If you get motion sickness, taking anti-nausea medication is a must! I took some, but I still ended up feeling really nauseous. I think the fatigue from traveling and lack of sleep contributed to it. However, the instructor welcomed us warmly, even with the nausea, which made it a lot of fun.

酔い止めを飲みましたがそれでもゲロ酔いしました。旅の疲れと寝不足もあったと思いますが。でもインストラクターがゲロ酔いも含め明るく迎えてくれたのでとても楽しかったです。

Swimming in the pool made it easy for my kids to enjoy the one thing they wanted to do in Hawaii!

This was the best vehicle experience I've had in Hawaii!
First of all, driving the 4WD was really fun!
There were various types of terrain, and we drove on slippery surfaces and off-road paths, which is quite an experience that you can't easily have in Japan!
Moreover, the stunning nature and the lively narration by our guide Kioki (I think his American name was Johnny) made the history of Hawaii come alive, and his precise driving support truly enhanced the experience!
Having lived in America for about 10 years, I didn't have any language barriers, but if you don't understand English, you might miss out on about 30% of the fun. Still, I think it's a tour worth participating in!
Also, be prepared to get covered in mud and dust! (laughs)

まずは、四駆のDriveは本当に面白い！
色々な路面があり、スリッピーな路面や道なき道も走って、なかなか日本ではできない体験！
そして、豪快な自然となんといっても案内人のキオキ(アメリカ名ジョニーだったかな)さんの軽快な語りでハワイの歴史や的確なドライビングのサポートで本当に楽しまさせていただきました！
　私はアメリカにも10年ほど住んでいたので、言葉の面で不便はありませんが、もし　英語がわからないと楽しさは30%減かもしれませんがそれでも参加すべきツアーだと思いました！
　あと泥水や土ほこりをしっかりかぶりますので覚悟しておいてください(笑)

I could barely speak English, but the staff seemed used to it and communicated in broken Japanese. We participated in three groups (none of which had Japanese members), and the cheerful staff engaged with each group, making the boat ride very enjoyable! When I mentioned we were on our honeymoon, they playfully suggested we kiss while parasailing, and they told the other groups about our honeymoon, which made us happy to receive their congratulations.

During the boat ride, we were able to see the whales spouting water, making the journey even more enjoyable! This group didn't experience any seasickness, but there were instructions to vomit outside the boat if needed, which was amusing. Parasailing offered a stunning view of all of Hawaii, and both my husband and I were thrilled! It was fine to wear sunglasses while bringing a GoPro. We went up to 120 meters, but I wonder how different it would have been at 150 meters, which leaves me a bit regretful.

We were dropped into the water just enough to not submerge our faces, and the excitement from the calls of "Kiss!" from below added to the fun, creating a level of energy that was unlike anything in Japan for our honeymoon! There are photos capturing the moment we took off, so some of them clearly show our faces! I initially planned not to buy any photos, but I would regret it if I didn't! We really enjoyed our honeymoon! Thank you! ♡

ほぼ英語喋れませんでしたが、向こうも慣れてるのか指示出しはカタコトの日本語でした。
3グループ(日本人なし)で参加して、それぞれのグループに陽気にスタッフさんが話しかけて、船の時間もとても楽しかったです！
ハネムーンできてることを伝えるとパラセーリング中キスしなよ！と陽気にいじってきたり、他のグループにもハネムーンできてるんだよ！と伝え皆さんにおめでとうといってもらえて嬉しかったです
船の移動中にはクジラの潮吹きをみれて、船の旅も楽しめます！今回のグループは船酔いみなさん一切しませんでしたが、酔った場合は船の外に吐いてねと指示も予めありました笑
パラセーリングはハワイ全貌が見えて、夫婦ともに大興奮でした！GoProの持ち込みサングラスを掛けたままでも問題なかったです。120mでしたが、150mだとどれほど違かったのか少し心残りです。
顔がつかない程度に海に落とされたり、下からキース！コールで盛り上がられたりハネムーンとしては日本でないぐらいのテンション感を味わえたのがとても楽しかったです！笑
写真も飛び立つ瞬間とか含まれてるので顔がよく分かるものもあります！写真をはじめ買わない想定でしたが、買わないと後悔します！笑

We booked a family snorkeling with turtles experience on the Moana Catamaran, and the crew ensured that we had an exceptional experience. Anthony, the captain, was personable and informative. He was happy to answer a LOT of questions, and provided insight into Hawaiian culture throughout the experience. When it came time to enter the water, Claire was an outstanding guide. She ensured that the kids (10 & 12) felt confident with the unfamiliar snorkeling equipment, and took the time to locate and identify a variety of sea life. The crew made this a memorable experience for our entire family, and we highly recommend this experience for visitors to Oahu.

It seems to be a lesser-known facility for Japanese tourists, and while it's a bit away from Waikiki Beach, it was a very fulfilling museum. It compactly summarized not only the history of Hawaii but also the history of the volcanoes in the state, making it very educational for museum lovers. I wanted to see the planetarium show "The Hawaiian Sky Tonight," but it was only screened in the morning, so I couldn't catch it. I would like to go again.

日本人観光客にはマイナーな施設のようであり、ワイキキビーチから少し離れていますが、とても充実したミュージアムでした。ハワイの歴史だけでなくハワイ州の火山の歴史についてもコンパクトにまとめられており、ミュージアム好きには大変勉強になりました。プラネタリウムの「The Hawaiian Sky Tonight」も観たかったのですが、午前中のみの上映で観れませんでした。また行きたいです。

My husband and I did the half-day tour which included; the movie set tour on Kualoa Ranch and the boat ride. I thought we were actually going to stay at secret Beach for a little bit, but we did not. The movie tour was made, especially memorable by our awesome tour guide. She was hilarious and made the whole experience that much better. It’s an absolutely beautiful place and we enjoyed learning about the working ranch, and the Hawaiian culture. The buffet lunch in between both tours was also very enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour.

Horseback riding while enjoying the vast scenery was amazing. It was a solid two hours of non-stop riding, with no breaks in between. There was hardly any time to relax. Make sure to use the restroom beforehand. Your butt and legs can get quite tired; researching how to ride might help ease that. The staff members were all wonderful. The accompanying staff took photos along the way and transferred them to my phone afterward. When I come back, I don't think I'll want to try other activities since I already rode last time; I still want to ride again. For such an experience, the price was more than satisfactory.

広大な景色を見ながらの乗馬は最高でした。
2時間みっちりのノンストップ、途中下馬なし。
気を抜く暇はほぼ無いです。
トイレは必ず済ませて起きましょう。
お尻と脚はなかなか疲れます、乗馬の仕方など調べて挑むと軽減されるのかもしれません。
スタッフの皆さんも素敵な方ばかりです。
付き添いのスタッフの方が途中写真を撮ってくれて、終わった後に携帯へ転送してくれます。
また来た時は、前回乗馬はしたから他のアクティビティをとは思わず、まだ乗馬をしたいと思います。あれだけの体験でこの価格は十分に満足できました。

We participated in a honeymoon trip in early April. There was a note that we needed to check in 30 minutes before the 13:30 start time, so we arrived as planned at 13:00. However, we were told to wait on the beach until 14:00, possibly because the previous group was late. There were about 8 participants in total, and we were the only Japanese. Everyone wore swimsuits with light clothing over them.

The boat ride to the site was quite fast and bumpy, which felt like an attraction in itself! I tend to get motion sickness easily, so I took motion sickness medication (Aneron) and tried to manage my hunger, but I still got seasick. We jumped in pairs, and since we were the last to go, I thought it might be better for those who get motion sickness to jump first.

The height was 150 meters, and the view while flying was breathtaking, but with the seasickness and the swaying, I felt even more nauseous while trying to enjoy the scenery. While we were returning, other participants were getting sick and vomiting into the sea. After the experience, those who wanted could purchase the photos taken during the jump.

I think I could have enjoyed it more if I hadn't gotten sick, but it was a valuable experience! If you are prone to motion sickness, please make sure to take motion sickness medication!

4月上旬にハネムーン、夫婦で参加しました。
13:30〜で30分前に受付との注意事項があったので、13:00に予定通り到着しましたが、前の組が遅れていたのか分かりませんが45分までビーチで時間潰してきてと言われ、ツアー開始は14:00頃だったと思います。
参加者は、全員で8名程。日本人は私たちだけでした。皆さん、水着を着用して上から薄手の服を着て参加していました。
沖までの船がスピードがそこそこありかなり揺れもありそれが既にアトラクションのようでした笑
私は車でもすぐに酔うので、酔い止め（アネロン）を飲んでいき、空腹にも満腹にもしないようにも気をつけていきましたが船酔いしました…笑
2人1組で順番に飛びましたが、1番最後だったので酔いやすい方は最初に飛ぶ方がいいのかなと思いました。
高さは150mで飛んでいる時の景色は圧巻なのですが、船酔いしてる上でまたフワフワ揺れるのでまたさらに酔ってなんとか吐かないように景色を見てた感じです笑
全員終わって帰る間に、他の参加者の方は酔って海に吐いてました。終わった後に、撮ってもらった写真も希望する人は購入できます。
酔わなければもっと楽しめたかなと思いますし、貴重な経験になりました！
酔いやすい人は必ず酔い止め飲んで下さい！！！

It was my first time parasailing, and I had a great time! The height was sufficient, and it felt wonderful!

The communication was mostly in English, but it was very easy to understand, so I was able to communicate smoothly. Just before flying, they asked if I wanted photos, and I answered YES. They took pictures for $40! Payment was made after disembarking, so I could decide to purchase after seeing the photos, which was great! They took nearly 80 pictures, and they were all beautiful, so I decided to buy them!

One thing to note is that the boat rocked quite a bit to keep everyone entertained while on board. If you're prone to motion sickness, it's essential to take motion sickness medication.

初めてのパラセーリングでしたが、とても楽しめました！高さも十分でとても気持ちよかったです！
基本的には英語でしたが、とてもわかりやすい英語だったので、スムーズにコミュニケーションが取れました。
また飛ぶ直前に写真必要？って聞かれたため、YESと答えて$40で写真を撮ってくれました！支払いは下船後で、写真を見た上で購入を決められるのでとてもよかったです！80枚近く撮ってくれており、とても素敵な写真ばかりだったので、購入しました！

注意点としては、船に乗っている間も楽しんでもらうためか、とても揺らしてくれました。
船酔いはするので、弱い方は酔い止め必須です。

The weather was great, and we were able to enjoy ourselves! The staff was cheerful and really got everyone excited. However, there was one area that we couldn't do, and since there were first-timers, it was a bit disappointing that there wasn't the latest explanation provided.

1箇所出来ないところがあったこと、初めてやる人がいたのですが最新の説明が無かったのが少し残念でした。

Although it rained and we had to stay indoors, the fire show and both the hula and Tahitian performances were really wonderful! It might be a good idea to line up early to secure good seats. The food was delicious as well. It was unfortunate that the drink pickup location was hard to find, and in the end, we ran out of time to get them.

The weather was nice, and the scenery was amazing. The staff spoke English and were very kind and friendly. I had made a reservation without a photo shoot, but I paid in cash and requested a photo shoot on the spot. They took a lot of pictures, and I think having a photo shoot makes for better memories. It was a great experience.

天気も良く、景色も最高でした。
スタッフも英語ですが、とても親切でフレンドリーでした。
写真撮影なしで予約していましたが、現金を払ってその場で写真撮影を頼みました。
たくさん撮ってくれて撮影はあったほうが思い出に残ると思います。
とてもいい経験ができました。

This is the second time that we Visit the range every time we do a different tour and they always exceeded our expectation. Our tour guy was awesome and every time we learn more history about the island. I definitely recommend

Staying at Hilton Hawaiian Village made it convenient to get to the boarding area. Being pulled up suddenly was thrilling! It felt like I could see Diamond Head below. I enjoyed the aerial views for a while. The round trip on the boat, along with the enjoyable assistance, made for a wonderful time. I'm looking forward to having fun again on my next trip to Hawaii.

しばらく空の遊覧を楽しみました。
船の往復も、楽しいアテンドもあり、素敵な時間でした。
また、次のハワイの時も楽しもうと思っています。

I participated with my six-year-old daughter. The guide was entirely in English, but before the tour, a Japanese coordinator explained everything thoroughly, so I had no worries about joining. The bus arrived right on time, which was reassuring.
During the tour, I felt like I enjoyed it more than my daughter, but there were some light hiking activities along the way, which made it an active and enjoyable experience. I thought that once my daughter is a bit older, I would like to participate in horseback riding and movie tours as well.
Both the outbound and return buses were clean and spacious, which was a great help. My child did not get motion sickness at all. There are no restrooms on the bus, so make sure to take care of that beforehand.

六歳の娘と参加しました。全て英語のガイドでしたが、ツアーに参加する前に日本人のコーディネーターさんが丁寧に説明してくれて、参加に不安はありませんでした。バスも時間丁度に来てくれ、安心しました。
ツアー自体は、娘より私のほうが楽しんでいる感はありましたが、途中で軽い山登りなどもあり、アクティブに楽しめました。もう少し娘が大きくなったら、乗馬や映画ツアーなどにも参加したいなぁと思いました。
行きも帰りもバスがきれいでゆったりしていたのが助かりました。子供も特に酔うことはありませんでした。トイレは車内にないので、しっかり済ませておきましょう。

We took off from behind the Hilton Hotel. We flew for 150 meters with another couple of newlyweds, but the flight time was short, and I wished we could have flown a bit longer.

他一組の新婚さんと一緒で150mとびましたが、飛んでる時間が短くて、もう少し長く飛びたかった。

As seen on TV, it was incredibly powerful and I was very satisfied!!! I thought the locals in Hawaii would start late, so I aimed to arrive right at the entrance time, but there was already a huge line, and I regretted not arriving a bit earlier.

I think sitting in the front would have made it even more impressive.

The buffet had mostly delicious food, and I was very satisfied! The seating was shared. The gentleman who guided us to our seats seemed to take into account our preferences, so it would have been nice to speak English to get a better seat. I can't speak it, though...

I chose this place after seeing reviews of other luaus that mentioned language issues, but since the basic communication and announcements were in English, I thought it might have been better to look for a spot outdoors by the beach! The show itself was very satisfying!

テレビとかで見る通り、大迫力で大変満足でした！！！
ハワイの人はスタートも遅いだろうと、入場時間ちょうどを目掛けて行きましたが、すでに大行列で
もう少し早く並べばよかったかなと後悔。

前の席だともっと大迫力だったと思います。

席を案内するおじさんが、起点を聞かせてくれるので、英語を話せるといい席に案内してくれるような感じでした。

他のルアウのレビューを見て英語の問題でこちらにしましたが、
基本は英語での会話とアナウンス、案内になるので
屋外のビーチのところなどで探してもよかったかなぁと思いました！
ショー自体は大満足でした！

We did snorkeling yesterday. Nick is very good. He is professional and very nice. The tour was exactly as prescribed. No boat ride required and it’s in lagoon which is perfect for my 9 year old son. He gets seasick easily. It’s perfect for beginners. I will definitely recommend.

The diamond bed from the sky was amazing.
There was no wind, and the clear weather felt great.

I had a great time getting soaked at the front of the boat in the ocean. It was so much fun! Also, the movie location tour was great because I got to see various places.

オーシャンで船の先に捕まり波を受けてずぶ濡れになって楽しみました。最高に楽しかったです。あと映画ロケ地巡りツアーはいろいろ見れてよかったです。

In Japan, horseback riding experiences usually last about 10 to 20 minutes, but here you can enjoy a longer ride! You can bring items like your phone or a plastic bottle. If you have a bag that you can attach to your waist, it's also okay to bring that.

The local staff seemed to speak some simple Japanese, and they kindly said things like, "Sister, hold the reins." They were very nice. The horses looked calm, so I didn't feel scared at all. I had a great time experiencing this that day! Thank you very much!

I forgot about the tip... I had put my wallet in the locker, and the staff member who helped me went off to her next job quickly, so I couldn't give it in the end. It might be a good idea to keep some cash for tips in your pocket. That way, you can hand it over smoothly after the horseback riding experience.

Experiencing horseback riding in such a beautiful setting has truly become a wonderful memory! If you're hesitating, I definitely recommend signing up. I think it will become a lovely memory! ♡

日本では10〜20分程度の乗馬体験が多いですが、ここは時間たっぷり乗馬が体験できます！！携帯、ペットボトル位であれば持ち込み可。腰につけるタイプのカバンなら持ち込んでもOKでした。
現地のスタッフさんは簡単な日本語を話せるみたいで「オネエサン、タヅナヒイテ」等声をかけてくれました。とっても優しかったです。馬も穏やかそうで怖い思いはしませんでした。この日は楽しく体験することができました！ありがとうございました！！
チップの事を忘れてしまっていて…財布はロッカーにいれちゃったし担当してくれたお姉さんはすぐ次のお仕事に行っちゃったしで…結局渡せませんでした。自分のポケットにチップ分のお札をいれておくといいかもしれません。そしたら乗馬体験が終わったらスマートに渡せると思います。
最高な景色の中で乗馬を体験できるのは本当にいい思い出になりました！迷ってる方はぜひ申し込んでみてください。素敵な思い出になると思います♡

Really happy with the experience, my son and I loved it. He is a comfortable swimmer, while I just started learning a month ago. He felt comfortable enough to snorkel without holding onto the buoy used by our guide, while I did not yet. It was a perfect introduction to snorkeling in a safe environment.

From start to finish the crew is extremely helpful, and fun! This is the best zip line experience I have ever had, definitely book this for your trip!

There are Japanese staff members, and there are videos and explanations available for Japanese visitors, so it's reassuring! The horseback riding experience goes by in just two hours. It seems that the speed and course can vary depending on the horse's mood that day, so for those who absolutely want to see the filming of the movie, I recommend the bus tour or the buggy ride. It was great to enjoy the beautiful scenery and experience something out of the ordinary, but my knees and back... haha, just a heads up that it will catch up with you later. I would love to experience it again if I have the chance! ^_^

日本人スタッフの方がいたり、日本の方向けにビデオや説明書きがあるので安心です！
乗馬体験は2時間あっという間です。お馬さんのご機嫌でスピードやその日によってコースが違うようなので、映画の撮影を絶対に見たい！という方にはバスのツアーやバギーの方がおすすめです。
綺麗な景色をみて非日常感を味わえてよかったのですが、膝と腰が…笑　後々きますのでご注意ください。機会があればまた体験したいです^_^

I traveled to Hawaii with my 7-year-old daughter. She wanted to see a show in Hawaii, so we participated in this one. It was a bit windy on the rooftop, but we enjoyed the food and drinks. We chose the primary seat, and it was the right decision! We were guided to our seats first, and we could also get our food ahead of others. It was a relief for us with a child, as there was little waiting time. The restrooms were conveniently located inside the building, so we could step out during the show and return quickly, allowing us to fully enjoy the performance. The fire show in the front row was incredibly impressive! We were both very satisfied.

7歳娘との2人旅でのハワイでした。娘がハワイのショーを見てみたいとのことで、こちらに参加しました。屋上で少し風が強い日でしたが、料理や飲み物も楽しめました。primary seatにしましたが、正解！優先的に席に誘導してもらえ、料理も優先的に取りに行けました。子連れには待ち時間が少なくて助かりました。お手洗いも建物の中にすぐあるのでショーの途中離席してもすぐ戻れてショーを存分に楽しめました。最前列のファイヤーショーは迫力満点！親子で大満足でした。

About 15 years ago, I participated in the same luau as an option on a tour, but back then it was outdoors, so I was a little disappointed that this time it was indoors. I arrived at the meeting place 30 minutes before the opening time, but there were already 7 or 8 groups ahead of me. While waiting, I was able to talk with an elderly couple from New Jersey who stood behind me, and thanks to their patience with my broken English, the time flew by until we entered the venue. Since I lined up early, the table we were guided to was right behind the high-priced tables, making it very easy to see the show. The food and drinks were delicious, and I was very satisfied with the spectacular show. If the yen becomes a bit stronger, I would like to participate again. At the end, I took a photo with one of the dancers from the show, and my wife was also very happy with the night. *I declined the commemorative photo taken at the beginning because it was expensive.

15年くらい前にツアーについていたオプションで同じルアウに参加したことがあったが、その時は屋外だったのが今回は室内だったのが少しだけ残念だった。
開場時間の30分前に集合場所に行ったが既に7〜8組が前にいた。
待っている際に後ろに並んだニュージャージーから来られていた年配の
ご夫婦と話をすることができ、片言の英語に付き合っていただいたおかげで
あっという間に会場となった。
早めに並んだので案内されたテーブルは高いコースのテーブルのすぐ後ろでとても見やすい席だった。
料理もお酒も美味しくいただき、圧巻のショーにとても満足することができた。
もう少し円高になれば、また参加したいと思った。
最後にショーのダンサー？の方と一緒に写真を撮っていただき、妻も大満足の夜でした。
※最初に撮っていただいた記念写真は高額のためお断りした。

My friend really enjoyed it, so we decided to join the tour with transportation included. Since my friend came before the pandemic, it seems that some things have changed. We spoke with a guide who was wearing a badge from Japan and got an explanation, and we toured the center with the guided option. Thanks to the guide's arrangements, we were able to see almost everything in the park, and it was a fulfilling day. My friend said it was even better than the last time they visited, and we were able to have various experiences!

友達がとてもよかったのでもう一度行きたいとのことで送迎付きでツアー参加。
友達は、コロナ前のに来たので少し様子が変わってしまったようで日本のバッチをつけているガイドさんに声をかけて説明してもらい、ガイド付のオプションでセンター内を見学しました。ガイドさんのはからいで園内ほとんど廻れて充実した１日でよかったです。
友達も前回来たときよりも充実してたと言ってました、色々な体験もできました！
