I can hardly speak English, but both the reception staff and the instructors were very polite and helped me smoothly enjoy the experience. The instructor was great at getting everyone excited, and it turned out to be a very fun day!

It spun around in a service, and afterwards, I felt like I was car sick. My relative who went with me said they weren't spun around, so I think it depends on the instructor. It was a good experience.

When I jumped, the ground felt too far away, and it didn't seem real. So, it wasn't as scary as I had thought. As I got closer, I felt that the scenery was beautiful.

飛び降りる時、地上が遠すぎて、現実味がなかった。なので思っていたよりも怖くなかった。
近づくにつれて景色が綺麗だなと感じました。

It was supposed to be a maximum of six participants, but there were more than six on the day I attended. Also, it was stated to be two hours, but it was less than that. In the water, it felt like we were in for about 40 minutes.

There is a building for check-in, but there were no staff present at the time, which made it uncomfortable to wait alone in an empty area. (There were some people from a nearby cage tour, which added to the confusion.)

You have to hold onto the rope on the side of the boat at all times. The waves were high, and if you accidentally let go, you would get scolded for safety reasons. While waiting with the rope, one by one, we were called by the guide, and we had to swim from the rope to where the guide was. However, it felt pointless to dive when the sharks were not around during the count. There were sandbar sharks far away, and that day there were hammerheads and blacktips, but no tiger sharks. Since it’s nature, that’s understandable, but honestly, the sharks were farther away than I expected, and the water was a bit murky, so I wished I could see them up close.

When the boat's engine revs, the sharks come up a bit. It was okay to bring a GoPro and take pictures. You can rent fins, snorkels, masks, and rash guards. The guide only speaks English, so it can be tough if you don’t understand.

Also, please note that there is no place to change. The nearby restroom is for women, but there are no private stalls. Around noon, a man (possibly a homeless person?) came out of the women's restroom. There was also a dog that seemed to belong to him, and it smelled quite bad, so I quickly changed on the street in the parking lot.

MAX６名とのことですが、参加した日の回は６名以上いました。
また、２時間と記載がありますが２時間無しです。海の中にはいっているのは体感的に４０分あるかないかくらいでしょうか。
受付は建物がありますが、スタッフは居ない時間帯で誰も居ないところでポツンと待つのは不安でした。（近くのCageありのツアーの方がいたりしてちょっと混乱）
常に船の側面にある紐をつかんでいないといけません。波が高く、煽られてうっかり手が離れてしまったりしたら怒られます。（安全面のため）
紐を持って待って居ると一人ずつガイドに呼ばれたら、紐からガイドがいるところまで泳いで、ガイドのカウントで潜りますが、サメが居ないところでそのカウントで潜らせられても何も…という感じでした。下の遠くの方にサンドバーシャークがわらわら居る感じで、その日はハンマーとブラックチップも居ましたが、タイガーは居ませんでした。自然相手なのでそこは仕方ないですが、思っているより全体的にサメが遠かった＋白濁り気味でしたのでもう少し近くで見たかったというのが本音。
船のエンジンをふかすとサメが少し浮上してきます。
GoPro持っていって撮ることはOKでした。
フィン・シュノーケル・マスク・ラッシュガードは借りれます。
ガイドの方は英語対応になりますので理解出来ないと厳しいです。
また着替える場所がありませんのでご注意ください。
近くのトイレは女性側ですが個室扉がありません。
また昼頃ですが男性（路上生活者でしょうか？）が、女子トイレの中から出てきました。
またその方が飼っていると思われる犬がいて獣臭もすごかったですので、私は駐車場の路上でささっと着替えました。

On the day of the event, I missed my chance to ride a horse. The bus arrived at the lunch spot in Croa on schedule, and we listened to the staff's explanation, but it was hard to understand. Also, buying tickets was way too complicated, and the lockers for valuables were also complicated and took time. I was five minutes late for the 9:30 riding time and was told it was no good. I tried to negotiate, but it didn't work (laughs). However, I was able to change plans last minute and ride a buggy instead, but I still feel regret. It's sad 😭. Maybe the language barrier was a hindrance. Is it just that Hawaii is inflexible and it's my own responsibility? (laughs)

当日　乗馬に乗り損ねえました。バスは予定時間にクロア　ランチ場に着き　係り員の説明を聴きましたが　話し解りにくく　又　チケット買うにも　余りにも　複雑すぎで　しかも　貴重品入れのロッカーも　複雑で時間かかり　9時半の乗馬時間の手続5分遅れで　駄目　ダメって　言われました　えーっ　そんな　何とか　言いましたが　駄目でした（笑）けど　急きょ　変更してもらいバギー乗れました　けど　悔い残ります　悲しい😭　言葉通じないのが　持たついげいんかも　HAWAII　融通効かない　自己責任ですかね（笑）

We experienced this as a family of four (husband, wife, and two daughters). We drove from Honolulu in a rental car, and what we thought would be just a drive turned out to be a very meaningful time. It is true that our backsides got a bit sore, but I think it's worth it for an extraordinary experience. The area does have some rain, but if it doesn't rain, it's perfect for enjoying nature.

家族4人（夫婦、娘2人）で体験しました。ホノルルからレンタカーで行きましたがドライブがてらのつもりが大変有意義な時間を過ごすことができました。たしかに少しお尻が痛くなりますが非日常的な時間を過ごすには、良いと思います。
場所がら雨がある地域ですが降らなければ自然満喫には最高です。

A couple in their 50s jumped with their three children in their 20s! It was a great experience. The price is higher, but I recommend jumping with a photographer to capture the images.

I had a horseback riding experience, but since I had never ridden alone for a long time, I was nervous. However, the horse was smart, and the instructor was kind, which made me feel at ease and enjoy the experience. I was able to feel the ocean, mountains, and the great outdoors, and I had a wonderful time.

乗馬体験はありましたが、1人で長時間乗ることはなかったので緊張しました。しかし、お馬が賢くお姉さんも優しく教えてくださったので安心して楽しむことができました。海！山！大自然を感じることができて素敵な時間を過ごせました。

I challenged myself with my daughter, who is about to get married. It was fun. It was an experience like no other. I recommend trying it at least once.

It was raining, but I was able to go ahead with the outdoor activity thanks to the loan of a raincoat. It was my second time horseback riding, and it wasn't particularly difficult; the magnificent scenery was very pleasant. The horses were also adorable.

雨が降っていましたが、カッパを貸していただいて雨天決行できました。
乗馬は2度目でしたが、特に難しいことなく、壮大な景色がとても気持ちよかったです。馬も可愛いです。

A noticeable small bus welcomed us at the meeting point. There were a total of 17 tour participants, with only 3 Japanese, and all explanations were in English. There was a self-introduction time, so we needed to briefly introduce ourselves in English, mentioning where we were from, how many times we had been to Hawaii, and what we were looking forward to on this tour.

Now, although it has been corrected, I was worried because the tour course I signed up for was supposed to go directly from Honolulu to Haleiwa Town, but it deviated from the course midway. We switched from Freeway H1 to H3, passed through Kaneohe on the east coast, and headed north along the coastline. After passing the famous filming location Kualoa Ranch, we took a restroom break at Tropical Farms. Here, we could sample macadamia nuts and had the experience of cracking the nuts out of their shells with a stone. After a break at a fruit stand, we went to Sunset Beach. It was November, and surfers were challenging the high waves.

Then, the morning activities began, and we chose to take a walk at Waimea Falls Park. The entrance fee to the park was included in the tour price, and the guide paid for it. The course to the waterfall was rich in nature and very relaxing. The water volume of the waterfall was abundant due to the rainy season, which was enjoyable, but during the dry season, the water volume is low, so it's something to be cautious about depending on the date of your visit. We could swim near the waterfall, but it was murky, so we didn't swim. Since we had some time before the meeting time, we had lunch there.

After that, we moved to Haleiwa Town, and in the afternoon activity, we tried SUP (stand-up paddleboarding). The location was behind a shop called Surf & Sea, and life jackets were available at no extra charge. The tour guide provided instruction, and while it was easy to get on the board, standing up required some skill. We could also paddle while sitting on the board, which was enjoyable, and I was thrilled to encounter a sea turtle up close.

Although I was worried because the tour was in a language I didn't understand, I was helped by a friendly guide and friendly tour companions.

ツアー客は総勢17人で、その中で日本人は3人だけ、全て英語での説明となります。
自己紹介タイムがあるので、どこから来たのか、ハワイは何回目か、このツアーに期待しているものなど簡単に英語で紹介する必要があります。
さて、現在は訂正されていますが、申し込んだ時のツアーコースはホノルルからハイレワタウンへ直行だったのが途中からコースから外れていたので心配しました。フリーウェイH1から途中H3に移り、東海岸のカネオヘを通過し海岸線を北上。映画のロケ地で有名なクアロア・ランチを通過後、トロピカルファームでトイレ休憩しました。ここではアカデミアナッツの試食ができ、また殻から石でナッツを取り出して食べる体験ができました。その後、フルーツスタンドで休憩した後、サンセットビーチに行きました。行ったのは11月で、サーファー達が高い波に挑戦していました。その後、午前のアクティビティが始まり、私達はワイメア滝公園での散歩を選択しました。公園へは入場料はツァー料に含まれ、ガイドが払ってくれました。滝までのコースは自然が豊かでのんびりと楽しむことができました。滝の水量は雨季だったので豊富で楽しめましたが、乾季は水量が少ないので行く日程によっては注意が必要です。滝壺近くで泳ぐこともできましたが、濁っていたので泳ぎませんでした。集合時間まで時間があったのでここでランチを済ませました。その後、ハレイワタウンに移動し、午後のアクティビティではSUP(スタンドアップパドル)に挑戦しました。場所はサーフ&シーという店の裏で、ライフジャケットは追加料金なしで利用できました。指導はツァーガイドが行い、簡単にボードに乗ることはできましたが、立ち上がるにはコツが要ります。ボードの上に座ったまま漕ぐこともできるので十分楽しめましたし、至近距離でウミガメに遭遇したのに感動しました。なお、貴重品ボックスと荷物を入れるロッカーは簡易なものだったので盗難を心配しましたが、特に問題ありませんでした。集合時間になったらバスに乗り、途中でトイレ休憩後、ホノルルまで送ってくれました。
日本語が通じないツアーだったので心配しましたが、親しみあるガイドと友好的なツアー仲間に助けられました。

I rode for 2 hours, so my butt and knees hurt afterward, but riding while enjoying the magnificent views of the mountains and the sea was wonderful! There was ample time before and after the ride to take various photos and check out the shop, which was great. We were the only Japanese people there, but when we arrived at Kualoa Ranch, a staff member who spoke Japanese guided us, which was reassuring. The horseback riding video is also available in Japanese, so it's fine even if you don't speak English.

As a note, sunscreen and sunglasses are essential. The sun was very strong, and my face turned bright red the next day. Also, if you go with just a waist pouch and the bare essentials (water, smartphone, money, and a small snack that fits in the pouch), you can save the $5 locker fee. You can purchase a commemorative photo during the ride for $20. I gave a $20 tip.

2 時間乗馬したままなので終わった後お尻と膝が痛いですが、壮大な山と海の景色を観ながらの乗馬はとても良かったです！
乗馬前と乗馬後は適度に時間があり、色々写真を撮れたり売店をみる時間もあり良かったです。
日本人は私達だけでしたが、クアロアランチに着くと日本語が喋れるスタッフが案内してくれて安心しました。
乗馬のビデオも日本語で見れるので英語が出来なくても大丈夫です。
注意点としては日焼け止め、サングラスは必須です。
日差しがとても強く翌日顔が真っ赤になりました。
また荷物はウエストポーチと最低限のもの（水、スマホ、お金、ポーチに入る程度の小さなお菓子）で行くとロッカー代の5$節約できます。
乗馬中の記念写真は1枚20$で購入できます。
チップは20$渡しました。

Ryan was awesome. We really enjoyed spending the morning with him. He knows everything there is to know about the local environment. It was a fun event.

Was a good tour but it was a bit rushed, wish we would have been able to do a tour of the dole pineapple, it was just walk in and walk out. Also would have liked to stop at the beach instead of just drive by it.

A relaxing horseback riding experience in nature. The 2-hour course starts with a brief orientation, which is only about 5 minutes! You watch a 1-minute Japanese safety video, and then you immediately start riding, learning how to move forward, turn right, turn left, and stop! I was a bit nervous at first, but I got used to it quickly.

The horses are all well-behaved, so I don't think you'll have any trouble. You progress slowly through the beautiful nature. An instructor is assigned to every 5 to 6 participants, so I felt completely at ease.

You get to ride for a full 2 hours. There was also plenty of free time at Kualoa Ranch! There is one restaurant, and they sell snacks and drinks, accepting both cash and credit cards! There's also a souvenir shop, which also accepts cash and credit cards.

There are paid lockers available for $5. You register using a touch panel machine next to the lockers. You can use both cash and credit cards, and you can access your items as many times as you want unless you finish the session yourself! You operate the in-and-out process using the touch panel each time. There are no locker keys. The touch panel can also be switched to Japanese.

The horseback riding tour is 2 hours long, so you might get a bit hungry! It's better to eat before the tour! By the way, the restrooms were clean!

大自然の中でゆっくり乗馬体験。
2時間コースで最初に講習ありますが、これはほんの少し(5分位)です！1分程度の日本語版注意ビデオを見て、その後すぐ乗馬、進め、右へ、左へ、ストップのやり方を習って出発！最初は少し緊張しましたが、すぐに慣れます。

馬はみんな良い子で、困ることは無いと思います。
大自然の中をゆっくり進んでいきます。インストラクターの方は参加者5〜6名ごとに必ず一名付いてくれますので不安は全くありませんでした。

たっぷり2時間乗馬させてもらえます。
クアロアランチでの自由時間もたっぷりありました！
レストランは一軒、お菓子や飲み物も売っていて現金とクレジットカード使えます！
お土産物屋さんも一軒、こちらも現金とクレジットカード使えます。

有料5ドルのロッカーあります。ロッカー横のタッチパネル式の機械で登録します。こちらも現金とクレジットカードどちらも使えて、自分で終了としない限り何度でも出し入れできます！
いちいちタッチパネルで出し入れの操作します。ロッカーキーはありません。
タッチパネルは日本語に変えることも可能です。

乗馬ツアーは2時間で割とお腹減ります！
ツアーの前に食べたほうがいいです！
ちなみに、トイレも綺麗でした！

Andrew is the best. He lets us see turtle head! I love it a lot.

Unfortunately, it rained. You can borrow a rain jacket while horseback riding, but it only covers the upper body, so my pants got completely soaked, and I ended up buying a change of clothes at the souvenir shop. The facility has coin lockers, so I recommend bringing a change of clothes on days with bad weather. The activity itself was really fun!

乗馬中はレインジャケットを借りれますが、上半身しか覆わないので、ズボンがびしょ濡れになり、お土産屋さんで上下の着替えを買うことになってしまいました。
施設にはコインロッカーがあるので、天候が悪い日は着替えを持っていくことをおすすめします。
アクティビティ自体はとっても楽しかったです！！

It was a very valuable tour where I rode a horse for two hours in a natural setting reminiscent of Jurassic Park. Since I rode alone, I think it was an experience that is quite rare in Japan. The horses were gentle and at a level that even beginners could handle. The guide was a native speaker, but they mixed in simple Japanese for our explanations, and the conversations were enjoyable. I was very satisfied with the tour.

ジェラシックパークで見たような大自然の中で2時間も馬に乗って散策する非常に貴重なツアーでした。それも一人で乗るのでなかなか日本では出来ない経験だったと思います。馬さん達は穏やかで初心者でも扱えるレベルでした。ガイドさんはネイティブの方でしたが私たちには簡単な日本語を混ぜて説明してくれましたし会話も楽しかったです。大満足のツアーでした。

You can have 100% fun even if you don't understand English, but I think you'll enjoy it 120% if you do! (There was an instructor assigned to our group who explained things here and there. However, since we didn't understand English, we could only guess from others' reactions that it was something about something, but we didn't know the details, haha.)

In our case, a Japanese person explained how to use the lockers and the meeting time at the very beginning (you can receive a paper with explanations in Japanese), and I think it would have been much harder without that person. However, there is a Japanese video for horseback riding, and the instructor speaks necessary things in broken Japanese (like "pull to the right"), so I think it will be fine!

Each horse has its own personality, some are laid-back while others are more energetic, but all of them are smart, so you can enjoy just riding! The sun is strong, so please make sure to apply sunscreen. I got more tanned than at the beach, haha.

I've written a lot, but I'm satisfied with the experience! Many of my friends have done it too, and everyone said it was worth it. You can't ride for a full two hours in Japan, so I really think it was a valuable experience!

英語がわからなくても100%楽しめますが、英語がわかれば120%楽しめると思います！(グループに1人インストラクターの方がついてくださるのでその方が所々で説明してくださってました。が、私たちは英語がわからなかったので他の人の反応で「なんかのなんか」であることは察しましたが詳しくはわかりませんでした笑)
私たちの場合、1番最初に日本人の方がロッカーの使い方や集合時間など説明してくださいましたが(日本語の説明の紙はいただけます)その方がいなければもっと大変だったと思います。
が、乗馬自体は日本語のビデオがありますし、インストラクターの方がカタコトの日本語で必要なことは話してくださるので(「右引っ張って」等)大丈夫だと思います！！
お馬さんによってのんびりさん、しっかりさん、等性格もありますが、どの子もかしこいので基本は乗っているだけで楽しめます！
日差しは強いので日焼け止めはしっかり塗ってください。私は海より焼けました笑

色々書きましたが、結果満足です！
私の周りの友人もやっている子が多かったのですが、みんなやって良かったと言ってました。
日本ではたっぷり2時間乗馬をすることは出来ないので、本当に貴重な経験が出来たと思います！！

A wonderful experience. Relaxed atmosphere and pleasant guides. We had already encountered sharks while snorkeling in the Maldives, but they were much smaller. These were fascinating.

I was picked up near the hotel and went to Haleiwa Town on the North Shore via Dole Plantation. The guide's stories were very enjoyable! I learned a lot about Hawaii's history. They also informed us about the location of the restrooms in advance, showing great attention to detail. On the way back, we left early due to Hawaii's traffic issues, but we were taken back to the hotel, making it a fulfilling day. For those who are not confident in driving or who plan to drink alcohol, there is a shuttle service, and with more free time, everyone can enjoy their time as they wish. I highly recommend this tour! I would like to use it again!

ホテル近くまでピックアップしてもらい、ドールプランテーションを経由して、ノースショアのハレイワタウンに行きました。ガイドさんのお話もとても楽しかったです！ハワイの歴史、勉強になりました。トイレの場所などあらかじめ教えていただき気配りが行き届いていました。帰りはハワイの車の渋滞問題があると言う事で早めに帰路につきましたが、ホテルまで送っていただき充実の１日でした。車の運転は自信ないなーという方やアルコール飲まれる方は送迎あり、運転もしてもらえて自由時間多めなので各自思い思いの時間が過ごせるおすすめのツアーです。
又利用したいです！

There were only two participants, but everything was carried out properly. The driver was Japanese and very nice. I was very grateful for the detailed and careful explanation of Hawaii's history and information. Thanks to that, I was able to fully enjoy Haleiwa Town and was very satisfied.

2人だけの参加でしたが、ちゃんと施行してくださいました。
ドライバーの方は日本人で、とても良い方でした。
ハワイの歴史や情報を、丁寧に詳しく語って頂いたので、大変有り難かったです。

This was my second dive. Diving from that height is addictive. I didn't feel scared at all, so it was just fun, and the instructor was cheerful, creating a great sense of camaraderie. I thought I wanted to be someone who could speak more English.

Photos and videos are sent to your smartphone 20 minutes after the dive, so you can see them right away. There's also a Japanese staff member at the reception, which is reassuring.

2回目のダイブでした。あの高さからのダイブは病みつきになります。自分は怖さを感じないのでとにかく楽しく、インストラクターの方も陽気で一体感を味わえます。英語がもっと喋れるやつになりたいと思いました。
写真、動画も飛んで20分後にはスマホへファイルが送られてすぐ見れます。受付にも1人日本人スタッフがいるので安心。
