It seems to be a lesser-known facility for Japanese tourists, and while it's a bit away from Waikiki Beach, it was a very fulfilling museum. It compactly summarized not only the history of Hawaii but also the history of the volcanoes in the state, making it very educational for museum lovers. I wanted to see the planetarium show "The Hawaiian Sky Tonight," but it was only screened in the morning, so I couldn't catch it. I would like to go again.

日本人観光客にはマイナーな施設のようであり、ワイキキビーチから少し離れていますが、とても充実したミュージアムでした。ハワイの歴史だけでなくハワイ州の火山の歴史についてもコンパクトにまとめられており、ミュージアム好きには大変勉強になりました。プラネタリウムの「The Hawaiian Sky Tonight」も観たかったのですが、午前中のみの上映で観れませんでした。また行きたいです。

They casually approached us, and we were able to start our first overseas trip as a couple in a fun way. The local driver was friendly, and I was very happy that he made an effort to speak in Japanese. Thank you very much.

Wow should I start off with the most delicious authentic hawaiian food I have ever tried..My whole family cleaned their plate..Including the dessert was delicious..The show was amazing so worth the cost..The host keep us laughing

I don't want to waste time, so I always use Roberts for airport transfers. Unlike H○S, the waiting time at the airport is really short. This time, the shuttle departed just 15 minutes after I arrived at the pickup point. Sometimes it's a large bus, but this time it was a minivan. Regardless of the size of the vehicle, the number of passengers is usually around 10, which is relatively few. That might be why it's quicker. I will use it again when I'm traveling alone.

空港からの送迎はいつもロバーツを利用しています。
H○Sと違い空港での待ち時間が本当に少ないです。
今回もシャトル乗り場に着いてから15分後には発車していました。
大型バスの時もありますが今回はミニバンでした。
車体の大小に関わらず、乗車人数はいつも10名程度で少なめです。だから早いのかもしれません。
一人の時はまた利用します。

I completed the hotel check-out early and, while waiting, they came to pick me up five minutes before the scheduled time, so I arrived at the airport ahead of time. It was very good, and I would like to use it again next time.

The limousine was full with other passengers. A man sitting in the front kept lifting himself off the seat to let people boarding later pass through to the back. I hope the driver, who knows it will be full, can instruct people to fill in from the back to make it easier for those boarding later.

早めにホテルのチェックアウトを済ませ待っていたら5分前に迎えに来てくれたので空港へ早めに着きました　とても良かったです　次回も利用したい
相乗りする人でリムジンが満員でした。手前に座った男性がその都度腰を浮かしてシートに立つようにしてあとから乗る人を奥に行かせようとしていた。満員になることを知っているドライバーが奥から詰めて着席するよう指示しないと、あとからの人は乗りにくいので改善してほしい。

I arrived a little early at the pickup location, and the driver from Roberts Hawaii greeted me, making for a smooth boarding experience; we were the first passengers. After boarding, we stopped at three or four hotels before heading to the airport, and all the other passengers were foreigners. By the way, on the way from the airport to the hotel, all the passengers were Japanese. The ride to the airport was smooth, and the fare was reasonable, so I definitely want to use this service again.

It mentioned that the fare included a tip, so I didn't give a tip for the ride from the airport to the hotel, but on the return trip, I saw the foreigners giving tips to the driver when they got off at their respective airlines. Seeing this made me think that I didn't need to give a tip when I got off, but I still ended up giving one. It's just a gesture of appreciation for the driver's service.

予約の時間より少し前にピックアップ場所に行くとロバーツハワイのドライバーから声を掛けていただきスムーズ乗車、私たちが最初の客でした。
乗車後3～４ヶ所のホテルを回り空港に向かったのですが他の乗客は全員外人さんでした。ちなみに空港からホテル利用の際は全員日本人でした。
空港到着までスムーズで料金もリーズナブルで是非また利用したいと思います。
料金にチップ込みとありましたので空港からホテルまでの利用ではチップを渡していませんが、帰りは外人さんがそれぞれ利用の航空会社で降りたときドライバーにチップを渡していました。これを見てしまったので自分が下りるときチップを渡たさなくていいと思いながらチップを渡しましたが。これも気持ちです、運転手さんのサービスに感謝です。

I printed the voucher and headed to the reception desk, where the check-in process went smoothly without any issues. At the desk, I installed the QR code for the Japanese guide, and I was informed about the start time of the Japanese guided tour and where to wait. Although all the information was provided in English, it was explained in a way that was easy to understand, even for someone like me who struggles with English.

The Japanese guide was supposed to last 30 minutes, but it ended up being 45 minutes, allowing me to learn about Hawaii's history in an easy-to-understand manner. The exhibits were wonderful and very impressive. In particular, the decorations on the capes and hats used bird feathers, and it was interesting to learn that these birds are already extinct.

I believe the prices from Veltra were probably discounted advance purchase rates, which were much cheaper than the regular prices, and that was a great help. If you're interested in Hawaii's history, I definitely recommend visiting.

バウチャーを印字しいざ受付窓口へ、何の問題もなくスムーズに受付終了、窓口で日本語案内のQRコードをインストール更に日本語ガイドツアーの開始時間や待つ場所を案内されました。すべて英語での案内でしたが英語が苦手の自分でも分かりやすいように説明され助かりました。
日本語での案内は30分間とありましたが、45分間案内されハワイの歴史などわかりやすく勉強することができました。
展示品の素晴らしく見ごたえがありました。特にマントや帽子の飾りに鳥の羽が使われているのですが、この鳥はすでに絶滅してをその理由も興味深かったです。
ベルトラさんの料金は多分前売り料金で正規料金よりだいぶ安かったと思います、助かりました。
ハワイの歴史に興味のある方是非訪れてください。

As soon as I exited the building after clearing immigration in Hawaii, I saw an employee holding a sign for Roberts Hawaii. When I approached them, they guided me to the shuttle pick-up area, and I waited for about 10 minutes without any worries before smoothly boarding the shuttle. I was dropped off very close to the hotel, and the driver kindly informed me that this was the pick-up location for my return shuttle, which made me feel very reassured. I have used Roberts Hawaii's shuttle service several times, and their service is always friendly, so I would like to use them again.

ハワイ入国審査を終え建物を出ると直ぐにロバーツハワイの看板を手にした社員がいたので声をかけると、乗り場に案内してくれ何の不安もなく10分位待っただけでスムーズにシャトルに乗車、ホテル直近で下車しましたが、ドライバーから（帰国する際のシャトル乗車位置はこの場所）と丁寧に案内され、とても安心しました。何回かロバーツハワイの送迎シャトルを利用していますが、対応が親切でまた利用したいと思います。

I was a little worried that they might not come to pick me up since I was running a bit late, but they arrived right on time! They also helped with my luggage and took me right to the front of my airline!

As soon as I exited the airport, there was a staff member, and when I spoke to them, they told me to go to a specific number. I went there and spoke to another staff member, and I was able to get on the bus right away!

空港を出て直ぐに案内の方がいるので話しかけたら、何番の所へ行ってくださいと言われるのでそこまで行き係の方に話しかけるとすぐにバスに乗れました！

I searched for the meeting place, but there was a person in a yellow shirt, so it wasn't a confusing location. It's a hotel just before Waikiki, so I arrived quickly. I will use it again next time.

待ち合わせ場所を探しましたが黄色いシャツの人がいて迷うような場所ではないです。ワイキキの手前のホテルなのですぐに到着しました。次も使います。

I was flustered because I arrived late, but when I got to the hotel, the driver looked apologetic for being delayed due to traffic. He took me close to the airline counter. Considering the price, I will use this service again.

遅れてきたので焦りましたが、ホテル前に来て、渋滞で遅れたとドライバーはすまなそうにしていました。航空会社のカウンター近くまで運んでくれました。値段を考えると次も利用します。

A fabulous way to travel the whole island and learn about the history and culture. Our guide was local and so knowledgeable and friendly! The views were spectacular!! Communication from the company was easy to follow and navigate. I would highly recommend this company and tour :-)

This was a great tour full of information and great experiences. I would highly recommend this tour to others.

Although it was a less busy time, there were fewer people and hotel visits, allowing me to leave for home feeling relaxed. However, it's obvious that the drivers mostly only speak English, so it's advisable to have at least a basic understanding of English for handling minimal trouble in case of accidents or delays.

空いてる時期だったとは言え、人数もホテル巡回数も少なめで、ゆったりとした気分で帰国の途に着けました。ただ、当たり前なんですが、ドライバーはほぼ英語しか不可なので、事故とか遅れたとかの時の最低限のトラブル対策の英語は出来た方がいいです。

This is my fourth time using the service. Usually, the driver asks which airline we are using, but this time, they just took us to the lobby of our airline without asking anything. It made for a very pleasant experience.

Actually, the hotel pickup was about 10 minutes late, so I was a bit anxious, but in the end, it was all forgotten. Thank you very much.

Since it was early in the morning around 9 o'clock, there were hardly any customers, and we waited about 30 minutes until departure. After that, a group arrived, and once the number of passengers was sufficient, we departed. This bus had a type where luggage was stored in the back, and I was able to sit comfortably in my seat.

朝早い９時ごろだったので、お客さんはほとんどいなくて出発まで30分ほど待った。
その後グループが来て人数がまとまったので発車となった。
今回のバスは後ろに荷物を積むタイプで、座席にはストレスなく座れた。

This is my second time in Hawaii. Last time, I used the shuttle service from H●S. I thought this time would be similar, where we would board the vehicle in the order we arrived and depart. However, since there were three groups of users, everyone waited for us because we were delayed picking up the stroller. During the ride, there were no issues with communication, just confirming the hotel and the order of stops.

ハワイ2回目。前回はH●Sさんの送迎を利用しました。
前回は来た順に車に乗り込み＆出発…だったので今回も同様かなと思いきや、私たち含め3組の利用者だったためか、ベビーカーのピックアップで遅れた私たちをみなさん待っててくださいました。
道中は、ホテルの確認や、何番目に止まるなどの確認くらいで、コミュニケーションには問題がなかったです。

Our bus tour guide was absolutely amazing! Juicy is his name. He was very informative and funny. He helped us with everything we needed and told us where to go. The pearl harbor site was breathe taking. They are all very informative at every site you go to. The Missouri is massive and takes awhile to see it all but it was very self explanatory and easy to do a self tour. It was all worth it!

At the bus stop, there was a Japanese person who had just arrived and seemed a bit anxious about various things, but it was nice to be able to chat casually.

バス乗り場には、日本人の方がいて、着いたばかりで、色々不安がありましたが、気軽にお話ができて良かったです。

This was an awesome tour with lunch included, our tour guide Ernie was incredibly knowledgeable and made the tour very pleasant and educating! Very glad we selected this tour, and also very glad we got a great tour guide.

I used this service to transfer from the airport to the hotel. I was worried because it took longer than expected to go through immigration due to the holiday rush and the fully booked flights, but I quickly spotted the shuttle buses lined up right outside the exit, with plenty of staff in yellow uniforms. The driver also drove safely and handled my luggage with care. I would like to use this service again when I visit Hawaii.

空港からホテルへの移動で利用しました。
連休で飛行機も満席だったため、入国に思いのほか時間がかかったため心配しましたが、出口を出たところに送迎のバスがたくさん停まっていたところで、黄色の服を着たスタッフが沢山いたのすぐに分かりました。
ドライバーさんも安全運転で荷物を丁寧に扱ってくださいました。
ハワイにいった時はまた利用したいです

The immigration area was quite crowded, and I ended up being late for the meeting point, but thanks to the staff from Roberts Hawaii who showed me where the shuttle was, I was able to board. I'm grateful for that.

イミグレがかなり混雑しており、集合予定に遅れてしまいましたが別便のロバーツハワイの方がシャトルの場所を教えてくれたおかげでなんとか乗車することが出来ました。感謝です。

I was worried that it would be a cramped little car since it was a shared ride, but I was relieved to find that it was a spacious vehicle where I could sit comfortably all the way to the hotel.

I caused a bit of a problem when I forgot the bag of duty-free items I had purchased on the plane, leaving it at my feet while I waited outside on a chair for the other passengers to gather. I was feeling a bit dazed from jet lag.

I realized I had forgotten it while we were driving, and I was panicking about what to do. However, it seemed that the local staff and the driver were coordinating about lost items, and when we arrived at the hotel, they showed me a picture of my forgotten belongings to check if I had left anything behind.

The driver asked me to call the tour company for assistance, so I requested help from a Japanese staff member at the hotel, and they successfully arranged for my items to be delivered back to me on the next shuttle.

I was worried that my first day would be ruined, but thanks to their warm support, it turned out to be a great start to my trip. Thank you very much!!!

乗合いなのでぎゅうぎゅうの小さい車だったらいやだなと思っていたのですが、ゆったりめに座れる大きい車で安心してホテルまで連れて行ってくれまして。

私が一つ問題を起してしまい、乗客が集まるまで外の椅子で待っているときに
時差ぼけでぼーっとしていたせいか、機内で購入した免税品の袋を足元に置いたまま忘れて乗車してしまいました。

走行中に忘れたことに気付き、どうしようかと一人で焦っていたのですが、現地スタッフとドライバーさんが忘れ物の連携を取っていてくれたみたいでホテルに到着した際忘れ物をしてないか私の忘れ物の画像を見せてくれました。

対応はツアー会社に電話して欲しいとドライバーさんからお願いされたので、ホテルの日本人スタッフの方に電話をお願いして次の送迎車の便で無事ホテルまで届けてくれました。

初日から気持ちが落ち込みそうでしたがとても暖かいご対応をいただき良い旅行の初日となりました。ありがとうございました！！！

As soon as I exited immigration, I met with the staff who guided me to the pickup area. The staff at the pickup point were informed and responded appropriately. I waited for about 20 minutes, but the journey to the hotel was very smooth. The driver was also very helpful with loading and unloading my luggage, and their service was excellent and kind. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that since multiple buses were departing for different destinations, I would have appreciated being informed about how much longer I would have to wait before I had to ask. With that, everything would have been perfect. I will also be relying on your service for the return trip from the hotel to the airport.

乗り場の係の方に連絡が行き適宜対応されました。
20分ほど待たされましたが、ホテルまではとてもスムーズ、ドライバーも荷物の積み下ろしを手伝ってくださりとても対応が良く優しかったです。
強いて言えば、他方面へのバスは何台も出発していたので、あとどの位待つのかこちらから聞く前に教えて欲しかったです。これがあれば完璧でした。
また、帰りのホテルから空港までもお世話になります。

You get to see so many different beautiful places on Oahu, all in 1 day! Kualoa Ranch was a great stop to get lunch and fresh ocean air.

The kiosk staff. A blank expression is no good. The first impression is important. It's better to greet with a smile, right? It makes you feel at ease. Everything else was good.

kioskの方。無表情なのはノーグッドです。最初が大事。笑顔でお出迎えした方が、いいですよね。安心しますよ。後は、良かったです。
