Our family of 5 had a great experience with the staff. We were running late because of a parade shutting roads down and ... morewe communicated with them effortlessly about the delay. They were so accommodating and understanding - we didn’t arrive until after the boat had left but they shuttled us out on another boat so we didn’t miss the experience. Once there we were able to snorkel and enjoy the water and views while we waited for our turn with the scooters. Thank you for allowing us to have a great experience with unforgettable photos, it could have ended in disaster but they gave us the time of our life!!

This tour was everything I was hoping for, and more. Our tour guide Henry was amazing. His storytelling was so engagin... moreg and entertaining and we didn’t just get to see beautiful places, we also learned a lot about the history of the people and the island. If you are looking for a safe and fun way to get to experience several highlights from the Big Island, learn more about the culture and just have an overall insanely enjoyable and memorable experience, I highly recommend this tour.
We were staying on Oahu and they made all of our flight arrangements, provided a delicious local meal and plenty of snacks and somehow made it back in plenty of time for our evening flight back over to Oahu. We were amazed at how much we were able to see and do all in one day. It is an experience that my family and I will treasure.
Also, one note in case you are concerned - there are plenty of bathroom stops along the way.

Hanauma Bay Snorkeling through Roberts Hawaii was a wonderful experience for our family and we highly recommend it. The ... morevery comfortable tour bus picked us up promptly at 6:30 AM from Hyatt Regency and we beat the crowds to the Bay! We were actually able to photograph the bay with no tourists on it before the mass crowd arrived! Roberts Hawaii seems very efficient, well run and very informative! The park is beautiful and so well maintained. We want to return there next visit!

This cruise was a blast. Bartenders are heavy handed and super friendly. Everyone aboard is just looking for a good time... more and we were glad to be a part of it. Would go every night if we could.

My wife and I were celebrating our twentieth anniversary, and she said she wanted to go to a luau. I chose the best lua... moreu in Honolulu - the last open air, on Waikiki, at the Royal Hawaiian. The entertainment was amazing - the Andrew Sisters and the fire dancer were the highlights although everything was incredible and well done. I loved the theme on the history of Hawaii and Honolulu and I learned something new. I never realized how much WWII changed the islands but now I know! The food was delicious and varied. I loved the ahi collar! What made it all amazing was the setting. The one downer was our server - she acted like she didn't want to be there and was so inattentive that one of the other servers wound up taking care of us. But nothing could spoil that evening! We have already told all of our friends that if they go to one luau in Hawaii, go to the Aha Aina Royal Luau in Waikiki!
