner and the show! The dinner is buffet-style, so it might be enough to just attend the show.

7人で行ったのですが、ディナーもショーも堪能出来充分でした！
ディナーはブッフェタイプなので、ショーだけでも充分かもしれないです。

We were blessed with great weather and were able to enjoy a beautiful sunset! Onboard, drinks were served, and there were tourists singing along to the background music (laughs), but the atmosphere was relaxed, making it easy to enjoy the cruise. Anyway, as long as the weather is good, I think it will be a wonderful memory.

お天気に恵まれ、素敵なサンセットを眺めることが出来ました！
船内ではドリンクが振る舞われ、BGMで合唱する観光客の方達もいましたが（笑）、リラックスした雰囲気でクルーズを楽しめます。とにかく、お天気が悪くなければ良い思い出になるかと思います。

Lots of drinks and laughs and a beautiful sunset cruise – shame one of the other passengers stole my flip flops when we went ashore!

The staff were all kind and welcomed us with smiles. The initial flash show and fire show had high-level dancers and were very good. They came down from the stage, sang, and showered guests with flowers and shook hands, providing great service. I spoke with a Michael look-alike during the final photo session, and he was a modest person with a personality similar to Michael's!? I had a one-year-old with me, but thanks to the child sleeping through the show, I was able to concentrate on the performance. I'm also happy that we could take photos at the end! There were many Michael fans and honeymooners. It was so much fun!!

スタッフの方も皆親切で、笑顔で歓迎されました。
最初のフラショー、ファイヤーショー、もダンサーのレベルが高くとてもよかったです。
ステージから降りてきて、歌いながらゲストにお花をかけてくれたり握手したり、サービスもよかったです。
マイケルのそっくりさん、最後の写真撮影でお話ししましたが控えめな方で性格もマイケル似！？
1歳の子連れでしたが子供はすべて寝てくれたおかげでショーに集中できました。
最後に写真撮影もできるのも嬉しいです♪
マイケルファンの方とハネムーンの方が多かったです。
とっても楽しかった！！

Great time, great views, and great crew. This was an amazing experience. The drinks were delicious.

If you go to Hawaii, you must take a sunset cruise. No matter how many times you go, it feels great and is moving! I definitely plan to go again next year. The all-you-can-drink Mai Tai is delicious too!

I thought the fireworks at Hilton would be the main event (of course, the fireworks were wonderful), but the cruise continued for quite a while, and it felt really nice! (A hoodie is a must.) My parents started with beer, but they seemed to really enjoy the Mai Tai cocktail and were happily drinking! I'm glad we went.

The most impressive part was the deck of the boat illuminated by the moonlight, creating an indescribably mystical atmosphere. (I couldn't take good photos because it was dark, so I can't share that.)

I felt that both the daytime and sunset had their own charm. I would love to participate again next time.

真っ直ぐ、浜辺(乗った場所)に帰るのかなぁ～と思っていたら
結構な時間、クルーズが続いて
とっても気持ち良かったです！(パーカーは必須)
両親は、始めビールばかりでしたが
マイタイ(カクテル)が気に入ったらしく
ご機嫌に飲んでました！
行って良かったと思いました。

一番印象的だったのは、月明かりに船のデッキが照らされて
なんとも言葉ではいい表せないくらい、とても神秘的な雰囲気でした。
(写真は、暗くてうまく撮れなかったのでお伝えできませんが)

お昼間、サンセットそれぞれ良さがあると感じました。
次回も、また参加したいです。

The Sunset Cocktail Tour was fantastic. The tour guide and bartender are both friendly and helpful without being overbearing in any way. The drinks were delicious and you absolutely couldn't beat the view. The ship was very spacious and we had an awesome time. Totally worth the price!

The sunset viewed from the sea was beautiful and moving. There was only one other couple besides our family, and everyone spoke English, but we had no trouble enjoying the cruise while sipping Mai Tais and soft drinks. As time went on, the Mai Tais kept flowing, and the atmosphere on the boat became very lively. In the second half, we split into groups on the right and left sides of the boat, and began a loud call-and-response of "Ho~♪ Fu~♪," creating quite a commotion.

It became a very memorable sunset cruise as we felt a sense of unity with the people we happened to be with.

When boarding and disembarking, the waves can come up to knee height, so it's best to wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet. Also, once you head out to sea, the wind can be strong, so having an extra layer to wear would be a good idea.

海から観るサンセットは美しく感動ものでした。日本人は私たち家族とカップルが一組のみ。英語オンリーでしたが、問題なくマイタイやソフトドリンクを飲みながらクルーズを楽しむことができました。
時間が経つにつれマイタイも進み、船内は非常に盛り上がり、後半は、船の右と左のグループに分かれて、「ホウ～♪フウ～♪」と大声の掛け合いが始まり大騒ぎ＾＾
たまたま乗り合わせた人たちと一体感を持てて、とても思い出深いサンセットクルーズになりました。

乗船と下船の際には、波がひざ上くらいに来ることがありますので、濡れても良い服装がいいです。また、沖へ出ると風が強いので、一枚羽織るものがあると良いと思います。

We participated as a family of four. It wasn't too hot or too cold, and there was a slight breeze, so the weather was perfect. Even though there was an all-you-can-drink option, I found that two sweet cocktails were more than enough. It was my first time seeing Waikiki from the ocean, and I thought it was great. On the boat, the American ladies were lively and it was entertaining.

家族4人で参加。暑くもなく、寒気もなく、風も少しあり天気は最高でした。
お酒飲み放題といっても、甘ったるいカクテルで２杯も飲めばもう十分です。
海の方からワイキキを見るのは初めてでしたので、良かったと思います。
船の上は米人の小母さん達が盛り上がって面白かったです。

had the BEST time, we went on for a friend's 21st and they made us feel really special. great music, absolutely stunning sunset, yummy drinks, well priced overall and the staff were really nice and interactive. thanks for having us and humouring us even when we were really annoying and loud. Went to my first luau and I have to say, it was a good experience. The staff are as friendly as can be and the performances were amazing. They are very much involved with the crowd making it a special experience and I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Food Buffett was also good, and my friends and I were approached with beautiful lays at the entrance and the best part was we all got 2 drink tickets with the packages we purchased online.

A few weeks ago, I heard from an acquaintance that it was great, so I decided to join.

I was worried about seasickness, but it was no problem at all. Enjoying drinks while watching the sunset over the ocean was truly moving!

Just a few days ago, I enjoyed dinner while watching the sunset from Waikiki Beach, but being able to enjoy the sunset from both the sea and the land, Hawaii is truly the best!

船酔いが心配だったけれど全然問題なく、お酒を楽しみながら海からのサンセットは感動でした！

ちょうど数日前にワイキキビーチからサンセットを見ながらディナーを楽しみましたが、海からも陸からもサンセットを楽しめて、やっぱりハワイは最高です！

I attended this luau with a friend that actually knew a lot of the workers. The food was so delicious and the greeters were so friendly! As for the show, Tihati really put on a great show! Great experience, I highly recommend this luau. The manager is also friendly and he walks around greeting everyone, I thought was really nice.

Had a great time on this cruise, meet really cool people, would recommend doing this at beginning of trip so you get the opportunity to hang out with new friends. Drinks were always full :)
Would definitely go again.

My boyfriend and I went on the Sunset Cocktail Sail on the Holokai Catarmaran, and it was absolutely perfect! The crew was so welcoming and so much fun, the drinks were never empty, and the views were absolutely stunning. Our Airbnb host recommended this activity to us and I'm so glad he did! It was fun, romantic, and perfect for site seeing. I highly recommend!

I waited at the ticket booth 30 minutes before departure, but there was no one around. As I kept waiting, a lot of people started gathering near the catamaran. In the end, check-in began right at the departure time in front of the catamaran, and we were photographed as a group. We boarded while getting wet up to our thighs. Although we were assigned seats, it seemed we could sit anywhere if there were open spots. Some people stood the whole time getting splashed with water, and I worried if they were cold. (It wasn't cold if you didn't get splashed.) There were about five Japanese people, and the Mai Tai was very delicious, so be careful not to drink too much.

We enjoyed the wind and turned around at the back of Diamond Head, then had a luxurious time watching the sunset. Perhaps because of the season, we were lucky enough to see a whale's tail.

Everyone was excited about the crew's talk, but it was totally fine not to understand English.

The tour ended on time. Right after getting off, photos were printed and sold for $20, but it was perfectly fine to decline. However, the photo of us with the blue ocean, Diamond Head, and the catamaran in the background turned out beautifully, so we decided to buy it.

I've experienced sunset cruises on luxury ships, but I want to go on this tour again. I wonder when I can go next.

出発の30分前にチケット売り場で待ってましたが、それらしき人もいなく
ひたすら待ってたら、カタマラン号の前あたりに人が沢山集まってきました。
結局出発時間ちょうどにカタマラン号の前で受け付けが始まり、グループごとに
写真を勝手にとられ＾＾ひざ上まで水につかり乗り込みました。
席は支持はされましたが、空いていればどこでもいいみたい。
ずっと水しぶきをあびて立っている人もいましたが、寒くないのかと心配になるくらい。
（水を浴びなければ寒くはなかったです）
日本人は合計5人ほどで、マイタイがとてもおいしくて飲みすぎ注意。

その後サンセット贅沢な時間を過ごせました。
この時期だからなのか、くじらの尻尾もみることができラッキーでした。

英語はさっぱりわからずクルーの話に皆さん盛り上がっていましたが、
わからなくても全然オッケーです＾＾

時間通りに終了。降りたら直ぐに＄20で写真が印刷され売られてましたが、
断ってもまったくかまいません。
が、青い海にダイヤモンドヘッドとカタマラン号をバックに映った私達
とても綺麗に撮れてましたので、お買い上げしました＾＾

豪華クルーズ船でのサンセットも経験していますが、
また次に乗りたいと思うのは、このツアーです。
今度はいついけるのかなあ。

June 2015 we did this sunset cruise and hands down said it was the best part of our trip. March 2016 we planned another trip back to Waikiki and this was the first thing we booked. When you check in for the cruise you will have your picture taken before you board, with Diamond Head in your background. You can buy it at the end of the cruise for $20 dollars. We now have bought 2 of these pictures which are now hanging up in our house because the quality is so great! The selection of drinks is great but oh my goodness you have to try the boat cocktail. Hands down one of my favorite drinks now and I craved that cocktail ever since our first cruise. But beware they have a punch and you will be feeling great on no time! Thanks to the crew for a awesome experience once again. You guys are awesome!! This last cruise was the best because it was windy enough to sail, we saw a blue whale and it was a perfect evening. Cocktail in hand! One thing that I also enjoy about this cruise is by the end of the cruise you've became friends with half the boat and had a amazing time while enjoying the view. Thanks again Holokai Crew until next time!
