We were the only Japanese guests on the tour, so our Japanese guide, Ken, stayed with us and taught us a lot about how to find dolphins and whales, the names of the fish we saw while snorkeling, and interesting facts about Hawaii. It was a really enjoyable tour!

Since we participated right after the New Year, I was hoping to see some whales, and we encountered nearly ten of them! I will never forget the excitement of seeing a whale right in front of the boat. Everyone, including the other guests and the captain, was thrilled!

We joined the tour the day before returning to Japan, and it became the perfect memory to wrap up our trip to Hawaii. Ken and everyone else were very kind and wonderful, so I definitely want to join other tours as well.

日本人客はツアーの中で我々だけだったので、日本語ガイドのKENさんが私たちについてくださり、イルカやクジラの探し方やシュノーケルで見えた魚の名前、ハワイの豆知識などたくさんのことを教えてくれて、とても楽しいツアーでした！
年明けに参加したのでクジラが見れたらいいなあと思っていたのですが、10頭近くのクジラに遭遇できました！
中でも船の目の前でクジラに遭遇した感動は忘れません。他のお客さんもキャプテンもみんな大興奮！！
日本の帰国前日に参加したのですが、ハワイ旅を締めくくる最高の思い出ができました！
KENさんはじめ皆さんとても優しく良い方ばかりでしたので、また他のツアーにも是非参加したいです。

I have participated in dolphin watching in other countries, but this time swimming with them was a truly precious experience. The dolphins, over 100 of them and about 2 meters long, were really adorable.

We moved to a shallow area where we enjoyed snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding, as well as a slide. The weather was great, and I was very satisfied!

イルカウォッチングは他国でも参加したことはありましたが、今回一緒に泳げたことは大変貴重な時間になりました。
100頭以上の体長2ｍほどのイルカたちは本当に可愛かったです。

場所を浅瀬に移動してシュノーケリングとSAP、滑り台も楽しめました。
気候も良く大変満足しました！

I applied with my husband and grandchild. The pickup was about 10 minutes late. I was moved by the wonderful experience and returned home feeling touched. January is the rainy season, and it rained a lot, but it seems we were able to see the sunrise, which was great! It was a bit pricey, but the transportation service was the right choice. 👍

I took my grandchild to Hawaii, and it was our first visit! It surprisingly took less than an hour and a half from Waikiki. My first grader was amazed to experience the cultures of various countries. It was a fantastic experience for both of us adults and the child! The evening show was quite impressive. I would recommend it to everyone going to Oahu. Mahalo!

I heard that there is the longest zip line on Oahu, so I participated with my son, who loves zip lining. It seems to be quite popular, and we couldn't get a reservation for the time we initially requested, so we ended up joining the tour first thing in the morning.

When we left Waikiki in the morning, it wasn't raining, but by the time we arrived at our destination, it was pouring. We did the zip line in that downpour, which was more than just a natural shower, but I think in Japan, they would have canceled the activity due to the weather, so in a way, it was a good experience. I thought it would have been amazing if the weather had been nice. Also, according to our guide, it tends to rain a lot during this season, so I think having something like a mountain parka would provide peace of mind.

オアフ島で1番長いジップラインがあると聞いて、ジップラインが大好きな息子と参加させて頂きました。人気が高い様で、最初お願いした時間では予約が取れず、結局、朝一番でのツアー参加になりました。
朝ワイキキを出る際には雨は降っていませんでしたが、目的地に着く頃には土砂降りでした。その中でジップラインをしましたが、天然のシャワーどころではありませんでしたが、日本だったら中止の天候だったと思いますので、ある意味良い経験が出来たと思います。天気が良かったら最高だったろうな…と思いました。また、ガイドの話ではこの時期は雨が多いそうですので、マウンテンパーカーの様な物があると安心だと思います。

We participated in a tour that included a shuttle service to Hanauma Bay and a snorkeling set, with three people including a 12-year-old child. The pickup time was early in the morning. It was still dark outside, and I was worried about being out so early, but shortly after arriving, dawn broke. We were able to see a wonderful sunrise, which was the perfect start to the day.

Snorkeling was first thing in the morning, and there were plenty of fish. Although there were times during the day when it was cloudy, it didn't matter, and we still had a great time seeing lots of fish.

On this day, there were no other Japanese participants in the tour besides us. However, that wasn't an issue at all.

Additionally, we could borrow life jackets on the spot by asking the tour staff. Please note that these are cash only.

We considered renting a car to get there, but I think it was better to avoid the hassle of reservations and enjoy the convenience.

I would definitely like to participate in this tour again.

ハナウマベイシャトルサービスシュノーケルセットのツアーに、12歳の子供を含む３人で参加。
ピックアップの時間は早朝。
まだ外は暗く、こんなに朝早く？と心配になりましたが、到着して間もなく夜明け。素晴らしい朝焼けを見る事ができて、最高の一日のスタートでした。

シュノーケリングも朝イチで、魚が沢山いました。日中曇りになる時間も有りましたが、
それでも問題なく、沢山のお魚を見ることができて楽しかったです。

ツアーは、この日は、日本人は私達以外いませんでした。だからといって問題はないです。

また、ライフジャケットも、ツアーの方に言えばその場で借りる事ができました。
これらは、現金のみになります。

レンタカーを借りて行く事も考えましたが、
便利さと、予約などの手間が省けてよかったと思ってます。

また、参加したいツアーです。

Only two people were able to drive the buggy, but we had a lot of fun driving through various routes! It was exciting to see the locations where Jurassic Park was filmed.

バギーの運転は2名しかできませんでしたが、いろいろなルートを走りとても楽しかったです！
ジュラシックパークの撮影地でもあるところを見ることができワクワクしました。

We participated as a family. Since my family isn't very good at English, we were a bit anxious about going out to sea, but my fourth-grade son had a blast and we were able to create wonderful memories. There were staff members who spoke Japanese perfectly, which made us feel at ease. It has become a place we want to visit again. Thank you!

英語が得意ではない家族だったので、海に出る事が少し不安でしたが、
小学4年生の息子も思いっきり楽しめて、最高の思い出が作れました。

It was more fulfilling than I expected. There were no problems for beginners. Even my family members who have experience in horseback riding enjoyed the thrill.

思ったよりも充実した内容でした。
初心者でも問題無かったです。
乗馬経験者の家族もスリルがあったと喜んでいました。

We participated as a family of three, and the experience of looking down at the city and the sea from such a high place was refreshing. We were very satisfied. Since the photos didn't turn out well, it might be better not to ask for them.

家族3人で参加しましたが、遥か高いところから街や海を眺める体験は爽快でした。大満足です。写真はちゃんと撮れているのないので、頼まない方がいいかも。

I applied to participate on-site, but I didn't realize the distance, and it took quite a while to get there by taxi. The horse riding itself was a lot of fun, and there were even sharks on the beach, which made it quite exciting.

現地参加で応募しましたが、距離感分かっておらず現地到着までにタクシーで相当かかりました。馬自体はとても楽しく、浜辺にサメがいたりして結構もりあがりました。

The weather was nice, which allowed us to see some very beautiful scenery! It was a really enjoyable experience.

The staff is accustomed to dealing with Japanese customers, but the explanations will be in English. However, during the boat ride, there are also explanations in Japanese, so I think it would be reassuring to pay attention to those as well.

You can have photos taken during the experience for an additional fee, and since they took many pictures, it became a great memory. I definitely recommend requesting this!

天気が良かったことも幸いし、非常に良い景色が見られました！とても楽しい体験でした。
スタッフの方は日本人の対応にも慣れている方ではありますが、説明は英語になります。船で移動中に流れる説明では日本語でも説明があるので、そちらも注意して聞いていた方が安心して臨めるかと思います。
別料金で体験中の写真を撮っていただくことができるのですが、たくさん撮っていただけていい思い出になったため、ぜひお願いすることをおすすめします！

This was my second visit to Kualoa Ranch. This time, I chose the zipline experience, which was different from my last visit. On the way to the starting point for the zipline, I was able to take in the vast scenery of Kualoa Ranch, and it truly felt like Kualoa at its best! I got to experience seven different ziplines, and it was exhilarating! The staff only provided explanations in English, so there were some conversations I couldn't fully understand, but that added to the fun and became a memorable part of my trip. Kualoa Ranch is definitely the best!

2度目のクアロアランチ。前回と違う体験をと今回はジップラインを選びました。ジップラインでも、スタート地点に向かう道中、広大なクアロアランチを見渡すことが出来、やっぱりクアロア最後〜！でした。ジップラインは7本も体験でき、爽快でした！スタッフの説明が英語のみのため、聞き取れない会話もありましたが、そこも笑いを誘うなど旅先の想い出の１つとなりました。やっぱりクアロアランチ、最高です！

On the day of horseback riding, it was cloudy with light rain, but I was still overwhelmed by the magnificent scenery. The smart horse walked on its own, so I just enjoyed the view while riding (laughs). The staff were also kind, reassuring me with directions like "right" and "left," which made the experience enjoyable and stress-free!

賢いお馬さんが勝手に歩いてくれたので私はただ乗って景色を楽しむだけでした（笑）スタッフの方も優しく「右〜」「左〜」と声をかけてくれるので安心して楽しめました！

The pickup and reservation process was very helpful. Since there was plenty of time until the meeting point for the descent, I was able to climb Diamond Head at my own pace and take lots of photos. On the way back, the route was to the hotel, but when I mentioned that I wanted to go to the KCC Market instead of the hotel, they kindly took me to the KCC Market and dropped me off there. The driver was cheerful, and it was a very enjoyable time.

お迎えや予約の手続きも助かりました。
下山の集合までたっぷり時間があったのでダイアモンドヘッドに自分のペースで登ることもでき、たくさん写真も撮ることができました。帰りはホテルまでのコースでしたが、ホテルではなくKCCマーケットへ行きたいと伝えたら、快くKCCマーケットまで送ってくれてそこで下車しました。
ドライバーさんも明るくてとても楽しい時間でした。

Exploring the magnificent nature on a buggy was an absolute blast! You can truly feel the great outdoors. The staff were all so much fun! My whole family was thrilled—it's priceless and highly recommended!!

Although it was just a shuttle service, I really appreciated the effort to help us get in early to Hanauma Bay, which requires a specified entry time.

送迎だけですが、入場時間の指定が必要なハナウマベイへ早く入れるためにがんばってもらえて、とても助かりました。

My first parasailing experience!! The view of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach from up high was so beautiful! The staff at the shop were kind and fun, making it an enjoyable experience.

初めてのパラセーリング！！高いところから見るダイヤモンドヘッド、ワイキキビーチとても綺麗でした！
お店の人も親切で面白く楽しめました。

On this day, the water level was deep, and when I got off the boat, the water was up to my chest. I was a bit disappointed because I had imagined a white sandy beach. However, I switched gears and decided to try banana boating for the first time in my 60s! I screamed with excitement after a long time, and it was so much fun. They also took me to a spot where there were turtles. Next time, I want to go when the sandy beach is visible.

白い砂浜を想像していたので、ちょっとガッカリでした。
気持ちを切り替えて、60代で初のバナナボートに挑戦！
久しぶりにキャーキャー叫んで、とても楽しかったです。
亀のいるポイントにも連れて行ってくれました。
次は砂浜の出る時に行きたいです。

It was wonderful to be able to see beautiful scenery, mountains, and the sea while riding a horse. I have experienced horseback riding a few times in the past, but I had never been able to ride for such a long time, nearly two hours. I was very satisfied with this one riding experience.

景色の良いところ、山や海を馬に乗りながら見ることができてとても良かったです。
過去何度か乗馬体験をしたことがあるのですが、２時間近くも長時間にわたり乗馬できることはなかったので、一回の乗馬でとても満足することができました。

I read the reviews and thought, "I want to see dolphins, but I'm worried about seasickness." However, I gathered my courage and signed up.

In conclusion, as long as I took motion sickness medication, I was fine. I went with my family, and other families were fine too. It seems that standing at the front of the boat and looking out into the distance helps prevent seasickness.

There were also Japanese staff members, which made me feel very secure participating in the activity.

Although it was written that we wouldn't be able to swim with the dolphins, on the day of the event, we were able to swim with them. I was surprised to see the dolphins swimming quite deep. Even while the boat was moving, the dolphins swam alongside us as if they were racing, creating the best memories.

口コミを見て「イルカが見たいけど、船酔いが心配だなぁ」と思っていました。
しかし、勇気を出して申し込みをしました。
結論、乗り物酔い防止の薬を飲んでいれば、大丈夫でした。
家族で行きましたが、他の家族も大丈夫でした。
船の先端に立って、遠くを眺めていると酔いにくいそうです。

日本人スタッフの方もおり、とても安心して参加することができました。

イルカと一緒に泳げないと書いてありましたが、当日は一緒に泳ぐことができました。
かなり深いところをイルカが泳いでいて、びっくり。
船を走らせている時も、イルカが船に競い合うように泳いでいて、最高の思い出になりました。

The driver spoke English, so there was still a language barrier. Although there were no issues with getting on and off during the transfer, I couldn't get any water and ended up having to buy expensive water on-site. Diamond Head was wonderful.

運転手さんが英語なので、やはり言葉が通じない。送迎の乗り降りは、通じなくても、問題はなかったが、水がもらえず、現地で高い水を買うことになった。
ダイアモンドヘッドは、すばらしかった。

I experienced this with my mother, who is almost 60 years old! It was great to have the experience of flying in the sky. We were also able to see Diamond Head! The guide was funny, and we had a lot of fun, haha.

We chose the 1,000 feet option, but I wasn't scared at all due to the height. I was surprised by the swaying of the boat that led the parasailing.

We took an Uber taxi to the meeting place, which cost about $10. Since our session started at 8:00, we made sure to arrive by 7:30.

1000フィートにしましたが、高さによる怖さは全然なかったです。パラセーリングを率いる船の揺れが伝わるので、そこはびっくりしました。

集合場所まではUberタクシーを利用して約10ドルで行きました。
8:00からの回だったので、7:30に間に合うように行きました。

I have gone on several excursions in my travel experiences. This excursion was extremely organized, the people were remarkably friendly and the amount of activities to keep you engaged were fantastic.

The transportation included the entrance fee. The area was rich in nature with clean air, and above all, the weather was nice, providing a wonderful view. The ascent was a bit tough, but there were rest areas along the way, which was great! The descent was so pleasant that I was told I had a refreshing look on my face! Haha. I want to go again.

入場料込みの送迎でした。現地では自然豊かで空気が綺麗で、何より天気良くて素敵な景色でした。上りは少しきつかったですが、途中休憩スペースもあり良かったです！
下りは清々しい顔してると言われるほど気持ちよく降りられました！笑
また行きたいです。

The weather was rainy and cloudy, but the day was filled with adventure and family time. It made for a perfectly beautiful day. Captain Bobs was safe and comical and the lunch was great!

I was worried about seasickness, but it ended safely. I had some anxiety since it was my first experience, but it was the best experience. My wife was filming videos on her smartphone, but I didn't have the luxury to do that.

船酔いを心配してましたが、無事終了。初めての経験で不安はありましたが、最高の経験でした。嫁はスマホで動画撮影をしてましたが、私はそこまでの余裕はなく。

I was able to enjoy a leisurely horseback ride. I was especially grateful for the good weather. It would have been tough if it had rained...

The city exploration is free, so it might be better to plan your own itinerary to some extent. I personally value being able to ride along the coast, so it was great for me, but I would say it might not be an experience I could recommend to everyone, as it may not suit all tastes.

ゆったり乗馬を楽しめました。天候に恵まれて何よりでした。これが雨だったら辛いたけかもしれない・・・。
街の散策はフリーなので、ある程度自分でプランを立てて参加したほうがいいかもしれせん。
私は海岸沿いを乗馬出来る事に価値を感じているのでいいのですが、全ての方におすすめ出来るかというと、人を選ぶ体験であると言えるかもしれません。

The magician is Japanese, so his English is easy to understand, and he occasionally incorporates Japanese into his performance. He is considerate of small children as well. Not only is his storytelling skill impressive, but the quality of the magic is also outstanding. I can confidently say it was the most entertaining experience I've had through Veltra.

Since it's a small room with only 27 audience members, the level of enjoyment may vary depending on the crowd. During my visit, the audience members really added to the experience and brought out the best in the performance!

日本人マジシャンなので英語も聞き取りやすく、時折日本語を交えての進行もしてくれます。小さいお子さんにも配慮が行き届いています。話術のみならずマジックのクオリティの高さも素晴らしい。ベルトラの体験のなかでは一番面白かったと言っていいレベルです。
小さな部屋で、観客も27名と限られているため、参加した客層でもかなり面白さが変わるかもしれません。私の時はお客さん達もとてもいい味を出して（引き出されて）ました！

I had never gone horseback riding before and was very anxious because I couldn't speak English. However, once I arrived at Kualoa Ranch, I had no trouble with English at all! When I went, the weather was bad and it was drizzling. I had brought a raincoat that I bought at a 100 yen store, but before riding, I found that there were helmets (which are mandatory) and raincoats (available for anyone who wanted to borrow one), so I borrowed one of those! I got caught in a downpour and my pants got completely soaked, but thanks to the raincoat, my upper clothes stayed completely dry.

The horseback riding was so easy because the horses were incredibly well-behaved. I didn't have to give any commands; I just got to sit on their backs and enjoy the scenery! The instructor spoke to us with a smile and even mixed in some Japanese when giving instructions!

If I have the chance to go to Hawaii again, I definitely want to go horseback riding at Kualoa Ranch!

今まで乗馬をした事がなく、英語も話せないためとても不安でした。ですが、クアロアランチに着いてから英語で困ることは一切ありませんでした！私が行った時は天気が悪く雨がぱらついていました。事前に百均で買ったレインコートを持って行っていたのですが、乗馬前にヘルメット(必須)とレインコート(借りたい人だけ自由に取る)があったのでそちらを借りて行きました！途中でスコールにあいズボンはびしょびしょになりましたが上の洋服はレインコートのおかげで全く濡れませんでした。
乗馬は、お馬さんたちがとーーってもお利口さんなので、特にこちらが指示を出したりすることなくただ背中に乗せてもらって景色を眺めるだけでした！インストラクターの方も笑顔ではなしてくださり、指示を出す時には日本語を交えて話してくれます！
またハワイに行く機会があったら必ずクアロアランチの乗馬に行きたいと思いました！
