It's definitely worth participating at least once!

It was my first time participating with my daughter in 20 years. We chose to join during the Japanese explanation time, so I don't understand English. It seems my daughter was satisfied as well. The sea turtles and fish that can be seen in the beautiful ocean are a must-see!

I was worried until the day before, thinking it might be scary, and the pick-up car took a while to arrive, but the staff were cheerful and seemed to be having fun, which put me at ease. I felt nervous when taking off into the sky, but the view from above was exceptional, making it a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I wish I had applied sunscreen more thoroughly.

前日まで、恐くないか心配でしたし、迎えの車がなかなか来なかったのですが、スタッフの方が明るく、楽しそうにしているので安心しました。
空に飛び上がる時は緊張しましたが、空からの景色は格別で、またとない体験になりました。
日焼け止めはもっとしっかり塗っておけば良かったです。

When I inquired via email whether it was okay not to speak English at the time of booking, I was told, "Don't worry, we will provide a Japanese instruction manual in advance." However, there was no guidance in Japanese at all. Upon being picked up, we were only asked to sign a sheet that seemed to be a list of participants, which only included Japanese attendees (other foreign participants had a book with explanations and a consent form). As soon as we arrived at the sea, we were immediately put on the boat and set off without understanding what was happening.

Even after departure, the explanations were only in English, and I was completely lost... I felt anxious as we took off with only gestures and broken phrases to communicate. Moreover, although there were two of us women participating, we were forced to have a man who came alone placed between us, creating an awkward atmosphere in the air. I was really glad I didn't ask for any photos.

While parasailing itself was very enjoyable, I don't think I will use this tour company again.

予約時に英語が話せなくても大丈夫かメールで問い合わせしたところ「事前に日本語の説明書を渡すので心配ない」との事でしたが、日本語の案内は一切なく、ピックアップの車で日本人だけ参加者一覧のような用紙にサインをされられたのみで（その他の外国人の参加者は説明の記入してある本と同意書が有った）海に到着後すぐに船に乗せられ訳もわからないまま出発しました。
出発後も英語での説明のみでチンプンカンプン・・・
ジェスチャーと片言のみで飛び立ったので不安でした。
しかも女性２人で参加したのに強制的に１人で来ている男性を私達の間に入れられ３人で飛ぶ形となったので上空で微妙な雰囲気でした。写真を頼まなくて本当に良かったと思いました。
パラセイリングというもの自体はとても面白かったのですが、この催行会社はもう利用しないと思います。

I read in another review that someone got sick at the summit, and I completely understand how they felt. Even with motion sickness medication, it was quite tough. The foreigner I was with seemed fine.

If you can, having a pick-up service would be easier. It was quite a walk from Ala Moana Center, and there are many similar shops, so we ended up being a bit late.

By the way, both my friend and I are slim, so it was a bit dangerous, and we rode with the foreigner, making it three of us. Joining with a group of friends could be fun.

写真は日本人の方が一緒になれば取り合いっこでもいいような出来かもしれません。レンズ覗いて撮ってないから笑。
できれば送迎付きの方が楽です。アラモアナセンターから歩いたら結構とおくて、しかもいくつも似たようなお店があるから、少し遅れちゃいました。
ちなみに、私も彼も細いので、危ないからと、外国人さんと3人乗りしました。3人組のお友達なんかの参加は楽しいかも。

We participated in an activity that could be enjoyed by three generations, including my parents and children, totaling eight people. We joined the first Japanese-guided tour of the day. Although our guide was not Japanese, they entertained us with fluent language skills. We were lucky enough to see sea turtles swimming, which was wonderful. My 65-year-old grandfather was also very excited to see the turtles. Since we had to move by boat before and after boarding the submarine, it's essential to bring motion sickness medication. Don't worry, there are etiquette bags available in case you feel unwell on the submarine.

３世代で楽しめるアクティビティはないかと、両親、子供を含め８人で参加しました。
朝一番の日本語ガイドのツアーに参加。
ガイドさんは日本人ではないのですが、流暢な言葉使いで楽しませてくれます。私たちはラッキーなことに海ガメが泳いでいるところをみることが出来て良かったです。
６５歳のおじいちゃんもカメの泳ぐ姿を見て大興奮でした。
潜水艦に乗り込む前後は船で移動となるので、酔い止めの薬は必携。万一潜水艦で気分が悪くなってもエチケット袋はあるのでご安心を。

I participated at my son's request. I was worried about seasickness, but it was not a problem at all. There weren't many fish to see, but the kids were surprised to see the sunken airplane. It can be a bit cold inside the ship, so it might be a good idea to bring a jacket. Also, when getting on and off the submarine, you need to use a ladder for a few meters. It might be better to avoid wearing a mini skirt or a maxi skirt.

息子の希望で参加しました。船酔いが心配でしたが全く問題ありませんでした。見られる魚はそれ程多くはありませんでしたが、子供たちは沈んだ飛行機などを見てビックリしてました。艦内は少し寒いので上着を持って行った方がいいかも。あと、せんすいかに乗り込む時と出る時に数メートルはしごを使います。ミニスカートもしくはマキシ丈スカートはやめた方がいいかな。

We had a beautiful afternoon for our parasailing adventure. The bus picked up right on time at the location specified. There were three of us in our party plus another mom and her son. Two crew members for a total of 7 on board the boat. The crew of 2 were very friendly and made us all feel at ease. Waters were pretty smooth considering our adventure started at 3pm.
The guys did have trouble deploying the parasail as the cords kept on tangling as they delpoyed it. Sort of made us feel a little uneasy, but you could tell the crew had experianced this issue before as it was quite windy and they did not get flustered at all. We all joked a little about the situation which made the time go by pretty quick. After the 3rd attempt, we were good to go. The views were wonderful and my wife and daughter and I all enjoyed our rides, one tandem and one single. There is a novelty in being able to ride a submarine. However, it feels more like peering into an aquarium tank. I was happy to see two sea turtles, but at Okinawa's Churaumi Aquarium, you can see sea turtles up close.
In conclusion, if you want to see marine life, you should go to an aquarium. Only those who want to experience riding a submarine should participate in this tour. Otherwise, I think marine life enthusiasts will be disappointed.

潜水艦に乗れるという物珍しさはあります。しかし、感覚としては水族館の水槽を覗いているといった感じです。海亀を２匹も見れたのは嬉しかったですが、沖縄の美ら海水族館の方がもっと間近に海亀を見れます。
結論としては、海の生き物を見たければ水族館に行きましょう。一度潜水艦に乗ってみたい人だけがこのツアーに参加しましょう。でないと、海の生き物好きはガッカリすると思います。

This was definately one of the best activities on our vacation. Our kids had a blast. My wife and I went along just to watch and had a lot of fun also. We were so glad that we had them take pictures for us as they turned out great. From our shuttle driver, to the office personnel, to the boat crew, everybody was wonderful. Highly recommend it!

The sub was great, the staff were great. Bookings.com suck. They reserved us on a Japanese only tour. We could have changed but it would have been the next day. Took the verbal portion away. we had headphones that would explain it in english but not so good with the main staff speaking to the group in Japanese. I have a 5 and 8 year old so it made it more difficult for them. Make sure you confirm what the booked you for !!

very unique & exciting activity

The experience was amazing. The only complaint I have was that we were staying at the Mariot Waikiki and the van driver went to the Waikiki resort to pick us up. We could not find the driver or him us. When I talked with staff trying to locate himshe was rude and said if we did not find the driver in 2 mins he would leave us and there would be no refund.
We ended up finding him in about 10 mins. with the help of valet parkers from out hotel. He did not leave us Thank goodness. The van driver knew we were lost and waited. He was very nice. The staff on the boat were amazing. My 73 year old mother even parasailed and they acommadated her needs. : ) We were there on a make a wish trip, they allowed my 12 year old son who fought cancer last year to go up twice and to drive the boat. They were just amazing!

This was my second time surfing in Hawaii. I was drawn in by the cute name and made a reservation. I signed up for a group lesson, but there was only one student, so it turned into a completely private session! Yay~~ (*^^)v

The instructor was a boy who spoke a little Japanese, but it was so much fun. Even though I was a poor student, thanks to the instructor, I was able to ride the waves!!!

A photographer rode on a board and took pictures, so they were very dynamic and full of life.

My friends had separate plans for the day, but next time they said they would join this school too.

グループ・レッスンに申し込んだのですが、生徒はたった１人だったので、完全プライベート☆やったぁ~~(*^^)v

先生はボーイズで、日本語が少しでしたが、
とっても楽しかったです。
出来の悪い生徒だったのに、先生のおかげで波にも乗れました！！！

写真もカメラマンの方がボードに乗って撮ってくれたので、

All the explanations beforehand are in English, but since each person is allowed to practice on the board on land, I think it will be understandable. The board is large and buoyant, and the staff will push you on the waves, so you will definitely be able to ride it. It would have been even better if there were several types of boards to choose from.

事前の説明はすべて英語ですが、陸で一人一人ボードに乗せて練習させてくれるので、理解出来ると思います。
ボードは大きなボードで浮力があり、波にはスタッフが押してくれるので、必ず乗れます。
板が数種類から選べれば尚良かったと思います。

A trolley came to pick us up and took us to the site, where we departed on a boat with ten people. Since we had to wait while others were flying, it was a good idea to take motion sickness medication beforehand.

I was unsure about the height difference, but I was glad I chose the 110-meter course. I probably wouldn't have noticed a difference even if it were increased by 20 meters...

Everyone made a slight splash in the sea. Some people only got their feet wet, but we ended up soaking our shirts. I heard that with a Dry Landing, you can avoid getting wet, but no one requested that.

Everyone bought an SD card for $30 for 40 photos. A total of 68 photos were taken, but the ones that were in focus...

It became a great memory.

トロリーで迎えが来て現地まで送ってくれ、10名ボートに乗って出発しました。他の人が飛んでいる間待つことになるので、酔い止めを飲んでおいたのは正解でした。

高さの違いで悩みましたが、110メートルコースでよかったです。おそらく、20メートル増やしても違いがわからない・・・

全員、海に少しだけ着水していました。足だけの人もいたけど、私たちはシャツまで濡れてしまいました。Dry Landing といえば、水に濡れずに済むみたいですが誰も頼んでいませんでした。

SDカードは40枚30ドルで全員買ってました。全部で68枚撮られていたけど、ピントが合ってるのは・・・

いい思い出になりました。

I think everyone should experience this at least once. It can be expensive, especially for the length of time you're actually gonna spend in the air. But if you're looking for something new (and does not easily get sea sick), this is for you.

This was my first time both in Hawaii and parasailing. The crew was efficient, and kind. The pictures they took were both well done and affordable. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the lack of life jackets for those who are in the boat. I would recommend this company to anyone planning a trip to Hawaii or looking to parasail.

I had requested a pickup and arrived at the designated location 10 minutes early, but even after waiting for 25 minutes, no one came to pick me up, which was very stressful. The voucher mentioned to call if they hadn't arrived 10 minutes after the scheduled time, but I didn't have a mobile phone that could make calls overseas, so I was really in a tough spot. However, after waiting a bit longer, they finally came to pick me up, and the lesson was so enjoyable that I forgot all about the morning's mishap! I took the lesson in a group, and since most of the participants were Japanese, we were able to chat and have fun together! Of course, whether it was the teacher's guidance or the wave conditions, I was able to stand up and had a great time!

ピックアップをお願いしていて、指定の場所に指定の時間の10分前に行って待ってたのに、25分待っても一向に迎えが来ず、とてもハラハラしました。
指定の時間の10分が過ぎて来なかったら電話するようにとバウチャーに書いてあったけど、まず海外で電話出来る携帯を持ってなかったので、とても困りました泣
でも、もう少し待ったら迎えに来てくれて、朝のそんなハプニングを忘れてしまうぐらい楽しいレッスンでした☆
グループで受けたのですが、ほとんど日本人だったので、なんとなくみんなで話しながら楽しめました！！
もちろん、先生の指導？波の状態？が良かったのか、立つことも出来てとっても楽しかったです◎

The service is only available for foreigners except during the document submission before boarding. After boarding, they seem to have memorized the explanation in Japanese and provide a brief explanation in broken Japanese. You can store your luggage at your feet on the boat. Since you may get splashed with water during the latter part of the parasailing, it's better to leave anything that shouldn't get wet at your feet. They don't insist on tips; they just casually say, "If you had fun, please consider tipping!" We paid a total of $40 for two people, including the $30 photo fee.

The acceleration of the boat at departure was fun, and I didn't feel any motion sickness at all.

The view from above was amazing!! I definitely want to do it again!

乗り込む前の書類提出時以外は外国人の方のみの対応です。
乗船後の説明も日本語の説明は暗記しているらしく、片言の日本語で説明してくれます。
荷物は船の足元に入れれるようになっています。
パラセーリング終盤に海に浸けられるので、頭から水をかぶる人もいるので、濡れては困るものはこの足元に置いて行った方がいいと思います。
チップは必要に要求してくることもなく、『楽しかったらチップお願いしまーす』と声かけしている程度でした。
30ドルの写真代と合わせて二人で40ドル払いました。

出発時の船の加速も楽しいし酔いも全くありませんでした。

空からの眺めは最高！！
また絶対やりたいです！

If you are taking your own transportation to Oahu Parasailing, leave early in order to be on time. It is easy to get lost or stuck in traffic. The staff is very friendly! If you get motion sick then you should take some Bonine or Dramamine before. You will be on a boat with 3-5 other groups. You might get motion sick waiting for everyone to take their turn parasailing. The boat Captain and riggers are really nice. They will prepare you and give you all the rules and safety precautions before. They take safety very seriously here so don't be offended if they yell at you for not following the rules. It's their job to make everyone feel safe and get everyone back to shore in one piece. This is very fun for everyone! It is a nice boat ride and parasailing tour. Do not bring expensive cameras out, you will be splashed by the waves. You won't be soaked after the boat ride, but it’s not worth the risk of ruining your expensive camera. They offer a photo package for 30 dollars. I purchased the

I’m scared of roller coasters. My wife also isn’t fond of roller coasters or heights, but since we came all the way to Hawaii, we thought it would be a waste to leave without trying anything. So, we signed up for it despite our fears. Once we actually tried it, our bodies were securely strapped in, and there was absolutely no fear. We were able to enjoy the beautiful sky and ocean of Hawaii, and my wife and I were overjoyed, saying, “I’m glad we did it! It wasn’t scary at all!” The staff were fun, and we had a truly wonderful and enjoyable experience, leaving us very satisfied. One downside is that the boat can sway depending on the wave conditions over the ocean, which might cause a bit of seasickness. My wife took motion sickness medication from the start, so she was fine, but I thought I would be okay and almost felt a little queasy. However, even with that, the overall experience was fantastic, and I was really satisfied.

ジェットコースターも怖い私です。家内もジェットコースターや高いところが苦手なのですが、せっかくハワイにきたのに何もやらずに帰るのはもったいないと、怖いの半分申し込んだのですが、実際やってみると、体はちゃんと固定され全く怖さはなく、ハワイの美しい、空と海を堪能でき、家内と『やってよかったね！全然怖くなかったね！』と大喜びです。スタッフも楽しい人で本当に素晴らしい楽しい体験ができて大満足でした。一つ難をいえば海の上の往復波の状態によって船が揺れるため、スコシ船酔いになりかける可能性があるということです。家内ははじめから酔い止めの薬を飲んでいたので大丈夫でしたが、私は大丈夫とタカをくくっていたのですが、スコシ酔いそうでした。しかしそれを含めても素晴らしいのが大きくて本当に満足でした。

I don't know when I'll be able to go to Hawaii next, so I wanted to do something that can only be done while I'm young, like skydiving or parasailing. My friend, who is not good with heights, said she could manage parasailing, so we went with that. After it was over, she said it was super fun and that she was glad we did it! We were picked up and went straight to the boat. There was no one who spoke Japanese, and the explanations were all in English. I understood that we needed to put our bags and shoes under the seats by watching the gestures. While the staff was explaining, my friend asked me to put her bag under my seat, and as I was doing that, I was scolded by the staff who said, "Look!"

When I tried to take a picture of the scenery with my phone camera while the boat was moving, I was told, "Don't let go!" I was fine with preparing for the jump because I carefully watched the other customers who were going before us and mentally prepared myself. When it was our turn and we were getting ready, my friend tried to move the belt she had around her legs down to her waist, and the captain scolded her, saying, "Under your thighs!" They also told us where to hold on, and even though the staff couldn't speak Japanese, they seemed to know the necessary words, so I think there's no need to worry.

Before we jumped, they asked if we wanted to take pictures, and I requested it. When we got back to shore, they said something like, "If you had fun, please give the captain a tip," and everyone gave about $20. We didn't have small bills, so we handed over 2000 yen, and the captain, who had been receiving $20 from other customers with a straight face, smiled and looked happy. The photos taken were given to us on an SD card, and there was a shop right near the dock for this tour where we could check the photos on a big screen and pay $30. They took about 30-35 pictures per group with a DSLR camera, including a few shots of the ocean while we were flying. While waiting to make that payment, I noticed a worn-out album at the counter. It seemed to be a Japanese guide explaining the entire activity with photos and descriptions from departure to return. It looked like it was meant for people who come to the shop to sign up directly. I thought it would be nice if they prepared another copy so we could read it in the pickup vehicle. The photo shows someone flying in the distance as seen from the boat.

次いつハワイに行けるか分からないので、若いうちにしか出来ない事、カツ、ハワイでしか出来ない事で、スカイダイビングかパラセイルだったのですが、一緒に行く友達が観覧車もダメな人で、パラセイルならなんとか大丈夫だろうと言うのでパラセイルに。そんな友達も終わってから超~楽しかった♪やって良かった♪と言ってました★ピックアップしてもらい直ぐにボートへ。日本語が話せる人はおらず説明はずっと英語。ジェスチャーを見て荷物と靴は座席の下に入れる等分かりました。説明をスタッフがしている最中に、友達に荷物を私が座ってる座席の下に入れてと言われ、下に入れてると「ミテ！」と説明してるスタッフに注意をされました。ボートが走行中に携帯のカメラで景色を写真に撮ろうとしたら「ツカマッテ！！」とボートから手を離すなと注意されました。どうやって飛ぶ準備をするのか等は、先に飛ぶお客さんの様子をシッカリと見て学習して心の準備をしたので大丈夫でした。私達の番が来て装着して準備をしている時に、友達が足に通したベルトを腰の下に移動させようとしたらキャプテンに「モモノシタ！」と注意されました。持つ所も「シタ」と注意をされ、スタッフは日本語は話せなくても必要な言葉は知っているようなので心配はいらないと思います。飛ぶ前に写真を撮るかと聞かれ頼みました。岸に着いた時に「楽しかったらその分キャプテンにチップを渡してくれ」というような事を言われ皆20ドルぐらい渡してました。私達は細かいドルが無かったので日本円で2000円渡すと、他のお客から無表情で20ドル受け取ってたキャプテンが笑顔になって喜んでました。撮られた写真はSDカードで渡され、船着場の直ぐ近くにこのツアーの店があり、そこの大画面に表示させてちゃんと撮れてるかチェックしてくれ30ドル支払います。一眼レフのデジカメで、一組あたり約30~35枚とってくれます。飛んでる最中の海の景色も数枚入ってます。その支払いを待っている最中にカウンターを見ると、ボロボロなアルバムの様な物が･･･それはこのアクティビティーを分かりやすく出発から帰るまで全部を写真と日本語で説明してる日本人向けの物でした。どうもこの店に来て直接申し込みをする人用のようです。が、もう一冊用意してピックアップの車の中で読めるようにしてくれたらいいのになと思いました（＾＾；写真はボートから見た先に飛んでる人です。

I participated in the 130m deluxe slide, and before joining, I was worried about whether it would be scary to go up to the height of a 40-story building. However, it was much better than I expected, and I actually felt like I wanted to float even more—it was so enjoyable.

The view of the Hawaiian sea and the streets of Waikiki from above was a sight that I rarely get to see, and it became a wonderful memory. The staff member on the boat took pictures with a digital camera and sold the SD memory card (it was $30 when I went). I paid $50 including a tip.

Since you will be moving on a small boat, I recommend taking proper measures against seasickness before participating.

デラックスライドの130mのものに参加したのですが、参加する前は40階建ての高さまで上がるのって怖いのではないか？という不安がありましたが、思ったよりも全然大丈夫で、むしろもっと浮かんでいたかった、という気持ちになるぐらい気持ちよかったです。
空の上から見るハワイの海やワイキキの街並みなど、なかなか見れない光景も良い思い出になりました。
ボートに同乗しているスタッフのお兄さんがデジカメで写真をとってくれて、SDメモリーカードごと売ってくれます（私の時は$30でした）。私はチップを含めて$50払いました。

小さなボートで移動するため、船酔い対策はしっかりした上で参加されることをおすすめします。

This was an intense, 2-hour surf lesson that I absolutely loved! The weather was perfect, and catching waves right in front of Diamond Head was amazing.

I wasn't sure what to expect going in, but the group lesson gave you a short intro into surfing and then helped you to ride the waves for the rest of the time. We spent a good amount of time (enough to exhaust me) in the water, with detailed instruction for each of the instructors. I was a bit worried when I got there with the amount of people, as I wasn't sure how it was going to work out, but the staff at Hans Hedemann made this a supa way to spend a Saturday morning.

Huge thanks go out to the surf instructors of the day, so thank you to Shawn, Easton, and Zara for keeping our huge group going for the full 2 hours, you guys were fantastic! A great time that i highly recommend to anyone and everyone visiting Waikiki!
