We had a great time on this tour. Dirk, the driver/tour guide gave us a lot of info. The tour was exactly as advertised plus we got to see some turtles at an extra stop. Lunch was Excellent. We would definitely do this again. Awesome! !!

I arrived in Hawaii and participated with my family of four the day before my daughter's wedding. I wasn't sure I could make it to the North Shore on my own, and I was also intrigued by the unknown experience of "horseback riding."

Our driver and guide, S, drove safely while explaining many things along the way, and the wealth of information made it very enjoyable. Unfortunately, our stay at the Dole Plantation was less than 30 minutes, but the pineapple soft serve was exquisite. The cup had fruit on top. Next time, I want to try the world's largest maze and the pineapple train.

The purpose of visiting Haleiwa was for "garlic shrimp." Among the recommended places, we went to "Camarones," where the rice was creamy and reminiscent of a gratin. When I spoke with the staff, I learned that the chef is Japanese and was originally an artist who trained in Spain and France. The presentation was incredibly beautiful, and I was impressed, but it made sense why it was so well done. It was a good decision to pay an extra dollar to have the shells removed. This is what they mean by plump shrimp.

On our way back to the parking lot, we stopped by the local supermarket, Malama Market, and also visited Matsumoto Shave Ice. I was relieved to find it surprisingly uncrowded. We shared a large rainbow with milk for $3.50, and the ice was much softer and tastier than the ones I had later in Hawaii.

By chance, the owner, Mr. Matsumoto, was there, and we chatted. My daughter seems to have become LINE friends with him.

The main event, horseback riding, was not as concerning as I had feared. My horse, Cody, was very well-behaved and followed the horse in front without kicking (the signal to move forward) even once. However, my husband and son, along with the horses behind them, were quite eager to stray from the line to eat grass (laughs). But there were guides in front and behind us to help control the situation.

The guides took many photos, and it was truly moving to be riding along the coastal path (we even saw sea turtles) and through a small trail. I thought it was considerate that we could stop by the restroom at Turtle Bay Hotel to wash our hands. There was information about the sea turtles, and although we didn't go ashore, we managed to take a few photos at the sunny Sunset Beach and saw about three sea turtles nearby.

It was an incredibly ambitious tour, but thanks to our driver and guide, we enjoyed only the best parts. We were blessed with good weather and had a fun day. Thank you very much.

ハワイ到着して娘の結婚式の前日家族4人で参加しました。ノースショアには自力で行けそうになかったし、未知の「乗馬」ってのにも惹かれました。
運転手兼ガイドのSさんは安全運転しながら道中の沢山のものを説明してくださり、その情報量が豊富でとても楽しかったです。
「ドールプランテーション」は30分以下の滞在時間だったので残念ですが、パイナップルのソフトクリームは絶品です。カップのは上に果肉が乗っています。
次回は世界最大迷路やパイナップル電車にも乗ってみたい。
ハレイワの街の目的は「ガーリックシュリンプ」でした。お勧めの数件の内「カマロン」に行きましたが、ライスがクリーミーなドリア風でした。スタッフさんと話したらシェフは日本人で元はアーティスト？スペインやフランスで修行された方とのことです。盛り付けも大変美しく感激していたけど、「やはりそうだったんだ」と納得しました。1ドル追加して殻をむいてもらって正解でした。プリプリのエビってのはこれの事でした。
地元のスーパーの「マラママーケット」に寄りながら駐車場に戻り、「松本かき氷店」にも行きました。意外に空いていてほっとしました。レインボー（大）+ミルクで3.5ドルで4人で食べましたが、氷が後で食べたハワイのものよりもずっとソフトで美味しかったです。
偶然オーナーの松本氏がいらしてお話しました。若い娘はLINE友達になったようです。
メインイベントの乗馬は心配したほどの事は無く、私の馬（コディ）はとてもお行儀がよく、一回もお腹を蹴らなくても(進めの合図）ちゃんと前の馬について歩いてくれましたが、夫と息子、その後ろの方の馬はやたらと列から離れて草を食べたがる馬でした(笑)
でもちゃんと前と後ろにガイドさんがついてくれて制御してくれます。
ガイドの方も写真もたくさん撮ってくださるし、なにより海沿いの道（ウミガメもみました）やちょっと入った小径を馬で移動しているなんて感動でした。
帰りに「タートルベイホテル」の洗面所によって手を洗ったりできるのも気が利いているなと思います。ウミガメどうかな？って情報でしたが、快晴のサンセットビーチにもちょっとだけ降りて写真をとり、陸には上がってなかったけどウミガメもすぐそばに3匹ほど見られました。
ものすごく欲張りツアーですが運転手兼ガイドさんのおかげで美味しいところだけ取って満喫しました。天気にも恵まれ楽しい一日でした。ありがとうございました。

Not only I thoroughly enjoyed the sea and shopping this time, but also slightly different things wanted to do it and applied to this tour. I had not ridden a horse in Japan either and was the first experience of the throb.
When run on the shoreline of the north shore, and arrive; the place that is full of green far apart from the noise of Waikiki. There are not only the horse but also a chicken and the peacock.
A horse and the first meeting to be taken care of after arrival this time. Our fellow is Keahi and Ruby. I have gentle eyes having the rich mane. I have you teach how to get on at once and am a walk start. A guide walks the top and arrives in the next. I can take in the muscle of the horse whenever I step forward, and one step is very powerful. We stretch out the back not to break preparations and add it and the pace of the horse. The scenery from the horse is high and feels the comfortable wind. I might stop on the way, but walk the way with the pitch difference easily. I took a photograph at the good place of the scene. It was the experience that I could taste beautiful air and scenery in instant one hour, and was valuable.
A guide could tell neighboring restaurants and the recommended beach and was very kind. I want to recommend it to all of you by all means.

I chose this tour because I wanted to go horseback riding and I also like the North Shore. Since it was my first time riding, I was nervous until I got used to it, but the time spent riding a lovely horse while looking at the beautiful sea was truly healing. I was satisfied with the free time in Haleiwa, as I was able to visit the shops I wanted to go to.

What was disappointing was that there were not only horseback riders but also other people, which made it a bit hectic to find time for things like searching for pineapples and sea turtles, and even bathroom breaks felt rushed due to time constraints. I wish I could have taken it a bit slower... However, horseback riding was really great, so I had a valuable experience.

乗馬がしたくて、ノースも好きなので このツアーを選びました。初乗馬だったので 乗り慣れるまでは
緊張しましたが、キレイな海を見ながら 可愛らしい馬に乗っている時間は本当に癒されました。
ハレイワの街での自由時間は 行きたいお店にも行けたので満足です。
残念だったのは、乗馬の人だけではなく違う人たちもいらっしゃったので、時間を合わすために ドールやウミガメを探す時間、トイレ休憩さえもバタバタと慌ただしく時間制限があったことです。
もう少しゆっくりしたかったな…
でも、乗馬は本当に良かったので貴重な体験ができました。

It was an experience from another dimension. When I was looking up from below, I could see the particles jumping out of the Cessna, and eventually, the parachutes opened, gliding gracefully through the air and landing smoothly. Young people (including girls) were shouting, "This is the best!" I thought that was how it would be, but when I took off in the Cessna and reached the height of the clouds, I thought that was it, only to rise even higher. It was no joke; the island became smaller, and it felt like I was about to jump into the sea.

The moment I began to jump, it was an experience that transcended life and death, a dimension beyond. In just a few seconds, I experienced an exhilarating arching of my body, raising my hands, feeling like I was getting an air massage. I signaled to the instructor that I was feeling great with an "Aloha" gesture. The intensity of free fall was incredible (it felt like several minutes), and when the parachute opened, there was a jolt to my body. After that, the instructor spun us around, showing us the magnificent scenery.

When we landed, I shook hands with the instructor, expressing my gratitude for such a wonderful experience, saying "Very good." Thank you. I was truly moved.

On Saturday, October 8, 2016, my daughter and I challenged ourselves to horseback riding at Gunstock Ranch. We took the number 55 bus from the Ala Moana bus stop, heading straight to Gunstock Ranch.

The number 55 bus, which connects Ala Moana and Haleiwa on the North Shore, runs along the east coast of Oahu via downtown, allowing us to enjoy beautiful views of Kaneohe Bay and local beaches from the bus window.

Upon arrival, we signed a waiver given to us by a female staff member, stored our belongings, and got ready for horseback riding. We set off in a line of six, led by a handsome cowboy. It was smaller and less crowded than Kualoa Ranch.

The spacious ranch, blue sky, white clouds, and the deep blue sea stretching below— the scenery from horseback was breathtakingly beautiful! Since it was my first time riding, I was a bit scared at first, but I quickly got used to it and enjoyed the beautiful views and interaction with the animals.

For those with horseback riding experience, it might feel a bit lacking, but since the pace is leisurely, I think it’s just right for first-timers.

広々とした牧場、青い空、白い雲、眼下に広がる紺碧の海ー。馬上から見る景色はこの世のものとは思えない美しさでした！初めての乗馬だったので、乗る時は少し怖かったのですが、すぐに慣れ、美しい景色と動物との触れ合いを楽しみました。
乗馬経験のある人には少し物足りないのかもしれませんが、のんびりと進んでいくので、初体験の方々にはちょうどいい内容なのではないかと思います。

The Dole Plantation, Turtle Beach, Haleiwa Town, and horseback riding along the coast made for a very packed itinerary. I also enjoyed the experience of cracking open and eating fresh macadamia nuts at the macadamia nut farm, which you mentioned could only be visited when there was time. I wish we could have spent a bit more time in Haleiwa Town, as we only had time for lunch. I would have liked to have extended the time, even if it meant starting our meeting a bit earlier! Horseback riding by the sea was very pleasant, and I’m glad I participated.

It was my first skydiving experience. There were explanations and consent forms in Japanese, so I had no anxiety at all. The tandem crew member was a cheerful and handsome guy. He eased my pre-jump jitters, but still provided thorough explanations and preparations, so I wasn't scared.

We ascended in a Cessna above the clouds, and the view of the beaches in Hawaii from there was amazing. Since the tandem instructor jumps with you, there’s no chance of being too scared to jump, and before I knew it, I was falling through the sky. As we descended over the ocean, it was just beautiful, and all my stress disappeared.

Once we were in parachute mode, we glided around, and the instructor kept it fun.

There’s a shuttle service from the hotel in Waikiki, which makes it very convenient. We gathered at the hotel at 10:05, and it took about an hour by car to get to the airfield near the beaches on the north side of Hawaii. I stored all my belongings in a $1 locker (four quarters; there’s a change machine), and the waiting time was about 30 minutes. After getting on the Cessna, we jumped down in about 30 minutes, and then waited about 30 minutes to an hour for the bus to depart. I returned to the hotel around 14:30 to 15:00.

For tips, I gave the shuttle driver $10 each way per person. For the tandem crew member, I wrote my name and put the tip in a bag to drop in the box, which was over $20.

Including tips, it was a total of $200, and this experience was a great value! I definitely want to do it again the next time I go to Hawaii. I highly recommend it.

By the way, the free Wi-Fi router provided had poor connectivity. Since it was free, I can't complain too much. I rented a paid Wi-Fi in Japan and shared the cost with a friend.

10:05ホテルに集合して、ハワイ北側のビーチ近くの飛行場まで、車で1時間くらいです。
1ドルロッカー(クオーターコイン×4。両替機あり)に荷物を全て預けて、待ち時間30分くらいでした。
セスナ機乗ってから30分で降りて来てバス発車まで30分〜1時間くらい待ち、ホテルに戻ったのは大体14:30〜15:00くらいでした。

チップは送迎の運転手に往復1人10ドルずつ。
タンデムクルーのお兄さんには名前を書いて袋にチップを入れてポストに入れます。20ドル以上。

全部でチップいれて200ドルで、この体験はコスパ最高です！また次にハワイ行くときも必ずやりたいと思ってます。オススメです。

ちなみに無料特典のwifiルーターは接続はあまり良くなかったです。無料なので仕方ないです。
日本で有料のwifi借りて、友人と割り勘して使いました。

The Polynesian dance show was large in scale, had a solid story, was easy to understand, and was truly moving. The fire dance, in particular, was breathtaking. Since the venue is spacious, I think it's better to choose a plan that gets you as close to the front as possible. We were relatively near the front, so we could feel the dancers' passionate performances up close. Even though I should have been sleepy from the time difference, I was able to enjoy the show until the very end. I'm glad I participated!

ポリネシアンダンスショーは規模も大きく、ストーリーもしっかりしており、わかりやすく、感動しました。特にファイアーダンスは圧巻です。会場が広いので、なるべく前の席になるプランにしたほうが良いと思います。我々は比較的前のほうでしたので、ダンサーたちの熱気溢れるダンスを肌で感じることができました。時差で眠かったはずなのに、最後までしっかりと鑑賞できました。参加してよかったです！

On the second day of our stay in Hawaii, my spouse and I participated in this optional tour. At first, we were looking at various tours that would take us to many places, but since we didn't want to feel rushed (though we were a bit anxious since it was our first time), we decided on this free time plan to leisurely stroll through the streets.

That was the right choice! After visiting Dole's and Turtle Beach, we had about three hours of free time. We were able to explore the town from one end to the other, taking breaks along the way. Our driver, Tsugawa (I apologize if I got the name wrong!), was very kind and drove us to Macky's, which was a bit away from the meeting point. He helped us with ordering the garlic shrimp and provided wet wipes, making us feel comfortable during the tour.

Initially, I was worried about the weather, but it turned out to be sunny without any issues. I would have given it five stars, but since we couldn't see the sea turtles basking (they were peeking out of the water), I’m giving it four stars this time, hoping to see them basking next time!

夫婦でハワイ滞在2日目にこちらのオプショナルツアーに参加させて戴きました。初めは他にも色々連れていってもらえるツアーを見ていたのですが、あまり時間に追われたくない２人(だけど初めてだからちょっと不安)ゆっくりと街並みを見ながら散策したくなったのでこちらのフリータイムプランに決めました。
これが正解♪ドールズ、海亀ビーチに行った後は３時間程のフリータイム。町の端から端までゆっくりと休憩を挟みながら散策することができました(^-^)ドライバーのツガワさん(名前間違っていたらすみません‼)はとても優しい方で、待ち合わせ場所から少し離れた場所にあるマッキーズまで車で連れていってくれて、ガーリックシュリンプの注文や案内、ウェットティッシュを持ってきてくださったりと安心してツアーに参加する事が出来ました(^-^)初め心配だった天気も問題なく晴天で、本当は☆５つなのですが、海亀さんの甲羅干しが見れなかったので(海から顔は出していましたｗ)次回甲羅干しを見れる様期待を込めて☆４つで!

Skydiving was something I had always wanted to try, and being able to do it in Hawaii felt like a dream! However, the wait time was a bit long, so I dozed off while waiting. When my name was called, there was a briefing about the position in the air, and I boarded a small plane with an enthusiastic instructor. I had to straddle something like a long bench and take off backward, which made me a little nervous thinking about falling! I didn't feel scared at all while on the ground, but when it was finally my turn, I felt a fear I had never experienced before in the few seconds before taking off. (laughs) From the moment we took off until the parachute opened, it was a strange sensation, and once the parachute opened, I enjoyed a leisurely stroll in the air while taking in the beautiful scenery of Hawaii. I am filled with gratitude for my parents who made this wonderful experience possible.

一度はやってみたかったスカイダイビングでしたが、それもハワイでできるなんて夢のようでした！
ただ待ち時間は少し長かったので、うとうとしながら待っていました。
名前が呼ばれると、空中での体勢についてレクチャーがあり、ノリノリのインストラクターと一緒に小型機に乗り込みました。
長椅子のようなものにまたがり後ろ向きに離陸する体勢だったので、落ちる落ちる！と少しびびりってしまいました。
地上にいる時は怖さは全く感じていなかったのですが、ついに自分の順番が来て、飛び立つまでの数秒はこれまでに感じたことのない怖さを感じました。笑
飛び立った瞬間からパラシュートが開くまでの間は不思議な感覚で、パラシュートが開くとハワイの素敵な景色を見ながらゆっくりと空中おさんぽが楽しめました。こんな幸せな体験をさせてくれた両親には感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。

I recommend this for first-time visitors to Hawaii. You can visit the "This is the tree, what tree?" Monkey Pod, Pineapple Park, sea turtle landings, horseback riding, and a macadamia nut processing factory, and drive along the coastline. The garlic shrimp I had for lunch was the best! The mildly seasoned shrimp were irresistible. Horseback riding truly showcases Hawaii's great nature! It's a moment that makes you feel like you're on an overseas trip.

It's early in the morning, and we drive for an hour on the highway. Along the way, we are given a form to fill out, but it has seven pages, and I get really car sick (laughs). The guide was quite rushed, and we were hurried along. After getting ready, we listened to the explanation on how to land and waited for our turn. During that time, I watched the people who went before us come down. I wore a thin shirt, but the guide recommended that we wear as little as possible to fly, so I ended up in a T-shirt, which was quite cold (laughs). There were people flying in shorts and tank tops, but I think if you land on your backside or lose your balance, you would definitely scrape your thighs. After it was over, we could see the photos and videos taken of us right there. If you don't like them, you don't have to buy! I think it was around 30,000 yen for two still images and one video for me and my husband. Some people may ask for tips, but since they go to the next person's tandem, you don't give it directly to them. So I think you don't need to worry about that. It became a great memory.

朝早くて高速道路を1時間も走ります。途中記入必要な用紙を渡されますが7ページもあり車酔いがとんでもないです（笑）ガイドのおじさんにかなりせかされてバタバタと連れていかれました。準備ができてから着地の方法などの説明をきいて、自分たちの順番を待ちました。そのあいだ前に飛んだ人たちが降りてくるのをずっとみていました。うすでのシャツを着ていったのですがかなり強めにできるだけ薄着で飛んだほうが良いとガイドにすすめられTシャツで飛びましたがかなり寒かったです。（笑）ショートパンツやキャミソールで飛んでいる人もいましたがもししりもちをつきながらやバランスを保てなくて着地したときは絶対太ももをすりむくと思います。終わった後は自分が撮影された写真や動画などをその場で見ることができます。気に入らなけば購入しないでOK！静止画2本と動画1本主人と合わせて3万円いかないくらいだったと思います。チップは人によっては指定してくる人もいますが次の人のタンデムにいくので、本人に直接渡すわけではありません。だからきにしなくていいとおもいます。いい思い出になりました。

Horseback riding can be enjoyed all over the world, and I make sure to experience it wherever I travel. While most clubs typically offer just a basic riding experience, this one responded to our requests and allowed us to canter.

We chose the standard 60-minute course with our guide and the two of us, making a total of three people. At one point, my husband, who has only ridden three times, expressed his desire to try running a bit! The guide happily agreed and took us cantering through the hilly forest right away. After that, we cantered in a wide highland, enjoying an incredible riding experience that you can't find at other tourist riding clubs.

Since we cantered, we ended up with some extra time, so they took a longer route back, and the scenery along the way was absolutely stunning.

Not only was I thrilled that we could canter, but I was also impressed by how incredibly well-trained the horses were. I think many horses at riding clubs often disregard their riders, but the horses here were very responsive! With just a light touch of my legs, they would transition from a walk to a canter!

If you go to Hawaii, you definitely should stop by this place! The donkey was also super cute! The girl who took photos for us captured wonderful pictures, so I think it's a great idea to buy some as souvenirs!

ほとんどのクラブが体験乗馬で終わる事が多いなか、こちらはリクエストに応えて駈足を出してくれました。

ガイドさんと私達２名、計３名で通常の６０分コースを選択。
途中、３度しか乗馬経験のない主人が少し走ってみたい！とリクエストしたところ、ガイドの女の子は清くＯＫしてくれ起伏のある森の中をすぐに駈足してくれました。
その後も広い高原に出て駈足をしたり、他の観光乗馬クラブでは体験出来ないような素晴らしい乗馬をさせて頂きました。

駈足をしたせいで時間が余ってしまったということで、遠回りをして帰ってくれたのですがその途中の景色がとても素晴らしかったです。

今回駈足ができたこともさることながら、馬が驚くほど素晴らしく調教されていることに感動しました。どこの乗馬クラブの馬も大抵乗り役を馬鹿にして反応しないことが多いと思いますが、こちらのお馬さんはとっっっても反応が良いです！！足が触れるくらいの扶助で並足→駈足が出ます！

ハワイに行ったら絶対立ち寄って欲しいです♪
ロバもとっても可愛かった～♪
カメラマンの女の子が素晴らしい写真を撮ってくれるので思い出に買うのも良いと思います！

After finishing the buffet-style dinner, we moved to the neighboring theater, and honestly, I thought that the show would just feature hula and fire dances alternating one after another until it started. However, it was completely different. The performance here was a well-structured play with a solid story and direction, truly a comprehensive art form.

With nearly 50 cast members performing without a moment's pause in front of an audience of 700 to 800, they sang, danced, and ran around the stage with incredible energy. It was as if the actors in a musical were passionately singing their feelings; here, the performers used their bodies like percussion instruments, showcasing a powerful group performance.

The direction that accomplished remarkable scene changes in a short time was simply outstanding. Just when you thought a massive white curtain was suddenly dropped from the ceiling, they would project images or skillfully weave in animations to gently explain the flow of the story, ensuring the audience was never bored.

This theater was specifically built for this play, maximizing the use of the stage in all directions—up, down, left, right, and even front and back. Sometimes, the performers would dash through the narrow aisles between the audience, making it difficult for anyone to leave their seats during the show.

The stage design included clever elements like pouring rain in the background, a waterfall flowing abundantly, and a fountain shooting up vigorously.

Above all, the fire dance using blazing torches was truly breathtaking. The speed and precision of the dance were impressive, and the fact that not a single performer made a mistake in what could have easily turned chaotic was remarkable. It’s not often you see a stage handling such a large amount of fire indoors. For those sitting in the front row, I imagine they could feel the heat of the flames on their faces.

Often, in tourist areas, you might see performances by students who are just doing it part-time, but this stage was entirely different. The performers likely underwent rigorous auditions and are practicing daily under tough conditions to achieve such a high level of performance.

Lastly, I must mention that the young male and female leads were both incredibly charming. My colleague's wife, who watched the show with us, praised the young male lead, saying, "He's handsome, muscular, and incredibly cool. Plus, he has a playful side, which makes him adorable!" On the other hand, I found the female lead to be beautiful with a lovely smile, and her slender figure was perfect, with all the right curves in all the right places.

Unfortunately, as soon as the show started, there was an announcement stating, "Please do not take photos or videos," so I have no footage to remember it by. I sincerely wish they had at least sold some postcards of the two leads near the exit as souvenirs. (I’m really disappointed!)

In any case, while Honolulu has its shining sun, blue ocean, and Diamond Head, it is undeniably a major city, so if you don’t engage with Hawaii's culture and traditions, the experience of being abroad can feel diminished. In that regard, this show at the Polynesian Cultural Center is sure to satisfy everyone who sees it.

At the end of the show, when the performers gathered on stage to bow, I believe that almost all the audience members applauded generously, even if it wasn't a standing ovation. For me, this became one of the most memorable tours of my trip to Hawaii, alongside the visit to Kilauea Volcano on the Big Island. I absolutely recommend it. Please make sure to see it!

　700～800名の観客が見守る中を総勢50名近いキャストが息つく暇もなく歌い踊りそして舞台の上を縦横無尽に駆け回ります。さながらミュージカルで役者がその募る思いを声高らかに歌い上げるかのように、この舞台では演者が肉体をまるで打楽器のように打ち鳴らしながら力強い集団パフォーマンスを見せてくれます。
　僅かな時間で見事なまでの場面転換を成し遂げる演出も素晴らしいのひと言に尽きます。突如天井から強大な白い垂れ幕を下ろしたかと思えば、そこにプロジェクターで映像を映し出したり、アニメーションを巧みに織り込んでストーリーの流れを優しく解説したりと観客をひとときたりとも飽きさせない仕掛けが次から次へと用意されています。
そもそもこのシアターはこのお芝居のために作られている専用の劇場ですから、舞台を上下左右そして前後方向へと最大限に活用しています。ときには観客席の間の狭い通路までも演者が全速力で走り抜けるので観客はショーの途中でちょっとやそっとでは席を立つこともできません。
舞台装置も背景にはどしゃぶりの雨を降らせ、滝は大量に流れ、噴水が勢い良く舞い上がるなどの工夫が施されています。
　そして何よりも圧巻だったはやはり燃え盛る松明を使ってのファイヤーダンスでした。その踊りのスピードやキレもさる事ながら、誰か1人が間違えたならきっとグダグダになりかねない演出を最後まで誰１人ミスする事なく見事にビタッと決めるあたりは本当にお見事でした。このように天井のある室内での舞台にも関わらず、これだけ大量の炎を扱うステージなどそうそうお目に掛かれるものではないと思います。最前列に座っていたお客さんであれば、きっと炎の温度をその顔あたりにうっすらと感じられる程の迫力だったのではないでしょうか。
　ややもするとこうした観光地での演劇ともなると昼間は学生をしている人がアルバイト感覚で身に着けた芝居や舞踏を観させられることもしばしばですが、この舞台はまるで違っていました。恐らく厳しいオーディションを経て役を射止めた演者の人たちが毎日かなり過酷な練習を積んでいるのでなければこのような完成度の高い舞台を作り上げられる筈がありません。
　最後にこの演劇で主役を演じていた若い男女がどちらも相当に魅力的だった事をお伝えしておきます。自分と一緒に観劇をしていた会社同僚の奥様も主役の青年の事を「イケメンでしかも筋肉質でもの凄くカッコいい。加えて茶目っ気もあるから可愛くって最高！」と大絶賛でした。一方、自分からするとその主人公の相手役の女性が美人でキュートな笑顔が素敵な上に、そのスタイルも抜群でスレンダーな体型でありながら出るところはしっかりと出ていて正にパーフェクトレディといった感じでした。あいにくショーの開始と同時に「写真やビデオの撮影はしないで下さい。」と館内アナウンスがあったので手元には何の映像も残ってはいないのですが、それだったらせめて会場の出口あたりで主役の男女2人のブロマイドぐらいはお土産用に販売していて欲しかったと切に思っています。（本当に悔しい！）
　とにかくホノルルにいくら輝く太陽と青い海とダイヤモンドヘッドとグルメな料理があるとはいえ、やはり基本的にはかなりの都会である事は疑いようのない事実なので、どこかでハワイの文化や伝統にもきちんと触れておかないとはるばる海外に来ている実感が薄らいでしまいます。その点、このポリネシア文化センターでのこのショーは観る人すべてを満足させるに違いありません。
　ショーの最後に演者が舞台上に勢揃いをして挨拶をしていたとき、スタンディングオベーションとまではいかないまでもその場にいたほぼ全ての観客が拍手を惜しまなかったのは間違いないと思います。自分にとっても今回のハワイ旅行の中でハワイ島でのキラウエア火山観光と並んで最も思い出深いツアーとなりました。これは絶対におススメです。ぜひご覧になってみて下さい。

The scenery was beautiful with both the sea and the mountains, and it felt great. There were about ten people in our group, but everyone else was foreign. I didn't fully understand the explanations of the precautions since they were only in English, but I was still able to enjoy myself! Mahalo!

I went skydiving for the first time in Guam and had an amazing time, so I decided to jump again on this trip. After reading various experiences, I was prepared for a long wait, so I brought a paperback book with me.

First, I was picked up at the hotel and rode the bus for about an hour to the skydiving company (it's located in the North Shore area). On the bus, I had to fill out a lot of contracts, writing my initials repeatedly, which was quite tedious (typical of the lawsuit-happy United States!). Then, we watched a video about the safety instructions for the dive.

Upon arriving at the company, everything was explained in English, including the process, and I submitted the contracts and my ID for registration. After that, the instructor briefly went over the safety instructions we had seen in the video, all in English (it was really a simple explanation).

There was only one group ahead of ours, but the weather was great on the day I participated, with almost no wind, so we were able to get ready and jump right away.

The weather was beautiful, and the sky and sea in Hawaii were incredibly clear!!! It might have been clearer than in Guam. Since we jumped around 7 AM, it was much more beautiful than during the day. The view was breathtaking!!!

However, there were two things that I found puzzling.

First, despite paying a high price, they also asked for a tip. By the way, tipping wasn't required in Guam.

Second, when diving, a photographer jumps with you. However, some instructors wear wrist cameras. If you get one of those instructors, they will take photos up close and capture everything from start to finish. If the instructor doesn't have a wrist camera, the photographer will take pictures from the outside, which means they only capture the moments when you start jumping, during free fall, and when you land. I had the outside shooting.

After the dive, you can decide whether to buy the footage. You can choose just photos, just videos, or a combo, which is flexible. What surprised me was that the wrist camera option, which definitely takes better pictures, was cheaper than the outside shots! Why??? The outside images were rough, yet they were more expensive! The price for the combo was $230!!! I was shocked. The wrist camera combo was around $170. Either way, I thought it was expensive! I bought a CDR in Guam for about 5000 yen with beautiful images.

I hesitated about whether to buy the footage, but I decided to get it as a memory... How much are they trying to charge? It's just a USB with the images on it...

The dive itself was fantastic, but everything else felt a bit off.

以前グアムで初めてスカイダイビングをして、超楽しかったので今回の旅行でも飛ぼうと決めてました。
体験談を見ていると、待ち時間が長いという内容が多かったので、文庫本も持参し、長い時間待ちを覚悟してました。
まずホテルでピックアップしてもらって、約1時間バスに揺られて催行会社に向かいます(場所的にはノースシュアの方です)。バスの中では嫌になるぐらいたくさんイニシャルを書かなくてはいけない契約書を書かされます。(さすが裁判大国アメリカ！！)
そしてダイブの時の注意事項をビデオで見せられます。
催行会社に到着すると、簡単に流れ的な事を全て英語で説明されて、バスで書いた契約書と身分証明書を提出して受付します。
その後はバスの中で見たビデオの注意事項を再度インストラクターの人が簡単に教えてくれます。これも全部英語です。(ホントに簡単な説明です)

私達のバスのグループの前に一組だけグループがいましたが、私が参加した日は、天候も良く、風もほぼなかったので、即スタンバイして飛ぶ事が出来ました。

天気も良かったので、ハワイの空と海がめちゃくちゃキレイでした！！！グアムよりキレかったかも。
そして朝7時頃に飛んだので、昼間より何倍もキレイでした。最高の景色でした！！！

しかし、私的に？？？と思った事が2つ。
1つは高いお金払ってるのに、その上にチップを請求されます。ちなみにグアムではチップは要りませんでした。
２つ目はダイブする時にカメラマンも一緒に飛びます。でもインストラクターによって、リストカメラを付けている人もいます。
その人に当たれば間近で写真を撮ってくれるし、最初から最後まで撮ってくれます。リストカメラを付けていないインストラクターだと、一緒に飛ぶカメラマンが撮ってくれますが、アウトサイドからの撮影になるので飛び始め、フリーフォールの間、着地した時だけの撮影になります。
ちなみに私はアウトサイドからの撮影でした。
ダイブが終わった後、撮影した映像を見て買うか買わないか決めれます。
写真だけでもいいし、動画だけでもいいし、コンボで買ってもいいし、これも自由に選べます。ここでびっくりしたのが、リストカメラの方が確実にキレイに撮れているのにアウトサイドからの撮影の方が高いんです！！！！何で？？？
アウトサイドからの画像は雑です。なのに高い！！
雑な画像なくせにかなりのお値段です。コンボで230ドル！！！！びっくりですよ。
リストカメラの方はコンボで170ドルだったかなぁ。どっちにしても高っ！！！！って思いました。
グアムでもCDRを買いましたがキレイな画像で5000円くらいだったと思います。
買うかどうか迷いましたが、一応思い出と言うことで買いましたが。。。。
どんだけぼったくるんでしょう？たかがUSBに画像を入れてくれるだけなのに。。。

ダイブは最高でしたが、その他諸々は？？？って感じでした。

Our beach front and trail ride was outstanding. Our guide, Monique, was very nice and made our ride really enjoyable. It was much more than we expected...the views, the weather, the scenery and the horses were all above par! I would recommend this for anyone. Don't let the casual appearance at check in worry you...it's all part of the charm.

A trip to Hawaii for our silver wedding anniversary!
Our eldest son is getting married soon. This is the last trip for our family of five.
We all boarded the Cessna together.
Excitement and nervousness filled the air. Inside the plane, we were high-energy with the instructor. Go!!
It felt absolutely amazing. It was the best!! We could see Oahu clearly.

I participated first thing in the morning!
I checked out using the tablet at the reception.
Including ourselves, there were three groups of nine people and three instructors.
Everything was explained in English, but they also used gestures, so it was enjoyable.
You can take photos, but the number is limited.
Also, it might be a bit pricey at $15 for one photo and $30 for three (laughs).
Purchasing is optional, so if you find something you like, definitely go for it.
The buggies along the way were thrilling and fun!
