We participated in the all-you-can-eat appetizer buffet on the 3rd floor, which included free drinks. It was relatively quiet, and the waiter took our drink orders. I chose champagne, and it was a rosé champagne. It was delicious. Beer, wine, and champagne were free, while other items were available for an additional charge.

The food included several types such as yakitori, meatballs, sausages, and edamame. The most eye-catching item was a pineapple decorated with skewers of various fruits, which was impressive and delicious.

Of course, the view was also wonderful, and watching the sunset was very moving. Around sunset, people from other floors gathered on the 3rd floor, making it lively. Since it was a Friday night, we were able to enjoy the fireworks from a prime spot, which doubled our enjoyment.

私達は3Fのアペタイザー食べ放題（フリードリンク付き参加でした。比較的空いていて、ウエイターがドリンクの注文を聞いてくれ、私はシャンパンにしたら、ロゼのシャンパンでした。美味しかった。ビール、ワイン、シャンパンは無料で、他の物は別料金でした。
お料理は、焼き鳥、肉団子、ソーセージ、枝豆など数種類ありました。一番目を引いたのは、パイナップルに数種類の果物の串刺しが飾らせていたのが、印象的でしかも美味しかったです。
勿論景色も素晴らしく、日の入りのタイミングを見守るのはとても感激しました。日の入りのタイミングの頃には、他の階の方が3Fに集まり、賑やかになりました。金曜の夜でしたので、花火も特等席で鑑賞でき、2倍楽しみました。

We used this for our honeymoon trip to Hawaii. As it was an outdoor recreation activity, we were concerned about the weather, but fortunately, it was a clear day! The sandy beach was also nice to walk on, and we were able to take many beautiful photos. We saw several sea turtles while snorkeling, and during lunchtime, they came close to the boat, allowing us to see them up close! They were so cute and it was amazing. It became a wonderful memory for our honeymoon. We would like to invite our family and experience it again.

ハワイへの新婚旅行で利用させて頂きました。やはり、外でのレクリエーションなので天気を気にしていましたが運良く快晴！
そして砂浜もいい具合に歩けて綺麗な写真がたくさん撮れました。
肝心のウミガメも、シュノーケルで何匹も見れましたし昼食時間中船の近くまできてくれたのでとても近くで見ることができました！すごく可愛いくて最高でした。いい新婚旅行の思い出になりました。家族もよんでまた体験したいと思います。

I always watched the catamaran from the hotel lanai and wanted to ride it someday, and my family enjoyed it. The reservation on the day was smooth. I was torn between going at night, but it was the right choice to depart at 3 PM. We were the only Japanese people there, but it was great that they provided us with a Japanese instruction manual.

The whole day was great - sandbar, turtles, snorkeling and lunch. And of course, the staff! Will highly recommend this trip to anyone going to Oahu. Thanks!

I participated in a pool event for the first time in Hawaii. The meeting place was at the exit behind the Hyatt, but initially, there were quite a few people waiting at the entrance on the side, so I mistakenly waited there and realized just in time that I was in the wrong place, which was a close call. Since we were heading there by a sightseeing bus instead of a van, first-timers should be careful.

The pool had various attractions and was enjoyable, but in the morning, some features like the lazy river weren't operational, so it's something to keep in mind. The BBQ was delicious, and I was quite satisfied with the food. However, if someone wants to save money, it might be better to skip the BBQ and just have a hamburger. Also, the bus had strong air conditioning, so it was cold. I think it's a good idea to bring a long-sleeve shirt, especially since your body temperature drops after being in the pool.

It's less crowded than pools in Japan, so if you get tired of swimming at the beach, I think it's worth checking out at least once.

初めてのハワイでのプールに参加しました。
集合場所は、ハイアットの裏手の出口でしたが、最初、横手にある玄関で待っている人が結構いたので、一緒に待っていたら間違っており
集合時間ギリギリに気づき危なかったです。バンとかでなく観光バスで向かうので、初めての人は気を付けたほうが良いです。
　プールは、色々とあり楽しめたのですが、午前中は流れるプールなどが
稼働してなかったりするので、注意が必要です。BBQは、お肉もおいしくて
十分に満足できる内容でした。ただ安く済ませたい人は、BBQにせずハンバーガーを食べるのでもよいかもしれません。あとバスの中はクーラーが効いており寒いので。長袖は持って行ったほうが良いと思います。特に帰りは
プールにつかり体温が下がっているので…。
日本のプールよりも空いているので、ビーチでの泳ぎに飽きたら
一度は行ってみる価値はあるかと思います。

In the green room, you can first enjoy canapés and drinks while taking photos with an Elvis Presley impersonator (you'll receive the photos later). However, the stay was quite short, and there was hardly any time to drink. After that, you can see the backstage and have an interesting experience.

The show was more wonderful than I imagined, and since I was guided to the front row, it was very impressive. My grandmother, who joined me, was also very happy. Additionally, all the staff members were kind.

I have been to Hawaii many times, but I was very satisfied to see such a wonderful show. If I could wish for anything, it would be that the food was a bit tastier. I would love to come back to see this show again someday.

グリーンルームでまずカナッペやドリンクを楽しみながら、エルビスプレスリーのそっくりさんと写真をとることが出来ます（のちほど写真をいただけます）が、滞在時間がかなり時間が短く、ドリンクはほとんど飲む時間がありませんでした。その後バックステージを拝見させていただけたり、面白い体験ができます。
そして、想像以上にショーは素晴らしく、最前列の席に案内していただけたので迫力もあり一緒に参加した祖母もとても喜んでおりました。またスタッフの方々は、皆さん親切でした。
今まで何度も来ているハワイですが、このような素晴らしいショーを見ることが出来、とても満足しました。
ただ、欲をいうとお料理がもう少し美味しいとさらに嬉しいなと思いました。
またいつかこのショーを見に来たいです。

Good points:
- The staff are all friendly and cheerful.
- I encountered sea turtles! Two were swimming, and two were under the coral reef while snorkeling.
- The view is amazing as you're surrounded by the ocean!
- There are quite a few fish around the coral reef.
- After snorkeling, you can play with the stand-up paddleboarding and canoeing equipment. It's really fun.
- The food was surprisingly delicious.
- The boat ride was short, so I didn't have to worry about seasickness (though it depends on the person).

Bad points:
- They emphasize the sandbar, but there isn't much time when it actually becomes a beach, is there? In the afternoons during this season, it was only about knee-deep.
- It is quite dependent on the weather. Since it was January, it would be nice if it was sunny with little wind, but the water felt cold. It's good to bring plenty of warm clothing.
- The snorkeling is back and forth along the coral. It felt a bit short on time. It might be just right for some people when it's cold. However, with many participants, it can get crowded if you bump into each other.

・シュノーケルはサンゴに沿って往復。少し時間は短めに感じた。寒い時など人によってはちょうど良いかも。ただ、参加者が多くて足が当たったら邪魔になる

I had a very enjoyable time. This trip was with a friend who does hula dance, and we wanted to see a show related to hula, so we participated in this monitor tour. When we were first guided to the green room, the premium feel was overwhelming, and my excitement soared even more when I got to take a photo with Elvis.

During the backstage tour, there was a particular photo opportunity that made us very happy as hula dancers. The show was luxurious and well thought out, keeping us engaged throughout. Watching the show from the front row was thrilling, and I would love to sit in the front row again next time. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in hula dance. Both Elvis and Michael Jackson were so much fun, and the time flew by.

The staff were also very kind. I'm glad I participated. Thank you very much. However, the backstage tour was in English, so I think it would be interesting if you understand even a little English. It became one of the memorable experiences of our fun girls' trip. Thank you!

とても楽しい時間を過ごしました。今回の旅行はフラダンスをしている友人と二人での旅行。何かフラダンスに関係するショーを見たいと思いこのモニターツアーに参加しました。最初にグリーンルームに案内された時は、プレミアム感が満載でテンションが上がり、エルビスとの写真撮影に更にテンションがあがりました。
バックステージ見学では、フラダンスをしている私達にとっては、バックステージ裏での、ある写真撮影がとても嬉しかったです(^-^)
ショーは飽きることなく、すべて考えられている豪華なショーでした。最前列で見るショーは迫力があり、次回も前列でみたいです。フラダンスに興味のある方は、更にお奨めいたします。エルビスもマイケルジャクソンも楽しくて楽しくて、あっという間の時間でした。
スタッフの方も親切でした。参加して良かったです。ありがとうございました。ただ、バックステージ裏の案内は、英語なので、少しでも英語がわかると面白いと思います。楽しい女子旅の思いでのひとつになりました。ありがとうございました)^o^(

It was a genuine show. Michael, Elvis, and the female singer Siena were all quite talented, and I was moved by their performances. Additionally, the Hawaiian hula dancers were very impressive, and the performance of the man holding the torch was also wonderful. Even my 6-year-old child enjoyed it.
The food was delicious, and there was so much that I couldn't finish it. The welcome drink (Mai Tai) was tasty, and you could take it inside with you. Once inside, you could get another drink, so there was plenty to drink. I highly recommend it!!

本格的なショーでした。マイケル、エルビス、女性歌手シエナさん、全員歌もかなり上手で感動しました。あと、ハワイアンフラの方達のダンスもかなり見応えあり、タイマツ？を持って演じる男性の方のパフォーマンスも素晴らしかったです。6才の子供も楽しんでいました。
食事も美味しく、量もかなりあり食べきれませんでした。最初のウェルカムドリンク（マイタイ）も美味しく、中にもそのまま持って行け、中に入ってからも更に1ドリンクつくので、飲み物も充分でした。おススメです！！

Dinner was late, but it was delicious and I finished it all. Around 11:50 PM, everyone started moving upstairs for the countdown. It was an amazing atmosphere, different from the countdowns in Japan. The fireworks were beautiful and I could see them well as they went off right in front of me. I'm glad I participated since it was a New Year's Eve special event!

ディナーの時間は遅いですが美味しく完食しました。23時50分ころからカウントダウンのため、みんな上階へ移動し始めます。日本でのカウントダウンとは違ったすごい盛り上がりでした。花火はとてもきれいで目の前で上がるのでよく見れました。大晦日限定なので参加して良かったと思います！

I boldly signed up for the 150m experience. We went straight up into the sky, and it felt quite high, but it was refreshing. My family of three was able to fly together, creating wonderful memories. I took motion sickness medication, but my son felt a bit seasick. However, by the time we finished and were heading back, it seemed like he completely forgot about the seasickness because we were able to see two whales. It was a very lucky experience!

思い切って150ｍで申し込みました。すーと上空に上がって行き、かなり高く感じましたが爽快でした。家族３人で飛ぶことができ、いい思い出になりました。酔い止めを飲んで乗りましたが息子は少し船酔いをしていました。しかし、全員が終わって帰るときに２頭のクジラを見ることができ、船酔いも完全に忘れていたようです。とてもラッキーな体験をしました！

We went on this tour in the morning, and it was definitely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had!!

It's not a full view, but I was able to see it to some extent. The captain makes an announcement saying, "You can see it in the direction of [specific time]," so if you go to that side, you can catch a glimpse, but it was difficult to take a photo. It would have been nice to see it from the intended side, but it's all up to luck.

ガッツリという訳ではないが、一応見ることが出来ました。キャプテンが「何時の方向に見えます」というアナウンスをしてくれるので、そちらの側に見に行くとちらっと見えるのですが、写真を撮るのは難しかったです。
狙った側で見れるとよかったのですが運次第ですね。

The fish were very beautiful to see, and I highly recommend it. The time was a bit short, but it was still a fulfilling experience. If there are days when only the morning is available, I recommend it.

this show was amazing. very friendly and welcoming. the food was excellent! we loved everything about it especially the fire dance. we highly recommended it. if we come back we will definitely do it again.

At first, I had a bit of trouble finding the check-in location, but I figured it out quickly, and everything else went smoothly. Although it was all in English, the American crew was very accommodating, and I had a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

はじめはチェックイン場所がわからずちょっと探しましたがすぐわかり、あとは何もかもスムーズでした。英語だけでしたがアメリ人のクルーの対応もよく気持ちよく楽しめました。

I was really glad to use the shuttle service, which was large and spacious, and took me to the hotel in the shortest time possible from the airport.

空港からホテルへは、大きくて広々としたシャトルで、しかも最短時間で送ってもらい本当に利用して良かったです。

It was a very good tour. The small island was beautiful, and the guide's explanations were easy to understand. However, I felt that the time was short and the price was a bit high.

とても良いツアーでした。小さな島もキレイでガイドさんの説明もわかりやすかったです。
ただ時間が短いのと、ちょっと金額が高いかなーという印象でした。

I participated in a tour with a buffet. The food was surprisingly delicious, and I enjoyed eating while watching hula dancing. However, the main event was more of a karaoke show than a hula show, which was a misunderstanding on my part based on the title. I was hoping to see more hula, so I was a bit disappointed. The final greeting was nice, though.

ビュッフェ付きのツアーに参加しました。食事の内容は意外と美味しく食事中もフラダンスを見せて貰えて楽しく食べられました。肝心の本番はフラショーというよりは歌謡ショーと言った内容でタイトルから想像があまり出来なかった自分のミスですがもっとフラだけをがっつり見たかったのでガッカリしました。最後のグリーティングは良かったです。

Every time I come to Hawaii, I've been curious about this show, and I finally got to participate. I signed up for the backstage monitor tour, and it turned out to be an incredibly fun and happy experience beyond my expectations.

On the day of the event, I unfortunately got injured and had to attend in a wheelchair, which made me anxious about whether I could participate. However, the staff, who were able to communicate in Japanese, were very kind and guided me from the entrance in my wheelchair.

First, in the green room, we were served champagne and snacks, and we had the opportunity to chat with the cast and take photos. The backstage tour that followed was a very refreshing experience.

Before the show, we enjoyed a delicious course meal, and just as we finished dessert, the show started.

Not only did I get to enjoy the amazing dances and singing of the Elvis and Michael Jackson impersonators, but the performance by the hula dancers unique to Hawaii was also impressive.

After the show, I was able to take photos with the Elvis and Michael Jackson impersonators and even got their autographs, which left me very satisfied.

I definitely want to participate again the next time I come to Hawaii.

何度かハワイに来るたび、ずっと気になっていたショーでしたが、やっと参加できました。
バックステージ付のモニターツアーを申し込みましたが、想像以上に、最高に楽しく幸せな時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

まず、参加当日、怪我をしてしまい、車椅子でしか参加せざるを得ない事態になったので、参加できるかどうか不安だった私に、日本語対応可能なスタッフが、とても丁寧に対応してくださり、入口から車椅子にて案内してくれました。

最初に、グリーンルームにて、シャンパンとおつまみが提供され、キャストと会話ができたり、写真撮影がありました。
その後のバックステージ見学は、とても新鮮な体験でした。

ショー前に、美味しいコース料理をいただき、デザートを食べ終えたあたりで、ショーがスタートしました。

エルビスやマイケルジャクソンのそっくりさん達の素晴らしいダンスや歌声に酔い痴れるだけでなく、ハワイならではのフラダンサー達のショーも圧感でした。

ショー後は、エルビス&マイケルジャクソンのそっくりさん達と写真撮影ができ、サインもいただき、大満足です。

また、次にハワイにきたときは、絶対参加したいです。

We participated with my parents in their 60s and my husband. We were picked up by the hotel and drove for about 50 minutes to board the boat. The boat stopped near the sandbar, and we walked to the shallowest area. The sea water was cold, but the weather was nice, and since the water was only about calf-deep at the shallowest point, we could see the beautiful sandy beach!

We snorkeled in water about 5 to 6 meters deep while wearing life jackets. I’m not a strong swimmer, but thanks to the life jacket and snorkel mask, I had a great time and was surprised to see sea turtles up close about three times!

After snorkeling, we could also do kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding. There was a couple with small children; the parents enjoyed snorkeling while their kids were brought close to them on another staff boat. I thought it was wonderful how considerate they were.

Additionally, there wasn't a specific time or place to change, so those who wanted to take off their swimsuits were able to wrap towels around themselves and change during free time.

60代の両親と私たち夫婦で参加しました。
ホテルに迎えに来てもらい、50分程度車で走って乗船します。
サンドバー近くに船を止め、歩いて一番浅いところに向かいます。海の水は冷たかったですが、天気が良く、一番浅いところでふくらはぎくらいの水深だったため、砂浜も綺麗に見られました！
シュノーケルは水深5〜6mくらいのところでライフジャケット着用で行いました。私はあまり泳げませんが、ライフジャケットとシュノーケルマスクのおかげで充分楽しめ、ホヌも３回ほど目の前で見られ、あまりの近さに驚きました！
シュノーケルのあと、カヤックやSUPもできましたし、小さいお子さん連れのご夫婦で、シュノーケルを両親が楽しみ、お子さんは他のスタッフの船で両親の近くまで来させてもらっていました。気遣いがあって素晴らしいと思いました。
また、着替える時間や場所等は特にないため、水着を脱ぎたい方は自由時間などにタオルなど巻いて着替えておられました。

The staff were kind, and I was able to experience everything with peace of mind. I was able to see the dolphins up close, and I am very satisfied. I'm glad I participated.

Since we arrived early in the morning, we couldn't use the shuttle services of other tour companies as their schedules didn't match. However, Roberts Hawaii was available from early morning, which was great. They took us to the hotel smoothly without any crowding.

早朝到着のため、他のツアー会社の送迎は時間が合わずに利用できず。ただ、このロバーツハワイは早朝からも利用できたので良かったです。
混み合うこともなく、スムーズにホテルまで送ってくれました。

I went at the end of the year, but unfortunately, it was cloudy and the temperature was low, which made it hard to enjoy fully. However, when the sun came out and the temperature rose, I really enjoyed the slides.

年末に行ったのですが、たまたま曇り空で気温が低く全力で楽しめなかったのが悔やまれます。途中晴れて気温が上がった際は、スライダーを満喫しました。

I was unsure about the height, but I participated at 120m. The moment I felt myself float, I was above the deep blue sea! I was moved by the pleasant breeze and the view I had never seen before!

高さ迷いましたが、120mで参加しました。
ふわっと浮いたと思った瞬間に、真っ青な海の上にいました！気持ちの良い風と初めての景色に感動しました！

I purchased four tickets intending to participate twice with my son and wife, but we were forced into a single ride with three family members. When I requested a refund for one ticket at the end, they refused, claiming it was longer and more expensive instead. However, in reality, it lasted only about four or five minutes and didn't even reach 150 meters in height. I later found that a third of the $30 photo service shots were failures. The staff was friendly, but overall... it was disappointing.

息子と妻、息子と自分のペア2回で参加するつもりで４人分のチケットを購入したのにも関わらず勝手に家族3人同乗の1回にさせられました。解散の際に1人分のチケット代の返金を求めたらその代わりにもっと高くもっと長くやったからと拒否。。しかし実際には４，５分位で高さもぜんぜん150メートルに届かず。30ドルの写真サービスも後で確認したら三分の一が失敗ショット。。。スタッフの態度は親切だったが、全般的に・・・残念でした。。

It was a wonderful day with no wind, and the view of the distant Kualoa mountains was crystal clear. I checked the low tide times during my trip and participated in the morning Heaven on the Sea tour. Surrounded by coral, I was able to swim with sea turtles while snorkeling. I also got to see many colorful tropical fish, and the marine activities were plentiful and very enjoyable. Next time, I would like to go when it’s - feet.

当日は風もなく遠くクアロアの山並みまでくっきりと見えるほど晴れ渡った素晴らしい日でした。サンドバーは旅行中で最も干潮の時間を調べて朝の天国の海ツアーに参加しました。
珊瑚にかこまれていてシュノーケリングでは海亀と泳げました。色とりどりの熱帯魚もたくさん見ることも出来ましたし、マリンアクティビティも充実していてとても楽しめました。次回は－フィートになるときに行ってみたいです。

There were no staff members who could speak Japanese, so after the zip line activity, I thought it was lunchtime since there were no other participants, but there was no explanation about where to eat, which felt a bit unkind! I think it would have been better if they had a Japanese-speaking staff member or provided a schedule at the beginning. The driver who picked us up drove recklessly, using sudden brakes and sharp turns, which was scary. The return trip was fine, though.

日本語を話せるスタッフがいない為、ジップラインが終わった後、他の参加者がいなくなったのでランチタイムだろうと思ったがどこで食べるのかの説明もなく少し不親切❗️
スケジュールがわかっていたら対応出来たと思うので日本語が話せるスタッフを置くか、スケジュール表を作成して最初に渡しておいた方が親切かなぁと思います。
お迎えに来た運転手は運転が雑で急ブレーキや急ハンドルで怖かった。帰りは大丈夫でした

It was really awesome experience due to the friendliness of the crew and the weather we had that day was just perfect. The burger that we were given for lunch was perhaps the best burger I've had on the sea. Definitely better than my expectations.

I participated with my fifth-grade niece. At first, she was scared, but after trying it once, she said it was fun! (The first ride was a gentle line, but from the second ride on, it was a decent height and length.) We took a big jeep to the location of the lines after the first ride, so there was no turning back! It’s guaranteed to be exhilarating! Although Japanese is not understood, I was able to enjoy it even though I can't speak English ^_^

小学5年生の姪っ子と参加しました。
姪っ子は、最初は怖がっていたのですが1回すると、楽しい！と。(1回目は緩やかなラインだった為、2回目からは、そこそこの高さ、長さのラインに。)
2回目以降のライン場所まで大きなジープで行くので、後戻りもできません！
スカッと！する事間違いなし！
日本語は通じませんが、英語が話せない私でも楽しめました^_^
