I participated with my daughter in the 90m experience. Surprisingly, my daughter, who is usually scared, found it not scary at all and said it was the best! She wants to do it again! I was glad to do the 90m as well… I think it was worth it because we got to experience a wonderful view. The boat didn’t rock too much, and it was within a tolerable range. However, regarding the tips…

There were about ten $20 bills visibly taped up, implying that you should give a $20 tip. I wasn't sure if that was the group amount or not, but since I had already prepared a $15 tip, I gave that for both of us when we disembarked. The shuttle bus driver also asked for a tip while reaching out for a handshake. I thought, "Even this person?" and since I hadn’t prepared anything, I didn’t give one. I was surprised that all the tours from Veltra in Hawaii were so overtly asking for tips.

90mに母娘で参加しました。意外にも怖がりの娘が怖くなかった上、最高！又、やりたい！との感想。私は90mで良かった……素晴らしい眺めを体験出来るので、参加して良かったと思います。船もそんなに揺れず、許容範囲内でした。ただチップに関しては………
これ見よがしに$20紙幣が10枚位すでにテープで貼り付けてあります。チップ$20は出せよ。と言う意味です。グループでの額面なのかよく分からなかっのですが、既に$15のチップを用意していたので、2人分として降船時渡しました。送迎バスの運転手も握手を求めながら、チップを要求してきました。この人まで？と思いましたし、用意していなかったので渡しませんでしたが、ベルトラのハワイツアーは、どれもあからさまにチップを要求してきたので驚きました。

The check-in process using tablet devices and the activities are conducted entirely in English. However, since there are quite a few Japanese participants, it all works out. The safety measures are extremely high to prevent any accidents. About ten people form one group, and three instructors accompany you. By the time you finish the seven courses, there’s a strange sense of camaraderie within the group. There are T-shirts for sale at the shop that the staff also wear, and the design is very nice (I purchased one). The group I joined finished around 12:40, and the return driver asked everyone for their opinions and took us to a restaurant famous for garlic shrimp in the Kahuku area. It turned out to be a very satisfying tour, as we were able to visit a place that would be hard to get to without renting a car.

現地到着後のタブレット端末によるチェックイン作業やアクティビティー中のガイドはすべて英語で行われます。ただし、日本人の参加者もそこそこいる人気のツアーなのでなんとかなります。事故が起きないよう安全に対する配慮は極めて高いです。10名くらいが１グループになってコースを回るスタイルで、３人のインストラクターが帯同します。７本終えるころには１グループに妙な連帯感がでます。売店でスタッフも着用しているTシャツなどが売っているのですが、デザインがとても良いです。（購入済み）私が参加した組は終了時間が12時40分くらいで、帰りの送迎ドライバーさんがみんなに意見を聞き、カフク地区名物のガーリックシュリンプのお店に寄ってくれました。レンタカーを借りなければなかなか行けないお店にも寄れて大満足のツアーになりました。

We departed at 5:30 AM, but the guide was very upbeat and explained everything well, which made me feel at ease participating. I was lucky to see dolphins right after entering the water! A dedicated underwater photographer took many pictures, so I didn't really need to take my own. There were jellyfish, and the sea in November is cold, so I rented a wetsuit (long-sleeved, knee-length) on the day. A few people experienced seasickness, so it's better to prepare some motion sickness medication. It gets cold after coming out of the water, so a windbreaker is essential. The restroom before boarding the boat is a portable toilet, so please bring your own tissue.

朝5：30出発であったが、ガイドさんのテンションが非常に高くて、説明も上手く、安心して参加できた。
海に入って、すぐイルカに会えたのでラッキーだった！
写真は専属の水中カメラマンがたくさん撮ってくれたので、特に自分で撮る必要はなかった。
クラゲがいるし、11月の海は寒いので、ウェットスーツ（長袖・膝丈）を、
当日借りた。
船酔い・波酔いが数名いたので、酔い止めは準備をした方が良い。
海から上がると寒いので、ウィンドブレーカーは必須。
船に乗る前のトイレは、仮設トイレなのでティッシュは持参です。

I was surprised that I could see that. The next day, when I went to Hanauma Bay, I encountered a whale! It was really impressive as it jumped multiple times!! If you go to Hanauma Bay early in the morning, you might get to see one too (laughs).

あれで見れたの？？って感じでした。次の日ハナウマ湾に行ってきたら普通にクジラに遭遇しました。そっちの方が何回も飛んだりしていたのですごい迫力でした！！
ハナウマ湾を朝早くから行ったら会えるかも(笑)

During our trip, all optional tours were canceled every day due to the hurricane, and all bus services were suspended, so we couldn't do anything. We quickly booked this show instead.

We were able to create wonderful memories. The show featured many nostalgic songs. My mother, who is over 70, was singing along and having a great time. The content was enjoyable even from the second floor. After the show, there was a handwritten autograph service for the photos we purchased with Michael and Elvis. They also allowed us to take pictures with our smartphones afterward. My mother was especially happy, so it was truly great.

旅行の間、ハリケーンでオプショナルツアーなどが毎日全滅。バスも全て欠航だったため何もできず、こちらのショーを急遽予約。
良い思い出作りができました。
ショーも懐かしい曲ばかり。70歳を超えた母も口ずさみながら一緒に盛り上がっておりました。２階席でも十分楽しめる内容でした。ショー終了後には、マイケルやエルビスと購入した写真に手書きのサインサービス。その後スマホで写真撮影にも応じてくれました。母が特に喜んでいたので本当に良かったです。

The shuttle bus was packed, and it was a bit cramped for us since we had a lot of luggage, but the fare was very cheap, so I guess it can't be helped.

シャトルバスがパンパンで、荷物の多かった私達にはちょっと窮屈でしたが、料金が格安でしたので、仕方ないかな。

I stayed at the Sheraton Waikiki, so I decided to enjoy the fireworks from the sea. It was convenient since the boat departs right in front of the hotel. The fireworks and the night view from the water were absolutely beautiful. Also, I felt lucky because I could see a lot of stars. It was a bit chilly, so it might be good to have something to wear over your clothes. It's best to wear something that can get wet! The crew on the boat really got everyone excited, and it was a lot of fun. I had a Mai Tai, and there was also unlimited alcohol available.

ホテルの前から出航なので、楽チンです。
海上からの花火と夜景は最高に綺麗でした。
それから、星が結構よく見えて得した気分になりました。
ちょっと肌寒いので羽織るものがあるとよいかな？濡れてもよい服装がいいですよ～✌️
船の兄さんたちが場を盛り上げでくれて、楽しかった。マイタイを飲みましたが、アルコールも飲み放題です。

Parasailing was my first experience, and I was a bit nervous before taking off, but once I was in the air, it was not scary at all and felt refreshing! It was amazing!

パラセイリングは初体験で、飛ぶまではちょっとびびってましたが、空に上がると全然怖くなくて気分爽快！最高でした！

I wanted to do some activities in the ocean, so I signed up. I was able to see sea turtles while snorkeling! There were three of them, and one even came up to the surface, which was such a delightful moment.

Just when I thought it was over with the sea turtles, we moved further out to sea after getting back on the boat and were able to see wild dolphins! They also served beer and snacks on the boat, which was fantastic!

海に入るアクティビティがしたく、申し込みました。シュノーケリングでウミガメが見れました！しかも3頭いてそのうちの1頭が水面まで上がってくるという嬉しい場面もありました。
さらにウミガメで終わりかと思いきや海から船に上がったあとさらに沖まで移動し、野生のイルカまで見ることが出来ました！船内ではビールやスナックもサービスで出してくれるし最高でした！

The scheduled pickup was at 7:55, but they didn't arrive until after 8:15. When I asked the driver of the Roberts Hawaii bus if it was going to the airport, he said it was for a different tour. However, that driver contacted the company, and eventually, my pickup arrived safely. While the delay was disappointing, the driver's good response balanced things out.

ロバーツハワイのバスが来たので空港行きか聞いたら違うツアーとのこと。しかしその後その運転手さんが会社と連絡を取ってくれて無事お迎えが来ました。
時間が遅れたのはいただけませんが、その運転手さんの対応が良かったのでプラマイゼロ。

I participated with my mother, who is over 70, and my 3-year-old child. I was worried because my child had a tough time with seasickness on a previous tour, but we were able to enjoy the trip without any seasickness.

70過ぎの母親と３歳の子供を連れての参加でした。以前に他のツアーで船酔いで子供が辛そうだったため不安でしたが、船酔いなく楽しむことができました。

Amazing experience even for children, laid back crew, safe and drinks were great.

The pickup was on time. It's a tour where even those who can't speak English can manage as long as they can say "yes" or "no." The pilot was very kind and talkative, which was great. The helicopter was an MD500 without windows, just as I imagined. While riding, the wind blowing in was strong, and as mentioned in the experiences, I thought it would be quite cold if I didn't wear a down jacket. The scenery was amazing. I would love to ride again if I have the chance.

送迎は時間通りでした。英語が話せない方でもYES やNOくらいが言えれば大丈夫なツアーです。パイロットはとても優しく、良く喋る方で良かったです。ヘリはMD500の窓なしでイメージ通り。乗っている間は吹き込んでくる風が強く、体験談の通り、ダウンジャケットを着ないと結構寒いなと思いました。景色は最高でした。又機会があれば乗りたいと思います。

We were suddenly escorted to the VIP room through a special gate by a beautiful hostess, and we toasted with welcome drinks of champagne. There was an abundance of appetizers and fruits. We chatted for a while, but struggled to communicate as the language barrier was quite challenging. After that, we were able to see various areas, including behind the scenes, which are not usually accessible. Both my spouse and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. We experienced a unique time in the dimly lit dressing room, seeing the performers' personal belongings and the pathways to the stage, which is something we don't usually get to experience. However, since we only speak English, there were some parts that were difficult for us to understand. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

特別なゲートから、いきなり、美女のエスコートでビップルームに案内され、ウエルカムドリンクのシャンパンで乾杯。オードブル、フルーツも豊富。しばらく世間話をしますたが、言葉が中々通じず苦戦。それから、舞台裏など中々普段では見れない所などなど、色々見学させて頂き、夫婦共々楽しませて頂きました。薄暗い楽屋で出演者の私物、又、ステージまでの動線とか、中々普段では味わえない時間を体験しました。ただ、英語しか話さないので、英語に疎い私達には、解り辛い所も有りました。でも、全体的には、楽しいひと時を過ごす事が出来ました。

This was my first time using this service, but they arrived on time to pick me up, and I was able to head to the airport. I would like to use it again next time.

The staff were lively and made the journey enjoyable. When we went up high, it was quiet and we could see the beautiful horizon. In the end, we were unceremoniously dropped into the sea...

道中もノリが良いスタッフにて盛り上がり楽しかったです。上空に行くと静かで水平線が見れ綺麗、最後は容赦なく海に落とされます…

I was thinking it would be nice to go on a cruise even if I couldn't see much after reading other people's experiences, but just about five minutes after we set sail, we saw a whale! We got to see it jump and spout water many times! It came right next to the boat, and it was a satisfying tour! My daughter seemed really excited, as she didn't expect to see so much! The boat didn't rock too much either, so it was a great cruise!

船の直ぐ側にも来てくれて満足のツアーでした！！娘もこんなに沢山見れると思っていなかったようでとても興奮してました！！！

Although I was anxious because I can't swim, I was surprised to participate! In the two-hour lesson, I was able to ride the waves well. It seemed like they had a lot of fun and said they want to surf even after returning to Japan.

Captain Tee was very helpful, and the weather was great—awesome!! I had a lot of fun. The other staff members also contributed to the excitement, and I was able to spend a wonderful time. I've been on other tours, but I'm really glad I chose Captain Bruce's tour. Jackie was also very kind and took many family photos for us. Thank you!!

We participated as a couple. Mai Tais and beer were all-you-can-drink! The captain was also cool. It was fun to interact with people from abroad. I want to participate again next time.

The guides were hilarious and very inviting! We saw a ton of turtles and even a shark while snorkeling! After getting back on the boat we cruised down Waikiki and saw a baby whale breaching and playing in the water. Such a fun morning! Best experience here on Honolulu!

It was 150 meters high, but I didn't feel as much fear as I expected. The fun staff provided great guidance, and it was a wonderful experience! You definitely have to do this when you go to Hawaii!

Initially, I thought about taking the bus, but I didn't know how to ride it or the schedule, so I consulted with HIS. They told me it would take a long time and that I wouldn't know how to transfer, which would make it difficult to reach my destination. I even considered canceling. In the end, I decided to take a taxi (which was expensive).

There were seven elderly ladies, all beginners, and at first, they were a bit scared to get on, but they gradually got used to it. The woman who accompanied us was very cheerful, which made it enjoyable and the experience was fantastic (I'm glad we did it).

As they got more comfortable, everyone expressed a desire to go horseback riding and try galloping. While Kualoa is famous, this place felt more local, and Japanese wasn't spoken, but we managed to communicate somehow. There were also small children with us, and they had a great time as well.

最初バスで行こうと思いましたが乗り方、時間がわからずＨＩＳで相談しました。そうしたら時間もかかるし、乗換もわからないと着くまでに大変ですよと言われ、キャンセルも視野に入れましたが。急きょタクシー（値段が高い）に
しました。おばあちゃん７名ですが全員初心者、最初は恐る恐る乗っていましたが次第に慣れ、ついていただいた女性の方がとても明るい方なので楽しくなり最高でした。（やって良かったです）
慣れたのか、みなさん乗馬に行って走らせてみたいと言う意見もありました。
クアロアは有名ですが、ここはローカルなようで日本語は通じないですがなんとかコミニュケーションができます。また小さい子供さんもいましたがとても楽しんでいました。

In the morning, around 5:30, a private bus will come to pick you up at the hotel.

Wear your swimsuit and throw on a light T-shirt and shorts before heading out!

On the way, we learned about the islands and dolphins. We were also informed about the meaning of the name of the Private Dolphin Middle School. Our guide, Julie, was very entertaining and informative.

Since it was said to be cold, we rented wetsuits for $10. While we were used to the cold water, some others were shivering, so it might be better to rent one for more enjoyment. It might also be a good idea to have a bath towel. If you are prone to seasickness, it seems wise to take some medication beforehand.

Ten minutes after the boat departed, we were quite lucky that day (thanks to the captain's dad!) and quickly encountered a pod of about 30 dolphins! I was moved by the graceful swimming of the dolphins. A colleague who joined us even saw a dolphin rubbing its belly! ♡

We tried three times and were able to see them perfectly twice. In this tour, the youngest participant was a 4-year-old, and everyone was able to see the dolphins clearly, with about 30 people on the tour all looking very satisfied. (The confirmation that no one missed seeing them was also excellent!)

After that, we were able to swim with the great professor turtle at the snorkeling spot.

The photographer, John, was taking lots of pictures, so if you want photos, it might be a good idea to have him take plenty!

We brought an underwater camera, but we also wanted a three-shot with the turtle professor and professional photos of the dolphins, so we purchased them for $50! You can choose between data or USB. You can also decide later whether to buy the photos, so if you feel you got some great shots after the tour, it's worth purchasing!

On the way back, you will ride the bus in your wet swimsuit. You can return to the hotel around noon, so you can go out afterward.

It was an amazing time that makes you want to go to Hawaii just for this tour! My colleague kept saying that they would be happy to do this tour again while we were in Hawaii! Haha. I am filled with gratitude for Julie, our guide, and all the crew members of the tour. I look forward to seeing you all again! ♡

朝、5時半頃ホテルまで、専用バスでお迎えに来てくれます。

水着を来て、上に軽くＴシャツ、短パンなどを羽織って出発！

行きのバスでは島やイルカについてのお勉強。
私立イルカ中学の名前の意味も教えていただけます。
委員長（ガイド）のジュリさんのお話もとても楽しくて、勉強になりました。
　
寒いとのことだったので、ウェットスーツを10ドルでレンタルしました。私達は冷たい水にも慣れましたが、他の方は震えている方もいましたので、借りておいた方が楽しめるかもしれません。バスタオルもある方がいいかと思います。酔いやすい方は、薬も飲んでおく方がよさそうです。

船が出発して、10分。その日は運がかなりよく、（船長のパパのおかげ！）すぐに30頭ほどのイルカ先生の群れに遭遇！優雅に泳ぐイルカ先生の姿に感動しました。
一緒に行った同僚は、お腹をスリスリしているイルカ先生も見られたそうです♡

私たちは、３回チャレンジして、2回ばっちり見られました。今回のツアーでは、最年少４歳の子も参加していましたが、全員がイルカをバッチリ見られて、ツアー30人ほどみんな大満足の様子。（見ていない人がいないかの確認もすばらしい！！）

その後シュノーケリングスポットで、カメ大教授と泳ぐこともできました。

カメラマンのジョンくんも写真をバシバシ撮ってくれているので、写真がほしいなぁと思っている方は、どんどん撮ってもらうといいかも！

私たちは水中カメラも持っていましたが、カメ教授とのスリーショットやプロのイルカ達の写真も欲しいとなり、50ドルで購入！
データでもUSBでも選べます。写真を買うかどうかも後で決められるので、ツアーが終わっていい写真撮ってもらえたなぁという方は購入する価値ありです！

帰りはそのまま、濡れた水着でバスに乗ります。
昼頃にはホテルに帰って来られるので、その後も出かけることも可能です。

このツアーのためだけにハワイに行きたくなる最高な時間でした(^^)一緒に行った同僚は、ハワイにいる間、ずっと、このツアーでもよいと話していました！！笑
ガイドのジュリさん始め、ツアーのクルーの皆さんには感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。また、お会いできるのを、楽しみにしています♡

I've been to Hawaii several times, but this time I'm participating with my mother in her 60s and my child in their 40s. This is my mother's fourth trip to Hawaii.

During past stays, she has done shopping and an 8-hour sightseeing tour, so my not-so-active mother isn't really into shopping a lot, and she feels like she's already seen enough sights.

I chose this show for my mother, but I didn't have high expectations about whether she would enjoy it. However, she was the most excited I've ever seen her on this trip. Since it was a VIP tour, we were close enough that the cast members could reach out to us, and when my mother caught the blue cloth thrown by Elvis, she was ecstatic. She was truly happy. I highly recommend that older adults see shows like this during their stay! The food was also delicious.

ハワイは、何回かきていますが、今回は60代と40代の親子で参加です。60代の母は、ハワイ4回目です。
過去の滞在で買い物、ぐるっと8時間観光などをしているので、アクティブではない母は、がつがつ買い物というわけでもなく、かと言って観光も、もう行ったからいいわと言う感じでした。

このショーは、母の為に選びましたが、喜んでくれるか？あまり期待していませんでしたが！母がこの旅1番の興奮状態でした。VIPツアーでしたので、キャストの皆さんが手を伸ばすと届くような位置におられ、エルビスの投げた青い布を受け取った母は大興奮でした。本当に喜んでいました。年配の方でこういったショーを滞在中に見ることはオススメです！
食事も美味しいかったです

I was a bit worried until I got on the boat, but once I was on, I thought, "Whatever happens, happens!" and decided to enjoy myself. I had a great time with the vast ocean of Hawaii, the sea breeze, and the crew's jokes and playful antics.

The boat swayed quite a bit, and some passengers got a little seasick. I think it's better to take motion sickness medication; I took some beforehand. As for tips, in our case, we handed them out casually on the way back after everyone had finished flying (I think it was $10?).

Just before taking off, they asked if we wanted to take photos, and when I said yes, they started taking pictures right after we jumped. After we got off the boat, the staff reminded us about the photos. It was $30 for cash and $35 for card payment, so I paid $30 in cash and received the SD card on the spot. They took about 70 pictures.

It was 120 meters high, but the view was amazing! If you're in Hawaii, shopping is nice, but you should definitely go flying! The bus driver for the hotel transfer also chatted with me in broken Japanese, which was fun!

船に乗るまではちょっと心配でしたが、船に乗ったらもうどうにでもなれ！という感じで、楽しむことにして、

写真のデータは、いざ飛び上がる直前に、写真撮るか？と聞かれ、お願いしますと頼むと、飛び上がったあとすぐに撮り始まってくれました。船を降りてから、係の人が写真頼みましたよね、と声をかけてくれて、
現金だと＄30、カードだと＄35なので、現金で＄30支払い、SDカードをその場で受け取れます。約70枚撮ってくれました。
１２０ｍでしたが、眺めは最高ーー！ハワイに来たなら、お買い物もいいけど、飛んどいたほうがいいです(´∀｀)ﾉ
ホテルまでの送迎バスの運転手さんも、片言の日本語で楽しくお話ししてくださいました♪

We had planned for about a two-hour cruise, and I was imagining it would be nice to see whales after about 30 minutes. However, within just five minutes of departure, we spotted whales! When I hurried out onto the deck, I was able to see a mother whale and her four calves up close! The local crew mentioned that it's quite rare to see them this early and so close, and they were cheering with excitement. The other passengers were also thrilled. We continued to move alongside the mother and her calves for the entire trip. The beautiful sea and the dynamic sight of the whales made me feel the greatness of the Earth, and I almost cried.

2時間くらいのクルージングの予定で、30分くらい経ってからクジラが見られたらいいのかな？と勝手に想像していたら、出航してから５分も経たないうちにクジラがいる！とのこと。慌てて甲板にでるとすぐ近くにクジラの親子が4匹確認出来ました！！現地クルーの人もこんなに早く、間近にみえるのはかなり稀とのことで歓声をあげていました。乗っていたお客さんも大盛り大興奮。その後もずーーっとクジラの親子とともに最後まで移動。きれいな海とクジラのダイナミックな姿に地球の偉大さを感じ涙が出そうになりました。
