Loved the tour and was fun to see where all the movies were shot! Our guide was amazing! Would highly recommend going with your family! We only did the movie tour but there are a lot of other tours that seemed great!

I had the best experience riding horses in a wonderful landscape!

However, the transportation was disappointing. I didn't know that there were only a limited number of buses at specific times, and there was no prior explanation about this. It was only when I arrived on the day that I was handed a paper stating the time of my return bus. Since I wasn't informed in advance, I couldn't even cancel.

Of course, I can tolerate some waiting time, but this was beyond reasonable. It was terrible to wait for over 2.5 hours for the shuttle bus with nothing to do! If the schedule was going to be like that, I would have liked to know beforehand.

Since it was such a waste of time, I called an Uber and went home immediately. I asked if I could get a refund since I didn't take the bus, but I was told there would be no refund due to the cancellation policy. I thought they should have informed us about the shuttle bus waiting for nearly three hours, but there was no point in saying anything, so I just accepted it.

The transportation fee for a large tour bus carrying many people was quite high. If there are multiple people, it's much cheaper, faster, and more efficient to use Uber for round trips.

What should have been a great experience was tarnished by poor management.

素晴らしい風景の中を乗馬ができ、最高の体験でした！

ただ、残念なのが送迎。
指定時間に決められたバス本数のみの送迎だとは知らず、そういった事前説明もなし。当日現地についてから、あなたの帰りの送迎バス時間は何時ですと
書かれている紙を渡されて初めて知ります。事前に知らないのでキャンセルすることすらできません。

もちろん多少の待ち時間は許容できますが、常識を超える長さ。
やることもないのに、ただただ2.5時間以上も送迎バス待機はあまりにひどい！
そういう時間スケジュールになるのなら、事前に教えていただきたかった。

あまりに時間が無駄なので、Uberを呼んですぐ帰りました。
バスに乗らないから返金してほしいときいてみましたが、
当日キャンセルだから返金はないとキャセルポリシーを説明されました。
じゃ、3時間ちかく待たせる送迎バスですと事前に知らせてよって思いましたが、言っても仕方ないので泣き寝入り。

送迎料金が大型観光バスで大人数を運ぶのに、かなりの高額。
複数人いるならUberで往復いくほうが、安くて圧倒的に速く効率的。

せっかくの良い体験のはずが、運営がよくなくて印象が損なわれました。

It was a cool experience. We seen all kinds of fish, turtles, starfish and a shark. Definitely worth the experience the crew was great and knowledgeable. I would definitely go again

I did parasailing, banana boating, and jet skiing.

For parasailing, we were transported to the dedicated boat on another boat! Once we were seated at the back of the boat with the parasailing equipment attached, the reel extended, and we soared into the sky! I didn't pay for the extra fee, so we went up to 90 meters, but it was more than enough to enjoy! Whether you get dropped into the sea when you return is up to luck! (laughs) There’s space on the edge of the boat to store your belongings, so you can bring towels and valuables without worry!

For banana boating, we moved from the parasailing boat to the floating boat. You can choose between a bumper tube and a banana boat! The banana boat is for groups. It can accommodate about 6 to 8 people, but there were handles for up to 12 people just in case.

For jet skiing, you can ride solo or with a partner, and you drive it yourself! They teach you how to ride at the beginning. There are four floats set up in a square, and we just kept going around and around them. During the 30 minutes, if you're on a two-person jet ski, you switch drivers at a separate float.

As for other personal concerns:
- There are lockers on the floating boat like those in schools, so there's always someone around, so no need to worry. If you're concerned, you can check your belongings right after returning.
If something gets stolen, there's no way to escape on the sea!
- There were staff members who could speak Japanese or at least communicate in broken Japanese!
- The only place to change is the restroom.
- There are no showers! You can rinse off with a large bucket on the floating boat.
- Depending on the season, a bath towel or cover-up is essential.
- Flip-flops are sufficient.
- I brought my smartphone in a waterproof case. It was okay to take photos in the air! Do so at your own risk!
- Tips are appreciated! There was some pressure to tip in visible areas! (laughs)
- We rented a car for transportation, so that might not be very helpful!
- There were always GoPros set up, and when we returned to the office, they showed us the photos and videos, and we could purchase what we wanted. By the way, we only bought the parasailing photos for about $57. (My husband got seasick during parasailing and gave up taking photos himself, so he was out of luck! lol)

パラ専用の器具が取り付けられ、ボートの後ろに座ると、リールが伸びて大空へ！
追加料金は払わなかったので90mでしたが、十分満喫できました！
戻って来た時海に落とされるか否かは運次第！笑
ボートの淵に荷物を仕舞い込めるスペースがあるので、タオル貴重品など持ち込んで大丈夫です！

【バナナボート】パラから配送ボートで浮き舟に移動しました。バンパーチューブと選択できます！バナナボートはグループ単位で乗ります。
6〜8人くらいまでなら？一応12人分取手はついてました。

【ジェットスキー】2人乗り1人乗り、どちらも自分で運転です！はじめに乗り方を教えてもらいます。
浮きが4個四角く設置されており、その周りをひたすらグルグル回り続けました。30分の間に2人乗りは、離れた浮きで運転手交代です。

【その他個人的心配だったこと】
・浮き舟の上には、学校の様なロッカーが設置させており、常に人の目があるから心配ないです。心配なら戻って直ぐ中身を確認してください。
何か取られても海の上なので逃げようがないですので！
・日本語が話せる又は片言で大丈夫なスタッフが常に居ました！
・着替える場所はトイレくらいです。
・シャワーも無いです！浮き舟に大きなバケツで掛け水できるくらいです
・季節によってはバスタオルや羽織ものは必須
・ビーサンくらいで十分です。
・スマホは濡れても大丈夫なケースにいれて行きました。上空でも撮影OKでした！自己責任で！
・チップは気持ち！見える場所に圧はありましたが！笑
・交通手段はレンタカーだったので、あまり参考になりませんね！
・常にGoproが設置されおり、事務所に戻ると写真と動画を見せてくれ、欲しい物を購入出来る様になってました。因みに我が家はパラの写真だけ購入$57くらいです。(旦那がパラで酔ってその後断念し自分で撮影してたのでw)

以上参考になれば幸いです！

買い物や食事よりもハワイらしい経験をしたくて、パラセーリングを申し込みましたが、間違いなく記憶に残る素晴らしい経験でした。
小型ボートだけど、ガンガン勢いのある船にのって10名くらいで、パラセーリングを楽しみました。
初めての経験だったのでメチャクチャ怖かったけど、スリル満点で、高校生と大学生の子どもたちは、笑いが止まらず、今回のハワイ旅で経験してよかった、と思います。
ただ、空港到着当日の夕方直接行ったのですが、これは、ハードスケジュールすぎたかも。翌日体にこたえました。船酔いの薬は飲んで参加してよかったです。
人生一度は挑戦してみる価値のある経験だとおまいます。非日常を味わえて、メチャ楽しかったです！

I chose the 2-hour horseback riding course.
The weather was nice, and the location was perfect.
Unfortunately, the staff accompanying us only spoke English, and I couldn't understand the explanations.
They also took photos for us, which was really great!

2時間乗馬コースにしました。
天気も良く、最高のロケーションでした。
同行してくれるスタッフが英語しか話せない人で説明してくれるのですが分からず、残念でした。
写真も撮ってくださり、すごくよかったです！

I didn't catch a lot, but it was still quite enjoyable! Unfortunately, my child got seasick, so if you're prone to motion sickness, taking medication is a must. If you understand a little bit of English, you'll have a great time. The staff were kind, and when I didn't understand English, they translated for me using their phone. They also prepared the fish right there, and it was delicious! I would love to go again if I have the chance.

いっぱい釣れなかったですが、そこそこ楽しかったです！
残念ながら子供が酔ってしまって、船酔いする方は酔い止め必須です。
英語がすこーしだけ分かれば十分楽しめます。
スタッフの方も親切で、こちらが英語がわからない場合、携帯で翻訳してくれました。
お魚もその場で捌いてくれて、美味しくいただきました！
また機会があれば行きたいです。

Wow should I start off with the most delicious authentic hawaiian food I have ever tried..My whole family cleaned their plate..Including the dessert was delicious..The show was amazing so worth the cost..The host keep us laughing

During the tour, we got off the car and took a walk to a scenic ridge. My 4-year-old grandchild was eager to climb up. It was the best opportunity to be active! The driver was also very kind and accommodating, which helped create wonderful memories.

ツアーの途中で車から降りて景色の良い尾根までの散策がありました。４歳の孫も張り切って登りました。活動できる場面は、最高！ドライバーさんも優しく対応をしてくださり、良い思い出ができました。

The horses were quite large, and I was nervous at first, but I gradually got used to it and was able to enjoy both the horseback riding and the surrounding scenery. The guide was very supportive and incredibly cute, which made the experience enjoyable throughout. Each horse had its own personality; mine was very smart, as it was in the lead, my son's horse was a glutton and a bit impatient, my husband's horse was the calmest and most experienced, and my daughter's horse was quite laid-back. After the horseback riding, we had a lively discussion about the horses. My son, who rode the gluttonous horse, was desperately trying to control the reins to stop its appetite, and he ended up with blisters on his hands!

By the way, I had no time to take photos, which is my only regret. The tour itself was wonderful, allowing us to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery of both the sea and the mountains.

Additionally, the Kualoa Burger ($15) we had at the attached cafeteria was exquisite. I regretted not bringing a light jacket because the shuttle bus was quite air-conditioned. The lockers ($5) were convenient as they allowed for all-day access, and credit card payments were accepted. You can bring a water bottle or smartphone in a bag attached to the horse, but there’s no time to drink slowly. Photos can only be taken with one hand, so balance is essential—no dropping allowed.

Our schedule was efficient with a 10 AM pickup, horseback riding at 12:30 PM, and a bus departing at 3:45 PM. However, since there’s a beach within walking distance, I’d like to allow more time to visit it next time. The buggies also looked interesting, so I’d like to try those as well. The burger is a must for next time!

お馬さんがかなり大きくて初めは緊張しましたが徐々に慣れて乗馬も周りの景色も楽しむ余裕が出てきました。ガイドのお姉さんが一生懸命サポートしてくれましたし、とってもキュートな方だったので終始楽しかったです。お馬さんはそれぞれ個性があって、私のお馬さんは先頭を任されるだけあってとても賢い子、息子はその後ろで食いしん坊でせっかちなお馬さん、パパの馬は一番落ち着いててベテランな感じ、娘のお馬さんはかなりののんびり屋さん。乗馬が終わってからもお馬さん談義に花が咲きました。特に食いしん坊なお馬さんに乗っていた息子は彼の食欲を止めるのに手綱を必死で操り手にマメができました笑　
ちなみに写真を撮る余裕は私には全くなく、唯一の心残りです。ツアー自体は景色は海も山も自然を大満喫できて素晴らしかったです。

その他
併設のカフェテリアで食べたクアロアバーガー（$15）は絶品でした。
送迎バスはかなりエアコンがきいてたので羽織ものを持っていけばよかったと後悔しました。
ロッカー（$5）は1日開閉自由なので便利だと思います。クレジットカード払い可。
お馬さんに付けるバッグにペットボトルやスマホを入れて持っていけるけれどゆっくり飲む時間はないです。写真も片手で撮れる方のみ。バランス必須。落とすの厳禁。
我が家は10時pickup、乗馬12時半予約、15時45分発バスで無駄がないスケジュールでしたが、歩いていけるところにビーチがあるので、今度行くときはもう少し時間に余裕を持たせてビーチまで足を伸ばしたいなと思いました。バギーも面白そうだったのでそちらもやってみたいです。バーガーは次回も欠かせません。

If you're going to Hawaii, I want to meet sea turtles! After comparing various tours and reading many reviews, as well as checking the duration and costs, I found this one to be the best overall and made a reservation. (＊Since it's primarily in English, if you're worried about understanding, I think a tour with Japanese-speaking staff would be reassuring.)

As a result, I was able to see about 5-6 sea turtles, there were plenty of fish, and the staff were cheerful and fun, making me glad I chose this tour. I unfortunately got seasick on the way back and couldn't see, but it seemed there were dolphins and whales as well!

As others have mentioned, there were about 30-40 participants on the day, but we were the only Japanese. All the staff were locals, so you won't experience Japanese hospitality or explanations in Japanese, but you can enjoy the local atmosphere and a casual vibe, which I recommend.

On the day, I was lucky to have a local staff member who could speak a little Japanese. When I was scared to let go of the stairs while entering the water, they asked, "Are you scared?" and "Are you okay?" and checked if I wanted to return to the boat. I really wanted to see the sea turtles, so I said, "I'm scared, but I want to go into the water," and they held my hand and swam with me until I got used to it, lending me a float cushion. (At one point, an elderly person had to return to the boat due to fatigue, so I returned the cushion, but by then, I had gotten used to the water and was able to swim on my own!)

I tend to get seasick easily, and it was windy that day, so I took medication beforehand, but I ended up getting seasick on the way back and vomited a couple of times. There was a restroom, so I managed to be okay, but if you're prone to seasickness, be cautious depending on the weather that day. (By the way, the restroom was basic, and you couldn't flush paper; you had to pump it yourself to flush.)

It was my first snorkeling experience, and I was anxious since I can't swim well, but I was moved to see the sea turtles. I'm really glad I participated in this tour. I'm grateful to the wonderful staff.

ハワイに行くならウミガメに会いたい！といろんなツアーを比較し、口コミをたくさん読み比べ、所要時間や費用なども調べた結果、ここが総合的に1番良さそうで予約しました。(＊基本的には英語なので、英語の聞き取りが不安な方は、日本語スタッフのいるツアーが安心かなと思います)

結果、ウミガメ5-6匹ほどに会うこともでき、魚も沢山いて、スタッフの方々も陽気で楽しいたちで、このツアーにして良かったなと思いました。
わたしは帰りに船酔いして見れなかったですが、イルカやクジラもいたようでした！

他の方も書いている通り、当日は30-40名と参加者は多かったものの、日本人は自分たちだけでした。
スタッフは全員現地の方なので、日本的なホスピタリティや日本語説明は求められないですが、現地感を味わえ、カジュアルな雰囲気を楽しめるのでおすすめです。

当日は運良く日本語を少し話せる現地のスタッフがいました。海に入る時にこわくて階段から手を離せないでいると「こわい？」「大丈夫？」など声かけしてくれて、「船戻りたい？」など確認してくれました。私はどうしてもウミガメを見たかったので「こわいけど海には行きたい」と無茶を言ったところ、慣れるまで手をつないで一緒に泳いでくれて、浮きクッションを貸してくれました。(途中で高齢の方が体力的に厳しくなって船に戻るため、そのクッションはお返ししましたが、その頃には海にも慣れて1人で泳げるようになっていました！)

船酔いしやすい体質で、当日は風が強かったので、事前に薬を飲んでいましたが、帰りに船酔いを起こし2回ほど吐きました。トイレがあったのでなんとか大丈夫でしたが、船酔いする方は当日の天候次第では要注意です。(ちなみにトイレは簡易的なもので、紙は流せない&自分でポンプを上げ下げして流すトイレでした)

初シュノーケリングで、ほぼ泳げないので不安でしたが、ウミガメをみれて感動しました。ほんとにこのツアーに参加して良かったです。素敵なスタッフの方に感謝です。

This is a must do excursion with family when visiting Oahu. A full day of cultural background, canoe rides to island, interactive activities for everyone. Friendly staff. It's not enough time for us to see all the areas, so definitely will come back again next time. Highly recommend!

I did get a bit seasick along the way, but I was able to see the seabed, and I was surprised to find fish in such deep waters. If I have the chance again, I would love to do it again.

We participated in a two-hour horseback riding experience with three family members. The pickup was a bit early at 7:30 AM, but it was quite popular, with two large buses completely full (a group of people going to Kualoa Ranch, not just for horseback riding).

Upon arrival, the Japanese group gathered with a Japanese staff member who explained the starting procedures, shops, and restrooms. We were informed that only a waist bag could be worn while riding (backpacks are not allowed; smartphones and drinks can be placed in a bag attached to the saddle), so we needed to use a locker. However, when I tried to pay with a card, the touch sensor was overly sensitive, and I couldn't complete the transaction, but the Japanese staff member helped me out. In the end, I paid with cash... $5 felt a bit steep.

After that (from here, it was in English), we reviewed the safety instructions, signed a consent form, watched a Japanese explanation video, and then began riding. I had never done proper horseback riding before, but the horses were smart and moved in a single file. My elementary school daughter had no trouble at all.

We walked slowly through the forest and entered the world of Jurassic World. Besides horseback riding, there were buggies, buses, and bicycles, but the horses leisurely moved through the backyard where those vehicles couldn't go. So, the buggy group looked like a gang of speeders!

Honestly, I didn't remember much about Jurassic World, but the weather was nice, and the scenery was magnificent and beautiful, which was moving. The horseback riding didn't cover all the filming locations of the movie, so for those who want to visit the filming sites, I think it's better to join a dedicated tour (by bus?).

The two hours flew by! The horse I rode, Dino, was a bit crazy and often stopped or tried to turn around, but it was still very comfortable. Each horse has its own personality.

As expected, when getting off the horse, my legs didn't move well, and I felt a bit wobbly. My backside was a little sore too! We had lunch before the return bus, but surprisingly, there wasn't much time.

While I thought a buggy ride would be nice next time, the scenery and atmosphere while horseback riding was truly an exceptional experience, so I would love to go again.

家族3人で2時間の乗馬体験に参加しました。
朝7:30と少し早いピックアップでしたが、大型バス2台が満員の人気振り。
（乗馬に限らずクアロアランチに行く人達の集団）
到着すると日本人グループは日本人スタッフの方に着いて集合し、それぞれの開始方法やお店、トイレの説明をしてもらえます。
乗馬はウエストバッグしか付けられない（リュックとかはダメ。スマホや飲み物は鞍に付けられる袋を借りて入れられます）とのことで、ロッカーに入れる必要があるんですが、カードで払おうとするとタッチセンサーの感度がよすぎてうまく払えなく、ここも日本人スタッフの方がお手伝いしてくれました。結局、紙幣で払ったんですが・・・。5ドルはちょっと高いな。
その後（ここからは英語）注意事項を見て、同意のサインして、日本語の説明ビデオを見て乗馬開始。
ちゃんとした乗馬したことはなかったんですが、お馬さんはかしこいのでちゃんと1列で進んでくれます。小学生の娘でも全然平気。
ゆっくり歩いて森の中を進み、ジュラシックワールドの世界へ。
乗馬以外にバギーやバス、自転車が走っていますが、馬はそれらが入れないバックヤードをのんびり進んでいきます。なのでバギー隊が暴走族に見えますw
正直ジュラシックワールドはあんまり覚えてなかったですがw、天気もよく、景色が壮大で綺麗だったので感動しました。
乗馬は映画のロケ地を全部回る訳ではなかったので、ロケ地巡りがしたい方はそれ専用のツアー（バス？）に行かれた方がいいと思います。
2時間はあっという間！
私の乗った馬、ディノ君はクレージーだったらしく、よく立ち止まったり、Uターンしようとしたりしましたが、全然快適でした。個性ありますよね。
お約束は馬から降りるときに足がうまく動かず、がくっとなります。おしりも少し痛いw
帰りのバスまではお昼ご飯食べてましたが、意外と時間は少なかったです。
次はバギーもいいなと思いつつ、乗馬しながらのあの景色、雰囲気は本当に格別な体験だったのでまた行きたいと思いました。

We had a great time with Micky. My family and I enjoyed our first snorkeling experience in Hawaii.

this was really fun with a lot of photo ops during, we loved this day to explore the gorgeous valley of Kualoa!

The buggy experience itself was amazing! However, I got caught in a sudden downpour and ended up soaking wet (laughs). They sell ponchos at the shop, but they're really basic, so I strongly recommend bringing your own poncho from Japan if you're planning to participate. You never know when or where a downpour might happen. Also, you will get really dirty, so I highly recommend wearing dark-colored clothes.

バギー体験自体は最高！ただ、突然のスコールにみまわれたため、びしょ濡れ(笑)ポンチョが売店に売ってるけど、本当に簡易的なので、参加予定の人は日本のポンチョの持参を強くおすすめします。スコールはいつどこで起こるか本当に解らないので。また、めちゃめちゃ汚れます。そのため、黒ベースの服を着ていくことを強くお勧めします。

We had a great time. Although we couldn't speak any English at all, we were able to communicate without any problems thanks to body language and the clear, slow words used! We definitely want to go again next time.

I printed the voucher and headed to the reception desk, where the check-in process went smoothly without any issues. At the desk, I installed the QR code for the Japanese guide, and I was informed about the start time of the Japanese guided tour and where to wait. Although all the information was provided in English, it was explained in a way that was easy to understand, even for someone like me who struggles with English.

The Japanese guide was supposed to last 30 minutes, but it ended up being 45 minutes, allowing me to learn about Hawaii's history in an easy-to-understand manner. The exhibits were wonderful and very impressive. In particular, the decorations on the capes and hats used bird feathers, and it was interesting to learn that these birds are already extinct.

I believe the prices from Veltra were probably discounted advance purchase rates, which were much cheaper than the regular prices, and that was a great help. If you're interested in Hawaii's history, I definitely recommend visiting.

バウチャーを印字しいざ受付窓口へ、何の問題もなくスムーズに受付終了、窓口で日本語案内のQRコードをインストール更に日本語ガイドツアーの開始時間や待つ場所を案内されました。すべて英語での案内でしたが英語が苦手の自分でも分かりやすいように説明され助かりました。
日本語での案内は30分間とありましたが、45分間案内されハワイの歴史などわかりやすく勉強することができました。
展示品の素晴らしく見ごたえがありました。特にマントや帽子の飾りに鳥の羽が使われているのですが、この鳥はすでに絶滅してをその理由も興味深かったです。
ベルトラさんの料金は多分前売り料金で正規料金よりだいぶ安かったと思います、助かりました。
ハワイの歴史に興味のある方是非訪れてください。

The parasailing I participated in previously in Hawaii took a long time as we had to take a taxi to a distant marina, board a boat, wait on a float, and then switch to the parasailing boat. However, here you can walk to the marina next to the Hilton and board the boat from there, which saves time. The staff was friendly. The wind was strong, the boat was very rocky, and there was some thrilling swaying during the parasailing. I think it's better to take motion sickness medication.

以前ハワイで参加したパラセイリングはタクシーで遠くのマリーナまで行って、そこでボートに乗り、その先でまたフロートで待たされ、パラセイリング用のボートに乗り換えて…と時間がかかりましたが、ここはヒルトンの横のマリーナまで歩いて行けばそこからボートに乗るので無駄なく時間使えます。
親切なスタッフでした。
風が強く、ボートはとても揺れるし、パラセイリング中も風で横揺れしてスリルはありました。
酔い止め飲んだほうが良いと思います

I participated with middle and high school children. They were thrilled and said it was the most exciting experience they’ve ever had. We were able to overlook the views of Waikiki, and it became a very good experience. I’m grateful for the photos we were able to take as well.

中高生の子どもたちと参加しました。今までで一番スリルがあったと大喜びでした。ワイキキの景色も見渡せて、とてもいい経験になりました。写真も撮ってもらえてありがたいです。

We had a great time. The crew was fun and took good care of us.

My husband and I recently booked the tickets and shuttle to hike Diamond Head as I was reading how you had to have reservations to hike unless you are local. This is a change since the first time I hiked it when you didn’t have to make reservations. We also didn’t rent a car this visit, so the shuttle was perfect as it dropped us off and picked us up at a designated time. We were given tips on the way there as well as instructions how to make the hike more enjoyable. I highly recommend going with this company as you have three times to choose from to be picked up without the dynamics of reserving tickets or driving there or finding parking which is limited. The shuttle takes you as close to the trailhead as possible

I signed up for a horseback riding experience.

The horses were adorable, the scenery was beautiful, and it was so much fun!!

The horses were very smart and gentle, so I felt no anxiety while riding.

I was told their names, so I tried calling them out a lot ^_^

We took photos with the ocean in the background, which became great memories.

Also, the driver who accompanied us on the tour shared a lot of knowledge about Hawaii while we were in the car, which was really educational.

He talked about the Hawaiian language, Hawaiian plants, recent tourism trends in Hawaii, and the labor shortage, among other things. It was interesting since I don't often have the opportunity to learn about these topics.

For lunch, I wanted to go to Giovanni's for garlic shrimp, but I was taken to a different restaurant. I was a bit disappointed because I wanted to try Giovanni's. Since the horseback riding took a bit longer, we had less time to eat and had to rush.

I think we only had about 30 minutes to explore Haleiwa Town.

However, I was very satisfied with the day because the horseback riding was so enjoyable.

乗馬体験がしたくて申し込みました。

馬が可愛くて、景色も良くて、とーっても楽しかったです！！

馬はとても賢くおとなしく、
乗っていても不安はなかったです。

名前を教えてもらったので、たくさん呼びかけてみました^_^

海を背景に写真も撮ってくれていい思い出となりました。

またツアーについてくれたドライバーさんが、
車の中でハワイの知識を沢山教えてくれてすごく勉強になりました。

ハワイ語についてや、ハワイの植物、最近のハワイ観光事情や、人手不足のことなど、、
なかなか知る機会がないので面白かったです。

お昼に食べたガーリックシュリンプはジョバンニに行きたかったのですが違うお店に連れてってもらいました。ジョバンニを食べてみたかったのでちょっと残念。乗馬も少し時間がおしたせいか、食べる時間が少なく大急ぎで食べました。

ハレイワタウン散策も３０分くらいしかなかったと思います。

ただ乗馬がとても楽しかったので満足な1日でした。

It was my second time, and I had a great time. I was a bit concerned about the price being on the higher side. The sea was beautiful, and the crew was very kind to us.

2回目でしたが、楽しかったです。
ちょっと値段がお高いのが気になりました。
海は綺麗だし、クルーの方が優しくしてくださいました。

I tried surfing for the first time this time. I'm almost 50 years old and usually don't exercise much, so I was worried, but I chose a group lesson. First, we watched a video with various precautions at the shop. Then we walked to the beach, where I practiced the basic movements repeatedly with the instructor, Mr. Yamazaki. During about an hour, I was able to ride the waves 7 to 8 times while learning the tips and timing for paddling. At first, my waist was too high, and I couldn't ride the waves for long, but I received advice to stand up slowly without rushing, which allowed me to enjoy it thoroughly. I requested a drone video and photos during check-in (for $65 plus tax), and I was quite satisfied with the content, which was also well-received by my family.

今回初めてサーフィンにチャレンジしてみました。もうすぐ50歳で普段は運動不足気味なので心配でしたが、グループレッスンを選択。最初にショップで諸注意を含めたビデオを鑑賞。続いてビーチに徒歩で移動して、インストラクターのYamazakiさんと繰り返し基本動作を練習し、パドリングのコツやタイミングを教えてもらいながら約1時間の間に7〜8回波に乗れました。最初腰の位置が高くなり過ぎて、波に長く乗れずでしたが、焦らずゆっくり立ち上がるようにアドバイスをもらい、じっくり楽しめました。チェックインの際にドローン撮影ビデオ・写真（65ドルプラス税）を依頼しましたが、かなり満足できる内容で、家族にも好評でした。

We participated at the request of my son, who is in the first year of junior high school.

There were about 20 participants, and we were the only Japanese. First, we headed to Diamond Head and fished at about four different spots. We were able to catch some fish, which made for great memories. We caught a magnificent fish about 40 centimeters long, and the staff grilled it for us, and it was delicious♪

I was worried about the lack of transportation, but it wasn't a problem. It took about 15 minutes by taxi from our hotel (Waikiki) to get there. On the way back, we walked to the nearby Ward Center to do some shopping, played at the arcade in the Ward Entertainment Center, and also stopped by the Whole Foods Market next door. I called Hanataxi (they speak Japanese) to pick us up from Whole Foods and take us back to the hotel.

I'm really glad we decided to participate. Thank you!

中1息子の希望で参加しました。

20人ほどの参加者で日本人は私たちだけでした。
まずダイヤモンドヘッドに向かいそこから4ヶ所ほどポイントを変えながら釣りをしました。
無事に釣れて良い思い出ができました。
40センチくらいの立派な魚で、スタッフさんがグリルしてくださりおいしくいただきました♪

送迎が無いのが心配でしたが問題ありませんでした。
行きはホテル(ワイキキ)からタクシーで15分ほど。
帰りはすぐ近くにあるワードセンターに徒歩で行き買い物をして、ワードエンターテイメントセンターのゲームセンターで遊び、隣にあるホールフーズマーケットにも寄りました。ハナタクシー(日本語でok)に電話してホールフーズに来てもらいホテルに戻りました。

思い切って参加して本当に良かったです。ありがとうございました

We participated as a family of four, including our 7-year-old and 12-year-old children. We took motion sickness medication beforehand, but before we even left the harbor, the other passengers started getting seasick one after another. It turned into a situation where some passengers were vomiting inside the boat due to motion sickness. The staff tried their best to lift the mood, but the energy among the other members plummeted, and eventually, the kids also started feeling queasy and expressed a desire to go home early. Fortunately, we managed to get some air while returning to port. It might not be advisable to do this on days with strong swells.

7歳と12歳の子供含めて家族4人で参加しました。事前に酔い止めを服用しての参加でしたが、港を出て沖に出る前に同乗していた方々が次々に酔ってしまい、同乗者達が波酔いで船内で吐いたりしてるなかでの催行となりました。スタッフたちはなんとか盛り上げようとしてくれましたが、他のメンバーはテンションがダダ下がり、次第に子供達ももらい酔いして早く帰りたいと言い出すほどでした。帰港しながらなんとか空に上がる事ができたのが不幸中の幸いでした。余りうねりが強い日にやるものではないかもしれません。

I signed up for the session on Sunday at 9:00 AM (meeting at 8:30 AM).

【About Transportation】
- Since it was mentioned in the introduction that it takes 90 minutes from Waikiki, I caught an Uber after 7:00 AM, but it seems that Sunday mornings are less busy, and I arrived in just an hour.
- There was no one at the check-in location, and the Uber driver, seeing a sign that said "If no one is here, please call this number," kindly made a call, but the staff did not arrive immediately and showed up only after the meeting time. From this, I think it’s not necessary to arrive before the meeting time, just like in Japan, although it may depend on the day and circumstances.

【About the Experience】
- It was interesting to enjoy both mountain and ocean views. At the end of the horseback riding, they took a few pictures with my phone. I appreciated being able to feed the horses and interact with them after the experience.
- However, the horseback riding itself was only about an hour, and including explanations, it lasted 1.5 hours. I chose this experience thinking it would be 1.5 hours of riding, so that was a bit disappointing.
- On this day, everyone except me was a native speaker, and all explanations were in English. During the horseback riding experience, we enjoyed conversations in groups centered around the instructor.

【Other Notes】
- It might be good to wear long sleeves in the morning as it can be cold on the mountain side.
- A hat is not necessary, but I think sunglasses would be helpful as it can be bright.
- If you are uncomfortable touching the reins with bare hands, it might be a good idea to bring work gloves.
- Tips were given in a box.
- After horseback riding, I took an Uber to Haleiwa, enjoyed some food and shopping, and then returned home by The Bus. For those who are not driving, I recommend taking an Uber for the outgoing trip, which is more predictable, and then using The Bus for the return trip to save a bit.

【移動について】
・紹介文などにワイキキから90分かかると記載されていたため7時過ぎにUberを捕まえて向かいましたが、日曜朝は空いているのか1時間で着きました。
・チェックイン場所に誰一人おらず、「誰もいなければここに電話するように」と書かれた看板を見たUberの運転手さんが心配に思ったのか、電話をかけてくださいましたが、スタッフはすぐ来ることはなく、集合時間になってから来られました。
これらから、もちろん曜日やその時の状況によるとは思いますが、日本と同じように集合時間前に着くようにくる必要はないです。

【体験について】
・山と海の景色両方を楽しめるのは面白かったです。乗馬終盤には、自分の携帯で写真を数枚撮ってくれます。体験後に餌付けをさせてもらい、馬と触れ合えたのがよかったです。
・ただ、乗馬体験自体は1時間程度で、説明なども含めて1.5時間でした。当方は乗馬が1.5時間できるものだと思いこちらの体験を選んだので、それだけは残念でした。
・この日は当方以外は全員ネイティブで、説明も全て英語でした。乗馬体験中もインストラクターを中心に、グループごとでの会話を楽しみました。

【その他】
・山側が朝は寒いので長袖でも良いかもしれません。
・帽子は不要ですが、眩しいのでサングラスはあったほうが良いと思います。
・手綱を素手で触るのに抵抗がある方は、軍手を持っていってもいいかもしれません。
・チップはボックスに入れる形式でした。
・乗馬後はUberでハレイワまで向かい、食事やショッピングを楽しんだ後The Busで帰宅しました。運転をしない方は、行きは時間の読めるUberで行き、帰りはThe Busで行くと少し節約になるのでオススメです。
