This was everything the other positive reviews said it would be. The crew was patient and thorough in gearing you up and explaining what to expect. They explained what to do in the event of a number of potential issues. But just as importantly, they were friendly, clearly happy to be doing what they were doing and happy to have us aboard.

We got picked up by a fun shuttle driver who quickly got us to the dock and back to our hotel.

I highly recommend Hawaiian Parasail. A good value and a great activity in paradise!

It was my first time parasailing in Hawaii. I was a bit anxious about whether I would spin in the air because of the strong winds, but once I was up there, it felt amazing and I didn't feel any fear at all. The staff took photos for us, so I have another wonderful memory to cherish. I didn't even need to wear a swimsuit since I didn't get wet at all. They also taught us how to take off and land carefully. It was so much fun! Thank you!

風が強くて空中回転しないか⁉と不安もあったけれど　上がってみるととても気持ちがよく恐怖などなにも感じませんでした。　写真もスタッフが撮ってくれたので　楽しい素敵な思い出がまた一つ増えました。
水着着用の必要性は無いほど濡れる事もなかったです。離発着も丁寧に教えてくださいました。

Unfortunately, on the day I arrived with my booking we were turned away, even though I had a printed booking for the trip and reference number. The Catamaran company had not had confirmation from Veltra sent through. They could have called to check but they did not seem interested in doing so. To be turned away was was embarrassing and disappointing as this was a birthday treat for that particular day.

We called Veltra and they did apologise for the misunderstanding and booked us on the next day. We had no issues the next day and I must say had a wonderful time. It was just lucky we had another free day.

Unfortunately, I ended up waist-deep in the sea, but I had a great time taking photos, playing volleyball, and snorkeling. I was also able to see turtles from the boat. The crew members were all fun, and the hamburgers grilled on the water were delicious! I would love to participate again!

This was a very nice birthday surprise from my wife. I've never gone horseback riding and my wife booked us a family tour and it was GREAT! I was scared at first because I've never rode a horse before, but our Ranglers Tate and Jayden were superb on showing us how to do everything! Tate and Jayden were outstanding. I would definitely ride again with them. They ensured our safety at all times which was a huge plus for me. The ride was amazing, relaxing, beautiful and calming. I could not have asked for a better birthday gift. Not only was the ride great but we all learned some things about horses. Our horses were great also! Def one of the highlights of our trip to Hawaii! We really had an Awesome time!

Dinner Cruise was awesome. Bus driver on the way was a ass and was nearly punched for being rude to my wife. Told her to be quiet and enjoy the ride. This after he told everyone one the bus we could joke with him because he used to be a shuttle driver.

Everyone on the bus had to drive by the exact same stops twice because he said we didn't know what he was doing.

Whoever scheduled the route didn't know what they were doing it took us nearly 50 minutes to drive around one block If the route would have gone the other way it might have lasted 10 enough said

I enjoyed this activity with my wife. I remember
fantastic views under the sea, there were beautiful fishes and turtle. We did snorkel during waiting for undersea bicycling. Thank you for giving us great memory.

Such an incredibly fun experience for the family! It helped that weather conditions were optimal during our adventure, but what made it complete was the friendly and professional staff and crew. They were all so engaging and took time to personally interact with all the guests. We felt completely safe at all times the view from above was amazing! I highly recommend Hawaiian Parasail.

This was an awesome thing to do with the kids....the underwater shipwrecks etc. were amazing to see.

This is a definitely a cruise for the older crowd. If you are wanting something upbeat and fun this is not for you. The atmosphere is nice and the fireworks were beautiful but it wasn't what we were expecting or hoping for.

The weather wasn't very good, the water was cold, and due to the tides, the sandy beach that you see in pictures was completely invisible. However, I was able to have an experience that I normally wouldn't get to have. It was a strange feeling to be standing in the middle of the ocean.

On the way to the sandbar, I was thrilled to see sea turtles and manta rays.

Also, the breakfast sandwich was simple but very delicious.

Even if you don't go snorkeling, you can enjoy playing in the water near the boat without getting soaked, so you can have fun even if you're not confident in your swimming skills.

あまり天気が良くなく、水も冷たく、干満の関係で写真で見るような砂浜もまったく見えない状態でしたが、普段、できないような体験ができました。海の真ん中に立っている不思議な感覚です。
サンドバーに着くまでには、ウミガメやマンタが見られ、感激でした。
また、朝食のサンドウィッチもシンプルですが、とてもおいしかったです。
シュノーケリングをしなくても、船の近くでずぶぬれにならずに水遊びができるので、泳ぎに自信がなくても楽しめます。

I tend to get seasick, so I was a bit worried, but there was no problem at all. It was mystical to see the turtles swimming and the schools of fish. Also, the view of the coastal hotels when returning from the sea was lovely. I think it's a sight you don't get to see often!

船酔いするタイプなので、ちょっと心配でしたが全く問題ありませんでした。
亀が泳ぐ姿や魚の群れが見れて神秘的でした。
また、沖から戻る際に見えた海岸ホテル群の景色が素敵です。なかなか見れない景色だと思いますよ！

I checked the tide levels when I signed up, so I knew that the sandbar would have water at least up to my knees on certain days, but the snorkeling experience was terrible.

We departed with over 60 people on a large bus, and the number increased even more at the location. With that many people, we were just taken in a line around a designated course and that was it. The snorkeling time was about 5 minutes? It felt more like a swimming lesson for kids. It would have been better not to do it at all.

The guide and crew had a good vibe and took photos and provided services, but the tour program itself was just too awful. I do not recommend it.

申し込む時点で潮位を調べてたので、サンドバーは少なくとも膝上くらいまでは水が出ある日、ということは分かってたけどシュノーケリングがひどかった。
大型バスに60名以上で出発し、現地でさらに人数が増える。その人数で、一列になって決められたコースをぐるっと回らされて終わり。シュノーケリング時間は5分くらい？子どもの水泳訓練か何かですか？という感じ。これならやらない方がマシだった。
ガイドさんやクルーのノリは良いし、写真を撮ったりサービスしてくれるけどツアープログラム自体がひどすぎる。お勧めしません。

This was our first time participating in Dolphin University as a pair. Since we were on the first bus, it was really early in the morning, but the staff member kept everyone energized, so I wasn't sleepy at all! I also learned a lot of interesting facts about dolphins.

When we arrived at the port and boarded the boat, we spotted dolphins in about five minutes!!! Around 20 dolphins were right in front of us! After that, we returned to the boat to relax, and then we saw another group of dolphins! This time, we even got to see a baby dolphin swimming along, and we were thrilled to witness dolphin jumps live! Later, we encountered three sea turtles, and I was constantly amazed throughout the trip!

We also had a packed schedule with canoeing, paddle surfing, a jumping contest from the boat, and a hula dance with all the participants! The pineapple and cheeseburger we had on the boat were really delicious. I was quite anxious about whether we would actually see dolphins before going, but it turned out to be an incredibly satisfying tour. Oh, for those who are worried about seasickness, I definitely recommend taking motion sickness medication beforehand (there were participants who got sick...). Also, a professional photographer took a lot of pictures during the tour, and I think it's definitely worth buying those photos! They were taken beautifully!

Next time I go to Hawaii, I absolutely want to participate again!

今回初めてイルカ大学に2人で参加しました。第1便だったので朝はすごく早かったのですがバスの中ではお姉さんがハイテンションでみんなを盛り上げてくれたので全く眠くなかったです！ イルカの豆知識もたくさん知ることができました。
いざ港に着き、船に乗り込むと5分くらいでイルカさんたちを発見！！！20頭くらいのイルカが私たちの目の前に！その後いったん船に戻りゆっくりしているとまた次のイルカの群れが！今度は赤ちゃんイルカも一緒に泳いでいるのも見れ、さらに生でドルフィンジャンプも見れて感動！そのあとは3匹の海亀さんにも出会え終始感動しっぱなしでした！
あとはカヌーやらパドルサーフィン、船からのジャンプ大会、参加者全員でのフラダンスと盛りだくさんの内容です！船の中で食べたパイナップルやチーズバーガーは本当においしかったです。行く前は本当にイルカに会えるか不安でしたが本当に大大大満足のツアーでした。あ、船酔いが心配な人は事前に必ず酔い止めを飲むのをオススメします。（参加者の中にもリバースしている人がいたので…）あとプロのカメラマンさんがツアー中にたくさん写真を撮ってくれるのですがその写真は絶対に買ったほうがいいと思います！ものすごく綺麗に撮ってくれます！
次ハワイに行く際はまた絶対に参加したいと思います！

OMG! I booked this tour for my husband's birthday today. It was simply amazing. Initially he was a little apprehensive, but once we started riding he really enjoyed the ride. Our guide was simply the BEST (Tate) He was very informative and knew so much about the ranch and the horses. He made the ride so much fun! We also enjoyed (Jayden) who was our other guide. We can't wait to go back because we will definitely be coming back here to do another tour. The scene was beautiful although it rained some of our ride we still enjoyed it and had a blast!! They make sure you are comfortable and are enjoying every minute of it. It was our kids first time riding as well. They had so much fun until they would like to get horses themselves now. You CAN'T go to North Shore and not do this activity!

This was my third experience, so I didn't have the strong impression I had the first time, but my friends who experienced it for the first time seemed to find it fresh and were very happy. They shared that it was a top-class event during our seven-night stay in Hawaii. As the one who invited them on this trip, I felt very pleased about that. Since it was muddy from the rain, the horses were slipping, which seemed to add to the thrill.

私自身は３度目の体験ですので、最初の時の強い印象はありませんが、今回初めて体験した友人夫婦には新鮮であったようでとても喜んでくれました。今回の７泊のハワイでのイベントのトップクラスと感想を伝えてくれました。その事が、今回の旅行を誘った私としては嬉しく思います。雨でぬかるんでいたため、馬が足を滑らせていたため、余計スリルに溢れていたようです。

Beautiful Ride! We just missed the hurricane that was forecasted to hit the island. There was no rain and the weather was fantastic. We did the beginner ride which took about an hour. We were able to see other animals on the farm. The farm is massive; over 600 acres I believe. Next time I would like to do the intermediate or advanced ride. The staff was very professional and polite. The tour guide was kind enough to give us a background of the history of the farm. I would definitely return and recommend to anybody that this horseback ride was beautiful and romantic. Try the sunset ride if you go with your significant other :)

The pickup for the Island Makana Tours' canyon horseback riding plan was at the Hyatt Regency's Core Street entrance, which was as crowded as Hachiko Square. Around 9:40, we arrived at Dole Plantation. Since we only had 30 minutes, I gave up on riding the Pineapple Express train that runs through the park, but just strolling through the pineapple fields felt great. Around 10:40, we reached Turtle Beach. Unfortunately, we didn't see any sea turtles. We dropped off the free time plan participants in Haleiwa, and around 11:15, we arrived at Waimea Canyon. It rained heavily on and off, but we started horseback riding. At one point, I slipped to the right along with the saddle, but I managed to keep holding the reins and stood up on the ground. After the horseback riding, everyone was soaking wet, and I was surprised that we couldn't borrow even one towel. Around 13:15, we arrived in Haleiwa Town. I had garlic shrimp at the Camaron Shrimp Wagon ($13.60). The line at Matsumoto Shave Ice was too long for me to consider waiting, but there was another shop nearby with a shave ice sign that had only staff inside.

アイランドマカナツアーズの渓谷乗馬プランのピックアップはアクティビティ集合場所になっているハイアットリージェンシーのコア通り側入り口で、ハチ公前みたいにごった返していた。9:40頃にドールプランテーション。滞在時間30分だったので、パイナップルエクスプレスという園内をはしる汽車への乗車は諦めたが、パイナップル畑などを散策するだけでも良い気分だった。10:40頃に海亀ビーチ。海亀は見られなかった。フリータイムプランの方々をハレイワで降ろし、11:15頃ワイメア渓谷。雨が強く降ったり止んだりだったが、乗馬開始。途中、鞍と一緒に体が右へずり落ちたが、手綱を握ったまま地面に立てた。乗馬後、全員ずぶ濡れになっていたが、タオル1枚借りられなかったのには驚いた。13:15頃、ハレイワタウン。カマロンシュリンプワゴンでガーリックシュリンプ（13.6ドル）。マツモトシェーブアイスは並ぶ気になれない行列だったが、近くにシェーブアイスの看板を掲げる別の店は店員しかいなかった。

Last time I went to Hawaii, I participated in a dolphin tour with another company, but I got seasick and had to give up snorkeling. This time, I was really looking forward to swimming with the dolphins. However, due to the effects of the hurricane, we weren't able to see the dolphins on the first day, despite the high probability of encountering them.

However, since my husband couldn't swim and immediately cramped up, the Japanese guide helped him with a float and guided him to where the sea turtles were, so he was able to enjoy himself even without seeing the dolphins. I used a half-price ticket for not seeing the dolphins and tried again the next day.

I was truly moved to be able to swim close to the dolphins I had longed for, to see many fish, and to see many sea turtles up close. More than that, I was touched by the morning call, the crew's hula dance and performances on the boat, and the crew's desire for many people to meet the dolphins.

There are various dolphin tours offered by different companies, but I highly recommend Dolphin and You. I would definitely like to participate again.

前回、ハワイに行った時に別の会社のドルフィンのツアーに参加したのですが,船酔いで,シュノーケリングは断念したため、今回こそはどうしてもドルフィンと泳ぎたいととても楽しみにしていました。しかし、ハリケーンの影響か、一日目は高い確率で会えるはずのドルフィンに会えませんでした。
しかし、泳げない上に泳ぎ始めてすぐに足をつった主人を日本語ガイドさんが、浮輪,で誘導して、ウミガメのところまで案内してくれたので、主人はドルフィンには会えなくても、十分楽しめようです。
私はドルフィンに会えなかった場合の半額チケットで、翌日もトライしました。
念願のドルフィンの近くで泳げたこと、たくさんの魚達、たくさんのウミガメを間近で見れたこと、本当に感激しました。
しかし、それ以上に、朝のモーニングコール、船の上でのクルーの皆さんのフラダンスやパフォーマンス、多くの人にドルフィンに会ってもらいたいというクルーの皆さん想いに触れて、感動しました。
色々な会社さんのドルフィンツアーがありますが、ドルフィンアンドユー様をおすすめします。私も、是非、また参加したいです。

It was my first time in Hawaii and my first time parasailing, and it felt absolutely amazing. I chose the 150m option. I usually can't handle thrill rides and have a slight fear of heights, but being over the ocean made it not matter; the feeling and excitement outweighed any fear, so I wasn't scared at all. Crossing a suspension bridge in VR was scarier for me. My wife tends to get motion sickness, and even though she took motion sickness medication, she still felt nauseous.

初めてのハワイ、初めてのパラセーリングでしたが、最高に気持ちよかったです。
150mを選びました。絶叫系ダメ、若干高所恐怖症でしたが、海の上だと気にならないというか、気持ち良さ、や興奮が上回るのでまったく怖くなかったです。VRで高いところで吊り橋渡る方が怖かった。。
嫁は酔いやすい体質で、酔い止め飲んでいましたが酔っていました。

Although I had a little surfing experience in Japan, it was my first time riding waves in Waikiki, especially on a reef! At 49 years old and lacking in stamina, I was exhausted from paddling! During those times, the kind and strong Adam helped me by pulling my board with his feet multiple times! Thanks to Adam, I was able to catch many great waves! Thank you so much! (*^^*)

日本で少しだけサーフィン経験はあったものの、ワイキキ、しかもリーフで波に乗るのは初めて！
49歳、体力の無い私はパドリングで力を使いクタクタに！そんな時優しく力強いアダムさんが足でボードを引っ張り何度も助けてくれました！アダムさんのおかげで、たくさんいい波に乗れました！本当にありがとう(*^^*)

There was a large group of dolphins, but they were far below my feet, so I almost missed them. I wish I could have gotten a little closer. Since they are wild, I can't complain.
After the dolphins, we went to the turtle point, and that was really great. It was my first time seeing so many turtles, including baby turtles, up close. Stand-up paddleboarding and the trampoline were also a lot of fun. The BBQ hamburgers were delicious because they cooked them right there on the spot. I also appreciated that they were accommodating with various requests like gluten-free and no cheese.

イルカの大群はいましたが、足元のずっと下の方だったので、見落としそうでした。もう少し近くまで寄れたらよかったのですが。野生なので、文句は言えないですよね。
イルカの次にカメのポイントに行き、そこがとってもよかったです。あんなにそばでたくさんのカメ、子亀？を見るのは初めてでした。またスタンダップパドルボートやトランポリンなど、とっても楽しかったです。BBQハンバーガーは、その場で焼いてくれてるのでとてもおいしかったです。グルテンフリーやチーズなしなどいろいろな希望を聞いてくれるのもありがたいですね。

As I read in the reviews, I changed into my swimsuit, grabbed a towel and a few belongings, and headed to the pickup location. I was loaded onto the trolley and signed a paper with the parasailing instructions.

After checking in at the yacht harbor near Ala Moana, we departed with a mix of Japanese and foreign participants, a total of 12 people in 6 groups. Two young guys operated the boat and prepared for parasailing.

After a short while, we took turns putting on the parasailing belts and life jackets. Once the parachute was fully opened and the belts were connected, we gradually ascended into the sky.

The view from above was incredible. Unlike amusement park attractions, being suspended in the middle of the sea and sky, looking down at the unobstructed view of Waikiki Beach, was truly magnificent!

The 10-minute flight was refreshing, with just a little swaying as the boat turned. This kind of experience is part of Hawaii's charm. I definitely want to participate in other activities again!

書き込みで見たように水着に着替え、タオルとわずかな荷物を持ち、ピックアップ場所に行きました。トロリーに乗せられ、パラセーリングの注意事項を書いた紙に署名しました。
アラモワナ近くのヨットハーバーで受付を済ませ、日本人、外国人混載で6組12人を乗せてボートは、ヨットハーバーを出発。
若いお兄さんが二人でボートの運転とパラセーリングの準備をします。
しばらく進んだところで、二人ずつ順番にパラセーリングのベルトを装着し、救命胴着を着せられます。パラシュートが十分に開きベルトが繋がれ、徐々に上空へとロープが伸びていきます。
上空からの見晴らしは最高です。遊園地のアトラクションとは、違い、海と空の真っ只中に放り出され、何も遮るものの無いワイキキのビーチを見下ろす景観は、とても素晴らしかった！！
ボートが旋回する際に揺れるくらいで10分ほどの空の旅は、爽快そのものです。
こんな経験が出来るのもハワイの魅力です。是非、また、他のアクティビティに参加したいです。

This was my first time using the service! We participated as a couple because we could swim with dolphins while snorkeling. We got on the shuttle from the Sheraton early in the morning, and it felt like the one-hour ride flew by while listening to the fun stories from our tour guide. Once we boarded the boat, we headed to the spot where the dolphins were. Since dolphins move quickly, we jumped into the water as soon as we arrived. I was amazed to see several dolphins swimming just below me!

After that, we moved to another dolphin spot, but we weren't able to see any dolphins the second time. In total, we only went to the dolphin spot twice. Next, we moved to a spot with sea turtles. They were small, but we were able to see them while snorkeling. We also did kayaking and paddle surfing. When we participated, we had enough time for kayaking, but I heard that sometimes if the schedule is tight, those activities might not be available.

今回初めて利用しました！
シュノーケリングでイルカと泳ぐことができるということで、夫婦2人で参加させていただきました。朝早くにシェラトンからの送迎車に乗り込み楽しいツアーのお兄さんの話を聞きながら向かったので片道1時間位があっという間でした。そして船に乗り込みイルカのいるスポットまで向かいました。イルカはすぐに移動してしまう為、着いたらすぐに海に入ります。
そして自分が泳いでいるすぐ下にイルカが何匹か泳いでいました。こんな間近でイルカを見ることができて感動しました！
その後も、またイルカスポットまで移動しましたが2回目は見れませんでした。
結局、イルカスポットへは2回しか行きませんでした。
次に海亀のいるスポットまで移動しました。小さかったですが、泳いでいる海亀をシュノーケリングしながら見ることが出来ました。
そして、カヤックやパドルサーフィンなどもしました。私達が参加した時は時間があったのでカヤックなど出来ましたが、その時によって時間がおしていたら出来ない時もあるそうです。

I had a great time communicating in Japanese both on the bus and at the destination! If I had to mention something, I was a bit disappointed that the meals and jeep tour were in English, but everything else was very good! On the cruise, I was able to see turtles, which made me very satisfied!

バスでも現地でも日本語ですごく楽しく過ごせました!!
強いていうなら、ご飯とジープツアーが英語だった事は少し残念でしたが他はとても良かったです！

What a fun, fast excursion located near Waikiki! We did the 9 AM tour in the morning and it was clear and sunny! The crew has the system down to get all parties in/out of the harness easily and having a great time. They even offered to take pictures and videos for $30 extra which we took advantage of. We had a great time parasailing, and was off to our next adventure!

Great time, great crew, stunning scenery. They don't overcrowd the boat so there is plenty of room to move around. The crew makes the evening entertaining by socializing and they take pictures on request.

It was a bit on the expensive side, and I was hesitant, but I decided to sign up since it was a special opportunity. The instructor and the camera person really encouraged us, even though we didn't understand English, and I made friends with the Americans who participated with us. I definitely want to work hard and join again! ♪
