As stated on the reservation voucher, a bus with the Roberts Hawaii logo will come to pick you up. You will inform them of your return airline and hand your suitcase to the cheerful driver before departing. Depending on road conditions and the pickup situation, there may be a delay in arrival.

予約バウチャーに記載の通り待っているとロバーツハワイのロゴの入ったバスが迎えに来てくれます。帰りのエアラインを教えスーツケースを陽気な運転手に預けて出発になります。道路状況やそれまでのピックアップ状況次第では遅れての到着になるかもしれません。

Since the trolley doesn't operate at the start time in the morning, we took a taxi from our hotel in Waikiki. We arrived in about 20 minutes. After checking in at the counter, a Japanese staff member named Miho gave us a 30-minute tour of the museum. From the garden plants to the history of Hawaii, it was a short time, but I learned a lot. Both the building and the garden were wonderful.

The hula lesson started at 10 AM. Since my daughter and I were the only students that day, it was a private lesson. We began with some basics, and the teacher's husband played the ipu heke, making it a luxurious lesson for beginners. The song was "Hale Maumau." I had done a little hula in Japan, but it might be a bit difficult for complete beginners. However, it felt like the lesson was tailored to the students. By the end of the one-hour lesson, we were able to dance one song, and we received a certificate at the end of the hula lesson. After that, we learned how to make a lei using ti leaves, which took about 30 minutes to complete. I wore the lei until the evening, and I received compliments while shopping.

After the program ended, we explored the museum, looking at things like the bird capes that Miho had shown us, and we returned by trolley.

Although it's a distance from Waikiki and there are no trolleys at the start time, I think it's a place worth visiting. If I have the chance, I would love to go again.

朝はトロリーがない時間にスタートなので、ワイキキのホテルからタクシーで行きました。
20分くらいで到着。
カウンターで受付後、日本人スタッフのミホさんが30分くらい博物館の案内をしてくれます。
庭の植物から、ハワイの歴史、短い時間でしたが、とても勉強になりました。
建物も庭も素晴らしいものでした。

10時からフラレッスン開始。
この日の生徒は私と娘だけだったので、プライベートレッスン。
始め少しベーシックをやり、先生のご主人がイプヘケを叩いてくれて、初心者向けには贅沢なレッスンでした。
曲はハレマウマウ。日本で少しフラをやっていたのですが、まったくの初心者だと少し難しいかもしれません。
でも生徒に合わせてもらえる感じでした。
一時間のレッスンで一曲踊れるようになり、最後に認定証を頂き、フラレッスンは終了。
そのあとティーリーフを使ってレイの作り方を教えてもらえるのですが、30分ほとで完成、その日は夕方までレイをかけていましたが、買い物先などで褒めてもらえました。

プログラム終了後は、ミホさんに教えて頂いた鳥のマントなど、館内を見て回り、帰りはトロリーで戻りました。

ワイキキからは距離があり、開始時間にトロリーがないので、タクシーなどで行かなければなりませんが、行く価値のある場所だと思います。
次の機会があれば、またぜひ行きたいです。

The driver's energy was high, and I felt a fun atmosphere right from the moment I arrived. I definitely want to use this service again on my return trip.

I took the ride from the Waikiki Banyan as a solo traveler. On the way there, it was the last hotel for drop-off, so naturally, the pick-up started from here on the return trip. We stopped at about five hotels before heading to the airport. I thought we had plenty of time to arrive at the airport, but it turned out to be just when the departure rush was starting. Being early gave me peace of mind, and I was able to relax in the lounge, which was great. I rely on this service every time I travel alone.

一人旅で、ワイキキバニアンから乗車しました。
往きでは最終降車のホテルでしたので、やはり帰りはここからピックアップが始まりました。
5つくらいホテルを回って空港へ。空港に到着する時間は余裕だな・・・と思いましたが、ちょうど出国ラッシュの時間帯ですので、早い分には心の余裕も出来ますし、ラウンジでゆっくりできたので良かったです。
一人旅の時は毎回お世話になります。

Since I was traveling alone, I used this option instead of Uber, which was cheaper. I think I waited about 30 minutes from the time I arrived at the Roberts counter until the shuttle departed. We stopped at Ala Moana, Hilton, Sheraton, and Moana, and finally at my accommodation, the Banyan. Even though I wasn't in a hurry, it didn't seem much different from a chaotic shuttle. However, I often use it because I can ride comfortably when traveling alone.

一人旅でしたのでUberよりも安価のこちらを利用しました。ロバーツのカウンターに着いてからシャトル出発まで30分くらい待ったかな？
アラモアナ、ヒルトン、シェラトン、モアナ回って最後に私の宿泊先のバニアン。急いでないとはいえ、混沌シャトルとそんなに変わらないのかな？
でも一人旅の際、安心して乗れるのでよく利用しています。

For solo travelers, the shuttle service here takes longer than using a taxi, but it is more economical. For larger groups, I think a taxi would be more convenient.

一人旅だとこちらの送迎の方がタクシーを使うより時間はかかりますが割安です。
大人数だとタクシーの方が便利かと思います。

They arrived on time and were very punctual. I almost made a mistake with the terminal I needed to get off at, but they helped me correctly. However, their English was very fast.

時間どおりにきちんと来てくれました。降りるターミナルを間違えかけましたが、ちゃんと教えてくれました。ただ英語がとても速かったです。

I used the service from the hotel to the airport. Perhaps because it was the last pickup, the bus arrived 15 minutes late. I was quite anxious while waiting. The road to the airport was congested, so it took a bit longer, but I made it in time for check-in.

最後のピックアップだったからか集合時間より15分遅れてバスが来た。待っている間はかなり不安だった。空港までの道が渋滞していて少し時間がかかったがチェックインには間に合った。

As soon as I exited the airport, there was a desk, and they guided me smoothly just by saying my name. There were many things I didn't understand in English, but the driving was excellent.

空港出口でてすぐにデスクがあり、名前言うだけで、スムーズに案内してくれました。英語でわからないところがたくさんありましたが運転は、あうまかったです。

It was a shuttle service to the airport, but even after the scheduled pickup time, the shuttle did not arrive. After waiting for 10 minutes past the scheduled time, I called the local office. After explaining the situation, I was put on hold for nearly 10 minutes, and when they finally got back to me, they said, "We're on our way, so please wait a little longer," and I had to wait again. However, even after waiting, the shuttle still did not arrive, so I called again 10 minutes later. They said they would check again, and this time I was on hold for over 15 minutes (which was frustrating). Ultimately, they informed me that the shuttle would not make it, and I would need to arrange a taxi separately, so I ended up taking a taxi to the airport (of course, I didn't have to pay for it). This was a 50-minute delay from the original pickup time. I used the hotel phone, so I didn't incur any financial burden from the 25 minutes on hold, but standing there and listening to Hawaiian music on hold for so long was very stressful. This was my first time using Roberts Hawaii, and I was really disappointed not only by the delay but also by the poor handling of the situation. I won't be using them again.

空港への送迎でしたが、ピックアップ時間になってもシャトルは来ずで、予定時間から10分経過したところで、現地オフィスへ電話を入れました。
事情を説明したところ、確認するとのことで10分近く保留中となり、待たされた割には、「向かっているので少し待って」で、また待機することに。。
ですが、待っていてもやはり来ないので、10分後に再度電話をしたところ、また確認すると言われ、今度は15分以上保留（イライラ）で、最終的にはシャトルが間に合わないので、タクシーを別途手配すると言われ、タクシーで空港へ向かうことになりました。（自己負担はもちろんなかったですが）
当初のピックアップ時間から50分の遅延です。私はホテルの電話を使わせてもらったので、計25分の保留でも金銭的な負担はなかったですが、立ちっぱなしで、保留中のハワイアンミュージックを延々と聞いているのは、とてもストレスでした。
ロバーツハワイを使うのは初めてでしたが、遅延もさることながら、対応の手際の悪さに本当にガッカリしました。もう使いません。

I used it on my way back. A staff member in a yellow shirt arrived five minutes before the scheduled time, and I was able to board smoothly. I also visited a few other hotels, but since we went in an orderly manner, it didn't take much time. I would like to use this service again on another occasion.

帰りに利用しました。予定時間の５分前に黄色いシャツの係員が来てスムーズに乗車できました。何件か別のホテルもまわりましたが順序良く回ったので時間はかかりませんでした。またの機会も使いたいと思います。

Since this was a personal trip, I used this service for transportation from the airport to the hotel. It had been 20 years since I last visited Hawaii, so I was a bit worried, but as soon as I exited the group exit, there was an attendant in a yellow shirt. When I spoke to them, they confirmed my name and completed the procedure. I waited for about 15 minutes, but the transfer was smooth. It took about 30 minutes to the hotel. I also appreciated the information that I could return from the same place. I would like to use this service again next time.

今回は個人旅行だったので空港からホテルまでの移動方法として利用しました。ハワイは２０年ぶりなので心配していましたが、団体出口から出るとすぐに黄色のシャツを着た係員がいて、声をかけると名前を確認して手続き完了。１５分くらい待ちましたが移動はスムーズ。ホテルまでは３０分くらいでした。帰りも同じ場所でとの案内もあり助かりました。次の機会も利用したいと思います。

They arrived on time to pick me up. (I have had experiences with other companies where I was made to wait for about 40 minutes without any contact, which was concerning.)
The meeting point was on the street next to the accommodation, but the female driver came all the way to the lobby and helped carry my luggage. (Sometimes, there are men who don't offer to help, even though tips are included...)
Thanks to them, I had an enjoyable trip to Hawaii until the end.

時間通りに迎えに来てくれました。（他の会社は40分くらい待たされて、何の連絡もなく心配したことがある）
宿泊施設の隣の通り集合でしたが、ドライバーの女性の方がロビーのほうまで来て荷物を一緒に運んでくれました。（たまに男性でも手伝ってくれない方もいます。チップ込みのはずなのに・・。）
おかげ様で最後まで楽しいハワイ旅行でした。

I have already posted about the delay of the arrival flight causing me to miss the shuttle and having to wait a long time, but when returning, I informed them that I was arriving at Haneda on Hawaiian Airlines, yet I was dropped off at a different building. After completing the check-in process at the Hawaiian Airlines counter in the other building, I tried to check my luggage and was informed by the staff that the building was about 50 meters away. If the driver was unaware, I believe the company is neglecting proper training. I am still feeling very frustrated.

到着便の遅れにシャトルが間に合わず、かなり待たされたのは既に投稿しましたが、帰国時はハワイアン航空で羽田着だと伝えたのに、別の建物に降ろされてしまいました。
違う建物のハワイアン航空のチェックイン機で手続を済ませてから、荷物を預けようとして職員の方に50m位離れた建物だと教えられました。ドライバーが知らなかったのだとしたら会社側が指導を怠っているのだと思います。
未だ非常に憤りを感じています。

I was really worried because my return flight was late at night, but I felt relieved when they came to pick me up on time. The airport was dark and hard to navigate.

帰りの便が深夜なのですっごく心配でしたが、時間通りお迎えにきてもらい安心しました。空港も暗くわかりにくい状態( ;∀;)

It was my first time going abroad with everything booked in advance. Previously, I had only made reservations for options, and while they picked me up, no one came to take me back ( ;∀;). This time, they arrived on time and made it easy for me to find them.

海外にすべて予約して行くのが、はじめてでしたが前にもオプションだけ取って行きましたが迎えは来ましたが帰りの迎えが来ない( ;∀;)今回は時間通りにわかりやすく迎えに来てくれました。

I couldn't board the bus I had reserved due to an unexpected event, so I called the Japanese-speaking phone number. When I explained the situation and requested a time change, they responded quickly! Thank you very much. I would like to make a reservation again when I go to Hawaii. The driver was also a wonderful person! The bus was full, with all the other passengers being foreigners except for us.

ハプニングで予約していたバスに乗れなくなり、日本語対応の電話番号に電話しました。
理由を話して時間変更をお願いしたら迅速に対応していただけました！本当にありがとうございました。またハワイに行く時は予約させていただきたいです。
運転手さんも素敵な方でしたよー！乗客はうちら以外皆外国の方で満員でした。

I was picked up about 15 minutes later than scheduled, but they made sure to take me to the airport safely. I was also happy when they spoke to me with a smile while unloading my luggage at the airport.

予定時刻より15分くらい遅れて、迎えがしましたが、しっかり空港まで送って下さいました。
空港について荷物を降ろしていただいた時にも笑顔で話しかけてくださって嬉しかったです。

The pickup from Waikiki Beachcomber to the airport was on time and included the tip, so it was easy without worrying about the tip.

The service was good. However, there was a delay of more than 15 minutes on the return trip. Since the voucher stated to contact them if we were 5 minutes late, I was quite anxious.

サービスも良かったです。
ただ、復路で15分以上の遅れがありました。
バウチャーに5分遅れたら連絡をと記載があったので、焦りました。

Entertaining evening enjoyed by whole family. Plus bonus swim in waterfall during the day. Hard to beat.

The arrival flight was delayed by over an hour from the scheduled time, arriving just past 1 PM. The bus to the center of Waikiki did not arrive even after waiting for more than 30 minutes, and we were left waiting without any explanation. When I asked how much longer we would have to wait, I was answered with a reluctant "30 minutes," which left me feeling upset, and I considered taking a taxi instead. Delays in flights can be anticipated, and I had repeated my choice thinking that the smaller bus from a certain major travel company, which promised to deliver us to our destination faster by limiting stops to five hotels, would be a better option, but I was disappointed by the outcome.

到着便が出発から遅れたので、予定より1時間以上遅れて13時過ぎの到着となりました。
ワイキキ中心部に向かうバスが30分以上待っても来ず、何の説明も無いまま待たされました。
あとどれくらい待つのか尋ねると、30分と面倒くさそうに答えられ気分が悪く、タクシーに乗ろうかと思いました。飛行機の遅れは予め予測出来ることですし、某大手旅行会社のバスより小型でホテルを5箇所以内にして早く目的地に届けるのが一番の売りだと思ってリピートしたのに期待を裏切る結果にガッカリしました。

I found the service to be very courteous, and although it is a shared shuttle, I think it is much more economical compared to a flat-rate taxi. It is chosen not only by Japanese people but also by foreigners, so I felt comfortable requesting it.

とても丁寧で、乗合シャトルにはなりますが定額タクシーと比べてとてもお得だと思います。
日本人だけでなく、外国の方からも選ばれる送迎なので安心してお願いできました。

The hotel elevator was extremely crowded, and I arrived just in time for the meeting. The hotel parking space was also full. Even though I knew the Roberts van was there, I thought it would move further in, so I waited, but it seemed to have gone to the next pickup location. Fortunately, the hotel bellboy called out to me and even made a phone call, and somehow they came back, allowing me to board safely. I really appreciated the bellboy's help, and I'm also grateful to the driver who came without a frown.

ホテルのエレベーターが激混みで集合時間ギリギリに到着…ホテルの駐車スペースも満員…Robertsワゴン車来てること知りつつももっと中に入ってくれるだろうと待ってると次のピックアップ場所へ行ってしまったようで、ホテルのボーイさんが声をかけてくれ、電話もしてくれて、なんとかきてくれて無事乗ることができました
ホテルのボーイさん様々でしたが、嫌な顔せずきてくれた運転手さんにも感謝です♪

This time, the transfer from Domestic was smooth and I was taken to the hotel quickly, which was great. I would like to use it again next time.

今回はドメスティクからの送迎でしたが、スムーズに時間も早くホテルまで送っていただき良かったです。次回も利用したいと思います。

When I exited the group area and went to the counter, there was no staff present. When someone finally arrived, they directed me to the individual exit because the bus was delayed. I was made to go to the individual exit while holding my suitcase and carrying my child, but we had to wait a long time before we could board. After waiting for an hour, we finally got on. If I had to wait this long in the heat, I would have preferred not to use this service from the start. I should have taken a taxi instead. I will never use this service again.

団体出口に出て、カウンターへ行くと誰もスタッフがいない。
やっと来たら、ここはバスが遅いから個人出口へと。
スーツケース片手に子供を抱え個人出口へ行かされたのに、待ってても中々乗せてもらえない。1時待ってようやく乗れた。暑い中こんなに待つなら最初から利用しなかった。
あまりに待たされたのでタクシーにすれば良かった。
二度と使わない。

This was my third trip to Hawaii, including my honeymoon, and this year I used Roberts for the first time after using a major travel agency's shuttle bus for the previous two trips. It was great to be able to communicate with other travelers, including foreigners! The travel agency's shuttle only had Japanese passengers, so the vibe of international travel was a bit lacking...↓↓

We were about 10 minutes late on the way back, but that's just Hawaii time; it’s not a big deal! Overall, it’s affordable and a friend to the common traveler, so I’ll definitely use Roberts again next year!

新婚旅行から合わせて渡ハ3回目、2回は大手旅行会社のシャトルバスを利用させてもらい今年初めてロバーツを利用しました。
外人さんも乗り合わせてコミュニケーションとれたりして良かったですよ!
旅行会社さんのシャトルは日本人だけしか乗り合わせないので海外旅行のバイブスがちょっと…↓↓
帰りに10分ほど遅れましたが、そこはハワイタイム来ないという事はありませんっ♪

Since it was my first time using an international flight, I was anxious, but there was a counter at the baggage claim area, which made it easy to find and reassuring.

国際線は初めての利用だったので不安でしたが、荷物受け取り場所にカウンターがあるので分かりやすく安心でした。

I arrived at the meeting place 10 minutes early, but the bus didn't arrive even 10 minutes after the scheduled time. I became worried and called the number on the voucher to confirm the situation, and that’s when the bus finally arrived. Both the outbound and return trips left a very bad impression.

集合場所に10分前には着いていたのですが、集合時間から10分過ぎてもバスが来なかったため、心配になりバウチャーにある通り電話をかけて確認をしていたところにバスが到着しました、行きといい帰りといい、とても印象が悪かったです。
