This was our first time to parasail and we had a great time. The crew were friendly, skilled and professional. We highly recommend Hawaiian Parasail. We can't wait to go again!

The water was a little rough, but signs were posted every where to be careful. The lifeguard made an announcement & everything was fine.

The staff was kind and had great energy, making it a really fun tour. Despite a hurricane approaching, we managed to avoid it and set off in pleasant weather! We dove into the sea at two points to swim with dolphins, and luckily, we saw honu (sea turtles) at both spots. They made sure to check if everyone had seen the dolphins, and the explanations in both English and Japanese were reassuring. The slide after swimming with the dolphins was also fun and I highly recommend it! Due to the wind, we couldn't play on the trampoline, which I was looking forward to, but I'll save that for next time!

Once you get into the sea, you inevitably feel cold from the wind while on the boat, so I recommend bringing a towel or a hoodie to wear!

I didn't receive the eco-bag that was mentioned during the booking, but this trip was a highlight for me, so I'm satisfied! I will definitely participate again next time!

スタッフの方も親切で、ノリも良くてすごく楽しいツアーになりました。ハリケーンが来ている中、なんとか逸れてくれて、心地いい天気の中出発！イルカと泳ぐポイント2箇所で海へダイブ、ラッキーだったのかどちらのポイントでもホヌも見れました。 きちんと参加者全員がイルカを見れたかも聞いてくれるし、英語と日本語で丁寧に説明してくれるのな安心です。イルカと泳いだ後の、スライダーも楽しくてオススメです！風の影響で、楽しみにしていたトランポリンでは遊べませんでしたが、これは次回の楽しみに取っておきます笑◡̈

一度海に入った後は、どうしても船上で風を浴びるので、寒く感じます。タオルやパーカーなど羽織れるものを持っていくことをオススメします！

申し込み時に書いてあったエコバッグは頂けませんでしたが…

I went to Hawaii to celebrate my mother's 77th birthday. About ten years ago, when we came together, my mother also went into the ocean, but I was wondering if she would this time. To my delight, the beautiful sea encouraged her to join in, and she was very happy. She says she wants to go again while she's still healthy. The guide was also kind and had interesting stories to share.

母の喜寿のお祝いに行ったハワイでした。１０年位前に一緒に来た時には母も海に入りましたが、今回はどうかなぁと思っていたところ、あまりのきれいな海に母も一緒に海に入って喜んでいました。元気なうちにもう一度行きたいと言っています。案内の女性の方も親切でお話も面白かったです。

It was my first experience. Watching others made me feel anxious and scared, but when I actually experienced it myself, it felt like time stood still while floating, and the view was absolutely wonderful. I was glad to have a panoramic view of Waikiki. I also purchased the CD with the photos, and they took such beautiful pictures, so it became a great memory.

初めての体験でした。
ほかの人がしてるのを見てると不安と怖さが出てきましたが、いざ自分が体験すると浮いてる時間が止まってるみたいな感じでとても素晴らしい眺めでした。
ワイキキを一望できて良かったです。

We had our annual trip to Hawaii as a couple, and we spotted parasailing in the sky over Waikiki, so we quickly searched online. We were able to make a reservation for the next day, so we signed up right away. The on-site check-in was conducted in Japanese, but the boat crew spoke only English. However, they explained everything in a cheerful and easy-to-understand manner, so as long as you know some basic English words, it’s not a problem. The experience of flying itself is just so much fun!! The views are great, and the feeling of floating is perfect; there was nothing scary about it. If you have the time, I definitely recommend giving it a try. If there’s availability that day, it seems you can even go for another flight!

夫婦二人での恒例のハワイ旅行、ワイキキの空にパラセイリングが見えたので急遽NETで検索。翌日の予約を受けてもらえたので早速申込み。当日の現地受付は日本語でしてもらえましたが、船のクルーは英語オンリー。でも陽気に分かりやすく説明してもらえるので、簡単な英単語さえわかれば問題ありません。飛ぶ事自体はとにかく楽しい!!景色も良いし、浮遊感もばっちり、なにも怖いことはありませんでした。時間がある方はぜひ体験してください。
その日空いていれば、もう一本飛ぶ事もできるみたいですよ♪

My son and I challenged ourselves to 90. The time was just right—not too long or too short—and we were able to record a video. I was very satisfied with the SD handover.

I had read various things about the pickup, so I went to the pickup location early, feeling a bit anxious. The bus arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled, so I spoke in broken English to mention that one of the members hadn't arrived yet, and they agreed to wait.

This was everyone's first experience with parasailing, and we unexpectedly challenged ourselves to 150 meters. I had thoroughly read the experiences beforehand and felt like I could manage it, but when it came time for the actual event, I felt a rush of nerves. After putting on the harness and holding the rope tightly, we were lifted into the air, gradually gaining altitude.

With the blue sea and the pleasant breeze, any fear I had seemed to disappear... It was a fun aerial stroll. I’m not sure how long we were up there, but it was a striking activity that provided a unique experience.

The boat ride was also quite fast and had a lot of up-and-down movement, so if you're prone to seasickness, it might be a good idea to take some medication beforehand.

The staff also said in Japanese, "If you enjoyed it, please consider tipping," which made it easy to give a tip with confidence.

As for the photos, my family members took plenty, so I didn’t purchase any.

ピックアップのことがいろいろ書いてあったので、不安をかかえながら早めにピックアップ場所に行きました。予定より１０分早くバスが来たので、まだメンバーのひとりが来ていないことをカタコトの英語で話し、待ってもらいました。
今回、皆初体験のパラセーリング。そしてまさかの１５０Mに挑戦。
事前に体験談を熟読し、何とかいけそうということで申し込んだものの、いざ本番になると緊張が走りました。ベルトをつけ、しっかりロープを持って、上空へヒューと次第に高度を上げていきます。
海の青さ、心地よい風にあおられながら、恐怖心も何処へやら・・・
楽しい空中散歩ができました。何分ぐらい上空にいたのかわかりませんが、異空間体験ができたインパクトの強いアクティビィティでした。
移動中のボートもスピード感があり上下動が激しいので、船酔いしやすい人は薬を飲んでいた方がいいかもしれません。
チップもスタッフの方が日本語で「楽しんでいただけたら、チップお願いします。」と言われたので安心して渡せました。
写真は、身内の者が撮りまくったので、購入してません。

The show was funny and entertaining. The pre-games were fun. We even got a special dance since it was our honeymoon.. 2nd day. The drinks could have been better..the bartender was a bit sloppy..just stick to the mai tais

The scenic tour was gorgeous. Garrett was an excellent tour guide and was very informative. The staff at the ranch are very friendly and professional. I would totally recommend this place.

It was a very valuable experience since it was the first time for the whole family on a submarine. The guide also made jokes in Japanese, so we had a fun time throughout. It was a bit disappointing that there weren't many fish, though.

家族全員が初めての潜水艦だったのでとても貴重な体験ができました、ガイドの方も日本語で冗談を交えて案内してくれたので終始楽しい時間でした、魚があまりいなかったのが少し残念でした。。

The wind and scenery on the boat ride were amazing. The captain's performance added great value to the experience. That day, there were only three groups including us, so it ended in just a little over an hour. I wish we could have stayed on longer! It was quite bumpy, so motion sickness medication is a must.

After reading reviews from everyone here, I thought I would challenge myself to the 120 meters since I’m relatively okay with heights, so I signed up. However, I personally dislike roller coasters and find them scary. On the day of the event, the strong winds due to the typhoon made it quite frightening.

At the 120-meter mark, it felt like I was on a trapeze in mid-air. Taking off and landing were exhilarating, so next time I’d like to try the 45 meters or 90 meters!

行き帰りの船の風と景色が最高です。船長のパホーマンスもあり、それだけで充分の価値があります。
その日は私達を合わせて３組だったので、1時間と少しで終わりました。もっと乗って居たかったな〜！かなり揺れるので、酔い止めは必須です。
ここの皆さんの口コミを読んで、せっかくなら１２０メートルに挑戦！と高所は割と平気だったので、申込みしました。ただ、ジェットコースターは怖くて嫌いな私。当日は台風の影響で強風のことも手伝い、かなり怖かったです。
１２０メートルの地点で空中ブランコをしている感じです。飛び立つ時と降りる時は快感だったので、次回は４５メートルか９０メートルで楽しみたいです！

Unfortunately, due to the rain, we couldn't fully enjoy the beautiful emerald blue sea, but we had a great time with the sandbar, turtle watching, and snorkeling. The BBQ lunch was very delicious. The guide, as well as the captain and crew, were friendly and very kind. I would like to participate again when the weather is nice. (The weather is always a matter of luck on the day...)

あいにくの雨で、美しいエメラルドブルーの海を満喫という訳にはいきませんでしたが、サンドバーとウミガメウォッチング、スノーケルを楽しみました。
BBQランチ、とても美味しかったです。ガイドさんをはじめ、船長やクルーもフレンドリーでとても優しく親切でした。今度は良い天気の時に参加したいです。（天候ばかりは当日の運ですが…）

The instructors were amazing and extremely patient! They made surfing very easy and fun for us. It was all of our first time surfing and it won't be the last!

We chose Dolphin University for our family trip with three generations, ranging from 6 to 61 years old. This was my number one activity for the trip, and everyone was moved by the experience! The staff were really kind and funny, and we had a great time. We saw plenty of dolphins and sea turtles, and we were very satisfied. They also took a lot of photos, so we have wonderful memories. Choosing Dolphin University from various dolphin tours was definitely the right decision. I would love to go again next time!

親子3世代、6歳から61歳までの家族旅行でのアクティビティでイルカ大学さんを選びました。
私が今回の旅行でしたい事のナンバー１だったのですが、皆を連れて行って全員が感動してくれました♪
スタッフの皆さんは本当に優しくて面白くて、凄く楽しませて頂きました☆
イルカも海ガメも沢山見られたし、大満足でした。
写真も沢山撮ってくれていたので、良い思い出が残りました。
色んなイルカツアーからイルカ大学さん選んで大正解でした。
次もまた行かせて頂きたいです(^_^)

On the last day before returning home, I participated at 10:30 AM, with plans to check out of the hotel at 10:00 AM and leave Waikiki before 3:00 PM for my 6:35 PM flight.

The pickup location at Sheraton Waikiki Hotel is in a different zone from the main drop-off area and bus landing area, so I was glad I asked the hotel staff for directions. They arrived before the scheduled time, and we departed on time.

I chose the 150-meter height. It was amazing! I would definitely want to try the 300-meter if it were available.

The motion sickness medication worked well, and the cruise was refreshing throughout, including the waiting time. I realized how important sun protection is; it might actually be more comfortable on cloudy days.

I’m not interested in commemorative photos, so I didn’t use the photography service. Instead, I took some pictures of the scenery with my waterproof smartphone in a waterproof film case with a neck strap.

Feeling good, I gave a $20 tip to the boat staff, and they were very happy. I also gave a $1 tip to the cheerful driver (it was the only small amount I had).

帰国する最終日。10時ホテルチェックアウト、18時35分フライトのために15時前にワイキキを去る、という予定の間の10時30分に参加しました。
シェラトンワイキキホテルでのピックアップ場所は、正面送迎エリアやバスランディングエリアとは違うゾーンなので、ホテルスタッフに場所を聞いて良かったです。
約束時間前に迎えに来ていて定刻に出発でした。
高さは150Mを選択。最高です！！300Mがあったらぜひトライしたい。
船酔い対策は薬が効いてくれて、待ち時間を含め終始クルーズが爽快でした。
日焼け対策が重要だったと思い知りました。曇天の場合むしろ快適かも。
記念写真に興味がないので撮影サービスは利用せず、
防水スマホを防水フィルムケースネックストラップに入れて風景を自分で少し撮影しました。
気持ち良い気分でチップを船のスタッフに20ドル渡しました。とても喜んでくれました。
陽気なドライバーの方にもチップを1ドル(しか少額がなかった)を渡しました。

I wanted to see the fireworks from the seaside on Friday, so I participated. The ship was fully booked, and the buffet guests and lobster dinner guests were on the same floor. Buffet guests could quickly grab their food and leave, but those having the lobster dinner had to wait for their meals to be served, which took quite a bit of time.

The ship isn't that large, so even without a window seat, there was plenty of opportunity to see the outside scenery, which was nice. I was told that the window seats were fully booked, so I couldn't request one, but I was lucky enough to have a window seat.

When asked if I would go again, I think I would prefer to go to a restaurant at the Hilton to watch the fireworks instead. I think once is enough for me.

海側から金曜日の花火が見たいと思い、参加しました。船内は満席で、ビュッフェの人とロブスターディナーの人が同じフロアでした。
ビュッフェの人は早く取って、食べて出ていけるのですが、ロブスターディナーの人は料理が運ばれてくるのを待つしかなく・・・結構、時間がかかります。
船はそれほど大きくないので、無理して窓側指定しなくても十分、外の景色が見えて、良い感じでした。うちは窓側が満席ですと言われて指定できなかったんですが、運良く窓側の席でした。
次また行くかと言われると、ヒルトンのレストランに行って、花火を見る方がいいかなと思っています。
1回行けば満足かなと思います。

I wanted to get a panoramic view of Waikiki Beach, so I joined this tour. My husband and I were the only Japanese people on board. The boat rocked quite a bit, and I felt seasick while waiting for our turn... Even during parasailing, it was still shaky, so I couldn't shake off the nausea, haha. The other guests were really excited at first, but their energy suddenly dropped halfway through, which was amusing, haha. We chose the 150-meter option. The view from above was absolutely amazing!! If you're visiting Hawaii for the first time, definitely give parasailing a try! It's better to take motion sickness medication, haha. Also, please be careful as the check-in area (it looks like a small hut) is a bit hard to find.

ワイキキビーチを一望したいと思い、このツアーに参加しました。私たち夫婦のみ日本人でした。結構ボートが激しく揺れるので自分達の順番が来るまで船酔いしました・・・。パラセイリング中も揺れるので酔いはおさまらず笑。私たち以外のお客さんも最初はテンションが高かったのですが、途中から急にテンションが下がっていて面白かったです笑。私たちは１５０ｍを選びました。上空からの景色はそれはもう最高でした！！初めてハワイに来られる方はぜひパラセイリングにチャレンジしてみてください！酔い止めは飲んでた方がいいです笑それと受付がよく分かりにくい（小屋みたいなところ）ので注意してくださいね。

I had about two and a half hours of free time in Haleiwa. Thanks to that, I was able to leisurely walk from one end of the town to the other. I also got to take photos of Haleiwa Wings, which made me happy.

However, I only passed by new places like Haleiwa Store Lot, so if I could wish for anything, I would have liked an additional 30 minutes.

ハレイワでのフリータイムは、2時間半ほどありました。おかげで、ハレイワの町を端から端までゆっくりと見て歩く事が出来ました。『Haleiwa Wings』の写真も撮る事が出来て、満足です。

ただ、ハレイワ・ストア・ロットなど新しい場所は通り過ぎるだけだったので、欲をいえば、あと30分くらい時間があると、嬉しいと思いました。

This was something that would take your breath away when zipping. It was so exciting and a lot to see.

Would recommend this for everyone. It was something to see. and remember.

Everything was explained in English, but they taught us using gestures and simple words. The staff were very cheerful, and even though all the participants were foreigners, we all had a great time together! Of course, enjoying the breathtaking views was wonderful, but climbing and descending using ropes and crossing the suspension bridge were all fun too! I highly recommend it!

説明などは全て英語でしたが、ジェスチャーや簡単な単語で教えてくれました。スタッフの方もとても明るく、参加者は全員外国人でしたがみんなで和気あいあいと楽しむことができました！
絶景を楽しむことはもちろん、ロープを使って登ったり降りたり吊り橋を渡ったり、全て楽しかったです♡おすすめです！

We experienced this with four adults and one child (6 years old). Although JALPAK also offers parasailing, it wasn't suitable for our child's age, so we opted for this Hawaiian Parasail, which allows children from five years old.

Depending on the weather, we had a wonderful experience with a stunning view of Diamond Head.

It was a good decision to pay for the $30 photo package. We got 143 photos over two flights, totaling 453MB. They filled almost the entire 512MB SD card. They even took pictures from postcard-like angles, which could be used for New Year's cards.

I wished I could have taken photos while flying, so I put my camera in my pocket when we took off, but it was too risky to take it out. Ideally, it would be great if they offered rentals for something like a GoPro.

We were picked up for the trip, but we decided to walk back to play at the Hilton Lagoon. Even aside from the lagoon, if you walk through the Hilton or next to the Ilikai Hotel, you can easily reach the various trolley bus stops for your next destination. In that sense, having a simple changing room would be the best.

大人４人子供１人（６歳）で体験しました。
JALPAKにもパラセイリングがありましたが子供の年齢的にダメだったので、５歳より可能なこちらのハワイアン・パラセイルで申し込みました。

天候等によるでしょうがダイヤモンドヘッドまで一望でき素晴らしい体験ができました。

３０ドルの写真撮影も頼んで正解でした。２フライトで143枚453MB。512MBのSDのほぼ満タンまで撮影してくれました。ポストカード的なアングルでも撮ってくれるので、年賀状にも使えそうです。

飛んでる最中に撮影出来たらと思い、カメラをポケットに入れて飛び立ちましたが落としそうでとても取り出せませんでしたので、欲を言えばGOPROなんかをレンタル出来たらいいと思いました。

行きは迎えに来てもらいましたが、ヒルトンラグーンで遊ぶため帰りは歩きにしました。ラグーンは別にしても、徒歩でヒルトンを抜けるかイリカイホテルの横を行けば各種トロリーバスの乗り場まで出られるので、そのまま次の目的地まで行きやすいのも良いですね。
そういう意味では、簡易的でも更衣室があればベストですね。

Due to the approaching hurricane, the waves were high and the visibility was poor. Haha. I was looking forward to turtle watching, but it seems the turtles evacuated as well, so I couldn't see them... Well, it's a natural phenomenon, so it can't be helped! The hamburger for lunch was delicious!

ハリケーン接近の為、波が高く透明度も悪かった〜。笑 海ガメウォッチングも楽しみにしてたけどカメも避難したらしく見れず… まあ、自然現象なので、仕方ない！ランチのハンバーガーは、美味しかったー！

The weather wasn't great, but I was satisfied to meet a lot of dolphins. The staff were all very kind, and I had a lot of fun. What was disappointing was that I forgot to film the dolphins and that we couldn't go to the usual snorkeling spot because of the bad weather. Thank you, Natsumi and Juli, for your help. I would like to participate again.

天気はいまひとつでしたが、たくさんのイルカに会えて満足でした。

残念だったのは、イルカを動画で撮り忘れたのと、天気が悪くて

Workers there need better customer service the experience was amazing just the workers there could be more friendly. The driver was the only one with a great attitude.

Honestly, it was tough for a 47-year-old overweight woman like me. However, since the lesson was in English only, I thought I had to interpret, so I participated. My 14-year-old daughter and 11-year-old son quickly learned to stand on the board and were surfing stylishly. I was especially glad to see my rebellious daughter working hard with a genuine smile. My son, who isn't very athletic and usually slow, was told, "He has talent. When we go back to Japan, get him a board and a wetsuit," and he seemed motivated by that. If only we lived by the sea... I have been suffering from pain in my left knee and right arm due to physical labor, but I pushed through. However, it was quite a struggle to get back on the board after falling. I took a break before returning to the instructor. When I said, "I'm tired," I was told, "This is a two-hour lesson just to get tired." The instructions were mostly in English, and the instructor, who could speak a little Japanese, only knew phrases like "favorite student," "number one," "paddle right," "turn," and "paddle left." According to the kids, while I was trying, they said, "Mom, bad." But one by one, they praised me as "number one," which lifted my spirits. I finally managed to get on the board twice. A couple watching said, "Nice challenge." After it ended, without a moment to rest, we carried the very heavy board back to the office, which was a five-minute walk. I saw that other groups were being charged $35, but we got it as a gift. Additionally, the kids received a T-shirt each. Did we pay an extra fee for the family private lesson? Maybe they realized I was poor when I said I worked at a market? But they were nice people. That same day, I started feeling muscle pain in my arms, and surfing, which was the most challenging activity for me, became the most unforgettable memory. Above all, the happy faces of my children are treasures. I remember their best smiles along with the pain in my arms. Passive activities are nice, but it feels great to be able to work hard and achieve something. Unfortunately, I think the people at the office assumed I didn't understand English, as they were gossiping about me at first, which felt quite unpleasant. They laughed and said, "Is she?" in a derogatory manner. After choosing surfing shoes, I wasn't told what to do next and was left alone; when I asked, I was just brushed off with a "nice." After a while, a guy conducting group lessons explained things, and once he realized I understood some English, he changed his attitude. They probably made assumptions about me based on my age, but their behavior towards customers was unacceptable. I was ready to complain if that attitude continued, but then our instructor appeared, and he was nice, so I let it go. The unpleasantness from the office staff cost them one star. By the way, one of the women at the office was playing Pokémon Go in front of customers without a care.

正直、４７歳の太ったおばさんにはキツイです。でもレッスンが英語のみなので通訳せねば、と思って一緒にやりました。中２の娘と小６の息子はあっという間にボードの上に立てるようになり、かっこよくサーフィンしていました。特に反抗期の娘がすごく素直な笑顔で頑張っているのをみて、やってよかったと思います。小６の息子もあまり運動神経が良い方ではなく、普段トロいのですが、「彼には才能がある。日本に帰ったらボードとスウェットスーツを買ってもらえ。」と言われてその気になっていました。海辺に住んでたらね…。私は肉体労働で左ひざと右上腕を痛めているのですが、そんなこと言ってられないので、頑張りました。が、落ちてはボードに乗るのに一苦労。先生のところに戻る前に休憩。「疲れた。」と言うと、「疲れたるためだけの２時間レッスン」だと言われました。基本全部英語で、日本語が少しできるという先生は「お気に入り生徒」「１番」「右　こぐ」「まわって」「左　こぐ」くらいでした。子ども達によると私がチャレンジしている間「ママ　バッド」と言っていたそうです。でも順番に全員「１番」とほめてくれて、気分よくしてくれました。私もやっと２回ボードに乗れました。見ていたカップルに「ナイス　チャレンジ」と言われましたよ。終わったあと休む間もなくボードを運び（すごく重いです）、歩いて５分の事務所へ帰る。ＣＤを見て他のグループレッスンの人たちは３５ドルとか言われてましたが、うちはプレゼント。あと、子どもたちにＴ-シャツ１枚ずつプレゼントされました。３人でファミリープライベートレッスンにするのに、追加料金を払ったから？私の仕事を聞かれてマーケットで働いていると言ったから、貧乏なのがわかったから？でもいい人でした。その日のうちから腕の筋肉痛が始まり、サーフィン、私にとっては一番つらいアクティビティだったのに、一番忘れられない思い出になりました。何よりも子どもたちの嬉しそうな顔が宝物です。腕の痛さとともに子ども達の最高の笑顔を思い出します。受動的なアクティビティもいいのですが、やはり、自分が頑張って何かをできるようになるっていいものですね。でも残念なのは事務所の人たちが英語がわからないと思ったのか、最初私の噂話をしていて、かなり感じ悪かったです。「彼女が？」と蔑むように言われて笑われました。サーフィン用のくつを選んだあと、何をするのかも言われず、ほっとかれて、聞いても「ナイス」とごまかされて答えてもらえず。しばらくして、グループレッスンをしているお兄さんが説明してくれて、ある程度英語がわかると思ったら態度を改めていましたが、たぶん年齢とかから私をどんな人物か推測していたのでしょうが、お客様に対してありえない態度でした。その態度が続いたら文句を言おうと思っていましたが、その後私たちの担当だという先生が現れて、感じがよかったのでよしとしました。事務所の人たちの感じ悪さで星１つマイナスです。ちなみに事務所の女性はお客様の前だというのに構わず「ポケモンゴー」をしていました。

The dolphins are so cute! We watched the show (in English), fed them (additional cost), and explored the not-so-large zoo-like area. We checked in ourselves, used the lockers, changed, and gathered. This locker system can be confusing for those who don't understand English. First, you need to buy a special coin for the locker at the counter (the check-in counter is separate from the one for purchasing items) for $3. You use that coin for the locker. For Japanese people, it can be unclear whether the coin is for the locker or change, and I saw someone struggling to figure out how to close the locker, thinking it was change. Although it said "deposit," it is not a deposit, and the money is not refundable. We couldn't fit all our bags into one locker, so we used two. A Japanese guide kindly explained in detail what to do for the activities, and we put on life jackets and received explanations in English. I wear contacts, and when I asked if I should wear goggles, I was told that my head wouldn't go underwater, so it was fine to keep my contacts in, but I was advised not to wear goggles. I learned the names and origins of the dolphins, and one dolphin had appeared in a movie with Johnny Depp 15 years ago, but all that information was in English. I could only understand about two-thirds of it, and although I heard the movie's name, it was one I didn't know. I couldn't find out about it after returning to Japan either.

Swimming with the dolphins was more about completing five activities: kissing them sideways, kissing them face-to-face, holding them from underneath, swimming while holding onto the dorsal fins of two dolphins, and being pushed by two dolphins while swimming, all while posing for photos and videos. At first, we all signaled each other and felt like trainers, feeding the dolphins and petting them. It was great to see their impressive jumps and tricks up close. However, the price is just too high, so I give it four stars. While I'm happy to interact with the dolphins, 25,000 yen per person is excessive. At that price, I would expect all explanations about the dolphins to be in Japanese. Since we had a very kind Japanese guide, it would have been nice to have that. It feels like they think Japanese people are just cash cows. Additionally, the prices for photos and CDs were shocking. About 5,000 yen for a set of five photos times three is no joke. But when I saw the CD being played, I really wanted it. In the end, I bought the CD and two photos each. The person with the camera was okay and explained in English, but the man filming was rude to Japanese people and had no friendliness at all. He was extremely unpleasant. There are changing rooms, but I wished there were showers.

On the bus ride there, the guide suddenly stood up and explained that there are many photo spots for first-time visitors to Hawaii, so we should have our cameras ready. I don't like taking pictures through the window, so I didn't take any, and the kids were sleeping. I also found it hard to catch everything since the guide spoke quickly in English, so I only understood about two-thirds of it. However, I was able to summarize it for the kids on the way back, so I think I understood to some extent. I was surprised because I hadn't experienced anything like this on other tours, but then I realized it was a sightseeing bus. Since it was a sightseeing bus, it made sense that the guide would explain things normally. I think it's great for those who understand English, but I wish they would speak in Japanese for those who don't. By the way, I heard that there are hardly any places in Hawaii that use plastic bags. Sometimes they are used in supermarkets, but Hawaii has decided not to use plastic bags for environmental reasons. When I tried to get a plastic bag because the photos might get wet, that was the explanation I received. I recommend bringing your own plastic bags in advance.

イルカかわいい~！！ショー見て（英語）、餌やりをして（費用別）、あまり広くはない動物園のような園内を見て、自分でチェックインして、ロッカーを使用し、着替えて集合。このロッカーも英語がわからない人にはわかりずらいけど、まずはカウンター（チェックインカウンターと物を購入するカウンターは別）でロッカーの専用コインを3ドルで購入。そのコインでロッカーを使用します。日本人にはロッカー用コインなのかお釣りなのか分かりにくく、お釣りだと思ってロッカーをどう閉めるのか悩んでた人がいました。このロッカー、確かデポジットと書いてあったのにデポジットではなく、お金は戻らないロッカーです。うちは3人分の荷物が入りきらず、ロッカーを２つ使用しました。あとは日本人のガイドさんが丁寧に何をどうすればいいのかアクティビティについて詳しく説明してくれて、胴衣を着て今度は英語で説明を受ける。コンタクトしてるけど、ゴーグルした方がいいのかと聞いたら、頭は水につけないので、コンタクトでもかまわないけど、ゴーグルはしないように言われました。イルカの名前や由来、1頭のイルカはジョニーデップと一緒に１５年前に映画にでたという話でしたが、その辺の話は全部英語。私も２／３くらいしか理解できず、映画の名前も聞いたけど、知らない映画でした。日本に帰ってから調べてもわからなかったです。イルカと一緒に泳ぐ！というよりは、５つの項目：キス横顔、キス真正面、イルカを下から抱っこポーズ、2頭の背びれにつかまって泳ぐ、2頭に足を押されて泳ぐ、というのを順番に写真やビデオにポーズをとりながらこなして行く感じでした。最初はみんなで合図をだしてトレーナー気分になったり、餌をやったり。身体をいい子いい子したり。すごいジャンプや芸も間近で見られてよかったです。ただ、あまりにも金額が高すぎるので星４つです。イルカと触れ合えるのは嬉しいけれど、一人25000円は高すぎでしょう。この値段なら、イルカのことなどの説明も全部日本語でしてほしいです。せっかく日本人のガイドさん（しかもとても親切）がいるのだから。最低限のことだけ通じればいい、というのはイルカには優しいけど、お客様には優しくありません。日本人はただの金づるだと思われてるな、と感じます。更に写真やＣＤが高くてびっくり。5枚セットで5000円くらい×３なんて冗談じゃない。でもＣＤが流されていて、見るとやはりほしい。結局、ＣＤと写真2枚ずつ買いました。カメラの人は英語の説明をしていてまあまあ感じいいのですが、ビデオを撮影した男は日本人をばかにしていてまったく愛想がない。超感じ悪かったです。更衣室はあるけど、シャワーがほしかったです。行きのバスの中で途中から急にガイドさんが立ちあがってハワイ初めての人は写真スポットが沢山あるからカメラを用意して、と言って色々説明してくれました。わたしは窓ごしの写真はあまり好きではないので撮りませんでしたし、子ども達は寝ていました。私も英語で早口なので２／３分かったかどうか…。でも帰りに子ども達にかいつまんで話せたので、ある程度は理解できていたと思います。他のツアーではこんなことなかったのでびっくりしましたが、そういえば、バスが観光バスだなと思いました。観光バスなので普通にガイドさんが説明するのだと。英語が分かる人にはとってもいいと思います。分からない人は日本語で話してほしいと思いますが。ちなみにハワイにはビニール袋を扱っているところはほとんどないそうです。たまにスーパーなどで使っているけど、今ハワイはエコのために、ビニール袋を使用しないように決められているのだそうです。写真が濡れるからビニール袋をもらおうとしたらそう説明されました。予め自分でビニール袋を用意して行くことをお勧めします。

あと、このサイトの「含まれるもの」にチップと書いてなくてもチップが含まれているオプションも沢山ありました。いちいち１５％~２０％？と最初はまじめに考えて計算していきましたが、現地で各ツアーに電話で確認しました。ほとんどいらなかったです。まず、チップが必要なものでも２０％は払いすぎ。アメリカ人は１５％が普通だそうで、それも面白かったら払うだけで、必ず払わなければいえけないわけではありません。なんか日本人は英語が話せない人も多く、チップを多め多めに払うようで、すごくあきれられています。全く当たり前のように払わないのも問題ですが、あくまでも定額以上の仕事をしてくれたら、です。
