Riding in a submarine and seeing the underwater world was an exciting experience for both adults and children. The kids especially seemed to enjoy understanding the differences compared to an aquarium during the boarding process. Additionally, the friendly staff made it a fun experience.

潜水艦に乗り海底海中を見れるのは大人も子供もドキドキ経験でした。特に子供たちは水族館との違いを乗船過程で分かったようで楽しんでいました。それとスタッフのフレンドリーな対応が楽しかったです。

I booked a trip with Dolphin University, but I received a call the evening before saying that they couldn't secure my reservation because they were busy. They asked if I could change my pickup time from 5:30 PM to 11:00 AM. Since I had plans in the afternoon, I inquired about cancellation fees, and the response was vague, saying, "It's not decided yet." I was left waiting for a call without knowing when it would come, and when I called back internationally, they told me to switch to Dolphin Junior High. I was informed that the boat would not have a slide and that swimming with dolphins would be different.

Since I had a 4-year-old and a 6-year-old with me, I was anxious about how the changes would affect us, but they said, "The children's feelings will determine if they can swim."

When we actually went, the boat was quite small, and the waves were high, making it impossible for the kids to swim with the dolphins, so we ended up watching from the boat. Additionally, the dolphins were in the middle of raising their young and swam away. (This is understandable, but the dolphin swim at Dolphin University should have ended by the end of October.)

Fortunately, the child who is prone to seasickness did not get sick, but it was disappointing that the 4-year-old couldn't enjoy it much due to the small boat.

Also, the instructions for entering the water were all in English, possibly because our family was the only Japanese group, which made me anxious as I had to act as an interpreter.

I wouldn't recommend this tour for those who are not used to such experiences or who are not comfortable with sudden changes. Personally, I was satisfied to see the dorsal fins of the dolphins and to go snorkeling, but I can't help but wonder how it would have been at Dolphin University. Given the size of the boat and the scale of the tour, I felt the price was high (even considering the weak yen).

イルカ大学を予約しましたが、前日夕方に電話があり、遊んでいたために取れなかったため、折り返すと、5時半ピックアップではなく、11時のものに変更できないかという打診でした。午後の予定を入れていたため、キャンセル料がかかるのかなど聞くと、「まだ決定したわけではないから」と歯切れの悪い返事。また、電話すると言われていつ頃かもわからない電話を待ち、また取れずにこちらから国際電話で再度折り返すと、「イルカ中学に変更してください。」と。スライダーがない船になることと、イルカと泳げるという点が異なると言われました。
4歳と6歳が一緒だったので、変更がどうなるか不安でしたが、「お子様の気持ち次第で泳げます」と。
実際行くと、かなり小さなボートで波がかなり高い場所でイルカと泳ぐのは子供は無理そうだったため、船から見学した。また、イルカは子育て中であり、逃げてしまった。（これは仕方ないが、そもそもイルカ大学のドルフィンスイムは10月末で終わっていたはず）
酔いやすい子供が酔わなかったのは幸いだったが、船も小さく、4歳はあまり楽しめていなかったのが残念だった。
また、入水時の説明が、日本人が私達家族だけだったからか、全て英語で、私が通訳のように説明しなければならなかったのが不安だった。
このようなツアーに慣れていない方や、突然の変更に慣れない方にはおすすめしません。
個人的にはイルカの背鰭が見学できて、シュノーケリングができて満足しましたが、イルカ大学だったらどうだったのか・・・と考えてしまいます。また、この内容（ボートの大きさやツアー規模）だとしたらダイビングでもなくこの値段はお高く感じました。（円安を考慮しても）

This time, I challenged myself to parasailing (150m), and it was thrilling! It had just the right amount of fear, not quite like a roller coaster, and I had a lot of fun.

今回はパラセーリング(150m)にチャレンジしてきましたが、迫力もあるしジェットコースターのような怖さまで行かないぐらいのちょうどいい感じの怖さでめっちゃ楽しかったです。

The live music, the whole setup and all the activities. Top notch.

You can fully enjoy horseback riding in the great outdoors for two hours. An instructor is present to provide riding advice as needed, so you can feel at ease.

Since horses are living creatures, they may make unpredictable movements, but that added to the emotional experience. Overall, they seemed calm and well-trained. I don't think you can enjoy horseback riding this much in Japan, so I initially thought it was expensive, but in the end, I was very satisfied with the cost performance.

2時間たっぷり大自然の中、乗馬を満喫することができます。インストラクターの方が1名ついてくれ、適宜乗り方のアドバイスをくれるので安心して過ごせます。
お馬さんは生き物なので予測不能な動きをすることもありますが、そこも含めてとても感動する体験でした。基本、みんな穏やかでしっかり調教されている印象です。日本ではこんなにたっぷり乗馬を楽しむことはできないと思うので、当初は高いかと思いましたが、終わってみればコスパの面でも大満足でした。

It was my first time in Hawaii for my parents' 60th birthday celebration. My mother had been saying she wanted to try parasailing, so we chose this place because of its good reviews!

The meeting point is within walking distance from the Sheraton Hotel. Walking along the coast was pleasant, and it felt like no time at all.

In the end, both my parents and my husband and I were very satisfied! We created another precious family memory.

The staff mixed in some Japanese while getting everyone excited, and they took a lot of photos for us!

Seeing Hawaii from the sky was magnificent and beautiful. It was moving to see Diamond Head, which we had just climbed in the morning, from the same perspective. Looking down, the deep blue ocean spread out below, and I felt the beauty of nature.

It rises higher than I imagined, so I think those who enjoy it will have a great time! It truly is a wonderful memory!

両親の還暦でのお祝いで初めてのハワイでした。
母がやりたい！と言っていたパラセーリング、せっかくなら口コミの良いところを！とここを選びました。

集合場所まではシェラトンホテルからも歩いて行ける距離です。
海沿いを歩くので心地よく、あっという間でした。

結果、両親も私たち夫婦も大満足！
大切な家族の思い出がひとつ増えました。

スタッフの方は日本語を混ぜながら盛り上げてくれて、写真もたくさん撮っていただきました！

空から見るハワイは雄大で美しく
朝登ったばかりのダイヤモンドヘッドを
同じ目線で見ることができ、感動的でした。
また下を見ると深い青が広がっていて、
自然の美しさを感じました。

想像より高く高く昇るので、
好きな方はかなり楽しめると思います！

I had some concerns about the language barrier, but after arriving, the explanations and activity descriptions were provided in Japanese, so I was able to participate in the activities without any issues. Also, being able to drive myself and visit various locations was very enjoyable, and the scenery was amazing everywhere! While I couldn't take photos while driving, it was great that we could stop at various photo spots along the way.

言語面での不安がありましたが、到着後の説明やアクテビティの説明も日本語でしてくださったので、問題なくアクテビティに望めました。また、自身で運転してロケ地巡りできるのもとても楽しく、景色がどこも最高でした！
運転中は撮影できませんが、ところどころ写真スポットにて止まることができるので、そこもよかったです。

During my stay, there were many days with strong winds, so the original reservation date was canceled, but I was able to smoothly reschedule for the next day through Veltra. It seemed like the wind was not much different from the previous day, and the time was pushed back from my original reservation, but I was glad that it was held successfully.

When I made the reservation, I was worried about two things:
- I didn't know how we would start flying, and if it felt like bungee jumping, I might be too scared to do it.
- It might be over too quickly and I wouldn't feel satisfied.

But in conclusion! It wasn't scary at all! It was super fun and I was very satisfied!

At the start of the flight, we began to float up from a seated position on the deck of a small boat, so I was relieved that there was no fear of not being able to go.

In the air, the magnificent ocean and sky, along with the distant view of Diamond Head and the beach, were incredibly beautiful. Being at an unbelievable height, feeling the wind, I was exhilarated and a little scared at the same time. Before doing it, I was worried that it might be over in an instant, but I felt like we were flying for about 15 minutes. Since it was a day with slightly stronger winds, there were times when I was blown sideways or suddenly gained altitude, and I even thought, "Please let me down!" It didn't feel short at all, and I really enjoyed it.

滞在中、風が強い日が多かったため本来の予約日は中止になりましたが、ベルトラを通してスムーズに翌日へリスケジュールができました。
翌日も前日とそう変わらない風だったような気がするし、予約した時間より後ろ倒しになりましたが無事に開催になってよかったです。

予約時は
・どうやって飛び始めるのかわからないけどなんかバンジーみたいな感じだったら怖くて無理かも
・あっという間すぎて満足感ないかも
という2点を心配していましたが、結論！
怖くない！めっちゃ楽しくて大満足！でした！

飛び始めは、小船のデッキに座った状態からぶわっと浮き始めるので怖くて行けないとかなくてよかったです。

空中では雄大な海と空、遠くに見えるダイヤモンドヘッドやビーチがとっても綺麗で、ありえない高さから生身で風に煽られて、爽快さと少しの怖さに大はしゃぎしてしまいました。
やる前は 結構一瞬なのかな？と心配してましたが、体感15分くらいは飛んでいたように思います。風が少し強めの日だったので、横からの風に流されたり不意に高度が上がったりした時は もう降ろしてくれ…！とさえ思うくらい 全然短く感じなくて、すごく満喫しました。

Since I joined the 7:20 tour, there were still few people at the beach, and I was able to find a good spot. The seawater in November is cold, and on this day, the wind was strong and it even rained at times, making it feel even colder. I was glad to see a lot of fish.

Although it's not due to this tour, it's unfortunate that Hanauma Bay has become reservation-only, which means you can't decide to go based on the weather on the day of your visit. By the way, it was sunny during my stay except for the day of the tour.

7:20の回で入れたので、まだビーチに人が少なくていい場所が取れました。
11月の海水は冷たく、この日は風が強くて途中雨も降っていたので尚更寒く感じました。
魚はたくさん見れたので良かったです。

このツアーのせいではないのですが、ハナウマ湾自体が予約制になったことで当日の天気で行くことを判断できなくなってしまったのが残念です。
ちなみに参加日以外の滞在期間は晴れていました。

The staff was funny and amazing. the views were beautiful. and the excursion was so much fun. would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I boarded three times before the COVID-19 pandemic. The atmosphere was nice, and there were staff members who could speak Japanese. I was really looking forward to this trip to Hawaii after a long time, but the staff prioritized foreign guests and were not friendly towards Japanese guests. The drinks I ordered took over 30 minutes to arrive, and they didn't even ask if I wanted a refill on the bread. The only saving grace was the beautiful fireworks from Hilton. Overall, I'm just disappointed.

コロナ禍前に3回乗船しました。
雰囲気も良く、日本語も出来るスタッフもいました。今回久しぶりのハワイでとっても楽しみにしてましたが、スタッフは外人のゲストファーストで、日本人には愛想無し。頼んだドリンクは30分以上来ない。パンのおかわりさえ聞かない。唯一ヒルトンの花火が綺麗だった事が救い。
とにかく残念の一言

From beginning to end this was a wonderful experience! The entertainment and the food were exceptional, as was the hospitality. I highly recommend this event.

we had an amazing time at The Sandbar. we enjoyed playing volleyball. The staff was amazing! and the captain was absolutely awesome. it was our favorite excursion of our trip in Hawaii.

Hanauma Bay itself was a small beach, but I felt the importance of coexistence with nature as there were seals, and the fish didn't swim away. It was a wonderful experience. Additionally, I was able to communicate with people from various countries and generations, which made for enjoyable memories.

ハナウマベイ自体はこじんまりとしたビーチでしたが、　あざらしがいたり、魚は逃げないし、自然との共存、大切さを感じられました。
素晴らしい体験でした。
また、現地喉方対応で様々な国の方、世代の方達とコミュニケーションが取れて楽しい思い出となりました。

18 of our group of 24 went on this excursion. A few things- SAM was absolutely fantastic! So much knowledge- loved it! The fruit stand was awesome, the macadamia nuts stop was great, we were able to get great souvenirs at the best prices, treats, coffee- delish, bathrooms were clean and staff provided an excellent experience. We did the Waterfalls (definitely recommend) in the morning and had lunch at the cafe/bar there. Everything we ordered was delicious and the drinks were amazing. Then we did kayaking, SUP and some exploring aka shopping and tastes of local foods, LOL. So glad to have taken this excursion. Sam even had ice in the cooler.

I have previously been on the Mai Tai Catamaran in front of the Sheraton and the Nohok 2 Catamaran in front of Outrigger Beach. This was my first time here. The reception staff and the yacht crew were the friendliest.

Since I stayed at Hilton Hawaiian Village through a free accommodation experience, I was considering either Holokai in front of Outrigger Reef or Pink Sails in front of the Prince Hotel, but I chose this one due to the departure time.

The snorkeling instructions were in English, so I couldn't understand the details. I recommend watching the videos uploaded by Pink Sails. The snorkeling spot had five other yachts from different companies gathered. On the day, it was windy with some waves, and I heard from the crew that the conditions were a bit tough. I didn't see any turtles, but I was able to see quite a few fish. I think such things can happen when dealing with nature.

After snorkeling, we were given bottled water. The free soft drinks refer to this. Sunscreen is available for free. We raised the sails and enjoyed a refreshing cruise off Waikiki for a while before returning to Outrigger Reef.

　今までシェラトン前のマイタイカタマランとアウトリガービーチ前のナホク2カタマランに乗ったことがあります。こちらは初となります。受付スタッフやヨットのクルーの対応は一番フレンドリーでした。
　無料宿泊体験でヒルトンハワイアンビレッジに泊まったので、歩いていけるアウトリガーリーフ前のホロカイかプリンスホテル前のピンクセイルスどちらかにしようかまよったのですが、出航時間の都合でこちらにしました。
　シュノーケルの注意点は英語でしたので細かいことは分かりませんでした。ピンクセイルスに動画がアップされているので、見ることをお勧めします。シュノーケルをする場所は他社のヨット5隻が集まっていました。当日は風が強く波もありクルーから少しハードなコンディションと聞きました。タートルは見れませんでしたが、魚は結構見ることができました。自然相手なのでそういうこともあると思いいます。
　シュノーケルが終わるとペットボトルの水が渡されました。ソフトドリンク無料というのはこのことです。日焼け止めは無料で使えます。帆を上げて、しばらくワイキキ沖をクルージングし爽快な気分を味わえます。そしてアウトリガーリーフ前へ帰港となります。

The sky was stable, and it wasn't as scary as I thought. It was a great experience to see the streets of Waikiki and Diamond Head from above. Looking down was a bit frightening, though.

I enjoyed snorkeling in a place with sea turtles. It was quite tiring, but in the second half, we went cruising on a yacht in the waters of Hawaii. It can be quite rocky, so those who are prone to seasickness might want to be careful. It was interesting to see the process of raising the yacht's sails up close.

ウミガメがいる場所でシュノーケリングを楽しめました だいぶ疲れますが 後半はヨットにのってハワイの海をクルージングです 結構揺れるので船に弱い方は気をつけた方が良いかも ヨットの帆をはる作業が間近で見れ面白かったです

The guide was friendly, and it turned out to be a very enjoyable tour! The food was delicious, and we had a great time. We were also able to see sea turtles, which made us very satisfied.

First of all, I want to mention that depending on your physical condition that day, if you tend to get seasick or are unsure if you do, I recommend taking motion sickness medication just in case. In my case, even after taking the medication (I probably took it too late for it to be effective), I still got seasick due to the strong winds while parasailing. (I didn't expect to get seasick even in the air)... They also have proper measures in place in case you end up vomiting. During the experience, cheerful music plays on the boat, and lively staff members help create a fun atmosphere. Participants from various countries gather, and while others are experiencing the activity, you can wave from the boat or engage in conversations, creating memories beyond just parasailing. I really hope you give it a try!

第一にお伝えしておきたいことは、その日の体調は勿論、酔いやすい方、自分が酔いやすいタイプなのかどうか分からない方は、取り敢えず酔い止め薬を飲んでおくことをオススメします。
私の場合、薬を飲んでも船酔いしてしまいましたが(多分服用が遅く効いてなかった)、パラセーリング中に強風で揺られ、更に酔ってしまいました。(空上でも酔うとは想定外)‥最悪、吐いてしまった場合の対応もちゃんとしてもらえます。体験中は、船上に明るい音楽が流れ、陽気なお兄さんたちが場を盛り上げてくれます。色んな国から参加者が集まりますが、他の人が体験中に船から手を振ってみたり、周りと会話が弾んだり、パラセーリング以外にも得られる思い出があります。一度、体験してみてほしいです！！

Honestly, I thought the price was high and the parasailing time was short, but since I had never experienced parasailing before... Once I actually tried it, it was incredibly fun and a great experience, and everyone had a wonderful time. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to give it a try.

率直に金額が高くパラセイル時間が短いと思いましたが
パラセイルを経験したことがなかったので…
実際にやってみると凄く楽しく良い経験ができみんな楽しい時間が過ごせました。
やってみたいなと思う人には絶対お奨めです
