I arranged their limousine service for my friend's wedding in Hawaii this past weekend. The driver was on time (our group was late), and he was very friendly and accommodating. The H2 Hummer was super nice, and I wanted to keep on riding it. It fit our large party comfortably.

I participated in an early morning cruise. When it comes to the winter sea, it's all about whales. I was torn between a whale tour and this one, but I decided to take a chance on the winter sea and chose this tour.

Although it was a dolphin tour, we stopped at a point where we could see whales at the beginning of the cruise, and I was able to see my long-awaited whales. I was also satisfied to see a mother and baby whale!

Then, we encountered many dolphins, and just when I thought we found one, a group of a dozen dolphins appeared, which was so exciting! The snorkeling afterward was also great, as I saw a lot of fish.

I'm not a strong swimmer, but thanks to the life jacket, I was able to snorkel with peace of mind. This time, there were three generations participating, from 0 to 71 years old, and my 3-year-old son enjoyed snorkeling, while my in-laws also had a great time on the cruise and snorkeling.

There was a staff member who was fluent in Japanese, which was reassuring. I couldn't eat lunch on the boat due to a bit of seasickness, but the staff kindly packaged it for me to take home. I ate it at the hotel after returning, and it was light and delicious.

早起きクルーズに参加しました。
冬の海といえばクジラ。クジラツアーと悩んだのですが、
冬の海に賭けて、こちらのツアーを選択しました。
イルカツアーでしたが、クルーズのはじめはクジラが見えるポイントへも寄ってくれて、念願のクジラを見ることができました。親子クジラにもあえて満足！
そして、本題のイルカにもたくさんあえました。１頭見つけたと思ったら十数頭のイルカの群が現れて大興奮！
その後のシュノーケリングもお魚がたくさんみえました。
私はカナヅチなのですが、ライフジャケットのお陰で安心してシュノーケリングできました。
今回三世代で０歳~７１歳の参加でしたが、３歳の息子もシュノーケリングを楽しみ、義両親もクルーズ＆シュノーケリングを楽しんでいました。
スタッフは日本語の堪能な方がいて安心できました。
昼食はちょっと船酔いのため船内で食べられなかったのですが、スタッフのかたが配慮くださり、お持ち帰り用にまとめてくださいました。帰宅後にホテルで食べたのですがあっさりしていて美味しかったです。

This time, we added a window-side seat with a bottle of champagne as an option. Since the surrounding guests were mostly couples, it seemed unusual to have two women, but I recommend a couple's seat since you will be seated at a round table. The meal was luxurious, featuring a whole lobster! We were able to enjoy a wonderful countdown while watching fireworks rising towards Waikiki. Additionally, the hula dance show was impressive, and I wished I could have watched more. Alan.1 offers tours at lower prices compared to other tour companies. They accommodated us at a lower price this time as well due to such circumstances. I have posted an article about the cruise on my blog. I hope it conveys some of the fun we had. 今回はボトルシャンパン付の窓際席をオプションとして追加しました。
周りはカップルばかりだったので女性2人は珍しいようでしたが、円卓では相席になってしまうのでカップル席をオススメします♪
お料理はロブスター1尾付で豪華です！
ワイキキ方面に上がる花火を見ながら素晴らしいカウントダウンが出来ました。
また、フラダンスショーは見応えがあって、もっと見ていたかったです。
alan.1では他のツアー会社より高いツアーは安くして下さいます。
今回もそのような事情でお安く対応して下さいました。

Watching the fireworks rising from various locations while counting down from the boat was a great experience. The staff was friendly, and I had a lot of fun.

I felt very rich in spirit.

スタッフもフレンドリーだし、楽しかったです。

とってもリッチな気分でした。

It was a great experience, it was sooooooo relaxing!

We both ( me and my wife) liked the ambience of the establishment (in a quiet room of a busy hotel 1/2 block away from the beach). The staff were extremely polite and friendly and were very professional in their massage. Their selection of soothing melodies were especially appealing to us and the aromatherapy was a welcome addition.

Overall, i would recommend it to anyone looking for a way to quickly get the kinks out of their muscles and recover from a long journey to Hawaii. It prepared us for the hikes and the swims and the kayak rides we undertook during out trip.

Great trip.

It started with a sunset while enjoying dinner, and I had the main dish of lobster. My hands got a bit messy, but it was delicious. I wish there had been a special spoon for crab so I could have eaten everything. It would have also been nice to have extra napkins. I thought a finger bowl would have been even better. The steak was a reasonable size and very tasty. I reserved a window-side seat, but during the fireworks, everyone gathered on the right side, and only a couple of groups were seated to watch. Luckily, I was able to join one of those groups. I enjoyed the night view of Honolulu and was able to watch the spectacular fireworks while seated, making it the best night ever. The entertainment until we returned to port included Hawaiian and jazz performances, and we all got excited dancing together at the end. The traffic on the way back to the hotel was as expected and took a while, but compared to the traffic in Tokyo, it wasn't too bad. The fare was nearly double what it was on the way there, but I was able to get some great information from the taxi driver during our conversation.

DINNERを楽しみながらのSUNSETから始まり、MAIN DISHのROBSTOR少し手は汚れましたが美味しくいただきました。蟹専用のスプーンがあれば全てを食べつくせたのに残念でした。またナプキンが余分に置いてあれば良いのですが？フィンガーボウルがあればさらに良かったと思いました。ステーキも手ごろな大きさで美味しくいただきました。WINDOW SAIDEの席を予約いたしましたが花火のときは右舷に全員が集まり座席で座って見ているのは2.3のGROOPのみで運良くそのGROOPに入ることが出来ました。HONOLULUの夜景を楽しみさらに盛大な花火を座って見ることが出来最高の夜をすごすことが出来ました。帰港するまでのENTERTAINMENTもHAWAIAN & JAZZの演奏最後は全員参加での踊りで盛り上がりました。帰りのHOTELまでの渋滞は予想通りでしばらくかかりましたが東京での渋滞に比較すればさほどではありませんでした。行きの倍近くの料金になりましたがTAXI DRIVERとの会話でとっておきの情報をGETすることが出来ました。

Ms. Yuka was an excellent masseuse. I usually get massages 1~2/month in Seattle, but she exceeded my expectations!!!

My lomilomi massage was just what I needed - all my sore spots got attention and I came away feeling soothed & energized. Lovely atmosphere and friendly, talented therapist!

Well worth the price. Most relaxing massage we have ever had, will definately come back next year. The hot stones were amazing.

Absolutely amazing day, wonderful staff, great meal and drinks and of course the dolphins and turtles were fabulous.

I did this the same day I arrived. The location is great if you're staying in Waikiki.

The massage was super relaxing. The value for the price is phenomenal. It was not at a big fancy spa but the massage was professionally done. Having limited experience with massages I was a bit surprised to find my back extremely sore for the next 2 days which isn't quite how I wanted to feel on vacation in Hawaii, but not being a massage expert I assume this would probably be true for any massage I would have gotten anywhere.

I also looked quite disheveled walking back to my hotel after the massage so I would suggest planning time after your massage to clean-up (fix hair/make-up and come out of the massage coma) before going somewhere else.

I made a reservation on-site and participated with a friend.

At first, I thought it would only be Japanese people, but there were also various people from Europe and America, which made me really excited. The inside of the boat was clean, and the restroom was nice too.

As we set off, the captain immediately started explaining in English, and I thought, "I don't understand this at all (#^.^#)," but then, to my surprise, Jin-kun appeared, speaking Japanese fluently (and he was handsome too)! He asked, "Are there any Japanese people here?" It was so cute and hilarious!!

Thanks to that, I was sure I could enjoy myself without worry!

The sea was incredibly beautiful, with different shades of blue depending on the location, and the breeze felt nice. I didn't want to go back, even though we had just started.

Before long, we spotted dolphins, and they kept coming one after another!!! In the end, there was a huge group of over 20 dolphins swimming right next to the boat, and they were so cute, I was extremely satisfied☆

After that, during snorkeling, I swam with sea turtles and fish, feeling like I had become a fish myself. It was quite cold after snorkeling, but there were four showers with warm water, so I was able to warm up.

And finally, it was time for lunch☆ While preparing lunch, Jin-kun jokingly asked about the chicken, "Is this your first time eating dolphin?" which surprised me and made me laugh a lot☆

The lunch was delicious, and I ended up eating a lot (*^_^*).

When my friend felt a bit seasick, Jin-kun noticed and asked, "Are you okay?" He was very considerate and gave various advice, which was really helpful. He's a thoughtful guy.

In the end, I took a photo with Jin-kun and reluctantly headed back (__).

As you can see, I really became quite fond of Jin-kun on this tour!!!!!!!

It was an absolutely wonderful tour that I definitely want to go on again☆☆☆

現地で予約して友達と2人で参加しました。

初めは日本人だけかと思いきや、欧米の方達も色々いて、
すごくワクワクしました。
船の中は清潔でトイレもきれいでした。

出発すると、すぐにキャプテンが英語で説明してくれて、わかんないやこりゃ(#^.^#)と思っていたら、なんと！！！
日本人より流暢と言っていいほどの日本語を話す（しかもイケメン）ジン君が登場！！
「え~、日本人の方いますか~？」
って、キュン殺＆超うけました！！

そのおかげで、安心して楽しめると確信！！

沖のほうは海がすっごく綺麗で、青色が場所によって違って、風も気持ち良いし、帰りたくない！！と出発したばかりなのに、思ってしまうほど。


そうこうしてるうちに、イルカが見えてきて、しかも次々に！！！
しまいには、２０匹以上かと言うくらいの大群が船のすぐ傍をずっと泳いでいて、かなり可愛くて、大満足☆


その後、シュノーケリングでは海がめや魚達と一緒に泳いで、自分も魚になったような気分でいました。
シュノーケリングの後はかなり寒かったのですが、ちゃんと温かいお湯の出るシャワーが４つもあり、温まる事ができました。


そして、いよいよlunch☆
lunchの準備中、またまたジン君がチキンの事を
「イルカ食べるの初めてです？」
とかいう、冗談言うもんだから、
めちゃびっくりして、大笑いしました☆

lunchがまたおいしくて、いっぱい食べちゃいました(*^_^*)

友達が少し船酔いしていると、ジン君が気づいて、
「大丈夫ですか？」
と、気遣ってくれて、色々アドバイスくれたので、助かりました。気が利く子です。


最後にジン君と写真撮影して、泣く泣く帰りました(__)



と、お分かりの通りこのツアー、私はかなりジン君がおきにいりになりました！！！！！


絶対また行きたい大大大満足のツアーでした☆☆☆

The dolphin tour had several options, and I was unsure which to choose, but I picked this one and it was the best decision. The boat was a large catamaran, spacious, clean, fast, and felt safe. We first went to the dolphin point and after seeing the dolphins, we headed to see whales. We spotted a spout in the distance and approached it quickly because the boat was fast, allowing us to get close in no time. After chasing and watching the whales for a while, we returned to the dolphin point for snorkeling. The equipment was clean, and the staff took great care of my 4-year-old grandson. There was a staff member named Tamiko who spoke Japanese, which was reassuring. She taught the Japanese guests with great care. At the snorkeling point, by chance, while my grandson and I were playing near the boat, a large sea turtle surfaced right beneath us, coming up very close. I was so surprised that I took off my snorkel and shouted, "It's a turtle!" This stroke of luck was shared by the two of us and two foreign guests nearby. The others were away from the boat and missed this fortunate encounter. After that, we had lunch, which was luxurious and surprisingly impressive for a meal on a boat. The drinks included unlimited beer and Hawaiian cocktails, and we could eat wherever we liked on the boat. During that time, the boat cruised even further than the whale sighting point, making for a very satisfying watching cruise. My wife was also very satisfied, and I think we will definitely become repeat customers. I highly recommend it. There are other tours nearby, but they can't compare in terms of luxury.

イルカツアーはアランさんのなかでもいくつかあり、迷いましたが、このツアーにして最高でした。船も大きな双胴船で、広くてきれいで速くて安心でした。最初にイルカポイントへ行きイルカを見た後今度はクジラをミニみにいきました。遠くに潮を吹いているのを見つけて近づくのですが船が速いのですぐに近くまで行けました。そこでしばらくクジラを追いかけてウォッチングをした後またイルカポイントへ戻りそこでシュノーケリングです。道具もきれいで4歳の孫にはスタッフの方がいろいろと世話をしてくださいました。日本語の出来るタミ子さんという方がおられたので安心でした。日本人には彼女が丁寧に教えてくれました。シュノーケルポイントではたまたまですが私と4歳の孫が船の近くで遊んでいたら真下から大きなウミガメが浮上したきて、すぐそばに浮き上がり、あまりの驚きにシュノーケルを外して『カメだー』と叫んでしまいました。この幸運は私たち二人と近くにいた外人さん二人の４にんでした。たの人たちは船から離れていてこの幸運に遭遇できませんでした。その後はランチでしたがこれが豪華で船の上の食事とはおもえないくらいの感動ランチでした。飲み物もビールはもちろん、ハワイアンカクテルも飲み放題で船の上で好き勝手な場所で食事でした。その間また船はクジラを見たポイントよりもまだ先までクルーズしてくれて大満足のウォッチングクルーズでした。
家内も大満足で多分リピーターになると思います。
絶対オススメ。近くに他のツアーも来ていますが豪華さでは比較になりませんよ。

Last year, I watched the New Year's Eve fireworks on the beach in Waikiki, and this year, I signed up to see the fireworks from the sea while enjoying delicious food. Upon entering the main entrance of DFS Galleria, I was greeted by a staff member in uniform. I was guided by bus to Aloha Tower, and there were guides at key points, which made me very excited about the upcoming cruise. Once on board, I was welcomed with champagne, and on the tables were props like hats and whistles to enhance the atmosphere, building up the excitement. Inside the ship, lively band music filled the air, and songs from various countries were performed upon request. Dishes were served on plates at the tables, and although I dislike meat, the lobster dish was more than enough for me. After a fun time with a dance segment for newlywed couples, the hula dance began. As various hula dances concluded, the countdown started, and fireworks and sounds echoed from Ko Olina and other places. Finally, a grand fireworks display began from the ship in front of Aloha Tower. Overwhelmed by the magnificence of the fireworks up close, I offered words of gratitude for the past year and prayed for a good year ahead for myself and my family, enjoying a wonderful moment. I sincerely thank everyone who made this amazing experience possible.

　昨年ワイキキの浜辺で大晦日の花火を見て、今年は、美味しい食事を食べながら、海から花火を見ようと申し込みをしました。DFSギャラリアで、正面玄関に入っていくと制服を着た方が出迎えてくれました。アロハタワーまでバスで案内されましたが、要所要所で案内が立っており、これからのクルーズが、とても期待が持てました。船内に入るとウエルカムシャンペンをいただき、席には、帽子や笛など会場を盛り上げる小道具が置いてあり、いよいよ雰囲気が盛り上がります。船内では、軽快なバンドの音が鳴り響き、リクエストに応じて各国の歌が披露されていました。プレートに盛り付けた料理が卓上に置かれ、私は、肉が嫌いでしたがロブスター料理で十分でした。新婚さんカップルに対するダンスタイムなど楽しい時間の後、いよいよフラダンスの始まりです。さまざまなフラダンスが終了し、カウントダウンが始まるころコオリナや各地で花火や音が鳴り響きます。最後にアロハタワー前の船上から盛大な花火が始まりました。間近で見る花火の盛大さに圧倒されながら、過ぎゆく年に感謝の言葉を捧げながら、本年も私や家族にとって良い年でありますようにとお祈りしながら、楽しいひと時を過ごしました。素晴らしい時間を経験させていただいた皆様方に心から感謝申し上げます。

I surprised my parents with a five-star plan for their 60th birthday celebration. The weather was perfect, and we renewed our vows against the backdrop of Diamond Head and a beautiful sunset, which made my parents very happy. The service on the top floor was excellent, and the atmosphere was fantastic. Considering the food and service, I think the price is reasonable. I highly recommend it for special occasions.

両親の還暦祝いに、５スターのプランをサプライズでプレゼントしました。
天候にも恵まれ、ダイヤモンドヘッドと美しいサンセットを背景にバウリニューアルして、両親ともとても喜んでくれました。
最上階はサービスも最高で、雰囲気も最高です。
料理やサービスを考えると値段も手頃だと思います。
記念日などにおすすめです。

Riko was awesome with me... I have a very tense/ stressful job and she just helped me relax and worked on my knots - I needed her to break up those bundled nerves in order for me to feel relaxed and be able to enjoy the rest of my vacation. this was not a luxury for me but a NECESSITY! Thank you Riko you did an awesome job, and I would recommend you to all my acquaintances as well as schedule a future massage when ever i return. Good luck with your business and keep up the good work. :)

But hated wearing the "bright yellow floaties". At first, when these were pulled out, I was saying..."oh crap, you've got to be kidding!" But then when we hit the water, I realized it's not such big deal to look like a dork, we all do. The water was amazing until I got hit in the nose by a fellow dork. My snorkling was done at that point. I was greeted by the friendly on board crew and a warm shower. The entire trip was completely worth it. The two above neg's were not a big deal. The crew, the sites, the water, the food, drinks and friendly banter of fellow passengers was great. I highly recommend this cruise. Thank you.

The crew was amazing and knowledgable. The only snorkel/sunset cruise I could find. A Blast!

First, it was quite challenging to get on the bus to the port. The staff made a mistake with the passenger list, so we couldn't board right away. There were mostly Japanese people gathered, but there was someone who could speak English, which was helpful for conversation.

Since it was a one-star experience, my wife and I had our meal at a shared table, reminiscent of a school trip. The food was simple, but I wasn't concerned since I didn't have high expectations for the meal from the start. The waiter was the same person who made the mistake with the bus list. Overall, the service felt a bit casual, or you could say it had a homey atmosphere.

During the meal, a show and live performances started, but with the sunset, about half of the guests got up to take pictures outside or enjoy the view from the ship.

Since it was a large ship, it didn't sway much, which was nice.

As night fell, the Independence Day fireworks began. The ship docked right in front of the launch site. I had heard from locals that the fireworks were smaller compared to those in Japan, but perhaps because it was the 50th anniversary, they were quite satisfying.

In higher classes, there might be a dress code, allowing for a more relaxed dining experience while watching the fireworks.

On the way back, there was a tremendous traffic jam. It usually takes about ten minutes to get back to the Marriott Hotel, but it took over an hour. If you are in a group, it might be nice to walk back while enjoying the scenery.

まず、港までいくバスに乗るまでが大変でした。
スタッフのかたが乗車名簿を間違えてしまい、すぐに乗ることができませんでした。日本人ばかりで集まっていましたが、英語を話せる方がいたのでいろいろと話をしていただいて助かりました。

ワンスターだったので、まるで修学旅行のような、相席のテーブルで妻と食事をとりました。
食事はシンプルなものでしたが、最初から食事に関して期待していなかったため気になりませんでした。
担当ウェイターはバスの名簿を間違えた人でした。接客は全体的になぁなぁな感じで、よくいえばアットホームなとでも言えましょうか。

食事中にショーやライブが始まりましたが、サンセットも重なり半分くらいの人が席を立って外で写真撮影や船上からの景色を眺めたりしていました。

大きな船ということもあり、さほど揺れもきになりませんでした。

いよいよ夜になり、独立記念日の花火大会が始まりました。船は打ち上げ場所の目の前で停泊。花火は日本と比べて小規模だと現地の方から伺っていましたが、５０周年記念ということもあってか、結構満足のいったものでした。

もっと上のクラスではドレスコードもあり、ゆったりとクルージングディナーをして座りながら花火を観ることができたのですかね。

帰りがものすごく渋滞して、マリオットホテルまで帰るのに普段１０分くらいなのですが1時間以上かかりました。複数でいたら散歩しながら帰るのもいいかもしれません。

Don't expect a high-end resort spa. If you are looking for spa with pool, sauna, gym, etc., this is not it. HOWEVER, if you simply want to enjoy some high quality massage for an amazingly affordable price, this is where you need to go.

The facility is just a small cozy room, but the quality you will get is more than what you pay for. As advertised, my therapist worked for some other big hotel spa so it's the same quality you will get as you pay double the price, or even more. She said she likes working at this salon because she can really enjoy her work.

I decided to go back again at the end of my stay in Hawaii. This is definitely a hidden secret of Waikiki. I'd recommend their service to anyone who are simply looking for a high quality massage, nothing more.

Would have liked to have seen more fish on the snorkel trip, but nice crew.

I stayed at a hotel on the outskirts of Waikiki, very close to the Honolulu Zoo, and I found this spa while looking for one nearby! I chose it mainly because it was close, and I was extremely satisfied. According to the staff who attended to me, most of the estheticians are veterans from famous spas. They focused on the areas that needed attention, and the service was outstanding, taking care to consider my comfort during the treatment. I felt that resetting both my mind and body with a massage made my stay in Hawaii much more enjoyable, rather than dragging the fatigue from my work in Japan.

ワイキキ動物園のすぐ近く、ワイキキの外れのホテルに滞在だったので、近くのスパを探していて見つけました！
近いからという理由で選んだのですが、満足度は大！です。担当してくれたスタッフの方のお話では、ほとんどのエステティシャンが有名スパ出身でベテランばかりだそうです。
こっているところは重点的にやっていただけたし、こちらの様子に気遣いしながらの施術でサービス抜群です。
やっぱり日本での仕事の疲れをひきずっての滞在より、いちどマッサージで心身ともにリセットするとハワイがもっと楽しめる気がしました！

We had a beautiful day for our snorkeling trip, we could not have asked for more beautiful weather. The crew was friendly and the boat was really nice and modern. We saw some dolphins out in the distance although they barely came above the surface and we saw a few turtles. There were no whale sightings on our cruise. The snorkeling was a little disappointing because the water was really choppy and we were dealing with an extremely strong current. There really wasnt a lot to see underwater. It was a little scary for the first time snorkelers and a few people got sea sick. We had a really large group (over 30 people) which made it difficult to move around the boat and it also made it difficult to move around out in the water without getting hit in the face by another persons fins. I think this cruise would have been a lot more enjoyable had there been 20 people or less on the boat.

Great boat, wonderful crew and a delicous meal just the icing on the cake to the most beautiful sunset we have ever seen. Hawaii sunsets are pretty sitting on the beach but you can't beat the beauty of seeing it out on the water. This tour is out in west Oahu (Koolina) far away from waikiki which is exactly what we were looking for!

As a result, I chose the early morning plan, but unfortunately, I couldn't see the dolphins. (It was just bad luck.)

However, I was able to interact closely with the turtles and enjoy snorkeling! Above all, Peter, the local staff member, was very fluent in Japanese, provided excellent explanations, and was wonderful in his responses. We were able to chat during the transfer, and I was very satisfied with the experience.

As a side note, during the transfer from the hotel to the site, I was able to see the high school that President Obama attended and the Hitachi tree, and the staff during the transfer were also very good.

If I have the chance to go to Hawaii again, I think I will choose this plan again.

結果としては早朝プランにしたがイルカにあることは出来なかった。（これは運が悪かった）

しかし、亀にはすぐ近くで触れ合うことができたし、
シュノーケリングを楽しむ事ができた！
なにより現地のスタッフであるピーターさんが
非常に日本語も流暢であり、説明もうまく、
対応もすばらしかった。
移動中もいろいろと話ができ、とても満足のいく内容ｘでした。

補足ですが、ホテルからのピックアップから現地への
移動中にオバマ氏出身高校や、日立の木を見る事ができ、
移動スタッフの対応もよかったです。

次回ハワイにいけるようでしたら、またこのプランを
選ぼうと思います。

I personaly would have booked this attraction for all 5 days of our vacation. The staff was awesome, even our shuttle driver to and from the attraction made this activity worth every penny!!!

I had never snorkeled before and they really walked you through everything. Got to see lots of neat fish, no dolphins however. We did see several turtles. Weather was a bit spotty and we were in some pretty good size swells. I don't know that I would recommend this for smaller children. They have spotters in the water, but it is open ocean and alot can happen,

The limo tour was wonderful. The driver was friendly and accommodating. Saw more of Oahu than would on any organized tour. Only complaint was the limo was a stretch Hummer. Hard to get in and out of.

Your follow up and reservation system was outstanding. Would highly recommend Hawaii Activities.
