I made a reservation for 120 meters, and I think it was indeed 120 meters, but I felt a thrill and excitement that made it feel even higher. Ultimately, if you get friendly with the captain, he seems willing to accommodate requests on a whim. This is because the operation of the parasailing (managing the wires and adjusting the boat's speed) depends on the captain's skills, and in my case, it was outstanding (he operated the boat while singing along to the background music!).

Both the captain and the crew member were locals, and they could understand some basic Japanese, while basic English was also sufficient for communication.

Another memorable aspect was the Japanese person who provided transportation. He had a slightly suspicious vibe with his broken Japanese, but it was amusing, and he was quite kind, which made for a good memory in a way.

One point to note is that the boat goes quite fast and can be quite bumpy (the parasailing itself can also be shaky), so if you are prone to motion sickness, I think taking motion sickness medication is essential.

120mで予約して、結局120mだったとは思いますが、それ以上の高さを感じるほど楽しさとスリルを味わえました。
結局は船長さんと仲良くなれば、ノリでリクエストに答えてくれる感じがありました。というのもパラセイリングの操作(ワイヤーの操作、ボートの速度調整)は船長の操船技術次第ですが、私の時は抜群でした。(BGM流し歌いながらボートを運航！）
船長、クルー(１名)いずれも現地の方でしたが、片言の日本語は通じますし、片言の英語でも十分通じます。
また他に印象的だったのは、送迎の日系の方です。片言の日本語で若干胡散臭い感じがしたのですが、それがまた面白く、それでいて結構親切で、ある意味良い思い出となりました。
注意点としては、ボートが速度も出て結構揺れるので、(パラセイリング自体も揺れますが）、酔いやすい方は、酔い止めは必須と思います。

On the day of the event, due to traffic regulations, the pickup from the hotel was changed to a pickup about a 10-minute walk away. Parasailing is an activity unique to resort areas, so I think it will be a memorable experience. The scenery was also incredibly beautiful.

当日、交通規制があったためホテルピックアップではなく10分くらい歩いたところからの送迎に変更になりました。
パラセーリングはリゾート地ならではのアクティビティなので、思い出に残ると思います。
景色もすごく綺麗でした。

I participated in a 2-hour course with my family (two adults and one 15-year-old child). We watched a 5-minute video in Japanese before starting the horseback riding. There were about five people in our group. The guide spoke only in English, but gave directions in Japanese, so there were no particular issues.

Since I was far from the guide, I couldn't understand the explanation of the course at all, but the horse was calm and walked slowly, allowing us to enjoy the best views. (It felt more like being taken on a ride to enjoy the scenery rather than actual horseback riding.)

I experienced some knee pain, possibly due to the equipment not fitting properly, but I highly recommend this activity. There were various courses available at the ranch, but I think this one is the best for enjoying the scenery at a leisurely pace.

家族三人で参加しました。(夫婦÷子供15歳)
日本語のビデオを5分程度見て、乗馬開始。
五人程度のグループでした。ガイドは、英語のみでしたが、行く方向を日本語で指示してくれて、特に問題有りませんでした。
ガイドと離れていた為、コースの説明は全く分かりませんでしたが、馬は大人しくてゆっくり歩いてくれたので、最高の景色を堪能できました。
(乗馬というよりは、馬に乗せて貰って景色を眺めるといった感じ)
器具があっていなかったのか、膝が痛くなりましたが、おすすめのアクティビティです。
牧場内に色々と参加出来るコースが有りましたが、一番ゆっくり景色を観れるコースかと思います。

The sea was more beautiful than I expected, and I could see fish, sunken ships, and planes very clearly. I was also able to encounter a sea turtle, which was great. However, not only the submarine but also the boat to get there swayed quite a bit, so those who are prone to motion sickness should be prepared.

思っていた以上に海がキレイで、魚や沈んだ船や飛行機などよく見えました。海ガメにも出会えたし良かったです。ただ、潜水艦だけでなくそこまで行くための船もかなり揺れますので乗り物酔いされる方は相応の覚悟が必要かと。

We participated as a family of four. Since we chose the 150m option, it felt quite high and gave the impression of going far up. The boat crew was cheerful, and we had a great time. Yano, who provided our transportation, was the best. We had a bit of time before boarding, but during the wait, we were told to cool off in the car, and after docking, they offered us drinks, showing great hospitality.

One thing to note is that the boat sways quite a bit, so motion sickness medication is a must. Even so, both of my adult daughters were feeling unwell.

家族４人で参加しました。150ｍにしたので、相当高く、遠くまで上がった印象です。ボートのクルーも明るく、楽しめました。送迎してくれたヤノさんは最高です。乗船まで少し時間があったのですが、待機時間中は車の中で涼んでおいてと言われたり、寄港後は飲み物をくれたりサービス精神満載でした。
一点だけ、ボートが相当揺れるので酔い止め必須です。それでも娘二人（成人）はダウン状態でした。

When booking this my wife and I have never done it before so we were on the edge about doing 500’ or 1000’. We chose the 1000’ and jumped on the boat with Captain Tom and Mike.

The humor they showed made it easy to relax and feel comfortable. They knew exactly what they were doing and made us and the rest of the people on the boat truly enjoy our time and experience. We would most definitely do it again if the opportunity arises.

All three instructors were unable to speak Japanese, but we were able to enjoy the zip line without any difficulty thanks to their gestures. If small children couldn't land due to their light weight, the instructors would cover for them, so there were no issues.

In addition to the zip line, we used a lot of energy climbing up with just our arms and crossing a bridge to the next zip line. However, being surrounded by the forest felt really nice.

One thing that caught my attention was that all the participants were Japanese, but not a single person gave a tip. In America, tipping is part of the culture and can be a significant part of the salary, so it's important to tip to avoid leaving a bad impression of Japanese people. My husband and I each gave $20 while saying "Thank you very much!" The instructor was very happy and shook our hands. It's much nicer for both parties to give generously, so always make sure to tip!

インストラクターをしてくれた三人は全員日本語が話せない方でしたが、ジェスチャーで伝わってたので難なくジップラインを楽しむことができました♪小さい子でも体重が軽くて着地できなかったりした場合はインストラクターがカバーしてくれるので問題なしです。

ジップライン以外にも、腕だけで上に上がったり、次のジップラインまで橋を渡ったりと、体力かなり使います。けど森林に囲まれてかなり気持ちがいいです(^_^)v

写真は帰りのパッドから一枚$15で買えます。

最後気になったのが、参加者が全員日本人だったのですが、誰一人チップを渡していなかったことです。アメリカはチップ文化でチップがお給料の場合もあるし、日本人の印象が悪くなるので絶対に渡しましょう。Thank you very much！と言ってわたしと旦那は一人$20ずつ渡しました。インストラクターしてくれた方はすごく喜んで握手してくれました。ケチらず渡す方がお互い気持ちがいいので必ずチップは渡しましょう╰(*´︶`*)╯♡

My husband and I participated together. It was both of our first time parasailing, and we were nervous, but once we tried it, we talked about how glad we were to be flying (o^^o). It was such a great experience, so I highly recommend it as a memory of Hawaii! ☆

It was the best honeymoon!
This time, I participated in the 150m experience.
The boat driver was friendly and had a great vibe, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Also, the person at the reception counter spoke Japanese, so I felt安心して参加する事が出来ました.
We gathered directly at the yacht harbor, but there were no large, clear signs for Beltra, so I think it would be better if there were more prominent signs displayed.

今回150mで参加させてもらいました。
船の運転手の人も気さくな人で、いい感じのテンションでさらにを飛ぶ事が出来ました。
あと、受け付けカウンターの人も日本語が出来る方だったので、安心して参加する事が出来ました。
私達はヨットハーバーに直接集合でしたが、ベルトラ などの看板が無かったので大きくわかりやすい看板が表示したらもっと良いと思いました。

Fantastic and energetic staff. Customer service was wonderful. Saw many Dolphin immediately. The guides in the water during the snorkeling time. Water was a little choppy and several customers were sick. Can’t do one thing about that, however, there needs to be another water cooler on the main level and one on the top level. Hydration is a must in these situations and water needs to be readily available for these people. Also, bigger cups. Lastly, during the swim on your own time, we saw a bunch of fish, but the wind was blowing the boat away from the swimmers and it was difficult to catch up. I would suggest a long rope line in the water with a orange float on the end that people can swim to when the boat is blowing away from the swimmers. Quick lunch a was good and well planned. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend this tour!!!

I participated with my first-grade daughter and my family of three. Since it was my daughter's first time snorkeling, I was a bit anxious, but I felt reassured seeing a wide range of ages participating, from young to old.

We practiced snorkeling at a shallow sandbar, and during the actual event, the location was deep enough to make even the parents anxious. However, we were not rushed and were able to enjoy snorkeling at our own pace. It seems that my daughter's first snorkeling experience became a fun memory, as she wrote about it in her summer vacation diary.

On the boat, Yukiko provided humorous explanations in Japanese, which made it enjoyable. Thank you for taking so many great photos at the sandbar!

P.S. The suspicious-looking old man who came to greet the bus at the dock seemed to be in charge of singing and narration? His deep voice added to the atmosphere of the tour. All the other staff were also kind, which was great.

小学1年の娘と家族3人で参加しました。娘がシュノーケリングは初めてだったので不安でしたが、老若男女の幅広い世代が参加していて安心しました。

浅いサンドバーで、シュノーケリングの練習をして、本番では親も不安になる程深い場所でしたが、急かされることもなく、自分たちのペースでシュノーケリングを楽しめました。娘も初めてのシュノーケリングが楽しい思い出になったようで、夏休みの宿題の絵日記に書いていました。

ボート内ではゆきこさんが日本語でユーモアたっぷりの説明をしてくれて楽しかったです。またサンドバーでも映える写真をたくさん撮ってくださりありがとうございました！

P.S. 船着場でバスを出迎えに来る怪しげな風貌の老人は、歌・ナレーション要因？ 渋い声でツアーの雰囲気を盛り上げます。他のスタッフも皆親切で良かったです。

I enjoy horseback riding. I was looking forward to an outdoor ride visiting filming locations, but there was no explanation of the scenery, and we just passed by the photo spots. The young female instructor was unfriendly and didn't say a word. It was supposed to be a two-hour course, but we returned in just a little over an hour. When I experienced it in Canada, it was fun, so I was expecting something similar, but it was quite different. I won't participate again. The filming locations weren't that wonderful either. The photos in the guide are overly polished.

乗馬が趣味です。ロケ地巡りの外乗を楽しみにしていましたが、景観の説明もなく、フォトスポットも素通り。インストラクターの若い女性は無愛想で一言も言葉を発せず。2時間コースのはずなのに、1時間ちょっとで帰って来ました。カナダで体験した時は楽しかったので、そのつもりでいたらだいぶ違いました。もう二度と参加しません。ロケ地もそこまで素敵ではなかったです。案内の写真は出来すぎですね。

We rode horses in a line, five family members together in the great outdoors. It felt like a scene from a movie and was truly moving. Our 6-year-old child rode a regular horse at the front, guided by a staff member. The other participants walked alone without staff assistance, but the horses were well-trained and followed the horse in front of them properly. However, since the sun was strong, 20 minutes was just the right amount of time. I recommend this experience for families with small children as well as for grandparents!

大自然の中を馬に乗って家族５人1列に並んで歩きました。映画のワンシーンのようで感動でした。
6歳の子どもも普通の馬に乗り、一番前でスタッフが引っ張ってくれます。その他の人はスタッフは付かず一人で歩きますが、お馬さんがしつけられていて前の馬の後をきちんとついて歩きます。
ただ日差し強いので20分でちょうど良かったです。
小さいお子さん連れにもおじいちゃんとおばあちゃん連れにもオススメします！

We participated as a group. The boat has three floors: the first floor is a dining area, the second floor is a bar where you can listen to live performances. It can accommodate a large number of passengers. I think it's great for groups and families since it's lively. Of course, there were also many couples. The boarding time was quite long, I believe. We were able to enjoy the sunset and the fireworks from the Hilton Hotel on Fridays (for five minutes) nicely.

船は３階まであり、１階が食事スペース、２階がバーで生演奏を聞ける
大人数乗船可。
にぎやかなのでグループ、ファミリーで参加するにはいいと思います。
もちろんカップルの方もたくさんいました。
乗船時間は結構長かったと思います。
サンセットと金曜のヒルトンホテルの花火（５分）はいい感じで見れました。

We had a blast with the tour on the Waikiki water with two kids. The location we visited had little crowds so we can have all the ocean to ourselves! Both of my kids were the first time snorkeling. Their friendly staff made sure their live vests are secured and helped them into the water. There were a lot of beautiful fishes o look at. Did not see turtles, but that's OK since we would be visiting the Turtle beach at the north shore later. Overall, we are very satisfied with the activities and services they provide.

I was taken care of three years ago as well. I was moved to see that some of the staff members I had met before remembered me. My daughter, who participated previously, was 7 years old and scared to swim in the deep sea, so my wife stayed close to her, and I couldn't see much, which made me want to try again. This time, my daughter is now 10 years old and happily went into the sea, where she was able to see dolphins and honu (sea turtles) clearly.

On the boat, all the staff members were very kind and cheerful, making the time pass quickly. However, one thing I found disappointing was that they introduced a new two-story boat that can accommodate about 70 people. Because of this, there was less opportunity for conversation with the staff, and when swimming to see the dolphins and honu, there were too many people, leading to frequent collisions among guests, which was unfortunate.

３年前にもお世話になりました。
スタッフは以前お世話になった方もおられ、しかも私の事を覚えてくれていたことには感動しました。以前参加した娘は７歳で深い海で泳ぐのが怖いと海に入れず、妻が付きっ切りとなりあまり見れなくてリベンジしました。今回は娘も１０歳となり平気で海にはいりイルカとホヌをしっかり見れたと喜んでおりました。
船上でもスタッフの皆さんがとても親切で明るく盛り上げて頂き、あっと言う間に時間が過ぎてしまいました。 ただ一つ残念に思ったのは新型の船を導入し２階建ての船となっており７０名ほど乗れるそうですが、その分スタッフとの会話も減りイルカやホヌを見に泳ぐときも人が多すぎて密集し、お客さん同士がぶつかることが多々あり残念と感じました。

My 8-year-old daughter, who is quite timid, had an amazing time! We took motion sickness medication beforehand, so I was relieved that she didn't get seasick. Two women who were on the tour with us ended up vomiting on the way back, so for those who are worried, taking motion sickness medication is a must!

ビビリの8歳の娘もめちゃくちゃ楽しめました！酔い止めも飲んでいったので、心配した船酔いも大丈夫でした。ツアーで一緒になった女性2名は、帰りに吐いていたので、心配な人は酔い止め必須です！

Kazu-san, a Japanese guide, joyfully showed us various attractions in Honolulu from the car window from the start of our trip. After a restroom break at the Dole Plantation, we enjoyed delicious, plump garlic shrimp at Giovanni's Shrimp Truck in Haleiwa, which Kazu-san had reserved for us. After that, we went shopping at Happy Haleiwa and the Snoopy Surf Shop in Haleiwa. Kazu-san kindly explained how to ride a horse during our travels, so there were no issues with the English instructions for horseback riding. Twelve of us rode in a line through the woods and along the beach. We were able to enjoy horseback riding while being blown by the pleasant sea breeze and taking in the beautiful coastline. On the way back, we drove along the east coast to avoid traffic. We passed by Kualoa Ranch and took a coffee break at a Kona coffee farm. In the city, we were specially taken through Chinatown, Downtown, and Kaka'ako, allowing us to enjoy the sights from the car window. Thank you, Kazu-san! I would love to enjoy horseback riding in Hawaii again.

日本人のkazuさんが、出発からホノルル市内の色々な名所を車窓から楽しく案内して下さいました。トイレ休憩のドールプランテーションの後、kazuさんが予約して下さったハレイワタウンのジョバンニ・シュリンプ・トラック・ハレイワでぷりぷりの美味しいガーリックシュリンプに舌鼓。その後ハレイワタウンでハッピーハレイワ、スヌーピーサーフショップでお買い物。乗馬の乗り方は移動中にkazuさんが丁寧に説明して下さいましたので、乗馬の英語での説明は問題がありませんでした。12人が一列になってぽくぽく林を抜けて海辺を乗馬。美しい海岸線を見ながら心地良い潮風に吹かれて乗馬を楽しむ事が出来ました。帰り道は、渋滞を避けて東海岸線をドライブ。クアロアランチを通り、コナコーヒーファームでコーヒーブレイク。市内は、チャイナタウン、ダウンタウン、カカアコタウンに特別に通って下さり車窓から楽しむことができました。kazuさん、ありがとうございました！またハワイで乗馬を楽しみたいです。

I had done parasailing in Guam before, but since it was my husband's first time, we participated together!! We were both super excited!! The view of Honolulu's skyline and Diamond Head from above the ocean was thrilling!! My husband seemed a bit scared (laughs). I was dropped into the sea about three times, but it felt great for a moment!! Mahalo!!

パラセーリングは、グアムでもやったことがありましたが、夫が初めてということで参加しました！！2人で大興奮！！海の上から見るホノルルの街並み、ダイヤモンドヘッドにも大興奮！！夫は少し怖かったようです（笑）途中で3回程海に落とされたけど一瞬で気持ちよかったです！！マハロ〜！！

We had the great opportunity of taking this dream tour about a mile north of the Waikiki beach where the water is much more clear than the crowded Waikiki shore. We did snorkeling, kayak, paddleboard, water slide, and whole nine yards! The water is a little rough that day, but we still had so much fun! The staff were friendly and very helpful and encourage us to try different activities. Kevin, one of the staff was very helpful to get us all buckled up in lifevests, gear up for water activities. Thank you!

There were few dolphins. Even when I could see them, they were quite deep down (or far away), and I was busy chasing after the dolphins that kept getting further away. I had imagined a scene where I could swim relaxed in parallel among a large group of dolphins. I was disappointed because there were no corals and the visibility wasn't that great. However, the staff's response was wonderful.

イルカが少なかった
見れてもかなり底の方（OR離れている）で、どんどん離れていくイルカを追いかけるので忙しく。。
沢山のイルカの群れの中、並列でリラックスして泳ぐようなイメージだったので・・
サンゴも無い場所で透明度もそこまで高くなかったでがっかりした。
ただメンバーの方の対応は素晴らしかったです

It was a tour with a significant element of luck, but I was able to swim safely. It became a very good memory. It's a shame it was far away.

運要素が大きいツアーでしたが、無事泳ぐことができました。とてもよい思い出になりました。遠いのが残念でした。

The crew was very attentive. From the moment we were greeted at the dock to the end of the cruise they were very personable and engaging. Great music and food. Overall, an outstanding experience for me and my significant other. Highly recommended!

My first zip line experience. I was nervous for the first run, but thanks to the staff's fun atmosphere, I was able to enjoy it with peace of mind. I screamed, had fun, and felt liberated in the great outdoors! Next time, I want to challenge myself with the zip line again and also try buggy riding and horseback riding.

初めてのジップライン。ドキドキしながらの1本目でしたが、スタッフの楽しい雰囲気づくりのおかげで安心して楽しめました。大自然の中で叫び、楽しみ、心が開放されました！次回は、再度ジップラインに挑戦と、バギーや乗馬も体験したいです。

My stay in Haleiwa was short due to the weekend crowds, traffic, and construction, but I was able to enjoy garlic shrimp and do some quick shopping, and horseback riding was truly amazing! I want to go again. I received explanations in Japanese from our guide, Kaz, about how to ride and the names and personalities of the horses, so even as a beginner, I was able to comfortably see many turtles swimming from horseback. On the way back, we avoided traffic by returning via the Kualoa area, allowing us to see the magnificent scenery and landmarks, and we also stopped by a macadamia nut farm. Kaz introduced us to downtown Waikiki, murals, and Ala Moana Beach from the car window, providing great value for the price. Kaz, our guide, was very accommodating to my elderly father, who has difficulty walking, and I found him to be much more polite and kind than other reviews suggested. For those who want to leisurely enjoy exploring Haleiwa, I recommend avoiding crowded days and opting for a tour focused solely on the town.

土日の混雑と渋滞、工事の都合でハレイワの滞在は短かったですが、ガーリックシュリンプを食べてササッと買い物もできたし、乗馬は本当に最高でした！また行きたいです。ガイドのカズさんから日本語で乗り方の説明と馬の名前・性格も聞いていたので初心者でも余裕で馬上からカメが泳ぐ姿がたくさん見れました。帰りは渋滞を避けた分、クアロア方面から帰ってくれたので、雄大な景色や名所を見たり、マカダミアナッツファームにも寄れ、ワイキキでダウンタウンや壁画、アラモアナビーチも車窓からですが紹介してもらい、お値段以上の満足度でした。ガイドのカズさんは高齢で足の悪い父にも色々と融通してくれ、他の方の評価よりも全然丁寧で親切な方だと思いました。ハレイワ散策をゆっくり満喫したい方は混雑する曜日を避け、街だけのツアーをお勧めします。

I read that I could choose from several tours at Kualoa, so I thought that would be the case when I participated, but by the time we departed, the tour and the order were already decided.

It mentioned that water activities were an option, so I brought my swimsuit, but I couldn't use it at all and it just became extra baggage... I was disappointed.

The instructions said to wear long pants and athletic shoes, so I went in long pants in the heat, but I was one of the few participants dressed that way. I wonder if that information wasn't provided when booking through other means than VELTRA? The long pants were hot, and I wanted to change.

The tour was supposed to start at 9:15, but the morning meeting time was 6:50, the bus arrived at 7:00, and we got to Kualoa Ranch at 8:00... Honestly, having to wait an hour with not many places to sit was quite tedious, especially if you have small children. I would have preferred to let them sleep for another hour before participating.

I understand that the weather can be unstable in the mountains, but with the heavy rain pouring down, the bus was soaked through the windows, and if there was leaking, I would have appreciated some simple ponchos or raincoats as a service.

Being told to get on the bus back to Waikiki immediately while it was raining heavily was honestly shocking... At that rate, the photos we bought will be ruined by the rain.

クアロアについてから、いくつかのツアーの中から選べるような説明が書いてあったので、そう思って参加したのですが、出発する時点で既に参加するツアーも順番も決まっていました。
ウォーターアクティビディも選択肢にあるように書いてあったので水着を持って行っていましたが、全く使えずただの荷物に。。がっかりしました。
荷物には、長ズボンと運動靴と書いてあったので、暑い中長ズボンで行きましたが、そんな格好で行ったのは参加者のうちでわずか。。VELTRA経由でないときはそんなこと書いてなかったのかな？長ズボンは暑くて着替えたかったです。
ツアー開始が9:15だったのに、朝の集合時間は6:50、バスが来たのは7:00、クアロアランチに着いたのは8:00。。あまり座るところもない中、正直開始まで1時間もあるのはかなり持て余します。小さい子供と行く場合はなおさらです。あと1時間寝てから参加させてあげたかったです。。
山なので天候が不安定なのは分かりますが、ザーザーぶりの雨で、バスは窓からビチョビチョ、雨漏りもするのであれば、簡単なポンチョやレインコートを配るくらいのサービスはして欲しいです。
雨が最高に強く降っている中、ワイキキに戻るバスにいますぐ乗ってと言われたのには正直引きました、、あれじゃ買った写真も雨でダメになりますよ。

I flew with my 5-year-old son! Since we were at 150 meters, I was worried that it might be too high for a first time, but once we did it, there were no problems at all. My child was so excited, saying, "We're flying higher than the birds!" Right after we landed, he said he wanted to do it again. It was the most fun activity we did in Hawaii.

150メートルにしていたので「やっぱり初めてにしては高すぎたかな」と心配になったのですが、やってみたら全然問題ありませんでした。
「鳥よりも高く飛んでるね」と子供も大興奮！降りた直後に「またやりたい」と行ってました。
ハワイで一番楽しかったアクティビティです。

This was the highlight of our family trip! Our 1 year old had a blast! The boat didn’t give me sea sickness so that’s a plus! They serve one of the best burgers I’ve had and they serve alcohol! From captain to the guy that was talking about safety and all the cool info he knew to the guy with the guitar... it was such a great experience! Will definitely come back when we come back to the island. Don’t hesitate and book your tickets! It’s worth every dollar!

The scenery of nature alone was very moving! The views from every destination were truly amazing, and when I thought, "This is where that scene was filmed!" during the location tour, I was thrilled! I read in some experiences that the lunch was disappointing, but it seemed to suit my taste, and it was delicious. The Japanese guide was a bit broken, but it was still better than everything being in English!

大自然の景色だけで、とても感動しました！
行く先々から見える景色が本当に最高で、ロケ地巡りも、あのシーンがここで！って思うと、感激でした！
体験談では、お昼ご飯が残念って書いてあったのを読みましたが、私の口には合っていたようで、おいしかったです。
日本語ガイドもかたことではあったけど、やはり、全て英語よりは良かったです！

I visited on August 10th.
They generally accommodate English speakers, but they showed us a Japanese video on a tablet for the safety instructions, which helped a lot.
They patiently explained everything in detail, using gestures, so I was able to understand and felt safe while having fun.
The staff were very cheerful and kind, which was great.
We ended up taking our time, and although we ran a bit late, they arranged for our group to be taken back to the hotel.
Since we didn't encounter any other Japanese groups, it might still be a hidden gem for Japanese visitors.

8/10に行ってきました。
基本的に英語対応ですが、安全装置の説明は日本語動画をタブレットで見せてくれたのでよく分かりました。
細かい説明も随時身振りを混ぜながら根気よく説明していただき理解でき、安心して遊べました。
スタッフの皆さんはとても明るく親切で良かったです。
ゆっくり遊んでしまった私たちは終了時間が少し遅くなってしまったのですが、私たちのグループだけでホテルまで送っていただきました。
他に日本人グループに会うことがなかったので、日本人にはまだ穴場なのかもしれません。
