First encounter with wild dolphins with my 5-year-old son.
I was worried since it was also his first experience with snorkeling, but he quickly got used to it and had a lot of fun.
The staff were very friendly and enjoyable, and by the end, he was completely a fan of the staff member (laughs).
Even after returning to Japan, he was super excited while sharing his impressions with his grandmother.

The food was also quite delicious. The weather was nice, and the sunset and fireworks were amazing. There were staff members who could speak Japanese, so I was able to enjoy myself with peace of mind. 😊

The changing colors of the sky, the different angle of Diamond Head viewed from the ocean side, the cheerful and considerate staff, and the convenient access at an affordable price make this tour highly recommended.

I participated in a company trip. People in their 20s to 50s all enjoyed it. The staff entertained us while we were waiting, and it was truly a great memory!

Hmm... honestly, my feeling is that it's disappointing not to have good weather. I did see sea turtles, but I hardly saw any fish while snorkeling. Perhaps I had too high expectations of the beautiful sea and sandy beaches. The instructors were very nice, so that's also a memorable part of the trip.

After arriving at the airport, I went to the Roberts desk and was immediately guided to the shuttle. After that, I was able to depart right away and quickly moved to my hotel in Waikiki. I will use this service again next time.

空港到着後、ロバーツのデスクに行ったらすぐにシャトルまで案内してもらいました。そのあとすぐに出発できてワイキキのホテルまですぐに移動できました。次回も利用します。

The meeting point was in front of the hotel next to our accommodation, but since it was still a bit early, we relaxed in the lobby of our hotel until they came to pick us up. They also took our luggage to the meeting point, allowing us to head to the airport smoothly.

集合場所は宿泊ホテル隣のホテル前だったのですが、まだ少し時間が早かったため、宿泊ホテルロビーでくつろいでたところ、迎えにきてくれました。
荷物も集合場所までもっていってくれて、スムーズに空港へいくことができました。

This was awesome! The entire crew was funny and helpful. There were plenty of turtles and fish for everyone to enjoy! The only downside was how many different groups of tourists were also at the same location at the same time. Still plenty of awesome pictures and fun!! Would do it again in a heart beat!

On the day we participated, there were many Japanese people, and we split into two boats: one for Japanese only and one for a mix of Japanese and foreigners.

We were on the mixed boat, but it was reassuring to have Japanese staff members on board. The tide was a bit high that day, so we couldn't see the sandbar, and the water level was about waist-deep. If you want to see a sandbar like in the photos, I recommend researching in advance. Here, you can stand, so we practiced snorkeling, but you can also play volleyball.

After that, we enjoyed a juicy hamburger lunch! It was really delicious, and I was happy that soft drinks were unlimited. Next was turtle watching! We were able to see a few close up. Finally, we went snorkeling around the coral! There were many small fish swimming, and it was beautiful. By the way, the water is deep here, so you can't stand. You can rent snorkeling gear (fins, mask) and life jackets to swim. The weather can change quickly, so it's convenient to have a light jacket. A towel is essential.

The staff were friendly, and we had a great time enjoying the ocean!

参加した日は日本人が多く、日本人だけの船と日本人＋外国人混合の船に分かれて出発しました。

私達は日本人＋外国人混合の船でしたが、日本人のスタッフの方がいたので安心でした。
この日は潮が少し満ちていたのでサンドバーは見られず、腰より低い位置くらいの水位がありました。
写真の様なサンドバーを見たい方は事前に調べておく事をおススメします。
ここでは足がつくので私達はシュノーケルの練習を行いましたが、
バレーボールで遊ぶことも出来ます。

その後はジューシーなお肉のハンバーガーランチ！これはとっても美味しかったです。ソフトドリンクが飲み放題なのも嬉しかったです。
次はウミガメウォッチング！割と近くで数匹見ることができました＾＾
最後はサンゴの周りでシュノーケリングです！小さい魚が沢山泳いでいて綺麗でした。
ちなみにここは深いため足がつきません、シュノーケルセット(フィン、マスク)とライフジャケットなどを借りて泳ぐことができます。
天気が変わりやすいので、羽織りものがあると便利です。タオルは必須です。

スタッフの方も気さくで、海を満喫できて楽しかったです！！

I'm not a fan of roller coasters that make my heart race, but I'm glad I chose the 150-meter one. I really enjoyed it. It goes up and then comes down quickly, so it feels like no time at all. You won't have any trouble even if you don't understand English. They explain how to secure yourself and the precautions in simple Japanese.

A tip is necessary; I gave it when I got off the boat. It's also mentioned in the frequently asked questions.

英語がわからなくても、全く困りません。

The number of Japanese participants was relatively small.
All explanations on the ship, including the types of drinks, were in English.
At the drink counter, they would speak slowly, asking, "Champagne? Beer? Mai Tai?" so you won't have any trouble even if you don't understand English.
There was also water and cola (or Pepsi).

My mother, in her 60s, didn't want to get seasick, so she stayed in the center of the ship and didn't drink alcohol. There were also Japanese people who were feeling seasick.

日本人の参加者は割合的に少なかったです。
船の中の説明は飲み物の種類等含め、すべて英語です。
飲み物のカウンターに行けば、「シャンパン？ビール？マイタイ？」など、
ゆっくり話してくれるので、英語がわからなくても困りません。
水とコーラ（かペプシ）もありました。

60代の母は船酔いしたくないので、船の中心部分でアルコール飲まずにしていました。船酔いしている日本人もいました。

I made a reservation at the request of my mother, who is hesitant about diving and snorkeling.

We had a great time on the boat ride to the submarine, and the submarine that emerged from the sea was really cool!! The flow was smooth, and I think the pilot made sure there was no unfairness in seating positions! We were able to see sea turtles swimming from inside the submarine, and on the way back, we also saw dolphins! I thought it was a really valuable experience since the fish didn't escape as they do with snorkeling or diving!!

潜水艦までのボートもすごく楽しむことができ、海中から現れる潜水艦はほんとにかっこよかったです！！
動線もスムーズで、座る位置での不公平がないように潜水艦を操縦してくださっていたのだと思います！
潜水艦の中からウミガメが泳いで行くのも見れて、帰りのボートではイルカもみることができました！
シュノーケルやダイビングより魚たちが逃げないのですごく貴重な体験だと思いました！！

The pickup time was around 10:45 instead of 10:30. I was worried if they were coming or if my reservation was not confirmed! They did arrive, but it would have been more enjoyable if they had come on time.

There are various dolphin tours, but this tour where we encountered sea turtles was excellent.
Although Honolulu has high prices and relatively few good restaurants, the lunch we had here (hamburgers) was delicious, especially since we were hungry from exercising. My 9-year-old daughter also enjoyed it and gave it high praise! It became a wonderful memory of Hawaii.

I wanted to go on a sunset cruise, but it was fully booked, so I gave up on that. However, choosing this option was definitely the right decision!

I've walked on Waikiki Beach before, but seeing the beach and Diamond Head from the ocean was spectacular.

It was faster than I expected and thrilling. The only downside was a group of students from Canada who were making a lot of noise, getting injured, and even throwing up. However, I think it was an experience that makes me want to participate again.

サンセットクルーズに乗りたかったのですが、予約がいっぱいで断念しましたが、こちらにして大正解でした！
ワイキキビーチで散歩したことはあっても、海から見るビーチやダイヤモンドヘッドは壮観でした。

思ったよりスピードがあって、スリリングでした。
カナダからの学生の団体がいて、大騒ぎして怪我をしていたり、吐いたりしてて騒がしかったのが唯一の難点でした。
しかし、また参加したいと思える内容だったと思います。

It was my first time parasailing. They picked us up at our hotel, and we departed by boat near the Hilton Hotel. I really appreciated that there was no wasted time during the waiting and travel, allowing us to make the most of our valuable time during the trip. Everyone who participated was friendly and had a great time. When it was our turn and we moved on the boat, the staff kindly escorted us, so we felt no anxiety during the setup and enjoyed sailing in the beautiful sky of Waikiki. We went up to 150 meters, and it was absolutely amazing without any fear. The splash back into the sea on the way back was also a lot of fun! I will definitely participate again when I come back to Waikiki.

初めてのパラセーリングでした。宿泊ホテルまでお迎えに来ていただき、ヒルトンホテルの近くからボートで出発、待ち時間や移動時間に時間もかかることなく、旅行中の貴重な時間を無駄なく利用できたのがとても良かったです。
参加された皆様も和気あいあいと楽しくて。自分たちの順番が来て、ボートの上を移動するときも係の方が優しくエスコートしてくださって不安なくセッティングも完了して素晴らしいワイキキの空をセーリングしました。
私たちは150メートルでしたが、怖さも全然なくとても素晴らしく感激でした。戻る時の海にボチャン！がまた楽しかったです！
またワイキキに来た時には是非参加します。

We enjoyed our circle island tour in Oct. this was a special occasion for us and our second trip to Oahu. We wanted to see more of the island this time and choose this tour because it had so many stops and was a full day trip. Our driver was very informative & very knowledgeable. We enjoyed all our stops and had the best day!!! The lunch at Fumis was fantastic! I would recommend this tour to everyone!

The pickup arrived on time and dropped me off right in front of the airline. I was satisfied with the price, which was cheaper than the travel agency. I would like to use this service again if the opportunity arises.

I was really anxious since I was participating alone, but the pickup driver was friendly and spoke to me in Japanese, which made me forget my worries because he was really funny. The person who actually taught us how to surf didn't speak Japanese, but it wasn't a problem at all. The waves were small, so I was able to stand up, but if I could wish for something, I would have liked to ride slightly bigger waves for a longer time. I also enjoyed the conversation with the staff who spoke Japanese after we finished. Everyone on the staff was nice, and I'm satisfied with my choice to surf here for my first time. Additionally, there was a note in the email advising not to bring valuables, so I didn't take any money and couldn't give a tip, but it seems fine to bring valuables since you can store your belongings inside the shop!

１人参加でしたので凄く不安でしたが、ピックアップのドライバーの方が気さくに日本語で喋りかけてくれてしかも凄く面白くって不安だった気分を忘れさせてくれました。実際にサーフィンを教えてくれる人は日本語喋れませんが特に問題はなかったです。小さい波なので立てる事は出来ましたが欲を言えばもう少し大きい波で長く波に乗りたかったです。終わった後に日本語の話せるスタッフとの会話も楽しかったです。スタッフの方はみんないい人で初めてのサーフィンにここを選んで満足しています。後、メールで貴重品は持って来ないよう注意書があったのでお金を持って行かなかったのでチップをあげれませんでしたが荷物は店の中に預けるので貴重品持って行っても大丈夫そうですよ！

If you're in Hawaii, you definitely want to experience marine sports. However, not everyone is able to be very active. But with a catamaran, it's a great option even for those who may not be as mobile. We experienced the evening cruise, and it was wonderful; we didn't have to worry much about sunburn and enjoyed the beautiful sunset while fully taking in the Hawaiian sea. Just be aware that the meeting point can be a bit tricky to find.

ハワイに来たからにはマリンスポーツは経験したいイベント。でも、皆が活発に動ける訳ではないですよね。でも、カタマランなら、そんな人にもお勧めできます。私たちは夕方の便を体験しましたが、日焼けもあまり気にならず、素敵なサンセットを見ながら、ハワイの海を存分に楽しめました。ただ、集合場所は少しわかりにくいので、注意してくださいね。

The staff and crew worked wonderfully together to create a pleasant experience for us during the tour. My elderly parents couldn't participate in many activities, but while we were resting on the boat, they pointed out swimming sea turtles and recommended meals, showing great consideration. It became a lifelong memory with my parents.

I was worried about departing due to the rainy season, but fortunately, the weather was nice, and I was able to see a beautiful sunset over the sea from the ship, which became a wonderful memory! The crew members were cheerful, and I enjoyed some light snacks (like chips and bread) to satisfy my hunger, making it a fun experience!

I participated in a plan that included transportation. The pickup was about 20 minutes late. After we got on, there were more pickups, but there was no place to stop, so we kept going around the same area, which I think caused the delay.

They come with a smaller microbus, which has a flashy zipline photo printed on it, making it easy to recognize. The ride lasts about an hour and a half.

Due to the influence of television, despite the reviews saying there are hardly any Japanese people, we went as a party of eight, consisting of four Japanese groups. There were three instructors, and everything was in English. However, we could communicate through gestures.

There are points along the way to hydrate and get snacks like tomatoes and bananas.

We took a buggy up to the summit and then zipped down, so the view was amazing! The distance is long, so I think there's a sense of satisfaction from each run. However, I got a little bored halfway through (sweat).

We started at 11:00 and finished at 13:00, but the driver asked if we were hungry and stopped at a nearby 7-Eleven.

I gave each instructor a tip of $10. I don't think two groups tipped. I didn't tip the driver.

The instructors took photos at key points with their smartphones and later emailed them to us, offering to sell the data. It was $45 for 16 shots. Of course, we could check them before purchasing, and just seeing them was enough for me.

送迎ありのプランで参加しました。
ピックアップの時間は20分くらい遅れてきました。私たちが乗った後もピックアップがあったのですが、止める場所がなくグルグル同じ場所を回ってたのでその辺りが遅れた原因かと思います。
小さめのマイクロバスで来るのですが、ジップライン写真がプリントされていて派手なので分かりやすいと思います。
乗っている時間は1時間半くらいかな。

テレビの影響か、口コミはほとんど日本人がいないという割りに日本人4組の8人パーティで行いました。
インストラクターさんは3人で、全て英語です。でも、身ぶり手振りで意思疏通はできます。
途中で水分補給やトマト、バナナなど補給できるポイントがあります。

バギーで山頂?まで登って、そこからジップラインで下ってくるので景色は最高です!
距離は長いので1本の満足感はあると思います。でも、私は途中でちょっと飽きちゃいました(汗)

11時スタート、13時アップだったのですが帰りのドライバーさんがお腹減ったか聞いてくれて、途中にあるセブンイレブンに寄ってくれました。

チップはインストラクターにそれぞれ10＄ずつ渡しました。2組は渡してなかったと思います。ドライバーさんには渡していません。

インストラクターが要所要所でスマホで写真を撮ってくれていたにですが、後日メールで送ってきてくれて、データを販売してくれます。16カットで45＄でした。購入する前にもちろん確認出来るので、それを見るだけでも私は十分でした。
