Great snorkeling! We saw tons of green sea turtles, fish and spinner dolphins! The sail after the snorkel was fantastic as well!

Fortunately, I was able to see both dolphins and sea turtles. I was impressed by the animals, the beautiful fish, and the mountains visible from the boat. The staff were very kind, and the children were able to enjoy the tour with peace of mind. As a parent, I was worried about swimming with my small child in the ocean, but thanks to the support of the staff, we were able to see many dolphins. Thank you very much.

Personally, I doze off during the important briefing on the bus in the early morning, and I regret not paying more attention.

スタッフの皆さんもとても優しく、子供たちも安心してツアーを楽しんでいました。

個人的には早朝のバスの中での重要事項の説明にはウトウトしてしまい、もっとちゃんと聞いておけばよかったと反省です。

The pool is a lot of fun, and the slide is easy to ride. There were times when no one was at the slide start point, which might be due to a lack of staff. It's different from the safety standards in Japan. My 11-year-old daughter found the slide too intense and said she would never ride it again.

I wanted a place to rest, so I reserved a cabana in advance. It came with a private float and water. My daughter got sick from playing too much in the wave pool, and we were able to relax on the cabana bed. We also had lunch in the shade. You can have lunch delivered to you as well. We were able to close the curtains and change clothes too. I'm really glad I reserved the cabana.

The sandbar was a bit different from the photos as it was submerged in the sea that day, but I still enjoyed it. The snorkeling afterwards was great as I could freely explore around the coral. I even got to see sea turtles from the boat. Surprisingly, the hamburgers were freshly grilled and very delicious, making for a satisfying day!

サンドバーはこの日は海につかっていてちょっと写真と違いましたが、楽しめました。その後のシュノーケリングも珊瑚の周りを自由に見れてよかったです。船でウミガメにも会えました。

We had a great time on our adventure across the galaxy and would highly recommend! Our favorite part was seeing the rings of Saturn from different angles and even seeing one star that had exploded 60,000 years ago and you can still see it exploding to this day

It was my first time in Hawaii, and as soon as I got off the airport, I found the reception easily. They treated me kindly and provided a thorough ride to my hotel (which is not very well-known), which was a great help. If I come to Hawaii again, I would like to use their services. Thank you very much.

Nice folks running the show, met a couple people who are now on my FB friends. Hubby was able to get another burger! Playing Volleyball out in the middle of the Ocean is quite an XP. Plus, we get to see Turtles swimming around. So overall, a success!

The day I participated, it was packed with about 40 people, and there was barely enough room to sit. There were four crew members. I attended with elementary school children, but the explanation for using the snorkeling gear was very brief, and after that, everyone pretty much did their own thing. During sailing, the crew said it was optional to wear life jackets, and since they came around to collect them, none of the participants ended up wearing them.

I was able to see a sea turtle, and I spotted dolphins jumping in the distance, which was great, but I felt it might be more of an adult-oriented tour.

参加した日は40人くらいの満員状態で席もギリギリ座れるという状態でした。クルーは4人でした。小学生を連れての参加でしたがシュノーケリングの使い方はサラッと説明するくらいで、始まってからはほとんど各自で勝手にやるというかんじでした。セーリングの時は救命胴衣は着けても着けなくてもよいと言ってクルーが回収しにきて参加者全員着用してませんでした。
ウミガメは見れたし、遠くでイルカが飛び跳ねてるのが見えたので良かったですが、大人向けのツアーかな？と思いました。

After reading experiences about how rough it can get out at sea, I changed my schedule to a day when the wind seemed to be calming down, based on the weather forecast. On the day of the trip, the wind speed was 5 m/s. Once we were out at sea, there were some waves that splashed water on us, but it felt like a little adventure and was quite fun! Most of the time, there wasn't much rocking, and we could enjoy the scenery and the sunset! My high school son was very satisfied as well. However, among about 50 passengers, there was one person who felt unwell. I took motion sickness medication just in case.

沖に出るとかなり揺れるという体験談を読んで、天気予報を見ながら風が弱まりそうな日に日程を変更しました。当日は風速5m/s。沖にでると、水しぶきがかかるほどの揺れもありましたが、ちょっとした冒険気分で楽し〜いという感じ。ほとんどの時間は揺れもあまりなく景色もサンセットも楽しめます！高校生の息子も大満足。なお、50人ぐらいの乗客の中で一人だけ気分が悪くなった人がいました。私は念のため酔い止めを飲みました。

In late August, it was sunny. We participated as a couple with two middle school students. It was everyone's first time parasailing. I tend to get motion sickness, so I took some anti-nausea medication, but it was nice that there were only a few of us, just our family and two foreign sisters. (The people who rode after us were a large group, so I felt like I might get seasick while waiting for them to finish... Either way, it's better to take the medication. The boat sways quite a bit!)

I didn't talk much with the captain, but he was a nice person, and the instructor was funny and kind, making the conversation enjoyable! (He understands a little Japanese and seems familiar with Japanese people, so I think it's fine even if you can't speak English.)

Our family and the sisters were all dropped into the sea at the beginning or the end! That was fun too. I was chatting with the instructor before we started, and it naturally led to, "Well, we have to drop you into the water, Japan!" I don't know how it usually goes, but if you really want to be dropped into the sea, it might be good to express that desire.

The view from 150 meters was amazing! When the boat swayed, I couldn't help but scream like it was an amusement park ride. Haha. I wasn't worried about falling at all. I put my smartphone in a waterproof case hanging around my neck and recorded videos, but since there was some swaying, please ensure your own safety while filming. (If you're anxious about operating it up there, it might be a good idea to keep the camera rolling from before takeoff until landing. I can't guarantee the quality, but it's one way to do it.)

Also, we had to wait until the previous group returned before we could board the moving boat, and after boarding (only those buying the photo SD had to line up), but it didn't feel like we waited too long at all.

I would love to try again with the same captain and instructor!

8月下旬、晴れ。夫婦と中学生2人で参加。
全員初めてのパラセーリング。私は酔いやすく酔い止めを飲みましたが、うちと外国のお姉さん2人だけの少数だったのも良かった。(私達の後に乗ってた人達は大人数だったから、他の人がやってる間に船酔いしそうで…どっちにしても酔い止め飲んだ方がいいです。船はかなり揺れます！)
船長さんとはそんなに話さなかったけど良い人だったし、インストラクターの人は面白いし優しくてお喋りが楽しかったです！(日本語も少し通じますし日本人にも慣れてらっしゃる感じですので英語話せなくても大丈夫だと思います。)
私達家族もお姉さん達も最初か最後に海に落とされました！それも楽しかったです。私はやる前にインストラクターさんとお喋りしてて、じゃあジャポンと落とさないとね〜という流れに自然となったので普段がどうかわかりませんが、絶対海に入れてほしい人は一言やってほしい気持ちを伝えるといいかもしれませんね。
150mからの景色は最高でした！
揺れたりするとアトラクションのようにキャーキャー言ってしまいます。笑。落ちる心配は全然無かったです。首から下げる防水ケースにスマホ入れて動画なども撮りましたが、揺れもあるのでご自身で安全を確認しながら撮って下さい。(上で操作するのが不安な方は、飛ぶ前から降りるまでずっと動画回しっぱなしでもいいかもしれませんね。ちゃんと撮れるかわかりませんが一つの方法として。)
あと、移動するボートに乗るまで( 前の人達のボートが戻ってこないと私達がいけない入れ替え制でした)と乗ったあと(写真のSDを買う人だけですが並んで順番)に待たされますが、すごく待たされた感じは無かったです。
また同じ船長さんとインストラクターさんでトライしたいです。

I felt that both the dancers and the hosts were top-notch. The food was also delicious. This time, I had a golden seat right next to the stage, but I think you can enjoy it just as much from the seats further back.

今回はゴールデンシートで、ステージ真横の席でしたが、後方の席でも充分見えるし楽しめると思います。

I used this company's shuttle both to and from the airport, but it was a bit cheaper to go through Viator. The staff wore yellow shirts, making them easy to identify, and they were waiting at multiple airports. It's very reassuring knowing they will definitely catch you. Since tips are included in the prepaid fare, you can go straight to your hotel without needing to exchange money at the airport. Exchanging small amounts at the airport can incur very high fees, which is disadvantageous.

行きも帰りも、この会社のシャルトルを利用しましたが
ベルトラを通した方がちょっと割安。
スタッフが、黄色いシャツを着ていてわかりやすく、複数空港で待機。
確実につかまえてくれるのでとても安心。
前払いでチップも込みなので、空港で両替することもなくホテルに入れます。
空港の両替は少額で行うと手数料がとても高くなってしまうので不利ですよ。

Me and my friend first agreed to do a caged experience with the sharks, but I'm so glad we chose to do it without the cage! It was a better experience. The guides were helpful and experienced, and we luckily saw a Tiger shark! We did this on our last day in Hawaii and it wound up being the best part of our trip!

I participated with my children, and the staff were very kind and helpful. It’s challenging to swim with small kids, but the staff provided support, which made me feel at ease. However, since it’s in nature, it’s understandable, but it was disappointing that I only caught a glimpse of the dolphins from a distance. I would like to participate again if I have the opportunity.

子ども連れで参加しましたが、スタッフの方が親切でとても助かりました。小さな子を連れて泳ぐのは大変ですが、スタッフの方がフォローしてくださるので安心です。ただ自然の中なので仕方がないですがイルカが遠目にチラッと見えただけだったのが残念です。また機会があれば参加させて頂きたいです。

Snorkeling and sea kayaking were both amazing experiences. Of course, the sandbar is in the best location, so there's no need to explain how great it is!

シュノーケリングもSAP 、シーカヤック も体験でき、とても最高でした。もちろん、サンドバーは、最高の位置に到着しますので、説明するまでもなく最高です‼️

I plan to use it again in Hawaii in October, as I do every time. It's very convenient because I can move to the hotel without much waiting time after arriving at the airport. The drivers are also smooth and polite when handling luggage.

In October, I will arrive on an early flight, so I'm looking forward to experiencing the Ala Moana Lounge.

１０月のハワイでも利用させてもらう予定ですが、毎回利用させてもらっています。
空港到着後、あまり待ち時間なくホテル移動できるので非常に便利です。
運転手の方も荷物の荷下ろしなどスムーズ丁寧です。

１０月は早い便で到着するので、アラモアナラウンジ立ち寄りを体験できるのでいまから楽しみです。

We signed up for parasailing at 9:00 with three people, but one person was unwell, so we participated with two. The pickup was a bit late... We boarded the boat with three families, and there was a pouch with instructions for Japanese guests. They asked if we wanted to take photos. I thought $30 was too much, so I declined. You can choose to either jump into the sea or be lowered onto the boat. Everyone else jumped into the sea! I wanted to take a video with my phone, so I asked to be lowered onto the boat. I wasn't sure where the return van was... The driver from the van we took there was present, so when I mentioned the hotel name, he directed me to another van driver who said ●● Hotel and encouraged me to get on. I felt a bit forgotten? I should have recognized my name being called, but it didn't feel like that... Well, I made it back to the hotel safely, so that's good. We returned in the morning, so we could play in the afternoon as well.

日本人用に説明書きのパウチがありました。
写真を撮るか撮らないかも聞かれました。
＄30で買わないなぁと思ったので断りました。
海ポチャか船に降ろすか選べます。
他の方はみんな海にドボン！
私は携帯で動画を撮りたかったので船に降ろしてもらいました。
戻りのバンがどこなのかわからず、、、
行きのバンの運転手がいたので、ホテル名を言うと
・・・、別のバンの運転手に●●ホテルと言い
乗るように促されました。
何となく、忘れられた？
名前を呼ばれたらわかるはずだけど呼ばれた感じもなく。。。
まぁ、無事ホテルまで戻れたので良し。
午前中に戻ってくるので午後も遊べます。

I used this service last year and it was smooth, so I used it again this year. The check-in location is easy to find (just to the right as you exit the group exit), and after checking in, we departed in about 10 to 15 minutes. This time, I stayed at a hotel near the Honolulu Zoo (on the eastern end of Waikiki), so I was the last to get off, but we arrived in just under an hour after departure. We stopped at several hotels along the way. It seems that starting this time, there is a Roberts booth at the Ala Moana Center, and the shuttle also stops there. Passengers can get off, drop off their luggage at the booth, and then go shopping at the Ala Moana Center. There is a shuttle that runs from the Ala Moana Center to the hotel every hour until the evening, and there were about two or three groups of users taking advantage of it. A taxi can take you from the airport to Waikiki in 20 to 30 minutes, but if you're not in a hurry, using this service is perfectly fine. I will definitely use it again next time.

去年も利用しスムーズだったので、今年も利用しました。受付場所もわかりやすく（団体出口から出てすぐ右）、受付後10～15分くらいで出発します。今回ホノルル動物園の近くのホテル（ワイキキの東端）に泊まったので、一番最後に降りましたが、出発してだいたい１時間弱で着きました。途中数ヶ所のホテルに寄りました。今回からアラモアナセンターにロバーツのブースができたようで、アラモアナセンターにも停車し、希望者は降りてそのブースに荷物を預けてそのままアラモアナセンターでお買い物もできるよと案内がありました。アラモアナセンターからは夕方まで１時間に１本の間隔でホテルまで送ってくれるシャトルがあるとのことで、２～３組程利用者がいました。タクシーなら空港からワイキキまで２０～３０分で行けますが、特に急いでいない場合はこちらの利用で何ら問題ないです。また次もリピートします。

It was a cozy tour with all Japanese participants. The staff were very attentive, and we got to see both dolphins and sea turtles. There are various optional tours in Hawaii, but you definitely should go for the dolphins! I want to go again, so please consider offering a repeat customer discount next time.

参加者は全て日本人でアットホームなツアーでした。スタッフもテキパキとお世話して頂き、イルカにもウミガメにも会えました。
いろんなオプションツアーがハワイにはありますが、イルカは行くべきですよ！
また行きたいので、次回はリピーター割引もあるので是非お願いします。

This was my first time using a shared taxi. At the airport, I confirmed my destination with a Japanese speaker using an iPad before getting on.

It seemed that the driver didn't understand Japanese. I thought I could get off at the Waikikian, so when I checked with the driver in my broken English at the drop-off point for the Islander, he said it was the last stop. When I sat back down, I felt that the direction was wrong, so at the next drop-off point, I told him to let me off at the Waikikian. Finally, he confirmed my name and destination with the iPad.

However, as soon as we arrived at the Grand Waikikian, he started complaining about something I couldn't understand, and we ended up back at the original drop-off point for the Islander.

In the end, he did take me where I needed to go, but I couldn't accept that he knowingly took me to a different location. Unfortunately, I don't think I will use this service again.

今回初めて乗り合いタクシーを使いました。
空港では日本語の方にiPadで行き先を確認して乗り込みました。

運転手さんは日本語がわからないようで、私はワイキキアンで降りられると思ったので、アイランダーの降車場所で運転手で拙い英語で確認したら
ラストだと言うので再度着席すると、方向が違うと感じ、次の降車場所でワイキキアンで降ろしてくださいと伝えると、ようやく名前とiPadで確認しました。→名前と宿泊先を確認しました。
にもかかわらず、グランドワイキキホテルに着くなり、訳の分からない文句を言って結局元のアイランダーの降車場所へ。

最後には連れて行ってくれたものの、分かっていながら別の場所に連れて行くのは納得できませんでした。残念ながら次は使わないと思います。

I took two elementary school students with me!
It was quite empty, probably because it was late August!
However, the attractions were scheduled at specific times, so there were times when they were operating and times when they weren't. We were all wondering if there was a shortage of part-time workers.
There was a Japanese advisor-like person, but their attitude wasn't good. The local staff were much friendlier...

小学生二人を連れて行きました！
8月下旬だったせいか、空いてました！！
でも　アトラクションが時間で割り振っているので
やっているときとやってないときがありましたので、
アルバイト不足かな？？ってみんなで話してました。
日本人のアドバイサーみたいな方がいましたが、態度はよくなかったです。
現地の方のほうがとっても親切でした・・・・

I participated in a submarine tour for the first time. At first, I waited and waited at the meeting point for the 9:30 tour, but no one came, and it was almost 10:00. I started to worry that I had gone to the wrong place and was about to give up when the pickup finally arrived. Although we started off on a negative note, the submarine tour itself was great. We got to see sea turtles, and the kids were excited throughout their first experience in a submarine and seeing the underwater scenery. Not only was the underwater experience amazing, but the views from the boat were also fantastic. We could see Diamond Head the whole time, and we took a lot of great photos. It became a wonderful memory of our time in Hawaii, and I am very satisfied.

初めて潜水艦ツアーに参加しました。
最初、9:30の集合場所に待っても待っても迎えが来ず、時間は10:00前に。場所を間違えてしまったのかと不安になり、もう無理だと諦めかけたところに遅れて迎えが到着。スタートはマイナスからでしたが、潜水艦ツアー自体は良かったです。海亀も見れたし、子供達も初めての潜水艦や海底の景色に終始興奮気味でした。海の中も去ることながら、船からの景色も最高でした。ずっとダイヤモンドヘッドが見え、たくさんいい写真がとれました。ハワイでの良い思い出になり、大満足です。

I had more fun than I expected. The staff also entertained me, and I was very satisfied without even realizing it. It was really cool. Thank you!

My son and I participated in a group lesson together. It was his first time surfing, and at first, he couldn't ride the waves, but by the end, he was doing really well. The staff mentioned they would take photos, so I intended to buy some as a keepsake. However, they only took a few pictures of my son, and they were mostly from the beginning when he wasn't riding well, with no photos of him successfully riding the waves. Since there was no other option, I ended up purchasing the few photos from the beginning.

息子と2人でグループレッスンに参加しました。息子は、初サーフィンで最初は乗れなかったけど、後半上手に乗れてました。
スタッフの方が、写真を撮ってくれるということで、記念に購入するつもりで写真を確認しましたが、息子だけ数枚しか撮っていなく、また最初のほうだけ撮っていただけで上手に乗れてる写真が全く無かったです。仕方がないので、最初のほうの数少ない写真を購入しました。

Without having any expectations we can say that this excursion rocked! The captain and crew absolutely exceeded expectations in all areas - food, fun, booze, music, atmosphere and views! We weren't sure what to bring or really what to expect - bottom line is, you don't need to bring anything except a smile and a desire to relax and enjoy a great evening (and a camera if you're interested in getting some spectacular pics of the sunset, beaches, and some gorgeous coastlines). The food was quite delicious and well prepared (we've been on cruises like this before in other area's and is typical "rubber chicken" stuff - that was not the case here - excellent steak, bbq chicken, veggies, and fixings! The crew (doubling as bartenders) did not skimp on the drinks and made some truly good cocktails. The crew were also fantastic in checking on everyone and making sure everyone was having a good time and getting what they needed. The music they played was awesome and really helped set the atmosphere - you could dance by the moonlight or sunset and have a few romantic moments - or just some good atmosphere. We would absolutely go again!

The boat to the submarine was quite rocky, but the submarine itself didn't sway much, and I was able to see a lot of fish, which made me very satisfied. If you're prone to seasickness, taking motion sickness medication is a must.

潜水艦に行くまでの船が結構揺れましたが、潜水艦はあまり揺れず、魚もたくさん見ることができ、満足でした。船酔いしやすい方は酔い止め必須です。

Good points:
The night view of Waikiki from the boat was very beautiful and satisfying!

Bad points:
The meeting place was shared with other activities, which made it very confusing.
The fireworks are more beautiful in Japan.
The light meal course had few items and was simple. It wasn't enough for dinner.

集合場所が他のアクティビティーと一緒でとても迷いました。
花火は日本の方が綺麗です。
軽食コースは品数もなく簡素でした。晩ご飯にはなりません。

Since the first time was great, I participated this time in middle school!
We encountered a pod of dolphins in less than 30 minutes after getting on the boat!
It was amazing to see a baby dolphin too!
After moving to another spot, I was also able to see sea turtles, which was great.
I was surprised as the sea turtles kept coming closer to us.
It was really wonderful.
Minako-san also provided such a lovely guide, and just watching made me happy.

船に乗って30分も経たないうちにイルカの群れに遭遇出来ました！
イルカの赤ちゃんも見れて最高でした！
ポイント移動してからは海亀にも会えて良かったです。

First, I picked up my luggage and went to the counter at the airport, but there was no one there. After a while, someone arrived, and I had to wait outside in the heat for over an hour. I was told that they were arranging a taxi, but it took a long time to get one. I was then told it might be faster to wait for my own car, which was confusing. The staff member was Japanese, and I waited while talking to them. Although the staff and the driver were nice people, I probably won't use this company again.

まず、荷物を取り空港を出てカウンターに行くが
誰もいない、しばらくして人がきて外で暑い中、1時間以上待たされました。車が無くてタクシーを手配してる所と言われました。タクシーがなかなか手配できず、うちの車を待った方が早いかも、と言われ、意味不明でした。係の人は日本人でその人と話しながらひたすら待ちました。
係の人や運転手さんはいい人だったのが救われましたが、この会社はもあ頼まないでしょう。
