I was glad that they accommodated last-minute reservations. We went to the airport via two hotels. The driver was very efficient, so it was very smooth, but since it was almost full, it took about an hour from the hotel to the airport. You can take a lot of lovely photos.
All the guidance is in English, but I think even those who don't understand English can enjoy it.
It's a chance to make friends with foreign people you meet there. You can take photos together and bond.
If you're prone to seasickness or feel a bit uneasy, it's better to take some motion sickness medication. The boat can sway quite a bit, haha.
The first day I booked was canceled due to a thunderstorm, but I was able to reschedule for another day at the reception, and I successfully went on the trip two days later.
It might be a good idea to book early and have some buffer days in case of cancellations, rather than planning it for the last day of your trip.

旅行の最終日とかではなく、早めに予約して欠航になっても振替れる余裕日を設けておいた方が良いかもしれません。

On the day of the tour, the weather and temperature were unusually pleasant for the rainy season, surprising even the guide, and it wasn't cold at all when we entered the sea. The staff were friendly and really helped to create a lively atmosphere. The water was shallow, reaching just below my waist, but I was able to see a variety of colorful tropical fish and sea turtles while snorkeling. Since I can swim, I would have liked to take off my life jacket and wear fins to dive a bit (though it might not have been safe). Overall, it was an amazing experience.

ツアー当日は、ガイドさんも驚くほどの雨期としては異例の天気と温度で、海に入っても全く寒くありませんでした。スタッフの方たちも気さくで大いに盛り上げてくれました。水深は浅いところで股下位でしたが、シュノーケリングでは色とりどりの熱帯魚やウミガメを見ることが出来ました。私は泳げるので出来たらライフジャケットを脱いでフィンをつけて潜ってみたかったです。

The show was enjoyable, with music that I recognized. I was there mainly to see Michael, so I was happy to watch the dance. The hula dance was lovely, and although the fire dance was brief, it was impressive and fun. I wished it could have been longer. My companion, perhaps due to jet lag and being full, found the music to be like a lullaby and dozed off. (laughs)

I think anyone interested in Michael would find it enjoyable!

However, I would have liked to be informed in advance that once the departure time from Ala Moana is decided, it cannot be changed, such as through an announcement when making the reservation. I was surprised that it took almost an hour to get from Ala Moana to Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa. However, on the return bus, when my companion and I, who were feeling unwell, boarded last and found there was no available space, I tried to ask the bus driver for help. He pointed to the front seat in a way that seemed annoyed and told us to sit down quickly as if he didn't care.

Despite my companion's seasickness, I was overall satisfied with the experience, but that one comment ruined my mood and made me feel it was all for nothing, so I had to give a low rating. The only negative point was that the driver seemed to be chatting happily with other staff and showed a selfish attitude, lacking the hospitality expected from staff.

When I was picked up from the airport, I was taken to the bus waiting area after confirming my name, but then I was left there! The bus took a long time to arrive, and there was no explanation, which left me feeling bewildered.
This was part of a plan through the Ala Moana Lounge, but I wasn't sure which bus was the right one.
The Ala Moana Lounge doesn't have enough space for families to sit together, but it seems good for couples or individuals, and there is a space for children. It was nice that I could choose the bus time from Ala Moana to the hotel, and they took care of my suitcase during that time.

It was a trip with my son.

We participated because my son wanted to see a moving sea turtle. We were moved by the scenery from the sandbar and encountered a sea turtle in a familiar area. Later, a large sea turtle swam up to my son, who had become completely hooked on snorkeling, and he was very satisfied. It became a wonderful memory. The experience is definitely different when viewing from above the water compared to snorkeling. I am very grateful to Captain Yuka and Jamie for their great support.

サンドバーからの風景に感動し、歩きなれたところでウミガメに遭遇。
