Rained most of day, so sopping wet weather in water or not. Confusion all day about activities etc.

I made a reservation because I wanted to see hula (since it feels like Hawaii). The food was quite delicious, and the atmosphere was nice. Additionally, it was fun to see various Polynesian dances, not just hula. The Tahitian performance was the most exciting, and my dad was invited on stage to dance, which made for a fun experience. Since we chose the standard seating, the stage was a bit far, but they danced facing different directions, so it was enjoyable even from the side. It was a bit pricey, but I think it was worth the cost.

フラが見たくて（ハワイっぽいから）予約しました。食事も結構美味しかったし、雰囲気も良かった。それに、フラだけではなくポリネシアンのいろいろなダンスが見られて楽しかった。タヒチは一番盛り上がり、うちのパパは誘われてステージにあがって踊らされ、楽しく過ごせた。スタンダードにしたのでステージは少し遠かったけど、いろいろな方向を向いてダンスしてくれていたので正面じゃなくても楽しめる内容だった。少し割高だけど、値段だけのことはあると思いました。

I initially made a reservation for 9/7 at 10:00, but when I arrived at the port, thunder started, and due to the captain's judgment, the trip was unfortunately canceled. I was able to rebook for the earliest available time at 13:00, and this time we were able to fly! I experienced this twice in Bali, but in Hawaii, we went much further out and climbed really high, so all three of us were very satisfied. The motorboat experience from the port to the open sea was also fun. I often hear about the pickup taking a while, but in our case, we were surprised to find the bus waiting for us as soon as we stepped outside. However, the return of the boat seemed to be delayed, so if you have a tight schedule, it might be frustrating. The tip was displayed as $8 on the boat, and since I wasn't prepared with $1 bills, I panicked and ended up giving more, which meant I didn't have any tip left for Yano, our driver. Thank you, Yano, for the fun conversation and drink service. I'm sorry I couldn't give you a tip. I was worried about my valuables and only brought minimal cash, not taking my card, but I should have brought a bit more to buy an SD card.

最初9/7,10:00を予約したのですが、港に着いた時から雷が鳴りだし、船長の判断であえなく欠航。当日の一番早い空き時間帯13：00で再予約でき、今度は飛べました！バリ島でも2回体験しましたが、ハワイのはずいぶん沖まで出て、高く高く上がったので3人とも大満足～港から沖までのモーターボート体験も面白かった。お迎えがとかくココナッツタイムと、よく聞きますが、私たちの場合は、むしろ外に出たらもうバスが待ってる状態でびっくりしました。ただ船の帰港は遅れがちな感じで、あまりタイトな予定を組むとイライラするかも。チップは8ドルって船内に表示があって、1ドル札を準備していなかったのでうろたえて、多めに渡してしまい、送迎のヤノさんのチップが無くなってしまいました…ヤノさん楽しい話、飲み物サービスに感謝しています。チップ渡さなくてごめんなさい。貴重品が心配で、最小限の現金だけで、カード持って行かなかったけど、も少し持って行ってSD買えばよかった

Overall we had a good time at the Luau. I felt the food was pretty good with the exception of the fish not being cooked enough but the wife felt the food was lacking a fair bit. The show was very enjoyable and entertaining. Met some great folks at the table with us and overall really enjoyed the show.

Wife and I loved this tour. She was nervous going into it but once we got out there and she saw the other two groups go in prior to ours it helped to calm her nerves. The crew was great and very knowledgeable about the area and what we were seeing.

We felt very safe the entire time and thought the water was so blue and clear. Visibility in the cage was about 100ft in either direction.

Only thing I would suggest is to make sure you take something for Motion sickness prior to going out like we did. There were several on the boat who got sick several times while we were stationary next to the cage and a few others that got sick while in the cage.

It was a bucket list item for us and we are so happy we did it. We also got their video package which was $75 for a SD card recording of our time in the cage.

Fabulous trip. Professional staff. Great snorkels and goggles. Safe. Loads of turtles to see. Really special way to see Waikiki and turtle canyon

It was a fun program where we kissed dolphins, touched them, and swam together. I absolutely recommend it. It was the most enjoyable part of my stay in Hawaii.

I signed up for the trip to Hawaii just before departure because my daughter said she really wanted to try it. On the day of the event, it was drizzling occasionally, and while I was worried, we waited for the shuttle. As we waited longer and felt anxious, a staff member from Japan called to let us know we were at the wrong pickup location, and after that, we were successfully picked up. The parasailing experience was more refreshing than I had expected and turned out to be a valuable experience. My daughter says it’s her favorite memory from the trip!

せっかくならやってみたいという娘の一言でハワイへ出発直前に申し込みました。
当日は小雨が時折降る天気で心配しつつ送迎車を待っていましたが、なかなか来ないので不安になっていると日本のスタッフの方が電話をくれて待つ場所を間違えていたことがわかり、その後無事ピックアップしてもらいました。
パラセーリングは思っていた以上に爽快で貴重な体験となりました。娘も旅の一番の思い出と言っています！

I was worried about whether they would come to pick me up after making a reservation online, but they arrived right on time, and the driver was very cheerful! The parasailing itself was blessed with clear skies, and I was able to fly in the best conditions! It became such a wonderful memory!♡

We participated as a family: my mother, my 13-year-old and 10-year-old children, and their father accompanied us as a videographer (though it seems the video didn't turn out well because the boat was shaking...). We requested photo shooting for $30, and the pictures turned out great. I think it was because the staff were used to the swaying. It was a really good tour. When I emailed to request a three-person ride, I received a polite response saying that depending on the weather and other conditions, it might be a two-person ride, but I decided to go ahead and book anyway. In reality, it was a three-person ride!! The kids were thrilled and really felt like they were flying. I would love to do it again. I think the height of 110 meters was sufficient. The flying time was longer than I expected. I thought it would end quickly... After arriving by car, we waited for about 15 minutes for the boat to reach the port, but I think this depends on the number of people in the previous group. Each group is set for an hour, but if there are fewer people in the previous group, they return sooner, allowing us to board earlier. If there are more people, it takes longer, which inevitably delays our start... But I think that's just how it is, depending on the reservation situation. In our group, we were the only Japanese, and there were three other groups. My children and I flew first. We had a great time with two handsome captains who spoke Japanese well and the other passengers. The boat sways quite a bit. I was glad I took motion sickness medication based on this experience. It was swaying even while others were flying, and it really kept swaying the whole time. Definitely take precautions against motion sickness!! (Especially for children). In the end, we got back to the port and into the car at 12:16. Since we booked a group that started at 11:00, the ending time was slightly delayed (due to the aforementioned late start). However, I think this is just something that can't be helped, so it's better to have some flexibility in your schedule. Keep in mind that the ending time (start time) may be delayed to some extent, and definitely experience this wonderful adventure!! Thank you, VELTRA. You've always been helpful, and I'm going to Hawaii again next year (I can't get enough!), so I'll take my time to find a good tour. I look forward to your assistance then!

家族で参加しました。母である私と、１３歳と１０歳の子供たち。父親はビデオ撮影者として同行しました。（ボートが揺れてあまりよく撮れなかったらしい…）。写真撮影は３０ドルでお願いしました。ばっちり撮れてました。揺れに慣れているスタッフだからこそかなと思いました。とても良いツアーでしたよ。予約時に３人乗りをリクエストする旨のメールを送ったところ、天候などの状況によっては２人乗りになってしまうとの返答を頂きましたが、丁寧な返答だったので、それでも予約しようと決めました。実際は３人乗りでした！！子供たちも大喜びで、本当に鳥になった気分でした。またやりたいです。高さとしては１１０メートルで十分だったと思います。思ったよりも飛んでいた時間は長かったです。すぐ終わるかとおもっていたので…。車で現地に着いたあと、ボートが港に着くまで待ちます。１５分くらいだったけど、これは前のグループの人数にもよると思います。一時間ずつ設定されていますが、前のグループの人数が少なければ早く帰ってくるから早く乗れるし、多ければその分時間もかかっているはずなので帰りが遅く、必然的に自分たちのスタートも遅れていく…。でも仕方ないかとも思います。そのときの予約状況次第なので…。私たちのグループは日本人は私たちだけ、あとは３組いました。私と子供たちは最初に飛びました。日本語の上手なイケメン船長ら２人やその他の乗客たちとも楽しく過ごせました。ボートはかなり揺れます。この体験談を参考に酔い止め薬を飲んでよかったと思いました。他の方たちが飛んでいる間も揺れてるし、ほんとにずーっと揺れてます。酔い対策は是非！！（特にお子様は）。結局港に戻って車に乗り込んだのは１２時１６分でした。１１時スタートのグループに予約したので終了時間は少しずれ込みました。（スタートが前述通り遅れたため）。でも、こればかりは仕方ないことだと思うので、スケジュールには余裕を持ったほうが良いです。終了時間（スタート時間）がある程度遅れることは念頭に、是非この素晴らしい体験を！！VELTRAの皆さん、ありがとうございました。毎回お世話になってますが、また来年ハワイに行きますので（懲りないな～）、良いツアーをじっくり探させて頂きますね。その時は宜しくお願い致します！

I participated in parasailing at my 65-year-old mother's request! Although it was said that only English was spoken, the staff spoke to us in broken Japanese, so there were no problems at all.

The parasailing itself was simply amazing!! The weather was great, and there was even a rainbow, which made my mother very happy. I definitely want to participate again when we go to Hawaii! 😊

肝心のパラセイリングは、とにかく最高！！

We participated in the 7 AM tour with transportation included as a couple. There was only one other Japanese couple besides us, and the rest were all foreigners.

When we arrived at the boarding area, we used the restroom on the hill nearby before getting on the boat. There are no restrooms or changing areas on the boat, so you have to change here. Also, before boarding, you need to take off your shoes and put them in a box, so it's better to wear sandals that you don't mind getting dirty.

The instructions on the boat are all in English, so if you can't understand English, you won't know what's being said at all. During our visit, there were no Japanese instructions available, but when entering the cage, they give you simple warnings in English, and they check your gear when you're wearing the snorkel, so I think you can still enjoy it safely even if you don't understand English.

We were divided into three groups of five, and when we arrived at the spot with the sharks, each group was called in turn to put on their snorkels and enter the cage.

I took motion sickness medication, but I ended up throwing up. After throwing up, I felt a bit better, and the sharks came closer (laughs). The boat rocked more after setting up the cage than during the movement. Even my husband, who usually doesn't get seasick, ended up throwing up. There were people who looked exhausted and others who casually threw up, so I think it's best to prepare for seasickness. Also, it's better to go on an empty stomach.

The staff were very friendly and kind, checking on us when we were feeling seasick and giving us tissues after we threw up.

You can see a few sharks from the boat, but when you're in the cage, there are about ten sharks, and it was very exciting! When they come close, you can see their eyes and body wounds clearly. The cage sways, so it's fun to curl up and float while watching. Some people were sticking to the bottom of the cage to take photos.

I was really moved to see the sharks, but the nausea was a bit tough, so I gave it four stars.

私たち以外に1組だけ日本人がいましたが、その他は外国人ばかりでした。

乗り場に付いたら、乗り場付近の丘の上でトイレをすませてから船に乗ります。船の上にはトイレも着替える場所もありませんので、ここで着替えるしかありません。また、船に乗る前に靴を脱いで1つの箱に入れるので、汚れてもいいサンダルを履いていった方がいいです。
船上で説明を受けますが、すべて英語なので英語が聞き取れない人は何を言っているか全くわかりません。私たちの時は日本語の説明書もありませんでしたが、ケージに入る時には簡単な英語で注意してくれるし、シュノーケル着用時もチェックしてくれるので、英語がわからなくてもそれなりに安全に楽しめると思います。
5人ずつの３グループに分けられ、サメのいるスポットに到着するとグループごとに順番に呼ばれ、シュノーケルを付けてケージに入ります。


酔い止め薬を飲んで行きましたが、結局吐きました。吐くと少し楽になりますし、サメも寄ってきます(笑)。移動中よりケージを設置した後の船の方が揺れが激しいです。この時に船酔いしにくい夫も吐いていました。ぐったりして寝ている人や、クールな顔でさらっと吐いている人もいたので、船酔いする覚悟で行った方がいいと思います。あと空腹状態で行った方がいいです。
スタッフの人は船酔い時に心配してくれたり、吐いた後にティッシュをくれたりと、とても気さくで親切でした。


船の上からも少しサメが見えますが、ケージの中に入ると10匹くらいいて、とても興奮しました！たまに近づいてくると目や体の傷までよく見えます。ケージが揺れるので揺れに合わせて丸まって浮きながら見ていると楽です。ケージの下に張り付いて写真撮っている人もいました。

サメを見ることができて本当に感動したのですが、やはり吐き気が少しつらかったので星4つにしました。

I've been to Oahu many times. This trip is a must. Snorkeling with the green sea turtles is amazing! They pop up right under you and you have to back up a bit. There is nothing quite like being one with nature.

I would recommend this to any age group.

We're tourists from Japan and tried this activity for our first time. We safely enjoyed the whole time including shuttle bus. The driver was always joking and very kind to us. Instructors in boat were really nice and reliable guys. After all, the view from sky was quite fabulous at all. it deserves to experience it.
Some of them took movies using their own water proof camera, like Go pro. It seems it's allowed if you fasten it firmly on life jacket.(Basically it's cautioned to put your belongings on the boat before the take of parasailing to keep them from dropping in water)
Lastly, you can take towels if necessary according to temperature. You'll get some wet and it might be bit cold depending on the season.(It was totally comfortable to us because it's August!)

I love high places, so I chose the highest option at 150. There was a shuttle service to and from the hotel, so I only had to bring my swimsuit, which made me feel secure without worrying about my valuables. The pickup was on time, but I waited about 10 minutes for the participants to gather.

We departed on a small boat with about 10 people, and the guide was a friendly guy who spoke English. He took 100 photos of us while parasailing and sold them on an SD card for about $30. It was great because I could share it with my friends, and receiving the data was worth it. The sample photos turned out really nice as a keepsake. I decided to purchase them right after we set off, so he also took pictures of us on the boat. It was good because I was worried about the saltwater affecting my own camera.

You can store your belongings under the seat, so bring things that you don't mind getting dirty. You also put your shoes there. We put on life jackets shortly after departure. After about 15 minutes out to sea, the parasailing began, and since it was early in the morning, the view was amazing—the sunrise and Diamond Head were spectacular. I was relieved that I didn't experience the common issue of a sore backside. The three other groups were at a lower altitude, but I still found the higher altitude to be a lot of fun; I highly recommend it.

I enjoyed the sky, and the return shuttle was on time.

ホテルまで行き帰りの送迎があり水着で行くだけなので貴重品の心配がなく安心でした。
迎えは時間通りでしたが、参加者の集合に10分ほど待っていました。
10人程度の小型船で出発し、ガイドは英語でしたが気さくな良いお兄さん、パラセーリングの写真を100枚撮ってSDカードにして販売していました。30ドルだったような…友人と共有できる上、データでもらえるので購入して良かったです。見本のような良い写真が記念になりました。出発してすぐに購入を決めたので、船上での写真も撮ってくれました。自分のカメラでは潮が気になるので良かったです。
荷物は席の下に入れるので汚れても良い物を。靴もそこへ入れます。出発してすぐにライフジャケットを着ます。沖へ15分ほど出てパラセーリングが始まり、朝一のせいか景色抜群、朝日とダイヤモンドヘッドが最高でした。よく聞くお尻ぽちゃはされず安心しました。同行の3組は低度でしたが、やはり高度は楽しかったです、おすすめ。
空を満喫し、帰りの送迎は時間通りでした。

Exactly what it said on the website. We had an amazing time, saw some amazing sharks and even got a DVD of us with the Sharks from one of the deck hands Dawn. Definitely worth every penny.

I really wanted to ride a horse, so I booked this place since it was close by and I had planned to go skydiving in the morning. As soon as I entered, I spotted a horse! I arrived a bit too early, so I explored the area! Right behind was the beautiful ocean of the North Shore! The location is amazing!

There were two women guiding us, and one of them did her best to explain in Japanese. But it was simple enough to understand. More than that, the horse was so well-behaved that it was quite comfortable.

Along the way, the horse ate grass and pooped. It had a free-spirited vibe that I can't experience in Japan. I definitely want to go again. If possible, I want to be able to ride like a wild samurai.

I went with a friend, but my friend got motion sickness from skydiving, so I ended up riding with a family from the West. They took some photos, and I made great memories!

案内してくれたのは女性2人、1人の女性は頑張って日本語で説明してくれました。でも簡単な説明なので余裕で理解しました。っと言うより馬が良い子過ぎてかなり快適でした。
途中で草を食べたり、ウンチしたり。自由な感じが日本では味わえない雰囲気でした。
また、是非行きたいです。出来れば暴れん坊将軍位乗れるようになりたい。
友達と行ったのですが、友達はスカイダイビング酔いをしてしまい結果私1人と欧米の家族での乗馬でした。写真も撮って頂きいい思い出できました！

First time parasailing, and was not disappointed. Not sure if they let me out all 800 feet, but the view from the waters off Waikiki is great, you can see Diamond Head Crater and all of the shoreline. Crew are friendly and fun. Only on the water for an hour, but more than enough time to enjoy the experience

It's close to Waikiki, and with the pickup service at this price, they provide thorough instruction, so I'm very satisfied. I would like to use it again.

I considered a 1.5 or 2-hour course but ultimately participated in the 1-hour course, and I had a great time walking through the grasslands with the mountains in the background, climbing and descending the mountain trails. I think there were mostly Japanese participants, and we walked in a line as a group of about 20 horses. Some horses started eating grass or strayed from the line, but each time, the staff would call out in Japanese, saying things like "Pull the reins!" Additionally, two staff members at the front and back would come to give instructions to the horses, which made me feel safe and allowed me to enjoy the horseback riding. The staff were friendly and it was a very pleasant experience.

1.5か2時間コースも検討し結局1時間コースに参加しましたが、山道を登ったり下ったり山をバックに草原を歩いたりで十分楽しめました。ほぼ日本人だったと思いますが20頭くらいのグループで一列に並んで歩いて行くのですが、馬によっては草を食べ始めたり列を外れたりするのですが、そのたびに「綱を引いて～」等と日本語で声かけしてくれました。また前後の2人のスタッフが馬に指示を出しに来てくれたりで安心して乗馬を楽しめました。スタッフの方もフレンドリーでとても良かったです。

The tour heading towards the North Shore always includes "This Tree, What Tree" and "Dole Plantation," which can be a bit tiresome, but it's understandable since there are first-timers.
The main horseback riding experience lasts about 90 minutes, going along a mountain path with ups and downs, so it's quite fulfilling.
I've also experienced horseback riding at Kualoa Ranch, but I enjoyed this one more in terms of riding time and course.
After riding, we had an hour of free time in the town of Haleiwa, so I was able to indulge in the Huli Huli chicken from Ray's.

ノースショア方面へ向かうツアーには「この木なんの木」「ドールプランテーション」が必ず入るので辟易しますが、「初」の方もいらっしゃるので仕方がないですね。
メインの乗馬は約90分、アップ、ダウンのある山道を行くので乗りごたえたっぷりです。
クアロア牧場の乗馬も経験ありますが、乗馬時間、コース等こちらの方が楽しめました。
乗馬後はハレイワの町で1時間の自由時間があったので「Ｒａｙ’ｓ」のフリフリチキンも堪能できました。

Our two teenage boys and my husband and I all had a blast with 800ft line Parasailing! The view was amazing, and it was fun getting dipped in the water as we came down. Definitely will do it again!

I participated because I wanted my parents, who were visiting Hawaii for the first time, to experience what Hawaii has to offer. Starting with traditional hula, the spectacular fire show was breathtaking, and my parents were thrilled. I definitely recommend participating in the premium seating. You can really see everything up close!

The meal was served buffet-style, and we all lined up together to serve ourselves. There were many Hawaiian dishes, and they were very colorful. For drinks, I exchanged the drink tickets I received at the reception at the bar, but friendly waiters also came around to take orders at our seats.

I considered the luau at the Polynesian Cultural Center, but we had a great time here. Given the location and the food, I think I would choose this place again for my next visit.

Even as a beginner, I was able to enjoy horseback riding. The sightseeing in North Shore on the way to the location was also very enjoyable, thanks to the guide's thorough explanations and attentive service. We visited the popular garlic shrimp wagon, the beach where the honu (sea turtles) appear, the Dole Plantation, and a coffee farm—places you must see when touring North Shore. It was a quick yet enriching tour. I want to participate again with my friends next time!

I heard that Honolulu has 360 sunny days a year, but we woke up to heavy rain... By the time we went parasailing, the rain had stopped, but we were still under a cloudy sky! Once you're flying, the weather doesn't matter! It was so much fun. The guide was ALL ENGLISH, but we managed to get by with the atmosphere... (laughs) I've done parasailing a few times in Hawaii, but this was my first time off the coast of Honolulu, and parasailing while looking at the hotels of Honolulu and Diamond Head was the best! Next time, I want to try again when the weather is nice.

１年のうち360日が晴れと聞いたホノルルで寝起きの大雨・・・。パラセーリングをする頃には雨はやみましたが曇り空のなかお空へ！飛んでしまえば天気なんてカンケーない！とても楽しかったです。ガイドはALL ENGLISH　でしたが雰囲気で・・・笑　ハワイで何回かパラセーリングをしましたが、ホノルル沖でしたのは初めてで、ホノルルのホテル群、ダイアモンドヘッドを見ながらのパラセーリングは最高でした！今度は天気の良いときにリベンジしたいです。

We participated as a family of five, all beginners. Our Japanese guide and driver, Masa, kept us entertained with his fun conversations and made sure we enjoyed ourselves at every stop. He casually took us to a recommended lunch spot, which was a relief in the heat, and thanks to him, we were able to enjoy our free time until the last minute. The horseback riding was at a cozy riding club run by Mark and Angel, and I was surprised that we got to ride right after a brief explanation! However, as we gradually became one with the horse, the excitement when we emerged from the dense valley into an open area was unforgettable. The only downside was that the restroom was a simple mountain toilet, which had quite an odor, but I definitely want to go back to meet the uniquely charming horses again. Thank you, Spirits!

初心者ばかりの家族５名で参加。日本語ガイド兼ドライバーのマサさんは楽しいおしゃべりで飽きさせず、行く先々で私たちを楽しませてくれました。おすすめのランチのところへも気軽に連れて行ってくれて、暑い中助かりましたし、おかげでフリータイムもぎりぎりまで楽しむことができました。乗馬はマークさんとエンジェルさんが経営するアットホームな乗馬クラブで、簡単な解説後すぐに乗ることになったのにはびっくり！でも、次第に馬と一体となり、うっそうとした渓谷から開けた場所に出た時の感動は忘れられません。唯一、トイレだけは山の簡易トイレだったのでニオイが大変でしたが、またぜひ個性豊かな馬たちに会いに行きたいと思います。スピリッツ、ありがとう！

This time, I was worried because it was raining heavily in the morning, but I headed to the shop on time. After arriving, there was an explanation, and miraculously, the rain stopped by the time we headed to the ocean, allowing us to enjoy surfing. Perhaps thanks to the weather, there were relatively few participants, which was just right. I would love to participate again.

とりあえず集合時間通りショップに向かいました。
着いてから説明などがあり、海に向かう頃には奇跡的に雨が止んでおり、楽しくサーフィンできました
今回は天候のおかげか割りと少人数でちょうどよかったです。
またぜひ参加させていただきます。

I participated with my son. I made a reservation online with Veltra from our accommodation in Honolulu. Due to the last-minute booking and the time difference, I confirmed with the local provider and also double-checked by phone. When I confirmed by phone, there was availability for the specified 11 AM slot, but it was ultimately confirmed for the 9 AM slot. I heard from the locals that after that, reservations filled up quickly. The pickup was in a car with a shark design. It took about an hour from the hotel to Haleiwa. From there, we transferred to a boat and arrived in about 20 minutes. The sea was very clear and beautiful. It was my first time seeing so many sharks up close, and it was a truly valuable experience! Additionally, the music from Jaws was playing on the boat, which added to the atmosphere.

息子と二人で参加しました。ホノルル滞在先からveltraさんにネットで予約しました。前日の予約と言うことと時差の関係から、現地にも確認を入れ、念のために電話でも確認。電話で確認した時は、指定の11時に空きがありましたが、最終的に9時枠で確定でした。現地の人からは、その後予約が入り、一杯になってしまったとか？ピックアップは、サメの絵柄の車。ホテルから現場のハレイワまで、約一時間。そこからボートに乗り換え、20分にほどで到着。海は、透明度が高く、とても綺麗でした。実際に、あれだけ多くのサメを間近に見れたのは初めてで、とても貴重な体験が出来ました！また、船上では ジョーズの音楽も流れ、演出もなかなかでした。
