Wow! Had the time of our lives up there in the air! Went with my mum (63) and my kids (8 and 5). The crew at Hawaiian Parasail were extremely professional and really made sure we had a great time. The photos they took while we were in the air were amazing. Highly recommend buying the memory card of your parasail. I can't wait to come back to Hawaii and have another parasail with Hawaiian Parasail. Pick up and drop off at hotel was fantastic. Our driver pointed out lots of good places to eat on the way there which was great. We learnt a lot about where to go and what to do on our holiday just on the trip there and back. To make it in time for the meeting, we had our optional tour before parasailing shortened, but we ended up waiting about an hour from the meeting time for this optional tour. Other participants arrived normally about 30 minutes after the meeting time, and we couldn't understand why we were given such an early meeting time.
The 180-meter parasailing experience lasted about 10 minutes in the air, and the view was amazing; we even saw a rainbow, which was moving. However, after waiting so long and for this price, it ended up being just 20 minutes total... The instructors were all foreigners and were quite pushy about tips. Considering everything, I don't think I would want to do this again.
