I arrived an hour early, but I was able to join the previous group! We went parasailing right after getting on the boat. I didn't understand everything in English, but it seems like you can have photos taken and buy them later. When I participated, there were two groups of Japanese people and two groups of foreigners. Everyone was really friendly, and it was a lot of fun!

船ですこし出たところですぐにパラセーリングでした。英語でわからなかったのですが、写真を撮ってもらって後から写真を買うこともできるみたいです。私が参加した時は日本人2組と、外国の方が2組でした。皆さんノリが良く、楽しかったです！

Four years ago, it was canceled due to a hurricane. I thought the prices were high for optional tours in Hawaii due to inflation and the weak yen, but I decided to give it another try for the memories. At first, I was a bit scared, but I quickly got used to it and enjoyed the view of the high-rise hotels in Waikiki and Diamond Head from the sea.

前回（４年前）はハリケーンでなくなく中止。久しぶりのハワイは物価高と円安でオプショナルツアーも高いなあと思っていましたが、想い出に再トライしました。
最初は少し怖かったけど、すぐに慣れて、海からみるワイキキの高層ホテルとダイヤモンドヘッドを楽しみました。

It was a great beginner class, got to see lots of fish, and a star fish. Great first time experience.

The meeting place was near the Hilton Lagoon, which was easy to find.
The other guests were four Americans.
After about 15 minutes on the jet boat, we took turns putting on parachutes.
I was asked if I wanted photos, but I declined; however, those who wanted them could purchase an SD card for $40.
I chose the lower height of 120 meters, but it was still high enough. The view was excellent, and I could see the ocean far away, with Diamond Head visible nearby.
In the end, thanks to the pilot's charm, we were dropped into the sea up to our chests, so it's better to wear a swimsuit.
On the way back, we went fast, so it was quite bumpy. I recommend taking motion sickness medication if you're prone to it.
They asked for a $20 tip, but I didn't have cash, so we gave $20 for the two of us.

集合場所はヒルトンラグーンの近くで、分かりやすかったです。
私達以外のお客さんは、アメリカ人の方4名でした。
ジェットボートで15分ほど行ったところで、順番にパラシュートを装着します。
写真が欲しいか聞かれたので、断わりましたが、欲しい人は$40でSDカードが購入できます。
120mの低い方の高さを選択しましたが、十分に高かったです。見晴らしはとても良く、海は遠くまで見渡せ、ダイヤモンドヘッドも近くに見えました。
最後は、操縦士さんの愛嬌で、胸まで海にポチャンと落とされます。なので、水着を着用した方が良いです。
帰りは飛ばすので、かなり揺れます。酔いやすい方は酔い止めを飲むことをオススメします。
チップ$20とお願いされましたが、私は現金がなかったので、2人で$20渡しました。

The Hilton Grand Waikikian is conveniently located just a three-minute walk from the meeting point, and this was my first time booking.

I was told that Japanese was not spoken, but the staff at the reception did their best to communicate in Japanese.

Additionally, the staff on the boat helped ease the tension before the flight by creating a lively atmosphere.

I chose the 1,000 feet option, and it felt like we flew longer than expected. It was exhilarating, and my son, who has a fear of heights, was thrilled.

I definitely want to fly again next time!

ヒルトングランドワイキキアン泊で集合場所まで徒歩3分と利便性も良く初めて申し込みをしました。

日本語が通じないとの事でしたが、受付の方は一生懸命日本語で対応してくれました。

また船上のスタッフの方々は、飛ぶ前の緊張感を少しでも和らげる為に盛り上げて下さいました。

1000フィートを選択しましたが、思いの外長く飛ばしてくれてた様に感じました。
兎に角、爽快でしたし、高所恐怖症の息子も大喜びでした。

また、次回も飛んでみたいと思います！

In Miyako Island, we had to give up on parasailing due to bad weather, but in Hawaii, we were able to do it in perfect conditions. I was the second to fly, and I was nervous seeing how high the first person went, but before I knew it, it was our turn, and we quickly ascended into the sky. It was more stable and quiet than I expected, and the view included Waikiki and Diamond Head. I felt like I was monopolizing this amazing scenery without any fear; it was the best feeling. The crew's handling of the parachute was perfect, and whether it was splashing down into the sea with just our lower bodies or landing smoothly, every group managed it effortlessly. I'm really glad we did it.

宮古島では、天候不良の為、断念したパラセイリング今回ハワイでは、絶好のコンディションで出来ました。
二番目に飛びましたが、最初の人の高さにビビってドキドキしてましたが、すぐに自分達の番になり、あっど言う間に上空へ、思ったより安定して静かに昇って行って見渡す先はワイキキとダイヤモンドヘッド、怖さも無くこの景色を独占している感じ、最高の気分でした。
クルーのパラシュートさばきも完璧で、着船前の海に下半身だけチャブンも、スムーズな着船も、どのグループも自由自在にこなしてました。
ホントやって良かった。

What an amazing way to culturally connect with the indigenous peoples of Hawaii by sailing the beautiful waters like how our ancestors did. Amazing stories, singing, food and interactive activities and seeing the dolphins and honu (turtles) swimming alongside our wa’a (waka/ boat) was magical! We were well looked after and thoroughly enjoyed the friendly and relaxed hospitality. Definitely recommend this to people who are looking for an authentic, educational and fun experience of Hawaii. I went with my husband and 6 yrs old daughter. Our overall experience was good. The activity was awesome and the guy who was helping us on the boat was friendly.

I took my daughter and her fiancé on this adventure for an early Christmas gift. The boat was clean, the crew friendly and fun, and the whole experience felt very safe.
The take-off and landing were so smooth and easy. The views from 1000 feet up were breathtaking!
The crew took lots of pictures that you could purchase for $40–they downloaded the photos to my phone and also gave me the SD card. Definitely worth it! We will do this again!

Parasailing in the dreamlike Waikiki was more thrilling than I expected! The staff was full of happy energy and high spirits, and even if your English is limited, it’s not much of a problem. They bring out various items and turn up the music to enhance the fun.

A sense of camaraderie developed with others on the same boat, and after the flight, we exchanged applause. It was incredibly hot with strong sunlight, but be careful as you have to take off your hat when flying. I kept mine on until the last moment. Still, it was an experience worth trying.

【About Luggage】
There’s no place to store valuables, so you have to shove your bags under the benches on the boat. I tackled it with a smartphone case that could hold tips and a credit card around my neck. Since my hotel was far away, I used a coin locker on the Hilton Lagoon side for my other valuables (it’s quite expensive though).

【Credit Card】
You need cash or a card to buy the photo data, but JCB is not accepted! Please be aware of this. (I even went all the way to the locker to get mine.)

憧れのワイキキでのパラセーリング。
思った以上に高くて楽しかったです！！スタッフはハッピーオーラ満開でハイテンション、英語が片言でもあまり問題はありません。いろんなアイテムを出したり、音楽のボリュームを上げて、楽しさを演出してくれます。

同じ船に乗った方ともなんとなーくの一体感が生まれ、フライトの後はお互い拍手を送り合ってみたり
とにかく暑くて日差しが強いけど、飛ぶ時は帽子は取らなければなりませんのでご注意を私は飛ぶギリギリまでかぶってました
それでもやってみる価値ありの体験でした。


【荷物について】
貴重品の預かり所はなく、荷物はボートのベンチの下に突っ込むしかありません。私はチップとクレジットカードが入るスマホケースを首からかけて挑みました。ホテルが遠かったのもあり、その他の貴重品はヒルトンのラグーン側にあるコインロッカーを使いました。(めちゃくちゃ高いけど)

写真のデータを買うのに現金かカードが必要ですが、JCBが使えません！ご注意ください。(私はわざわざロッカーまで取りに行きました)

**[Paragliding Experience Flow]**
- Reserved for the 9:00 session.
- Since it was said to gather 15 minutes before the check-in time (8:30) when walking, I arrived at 8:15.
- After writing my name on the consent form, I was told I could return here by 8:40, so I took photos at the harbor, applied sunscreen, and waited while taking motion sickness medication.
- At 8:50, we boarded the boat and took 15 minutes to reach the point. During that time, we put on life jackets and were asked if we wanted to take photos for $40.
- Starting from 9:05, each group began paragliding. We flew for about 10 minutes. When I requested photos, they took quite a few before and during the flight (I counted over 100, and the quality was quite good).
- Paragliding while enjoying the beautiful sea, sky, islands, and Diamond Head was amazing. It was stable and not scary at all, and occasionally they made it a bit bumpy for fun, so the 10 minutes flew by. At the end, when we were picked up by the boat, I was submerged in the sea up to my chest.
- It seems that a certain speed of the boat is necessary to maintain the height of 150m, so it swayed normally. Since we had to wait on the boat during other participants' paragliding, I think it’s better for those prone to seasickness to take motion sickness medication. Even though I rarely get seasick, I took some just in case, but towards the end, I felt a bit nauseous.
- Finished at 9:50. Those who didn’t request photos could leave directly. Those who did went to the check-in area, checked the photos taken, and paid $40. They transferred the data to my iPhone and also gave me an SD card.

**[Impressions]**
While on the boat, there was fun music playing the whole time, the scenery was beautiful, and the staff were kind and spoke a little Japanese, so just being on the boat was really enjoyable. It became a wonderful memory, and I’m glad I had the experience!

【パラセーリング体験の流れ】
・9:00の回で予約
・徒歩の場合、チェックイン時間（8:30）の15分前集合ということだったので、8:15に到着。
・同意書に名前記入したら、8:40までにここに戻ってこればいいよ、と言われてハーバーで写真撮ったり日焼け止め塗ったり、酔い止め飲んで待ち。
・8:50に船に乗り込み15分かけてポイントに到着。その間に、ライフジャケット着たり、写真撮影40ドルでやるかどうか聞かれる。
・9:05から１組ずつパラセーリング開始。だいたい10分くらい飛んでいたかな。写真撮影頼んだら、飛ぶ前から飛んでる最中、かなり撮ってくれた。（数えたら100枚以上あった、画質もかなりいい）
・綺麗な海、空、島、ダイヤモンドヘッドを眺めながらパラセーリング。安定していて怖くないし、たまに楽しませるためにぐわんぐわんしてくれて、10分間あっという間だった。最後、船に回収される時、胸くらいまで海に浸かった。
・150mの高さを保つためにはある程度の船の速度も必要みたいで普通に揺れる。他の参加者のパラセーリング中ずっと船で待機なので船酔いする人は酔い止め飲んだ方がいいと思う。めったに酔わない私も念の為に飲んだけど、最後らへん少し気持ち悪くなった。
・9:50に終了。写真撮影頼んでない人はそのまま帰る。頼んだ人はチェックインしたところに行き、撮ってもらった写真ぱらぱらと確認し40ドル支払う。iPhoneを渡してデータ移行してくれてSDカードもくれる。
【感想】
船に乗ってる間、ずっと楽しい音楽流れてるし、景色も綺麗だし係の人たちも優しくて日本語少し喋れるから、本当に船乗っているだけでも楽しかった。とってもいい思い出になって体験できてよかった！

The two gentlemen running the operation that day were awesome! Super chill and laid back! The young blonde at the XTreme Watersports booth, where you check in, was super sweet! Checking in was easy! Wait time: minimal! Overall fun: 10 out of 10! Do yourself a favor and book your parasailing adventure with XTreme Watersports!!!!! Definitely would return again!!!!

Oh, and don’t forget to tip them!! They really are busting their butts all day to make your adventure memorable!!!!!

It was my first time doing SUP, but they taught me very carefully how to hold the board and paddle. They praised me a lot and encouraged me. Once I was able to do a little, they taught me the next thing, so I was able to improve without feeling pressured. It's a shame that the videos and photos are $50 per person, as I would have purchased just the photos if they had sold them separately.

初めてのSUPでしたが、ボードやパドルの持ち方からとても丁寧に教えてくれました。
いっぱい褒めてのばしてくれます。少し出来るようになるとつぎの事を教えてくれるので無理なく上達できます。
動画と写真は1人50ドルで高いので、写真だけでも販売してくれたら購入出来たのに残念です。

Friendly staff. First time surfing experience feels good my kids love it.

I took a private SUP lesson at Waikiki Beach. First, I received some basic instruction on the sand and then headed straight to the ocean. When the waves came and I fell, I was taught how to get back on the board and tried again. As I repeated this and got used to it, I was enveloped in the luxury of paddling while looking at Diamond Head. My instructor, Mike, pointed and exclaimed, "Turtle!" and right there was a honu (sea turtle) coming up to the surface for air, which was so moving. As a 62-year-old with no particular athletic experience, I thoroughly enjoyed a happy hour filled with a pleasant sense of fatigue. Thank you very much.

ワイキキビーチでSUPのプライベートレッスンを受けました。まずは砂浜の上で簡単な指導を受けすぐに海へ。波が来て落ちるとボードへの上り方を教えてもらい再度トライ、それを繰り返して慣れてきたとき、ダイアモンドヘッドを眺めながらSUPしている贅沢感に包まれました。インストラクターのマイクさんが「カメ！」と指さしたすぐそこにはホヌ（海亀）が息継ぎに水面に上がってきていて感動。特に運動経験のない62歳の私ですが、心地よい疲労感とともに十二分に楽しめた幸せな1時間でした。ありがとうございました。

The sea was beautiful and very pleasant. The waves were rough, and I got seasick. If you're not good with boats, you might want to be careful.

This is my third time parasailing, with the first time in Hawaii and the second time in Guam. The parasailing in Hawaii was great, but the experience in Guam was very disappointing. Parasailing in Hawaii is definitely the best.

1回目のハワイ島でのパラセイリングが良くて、グアムで乗りましたが非常にショボくてがっかりしました。
やっぱりHawaiiでのパラセイリングは最高です。

We arrived early so the receptionist said they could fit us in sooner than our appointment so we agreed. It was fine at first once we got on the boat but my excitement started to fade once he started fitting me for my harness. I am a plus size female but the harness “fitted” to me was way too big. It won’t be apparent until we’re in the air, unfortunately. I did the experience with my mom since we came to Hawaii for her 55th birthday. Once in the air, it was very obvious my harness was way too big. If I didn’t hold on for dear life, I would’ve probably fallen back. I didn’t feel safe or secure. The whole experience caused me undue stress & anxiety especially since we were at 1000 feet. The guys on the boat were nice, no complaints about them except for the fact they dipped the other participants 3 or 4 times while they only dipped us once in the ocean. When we docked, I told the receptionist & she dismissed my concern. Not happy with the harness sizing; the one dip in the ocean AND how my concern was handled. I wouldn’t recommend this company. Go with another company!

Yes, it's early. But, we LOVED the early sail. Less boats on the water and calmer ocean conditions. If you're looking for a unique cultural experience, this is it. We did the morning cruise and were the only 2 guests on the boat which was really cool. The boat limits capacity to 6-guests. As a local resident, I really liked how the two main hosts of the cultural experience and the Captain were Kamehameha graduates. This boat also offers midday cruises and sunset. Overall, the morning sail was calm and one of the truly unique sails here on Oahu.

Amber was a great instructor. She provided clear instructions on how to put on the equipment properly, breathing techniques and made us feel at ease.

We made a reservation with my husband for our honeymoon trip.

Although the explanation was in English, I was able to participate without any issues by using gestures and observing other guests.

There were 10 of us in total, including my husband and me, and everyone was very friendly, making it a lot of fun!

While other guests were parasailing, the boat rocked quite a bit, so if you're feeling uneasy, I recommend taking motion sickness medication!

The photos were $40.00, but I declined because the reviews from others weren't very good.

The scenery was absolutely amazing, and I was moved by the sense of openness and the views that I had never experienced before!

Boarding right in front of the hotel. The staff was very energetic. We were able to relax while enjoying the waves and drinks. I got a nice tan as well. I want to ride again.

Rachel was absolutely amazing! The first dive we saw lots of fish and the second dive was even better with a shark and turtle hanging out together! All 3 instructors (Rachel, Josh and Nick) were all very helpful and knowledgeable! The Captain took us to 2 great spots and an experience we will never forget! Thank you to the dive center and all the staff for amazing memories!

That's disappointing! It seemed like there were fewer people catching fish than others. It didn't feel like there was much effort to help us catch fish in the two and a half hours.

Honestly, I was a bit nervous about learning how to surf. My partner really wanted to try and we set up time with the Ohana Surf Project; let me tell you, it was worth it. The team at Ohana Surf Project are knowledgeable, fun and super helpful. They teach you all the fundamentals, make you feel comfortable in the water and are with you every step of the way. Kevin and Romeo were incredibly patient and friendly, especially for someone uncoordinated like me. If you’re telling yourself that you couldn’t do this, you can, and they can show you. They took someone like me, who can barely tie my shoes without falling over, and put me up on a board surfing a wave. If you’re reading this review trying to find the best team to help you, look no further, just book it!

Mahalo Ohana Surf Project!

We boarded the catamaran departing at 1 PM as a couple. People from various countries, including families with babies and elderly gentlemen, were on board. After taking an hour and a half to travel from Waikiki to near Diamond Head, we went west offshore until we could see Kaka'ako Waterfront Park before returning. The waves were quite high, causing some thrilling splashes, and the view from the sea was absolutely stunning! If you prefer not to get too wet, I recommend sitting towards the back. The male crew on the catamaran was very kind, always attentive to an elderly gentleman with mobility issues, and they helped him down the ladder slowly and safely at the end of the trip, which left a strong impression on me.

13時出発のカタマランに夫婦で乗船させて頂きました。赤ちゃん連れのファミリーから高齢のおじいちゃんまで色んな国の方々が乗船して１時間半かけてワイキキからダイヤモンドヘッド近くまで行った後、カカアコウォーターフロントパークが見えるくらいの沖合西へ行ってから戻るコースです。波が高いと結構揺れてスプラッシュも何度かありスリル満点で海から見る景色は最高です！あまり濡れたくない方は後ろ寄りに座るのがオススメ。カタマランの男性クルーがとても親切で、足の悪い高齢のおじいちゃんを常に気にかけてあげたり、最後下船する際も滑らないよう手を取ってゆっくりタラップ降りるフォローされていたのが印象的でした。

Top notch! We had so much fun with this company on our first parasailing adventure. The women in the booth were so kind, friendly and informative and the Captain and First Mate were funny, kind, caring and very professional. We felt safe and relaxed the whole time and the parasailing on Waikiki was just breathtaking! 10 out of 10! Highly recommend!
