It was very nice experience to watch dolpin and snorkel

Great welcome on ship, platters were waiting and salad, great entertainment and staff. The lobster was not what i am used to, so would not select this option again.Was beautiful and seeing the fireworks out in the sea was amazing. Would go again and highly recommend.

We participated as a group of four. When we arrived at the reception, we were shocked to find that there was no reservation under our name. Upon investigation, we discovered that although we had received a confirmation email, our reservation had somehow been changed the day before, and the day of the event was fully booked. Initially, we were told that we could not participate.

However, they made various adjustments for us and created a private group for just the four of us, resulting in a very enjoyable experience with three instructors dedicated to us. It was our first time zip-lining, but there was no fear, and including the trial run, we enjoyed eight lines so much that we lost track of time.

Please note that the instructions were given in quite fast English. We had someone in our group who was fluent in English, so it wasn't a problem for us, but there are a few points to be aware of:
- Each time, you start by standing on a small platform while the instructor prepares you.
- Do not touch the wire.
- At one point, just before the finish, if you feel like you are about to stop, grab the red rope at the instructor's signal (grabbing it beforehand will activate the brake).

4名で参加しました。受付にいくとまさかの予約がないという状況でした。
調べていただいたら、事前確認メールもきていたのになぜか前日に変更されており、もう当日は予約でいっぱい。最初はもうできないと言われました。

しかしながら、色々と調整してくれて、我々４人だけのグループを組んでくれて、結果インストラクター３名を独占する形でとても楽しい経験ができました。
ジップラインは初めてでしたが、怖さもなくトライアルの１本含めて８本時間が経つのを忘れるぐらい楽しめました。

なお、英語はかなり早く、我々は同伴者に英語が堪能な人がいたので問題なかったですが、いくつか気を付ける点があるのでご注意ください。
・毎回最初に小さい台の上に乗ってインストラクターに準備してもらう
・ワイヤーはさわならい
・途中からですが、ゴール直前で止まりそうになったら、インストラクターの合図で赤いロープをつかむ（その前につかむとブレーキかかってしまう）

Amazing crew, great views and a lot of activities. Would do it again! Music was great!

This was my first time participating in the Kualoa Ranch tour. Riding through the mountain roads in a jeep for two hours, even while getting soaked from the rain, was a lot of fun.

Since we drove through muddy paths, my shoes ended up covered in mud. I recommend wearing clothes that can be washed.

I arranged for round-trip bus transportation, but I forgot that an English ID was required. They allowed me to use my credit card name and Japanese driver's license instead. Please don't forget this, everyone.

The tour mainly visited filming locations from Jurassic Park, and the male guide was very cheerful and engaging. However, the tour did not include the filming locations I wanted to see, like King Kong and some parts of Jurassic Park, so I would like to go on the Hollywood movie tour next time.

初めて参加したクアロアランチのツアーでした。ジープで2時間、雨が降っていたのもありびしょびしょになりながら山道を走るのはとても楽しかったです。
どろんこ道を走るので、靴は泥だらけになりました。洗える服で行くことをおすすめします。

往復バスで送迎をつけたのですが、英語のIDが必要なのを忘れてしまい、クレジットカードの名前と日本の免許でゆるしてくれました。皆様はお忘れなきように。

ツアーで巡ったのは主にジュラシックパークの撮影場所でしたが、ガイドの男性はとても明るく盛り上げ上手でした。
行きたかったキングコングの撮影場所や、ジュラシックパークの撮影の一部はこのツアーでは行かないので、次回はハリウッド映画ツアーに行きたいです。

This was a great time!

I actually almost ruined our experience, we had showed up a day late to our booking. The check in lady was very nice and said they’d get us on the boat that day!

The whole crew was super kind with good music and plenty of fun things to do. A truly great experience for some fun and time in the sun!

I rode a horse for the first time in my life, and it seemed very well-trained, so I didn't feel scared at all! The sea and mountains were incredibly beautiful, and time flew by in nature. Just looking back at the photos I took brings back such joyful memories.

During the drive to the North Shore, the local guide shared fascinating stories in Japanese about Hawaii's development history and geographical features! They even listened to traffic updates on the radio and planned the best route, making it a very meaningful experience!

Now, I want to go on the canyon plan next.

生まれて初めて馬に乗りましたが、とてもよく調教されているようで
怖い思いをすることが全くありませんでした！
海も山もとてもきれいで、自然の中で時間があっという間に過ぎました。
撮った写真を見返すだけで楽しい気持ちが思い出されます。

ノースショアまでの車内も、現地のガイドさんが日本語で
ハワイの発展の歴史や地理的特徴など
ずっと興味深い話をしてくれました！
しかもラジオの交通情報を聞いて最適なルートを考えてくれたりと
とても有意義な時間が過ごせました！

次は渓谷プランに行きたくなりました。

Snorkeling was my first experience, but I felt安心 because there were Japanese staff members. We headed to a spot where we could see dolphins by boat and dove into the sea twice, but we couldn't see any dolphins... After changing locations, we finally saw dolphins on the third dive! (And they were so close!!!) I heard that usually, you can see them from the first dive, so maybe our timing was just bad... After that, we moved to a spot with sea turtles and tropical fish, and had some time to play with SUP and slides. The sea was incredibly clear and it was amazing!!! As a side note, I took motion sickness medicine before getting on the boat, but I still felt a bit nauseous... I took some more medicine along the way, so I recommend bringing extra if you're worried about getting sick.

シュノーケリングは初体験でしたが、日本人のスタッフさんが居るので安心です。
イルカの見えるスポットに船で向かい、2度海へダイブしましたがイルカの姿が見えず...
また場所を変えて3度目でしっかりイルカが見れました！（しかも近い！！！）
普段は1回目から見えるそうで、私たちのタイミングが悪かったのかもしれません...。
その後、ウミガメや熱帯魚のいる場所へ移動し、SUPや滑り台などをして遊ぶ時間がありました。
海が凄く透き通ってて最高でした！！！
余談ですが、船に乗る前に、酔い止めを飲みましたが、やっぱり少し酔いました...。
途中で酔い止めを追加して飲んだので、心配な方は多めに持って行くことをオススメします。

Amazing time! My family loved the services and everyone on the crew was super welcoming and informative. Wish it was longer though. Especially when you do the full package, it seems 3 hours goes by super fast.

The weather wasn't great, but thanks to the performance of all the staff, I had an amazing time. There were several people who spoke Japanese well, so I didn't have any difficulties, and I was able to participate in all the activities.

お天気がイマイチでしたが、スタッフ皆さんのパフォーマンスのおかげで最高に楽しめました。
日本語が上手な方が複数いたので不自由な事もなく、アクティビティも全て出来ました。

I had the best time! All three tours were so much fun and the tour guides were super helpful and had many jokes which I appreciated a lot! This is definitely an activity you should wear closed toe shoes for as there are some small/ short hikes involved and if it rains like it did for me (which was okay because it still worked out perfectly) there will be quite a bit of mud so make sure you have on a pair of sneakers/trainers so that you can enjoy it as much as I did.
The tour guides were all super sweet and helpful and they make sure you’re comfortable and make you feel like Ohana:)

Disappointed that the falls was not flowing, but the Luau was great. Learning about the hawaiian culture was interesting. The food was delicious and plentiful. The show was fabulous. You will not be disappointed.

My sister and I both thought the crew were very organized and awesome. We Highly recommend recommend this outing for children and adults.
All equipment is provided.

I've done alot of activities in oahu including parasailing, snorkeling, and more, but this one was the most worth it. Not only did the 4 hour excursion feel like it was over too soon, but the captain and crew felt like family. They were so informative with what we were doing and also joined us in playing in the sandbars. Lastly, my cousin has never swam let alone in the ocean and was finally able to go out and snorkel! What a epic time!

A few years ago, I experienced ziplining in another part of Hawaii and had so much fun, so this time I joined with my friend and her daughter, making a group of four. There were three lines, and I enjoyed the refreshing feeling; it was great. The two staff members, Kiana and Liz, were very charming and cute, providing clear explanations and prioritizing safety.

There were also four other participants, and it was pleasant to communicate with everyone. The location is just a short distance from Kapolei; it's compact but offers plenty of enjoyment. I definitely want to try six lines next time.

数年前にハワイの別のところでジップラインを体験して、とても楽しかったので、今回もお友達母娘と4人で参加しました。3本でしたが、爽快感を味わえ気持ちがよかったです。2人のスタッフ、キアナさんとリズさんはとてもチャーミングで可愛くて、わかりやすく説明して安心安全第一に進めてくれました。
他にも4名の方がいましたが、皆ともコミュニケーションを取られていて心地よかったです。
場所はカポレイからすぐで、コンパクトではありますが、十分に楽しめます。やっぱり今度は6本行きたいとおもいました。

Had a great time at the sandbar. Definitely would go Again

We met at the location. The parking lot happened to be available, but I think it would be hard to find a spot if you arrive last minute.
The boat I boarded had all Japanese customers, and the guide spoke in Japanese, which made me feel at ease.
I went with my 1-year-old and 5-year-old, and we all had a great time!
My 5-year-old seemed really happy to be able to go snorkeling!
The BBQ hamburger we had on the boat was also delicious.

私たちは現地集合で行きました。駐車場はたまたま空いてましたが、ギリギリにくると見つからないかと思います。
私が乗った船はお客さんはみな日本人で、ガイドさんも日本語で話してくれるので安心しました。
1歳と5歳も一緒にいきましたが、とても楽しめました！
５歳はシュノーケリングもできて嬉しかったみたいです！
船で食べるBBQハンバーガーもおいしかったです。

I attended with my wife.
We moved out to sea on a small boat with a total of 16 people, divided into 8 groups of 2, and took turns flying.
It swayed quite a bit, so I recommend taking motion sickness medication if you're prone to seasickness.
I also recommend bringing a GoPro, as you can capture footage while parasailing!

嫁と参加しました。
8グループ×2名の計16名で小舟に乗って沖へ移動し、順々に飛んでいく方式でした。
なかなか揺れるので、船酔いするかたは薬飲んでから行くのをおすすめします。
gopro持って行けばパラセイル中も撮れるのでおすすめです！

I participated with my parents in their 60s, and the sandbar in Kaneohe Bay was shallow enough, so we could enjoy it without worrying about swimming! It was amazing to see sea turtles while snorkeling. The shuttle bus service to and from Waikiki was great. The BBQ burger for lunch was delicious!

60代の両親と一緒に参加しましたが、カネオヘ湾のサンドバーは水深も深くないので、泳げなくても安心して楽しめました！シュノーケリングでは、ウミガメを見ることが出来て最高でした。行き帰りの送迎バス(ワイキキ地区)が付いていてGoodです。ランチのBBQバーガー美味しかったです！

The hiking tour was great. The pick-up was smoothly and made everything easier. Hiro was an amazing guide with a lot of knowledge about the plants and history of the island! The lunch was great, the way from the lookout was amazing where you could see the Diamond Head, Waikiki, Pearl Harbour and the airport! Thank you Hiro for an amazing tour!

I had an incredibly fun time. My husband and I are saying that if we can go to Hawaii again, we would love to do it once more. We go out quite a bit offshore, so you can enjoy the feeling of cruising. However, it does get pretty bumpy until then, so I recommend taking motion sickness medication if you're feeling anxious.

The guidance is basically in English, but it's manageable. As others have mentioned, there is a photo sale, but you won't be treated unpleasantly if you politely say no.

めちゃめちゃ楽しかったです。
主人ともまたハワイへ行けたなら、もう一回やりたいねと言っています。
そこそこの沖合にまででますので、クルージング気分も味わえます。
が、そこまでは結構揺れますので、不安な方は酔い止めを服用しておくことをお勧めします。

基本的に英語での案内ですが、なんとかなります。
他の方が書いてらっしゃる通り、写真の販売はありますが、遠慮せずにNOと言っても特に不快な対応をされることはありません。

The crew was amazing! And took care of all of the customers even had a separate boat for Japanese speaking only, so thoughtful to think of them. It was so fun going out to the Sandbar, and also took us turtle watching and snorkeling! And the burger was so good after some fun in the sun! I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking for some good fun, good food, and good company. All of us customers had a great time playing water volleyball with each other in the Sandbar! If you’ve been thinking about doing this, just do it, it’ll be such a fun experience to include in your Hawai’i trip!

Was a little nervous because I have never really enjoyed putting my face under water but Amber made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She was knowledgeable and you could tell that she enjoyed her job. Would recommend you tie your hair back so as to keep it out of your face. Had a wonderful experience.

My and my family/friends were a total of 16 people. Including a 3 month baby. We had a blast!! Perfect for big groups, would 100% recommend. My parents really enjoyed their time there. My brother who doesn't know how to swim enjoyed the sandbar!! This tour is literally perfect for all ages and lifestyles. Great experience.

10 out of 10 experience ! It’s a must do if your in Hawaii !

Súper recommended, the Chief is a naturally funny person in a very sane way. He talked about family and tge importance of it, also shared some info about different Polynesian Islands. ❤️

The experience from the beginning to the end was immaculate. The food was great! The show was hilarious and very entertaining! The lei they greet you with is beautiful and handmade just for you! The Mai Tai? GREAT! 10/10 recommend going and seeing Chief’s Luau if you are looking into doing a luau. You and whoever you’re with will love it!

The canyon horseback riding has chosen a coastal course for its renewal. It's the best view while looking at a local beach that's different from Waikiki! The horses are well-trained and very smart.

In a small group, there were two couples, including us, on their honeymoon. The actual experience starts with just a simple lecture before getting on the horses. There’s no practice, just a full-time horseback riding experience!? They will take photos for you, but if you want to capture moments while riding, it's handy to have a strap to hang around your neck.

Also, the horseback riding experience is divided into two sessions. If you make a last-minute reservation, you might be assigned to the second session. The second session makes it a bit tricky to explore Haleiwa, so if you want to enjoy Haleiwa as well, I recommend booking early. If you want to eat garlic shrimp without waiting, the first session might be better!

Since I had a packed schedule afterward, I got dropped off near Ala Moana. The driver, Kaz, was very helpful. I had a wonderful experience!

Next time, I want to participate in the canyon horseback riding. Thank you!

渓谷乗馬がリニューアルのため海辺のコースを選択しました。ワイキキとはまた違ったローカルなビーチを眺めながら、最高の景色です！
良く調教された馬ちゃんで、とってもお利口です。
少人数のグループで、私達も含めハネムーナの2組。
実際の体験は簡単なレクチャーだけで乗馬スタートです。
練習などはなく、フルタイム乗馬体験！？
写真も撮ってくれますが、乗馬中を撮影したいなら、首から下げたストラップがあると便利です。
また、乗馬体験は入れ替えの2部制です。予約がギリギリだと2部にまわされます。
2部だと、ハレイワの町の散策がビミョーなので、ハレイワも楽しみたい人は早めの予約をオススメします。
ガーリックシュリンプを待たずに食べたい人は1部の方がいいかも！

次の予定がつまっていたので、アラモアナの近くで下車させてもらいました。
ドライバーのカズさんも色々とお世話になりました。とても良い体験ができました！

次回は渓谷乗馬に参加したいです。

It was great that there were staff members who spoke Japanese to assist with the activities. Everyone was friendly, and we had a lot of fun participating in the activities.

アクティビティの対応してくれるスタッフは、日本語が通じる人がいてよかったです。それにみんなフレンドリーで楽しくアクティビティができました。

It wasn't a huge school, but I was able to see various tropical fish. I was excited to catch a glimpse of a sea turtle, even if just for a moment! I was satisfied with my first submarine experience.

大群！という訳では無かったでしたが、熱帯魚が色々見られました。一瞬でしたが、海亀も見られて興奮！初の潜水艦体験として満足しました。
