I had a great time getting soaked at the front of the boat in the ocean. It was so much fun! Also, the movie location tour was great because I got to see various places.

オーシャンで船の先に捕まり波を受けてずぶ濡れになって楽しみました。最高に楽しかったです。あと映画ロケ地巡りツアーはいろいろ見れてよかったです。

My group loves this activity. We booked the ATV package with shuttle, which is the convenience. The shuttle bus was on time, make sure you should be 10-15 minutes early.

The shuttle bus is comfortable and clean with recliner chairs, food rest, and good AC. We were dropped off an hour prior our tour, so we can have some food at the cafe.

The tour guides gave us the clear instruction and they made sure we followed them. It is slightly more than 2-hour tour as it was raining and windy. *** We under forecasted the weather, so we were cold and soaking wet. Please make sure to gear up jackets and raincoats. *** Anyways, it was so fun and adventurous.

The experience from the shuttle pick up/drop off to guidance and snorkeling are exceptional and amazing. We experienced as it detailed on the booking website.

After booking, I received the picture of the pickup location which is easy to find. Keep your eye to find the shuttle van, he parked across the street when there were 3 coach bus parked in front of the entrance. The van showed up on time and could fit up to 14 people. The van is clean, comfortable seating, and good AC. The driver introduced the Electric Beach and talked about the places.

After dropping off, the driver introduced Jose and Jorge who were the snorkeling guides. They are very friendly and acknowledged. One of my friend did not confident to swim in the ocean, but she trusted Jose and went to the water with us. Jose and Jorge made sure everyone stick together under their guidance. All the gears (snorkeling masks, fins, life jackets, jet machines) were provided. Jorge had his GoPro to record the fun moment and shared to us at the end.

My group loves this experience as many of us had no swimming experience but Jose and Jorge made it easy, fun, and safe.

In Japan, horseback riding experiences usually last about 10 to 20 minutes, but here you can enjoy a longer ride! You can bring items like your phone or a plastic bottle. If you have a bag that you can attach to your waist, it's also okay to bring that.

The local staff seemed to speak some simple Japanese, and they kindly said things like, "Sister, hold the reins." They were very nice. The horses looked calm, so I didn't feel scared at all. I had a great time experiencing this that day! Thank you very much!

I forgot about the tip... I had put my wallet in the locker, and the staff member who helped me went off to her next job quickly, so I couldn't give it in the end. It might be a good idea to keep some cash for tips in your pocket. That way, you can hand it over smoothly after the horseback riding experience.

Experiencing horseback riding in such a beautiful setting has truly become a wonderful memory! If you're hesitating, I definitely recommend signing up. I think it will become a lovely memory! ♡

日本では10〜20分程度の乗馬体験が多いですが、ここは時間たっぷり乗馬が体験できます！！携帯、ペットボトル位であれば持ち込み可。腰につけるタイプのカバンなら持ち込んでもOKでした。
現地のスタッフさんは簡単な日本語を話せるみたいで「オネエサン、タヅナヒイテ」等声をかけてくれました。とっても優しかったです。馬も穏やかそうで怖い思いはしませんでした。この日は楽しく体験することができました！ありがとうございました！！
チップの事を忘れてしまっていて…財布はロッカーにいれちゃったし担当してくれたお姉さんはすぐ次のお仕事に行っちゃったしで…結局渡せませんでした。自分のポケットにチップ分のお札をいれておくといいかもしれません。そしたら乗馬体験が終わったらスマートに渡せると思います。
最高な景色の中で乗馬を体験できるのは本当にいい思い出になりました！迷ってる方はぜひ申し込んでみてください。素敵な思い出になると思います♡

Really happy with the experience, my son and I loved it. He is a comfortable swimmer, while I just started learning a month ago. He felt comfortable enough to snorkel without holding onto the buoy used by our guide, while I did not yet. It was a perfect introduction to snorkeling in a safe environment.

From start to finish the crew is extremely helpful, and fun! This is the best zip line experience I have ever had, definitely book this for your trip!

There are Japanese staff members, and there are videos and explanations available for Japanese visitors, so it's reassuring! The horseback riding experience goes by in just two hours. It seems that the speed and course can vary depending on the horse's mood that day, so for those who absolutely want to see the filming of the movie, I recommend the bus tour or the buggy ride. It was great to enjoy the beautiful scenery and experience something out of the ordinary, but my knees and back... haha, just a heads up that it will catch up with you later. I would love to experience it again if I have the chance! ^_^

日本人スタッフの方がいたり、日本の方向けにビデオや説明書きがあるので安心です！
乗馬体験は2時間あっという間です。お馬さんのご機嫌でスピードやその日によってコースが違うようなので、映画の撮影を絶対に見たい！という方にはバスのツアーやバギーの方がおすすめです。
綺麗な景色をみて非日常感を味わえてよかったのですが、膝と腰が…笑　後々きますのでご注意ください。機会があればまた体験したいです^_^

My first experience with the four-wheel buggy at Kualoa Ranch was worth every penny, and I was very satisfied. The check-in was smooth, and the briefing started on time. The local staff who assisted us were friendly. Kualoa Ranch itself has a vast area, so driving the buggy while enjoying the pleasant breeze and scenery was a lot of fun. During the two-hour experience, we stopped the buggy three times to get off and take photos, and listening to the history of the land in Hawaii made it very fulfilling.

初めてのクアロアランチでの四輪バギー体験はお値段以上でとても大満足でした。チェックインもスムーズで時間通りに説明も始まりました。担当して下さった現地のスタッフさんもフレンドリーでした。クアロアランチ自体が広大な土地を持っているので四輪バギーをひたすら運転して心地よい風と景色でとても楽しかったです。2時間の中に3回のみバギーを停めて降りて写真撮影ができたり、ハワイの土地の歴史の説明を聞いたらとても大満足でした。

I traveled to Hawaii with my 7-year-old daughter. She wanted to see a show in Hawaii, so we participated in this one. It was a bit windy on the rooftop, but we enjoyed the food and drinks. We chose the primary seat, and it was the right decision! We were guided to our seats first, and we could also get our food ahead of others. It was a relief for us with a child, as there was little waiting time. The restrooms were conveniently located inside the building, so we could step out during the show and return quickly, allowing us to fully enjoy the performance. The fire show in the front row was incredibly impressive! We were both very satisfied.

7歳娘との2人旅でのハワイでした。娘がハワイのショーを見てみたいとのことで、こちらに参加しました。屋上で少し風が強い日でしたが、料理や飲み物も楽しめました。primary seatにしましたが、正解！優先的に席に誘導してもらえ、料理も優先的に取りに行けました。子連れには待ち時間が少なくて助かりました。お手洗いも建物の中にすぐあるのでショーの途中離席してもすぐ戻れてショーを存分に楽しめました。最前列のファイヤーショーは迫力満点！親子で大満足でした。

We participated as a couple over the age of 60. Since we were there, we decided to go to the top floor. We dressed in a way that didn't require us to touch the code. By the window, there were couples from various countries who seemed to be newlyweds, immersed in their own world, while the center seats were mostly families enjoying their meals, the scenery, and jazz. During the Memorial Day event, there was a sense of unity in celebration, but everyone enjoyed themselves at their own pace at their respective tables. Of course, we also had a leisurely and relaxed time.

The entrance to the stern was close, and it was great to see the fireworks as well as the hotel buildings on both sides. After the fireworks, when I held the door to keep it from closing like a doorman, everyone thanked me. Even a Japanese person said thank you, and we all laughed together as we realized we were fellow passengers. The food was delicious, and the portions were just right. My wife was also satisfied and very happy. Unfortunately, there was no welcome from the captain. I hope for improvement in that area. This year, I would like to try a different deck.

還暦を過ぎた夫婦２人で参加しました。折角ならと最上階へ。コードに触れない程度の服装で参加しました。窓際は新婚さんと思しき各国のカップルさんが、自分達の世界に浸り、センター席はファミリーが多く思い思いに食事、風景、ジャズを楽しんでいました。メモリアルデーイベントでは、お祝いで一体感となりましたが、各自のテーブルごとそれぞれのペースで楽しんでいました。勿論我々ものんびり、ゆったりの時間でした。

船尾への出入り口が近く、花火は勿論、ホテル群が左右に見渡せ良かったです。
花火の後、ドアマンの如くドアが閉まるのを抑えていたら、皆さんにサンキュウと言われました。日本人の方にも言われ、乗客の一人ですとお互い大笑いでした。
料理は美味しく、量も丁度良かったです。妻も満足し、大変喜んでいました。
残念ながら、船長出迎えは有りませんでした。改善を望みます。
今年は別のデッキにトライしたいと思います。

Family had great time..had a little rain but it rains every day here in Honolulu and didn’t stop anything and had a rainbow after..would definitely recommend this Luau…

About 15 years ago, I participated in the same luau as an option on a tour, but back then it was outdoors, so I was a little disappointed that this time it was indoors. I arrived at the meeting place 30 minutes before the opening time, but there were already 7 or 8 groups ahead of me. While waiting, I was able to talk with an elderly couple from New Jersey who stood behind me, and thanks to their patience with my broken English, the time flew by until we entered the venue. Since I lined up early, the table we were guided to was right behind the high-priced tables, making it very easy to see the show. The food and drinks were delicious, and I was very satisfied with the spectacular show. If the yen becomes a bit stronger, I would like to participate again. At the end, I took a photo with one of the dancers from the show, and my wife was also very happy with the night. *I declined the commemorative photo taken at the beginning because it was expensive.

15年くらい前にツアーについていたオプションで同じルアウに参加したことがあったが、その時は屋外だったのが今回は室内だったのが少しだけ残念だった。
開場時間の30分前に集合場所に行ったが既に7〜8組が前にいた。
待っている際に後ろに並んだニュージャージーから来られていた年配の
ご夫婦と話をすることができ、片言の英語に付き合っていただいたおかげで
あっという間に会場となった。
早めに並んだので案内されたテーブルは高いコースのテーブルのすぐ後ろでとても見やすい席だった。
料理もお酒も美味しくいただき、圧巻のショーにとても満足することができた。
もう少し円高になれば、また参加したいと思った。
最後にショーのダンサー？の方と一緒に写真を撮っていただき、妻も大満足の夜でした。
※最初に撮っていただいた記念写真は高額のためお断りした。

Experience a 2-hour buggy ride!
With plenty of time, we took turns driving!

Anyone can drive if they have a Japanese driver's license!
Driving is easy, just like a golf cart, so anyone can do it.

Our handsome guide provided instructions in English.
Since we are not very good at English, there were many parts we couldn't understand, but he took lots of photos and videos for us!

The weather was unpredictable, and it started to rain, so having a raincoat would be nice! However, most people managed without one! We also didn't use a raincoat, but the buggy has a cover, so we didn't get too wet!

However, it was windy and cold, so we wore a hoodie over our tank tops and took it off at times!
This information is from early April 2024, so please keep it in mind!

私たちもカッパは使用せずでしたが
バギーはちゃんと上の部分があるので
そんなに濡れませんでした！

ただ、風が吹いていて寒かったので
タンクトップの上にパーカーを着たり、
脱いだりしました！

My friend really enjoyed it, so we decided to join the tour with transportation included. Since my friend came before the pandemic, it seems that some things have changed. We spoke with a guide who was wearing a badge from Japan and got an explanation, and we toured the center with the guided option. Thanks to the guide's arrangements, we were able to see almost everything in the park, and it was a fulfilling day. My friend said it was even better than the last time they visited, and we were able to have various experiences!

友達がとてもよかったのでもう一度行きたいとのことで送迎付きでツアー参加。
友達は、コロナ前のに来たので少し様子が変わってしまったようで日本のバッチをつけているガイドさんに声をかけて説明してもらい、ガイド付のオプションでセンター内を見学しました。ガイドさんのはからいで園内ほとんど廻れて充実した１日でよかったです。
友達も前回来たときよりも充実してたと言ってました、色々な体験もできました！

Loved the tour and was fun to see where all the movies were shot! Our guide was amazing! Would highly recommend going with your family! We only did the movie tour but there are a lot of other tours that seemed great!

My hubby and I took our 9 and 5 year old on this Sandbar trip. It was a short boat ride out & the kids never got motion sickness.

Tour guide was very thoughtful and had a bunch of water toys for everyone, we had canoes, SUP, volley ball and various water sports stuff to go around.

It took 3-3.5 hours which is just perfect and right when we got tired it was time to head back.

The band playing music was very good and this is a nod to the singer as he was clearly a talent and easy on the eyes

This trip was great!! Just enough tabs priced reasonably oh and bring your own snacks & booze!! That was cool they let us pack our own munchies!

We enjoyed the cruise very much very enjoyable nice weather

I participated around mid-March.

First of all, I found it most inconvenient that there was no pick-up service from the hotel in the Waikiki area. Since we were a group of ten, it would have been nice if they could have come to pick us up. The pick-up location was sent via SMS around 6 PM the day before, but it was written in a way like “◯◯ave. bus stop” instead of providing a map or address, which made it a bit unclear.

After getting off the bus and transferring to the boat, there were only orange juice and donuts available on board. I had seen photos and thought there might be muffins too, but it was just donuts!

When we arrived at the beach and entered the water, the water level was up to the shoulders of adults, so if you had small children, it was concerning to think about bringing smartphones or anything like that into the water. To top it off, we had two hours of free time, but the water temperature in mid-March was too low, and both adults and children were too cold, so we got out after just 40 minutes.

I don't think I will do this again!

3月中旬頃参加しました。

まず、ワイキキ地区のホテル泊でしたがホテルまでの送迎では無かった事が一番不便に感じました。
10人で利用したので、ホテルまで迎えに来てくれても良さそうですが…。
送迎場所も前日の18時頃SMSで来て、しかも地図や住所ではなく“◯◯ave.bus stop”みたいな書き方だったので少し分かりづらかったです。

バスを降りて船に乗り換えて、船の中にはオレンジジュースとドーナツだけありました。
写真を見ていたのでマフィンもあるのかな？と思っていましたが、ドーナツオンリーでした！

船が着いて海に入った時は、大人でも肩くらいまで浸かるような水位で小さな子ども連れの場合万が一の事を考えるとスマホなどは持って入れる余裕はありませんでした。
また極め付けは、2時間の自由時間がありましたが3月中旬の海は水温が低すぎて子どもも含め大人も寒すぎて40分で上がってしまいました。

次はやらないと思います！

I participated with six female friends in their 60s. On the moving boat, we all got excited with live performances and singing. During snorkeling, we were able to see schools of colorful fish up close, which was amazing. We also participated in activities like stand-up paddleboarding. The staff were very attentive during the activities, so even though it was my first experience, I had a fantastic time. Overall, I felt that all the staff were very welcoming to us participants.

60代の女友達6人で参加しました。移動の船内では、生演奏や歌で乗客みんなで盛り上がりました。シュノーケリングでは、色鮮やかな魚の群れが、本当に近くで見られて最高でした。サップなどのアクテビティにも参加しました。アクテビティでは、スタッフの方々がいろいろ気をつかってくれたので、初めての体験でしたが、最高に楽しめました。とにかく、スタッフ全員が私たち参加者をもてなしてくれた気がしました。

I had the best experience riding horses in a wonderful landscape!

However, the transportation was disappointing. I didn't know that there were only a limited number of buses at specific times, and there was no prior explanation about this. It was only when I arrived on the day that I was handed a paper stating the time of my return bus. Since I wasn't informed in advance, I couldn't even cancel.

Of course, I can tolerate some waiting time, but this was beyond reasonable. It was terrible to wait for over 2.5 hours for the shuttle bus with nothing to do! If the schedule was going to be like that, I would have liked to know beforehand.

Since it was such a waste of time, I called an Uber and went home immediately. I asked if I could get a refund since I didn't take the bus, but I was told there would be no refund due to the cancellation policy. I thought they should have informed us about the shuttle bus waiting for nearly three hours, but there was no point in saying anything, so I just accepted it.

The transportation fee for a large tour bus carrying many people was quite high. If there are multiple people, it's much cheaper, faster, and more efficient to use Uber for round trips.

What should have been a great experience was tarnished by poor management.

素晴らしい風景の中を乗馬ができ、最高の体験でした！

ただ、残念なのが送迎。
指定時間に決められたバス本数のみの送迎だとは知らず、そういった事前説明もなし。当日現地についてから、あなたの帰りの送迎バス時間は何時ですと
書かれている紙を渡されて初めて知ります。事前に知らないのでキャンセルすることすらできません。

もちろん多少の待ち時間は許容できますが、常識を超える長さ。
やることもないのに、ただただ2.5時間以上も送迎バス待機はあまりにひどい！
そういう時間スケジュールになるのなら、事前に教えていただきたかった。

あまりに時間が無駄なので、Uberを呼んですぐ帰りました。
バスに乗らないから返金してほしいときいてみましたが、
当日キャンセルだから返金はないとキャセルポリシーを説明されました。
じゃ、3時間ちかく待たせる送迎バスですと事前に知らせてよって思いましたが、言っても仕方ないので泣き寝入り。

送迎料金が大型観光バスで大人数を運ぶのに、かなりの高額。
複数人いるならUberで往復いくほうが、安くて圧倒的に速く効率的。

せっかくの良い体験のはずが、運営がよくなくて印象が損なわれました。

This was such a fun excursion that my friends and I did in Hawaii! we all had so much fun and agreed it was the best thing we did our entire trip. They provide food and all the gear to snorkel or paddle board. The weather wasn’t the nicest when we went (cloudy) but we still had so much fun, and the staff was so nice!

It was a cool experience. We seen all kinds of fish, turtles, starfish and a shark. Definitely worth the experience the crew was great and knowledgeable. I would definitely go again

Our family had an absolute blast on the UTV tour. Our guides were fantastic, the drive was exciting and the sites were amazing. We will definitely recommend this to others. This whole ranch is a must see if you are on Oahu.

We did the Raptor Tour and tremendously enjoyed it. The views are great! I was the only woman who drove raptor ATV in this group, there was no any problem and it was fun driving the mule. I highly recommend. It is expensive but worth it and will create a great memory.

I did parasailing, banana boating, and jet skiing.

For parasailing, we were transported to the dedicated boat on another boat! Once we were seated at the back of the boat with the parasailing equipment attached, the reel extended, and we soared into the sky! I didn't pay for the extra fee, so we went up to 90 meters, but it was more than enough to enjoy! Whether you get dropped into the sea when you return is up to luck! (laughs) There’s space on the edge of the boat to store your belongings, so you can bring towels and valuables without worry!

For banana boating, we moved from the parasailing boat to the floating boat. You can choose between a bumper tube and a banana boat! The banana boat is for groups. It can accommodate about 6 to 8 people, but there were handles for up to 12 people just in case.

For jet skiing, you can ride solo or with a partner, and you drive it yourself! They teach you how to ride at the beginning. There are four floats set up in a square, and we just kept going around and around them. During the 30 minutes, if you're on a two-person jet ski, you switch drivers at a separate float.

As for other personal concerns:
- There are lockers on the floating boat like those in schools, so there's always someone around, so no need to worry. If you're concerned, you can check your belongings right after returning.
If something gets stolen, there's no way to escape on the sea!
- There were staff members who could speak Japanese or at least communicate in broken Japanese!
- The only place to change is the restroom.
- There are no showers! You can rinse off with a large bucket on the floating boat.
- Depending on the season, a bath towel or cover-up is essential.
- Flip-flops are sufficient.
- I brought my smartphone in a waterproof case. It was okay to take photos in the air! Do so at your own risk!
- Tips are appreciated! There was some pressure to tip in visible areas! (laughs)
- We rented a car for transportation, so that might not be very helpful!
- There were always GoPros set up, and when we returned to the office, they showed us the photos and videos, and we could purchase what we wanted. By the way, we only bought the parasailing photos for about $57. (My husband got seasick during parasailing and gave up taking photos himself, so he was out of luck! lol)

【パラセーリング】専用ボートまで別のボートで配送され乗り移りました！
パラ専用の器具が取り付けられ、ボートの後ろに座ると、リールが伸びて大空へ！
追加料金は払わなかったので90mでしたが、十分満喫できました！
戻って来た時海に落とされるか否かは運次第！笑
ボートの淵に荷物を仕舞い込めるスペースがあるので、タオル貴重品など持ち込んで大丈夫です！

【バナナボート】パラから配送ボートで浮き舟に移動しました。バンパーチューブと選択できます！バナナボートはグループ単位で乗ります。
6〜8人くらいまでなら？一応12人分取手はついてました。

【ジェットスキー】2人乗り1人乗り、どちらも自分で運転です！はじめに乗り方を教えてもらいます。
浮きが4個四角く設置されており、その周りをひたすらグルグル回り続けました。30分の間に2人乗りは、離れた浮きで運転手交代です。

【その他個人的心配だったこと】
・浮き舟の上には、学校の様なロッカーが設置させており、常に人の目があるから心配ないです。心配なら戻って直ぐ中身を確認してください。
何か取られても海の上なので逃げようがないですので！
・日本語が話せる又は片言で大丈夫なスタッフが常に居ました！
・着替える場所はトイレくらいです。
・シャワーも無いです！浮き舟に大きなバケツで掛け水できるくらいです
・季節によってはバスタオルや羽織ものは必須
・ビーサンくらいで十分です。
・スマホは濡れても大丈夫なケースにいれて行きました。上空でも撮影OKでした！自己責任で！
・チップは気持ち！見える場所に圧はありましたが！笑
・交通手段はレンタカーだったので、あまり参考になりませんね！
・常にGoproが設置されおり、事務所に戻ると写真と動画を見せてくれ、欲しい物を購入出来る様になってました。因みに我が家はパラの写真だけ購入$57くらいです。(旦那がパラで酔ってその後断念し自分で撮影してたのでw)

以上参考になれば幸いです！

買い物や食事よりもハワイらしい経験をしたくて、パラセーリングを申し込みましたが、間違いなく記憶に残る素晴らしい経験でした。
小型ボートだけど、ガンガン勢いのある船にのって10名くらいで、パラセーリングを楽しみました。
初めての経験だったのでメチャクチャ怖かったけど、スリル満点で、高校生と大学生の子どもたちは、笑いが止まらず、今回のハワイ旅で経験してよかった、と思います。
ただ、空港到着当日の夕方直接行ったのですが、これは、ハードスケジュールすぎたかも。翌日体にこたえました。船酔いの薬は飲んで参加してよかったです。
人生一度は挑戦してみる価値のある経験だとおまいます。非日常を味わえて、メチャ楽しかったです！

Overall, the experience was awesome! Tyson and the whole crew are wonderful, extremely kind, and helpful. The boat was clean, and I felt safe. The team went above and beyond to make the sandbar and snorkeling a blast!

The music from Kalani was great on the way out to the sandbar. He was so nice, making sure he was delivering the best Ohana. The sandbar was amazing, if it hadn’t been so windy it would have been the perfect day. My son didn’t hesitate to get out on the kayak and SUP. The fish were breathtaking in the reef. We will definitely be back. The staff were so amazing and so ready to help out with anything. We loved it as a family.
