Everything was GREAT except for the location.. I was disappointed cuz I booked this with a beach location in mind.. or at least, close proximity or along the beach; which I heard was the case for some time. Instead it was on the rooftop of the parking structure! Anyway, you probably would get more outstanding reviews if you only put the luau back on the beach or the grass area between the Lagoon Tower & Rainbow Tower! That would've made it PERFECT! Food could be better as well! Entertainment was excellent!n Great performers!

I highly recommend this activity for everyone! Would and WILL do this again!!!

the parasailing itself wasnt bad but the staff needs alot of work,..particularly the driver of the shuttle..he was extremely rude and while the parasailing/ boat crew wasnt exactly the most pleasent or talkative they knew what they were doing and they were professional.

This was my eighth trip to Hawaii, and I have exhausted all the optional tours featured in magazines. I participated with my husband and our two sons, who are in middle and elementary school, making a total of four of us. I had always wanted to experience sailing on a large yacht after seeing others enjoy it, and with the kids' request for snorkeling, we decided on this tour.

Since it was during the Obon holiday, half of the participants were Japanese families. There were no Japanese staff on the tour, and all explanations on the yacht were in English.

We walked to the meeting point, which was easy to find. The yacht departed on time. After about 20 minutes, we arrived at our destination off the coast of Waikiki, where we received instructions on how to use the goggles and floats, as well as information about the fish we would see. We then enjoyed an hour of snorkeling. The wind was calm, and there was little rocking; the water was clear, allowing us to see many small and large black fish. Our underwater camera was put to good use. On the yacht, soft drinks were available for $1 and beer for $3. The remaining time was spent sailing back while enjoying the views of Waikiki. We went quite far out and close to Diamond Head, where dolphins and turtles approached the yacht.

I had some anxiety about signing up since there were no participant reviews, but I truly felt it was a great decision to join this tour.

今回は8回目のハワイで、雑誌に掲載されているようなオプショナルツアーは行きつくしている贅沢モンです。
夫婦と中学生・小学生の男子、合計4人で参加しました。以前から大きなヨットでセーリングを楽しむ人々を見て、いつか私も体験したいと思っていたツアーでした。子供たちのリクエストもあってシュノーケリング付きの、このツアーに決めました。
お盆の時期だったので、参加者の半分は日本人のファミリーでした。ツアーのスタッフに日本人はいません。ヨット上での説明もすべて英語です。
集合場所まで徒歩で向かいました。場所はすぐに分かります。時間通りにヨットは出発しました。20分ほどで目的地のワイキキ沖に着き、ゴーグルや浮きの使い方や見える魚の説明があり、その後1時間シュノーケルを楽しみました。風も穏やかで揺れも少なく、海の透明度は良く大小の黒い魚がたくさんみえました。持参の水中カメラが活躍しました。ヨットの上で、ソフトドリンク1ドル・ビール３ドルで買えます。残りの時間は、ワイキキ沖をセーリングしながら帰ります。かなり沖の方やダイヤモンドヘッド近くまで行きました。その時、ヨットの近くにイルカやカメがよってきました。
参加体験談が無かったので申し込み時には不安もありましたが、このツアーに参加して本当に良かったと思いました。

It feels really nice. There were four groups of guests on one boat. From the time we were picked up by the tour bus until we were taken back to the hotel, there wasn't much waiting time, and we enjoyed cruising while waiting for our turn on the motorboat.

すごく気持ちいいです。１つのボートに４組の客でした。ツアーバスでピックアップしてもらってからホテルに送ってもらうまで、さほど待ち時間もなく、モーターボートに乗って順番待ちをしている間もクルージングとして楽しめました。

Quite an experience and probably the best time of our trip to Honolulu. We experienced snorkeling with turtles as advertised, one even came up for air in the middle of the four of us. My teenagers were quite excited. On top of that we got to see dolphins that swam with us and around our boat, which is very unusual. The crew were great and very helpful, knowledgeable and upbeat. We had so much fun we went back for the afternoon cruise the next day and had a great time drinking (adults), singing and splashing thru the waves. Also got to see more dolphins along side and a school of fish skimming up on the surface, very cool. We highly recommend this tour and operator.

Due to the impact of the typhoon from the previous day, I thought, "Will it be canceled?" as I headed to the venue, which was supposed to take place as scheduled. The event was held not outdoors, but in a hotel convention hall. However, they smoothly guided the approximately 500 attendees, and the show started on time. The singing and speaking of the male vocalist, whose voice resonated well, along with the powerful dance performances, were no different from what you would experience outdoors. The food was delicious (I was particularly impressed by the tenderness of the roast beef and went back for seconds!) and you could enjoy two drinks (beer or soft drinks). After the show, I took photos with the dancers and felt great as I stepped outside, only to be met with a downpour that made me wonder if it had been canceled. Of course, it must be amazing outdoors as well, but I had a valuable experience. The reservation process was easy, the food was tasty, and it was fun to be surrounded by lively groups of foreigners.

P.S. There was no fire dance since it was indoors.

前日からの台風の影響で、時折スコールや風があったため「中止かな」と思って会場に行きました。
ところが、予定通り開催するとのこと。
会場は屋外でなく、ホテルのコンベンションホールを使っての実施でした。
　しかし、５００名はいたであろう観客をスムーズに案内し、ショーは定刻にスタート。
　声のよく透る男性歌手の歌と話。そしてダンスパフォーマンスの迫力は、屋外と何ら変わりませんでした。
食事もおいしいし（特にローストビーフの柔らかさに感動！おかわりしちゃいました♪）ドリンク（ビールorソフトドリンク）も２杯飲めるし。
　ショーが終わってダンサーたちと写真をとって気持ちよく外にでたら、途中で中止だったかなと思わせるほどの土砂降りでした。
　もちろん、屋外でもサイコーなんでしょうけど、貴重な経験をさせてもらえました。
　予約も簡単だし、食事もおいしいし、ノリノリの外人グループたちに囲まれて過ごすのも楽しいですよ。
　追記：室内だからファイヤーダンスはありませんでした。

the crew was AWSOME. In fact, the whole day prior to going up my wife was trying to pay me what i paid to no do the event because she was so scared and we even had to go first! I told her to suck it up and it ended up being her favorite event, and we went for the highest one at 500 feet! They guys were careful and kind to help her through it. The ride was beautiful in the air and on the boat! Ignore the reviews that say the guys hastle you for tips and there isn't $20 dollar bills all over the boat. There is some on a pole near the front, maybe 6, and the guys say if you enjoyed the ride tips are welcomed. So if all that makes you feel pressured, then stop whining and enjoy the ride or don't go at all!

My daughter and her best friend were given a trip to Hawaii as a graduation gift. They went parasailing while there. They had a great time doing it. As a way to remember this once in a lifetime experience, I paid for the 24 exposure roll of pictures to be taken. When they returned home, the roll of film was brought to be processed. We were disappointed when none of the pictures came out. The negatives showed only two partial pictures, neither of which were the girls.

Was such a nice experience. When you are so far up in the air it seems so quiet and peaceful. Hawaii offers a great view. The crew rocked! Booking through Hawaii Activities was VERY easy and made check-in much faster!!

The staff's explanations in Japanese were easy to understand and sufficient for my 4-year-old daughter who participated with me. We were very excited to see many sea turtles. The only slight disappointment was that, although the waves were calm, the visibility wasn't as clear as I had expected.

スタッフの日本語の説明は聞き取りやすく、一緒に参加した4歳の娘にも十分な説明でした。たくさんの海ガメを見ることができ大興奮でした。少し残念だったのは、波も静かでしたが予想していたほどクリアには見えなかった事かな。

Before I book this activity I thought as an individual, they will put myself on the "parachute" only, but they weren't, they simply put me with two other strangers together, I don't even know them, I feel so bad. That's why I didn't leave them a penny. The shuttle drivers is a nice guy, I leave him 10 bucks.

It's a little scary, but if you float in the air, you'll be fine!

I participated with a friend in July☆

I was worried about whether I could stand up since it was my first time surfing, but both of us managed to stand and it was so much fun!!

I am really grateful to our instructor, Yuko. She taught us the basics properly, and when I mentioned that I wanted to surf in Japan, she shared a lot of information.

Yuko is kind, thorough, and... cute♪

It was so enjoyable that although we originally planned to surf for just one day, we added another day on-site!! I highly recommend it for beginners☆

You can participate with peace of mind, and communication is clear, plus they teach the basics in an easy-to-understand way.

If you go to Hawaii, definitely give it a try!!

７月に友達と２人で参加しました☆

初めてのサーフィンで立てるかな？？？と心配していましたが、２人共なんとか立ててすっごく楽しかったです！！

インストラクターのユウコさんには本当に感謝感謝です。
きちんと基礎を教えてもらって、日本でもサーフィンをしたいと言ったら色々と教えてくれました。

親切で丁寧でそして。。。　可愛い♪　ユウコさん！！

楽しすぎて予定ではサーフィンは1日だけだったけど、現地でもう1日追加しました！！
初心者の方には本当におススメです☆

安心して参加できるし、言葉もきちんと通じるし、

This time, I really wanted to go tandem parasailing in Hawaii, so I researched various sites and decided on this one. The many positive reviews from past visitors were a deciding factor. However, my only concern was that it seemed like no one would speak Japanese. My wife was worried about that too. On the day of the activity, while waiting near the Duke Kahanamoku statue, a van arrived. As expected, the driver clearly didn't seem to speak Japanese. From there, we went around to various hotels, and a total of five groups joined us, but everyone except us was a foreigner who could speak English. My wife had an even more anxious expression on her face... Meanwhile, the driver was explaining things in English, but I couldn't understand anything (laughs).

Then we arrived at Kealoha Bay. When we showed our tickets, we were given a paper with the time and the boat we would be taking, and we waited for a bit. Additionally, it seemed that the four groups we were with were going to do jet skiing, so they headed in a different direction from us...

When it was time to go to the designated boat, there were four other foreigners on board, and we were all set to go. Up until this point, it sounds a bit negative, but from here on, it was completely different. The group we were with included a family of five (the wife was just along for the ride and took photos), a couple in their 40s, and two friends in their 20s, along with us, and everyone was cheerful. The captain? and the young camera assistant explained everything in a bright and easy-to-understand manner, and they provided explanations in Japanese at key points. There was a place to store our belongings, so it was no problem to bring a small backpack.

We headed out on the boat, and the parasailing began! As for the parasailing itself, it was amazing and exceeded my expectations. The flight lasted about ten minutes, and it was so much fun. The young man took photos for us. It was an additional $15, but I was satisfied with the quality. They handed it to us on film, so be sure to keep it in your carry-on to avoid exposure.

So, having a lot of anxiety was part of the fun. The mention of adventure in our belongings might be related to this experience.

今回、ハワイでどうしてもパラセーリングをタンデムでやりたくて、いろんなサイトで調べてここに決めました。
過去の書き込みもいい感想が多かったのが決め手。
ただ、日本語が通じそうにないのが唯一の不安。嫁もそこをずっと心配していました。そして、当日、デュークカナハモク像の近くで待っていると、一台のバンが。予想通り、明らかに日本語が通じそうにないドライバー。そこから、様々なホテルを回り、計５組が一緒になりましたが、私達以外は全て英語が通じそうな外国人ばかり。嫁の顔には一層不安な表情が・・・そんな中ドライバーはずっと英語で説明なようなことをしていましたが、一切わかりません(笑)
そして、ケアロ湾に到着。ここでチケットを見せると、時間と乗るボートの書いた紙を渡されて、しばし待つ。おまけに一緒に乗った４組はどうやらジェットスキーをやるようで僕らとは別の方向へ・・・
そして、時間になって指定されたボートに行くと、別の外国人が４組いて、ボートに乗せられました。
ここまでがなにかネガティブな内容ですが、ここからは全く違います。
一緒に乗った外国人は５人家族が一組（奥さんはただ同乗してカメラ係）、４０代の夫婦と２０代の女性の友達２人と我々でしたが、みんな陽気。船長？とカメラ係の若者が明るくわかりやすく説明してくれるし、要所は日本語で説明してくれます。荷物も置く場所があるので、ナップサックに入れていけば問題なし。
ボートで沖まで進み、パラセーリングがスタート！
肝心のパラセーリングはといえば、最高で、期待以上でした。およそ１０分間のフライトですが、楽しくてしょうがない。写真は、この若者がとってくれます。１５ドル別料金ですが、出来も満足ですよ。フィルムで渡されるので、手荷物に入れて感光しないように。
というわけで、不安一杯で望むのも楽しみの一つ。持ち物に冒険心と書かれているのはこのあたりがあるのかも。

We participated with eight people, including a five-year-old. I had heard that there were no Japanese staff, but I was relieved to find a very kind Japanese female staff member. The parasailing was a lot of fun, but I got seasick on the boat before we reached the sea. While feeling good is important, I think motion sickness medication is necessary. Perhaps because the wind was strong, we rode in groups of four. I wished we could have gone in pairs instead. Also, we were told that if we felt like it, we could give a tip, but I thought the fee should have included the tip... so my family ended up paying. The photos were available for purchase along with the negatives.

５歳児含め８名で参加しました。
スタッフの方に日本人はいないと聞いてましたが、
とても親切な日本人スタッフの女性が居て安心しました。
パラセイリングはとても楽しかったのですが、船で海に出るまでに酔ってしまいました。
気持ちも大切ですが、酔い止めは必要かと思います。
風が強かったからか、４人ずつ乗りました。
２人ずつ乗りたかったなと少し思いました。
それからチップを気持ちがあればお願いしますと言われたのですが、料金にはチップが含まれてたはず...と思いながら、家族が支払いました...。
写真は撮ってくれた写真をネガごと購入するかたちでした。

I always was interested in surfing and it has been a long time dream of mine to surf. The instructors are extremely helpful and encouraging. I had sooooo much fun and i surprised myself with how many waves I actually caught. I can honestly say that I picked up a new hobby.=)
P.S. Yuko is amazing!!!

The boat ride to the submarine was pleasant, and it was interesting since it was my first experience on a submarine.

The waves were strong, so the water was murky, but it was still nice to see fish and turtles.

It can be a bit rocky, so those who are prone to motion sickness might get seasick quickly.

I recommend the Japanese guide option.

潜水艦までの船も気持ちが良くて、潜水艦も初体験なので面白かったです。

波が強かったので、水中も濁ってしまっていましたが、それでも魚やカメも見れて良かったです。

揺れるので、乗り物に弱い方はすぐ酔ってしまうと思います。

日本語ガイドの時間がおすすめです。

It was very pleasant.
The two brothers didn't understand much Japanese, so I couldn't really understand the explanations, but it was fine as long as I watched the people in front.
The description for alan1 mentioned that tips were included, but they actively requested tips.
I'm taking my sons with me to try again.

Despite the scheduling difficulties and my insistence, they kindly agreed to help me.

I was able to learn properly from the basics and really catch the waves!! The excitement when I stood up was incredible. When I stumbled in the shallow water, I got a few scrapes, but I see those as proof of my effort. Moreover, the instructor was very friendly and cute. It felt more like hanging out with friends among the girls, which made it even more enjoyable. I had a fantastic time surfing, and it truly became a wonderful memory.

When I go to Hawaii again, I definitely want to request Girls Who Surf!!

どうしても都合が合わず、無理を言ったにも関わらず、
快く引き受けて下さいました。

基礎からちゃんと教えてもらえて、しっかり波に乗れる事ができました！！
立てた時の感動は、半端ないです。
ちょっと浅瀬でコケると、多少傷も出来ますがこれも頑張った証拠だと思えます。
しかも先生は、とてもフレンドリー＆キュートです。
女子同士だとお友達みたいな感じでさらに楽しいです。
とても楽しいサーフィンをする事が出来て、本当に
いい思い出になりました。

I love these people! This was the greatest. We reserved 2 for parasailing and 2 observers on the boat. Getting the confirmations online was easy. The directions to the pick-up was simple to find. They picked us up and delivered us back to our hotel. The parasailing itself was da bomb! Our driver and his co-worker were most awesome and very friendly. They did NOT make you give them a tip; you wanted to. They deserve every penny they make! Quite frankly, I could have spent all days with these guys; they were so much fun. It's a quick ride, but the most fun EVER. If you do not do this, you're crazy!

I participated in a bodyboarding lesson. After two hours of instruction, I believe anyone can ride the waves. After taking this lesson, I went bodyboarding in Kailua. I'm glad I took the lesson.

ボディーボードレッスンに参加しました。２時間も教わるとＢＢは誰でも波に乗ることができると思います。このレッスンを受けた後にカイルアでＢＢをしました。レッスンを受けておいてよかったです。

The underwater world spreads out in the ocean. You can enjoy the waters of Waikiki. Personally, riding in a submarine was a great experience.

海中のアンダーワールドが広がります。ワイキキの海の中を楽しめます。個人的には潜水艦に乗ること自体が良い体験となりました。

I requested to add more people at the last minute, and they kindly accommodated us, allowing everyone to enjoy themselves. I thought we would only see fish, but we were also able to see a significant number of sea turtles swimming, which was a valuable experience.

直前で人数追加お願いしたのですが快く対応してくださり、皆楽しむことができました。
魚だけだと思っていたらかなりの数の海ガメの泳いでいる姿も見ることができ、貴重な体験ができました。

It was my first time in Hawaii, and I'm really glad I signed up for this tour. The weather was fantastic, and since it started at 9:00 AM, it felt great to fly and have a stunning view of Honolulu.

We went out to sea on a boat, and from there, they took us flying. The guy driving the boat and the one preparing the equipment were both very kind and quite playful. Although they didn't speak Japanese, I had a great time.

If you haven't tried it yet, I definitely recommend experiencing it at least once. It's highly recommended!

初めてのハワイでしたが、このﾂｱｰに申し込んで本当に良かったです。
天気がスゴく良く、朝9：00からだったので飛んだ時にとても気持ちがよくホノルルが一望できて最高でした。

ボートで沖まで出て、そこから飛ばしてくれるのですが、船を運転するお兄さんも用具を準備してくれるお兄さんもとても親切でとってもお茶目な人たちでした。日本語は通じませんがとても楽しめました。

やった事のない方は、ぜひ一度体験してみて下さい。
オススメです。

This is my first trip to Hawaii for a 3-night, 5-day company trip.

Since it's only 3 nights, I thought it would be a waste not to make the most of it! So, I decided to challenge myself to surfing starting from the afternoon of the day I arrived!!!

It's my first time surfing.

The instructor only spoke in English, so to be honest, I was quite nervous...

But with simple Japanese, they guided me to paddle and stand up, saying things like "OK!!!!"

However, they pushed me at the right timing with the waves, so even though it was my first time, I was able to stand up!!

It was so moving!!! So much fun...!!

After returning to Japan, I can't forget that joy, and I'm planning to start surfing!

My daughters and I all participated in our "first surfing experience" with excitement. Thanks to our beautiful and kind instructor, we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. We all said, "I wish we could have done more..." as we returned to the hotel, and it became a wonderful family memory. I recommend it for beginners and families!

娘たちと私と三人とも「サーフィン初体験」
ドキドキしながら参加しましたが、美人で優しい
インストラクターさんのおかげでリラックスして
楽しませていただきました。
三人とも「もっとしたかったなあ・・・」なんて言いながら
ホテルに帰り、家族の素敵な思い出になりました。

it was funfilled. the value for money is not upto the mark.

Both of us being over 50 and not in the best of shape, we had some trepidations about being 500 feet up. Nothing to worry about. First rate captain and crew. Excellent experience. Do be sure to take the dunk at the end and get the pictures.
