There are always polite drivers who share wonderful stories about Hawaii.
However, the bus driver I encountered during my return trip did not assist with loading or unloading luggage.
Not only did he not help me, but he also did not help other passengers with their luggage.

I found the driver/tour guide annoying and condescending. When telling us the time limits he could have scripted better like i.e." we're on a tight schedule and we only have 10 mins on this site so please be back at (state the exact time). He's so full of himself and very scattered with his stories and facts. He didn't even know Hawaii's state bird, he said the white crane. He kept on showing his arm muscles and his jokes were not even funny. He kept on singing, he could just have played any Hawaiian music, he also took jabs at other driver/tour guides.

I arrived on a domestic flight from Kona with no Japanese passengers on board. I was a bit confused about the luggage pickup area, but I was happy to be welcomed by two staff members holding a name placard.
When I got to the condo, I thought I had passed it a little, but it seemed like it was a difficult place to park. After unloading my luggage, they kindly asked if I knew where the entrance was.

Full day but fantastic tour

Great tour, our driver ‘Captain Ron’ was great, very informative and someone who really loves his job! Pick up time was 07:30 so a bit later than other full day tours which we preferred too. Only issue was that we picked some people up from the airport coming from Maui who had missed their flight so had to wait for an hour, but Captain Ron kept us entertained and we still had plenty of time at each place.

Personally I loved the video and the boat trip around the Missouri but my husband loved the Aviation museum. Would definitely recommend this tour and plenty to see and do!

This was a super and well worth it tour. We had the Missouri in Washington state for many years and it was so great to see what a wonderful job Hawaii has done in taking care of this part of history. I learned so much history I didn't know about this war and these ships. The tour driver we had was one of the most knowledgeable ones I'd ever had he told us a lot of info we didn't learn on the tour. Not sure how to spell his name Kaleo I think. I would love to do it again as there was so much to learn.

The reception was said to be to the right of the group exit, but I couldn't find it at all while searching among the other travel agencies in front of me. While I was wandering around, a stern-looking security guard helped me out, and I found the reception at the counter right next to the exit, where the Wi-Fi is available.

I didn't have to wait long until departure, but I was surprised to see a large tour bus for such a small group. It was very nice that they took us to the hotel first.

Our time at the Polynesian Cultural Center center was truly amazing. We did splurge on the super ambassador ticket. Which was well worth every penny. We spent the day with Tyrone, he was the most intelligent, knowledgeable, kind and caring person. He made sure we understood everything we were watching or listening too. It started to rain and he ran and supplied us all with rain ponchos. Everyone who worked there were friendly, and knowledgeable about their land. We were there for 8 hours and we could have easily have spent several more hours.
