I participated in this when I traveled with my family. The picking in Waikiki went smoothly without any issues. The guidance was entirely in English, but it wasn't a problem even if you didn't understand it. As for the tour, I was able to see a whale spouting water at the very end, which was fantastic. I was very satisfied. However, due to the weather, the boat rocked quite a bit, so everyone felt a bit seasick, which was a little tough.

家族で旅行した時に参加しました。ワイキキでのピッキングも問題なくスムーズでした。案内は終始英語ですが、わからなくても特別問題ないです。肝心のツアーですが、最後の最後で潮を吹き上げる鯨の姿を見る事ができました。大変満足です。ただ、天候の影響か、船がかなり激しく揺れたため、全員船酔い気味で少し辛かったです。

I tried surfing for the first time. They teach you carefully, so I think anyone can do it. However, I couldn't stand up even once. It was about two hours in the morning, but my whole body is sore. You can't bring your phone or camera, so if you have a partner, I recommend having them take pictures for you. Of course, the shop staff will take videos and photos, but they sell them for over $50, which is a bit expensive. My wife also participated, but she got seasick and had to give up early. If you're prone to motion sickness, you'll need some medication for that.

初めてサーフィンをしました。丁寧に教えてくれるので、誰でもできると思います。ただ私は一度も立ち上がれませんでした。午前中2時間ほどでしたが、全身が筋肉痛です。携帯やカメラは持って行けないので、もしパートナーがいれば取ってもらうことをお勧めします。もちろんショップのかたが動画と写真を撮ってくれますが、50ドル以上で販売されますので、少し高いですね。妻も参加しましたが、船酔いのようになってしまい早々にギブアップ。酔いやすい方は酔い止めも必要ですね。

You might be disappointed. The experience is heavily influenced by the weather, and the boat was quite rocky on the day of the tour. Even I, who have never experienced motion sickness, became quiet towards the end. At the first point, we were forced to jump into the sea one after another after just putting on life jackets, fins, and goggles. If you're not confident in your swimming abilities, the fear can be quite overwhelming. Even though you know you won't sink, the waves were high that day, and some people panicked with the dolphins. "Shitamite~", "Okinohou~", "Yamanohou~". To be honest, you can see the pod of dolphins, but the beauty of the sea is definitely much clearer in the remote islands of Okinawa. At the other turtle point, it seemed like about half of the participants were resting on the boat due to feeling unwell. After that, there was a light snack of cheeseburgers, but I passed on it. A fellow participant said it was salty and not tasty. Also, the use of the toilet on the boat was strictly prohibited by the Japanese guide, and you should go see for yourself why. They really need to fix it soon. It's unacceptable for both to be unusable. As for the tour content, I think it's about what you would expect for the price.

がっかりするかもしれません。天候に左右されますが、当日の船は相当揺れました。乗り物酔いしたことのない私も最後の方は無口になりましたしね。最初のポイントでライフジャケット、足ひれ、ゴーグルをつけただけで次々に海に飛び込みを強制させられます。泳ぎに自信がないと恐怖は相当なものと思います。沈まないことが分かっていても当日は波が高く、パニックになる人もイルカと。「シタミテ～」「オキノホウ～」「ヤマノホウ～」。はっきり言ってイルカの群れは見えますが海のキレイさは沖縄の離島の方が断然きれいです。もうひとつのウミガメポイントでは気分不良で半分ぐらいの方は船上で休憩している印象でしたね。その後チーズバーガーの軽食でしたがパスしました。食した同行者が言うにはしょっぱくておいしくなかったそうだ。あと船上トイレの使用が日本人ガイドから厳重に禁止されていましたが、理由はまあ行って自分で見てみてください。はやく修理はした方がいいですよ。2つとも使用不能はあり得ません。ツアー内容は値段の割にはまあこんなものではないかと。

I wasn't aware of the news about the sightseeing helicopter crash on the Big Island that resulted in six deaths, but even if I had known, I would have participated. Everyone around me couldn't speak Japanese, but there was no need to worry. Before departing from the airport, you have to store your luggage in a locker, which requires four quarters. You can exchange money for that. They also offer a case to hang your smartphone around your neck for $10, but the lady next to me initially took photos but eventually stopped. The pilot's explanations can be heard through headphones, and you can communicate with the pilot via a microphone, but even at maximum volume, it was hard to hear. Also, even in clear weather during this season, it gets cold up in the air, so long sleeves are essential, but a down jacket wasn't necessary. We flew at about 1,500 to 1,800 feet. It seems to be a characteristic of the helicopter that we didn't enter any clouds. The flight path took us from the airport, circling counterclockwise around the east side of the island for about 50 minutes. Fortunately, there was no turbulence. It was a great experience. It is a bit pricey, but I recommend it.

ハワイ島で観光ヘリが墜落して6名死亡のニュースは知らなかったが、知っていても参加していたでしょう。周りは日本語がしゃべれない方ばかりでしたが心配ありません。空港出発前に荷物はロッカーに預けさせられますが25セント硬貨4枚いります。両替できます。またスマホを首からかけられるケースを10ドルで貸してくれますが、隣のご婦人は最初こそ写真を撮っていましたがそのうちやめてましたね。上空でのパイロットの説明はヘッドフォンで聞こえますしマイクを通してパイロットと会話ができますが、ボリューム最大にしても聞こえにくいです。またこの季節晴天でも上空は寒く長袖は必須ですがダウンジャケットまでは必要ありませんでした。大体1500～1800フィートを飛行します。ヘリコプターの特性でしょうが雲の中には入りません。飛行経路は空港を離陸して島の東側を反時計回りに回って50分ぐらいでしょうか。揺れなかったのが幸いでした。いい経験になりました。値段はしますがおすすめです。

The hotel pick-up was on time, and they navigated the highway traffic very well, so we arrived at the airport almost as scheduled. Thank you very much.

This was an awesome way to begin our first full "relax day" in Honolulu. The crew on this catamaran was outstanding. They were very friendly and welcoming and really made you feel like they were there just for you. Perfect amount of people on board. The drinks were delicious and rum aplenty. I think if we were to do this again, we would pay for back to back cruises so we'd have more time. Waikiki & Diamond Head from that viewpoint were unbelievable. Thanks for a great time!!!

I was also surprised by the high quality of the hamburgers. Both the taste and the portion size were perfect.
It was great to have a wide variety of drinks as well.

Everything was good, but the instruction on how to use the snorkel really stood out. I felt like I was having fun for the first time with snorkeling! I was able to swim with many fish.

I had my kids with me, and there were preparations like children's goggles and life jackets, so the kids enjoyed it too.

It was a really great tour. I highly recommend it.

ハンバーガーのクオリティの高さにも驚きました。味、ボリュームどちらも満点です。
飲み物も種類たくさんで良かったです。

全て良かったのですが、シュノーケルの扱い方を教えて頂いたのがポイントアップです。シュノーケルが初めて楽しい！って思えました。たくさんの魚と一緒に泳げました。

子供連れでしたが、子供用のゴーグル、ライフジャケットなど準備があり子供も楽しめました。

すごく良いツアーでした。オススメです。

As mentioned in the experience, very little Japanese was understood, and the guide finished explaining in English before the tour began. The guide started without being able to communicate with us Japanese participants... Perhaps it was a warning? Other Japanese participants also looked confused. I felt anxious. We hardly speak any English. We were flustered because we couldn't understand the explanations about our luggage keys. Later, I found out that there was one person who could speak Japanese. After that, I felt relieved. Also, the buggy driver didn't understand Japanese at all, but when we managed to convey that we couldn't speak English, he made a great effort to communicate with us, for which we are grateful! The buggy ride was amazing! We returned to the hotel covered in sand due to the heavy dust, but the refreshing feeling was incredible! Thank you very much! ^_^

体験談にあった通り、日本語はほとんど通じず、ガイドさんは説明を英語で話し終わり、ツアーがはじまりました。
ガイドの方も私たち日本人に通じていないままスタート…。多分注意事項？他の日本人の方もポカーンとしていました。不安でした。
私たちはほとんど英語は話せません。荷物の鍵など説明がわからず、アタフタしてしまいました。
後になってわかったのですが、1名だけ日本語を話せる方がいました。
それからは安心できました。
あと、バギーの方も全く日本語がわからない方でしたが、英語を喋れないと何とか伝えると、一生懸命私たちに伝える努力をしてくれて感謝です！
バギー最高でした！かなりの砂埃で全身砂まみれでホテルに帰りましたが、爽快感半端ないです！

It can be arranged at a lower cost than through a Japanese travel agency. The driver spoke Japanese and drove safely. I would like to request them again next time.

ドライバーさんは日本語もできる方で、安全運転でした。また次回もお願いしたいと思います。

The slider was closed about halfway. Also, the wave pool was only available for about two hours after opening, and afterwards it was used as a pool for bodyboarding.

スライダーが半分くらいが閉まってました。また、波の出るプールも開園から2時間位だけ使えましたが、その後はボディーボード用のプールとして使われました。

Fantastic experience! The turtles were amazing as advertised. Boat crew was friendly and helpful! I recommend this excursion. It was a great way to start our Hawaiian vacation.

I could have gone directly to Waikiki, but since I had plans to head towards Ala Moana during my stay, I chose this plan. The lounge isn't particularly relaxing, but I was able to open my suitcase, pack away unnecessary items, and head out shopping with ease (there is no changing space).

From the lounge, I walked to Whole Foods and Walmart, and I did some shopping at Ala Moana Center to adjust my schedule. I arrived at the lounge around 11 AM and chose the shuttle to Waikiki that departs at 4 PM. Since I already knew where I wanted to go and what I wanted to buy, I had plenty of time. The shuttle from Waikiki is selected upon arrival.

ワイキキ直行でも良かったのですが、滞在中にアラモアナ方面に行く予定があったので、このプランを選択しました。ラウンジは、特にのんびりするという感じではありませんが、スーツケースを開けて、不必要な物を詰め込み身軽になってショッピングに出掛けられました。（更衣スペースはありません）
ラウンジから、Whole Foods、Walmartと徒歩で回り、時間調整でアラモアナセンターでお買い物をしました。ラウンジには11時頃到着し、ワイキキへは16時発のシャトルを選択しましたが、行きたい場所、買いたい物が決まっていたので、時間は十分でした。ワイキキ発のシャトルは、到着時に選択します。

The driver of the shuttle is very helpful and funny. The design of the activity is very family friendly. Kids won't feel too tired or bored.

Did I mention we drank Mai Tai's and saw 50+ spinner dolphins?

The crew was awesome.

There are many similar tours, and I was a bit confused during the pickup. Since there are few staff members who can speak Japanese, it might be tough if you can't speak at all.

The show itself was enjoyable, but there were some experiences that were not available on the day.

似たようなツアーが多く、ピックアップ時に少し迷った。
日本語を対応できるスタッフが少ない、もしくはいないため多少なりと喋れないと辛いかもしれない。

ショー自体は楽しかったが、体験できるものが当日ないものもあった。

I had heard that the chances of encountering whales in December are low, so I didn't have high expectations and planned for a relaxing cruise instead. However, I was lucky enough to encounter a mother and calf whale. I'm glad I participated in the tour.

12月は、遭遇出来ない確率が多いと聞いていたのでクルージングのつもりであまり期待していませんでした。
しかし、ラッキーにも親子のくじらに遭遇出来ました。
ツアーに参加してよかったです。

Every year i come to Hawaii i get the bicycle and ride to my spots and just relax. When the time is right, head on back and eat some Pizza! I wanted to kayak to the island, but got sidetracked scuba diving. I am going back again in May and will be doing this for sure!

First time riding in a helicopter, the ride was awesome. I did get to see a lot aerial coverage, especially recent destruction that occurred. Checking out the other destinations were ok, but the park was the real treat. True interaction with steam vents. Feeling the heat come from it is insanely hot; even walking a distance away from it and the wind picking up for a bit, my sunglasses fogged up.
This is an experience only you can take for yourself. The helicopter ride made the volcano national park that more interesting. I would do it again just for the helicopter ride.

Captain, bartender and crew were excellent, lots of fun, relaxing and good vibes!

The beautiful sea was amazing to see from above! As soon as you arrive, you board the boat to start, so I recommend that those who are prone to seasickness take motion sickness medication in advance.

綺麗な海が上空から見渡せて最高でした！到着してすぐに船に乗ってスタートとなるので、船酔いしやすい方は事前に酔い止めを飲むことをオススメします。

I chose this service because it was cheaper than others. There were no problems at all; in fact, everything went smoothly. However, I was a bit concerned that the pickup time was about 10 to 15 minutes earlier than with other companies. Those extra 10 minutes are precious on the morning of my return home.

I think a course that includes "meeting at T Galleria without stops at other hotels" would be quite popular. What do you think?

他社より料金が安かったので選びました。
問題は全く無く寧ろスムーズでしたが、他社よりお迎え時間が10.～15分程度早いのが気になりました。
帰国の朝はたかが10分が貴重ですからね。

“Tギャラリア集合＋他ホテルの立ち寄り無し”…というコースを作られたら、かなり受けると思いますがいかがでしょうか？

The sailing on this day was under clear skies.
It was great to participate last time, and this time was also good.

This yacht cutting through the wind is truly a pleasant experience.

Occasionally getting splashed by the waves is also quite enjoyable.

There's no doubt that it will become addictive.

I will definitely participate again next time.

I dropped the anchor, and instead of enjoying the sunset cruising, I was busy searching for it. There were no snacks provided, and I was disappointed with the inexperienced staff!

軽食も出ず、素人のスタッフにガッカリ！

First, it's a good idea to thoroughly check the tide schedule and book your tour on a day when the low tide aligns with the sandbar experience. This will determine everything about the tour. We went on a day with a water depth of about 60 cm (which was the best day for us). Since we were aware of this, we weren't disappointed, and even with a water depth of 60 cm, it was still an amazing experience, so we enjoyed it thoroughly.

During the snorkeling, although there weren't many types, we were able to see a lot of fish. For lunch, we had healthy food, which is great during a trip when it's easy to lack vegetables. On the day we went, there was a decent amount of wind, so the sea kayaking was canceled, but we were able to do a little bit of stand-up paddleboarding (they teach you how to ride beforehand), and the kids could play with floaties and on the sea carpet, allowing us to spend a very fulfilling time. We even saw a sea turtle!

まず、潮の満ち引きをしっかり調べて、旅行の日程の中から干潮とサンドバー体験の時間が合う日を狙って予約するといいです。
それによって、このツアーは全てが決まります。
私たちは水深60cmくらいの日に行きました（これが一番合う日でした）。
分かっていたことなのでがっかりすることもなかったですし、水深60cmでもやっぱり凄いことに変わりはないので、充分楽しめました。
そして、その後のシュノーケルでは種類は少ないもののたくさんの魚を見られました。
お昼ご飯は、野菜不足になりやすい旅行中には嬉しい、ヘルシーなものです。
私たちが行った日は風がそこそこあり、シーカヤックは中止でしたが、少しだけSUPもでき（事前に乗り方を教えてもらえます）、ちびっこたちは浮き輪や海の上のじゅうたんでも遊べ、かなり密度の濃い時間を過ごせました。
ウミガメも一匹見られましたよ！

This was my second time participating. I had made a reservation for Christmas, which thankfully was still being held, but it was canceled due to bad weather. Fortunately, I was able to adjust to another day and participate.

The boat had changed since my last visit, and it had been upgraded in various ways! Unlike Mikurajima, it was disappointing that diving was prohibited where the dolphins were, so we could only watch from above, but I was glad to see them multiple times.

Since it was a busy season, there were many participants, and I noticed several people getting bruised from bumping into each other while swimming. There were also quite a few people feeling seasick. Taking precautions is important.

It was disappointing that I couldn't see any turtles while snorkeling this time, but the crew was great at keeping the energy up, and the hula was wonderful, so it was definitely worth participating!

クリスマスもありがたいことに催行されていたので予約していたのですが悪天候のためキャンセルになりました。運良く別の日に調整できて参加できました。

前回から船も変わっていて、色々とパワーアップしていました！
御蔵島と違い、イルカがいるところでは潜るのが禁止だったので上から見るだけなのが残念でしたが、何度も見られたので良かったです。
繁忙期なので参加者が多く、一緒に泳ぐのでぶつかってあざになっている方が多く見られました。あと船酔いしてる方も多々見られました。対策は重要です。

今回はシュノーケリングで亀が見られなかったのが残念でしたが、クルーのかたが盛り上げ上手で、フラも素敵でしたし、参加した甲斐ありました！

The driver was a woman, and she was very kind and powerful, loading all the passengers' luggage. I felt her professionalism. It was a cheerful and heartwarming time.

ドライバーさんが女性だったのですが、とても親切で乗客の荷物を全て積みこむなど、パワフルでした。プロ意識を感じました。陽気で心温まる時間でした。

It was hard to get up in the morning while traveling, but thanks to that, I was able to spend a fulfilling morning.

The scenery was amazing.

Unfortunately, I couldn't swim with the dolphins. However, two adorable dolphins swam alongside our boat for a while, which was very soothing.

Important note!! Many people suffered from seasickness. It's essential to take motion sickness medication from places like ABC Mart beforehand.

We also took the motion sickness medication we got from ABC Mart as soon as we woke up, and we had no problems at all. Oh, I felt a little nauseous on the way back, though.

The staff were incredibly cute and enthusiastic!!

Even if you can't meet the dolphins, you can still have a great time.

朝なかなか起きられない旅先ですが、おかげさまで、充実の午前中を過ごすことができました。

景色最高。

イルカは、残念ながら一緒に泳ぐ事は出来ませんでした。ただし、かわいらしい二頭が、その後
船にずっと付き添って泳いでいてくれ、和みました。

重要事項!!　多くの方が船酔いで、苦しんでいました。
ABCマートなどで、必ず酔い止めを飲んでおくことが大切です。

私たちもABCマートで求めた酔い止めを、起床とともにともに飲み、全く問題なく過ごすことができました。
あ、帰り際には少しだけ気持ち悪くなりましたが。

スタッフの方々の可愛さと盛り上げが最高です!!

もしイルカに会えなくても、充分に楽しめます

The seating was at a round table for eight on the first floor, and we were seated with others. There was live music on the first floor as well, but the second floor seemed better. The meal included salad, chicken, fish, pasta, and chocolate cake, but the taste was just okay. For drinks, the buffet course charges for everything except the welcome drink. After the meal, you can freely walk around the second and third floors and the deck. The fireworks lasted for five minutes starting at 7:45. While waiting for the sunset on the second-floor deck, we even caught a glimpse of a whale for a moment.

席は一階の8人がけ丸テーブルで相席でした。一階も生演奏がありましたが、二階席の方が良さそうでした。食事は、サラダ、チキン、魚、パスタ、チョコレートケーキで、味はいまいちでした。飲み物は、buffet コースは、ウェルカムドリンク以外有料です。食事が終われば二階、三階、デッキ自由に歩き回れます。花火は、7:45分から5分間でした。二階のデッキでサンセット待ってるいるときに、鯨も一瞬見れました。

The guide was very kind, and they took a lot of wonderful photos at the sandbar. I was also able to see many sea turtles.
