This was my first experience with parasailing. I couldn't imagine what 90 meters would be like, but even for someone like me who isn't good with thrill rides, it was fine. You go up into the sky all at once from the cruiser. The view from above was amazing, as I could see the entire city of Waikiki, and it felt really good. The staff were locals, but they spoke some Japanese words, so there were no issues.

The instructor only spoke English, but since the parasailing setup is simple, advanced English wasn't really necessary. Q. Where should I hold? → "Grip the band and don't touch the hook." Q. How should I sit? → "Sit deep. No 'Carmen Electra' position!" They taught us things like that!! It was easy!! The view of Diamond Head and the hotels from the ocean in Waikiki was breathtaking. It was a wonderful experience. There were also people flying with a video camera attached to a selfie stick. It seems there is a band for securing it.

インストラクターの兄さんは英語のみしかはなせませんでしたが、パラセイルの作りが簡単なのかあまり高度な英語は必要ありませんでした。Q．手はどこを持つのか？→「バンドを握って、フックは触らないでね」Q．座り方はどうするのか？→「ふかく腰掛けてね。コマネチ状態はだめ〜」など、教えてくれました！！カンタンでした！！ワイキキの海から見下ろすダイヤモンドヘッドやホテルたちは圧巻。とても良い経験でした。ビデオカメラをセルフィー棒につけて飛んでいた人もいました。固定用のバンドがあるみたいです。

I arrived in Honolulu and went shopping at Ala Moana before heading out! However, the trolley didn't come at all, and I ended up being late. I thought, "Oh no!!" but since this was my fifth time in Hawaii, I knew where the meeting point was, so I got off the bus and sprinted! They were waiting for me. The breeze felt nice, the ocean was beautiful, and the calm atmosphere made me truly appreciate Hawaii. Everyone, starting with the captain, was fun, and we enjoyed snacks while chatting over juice; the hour flew by. On the day of arrival, I was able to fully enjoy Hawaii at a leisurely pace, which was fantastic.

ホノルルに到着し、アラモアナでショッピングしてから出発！が、なんとトローリーが全く来なくて遅刻してしまいました。アウト！！と思ったけれどハワイ5回目の私は、集合場所がわかっていたため、バス停を降り全力疾走！！！ちゃんと待っていてくれました。風が気持ちよく、海が綺麗、穏やかな時間がハワイを実感させてくれました。キャプテンを始めみんな楽しい人達で、ジュースを飲みながらスナックのお菓子を食べ、楽しいトークであっという間の１時間でした。到着日は、ゆっくりハワイを満喫でき最高でした。

I had a great time. The shuttle service made me feel secure. I appreciated being able to choose the height. I recommend bringing a waterproof camera or smartphone.

Since it was my first time, I chose the lowest option at 45 meters, but I was very satisfied. There were no staff members who spoke Japanese, but it wasn't a problem!

初めてだったということもあり、一番低い４５メートルにしましたが十分満足できました。日本語が話せるスタッフさんはいなかったんですが、問題なかったです！

I unexpectedly booked parasailing after my brother told me before departure, "You absolutely have to do it!!" The result was truly amazing!!! The first moment of takeoff was a bit scary, but once I was flying, I strangely felt no fear and was just intoxicated by the breathtaking views. In the end, as is customary, I was dropped into the sea and landed on the boat completely soaked.

I highly recommend taking advantage of the $30 photo service! You can receive dozens of photos on an SD card.

By the way, the boat goes quite fast and has some bumps, so if you are prone to motion sickness, it's better to buy some motion sickness pills at ABC Store and take them. (I usually don't get car sick, but I was quite affected this time.)

当初予定になかったパラセーリング、出発前に兄に「絶対やった方がいい！！」と言われて急遽予約を入れました。
結果は本当に最高でした！！！　飛び立つ最初の一瞬だけは怖かったけど、飛んでみると不思議に怖さはなく只々絶景に酔いしれていました。
最後はお約束？で海に落とされ全身ずぶ濡れになった後船に着地。
30ドルで写真撮影のサービスも絶対利用した方がいいです！

ちなみにボートは結構なスピードでしかも揺れがあるので乗り物酔いする人は
ABCストアで酔い止めを買って飲んだほうが良いです。（普段車で酔ったりしないですがこの時は結構やられました）

The tour was really great. However, it seems that the couple on their honeymoon who didn't request additional photo sessions had a significantly shorter time in the air, so that seems to be important.

ツアーはすごく良かったです。
しかし、追加の写真撮影を頼まなかったハネムーンの夫婦の滞空時間が圧倒的に短かかったので、その辺は大事みたいです〜

I experienced the 110m before, and this time I went for the 150m, and I absolutely recommend the 150m! You can go higher and enjoy it for a longer time! Also, you can land without getting wet at all, but I found it more fun to get splashed!

I participated at 90 meters. It was very moving, and the sea was beautiful. Next time, I might want to go higher. I was told that for $30, I could get photos taken, but since all the participants were Japanese, we passed around a digital camera and took turns! However, there were five groups, so we had to wait about an hour, and most of the groups got seasick. I struggled too—I'd recommend taking medication even for those who usually don't get seasick.

90メートルで参加しました。とても感動で、海が綺麗でした。次はもっと高くてもいいかなー。30ドル払えば写真とってもらえると言われましたが、参加者が全員日本人だったのでデジカメを渡し、取り合いっこしました！ただ5組いたので、1時間くらい待ち時間があり、ほとんどの組が船酔いしてました/ _ ;私も辛かった〜普段酔わない方も薬飲むのをオススメします。

Friendly stafff.... everything was perfect.... no regrets

The meeting place is hard to find. If you're coming along the coast, you need to be careful or you might pass it by. Even if you arrive at 8:15 for the 8:15 meeting, the receptionist will ask you to wait, and you'll end up waiting until 8:30 when check-in starts. But all of that was okay because of the double rainbow I saw while walking there.

Surfing itself was a lot of fun. I knew about the photos from this review, but I was surprised when they suddenly asked me to pose without any prior notice. I signed up for a semi-private session, but it ended up being private, and I was able to catch many waves, which made me very satisfied.

サーフィン自体はとても楽しかった。
写真のことはこの口コミみて知っていたけど急に何のはなしもなくポーズをしてと言われ
撮られるのでびっくりした。。
セミプライベートで申し込みしたが結果プライベートとなり、何本も立つことが出来て
大満足です。

The crew was friendly and it was a nice big boat with clean restrooms. The guys seemed like they love what they do so that helped it be a very nice trip. They caught a 140lb tuna. It was fun :) there was plenty of shade for my kids to nap :)

I was relieved that there was a shuttle from Waikiki, but no matter how long I waited, the trolley just wouldn't come (I waited for nearly 20 minutes)... In a panic, I thought I had to contact them in English, so I asked the hotel concierge to call for me. They said, "We are at the bus stop, but we can't see you, so we left." Apparently, they came to pick me up while I was away from the bus stop.

I was half resigned to the fact that I might not be able to participate, but they kindly sent a car to pick me up and changed me to the next departure. I am truly grateful for their kindness.

My friend has a fear of heights, but I somewhat forcefully made a reservation for this tour. When we went out to sea on the boat, put on the parachute, and took off from the boat, I was quite nervous at that moment. We climbed higher and higher. I couldn't stop trembling as I looked down, but I was surprised to see my friend, who is supposed to be afraid of heights, having so much fun and being so excited. After a while, I calmed down and was moved by the beauty of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head from the sky.

It was very quiet up there without any wind, and it felt like I had become a bird. The blue horizon and sky were amazing! Although it cost a bit extra, I was glad I requested photo shooting. They quickly burned it onto a DVD and recorded videos, so I had a surprise enjoyment when I returned to Japan. They even captured the moment my feet touched the sea perfectly.

It's a pity I couldn't bring a waterproof camera up there. If I go to Hawaii again, I definitely want to participate in this company's tour. It was the best time, feeling like I had become a bird.

ワイキキから送迎があるので安心していたのですが、待てど暮せどトロリーが一向に来ない(２０分近く待ちました)・・・焦った挙句電話しても英語とにかく連絡をしなくてはと思いホテルのコンシェルジュにお願いして電話してもらったら「今バス停にいますが姿が見えないので発射しました」とのことバス停を離れてる間に迎えに来たらしいのです。
もう参加できないのかと半ばあきらめていたのですが、車で迎えに来ていただき、次の便に変更していただきました。
ほんとに親切にしていただきありがたいかぎりです。
私の友人は高所恐怖症なのですが、半ば強引にこのツアーを予約しました。
ボートで沖まで出てパラシュートを装着しボートからテイクオフする瞬間結構ドキドキしていました。
ぐんぐん上って行きます。私は足元を見てしまい震えが止まりませんでしたが、高所恐怖症のはずの友人がとても楽しそうにはしゃいでいるのにびっくり・・しばらくすると私も気持ちが落ち着き、空からのワイキキビーチやダイヤモンドヘッドの美しさに感動しました。
風もなく上空はとても静かでまるで鳥になったかのようでした。
青く広がる水平線と空が最高！
少し料金はかかりますが写真撮影はお願いしてよかったです。ＤＶＤにすぐ焼いてもらって動画もとってくれていたので日本に帰ってからサプライズな楽しみがありました。
足が海につかる瞬間もばっちり撮れてました。
防水のカメラがあれば上空にもって行けたのに残念でした。
また、ハワイに行ったら是非この会社のツアーに参加したいです。
鳥になった気分を味わえて最高な時間でした。

My husband and I did this together, and it was a lot of fun. It wasn't as scary as we were expecting but the views were still breathe taking. The Hawaiian Parasail crew really knows how to make the experience and the photos we purchased from them were lots of fun. We definitely recommend them.

We got the 300 foot package for our 8 year old daughter, and the 1000 foot for ourselves, on our Hawaiian vacation and she's still talking about it a month later. Hawaiian Parasail really knows how to make the experience plus the photos we purchased were lots of fun. Definitely recommend them.

I chose the highest altitude. I was able to float gently and enjoy a walk in the sky. Even though I'm not a big fan of heights, it felt nice. The boat was small, but perhaps because the time was short, I didn't get seasick. The shuttle service to and from the location was quite fast, which was a bit scary but refreshing. My Japanese was limited, but I was able to convey the important things. The boat mentioned that tips were included, so we didn't pay, but the participants from Europe and America were tipping, which left us a little confused about what to do.

１番高い高度を選びました。ふわっと浮き上がって空中散歩を楽しめました。
高いところはそんなに好きでない私でも気持ち良かったです。
船は小型でしたが時間が短いためか酔いませんでした。
行き帰りの送迎トロリーが速度ぶっ飛ばしだったので少し怖かったですが爽快でした。
日本語は片言程度でしたが大事なことは伝わりました。
チップは含まれていますと船に書いていたので、私たちは払いませんでしたが、欧米の参加者の方は払っていてどうすればいいのか少し迷いました。

At first, I was apprehensive about being on the boat... As someone who isn't good with thrill rides, I was worried about whether I could handle it. But once I got on...! I have never seen the streets of Hawaii from such a high vantage point! I was moved by the scenery that you can only see by doing this!! It was a bit scary being swayed by the wind (laughs), but I want to ride it again＾＾

最初はおそるおそる船に揺られ・・・絶叫系のアトラクションが苦手な私は乗れるかどうか不安になっていました。
それが乗ってみると・・・！
あんな高くからハワイの街を一望したことはありません！というかコレをしないと見られない景色に感動しました！！風に揺られて、多少怖かったですが(笑)

I made a reservation based on my husband's only hope of going trolling. There were various options, but I chose this one because it was cheaper compared to others and had good reviews.

After participating, my impression is that knowing some English would have made it even more enjoyable. The crew members didn't speak Japanese, so they explained everything in fast-paced English. Fortunately, there was a considerate foreign participant who helped explain things clearly later on.

We needed to prepare our own drinks and food. I only brought one drink and a cereal bar, so I wished I had brought more.

There were five participants on our boat. First, we got on the boat and used cards to determine the order. When a fish bites, we reel it in according to that order. We set off and headed about an hour out to sea. The boat rocked quite a bit, so taking motion sickness medication is definitely recommended. While heading out, we did some bait fishing and caught two fish that seemed to be around 40 centimeters long. I was second in line, so I caught the second fish.

For the third catch, we hooked a marlin that was about 150 centimeters long. However, that was the end of it. My husband was fourth in line and didn't catch anything.

I don't expect to catch a big fish, but I wish they could ensure that all participants could catch something at least during the bait fishing. Spending nearly a whole day of our precious honeymoon on something uncertain for 28,000 yen... whether it's worth it varies from person to person, but I somehow enjoyed it, so I guess it was okay.

主人のトローリングがしたいとの唯一希望により、予約しました。色々なところがありましたが、こちらを選んだのは、他と比べて値段が安かったことと、口コミの評価がよかったから。

参加してみての感想は、まず英語が多少出来た方が更に楽しめただろうということ。乗組員の方は日本語なんて出来ないから、普通に早口の英語で説明されます。同乗した方の中に気を使ってくれる外国人の方がおられたので、後で分かりやすく説明してくれたので助かりました。
飲み物食べ物は各自で準備が必要でした。飲み物１本とシリアルバーしか持って行ってなかったので、もっと持っていけばよかったなと思いました。

今回私達の船には5人の参加者がいました。まず船にのりトランプを使って順番を決めます。竿に当たりがきたらその順番で釣り上げていくため。
出発してまず船で1時間程度沖に出ます。結構な揺れ加減なので酔い止めを飲んだ方が絶対にいーです。沖に出ながらベイト釣り。40センチぐらいのハマチらしき魚を2匹釣りました。私は順番が2番目だったので2匹目の魚を釣りました。
３匹目に150センチぐらいのカジキが釣れました。でも、それで終了。旦那は4番目だった為、何も釣り上げられず(^^;

大物を釣らせてとは言わないけれど、せめてベイト釣りで参加者全員が釣り上げられるようにしてくれたら、もっといーのになと思いました。
貴重なハネムーンの１日をほぼ使って、釣れるかどうかわからないことに28000円…する価値があるのかどーかは人それぞれだと思いますが、私は何だかんだ楽しめたので、まぁよかったかな(>_<)

Very fun activity plus it is pretty quick and easy to fit in to the schedule! Highly recommend the 800ft length, you get a fuller experience. We had a fun crew, they take pictures on a Nikon camera, but ours turned out dark because of the shadow when the sun was rising. Great couples activity, nice alone time. Highly recommend to bring a gopro or camera with a wrist strap.

Parasailing with the kids! At first, I was nervous, but once we took off, the blue sky, blue sea, and magnificent scenery were breathtaking. I want to experience it again if I get the chance!

It was my first time parasailing, and it was super fun! We went on a small boat, so my partner got a bit seasick, but once we took off, it seemed like we were flying. While floating in the air, it felt like a dream, a really strange sensation. The local tour guides were all English speakers, but I could understand them through the nuances, which was great. They explained in English at the start that for $30, they would take photos with a DSLR, and for $40, they would shoot a video, so I requested the photos. Since no one else in my group requested them, I was really happy they took a lot of pictures (about 50!). They even included a bonus video of the splash when we hit the water, which I thought was a nice service!

初パラセイリングでしたが超たのしかったです！小型の船でいくので、相方が船酔いしていましたが飛んだらぶっ飛んだみたいです。上空で浮いているあいだは夢の中みたいな不思議な感覚でした。。　現地ツアーガイドさんはみんな英語でしたが、ニュアンスでわかるかんじだったのでよかったです。３０ドルで一眼レフでの写真４０ドルで動画の撮影を行ってもらえると出発時に英語で説明があったので、写真を頼みました。わたしが参加した回は他に誰も頼んでいなかったせいか、たくさん写真をとってくれてうれしかったです。(５０枚くらい)　海面にﾎﾞｼｬﾝするときの動画もオマケで入っていてサービスいいな～とおもいましたw

I feel one of the best things you can do in Waikiki. My teenagers loved it.

During our time there, the instructor mentioned that the waves were unusually high, to the point of causing a wry smile, which made me really anxious about safety. However, the instructor provided excellent support by pulling the board to the surfing point so that we wouldn't drift away, making it easy for beginners like us to ride the waves. My fear quickly disappeared, and I found surfing to be easy and enjoyable!

私達のとき、インストラクターが苦笑するくらいの珍しく高い波だとのことで、本当に安全かどうか不安でした。
しかし、インストラクターの方が離れないようにボードをサーフィンポイントまで引っ張ってくれ、手厚いサポートをしていただけたので初心者でも簡単に波乗りできました。
すぐに恐怖は無くなりましたし、サーフィンも簡単にできて楽しかったです！

アクティビティは最高でしたが、現地のスタッフにオプション(30ドル)で写真を撮ってもらいましたが、できばえはもうひとつでした。

There is a pickup service from Waikiki that will take you to your hotel or the nearest hotel! However, since other tour buses also stop at the pickup location, I think it would be reassuring to check the appearance of the shuttle bus on the website in advance.

Also, the boat used for parasailing is small and can be quite bumpy. I was fine, but some people in the same group, a parent and child, looked exhausted, so I think it's a good idea for those who are not confident to take motion sickness medication beforehand.

As for the parasailing itself, I chose the height of 150 meters. At first, I was anxious, but once I was flying, I didn't feel scared, probably because the ocean was below me. My wife and I talked about how beautiful the blue sky and the streets of Waikiki were, and we had fun with the crew as they playfully shook the ropes (just a little mischief), and before we knew it, it was over.

The flying time is about 10 minutes, which is short, but since I did it when I was getting bored with sea and mountain activities in Hawaii, I really enjoyed it.

One disappointing moment was when we disembarked after the activity. I was excited from flying in the sky and asked the crew if we could take a photo together, but they responded with a request for a tip, which quickly brought me back down to earth. I couldn't help but think about the cultural difference and why they would ask for that at that moment.

但し、送迎場所には他のツアーのバスなども止まっている為、事前にホームページより送迎バスの外見を調べておくと安心だと思います。

また、パラセイリングを行う船は小型で揺れが大きく、私は大丈夫だったのですが、同じグループの方は親子でぐったりしていたので、自信のない方は酔い止めを飲んで置くと良いと思います。

パラセイリング自体は高さ150mを選択し、最初は不安でしたが、飛んでみると下が海のお陰なのか恐怖は感じず、嫁と空の青さやワイキキの街並みが綺麗だねぇと話したり、クルーの人にロープを揺らされて盛り上がったり(⬅︎イタズラ)してるとあっという間に終わってしまいました。

飛んでる時間は10分程度と短いですが、ハワイで海や山のアクティビティに飽きて来た時に行ったので、凄く楽しめました。

残念だったのは、アクティビティ後に下船した際、空を飛んでテンションが上がっており、クルーに一緒に写真撮りましょうと声をかけた所、チップと返答され一気に醒めてしまった事で、文化の違いとはいえこのタイミングで要求するかと思ってしまいました。

I wanted to try parasailing as a memory with my friends in Hawaii, so I gave it a shot!!! Even at 120 meters, it was surprisingly high, and it felt like we were only supported by this rope?! While we were screaming, it ended in no time. I recommend getting wet at the end, but it can be cold while waiting for others to finish. Also, the boat sways quite a bit, so make sure not to forget your motion sickness medication!!

お友達とのハワイの思い出にパラセーリングをやってみたいということで挑戦してみました！！！
120メートルでもびっくりするくらい高く、支えるのもこのヒモだけ？！という感じでした！！きゃーきゃー言ってる間にあっという間に終わってしまいます。最後水濡れた方がオススメですが他の人がしてる間寒いです。
後ボートが結構揺れるので酔い止めは絶対に忘れないようにして下さい！！

We participated as a couple, and it was both of our first experiences with parasailing. To be honest, I have a bit of a fear of heights, and if I could, I wouldn't want to go to high places. However, at my wife's strong request, I signed up for the experience—at the highest height of 150 meters. After signing up, I was plagued by nightmares (no, really). Even though it was supposed to be a fun trip to Hawaii, I couldn't shake off this event from my mind, and I felt uneasy.

On the day of the tour, I steeled myself for my wife's sake and said, "Let's go!" We were on the first course of the morning, and the weather was clear (though my feelings were cloudy). When the shuttle van arrived, we were given paper wristbands and a patch on our hands indicating the height we signed up for (which was actually the length of the tow rope). We were at 1,000 feet. The other tour participants were all young Japanese girls, and I was the only man. Everyone else was on the 800-foot course (which made me even more anxious). Inside the van, we were handed a consent form (in Japanese as well) and were instructed to read it carefully before signing.

Upon arriving at the dock, we transferred to a boat. We would go offshore to do the parasailing from this boat. On the boat, we were told to go barefoot and put on life jackets. Our belongings were stored in the space under the seats (there were no doors). Safety instructions were given. Although it was in English, the main point was to absolutely not touch the carabiner that connects the parachute to the harness, and to sit as if the harness was resting on our thighs. They mentioned that it could be painful if the harness was too high up on our legs. As we got closer to the parasailing site, a sense of camaraderie naturally developed among everyone on the boat.

The boat arrived at the parasailing site. Right away, the first two people sat side by side at the back of the boat. Once they were connected to the parachute and the boat's engine revved up, they were lifted into the air. There was a huge cheer from those on the boat. The tow rope was released, and they soared high into the sky. After a while, the rope was reeled in, and they splashed down into the sea. There was another round of cheers from the boat. One of the girls who returned said, "I didn't want to come back!" which left an impression on me. One by one, pairs of people took their turns soaring through the air. Everyone returned thrilled, saying it was amazing. My anxiety had disappeared before I knew it.

Perhaps due to the difference in rope lengths, my wife and I were in the last group. We sat side by side at the back of the boat and were connected to the parachute. The boat's engine revved up, and off we went into the air. As the rope was released, we floated close to the water's surface. Once the rope was fully extended, we smoothly ascended. I felt no fear at all. The view from above was absolutely stunning! The hotels along Waikiki Beach, Diamond Head, and even distant mountains spread out below us. The boat was cutting through the whitecaps. The breeze was pleasant, and it was a moment of tranquility (though you could still hear the boat's noise). I wanted to stay like this forever. My wife was delighted by the colorful parachute (whatever that means).

After a while, I felt a slight jolt. It seemed the rope had started to be reeled in. Gradually, the boat came closer, and we had the customary splashdown. Cheers erupted from the girls on the boat. We rose a bit again, the rope was reeled in, and we landed at the back of the boat. They removed the parachute, and we got back inside the boat. I high-fived the girls. I felt foolish for having been so anxious.

The boat returned to the dock, and the tour ended (after this, we were taken back to our hotel). As we were leaving, my wife proudly said, "See, I told you we had to do it!" which slightly annoyed me, but I would do it again and again. It truly becomes addictive.

　実を言うと、私は少々高所恐怖症気味なところがあり、できることなら高い所へは行きたくないのですが、妻からのたっての願いで、参加申し込み。しかも、一番高い150m。申込んだあと、悪夢でうなされましたよ（イヤ、本当に）。楽しいはずのハワイ旅行も、このイベントが頭から離れずに、なんか落ち着かない。
　ツアー当日、妻の手前、意を決してGo!　朝一番のコースで、天気は快晴（私の気持ちは曇り空）。　お迎えのバンが来て、乗込む時に紙の腕輪と、手の甲に申込んだ高さ（実際には、牽引ロープの長さ）を示すワッペンを貼られました。私たちは、1,000ft。他のツアー客は、皆んな日本の若い女の子ばかりで、男は、私一人。皆さん、800ftのコース（またまた、不安に）。　バンの中で同意書（日本語あり）が渡され内容をよく読む様にとのことで、一人一人がサイン。
　船着場について、ボートに乗換え。このボートで沖合に出てパラセイリングを行う。ボートの上では、裸足になる様に言われ、ライフジャケットを着る。持ち物は、座席下の収納スペース入れる（扉はなし）。注意事項が説明される。英語だが、要は、パラシュートと体を支えるベルトとを繋ぐカラビナ部分には絶対に触るな！ということと、体を支えるベルトを太腿あたりに当て椅子に座る様な感じ。ベルトを足の付け根辺りに当てると痛いよ的なことだった。　パラセイリング場に近づくにつれ、ボート内の皆んなに自然と連帯感が。
　ボートは、パラセイリング場に到着。早速、最初の二人がペアでボートの後ろに横並びで座る。パラシュートに繋がれ、ボートのエンジンを吹かすと二人は空中に。ボート上では大喝采。牽引ロープが繰り出され、空高く舞い上がってゆく。しばらくして、ロープが巻き取られ、二人は、海面にポチャリ。ボート上は、またまた大歓声。ボートに戻った女の子の一人が、「戻りたくなかった！」と言っていたのが印象的だった。　二人づつペアで、次々と皆んな空中遊泳。皆んな、最高だったと感激して戻ってきていた。　私の不安も、いつしか消え去っていました。
　ロープの長さが違うためか、我々夫婦は最終組に。ボートの後ろに二人横並びで座り、パラシュートに接続される。ボートがエンジンを吹かし、いざ、空中へ。　ロープか繰り出される。ロープが繰り出されている間は、海面近くを浮いている。ロープの繰り出しが終わるとスーッと上昇。恐怖感は全くなし。上空からの眺めはもう最高！　ワイキキビーチ沿いのホテル群はもちろん、ダイヤモンドヘッドや遠くの山々までもが眼下に広がっている感じ。ボートが白波をあげて走っている。風は心地よく、静寂な（実際にはボートの音が聞こえてますが）ひととき。ズ〜っとこのままでいたい。妻は、パラシュートの色がカラフルだと喜んでいる（ナンノコッチャ）。　しばらくすると体に軽い衝撃が。どうやらロープが巻き取られ始めたらしい。だんだんボートが近づき、お決まりの海ポチャ。ボートから女の子達の歓声が湧く。再び、少し上昇。ロープが巻き取られ、二人は、ボートの後ろに着地。パラシュートを外してもらい、ボートの中へ。女の子達とハイタッチ。不安がっていた自分がバカバカしくなった。
　ボートは、船着場に戻り、ツアー終了（このあと、ホテルまで送ってもらえます。）帰り際、妻が「だから、絶対にやると言ったでしょ！」と自慢げに言ったのが少々癪に触ったが、これなら何度やってもいい。本当に病みつきになる。
　あ、そうそう、ボートにゴムバンドで、＄20札が数枚挟んである箇所があった。Tipらしい。我々も、$20札挟んでおきました。　また、船着場の小屋で、スタッフが、ボート上で撮影された写真をPCで見せてくれます。気に入れば、写真の入ったSDカードをお買い上げ、$30デス。

The instructors were great. Very patient with me and the beginner divers. Eventually I was the only beginner diver that made it to the bottom of the ocean. Unbelievable experience with sea turtles and the other marine life. It's a whole new world down there
