Unfortunately, the day of the event was marked by on-and-off rain, but once the cruise started, we could see a rainbow over Diamond Head the entire time, and it was truly beautiful!

I participated alone, and since the guide spoke English, I was initially anxious. However, both the guide and the captain of the cruise ship were friendly and charming women who really lifted the atmosphere, making it enjoyable.

Additionally, most of the other participants were older couples from Western countries, and it seemed rare to see a Japanese woman participating alone, so everyone came over to talk to me, which kept me from getting bored, haha.

Next time, I want to invite my mother and join again!

残念ながら参加日は雨が降ったり止んだりでしたが、クルーズが始まると終始虹がダイアモンドヘッドに掛かっているのが見えて本当にキレイでした！
1人で参加し、ガイドも英語だったので最初は不安でしたが、ガイドとクルーズ船の船長さんが2人とも気作な可愛らしい女性で場を盛り上げてくれて楽しかったです。
また、ほかの参加者はだいたい欧米人の老夫婦が多かったのですが、日本人女性が1人で参加しているのが珍しかったのかみんな話し掛けてきてくれて退屈しませんでしたw
次は母を誘ってまた参加したいです。

I think the boat operators are great at entertaining. Parasailing was a bit thrilling, but up in the sky, it felt like a silent other world. The view was amazing! Even when coming down, the operator kept us entertained. I think it's fine to bring your own phone, but they also take a lot of photos for an additional fee. Since they capture angles you can't get yourself, I think it's a great keepsake if you ask them.

ボートの操縦士さん達は、楽しませるのが上手だと思います。
パラセイリングは、ちょっとドキドキでしたが、上空は音のない別世界でした。景色は最高！
降りてくる時も操縦士のお兄さんが楽しませてくれます。
自分の携帯を持って行ってもいいと思いますが、別料金で写真を沢山撮ってくれます。自分たちでは撮れないアングルなので、頼むととてもいい記念になると思います。

They say to shoot for the stars...so why not go for as many stars as you can? Now that I've been on the three star and the five star dining options, I can honestly say that the five star is worth the extra money. Both dining options were enjoyable and both exceeded my expectations. The quality of the food and service were excellent on both cruises, but I preferred the extra elegance of the five star. From the private welcome reception with the captain on the upper deck, to the live Jazz music, and the less crowded dining room, the five star was truly a luxurious experience.

I used to go to the Royal Shopping Center every time, but I didn't realize there was a hall. The show combined Hawaii's history and music with performances including impersonations, hula dancing, and fire dancing. The way it was structured, rather than just presenting in order, provided a great understanding of the historical context, and it was very good.

ロイヤルショッピングセンターには毎回行ってましたがホールがある事に気付きませんでしした、ショーの内容はハワイの歴史と音楽を融合された演出でものまねとフラダンス、ファイヤーダンスとただ順番で出てくるのではない組み立ては時代背景もわかりとても良かったです

When you provide your flight information at the time of booking, the pickup time will be specified by the service provider. It was about 4 hours before the flight. Since it was the first pickup, the car arrived earlier than the specified time. After that, we stopped at three hotels, and at the airport, they made stops for each airline. The fare from Honolulu to the airport was $17 (including tip), which is less than half the cost of using a taxi, making it convenient and economical for solo travelers.

予約時にフライト情報を連絡すると、ピックアップ時刻が先方から指定されます。フライトの約4時間前でした。
一番最初のピックアップだったため、指定時刻より早めに車が来ました。そのあと3つのホテルに立ち寄り、空港ではエアライン毎に停車してくれました。
ホノルル→空港は$17(チップ込み)と、TAXI利用の半額以下なので、一人の時は、便利でお得です。

We did the Alii Luau dinner and standard show package and had such a great time! We were entertained the whole time while we ate and the food was amazing! The Ha: Breath of Life show was very well done and I loved the amount of fire dancers that they had. There are plenty of shops, places to grab food and things to see there to where you can really make a whole day out of it! It was overall a really cool experience.

I would definitely recommend the Five Star package if you're having trouble deciding which package to choose from! It was such a nice evening filled with an amazing meal, lovely live music and a great view of the sunset. This is definitely more of an elegant feel compared to the Three Star package if you're looking for something a little more upscale. You really can't go wrong with either one though, both are very nice and the food was exceptional on both!

The SUP was a bit tough, but I think it was due to my lack of stamina. The staff were kind and provided explanations about the island we reached. After the SUP, we rented bikes and went to Lanikai. The lunch pizza was delicious, and it was a tour that I thoroughly enjoyed.

スタッフの方も親切で　到達した島の説明もいただきました。
SUP後は　レンタサイクルでラニカイまで。
ランチのピザも美味しく　しっかり楽しめるツアーでした。

They arrived on time and parked in the closest spot to the check-in counter. I'm grateful that there was no need for a tip.

時間通りにきてくれましたし、チェックインカウンターに一番近い場所に止まってくれました。チップもなく有難いです。

The pickup car took a while to arrive, which made me anxious, but we managed to set sail.

Moreover, I was worried about what would happen since I heard that many activities were canceled due to a downpour right before we left, but once we set sail, it was truly Hawaii.

Swimming offshore was absolutely amazing; my whole family was very satisfied.

It's understandable that we can't control the weather.

We were able to see the sunset, and I definitely want to go again next time.

I accidentally left something in the pickup truck, which caused some trouble, but everything turned out fine, and I appreciated their sincerity.

I will definitely rely on them again next time. I want to see "Sushi" too!

しかも直前からスコールで多くの最高が中止になるのを聞いている中でどうなるかとやきもきでしたが出航してからはこれぞハワイでした

特に沖合で泳げるのはもう最高、家族全員大満足

何とかサンセットも見れたし今度行った時もぜひと思いました

ピックアップトラックに忘れ物してしまい迷惑をかけましたが事なきを得て誠実さも伝わりました

I participated in this tour because I wanted a luxurious meal on my last day in Hawaii, where I had been cooking for myself in a condominium. There was no shuttle service since we headed directly to the hall. Upon entering, light snacks and wine were served, which really boosted my spirits. Since it was during the Bon holiday, about 80% of the guests were Japanese. Given the current circumstances, there were many solo travelers. In such situations, I prefer to share a table with others, but there was no consideration for that.

Dinner was served at tables set up in front of the stage. The food, lobster and steak, was not exceptionally delicious but had a safe flavor. Alcohol was free for one drink, and after that, it was paid. I ordered a Blue Hawaii for $10.

During the meal, a photographer circulated around, taking pictures and later trying to sell them for $25. Although I knew I wouldn't look at them later, I ended up buying one.

After about an hour and a half of dinner, people started coming into the second-floor seats. The show began at 8 PM, starting with hula dancing. Next, a man hung upside down from the ceiling and dropped coins onto the tables. There was a performance featuring Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson. Of course, they were impersonators, but they were really good at it. Following that was a fireman show, skillfully handling torches with flames. The packed show ended at 9:30 PM.

The meal was not bad, and the show was good. Considering the atmosphere, I found the price reasonable. I think I would be willing to see the same show again.

　ハワイではコンドミニアムで自炊していたので、最後の日は豪華な食事を、とこのツアーに参加した。
　ホールには直接向かうので送迎はない。入場すると軽食とワインが振る舞われていてテンションがあがる。盆休みとあって客の8割は日本人だった。ご時世なのでおひとりさまも多い。こんな時、私は相席の方が嬉しいのだが、そういう配慮はなかった。
　ディナーはステージの前に設けられたテーブル。料理はロブスターとステーキですごく美味しいわけではないが無難な味だった。アルコールは1杯だけ無料でその後は有料。ブルーハワイを頼んだら10ドルだった。
　食事中は写真屋が巡回していて、勝手に撮影してあとで売りつけに来る。25ドル。あとで見ることはないのについつい買ってしまった。
　1時間半ほどのディナーのあと、2階席にぞろぞろ人が入ってきた。20時にショーが開演。まずはフラダンス。続いて天井から逆さ釣りになった男がテーブルにコインを落とすパフォーマンス。エルビス・プレスリー、マイケル・ジャクソンのショー。もちろん偽物なのだがこれが実に真似が上手い。その後は火の点いたたいまつを自在に操るファイアマンショー。盛りだくさんのショーが終わったのは21時30分。
　食事も悪くなかったし、ショーもよかった。雰囲気込みでこの値段なら納得できる。同じのをもう一度観てもいいかなと思います。

This time, we visited Hawaii for our honeymoon and wanted to experience the elusive beach "Sandbar," which only appears during low tide, so we joined Captain Bruce's Paradise of the Sea tour. We were very satisfied as we were able to experience things that we wouldn't have been able to do on our own, such as walking while taking photos in the shallow sea and enjoying snorkeling in the emerald green waters, where we saw coral reefs and sea turtles. During the time we went, some areas were deep enough to reach up to our chests, even in the shallow waters. I think it's a good idea to consider the tide and time of day if you're concerned about that.

Lunch was also delicious, with plenty of meat and vegetables. I think the portion size was satisfying. Additionally, the crew was very kind and attentive, allowing us to enjoy the activities with peace of mind. If I have the opportunity to go to Hawaii again, I would like to participate in Captain Bruce's tour once more.

今回は新婚旅行で初めてハワイを訪れ、引き潮のときだけ現れる幻のビーチ｢サンドバー｣にぜひいきたいと思いキャプテンブルース天国の海ツアーに参加しました。
浅瀬の海で写真を撮りながら散歩をしたり、エメラルドグリーンの海でシュノーケリングを楽しみながらサンゴ礁やウミガメを見たりと自分たちだけではなかなか体験することのできないことを経験できたのでとても満足しています。私たちが行った時間帯は、浅瀬と言っても場所によっては胸辺りまで浸かるところもありました。気にする方は潮の満ち引き、時間帯等考慮のうえ行かれるといいと思います。
お昼ご飯もお肉や野菜が盛りだくさんでおいしかったです。ボリュームもあり満足できると思います。また、クルーの方もとても親切でいろいろ心配りしてくださるので安心してアクティビティを楽しむことができました。
ハワイに行く機会があればキャプテンブルースのこのツアーにもう１度参加したいと思っています。

The location was about a 10-minute walk from the Hilton Hawaiian Village, so we were able to get there easily. The start time was 9:15, but due to equipment troubles, it was postponed to 11:00. However, since the hotel was nearby, we spent some time by the poolside before heading to the ticket booth. (I was planning to take it easy that day, so it was nice to have the extra time.) A staff member who spoke Japanese offered us four bottles of mineral water and a $30 photo package as an apology. I felt a bit lucky about that. (laughs) At that time, they mentioned something unclear about not drinking water? If you get drunk... was that what they meant? (laughs)

There were 11 people in total, including us, with two crew members and the captain. (The captain and crew didn’t speak Japanese, but communication was great, and we were laughing the whole time on board.) A family with an elementary school child was first, followed by a newlywed couple, then two nephews, us as the fourth couple, and two women as the fifth. It wrapped up in about two hours, but since the boat was small, it rocked quite a bit, and some people felt seasick. (I think it took about 10 minutes for each group to get ready.) I recommend not having breakfast and taking motion sickness medication beforehand. (We were well-prepared and enjoyed parasailing.)

Lastly, don’t forget to tip! The standard is about 15% to 20% of the total cost. By the way, we gave $55 for four people.

I recommend the maximum height of 150 meters.

At 61 years old, I felt like a seagull. (laughs)

P.S. I weigh 73 kg, and my wife weighs 43 kg, so I felt like the harness was tilted because of the 30 kg weight difference. (laughs) Ladies, don’t forget your sunscreen!

（この日はのんびりするつもりでしたので余裕があってよかったです。）
日本語をしゃべれるスタッフさんが、お詫びとしてミネラルウォーター4人分
と30ドルする写真データーをサービスしてくれました。
ちょっと得した気分です。(笑)
このとき水は飲まない方がいいよと意味不明な事を言っていましたが？
酔ってしまうと・・・・・そう言う事でしたか(笑)
ボートは、キャプテンとクルーの2人に私たち含め11人5組でした。
（キャプテンとクルーは、日本語は、話せませんがコミニケーションは、
ばっちりです乗船中は笑いが絶えませんでした。）
小学生くらいのお子様とご夫婦3名が1番のり、新婚さんが2番目、
甥っ子2人が3番手、私たち夫婦が4番目、女性2人が5番目と2時間くらい
で終わりましたが、ボートが小型の為、結構揺れますので酔われている方も
いらっしゃいました。（1組準備含め10分くらいだったと思います。）
朝食は、とらずに酔い止めの薬を飲んで臨むことをお勧めします。
（私たちは、準備万端でパラセイリングを楽しめました。）
最後に、チップを忘れずに！代金の15％～20％くらいが相場です。
ちなみに4人で＄55渡しました。

高度は最高の150ｍがお勧めです。

61才ですが、カモメになれました。(笑)

追伸
私が73kg、ワイフが43kgと体重差が30kgあったので
ハーネスが傾いていたような気がします。(笑)
女性の方は、日焼け止めを忘れずに！

I participated with my 2-year-old daughter (free) and two friends. The shuttle bus had a mix of foreigners and Japanese, and the boat was exclusively for Japanese, so I felt very comfortable without any language barriers. The sea turtle came quite close, and my daughter was thrilled. At the Angel's Sea, we wore life jackets and enjoyed playing in the water together. The current was faster than I expected, so if you have small children, it might be wise to stay close to the boat.

I wasn't expecting much from the hamburgers served on the boat, but they were really delicious.

The snorkeling wasn't very clear, but there were plenty of fish, and it seemed like some people even had sea turtles come close to them, so everyone was having a great time.

There's no way I could have done this on my own, so joining the tour was definitely the right choice.

2歳の娘（無料）、友人と3人で参加しました。送迎バスは外国人、日本人の混載で船は日本人専用だったので言葉の不安がなくとても利用しやすいと思います。
ホヌはかなり近いところまで来てくれ娘もおおはしゃぎ。天使の海ではライフジャケットを着て3人で水遊び楽しみました。思ったより流れが速かったので小さい子連れなら船の近くから離れないように気を付けた方がいいかもしれません。

船の上で食べるハンバーガーは期待していなかったのですが、とっても美味しかったです。

シュノーケリングでは海の中はクリアではなく濁っていました。しかし魚がたくさんいて、ホヌも近くまで来た人もいたようでみんなとても楽しんでいました。

個人では絶対に来れないので、ツアーに参加して大正解。

I attended with my boyfriend. Since we went on a weekday in October, the park wasn't too crowded, and we were able to enjoy ourselves without much waiting. I love thrill rides, so this place was amazing! I don't think there's anywhere else with so many different types. I recommend it because people of all ages can have fun for a whole day! It was also nice that there was a shuttle service from the hotel.

絶叫系スライダーが大好きなので、ここは最高でした！！

On the day of the event, the shuttle was a bit delayed due to road closures. After arriving by bus, we boarded the boat and set off for our destination! However, I got seasick due to the rough waves... I'm not usually prone to motion sickness, but I think taking motion sickness medication is essential.

Since it was a tour with a few groups, we had to wait on the boat until it was our turn. Despite the seasickness, parasailing itself was a lot of fun, and the view from above was spectacular! I've done parasailing a few times, but I think the time spent at the highest altitude was quite long. It was enjoyable!

当日は通行止めなどの関係もあり送迎は少し遅れました。バスで到着してから船に乗り、目的地に向けて出発！ただ荒波のため船酔いしました…普段酔いやすい訳ではないのですが、酔い止めは必須だと思います。
数組でのツアーのため、順番がくるまでは船上で待つ流れになります。
船酔いはありましたが、パラセイリング自体はとても楽しく、上から見る景色は絶景でした！何度かパラセイリングをしたことがありますが、一番高く上空での時間も結構長いと思います。楽しかったです！

Last time, I challenged myself to skydiving alone, and this time, my family of three went parasailing. My husband is not good with heights, so we went up to 90 meters. Our 9-year-old daughter was not scared at all and enjoyed it until the end. The view and the feeling were both amazing.

前回は一人でスカイダイビングを挑戦し、今回は家族三人でパラセイリングを。主人は高いところに苦手なので、90ｍにしました。9歳の娘は怖がらず、最後まで楽しんでました。眺めも気持ち良さも最高でした。

In the morning, although it was a bit early, I was able to make good use of my time enjoying snorkeling and a cruise. The staff was friendly, and the views from Diamond Head and off the coast of Waikiki were great. The weather on the day I participated was also favorable, and I even got to see a honu (sea turtle), making it the best morning activity.

午前中、少し早めだけれど時間を有効に使ってシュノーケル&クルーズが楽しめて、スタッフもフレンドリーでダイアモンドヘッドやワイキキ沖からの景色も良かったです。参加した日は天候にも恵まれて、ホヌにも会えて最高の朝活でした。

I'm a repeat visitor. Ending my stay in Hawaii with "Evening Sailing" is becoming a tradition. Time flows leisurely, and with a Mai Tai in hand, I feel pleasantly tipsy. I highly recommend it for mature couples.

リピーターです。ハワイ滞在の締めくくりは「イブニングセーリング」が恒例化しつつあります。ゆったりとした時間が流れ、マイタイ酒でほろ酔い気分、熟年夫婦にはお勧めです。

This was my first time participating.

Check-in was scheduled for 8:30 AM, so I arrived at that time. It seems that check-in actually started at that time, so it would have been fine to arrive around 9 AM. Since I was the first to check in, I had quite a bit of waiting time. I wish I had played at the nearby beach...

We moved to two submarines located on the sea using a larger boat with a restroom. From there, we split into two groups to board.

As expected of the waters in Hawaii. The waves were high, so the boat rocked quite a bit. Please be cautious of seasickness. My wife apparently wasn't in the mood to enjoy the submarine experience due to seasickness.

The submarine itself was very good. We were able to see a sunken ship and a submerged Zero fighter, which was quite surreal.

It seems to be a popular tour, as there were many people.

初めて参加させていただきました。

チェックインが8時30分となっていたので、8時30分に行きました。
これはこの時間にチェックインが開始と言う事で、実質9時頃までにくれば良かったぽいです。
一番乗りでチェックインしてしまったので、結構待ち時間がありました。
近くの海で遊んでいれば良かった、、、。

トイレ付きの大きめの船で、海上にある二隻の潜水艦まで移動します。
そこから、二手に分かれて乗り込みます。

さすがハワイの海。
波が高いので、結構揺れます。
船酔いに注意してください。
妻は船酔いで潜水艦で鑑賞する気分ではなかったらしいです。

潜水艦自体はとても良かったです。
沈没船や水没している零戦などが見ることが出来、とても幻想的でした。

人気のツアーらしく、人数は多いです。

My third time at the Luau and they never fail to impress me!
Family is very important to me, values, and life lessons, and every time I see their show, I always feel inspired and this time, I decided to bring my husband with me so he can experience the same. Chief's life story is so touching, and I love how he shares it with the guests. As always, Chief is very entertaining from the beginning to end, always full of laughers! The Polynesian Show, and the fire knife dance, superb!! Incomparable! Aaahhhmazing!!

I was very anxious about participating alone, but I had a great time! I was really lucky this time, as I was able to see dolphins three times while swimming, and they came close to the boat on the way back and played with us, which was very moving! Next time, I want to go with friends.

During the photo session, the attendant announced loudly into the microphone that I was a solo participant, which made me feel a bit sad.

But this tour is definitely worth it!

1人参加とても不安でしたが、とても楽しかったです！
今回本当に運が良く、3回泳ぎながらイルカを見ることができたし、帰りの船に近寄ってきて一緒に泳いで遊んでくれたので、とても感動しました！
次は、友人といきたいと思いました。

写真の時は、アテンドさんがお一人様参加の方ですねと大きくマイクで言われて呼ばれたので少し悲しい気分になりました。笑


でも、このツアーは間違いなしです！

- Sandbar
You can clearly see the boundary between the deep blue sea and the clear light blue water. In the distance, you can see the mountains of Oahu and Kualoa Ranch. The view was amazing.

- Sea Turtles
The encounter rate with sea turtles seems to be quite high, and we were able to see them too. They came close enough that we could almost touch them (though touching is apparently not allowed).

- Activities
In addition to snorkeling, we were also able to try stand-up paddleboarding (you can challenge both as long as time permits). Even small children were snorkeling.

- Meals
You can enjoy freshly grilled barbecue on the boat. In tours like this, the quality of the food can sometimes be lacking, but the taste was very good.

- GoPro and More
They also offer GoPro rentals (for a fee). Additionally, they sell marine shoes and motion sickness bands. Since the sandbar has some rough areas, it's better to have marine shoes.

The guides were cheerful, making it a fun tour.

　青く濃い海と澄んだ水色の海の境界がはっきり見られます。遠くにはオアフ島の山々やクアロアランチ。最高の景色でした。

・ウミガメ
　ウミガメの遭遇率は相当高いようで、私達も見ることができました。向こうから近寄ってきてほとんど触れるくらい（触るのはNGらしいです）の近さまで来てくれました。

・アクティビティ
　シュノーケルの他、SAPに挑戦することもできました（時間の許す限り、両方に挑戦することもできます）。小さなお子様もシュノーケルをされていました。

・食事
　船上で焼きたてのバーベキューをいただけます。この手のツアーだと食事の質はイマイチなこともありますが、味もとてもおいしかったです。

・GoProなど
　GoProの貸し出しもしてくれます（有料）。その他マリンシューズや酔ドメバンドなどの販売もあります。サンドバーはザラザラした部分もあるので、マリンシューズはあったほうがいいでしょう。

ガイドの皆さんも明るくて、楽しいツアーになりました。

The ride-hailing service was smooth and very good. There was no need for a tip, and the driver provided polite and clear explanations. I will use it again!

The pickup was on time. We smoothly made our way to the airport, but I realized that the drop-off location was far from the check-in counter of the airline I was aiming for. I thought it might have been closer if I had gotten off with the person in front of me. Since I was dropped off in an empty area, there was no one to ask for directions, which made me a bit anxious. I knew from online sources that the check-in counters for flights to Japan tend to have long lines. Fortunately, I made it in time, so there was no problem, but if you're planning to buy souvenirs or have a meal at the airport, it might be better to use services like Uber. You should be able to check in your luggage three hours in advance, and the shuttle bus has a set pickup time (I arrived at the airport about two hours before my flight, and I waited about 40 minutes for check-in). If you want to avoid standing in those long lines, I recommend going individually.

時間通りのお迎えでした。スムースに空港まで行ったのですが、降ろされた場所が目的の航空会社のチェックインカウンターの遥か先の方で、１つ手前の人と一緒に降りた方が近かったのでは？と思いました。誰もいない場所で降ろされたため、場所を尋ねる人もおらず、ちょっと焦りました。※ネットで見て、日本行きの便のチェックインカウンターが大行列になるのを知っていたので。結果間に合ったので問題なしですが、空港でお土産を買ったり、食事をしようと思っている方はウーバーなどの手段を使った方がいいかもしれません。荷物は３時間前から預けられるはずですし、混載バスはピックアップ時間を決められてしまうので（空港に着いたのはフライトの約２時間前、そこからチェックイン待ちが40分ほど）あの大行列に並ぶのが嫌な方は、個人で行かれることをおすすめします。

As mentioned in the email, when I followed the instructions, there was a staff member waiting for me wearing a yellow shirt. We boarded in the order our names were called, and the groups that were getting off first were seated at the front. There was a brief sightseeing guide in English. We departed without much waiting and were smoothly taken to the hotel. I think I will use this service again.

メールに書いてあった通りに進んで行くと、その通りに黄色のシャツを着たスタッフさんが待っていてくれました。名前を呼ばれた順に乗車、先に降りるグループを手前に座らせてくれます。簡単な観光案内（英語）つき。さほど待たずに出発、スムースにホテルに送ってくれました。また利用すると思います。

Since the bus didn't arrive even 5 minutes past the scheduled time, I called the number listed on the voucher from the hotel front desk. They confirmed the situation right away, saying, "We're at the previous hotel, so we'll arrive in a few minutes." (It's reassuring that they speak Japanese.) If the bus is late, there's no need to panic; just give them a call.

Although the driver was supposed to speak English, they can communicate the necessary Japanese, which is comforting! They also help with loading and unloading the suitcases! The luggage is placed at the front of the bus, so you can keep an eye on it from your seat, eliminating worries about picking up the wrong bag! When you board the bus, they check your airline and let you know which terminal to go to! Upon arrival, they announce, "Passengers for XX Airlines, please get off here," so there's no worry about getting the terminal wrong! If you want to go to the airport cheaply, this is the way to go!

★ About delays in pickup time
Delays can happen due to road congestion or the pickup situation at other hotels, so I think it's understandable if there are delays. According to international standards, a delay of about 5 to 10 minutes is not a big deal. (From my experience, it's good to recognize that shared rides, including airport shuttles, tend to be delayed. If they arrive on time, consider it lucky.) If you're really concerned, I recommend looking for a non-shared option.

ホテルから空港までの送迎で利用しました！

予定時間5分過ぎてもバスが来なかったため、バウチャーに記載の番号にホテルのフロントから電話しました。
「前のホテルにいるのであと数分で到着です」とその場で状況を確認してもらえます。（日本語が通じるので安心です。）
時間通りに来なくても焦らずに電話すれば大丈夫です。

英語ドライバーとのことでしたが、必要な日本語は話せるので安心です！
スーツケースの積み下ろしもやってくださいます！
荷物はバスの前方に置かれ、座席から目が届くのでピックアップ間違いなども心配ありません！
バスに乗るときに利用航空会の確認をしてくださり、ターミナルもどちらか教えてくれます！
到着時も「○○航空の人～ここで降りてください～」とお知らせしてくださるので、ターミナルを間違える心配もありません！
安く空港に行きたいならこれで決まりです！

★ピックアップ時間の遅れについて
時間については道路の混雑状況や、他のホテルのピックアップ状況にもよるので、遅れても致し方ないと思います。時間については、海外の常識に合わせれば5～10分ぐらい遅れても気になりません。
（私の経験上、空港送迎に限らず、各ホテルを回って混乗するものは、遅れるものだと認識していた方が良いです。時間とおり来ればラッキーです）
どうしても気になる方は混乗ではない商品を探した方が良いと思います。

You can listen to a Japanese audio guide through headphones, but when the captain is guiding in English and a sea turtle passes by, he cheerfully shouts "KAME! KAME!" or if there’s a shark, he’ll say "SHARK! SHARK!" When moving to the submarine by boat, if the weather is clear, you can see a beautiful view from Waikiki Beach to the mountains.

海底に沈められたいろいろなタイプの漁礁やその周りを泳ぐ生き物を見ることができます。
船、飛行機など様々です。日本語の音声ガイドをヘッドフォンで聞くこともできますが、キャプテンが英語でガイドしている時にウミガメが通ると「KAME！KAME！」とか、サメがいれば「SHARK！SHARK！」と賑やかに教えてくれます。
船で潜水艦まで移動している時は、晴れているとワイキキビーチから山まできれいに見ることができます。

I made a reservation for the horseback riding experience at 5 PM the night before, and there were no issues at all! I apologize for the significant delay in our arrival due to traffic. Fortunately, it seems there were no other participants besides us, and the guide welcomed us with a smile. (They greeted us without any sign of displeasure.) Thank you.

It was my first horseback riding experience, and the horses were well-trained, making it safe for beginners to ride. The guide kept the conversation going, and we had a great time chatting and enjoying the scenery throughout the ride.

１７時の乗馬体験を前日の深夜に予約しましたが何の問題もありませんでした！
また、渋滞にはまり大幅に到着時間が遅れ本当にご迷惑をおかけしました。
幸い私たち以外の参加者はいなかったようで、ガイドさんが笑顔で受付をしてくれました。
（嫌な顔一つせずに迎え入れてくれましたm(_ _)m）

初めて乗馬体験をしましたが、初心者でも安心して乗れるように調教されており、安心して馬に乗ることができました。
ずっとガイドさんが話題を振ってくれて、終始楽しくおしゃべりしながら、また景色を見ながら楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

携帯の持ち込みは可能なので、道中写真を撮ることが出来ます！

The crew on the boat and the driver for the pickup were friendly, even though they couldn't speak Japanese! I was also happy with the service, as they took us back into the sky after landing! The scenery was beautiful, and I had a valuable experience!
