It had been a while since I visited the cultural center, and even though the language barrier was present, the stories were easy to understand. The food was just okay. It was a bit far from Waikiki, and the journey felt a little long.

First time ever swimming with sharks and it was definitely one of the coolest experiences of my life. Naturally, I was pretty nervous but the moment I stepped on the boat and met the owner/boat captain and his two employees I was immediately put at ease. They are all local guys who are extremely knowledgeable about sharks, told us what to expect, and gave very specific instructions. The owner said he has been doing this for 30 years. Plus, they were very kind and personable which added to the experience.The safety swimmer gets in the water before you and is with you the entire time. He will hold your hand if you are nervous. Sharks are misunderstood creatures so put your preconceived notions and fears about them aside and go on this adventure! You won't regret it!

My first skydiving experience was a bit worrisome because it was raining in the morning, but by around 9 AM, the skies cleared up and I started to see blue skies. By the time I jumped, it was the best condition with a rainbow appearing. It's really wonderful to see a rainbow from above the clouds.

Meeting at 5 AM was a bit tough, but it was worth it to get up early.

When we arrived, we received an explanation, but there were no Japanese-speaking staff, so the explanation ended without much understanding. Later, I managed to find a Japanese-speaking grandfather who was with another group and asked him for a full explanation from the beginning.

Upon arrival, we were prompted to store our belongings in lockers, but since there’s no guarantee that you can jump right away, I recommend keeping your belongings with you until your name is called.

The photos were quite pricey, as everyone mentioned, but I’m glad I got them. You can choose between having a photographer jump with you or using a self-camera.

人生初のスカイダイビングは朝から雨が降ってて少し心配ですが、9時過ぎ頃には晴れて青空が見え始め私が飛ぶ頃には虹が出ているベストコンディションでした。
空の上から虹が見れるなんてとても素敵ですね。

朝5時集合で少し早起きがしんどかったけど頑張って起きただけありました。

付いて説明を受けるのですが、日本語スタッフがおらずよくわからないまま説明終了。後から別団体を連れてきた日本語をしゃべれるおじいちゃんを捕まえて一から説明をお願いしました。

付いたらロッカーに荷物を預けるように促されるのですが、すぐに飛べる保証がないので名前を呼ばれるまで荷物は各自で持っておくことをお勧めします。

写真も皆さん行っていた通りとてもいい値段でしたがつけてよかったです。写真はカメラマンをつけて一緒に飛ぶのとセルフカメラと2種類選べます

Last time, I went diving in Guam and then in Hawaii. Due to the pickup arrangements, it took a bit too long; the pickup was at 5 AM, and we returned to the hotel around 1 PM. The diving was fun, but there was a difference in the instructors. (Well, I guess that's just human nature, haha.) I felt that the older instructor had a better sense of service. There was a Japanese-speaking driver present from start to finish, so there were no language issues.

　前回はグアムでダイビングしてのハワイのダイビング、ピックアップの関係で少々、時間かかりすぎ、朝五時ピックアップ、ホテル帰ったのが１３時頃でした。

Despite the sudden request, they arranged everything promptly. On the day after tomorrow, we had a refreshing clear sky. My son and daughter flew in and suddenly appeared with parachutes from a place where you couldn't see them in the sky. The 27-year-old and 24-year-old expressed their excitement like children and looked genuinely happy while talking about it. I really think it was great to have them experience it, even if it was a bit of a stretch. I absolutely recommend it (although I didn't do it myself...).

It was the best experience! Just before taking off, there was no time to be scared, we just went for it. The view was breathtaking!!

In the first half, my mouth got extremely dry from the wind, and it was tough to keep it closed. (laughs)

I don't speak much Japanese, but I managed somehow. I hired a professional photographer for the photos. Each person gets one. It was definitely worth it. I bought both the video and photos, so it was a bit pricey, but it became a lifelong memory!

It was an incredible experience, truly the best time ever! The sense of achievement and the beautiful scenery provided emotions that you can't experience in everyday life! I absolutely want to do it again!

I thought I might be nervous, but before I knew it, I was in the air... For those who have thought about trying skydiving at least once in their lifetime, I want you to experience this excitement right away!

I also signed up after reading reviews, and the reviews here are spot on! If you're hesitating, you should definitely go for it! You will be moved, without a doubt!

I believe my first skydiving experience in Hawaii was the right choice! You can see beautiful views from angles that you can't see from the ground!

Well, if I had to say one thing, when the parachute opens and you descend while enjoying the view, it can be a bit wobbly. If you tend to get motion sickness, taking motion sickness medication will ensure you enjoy it 100%! I sometimes get motion sickness, so I took the medication before jumping. Thanks to that, I enjoyed it 120%!

I will definitely do it again when I go to Hawaii next time! That's how much I recommend it!

Dole Plantation, lunch in the town of North Shore, and horseback riding were all very enjoyable. Fortunately, we were also able to see sea turtles, so I think it was a good tour.

The guide was very knowledgeable and recommended a garlic shrimp place (Camarón) for lunch, but the dining area behind the restaurant was extremely hot and uncomfortable. The portion sizes seemed a bit small for Hawaii. I slightly regret that Macky's might have been a better choice than Camarón to feel the essence of Hawaii. Other than that, I was completely satisfied.

This was a very nice birthday surprise from my wife. I've never gone horseback riding and my wife booked us a family tour and it was GREAT! I was scared at first because I've never rode a horse before, but our Ranglers Tate and Jayden were superb on showing us how to do everything! Tate and Jayden were outstanding. I would definitely ride again with them. They ensured our safety at all times which was a huge plus for me. The ride was amazing, relaxing, beautiful and calming. I could not have asked for a better birthday gift. Not only was the ride great but we all learned some things about horses. Our horses were great also! Def one of the highlights of our trip to Hawaii! We really had an Awesome time!

After the parachute opened, normally you descend while making sharp turns (otherwise, you won't come down), but I told the instructor that I get motion sickness and dislike spinning around, so they took their time and descended slowly. I was glad to be able to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Hawaii. I returned to the hotel in Waikiki after 10 o'clock. I purchased the video, and my desperate expression seemed to be quite funny, causing my whole family to burst into laughter. It became a great memory.

I was excited about skydiving, but as soon as I got on the helicopter and it started to ascend, I suddenly felt nervous!

Every time I saw the person in front of me jump, I became more and more scared, and by the time it was my turn, I was filled with regret, haha.

However, once I actually jumped, it was scary, but the free fall was long, so my fear gradually faded, and by the time the parachute opened, I was okay, haha.

After the parachute opened, the view was beautiful, and it was fun to spin around.

However, it seems that the person who was in charge of my jump wasn't great, as the photos weren't very good and there weren't many, so I bought them as a memento, but it was a bit disappointing. I thought this would be my first and last skydiving experience.

On the other hand, my husband's instructor seemed to be great, as they took a lot of videos and photos before and after the jump, and many of the pictures during the jump captured the scenery beautifully.

スカイダイビングに興味があり、ヘリに乗る前はワクワクしていたのですがいざヘリに乗ってどんどん上に上がっていくと急に緊張が･･･！

前の人が飛ぶ姿を見る度にどんどん怖くなり、自分が飛ぶ番の時には後悔しかなかったです笑

いざ飛んでみると、怖かったけどフリーフォールが長いので恐怖心が段々薄れていきパラシュートが開く頃には平気になっていました笑

パラシュートが開いてからは景色がきれいだしぐるぐる回ってくれるのが楽しかったです。


･･･が、今回担当してくれた方は当たりではなかったらしく、写真はあまりいいものがない&少なくて記念として購入しましたがちょっとショックでした。
スカイダイビングは最初で最後かなぁ、と思っていたので。

旦那の方のインストラクターの方は当たりだったようで飛ぶ前から飛んだ後までたくさん動画&写真撮ってくれて、飛んでる最中の写真も景色もうつっていてきれいなものが多かったです。

インストラクターは運次第･･･なのでしょうか。。

OMG! I booked this tour for my husband's birthday today. It was simply amazing. Initially he was a little apprehensive, but once we started riding he really enjoyed the ride. Our guide was simply the BEST (Tate) He was very informative and knew so much about the ranch and the horses. He made the ride so much fun! We also enjoyed (Jayden) who was our other guide. We can't wait to go back because we will definitely be coming back here to do another tour. The scene was beautiful although it rained some of our ride we still enjoyed it and had a blast!! They make sure you are comfortable and are enjoying every minute of it. It was our kids first time riding as well. They had so much fun until they would like to get horses themselves now. You CAN'T go to North Shore and not do this activity!

Beautiful Ride! We just missed the hurricane that was forecasted to hit the island. There was no rain and the weather was fantastic. We did the beginner ride which took about an hour. We were able to see other animals on the farm. The farm is massive; over 600 acres I believe. Next time I would like to do the intermediate or advanced ride. The staff was very professional and polite. The tour guide was kind enough to give us a background of the history of the farm. I would definitely return and recommend to anybody that this horseback ride was beautiful and romantic. Try the sunset ride if you go with your significant other :)

The pickup for the Island Makana Tours' canyon horseback riding plan was at the Hyatt Regency's Core Street entrance, which was as crowded as Hachiko Square. Around 9:40, we arrived at Dole Plantation. Since we only had 30 minutes, I gave up on riding the Pineapple Express train that runs through the park, but just strolling through the pineapple fields felt great. Around 10:40, we reached Turtle Beach. Unfortunately, we didn't see any sea turtles. We dropped off the free time plan participants in Haleiwa, and around 11:15, we arrived at Waimea Canyon. It rained heavily on and off, but we started horseback riding. At one point, I slipped to the right along with the saddle, but I managed to keep holding the reins and stood up on the ground. After the horseback riding, everyone was soaking wet, and I was surprised that we couldn't borrow even one towel. Around 13:15, we arrived in Haleiwa Town. I had garlic shrimp at the Camaron Shrimp Wagon ($13.60). The line at Matsumoto Shave Ice was too long for me to consider waiting, but there was another shop nearby with a shave ice sign that had only staff inside.

The weather was great, perfect for skydiving! The instructors were all cheerful, and it was so much fun. The scenery during the skydiving was beautiful, and it felt like it was over in an instant. I definitely want to experience it again!

On our last night in Hawaii, we wanted to experience the essence of Hawaii, so we went to see a dance show. The seating for the buffet meal and the show varies between deluxe and standard, but final confirmation is done on the bus that day, so if you change your mind, you can switch from standard to deluxe (but you might not be able to change from deluxe to standard). The food was delicious, and the dance show was truly spectacular. I was really tired and thought I might doze off at some point, but I enjoyed it from start to finish. Being close to the performers allowed us to see their expressions clearly, which was really interesting! Those who booked deluxe get free ice cream during the show's intermission (it's exchanged for a ticket, so if you don't want it, you can skip it), but the buffet fills you up quite a bit, and the ice cream is quite large since it's in overseas sizes, so we couldn't eat it (laughs). It's a tour that makes you want to go again.

ハワイ最後の夜は、ハワイらしさを感じたくてダンスショー見に行きました。

It was my first skydiving experience. I had always wanted to try it at least once in my life, and I was so moved to finally have the opportunity! The pickup was done by a Japanese person, and they provided explanations in Japanese, answering all my questions on-site, which made me feel very at ease. I always struggle with tipping, but the explanation about tips was helpful. We were blessed with great weather, allowing us to experience the best views and the thrill of freefall. There’s also an option to have photos and videos taken, which makes for a great keepsake. The photographer I requested was very skilled, and I was thrilled to receive many great photos and videos.

一生に1度はやってみたかったのですが、今回体験できて感動でした！
お迎えも日本人の方に来て頂け、説明も日本語でして頂け、現地での質問にもすべて答えて頂けたのでとても安心できました。
チップはいつも悩むのですが、チップについての説明もあり助かりました。
お天気にも恵まれ最高の景色と落下のスピードを体験することができました。
写真も動画も撮ってもらえるオプションもあるので記念になります。
私がお願いしたカメラマンはとっても上手な方でいい写真・いい動画をたくさん撮って頂け嬉しかったです。

The free fall from 4,200 meters was truly thrilling. Although I have experienced paragliding in the past, this exhilaration was on a completely different level. If I have the chance to go to Hawaii again, I would love to participate once more. The prices for photos and videos are a bit high, but since it's a special opportunity, I recommend purchasing them.

I participated in this tour for my honeymoon. The first restaurant we were taken to served the most delicious food I had in Hawaii. Perhaps because I hadn't eaten anything great until then, the roast beef was perfectly fatty and tasty. After filling up, we headed to the dance show! The dancers, muscular men using their bodies as instruments and shouting, were manly and cool. The ice cream that came out midway was too much in volume, but I managed to finish it. I wish the portion had been smaller and the ice cream a bit tastier, haha. Anyway, it was a wonderful memory and experience to see the traditional Polynesian dance. This time we had to leave in the evening due to time constraints, but since the Polynesian Cultural Center is large, I want to take my time exploring it more on my next visit.

新婚旅行でこのツアーに参加しました。まず最初に連れて行かれたレストランの料理はハワイに来て一番美味しい料理でした。それまで大したもの食べてなかったからか笑ローストビーフも脂がほどよくのっており、美味しかったです。お腹いっぱいの中いざダンスショーへ！ダンスは筋骨隆々の男陣が自分の体を楽器にし、叫ぶ姿は男らしくかっこよかったです。途中ででてきたアイスはボリュームがありすぎましたが、なんとか完食しました。量を少なくしてもう少し美味しいアイスがよかった笑とにかくポリネシアの伝統ダンスを見れてとてもいい思い出と経験になりました。今回は時間がなかったので夕方発でしたが、ポリネシア文化センターは広いので次回来た時はもっとゆっくり散策したいと思います。

I had about two and a half hours of free time in Haleiwa. Thanks to that, I was able to leisurely walk from one end of the town to the other. I also got to take photos of Haleiwa Wings, which made me happy.

However, I only passed by new places like Haleiwa Store Lot, so if I could wish for anything, I would have liked an additional 30 minutes.

ハレイワでのフリータイムは、2時間半ほどありました。おかげで、ハレイワの町を端から端までゆっくりと見て歩く事が出来ました。『Haleiwa Wings』の写真も撮る事が出来て、満足です。

ただ、ハレイワ・ストア・ロットなど新しい場所は通り過ぎるだけだったので、欲をいえば、あと30分くらい時間があると、嬉しいと思いました。

Everything was explained in English, but they taught us using gestures and simple words. The staff were very cheerful, and even though all the participants were foreigners, we all had a great time together! Of course, enjoying the breathtaking views was wonderful, but climbing and descending using ropes and crossing the suspension bridge were all fun too! I highly recommend it!
