I had a truly valuable experience.
It's something unimaginable in Japan.
I was constantly excited to be so close to wild animals.
I got to see dolphins, of course, as well as sea turtles and whales.
From the exotic boat, I watched dolphins and chased after escaping sea turtles, haha.
Thanks to the captain's arrangements, or perhaps his keen eye, we spotted a whale and even saw it spouting water.
It's an experience unique to traveling abroad that you won't understand until you try it.
I also think the cost performance is quite good.

とても貴重な体験をしました。
日本では考えられない経験です。
野生の動物とこんなに間近で触れ合えて興奮しっぱなしでした。
イルカはもちろん、海ガメ・クジラに会えました。
異国情緒たっぷりな船からイルカをみて、逃げるウミガメを追いかけたりしてｗ
船長さんのはからいか、神眼かしら？クジラを発見し、潮吹きも見ました。
海外旅行ならでは、行ってみないとわからない体験です。
コスパも悪くないと思います。

I was really wondering if we would actually find wild dolphins just by cruising, but we encountered three dolphins!! Everyone was so excited. We also saw a lot of fish while snorkeling.

本当にクルーズしているだけで野生のイルカがみつかるのかなー？？と思っておりましたが、３匹のイルカに遭遇！！みんなテンションあがってました。
シュノーケリングも、かなりのお魚が見れました。

The dinner cruise's food and performance were very satisfying!

The vow renewal ceremony also became a wonderful memory, but I couldn't catch everything that was said in English during the proceedings (^_^;)

Also, since it was the night of my arrival in Hawaii, I was feeling a bit dazed from jet lag, and towards the end of the dinner cruise, I was battling sleepiness (^_^;)

If you're not confident about dealing with jet lag, I wouldn't recommend the dinner cruise on your first night in Hawaii (>_<)

If it weren't for the sleepiness, I might have enjoyed it a bit more (>_<)

バウリニューアルのセレモニーも素敵な思い出になりましたが、

ただ、進行する時の言葉が全て英語であまり聞き取れなかったです(^_^;)

それから、ハワイ到着日の夜と言う事もあり、時差ボケで頭が朦朧としてきて

ディナークルーズの終盤は睡魔との闘いでした(^_^;)

時差に自信ない方は、ハワイ初日のディナークルーズはおすすめ出来ません(>_<)

睡魔が襲ってこなければ、もう少し楽しめたかも(>_<)

The weather was perfect, and I got to see a lot of wild dolphins, which was incredibly fun.

The snorkeling was in quite rough waters, but I was satisfied because I saw many fish.

Lunch was also very delicious.

天気も最高で、野生のイルカもたくさん見れて、最高に楽しかったです。

シュノーケリングはかなり波が荒いところでした。でも、魚がたくさん見れて満足です。

ランチもとっても美味しかったです。

got this gift certificate for my niece and her husband who were both just stationed at wheeler airfield on oahu. they both just graduated from flight school and became blackhawk helicopter pilots and thought this gift certificate would be a great gift for the both of them to use on their off time to have some fun-they both worked so very hard and this way they can choose any activity they prefer, from dining to some big adventure.

I had seen the fireworks from Aloha Tower before, so I wanted to change things up, and I had always wanted to ride the Star of Honolulu, so I decided to participate.

Initially, I imagined that there would be some not-so-great food served, and we would just wait for the fireworks while drinking. However, the food was not only plentiful but also quite tasty, and there was a show to keep us entertained from departure to arrival. I think it lasted just under three hours, and I had a great time.

As for the scenery, the sunset was nice, but the night view of Honolulu was beautiful, and I was satisfied because I could see the fireworks well.

If I had to mention a downside, it would be that it was quite cramped due to the number of people, and most of the participants were Japanese, which made it feel a bit lacking in local charm. The woman sitting next to me seemed to be seasick, so those who are prone to motion sickness might want to be cautious.

アロハタワーからの花火は見たことが有るので趣向を変えてみてみたいと思っていた事と、一度はスターオブホノルルに乗ってみたいと思っていたので参加しました。
当初想像としてはあまりおいしくない食事が少し出て、後は飲み物でも飲みながら花火が上がるまで待つのかなと思っていましたが、料理は量もさることながら味の方もなかなかでしたし、出港から帰港までショーで盛り上げてくれて3時間弱だったと思いますが楽しく過ごせました。

又、景色ですがサンセットもそれなりに綺麗なのでしょうが、夜景のホノルルの町も綺麗で、花火も良く見えた事から満足しています。

難点を言えばかなり詰め込むので窮屈な事と参加のほとんどが日本人であまり風情が無い事でしょうか。私の隣の席にいた女性は船酔いをしている様でしたので乗り物に弱い人も少し注意した方が良いかもしれません。

What an amazing evening! The Makani was fabulous and fun, and the staff fantastic. Hawai'i Events were incredibly helpful and professional and it was so worth every penny.

We were the closest boat to the fireworks and had the very best seat in the house...well, ocean.

Thank you for an excellent experience, and for all my friends and family who come visit- this will be a "must do" activity!!

I was able to encounter dolphins, sea turtles, and whales. I think I was quite lucky. The boat was clean and offered a lot of exotic charm during the cruise. Since it was a group snorkeling tour, I felt safe. We stopped at various points, and I felt secure leaving it to the captain. The boat rocked a bit, but I was able to enjoy meals and drinks without any issues. It was very interesting. I definitely want to participate in this tour again next time.

イルカ・ウミガメ・クジラすべてに遭遇できました。
かなりラッキーだったと思います。
船も清潔感ある、異国情緒たっぷりのクルージング。
団体でのシュノーケリングなので安心です。
ポイントポイントで停泊し、船長さんに任せておけば安心でした。
船の揺れもそこそこですが、普通に食事やドリンクを楽しめました。
とてもおもしろかったです。
次回も是非参加したいツアーでした。

We took a dinner cruise on the last night to celebrate my parents' 60th birthday and wedding anniversary.

First, we were welcomed with a welcome drink, ukulele music, and hula dancing as we boarded the ship. The staff's service was excellent, and there were staff members who spoke Japanese.

During the vow renewal, the captain acted as the officiant, offering congratulatory words and reciting the vows of love. We brought leis in advance and exchanged them with my parents. It was a wonderful experience to reaffirm their love and support for each other.

After us, a young foreign couple also had a vow renewal ceremony. Following that, we enjoyed champagne while taking photos with the captain and our family. The sunset was incredibly romantic.

The food was average, but the champagne included in the package, as well as the cocktails and non-alcoholic cocktails available with coupons, were very Hawaiian and delicious. The jazz performance was lovely as well.

It might be a good idea to take something for motion sickness. We used a limousine for transportation. Since we don't usually ride in limousines in Japan, it was a great experience.

Although the price is a bit high, it was perfect for the celebration, and my parents were very happy.

両親の還暦祝いと結婚記念日祝いの為、最終日の夜にディナークルーズを利用させていただきました。
まずウェルカムドリンクとウクレレ、フラダンスに迎えられ、船に乗り込みます。
スタッフのサービスも良かったです。日本語が出来るスタッフもいました。
バウリニューアルでは、キャプテンが結婚式の神父様の役割をしてくださり、お祝いの言葉と、愛の誓いを言ってくれます。
レイは事前に用意して行き、両親に交換してもらいました。これからも愛し合い、助け合って行くことを再認識できるので、とても良かったと思います。
私たちの後に、若い外国の方がバウリニューアルしていました。
その後シャンパンを飲みながらキャプテンと家族で写真を撮ってもらえます。
サンセットはとてもロマンチックでした。
料理は普通でしたが、パックについていたシャンパンや、クーポンで飲むことが出来るカクテル、ノンアルコールカクテルがハワイらしく、味もとても美味しかったです。
ジャズ演奏もステキでした。
乗り物酔いは飲んだほうが良いかもしれません。
送迎はリムジンを利用しました。日本では乗ることがないので、良い体験ができました。
少し料金は高くなりますが、お祝いにはぴったりです。両親にとても喜んでもらえました。

After arriving in Hawaii, I received a massage. It felt great, but I felt more of an effect from the hot stone massage I had when I went to Sedona.

ハワイ到着後、マッサージを受けました。気持ちよかったのですが、ホットストーンマッサージはセドナに行った時に受けた方が効果が感じられました。

I decided on this tour after reading various experiences. We gathered early in the morning and traveled to the site by bus. The boat was beautiful, and there were drinks and light snacks like cupcakes and yogurt available for us to enjoy at any time. For lunch, there was a light buffet with hamburgers, rice, meat, and potatoes, but I couldn't eat much due to fatigue, seasickness, and drowsiness. I had lunch again separately after returning.

Most of the participants were foreigners, with only a few Japanese. The tour guide was American, but there was one person who spoke fluent Japanese, providing explanations in Japanese after the English ones.

The weather was nice that day, but we had a hard time spotting dolphins and turtles. We stopped for about an hour to enjoy snorkeling. The water was crystal clear and beautiful. It was fun to throw food and have many fish come right up to me. I was considering diving the next day, but snorkeling was enjoyable enough.

After that, we returned to the boat and finally encountered dolphins. About ten dolphins swam near the boat, seemingly playing with us, and they were really cute.

It was early November, and the sea wasn't too cold, but it did get chilly after being in the water for a long time. You can rent a wetsuit for about ten dollars at the port's reception, not through the tour company. They sell snacks, drinks, and port T-shirts and goods, resembling a souvenir corner, but I didn't see anyone buying anything in particular.

As for wallets, you can leave your belongings or towels on the tables or chairs inside the boat, so it's better not to carry cards or large amounts of cash just in case. It was mentioned that you should bring your passport if you plan to drink alcohol, but I wasn't asked to show it. So, it would be good to have about twenty dollars in a pouch just in case, but I ended up not using any cash at all.

Also, after swimming, it gets cold, so a bath towel and a hoodie or T-shirt to wear on top are essential.

Even if you don't usually get seasick, it's a good idea to bring motion sickness medication. The boat isn't that small or shaky, but since we left early in the morning and I hadn't eaten much for breakfast, I did feel a bit nauseous.

After about an hour of snorkeling and sunbathing for a long time, the early morning conditions were surprisingly tiring, and most people were fast asleep on the bus ride back in the afternoon.

体験談を色々読んでこちらに決めました。朝早く集合してバスで現地まで移動。船は綺麗で、室内にはいつでも自由に飲食できる飲み物、カップケーキやヨーグルトなど軽食がありました。昼食も軽いビュッフェ形式のハンバーガー、ご飯、お肉、ポテト、など出ましたが、疲れや酔いと眠気が手伝ってあまり食べれず。帰って別でまた昼食をとりました。

ほとんどの参加者が外国人で、日本人は少しだけ。ツアー催行者の方もアメリカ人ですが、一人日本語がペラペラな方がいて、日本人にも英語の説明の後に日本語で説明してくれます。

この日は天気は良かったのですがなかなかイルカもカメも見つからず、とりあえず停舶して1時間ほどスノーケリングを楽しみました。海の中は透き通ってすごく綺麗。エサを放り投げてたくさんの魚が目の前まで来て楽しかったです。ダイビングを次の日に考えてましたが、スノーケリングで十分楽しめます。

その後、船に戻ってようやくイルカに出会えました。本当にわざとやってるのかと思うほど１０頭ほどのイルカが船の近くで一緒に「遊ぼう！遊ぼう！」と泳いで、とてもかわいかったです。

１１月始めですが、さほど海は冷たくなかったですが、長いこと入っていると寒くなってきます。ウェットスーツは１０ドルかな？でツアー会社ではなく港の受付で借りれます。ここではお菓子、飲み物や港のTシャツやらグッズ等が売っていて、お土産コーナーのようですが、特に何か買ってる人はいなかったです、、。

お財布などは船内のテーブルや椅子の上に荷物やタオルを置いておくかんじなので、カードや大金は念のため持ち歩かないようにしたほうがいいです。お酒を飲む場合のパスポート持参と書かれていましたが特に提示を聞かれませんでした。なので、ポーチに万が一のために２０ドルくらい入れていけばいい感じですが、結局一銭も現金は使っていません。

あとは、泳いだ後が寒いのでバスタオルと上に着るパーカーもしくはTシャツは必須です。

あまり乗り物に酔わない人でも酔い止めは持参したほうがいいです。そこまで小型で揺れる船ではないですが、朝早いので朝食をあまりとってなかったりすると酔います。

1時間ほどのスノーケリング、日差しの下で長い間日焼け、朝早いというコンディションは意外に疲れ、昼の帰りのバスはほとんどの人が爆睡してました。午後からアク

On the last day of my business trip, I had my tired body relaxed. The facial treatment was pleasant, and I was able to relax. I am grateful for that wonderful moment.

I saw that I could choose the massage, but I was presented with a predetermined option. I wanted a massage that warms the back with stones.

It would be even better if there were a place to do my makeup besides the restroom after the treatment.

出張最終日に疲れた体をほぐしてもらいました。

We almost cancelled due to rain and the height of the river. We are glad we stuck with it!. The guides were fun and knowledgeable, the horses had great personalities, and the scenery was fantastic. A great family trip.

I had high expectations after reading other people's comments, but Jin was not there (>_<) Well, that's fine, but...
There was another young man, but he probably struggles with Japanese and Japanese people. He completely avoided eye contact with the Japanese group and ignored us when we tried to hand him fins and goggles.
A woman explained things in English and then in broken Japanese, but it was just a few words, about 10% of the time spent on English. So I felt a bit uneasy.
- I did see dolphins. They were cute.
- The food was delicious.

I had some communication issues with the tour office this time and had to make phone calls, but I couldn't understand much because they spoke too fast. I asked them to speak slowly, but... I was somewhat confident in my English conversation skills, but I'm particularly bad on the phone...

I dislike being around only Japanese people and have often participated in tours that are mainly in English, but if you want to swim and dive, which involves some risks, and want to receive sufficient explanations,
and if you think you might have trouble negotiating in English in case of issues or inconveniences,
then perhaps it would have been better to apply for a tour that is mainly for Japanese people or run by Japanese or Japanese-owned companies, even among Alan1's tours.

ほかの方のコメントを見ていて、期待していたんですが、ジン君はいませんでした(>_<)まぁそれはいいんですが・・・。
べつの青年がいましたが、彼は多分、日本語＆日本人が苦手なのでしょう、日本人グループには、絶対目を合わさなくてスルー、フィンやゴーグルも渡すときスルーされるんです。
女性の方が英語に続き、かたことの日本語で説明してくれましたが、ほんの一言、英語の10％くらいの時間です。だから少し不安でした。
・イルカは見れました。かわいかったです。
・食事は美味しかったです。

今回このツアーのオフィスと連絡の行き違いなどで電話したりしましたが、早口でほとんど聞きとれませんでした。ゆっくりお願いしますと言いましたが・・・。そこそこ英会話には自信あったんですが、電話だと特にダメですね・・・

日本人ばかりは嫌、色んな国の人と触れ合いたい、と英語メインのツアーによく参加してきましたが、
・泳いだり潜ったり、多少の危険が伴い、また充分な説明を受けたい
・トラブルや不都合なことがあった場合、英語で交渉できない
・・・と思われる場合は、alan1さんのツアーの中でも、
日本人＆日本語メインの、または日系や日本人が経営、主催のツアーに申し込んだほうが良かったのかな、
と思いました。

The cruise was filled with Japanese people, so it didn't feel like I was in Hawaii. When I watched the countdown fireworks from the deck, there were a lot of people, and everyone counted down together, which was very exciting. The food wasn't particularly delicious, but the atmosphere on the deck was nice. The fireworks viewed from the deck were better than those seen from the beach in Honolulu.

クルーズのフロアーは日本人だらけで、ハワイにいる感じがしなかったです。デッキからカウントダウンの花火を見た時は、人が大勢いて、みんなでカウントダウンをし、とても盛り上がりました。料理は特に美味しいわけでもありませんが、デッキでの雰囲気は良かったです。ホノルルのビーチから見る花火より、デッキから見た花火の方が最高でした。

The location is quite a walk from the center of Waikiki, but the treatment was very satisfying! I would love to go again if I have the chance!

I was able to see both, although just a little. Well, since it's a tour in nature, I suppose this is to be expected.
The snorkeling was cold, and I was shivering. The weather was bad from early morning, so I should have brought a rash guard. By the way, it was disappointing that I could only see fish and rocks!

The muffin for the light snack was delicious. I couldn't eat lunch because I got seasick. The staff kindly suggested that I could take it back and eat it at the center.

両方とも見れました。ちょっとやけど。まあ自然相手のツアーなのでこんなものかなと思います。
シュノーケリングは寒くて震えてました。当日は朝一から天候が悪かったのでラッシュを用意して行くべきでした。ちなみに魚と岩場しか見えなくて残念！！

軽食のマフィンがおいしかった。昼食は船酔いで食べれませんでした。係の人が持って帰ってセンターで食べてイイよって声をかけてくれました。

my husband and i went on the star of honolulu last year for our annual trip to hawaii, and he surprised me the dinner cruise on valentines day! it was just perfect. i thought we were going to go to a regular dinner but instead he takes me to this luxury ship and even got the 5 star!! that was just too much! the jazz music was so relaxing, so much better than the cheesey hula music, and the food was ridiculously delicious ^_^ like i haven't had anything that good since. the steak like melted into my mouth and the appetizers were so yummers too~!!!!

i wish i was in hawaii for valentines again this year so i could go again XD

The crew also joined in the fun, making it a very enjoyable event. I participated in the romance dinner, and the jazz performance was wonderful, with all the food being delicious, which made my family happy as well. The only disappointment was the bus transportation; I understand it was New Year's Eve, but the waiting time for both the outbound and return trips was quite long, and I hope for improvements in that area.

船員さん達も一緒になって盛り上がり、大変楽しいイベントでした。ロマンスディナーで参加しましたがジャズ演奏も素晴らしく、料理も全て美味しく、家族も喜んでいました。
唯一残念だったのはバス送迎で、大みそかで仕方ないとは思うのですが往復とも待機時間がかなりかかり改善を願いたいところです。

I wanted to ride the Star of Honolulu again after my last trip to Hawaii, and while searching, I discovered a fireworks viewing and countdown course on December 31. Since it was a special countdown, I decided to sign up for a more extravagant and memorable experience.

The Star of Honolulu is not just a simple dinner cruise where you enjoy a meal and the night view; it’s a meaningful experience where you sing and dance with the staff. We welcomed the countdown on the deck, and we were able to see fireworks from both the Ala Moana area and the Kahala area, as well as fireworks from various other districts, making for a truly luxurious time.

I also ordered champagne, but when I requested to change it to a non-alcoholic option (Shanmeri) on-site, they handled it without any complaints, and the staff was very kind and helpful. I would love to participate again if I have the chance.

前回の渡ハの時に乗船したスターオブホノルルに再度乗りたく思い、探していると12月31日の花火観賞＆カウントダウンってコースがあるのを発見。
折角のカウントダウンなので、ちょっと豪勢に、そして記憶に残るカウントダウンにしたくて申し込みました。
このスターオブホノルル、ただ食事をして夜景を見て楽しむ単純なディナークルーズではなく、スタッフと一緒に歌って踊ってこそ意味のあるコースです。
カウントダウンは、デッキで迎えた訳ですが、アラモアナ地区であがる花火とカハラ地区？であがる花火を両方（その他色々な地区の花火も見える）見ることができ、とても贅沢な時間を迎えることが出来ました。
追加で、シャンパンを頼んでいたのですが、現地でノンアルコール（シャンメリー）に変更をお願いしたのですが嫌な顔ひとつせず対応してくれましたし、スタッフも親切で助かりました。
また機会があったら参加したいと思います。

My husband and I went on this sail last year in Hawaii, and it was by far the best time I had while I was there. The catamaran is really beautiful and I loved just chilling out on the nets at the front of the boat. The hubby and I just snuggled and sipped our drinks while watching the fireworks and the skyline. All of Waikiki was sparkling and being on the water was the BEST way to see the fireworks. I know that back at home, it can get really crowded on the shoreline so not having to deal with the mess of people was a fantastic perk. A great big thank you to the captain and crew and we will see you again soon!

OK, there was a pod of 200 dolphins swimming all around our boat - which was a trip, sunset views were awesome - you won't see a sunset like this one in Waikiki, believe me I went one TWO sailing trips in Waikiki last week, which were great too ... but on this trip we actually saw the sun slip away behind the ocean horizon. The crew was so friendly and chill and accommodating ... no pressure ... no trying to shamelessly sell you stuff, actually, Captain Patrick shared all the free stuff to do along the coast, we saw the Black Pearl from Pirates of the Caribbean and the new Disney hotel too. The snorkeling was great! The food was simple and healthy and tasty! Yum! I understand that this is a newer tour so we only had about 18 people on a 49 capacity boat .... so lots of room to stretch out and get some tanning done. Thank you all at the Ocean Joy for such an amazing experience! We will be back the Kai oli oli again!!

Thanks for making my life a bit easier Hawaii Activities! I am quite possibly the WORST gift giver in the universe! I never seem to quite "get it right!" when picking presents....and so when my daughter's college graduation came up, and I knew she was celebrating with a trip to Oahu....I asked for HELP...and my husband found this gift certificate option on the site.

Well...my daughter LOVES anytime she gets to call the shots! And so this gift was a WINNER! thanks Hawaii Activities!

I travel to Hawaii with friends about twice a year. This time, due to work commitments, I ended up going a day earlier by myself, so I decided I wanted to have a different experience and opted for a massage.

Actually, I realized during the flight that I had double-booked it with another activity. In other words, I mistakenly reserved the date wrong. I thought there would be no refund for a same-day cancellation, but after checking into the hotel, I contacted them to let them know I couldn't make it.

They responded in English and asked if there was another day that would work for me, so in the end, I was able to receive the massage on my first day of arrival. The massage I received was called "Lomi Pohaku," which combines Lomi Lomi massage and oil massage. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much, but they carefully and slowly worked on all the tired areas of my body in a calm atmosphere, and it felt so good that I almost fell asleep. This time, Yoko was my therapist, and I could really feel the fatigue melting away from my head to my toes.

I plan to go to Hawaii again this December, so I definitely want to experience this again as a repeat customer. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

年２回位の割合でハワイ旅行に友達と行っています。
今回、仕事の都合で自分ひとりで１日先に行くことになった為、いつもと違う体験をしたいと考えマッサージを受ける事に決めました。
実は、他のアクティビティとダブルブッキングしている事に飛行機の中で気付きました。つまり日にちを間違えて予約してしまったのです。当日キャンセルは返金なしだと思っていましたのが、とりあえずホテルにチェックイン後、伺えない旨連絡を入れました。
英語での対応でしたが、他の日で都合の良い時間を聞いてくれたので、結果的に到着初日にマッサージを受ける事が出来ました。
私の受けたのは「ロミポハク」というものでロミロミマッサージとオイルマッサージが組み合されているものです。正直、期待していませんでしたが、全身の疲れている個所を丁寧ゆっくりと落着いた雰囲気の中、揉みほぐしてくれて、とても気持がよく眠ってしまうほどでした。今回はＹＯＫＯさんが担当してくれましたが、頭からつま先まで疲れがスーと抜けていく感じが実感できました。今年１２月に再度またハワイに行く予定なので、必ずまたリピーターとして受けたいと思います。本当に素晴らしい企画をありがとうございます。

I used the $77.77 campaign this time. It was my first time in Hawaii, and I experienced a lomilomi massage. They used warm stones and their arms for the treatment, which felt really good, and I ended up sleeping through most of it. I highly recommend it.

My wife and I took this cruise and had a great time!

Being new to the area, we asked for some suggestions and several people mentioned the Star of Honolulu to us. So we gave it a shot, and we are so glad we did.

It was easy to get to the pickup point right from our hotel, we actually walked! And then the dinner was great. I am a big eater, and a self-professed food snob, but that lobster and five-course meal was truly amazing. Fireworks capped off the night with a bang, and it was just wonderful.

We seen so many dolphins and we were even fortunate enough to see Bottlenose Dolphins which are much much bigger than the frequent spinner dolphins. Bottlenose Dolphins do not come around the islands very often so this was a real treat, maybe even a once in a lifetime opportunity!!

The crew was very friendly and they held my sister's hand in the water because she is afraid of sea animals. But ONCE she put her mask on and placed her head under the water, it was a whole different world for her filled with beautiful colored fish and a huge reef system that surrounded her.

Wonderful crew, Tasty food, everyone on-board was really friendly and after a nice dip out in the deep blue ocean, you are treated to an open bar. Great Stuff! Thank you Hawaiiactivities.com and Ocean Joy Cruises for a wonderful dolphin watch and cruise!

My son and his wife went to Hawaii for their honeymoon and rather than giving them another gravy boat, I wanted to give them something that they would really enjoy. This Gift Certificate was PERFECT! They were able to choose the tours that they wanted to do, when they wanted to do it.
