Over all an awesome time!! Mattie and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely felt like you got to spend a good amount of time in the cage and see many big beautiful sharks!! 100% would love to experience this again! 10/10

Thoroughly enjoyed this tour. The helicopter ride, while a.little too short was great and the land part was filled with beautiful scenery, excellent history and storytelling and fun comraderie. We got to experience so much of The Big Island:s hidden treasures. Highly recommend this excursion and would definitely do it Again.

I highly recommend this service!! It was the biggest smile I've seen on my husband in a long time! It was our 30 year anniversary Hawaiian trip and after that long flight, it was delightful to get a true Hawaiian greeting!! The young lady was gracious and very informative! She directed us straight to the shuttle service send took several pictures for our memory book. The flowers lasted 5 days and kept our condo smelling like a sunny floral garden.

The sea in Heaven was incredibly beautiful! My partner and I participated together. The crew was very kind, and we enjoyed snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding comfortably. I was moved to see sea turtles up close. I definitely want to participate again.

This trip to Oahu was our wedding/honeymoon trip. Other than our big day, this was out favorite part of our stay! Such a fun experience! The staff was very friendly and it was obvious they genuinely wanted you to have a great time with them! We tell everyone if there was something we could've done a second time while we were there, this cruise would have been it! The single downside to this activity is just finding where to meet, and finding parking for those not staying in the area. Maybe by the time you go, they'll have big booze cruise signs around and parking recommendations online

Until I was told "You have control," I was enjoying the scenery and taking photos. Once my piloting began, I was so nervous that I could only focus on the front and the instruments, but after about five minutes, I was able to relax and take in the surrounding views. It was my first experience, and I think this is just the beginning.

As for infection control, we both wore masks and communicated through the intercom, so there were no droplets. Additionally, the cabin is ventilated with airflow coming in from the wings on both sides. Also, there is a mount for attaching a GoPro, so bringing a GoPro or similar device is possible.

「You have control」と言われるまでは景色眺めて写真撮ったりしてました。
自分の操縦が始まると緊張で前と計器しか見ていられなくなるけど、5分もすれば余裕が出て周りの景色見れました。
初めての経験でしたが、これが始まりなのかな、と思います。
感染対策はお互いマスクしてインカムでの会話になるので飛沫はありません。そして機内は左右に主翼からの風が入ってくるので換気されてます。
あとGOPROの取り付けマウントが備わっているのでGOPRO等持ち込み可能です。

In Waikiki, there are a lot of tours to choose from but I think we picked the best one. I loved the fact that we had the ability to bring our own drinks and food since we had a few picky eaters in our group. Our captain(s) were very helpful and kept a lively ship. Even my dad who was apprehensive about the whole thing ended up loving it. This cruise was one of the highlights of our trip to Hawai'i.

This private snorkel tour was 100% worth the money. A private pontoon boat with many amenities, including snacks, drinking water, water sport toys and others were all provided. Captain Kokua could not have been friendlier and showed us a lot to see in the area. The sandbar of course was beautiful and a huge highlight of the trip.

The Polynesian Cultural Center is a beautiful, fun, living museum. Pacific Island Native people use songs and traditional dances to tell the stories of their culture. They have reverence for the Islands and also have fun showing the beauty and fun of their heritage. We visitors are referred to as “Family”. We are made to feel very welcome and are invited to participate in crafts, dance and games with the Island people. The Buffett and the show are wonderful. Thank you!!!

This tour was amazing!! Our two guides made us seem so welcome and they make sure you have plenty of alcohol to enjoy your time on the boat! I highly recommend wearing a swimsuit - if you want to enjoy the front of the boat with the best views you will get completely drenched, but that was our favorite part! 10/10, would do again for sure!

Trinity and Roxy where amazing. Very informational tour around the whole ranch. Feeding the cows was a plus. Being able to have a picnic at the top with amazing views is just the best.

【From Pickup to Experience】
I arrived on an international flight in the morning and was picked up directly from the airport. After the flying experience, I headed to my accommodation, so there was no need for separate transportation arrangements, making everything very smooth! Before the flying experience, they provided Hawaiian juice and snacks at the waiting area in the office, which felt luxurious and clean, almost like a lounge. I was nervous about my first flying experience, but I was able to relax. The owner and the receptionist were both Japanese, and they guided me through the hangar facilities, explaining about the airplane and taking photos.

【Flying Experience】
After that, the pilot instructor, who had finished inspecting the airplane, came to pick me up from the office and explained the flight route and weather for the day. The instructor was a Korean-Hawaiian who spoke slowly in English, and the receptionist also acted as an interpreter, making it easy to understand. (I heard there are instructors who can speak Japanese, but they were off that day.) During the explanation, they mentioned that there would be turbulence right after takeoff and suggested that I try piloting in the northern part later on, which helped me prepare mentally. They took many photos of me getting ready in the cockpit (I sat on the left side of the captain's seat!).

Finally, it was time for takeoff, but the propeller was quite loud, so I communicated with the instructor using headphones and a microphone. I could also hear instructions from the control tower through the headphones, which was a valuable experience. Right after takeoff, it was quite bumpy (they provide a bag just in case), which was a bit scary, but the scenery was so beautiful, and I could take photos freely. The view of Hawaii from the cockpit is exceptional! The instructor provided ongoing explanations about where we were flying over, including islands, capes, and filming locations from Jurassic Park, so I got a good sense of the geography since it was my first time in Hawaii. During the flying experience, the instructor gave clear instructions using simple words, and since I had requested it in advance, they took several photos of me piloting. Even as a beginner, I found the flying experience very easy and enjoyable.

【After the Flying Experience】
While waiting for the photo data, I enjoyed juice and snacks in the lounge. Since I mentioned it was my first time in Hawaii, they showed me guidebooks available in the lounge and provided various information and photos about Hawaii. When they dropped me off at my accommodation, they explained Hawaiian information along the way, making me feel glad that I participated in this activity on my first day! I would love to experience it again!

【送迎から体験前まで】
午前中に国際線で到着して、そのまま空港に迎えに来て頂き、操縦体験後、宿泊施設へ向かったので別で送迎手配も不要で大変スムーズでした！
操縦体験前にオフィスの待機場所でハワイのジュースやお菓子をご用意頂き、オフィスの待機場所や御手洗もどこかのラウンジみたいで高級感、清潔感があって、初めての操縦体験で緊張してましたがリラックスできました。
オーナーさん、受付ご担当の方が日本の方で、格納庫の施設案内をして下さり、飛行機の説明や写真を撮ってくれました。

【操縦体験】
その後、飛行機の点検を終えたパイロットイントラの方がオフィスへ迎えに来てくれて、今日の飛行ルートや天候の説明をしてくれました。
イントラは韓国系ハワイアンの方でゆっくりの英語で話して下さり、受付ご担当の方も通訳して下さったので分かりやすかったです。（当日はお休みでしたご日本語ができるイントラの方もいらっしゃるそうです）
説明の中で今日は離陸直後から気流が悪いという事や気流の影響も踏まえて、北側の後半辺りを操縦してみましょう。という話をしてくれたので心構えができました。
搭乗時もコクピットにスタンバイしている写真もたくさん撮って頂きました。（機長席の左側に座ります！）
いよいよ離陸ですが、プロペラがかなりの音なので、ヘッドホン＆マイクでイントラとやり取りします。
ヘッドホンからは管制塔からの指示？等の無線も聞こえてくるので、それも貴重な体験です。
離陸直後はかなり揺れて（一応、嘔吐用の袋を持たせてくれます）怖かったですが、それ以上に景色がとても綺麗で自由に写真も撮れます。
コクピット席で見るハワイの風景は格別です！
イントラから、どの辺りを飛んでいるのか随時説明もしてくれます。島や岬、ジュラシックパークの撮影場所の等、初めてのハワイだったので地理がよく分かりました。
操縦体験中はイントラから分かりやすい単語で指示をしてもらい、事前にお願いしていたので操縦している所の写真も何枚か撮ってもらいました。
操縦体験は初心者の私でもとても簡単に楽しめました。

【操縦体験後】
写真のデーター待ちの間、先程のラウンジでジュースとお菓子を頂き、ハワイが初めてである事を話していたのでラウンジにあるガイドブックを見せてもらったり、受付ご担当の方からハワイの写真やいろいろ情報を教えてもらう事ができました。
宿泊施設へ送って頂く際も通り道の随所随所でハワイ情報の説明をして頂きながら送って頂けたので、初日にこのアクティビティに参加して良かったと思いました！
また体験したいです！

Our captain was knowledgeable and very helpful. The water was perfect just a little choppy. She guided us to snorkeling area and we also saw turtles. Loved it

We were not able to attend, one in our group was ill. Unfortunately, no alternate dates were offered so we lost our money. We were fortunate that some of the other excursions we booked were willing to accommodate changes.

We did a sunset cruise with another boat but we strongly preferred this one! Our crew was all girls which I thought was amazing!! Amy was great. The drinks were good and they even offered snacks for the kids that were on the boat. It was a nice morning cruise and I recommend to anyone! And they let you go on the netting on this boat, unlike another one I went on.

This sunset cruise was fun! Lots of options to drink- beer, wine, white claws, Mai Tais. The Mai tais were alright. The sunset was beautiful. A guy coming off the one before us said “I don’t know if I’m sea sick or drunk”

The dolphin tour was so crowded and even though the guide was friendly and the people were very friendly there were just too many. Many people didn’t actually get to see the dolphins in the water and were being kicked with fins because of how crowded it was. We will not be doing that again unless there are less people.

The driver was early which was nice. He talked with each passenger as they got onboard. It wasn’t too bad.

What an amazing adventure to go on! Hop on in the water and the sharks come to you! It’s amazing you can even see other creatures if they come near too!

It was fun to attempt to surf. The teacher was very nice and patient

While we enjoyed the Polynesian Cultural Center overall, this day was entirely too long for our taste. There really wasn't much to do at the center to fill up our time, so we just sitting around waiting for the Luau dinner. And, the gift shop is on the other side of the entrance, so we couldn't even shop to kill time, which we would have loved to do.

The Luau was delicious, especially the welcome drink in the pineapple. And, the show was fantastic, but we were tired of being there all day.

So, if you want to waste a full day in paradise with not much to do, then this is the excursion for you.

Amazing experience. The guys were very nice and knowledgeable. Made the experience fun and relaxing. We saw about 4-6 sharks and a barracuda. Highly recommend these guys.
We will definitely be coming back to them next visit. And they take photos for you for free

The crew were excellent on our trip for my birthday on 28 September 2021. The snorkeling was very well managed by the team. The entertainment was first class. Just wish I had made a note of their names on the 12.30pm trip. Thanks.

Great place for horseback riding.Really nice and friendly people and the trail was also good. Even the bathrooms were super clean.Would do it again !.

We had a wonderful experience at Captain Bob’s Sandbar Cruise. The entire staff was very friendly and made sure everyone had a good time. The guy who gave everyone instructions (forgot his name) was very friendly and hilarious to listen to. We got to play on the sand bar for an adequate amount of time, had some burgers, saw some sea turtles, snorkeled, and saw a huge coral reef. Overall a very memorable and fun part of our trip. My only regret was because so much was included I forgot to bring my wallet so I couldn’t tip them! Maybe next time. Thanks for the wonder memories!
