We had a great time on the Sunset Cruise, the staff were great, sunset didn’t disappoint!!
I bought the tickets as a surprise for my husband’s 60th in Hawaii, and we both had a ball! Watch those Maitais though, as they warned us, they really do creep up on you...

Such an awesome trip- got to see 3 sea turtles right off the bat. Great staff, very friendly and they go out of their way to make this experience as best they can!

I used this service for round trips to the hotel with my elderly parents and my family of five. Both trips were in a limousine type vehicle. The driver was very good, but compared to Japan, the roads were not well paved, so it felt a bit bumpy. I thought the limousine would be wider, but it wasn't that spacious.

高齢の両親をつれ、家族5人のホテル往復に利用しました。往復ともリムジンタイプでした。運転手の方は大変良かったですが、日本と比較して舗装がよくないため、すこし弾む感じがしました。リムジンは幅もあると思っていましたが、横幅はそんなにないです。

It takes about 40 minutes by car from Waikiki, but since we will be picking up from several hotels, it takes around 90 minutes to reach the park, where we will receive group admission tickets at the entrance. After that, we can enjoy the park, and when it's time, we gather at the exit gate to take the bus back.

There seem to be various options that include meals, but since time is limited, I think it's sufficient to just focus on transportation and admission, and buy fast food inside the park at a time that avoids the lunch peak. (Bringing food and drinks is not allowed.)

距離的にはワイキキから車で40分程度だが、いくつかホテルを回ってピックアップするので、パークまで90分くらいかかり、パークの入り口で団体用の入場券を渡されます。あとはパークで遊んで時間になったらゲートの出口で集合、バスに乗って帰るというところ。

いろいろと食事つきなどのオプションがあるようですが、時間も限られているので、移動と入場だけにして、昼時のピークを外して適当にパーク内でファーストフードを買って食べるのでじゅうぶんだと思います。（飲食物は持ち込み禁止）

I have used Sunset Sailing several times, but during busy times, I have often found it sold out after arriving on-site. This year, I took advantage of the option to make a reservation in advance. The sea changed to a deep blue, and I enjoyed views of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach from the water. With cheerful music playing and unlimited drinks like my favorite Mai Tai, the weather was great, and I was able to see the sunset perfectly. It was absolutely wonderful! My grandchild, who experienced this for the first time, was also thrilled!

サンセットセーリングは何度か利用したことがありましたが、混雑時期のこの時間帯は現地入りしてからではsold outということが何度かあり、今年は事前に予約できるこちらを利用させてもらいました。深いブルーに変化する海、海から見るダイヤモンドヘッドやワイキキビーチ、陽気な音楽を聴きながら大好きなマイタイ等のドリンク飲み放題、天気も良かったのでサンセットもバッチリ見ることが出来、とにかく最高でした。初体験の孫も大喜びでした!

Definitely a 5-star, money well spent experience at the premium top deck! From the service, music, accomodations, food to the beautiful sights!

I was about 3 to 4 minutes late, but they waited for me.

The handling of the luggage was a bit rough.

The driving was smooth, and the ride was comfortable.

We participated as a family of four. The weather was great, and we enjoyed the stunning views of Waikiki. The tour was organized into six pairs, but we hardly noticed any waiting time.

家族4人で参加。天候もよく、ワイキキの絶景を楽しめた。2人ずつ、6組でのツアーとなったが、待ち時間等はほとんど気になることはなかった。

とても興奮していて、ガイドが英語を話すネイティブスピーカーだったので安心しました。友達と一緒に忘れられない体験ができました。ありがとう！

It was SO excited and relieved even the guide was native speakers by speaking English. I got one of an unforgettable experience with friends of mine. Thanks s lot!

The timely pickup allowed me to go to the airport with peace of mind once again. I don't think there are any other shuttles that can take you right up to Hokulani.

First, the leader asked, "Do you have stamina? Do you have spirit?" and taught us that SUP is not an elegant activity. I listened seriously and committed myself to it! Along the way, I received advice from the assistant, and although I mostly paddled while sitting, it seems I reached the island faster than I expected.

On the island, I was able to enjoy a view that only those who worked hard could see, which was amazing! On the way back, I got a bit more accustomed and was able to paddle almost standing up. My dream came true, and I was really happy.

I participated in SUP hands-free, but the leader, Mieko, took a lot of photos and sent them to my smartphone right after we returned to the shop. They were very beautiful pictures and became great memories.

リーダーから まず 「体力はある？ 気合いもある？」と SUPが優雅なものでは無いことを教えてもらい 真剣に話を聞いて 取り組みました！
途中 アシスタントから アドバイスもあって 立ってみたりでもほぼ座って漕いでましたが、思っていたより 早く島へたどり着けたようです。
島では 頑張った人だけが見ることのできる景色を楽しめて最高でした！
帰りはちょっと 慣れてきて ほぼ立って漕ぐことができて 夢が叶い ほんとに嬉しかったです。
SUPには 手ぶらで参加しますが 、リーダーのみえこさんが たくさん写真を撮ってくれて ショップへ帰ってから すぐにスマホに送ってくれました、 とても きれいな写真で いい思い出になりました。

I was taken from the hotel to the airport. The pickup location written on the voucher was not at the hotel entrance, but they came right to the hotel entrance. The suitcase was quite heavy at 25 kg, but they carried it without any complaints. It seemed that the tip was included in the fare, as no one was paying extra.

ホテルから空港まで送っていただきました。バウチャーに書いてあるピックアップ場所はホテル入り口ではなかったのですが、ホテル入り口まで入って来てくださいました。トランクも25kgとかなり重かったですが、嫌な顔せず運んでいただきました。チップは料金に含まれていたようで、払っている人はいませんでした。

I was a bit anxious about traveling alone, but they were very courteous in their service. They were punctual, which made me feel at ease, and I was able to reach the airport without any issues.

We attended with seven family members in the Diamond Seat. The price is high, but the major benefits are being able to watch the show from the front row and having priority access to the buffet. The buffet had a long line, possibly due to the Golden Week crowds, and it was disappointing to be cut in line by those who didn't have priority. The drink bar also had a Japanese menu available. Additionally, they take a photo of you at the beginning, and later a staff member comes around selling the framed photo for $50, which is amusing. After the show, the performers allow you to take pictures in the hallway, so that was satisfying.

家族7人で、ダイヤモンドシートで参加しました。
価格は高いですが大きいメリットは、最前列でショーを観れる・ビュッフェが最優先で並べるの2点です。ビュッフェはGWの混雑のせいか長蛇の列で、優先ではない方に割込みされ残念でした。
ドリンクバーは日本語メニューもありました。
また、最初に写真撮られ、後でまわってくるスタッフさんが写真たて付き50ドルで売りに来ます笑
ショーの後、出演者の方が廊下で写真を撮らせてくれるのでそれで満足でした。

It ended at 3:30 PM since it was a weekday. I thought it might be short before going, but it was sufficient. The overbooking of the bus on the way there was a significant drawback.

平日だったので三時半終了でした。行く前は短いかな？と思いましたが十分です。
行きのバスのオーバーブッキングは大減点です。

This is my second time, and it was absolutely amazing. Whenever I come to Hawaii, I will definitely come to see the Chief Luau show. I also introduced it to my friends, and they said it was fun. This time, I reserved a VIP seat, which made it even better. I look forward to next time!

We purchased the Super Ambassador package and we were treated like royalty. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and respectful. Iotua was our guides name so we highly recommend him. Learning about the other islands in the pacific was fun. They told you just enough that now we would like to visit each one. The parade on water was really something you don’t want to miss. Also the Breath of Fire program was awesome!

There is a live band and hula dancing, and the guests also participate and dance together. I am close with the band members, and they always accommodate my requests. It's fun, and I always look forward to it.

For the past few decades, I have stayed at Sheraton Waikiki every year, and I finally decided to participate this year, which I had been curious about for a long time. I regret not joining sooner and want to participate every time I visit from now on. First of all, the captain was handsome, cheerful, and fun. It was great to be able to drink alcohol, and I enjoyed the view of Waikiki and Diamond Head from the sea. Most of all, I was thrilled to see wild dolphins and turtles. It was a lot of fun.

ここ数十年、毎年シェラトンワイキキに宿泊してますが、毎回気になってたので今年思い切って参加してみました、もっと早く参加すればよかったと後悔しました、これからは行くたびに参加したいです。まずはキャプテンがイケメンで陽気で楽しかった、お酒が飲めてよかった、海からのワイキキの景色やダイヤモンドヘッドが見れてよかった、何より野生のイルカちゃんとカメちゃんに会えた事です、楽しかった。

I was worried that I wouldn't be able to see the sunset because it was cloudy, but I was able to see it just before leaving! Just like last time, the Mai Tai was delicious, and the snacks that were handed out tasted surprisingly good, perhaps because we were on the boat. There were many Westerners, but there were also Japanese people, and we were able to take pictures with each other's families and enjoy our time together.

曇りで夕日が見れるか心配でしたが、帰り際にちゃんと見れました！前回同様マイタイも美味しく、配られたスナック菓子も船の上のせいか何故かとても美味しく感じました。西洋人の方が多いですが、日本人も居てお互いの家族で写真を取り合ったりして仲良く過ごせました。

The oldest participant was 69 years old, and the youngest was 2 years old. We were looking for activities that everyone could enjoy, and we requested this horseback riding experience. The local staff do not speak Japanese, but they are friendly and kind, using gestures to communicate, so I think even those who are not good at English will be fine.

First, they asked if we wanted to wear helmets, and if we chose not to, we were asked to sign a consent form. Then, under the guidance of Sheina, my 2-year-old daughter rode a pony while the adults rode larger horses, taking a leisurely 20-minute walk in a single file through the grasslands and bushes. The horses ridden by the adults would sometimes stop to eat grass, so we had to kick the stirrups to encourage them to move forward, or pull the reins to bring them back into line if they started to walk too fast. It was a very valuable experience to operate the horse by ourselves for the first time.

At the end, my daughter was allowed to brush and feed the pony she was riding, and she was overjoyed (laughs). Even after returning home, she keeps talking about the pony (laughs). The only downside is that there is no transportation provided, so we had to make our own way to the North Shore. However, since we really wanted to go to Gunstock Ranch, we decided to charter a guided car and combine it with a tour of Haleiwa.

The grounds are vast, and the scenery seen while riding the horses is incredibly beautiful. The pleasant breeze and climate were very soothing. I would like to visit again when I come to Hawaii.

最年長は69歳、最年少は2歳、みんなでできるアクティビティーを探していてこちらの乗馬体験をお願いしました。
現地の方は日本語が話せないのですが、フレンドリーで親切な身振り手振りで教えてくれるので英語が苦手な方でも大丈夫だと思います。
最初にヘルメットをかぶるか聞かれて、かぶらない場合は同意書にサインを求められます。
そしてシェイナさんの先導で2歳の娘はポニー、大人は大きな馬に乗って草原や茂みを約20分一列縦隊でお散歩するのですが、大人の乗る馬は途中で草を食べ始めたり止まったりするので、その都度あぶみを蹴って前進を促したり、逆に早足になったら手綱を引いて列に戻るよう促したりと、自分で馬を操作するなんて初めてのとても貴重な体験をさせていただきました。
最後は2歳の娘が乗っていたポニーにブラッシングやえさやりをさせてくれて、娘は大喜び（笑）帰国してもずっとポニーの話をしています（笑）
唯一の難点は、送迎がないのでノースショア方面まで自分で行かなければいけないことですが、どうしてもガンストック牧場でお願いしたかったのでガイド付きの車をチャーターしてハレイワ観光とセットで行くことにしました。
敷地が広大で馬に乗って見る景色は大変美しく、心地よい風と気候で癒されました。またハワイに訪れる際は立ち寄りたいと思います。

From the departure, the explanations, the Mai Tai and champagne service, and the careful adjustment of the mast to ensure the boat could sail steadily were all done excellently, allowing us to relax and focus on chatting and taking photos.

出発から、説明、マイタイ、シャンペンのサービス、船が安定して航行できるようにマストの状態を注意深く調整するなど、最高の仕事ぶりで、私たちは安心して、おしゃべりや写真に集中できました。

The sea was very beautiful, and it was wonderful to see so many fish swimming. Also, the coral was very large, and I was breathless at the sight I saw for the first time.
The BBQ was quite affected by the heavy rain, but the hamburgers were very delicious, and I was able to enjoy it even in the downpour.

海がとても綺麗で、魚がたくさん泳いでいるのが素敵でした。また、珊瑚がとても大きくて初めて見る光景に息を呑みました。
雨がかなりひどかったBBQでしたが、ハンバーガーがとても美味しく、大雨でも楽しめました。

At first, the boat was rocking a lot, and I got seasick, but once we entered the sea, we were able to see wild dolphins and sea turtles, which became a very valuable experience.

Whether you actually encounter them depends on luck, but we were lucky to meet them.

最初は船の揺れがひどく、酔ってしまいましたが、
海に入ってからは、野生のイルカ、ウミガメを見ることができて、とても貴重な経験になりました。

実際に出会えるかは運次第のところもありますが、
自分たちは出会えてラッキーでした。

There are only 5 hotels to choose from for the pickup, so it doesn't take too long and is stress-free, making it comfortable. The driver was also kind, which was great. The prices are very reasonable, and I definitely want to use this service again next time.

ピックアップのホテル数が5軒と限定されているので、時間がかかりすぎることもなくストレスがないので快適ですね。
ドライバーも親切でグッド。料金も格安で是非次回も利用したいと思います。

I studied various Polynesian cultures and dances thoroughly. It's a place where you can spend the whole day experiencing it. Alcohol is not available.

充分いろいろなポリネシアの文化とダンスを勉強しました。体験もでき一日中過ごせる場所です。アルコールが飲めないです。

The weather was nice and it felt really good! I thought I would like to do it again. I recommend this place! I’m not good with heights, but once I went up, it was comfortable and the view was amazing!

Parasailing was amazing. There was someone who was afraid of heights, and at first, they were nervous, but after we started, they said it was fun as long as they didn't look down.

パラセーリング最高でした。高所恐怖症の人間がいて、最初はびびっていましたが、わったあとは下を見なければ楽しいとの感想でした。
