Actually, my wife teaches hula in Japan, so I am quite familiar with it. However, since my wife's sister was visiting Hawaii for the first time, we decided to take her to see a hula and Hawaiian show on the terrace of the Hilton Hotel. The show included Tahitian dance and some slightly arranged hula, and if you view it as a show, it was enjoyable enough. The food was standard and didn't change much, and it seemed that the seating didn't matter too much, so we were glad we got the standard tickets!

実は妻が日本でフラの教室をしていますので、私もかなりフラに関しては馴染み深いのですが、妻の姉が今回初ハワイでしたので、ショー形式のフラ・ハワイアンショーをヒルトンホテルの中階層のテラスで見せてあげようと出かけてきました。タヒチアンあり、多少アレンジされたフラが有り、ショーとして割り切って見ればそれなりに楽しめるショーでした。食事の内容はスタンダードも変わりませんし、席もあまり関係ないようですので、スタンダードチケットで私達はかえってよかったね！と、思った位でした。

I participated with my parents, siblings, and niece, a total of six people. My mother said her body hurts when it gets cold, so she didn't leave the boat, but the staff were very considerate, and it seems she enjoyed herself. My niece, father (80 years old), husband, and brother were having fun playing beach volleyball. It was my first experience to see how shallow the sea gets in the middle. We also saw a lot of sea turtles, which were adorable. The snorkeling afterward was in unexpectedly deep water, and it felt a bit cold when we returned to the boat. My niece seemed to really enjoy snorkeling and apparently saw some turtles too; she complained that the time was too short, but for us, it was enough. Haha. Anyway, it was a very fun tour. At the end, the main Japanese staff made a comment that seemed to ask everyone for tips (though it was said in a cheerful way), which felt a bit excessive. Since it seemed everyone gave something, it might have been quite a substantial amount.

両親と、兄弟、姪っ子を連れて6名で参加しました。
母は、冷えると体が痛いといって、ボートから離れませんでしたが、スタッフのみなさんが気遣ってくれて、楽しめたようです。
姪っ子や、父（80歳）夫、弟は、ビーチバレーに興じていました。
海の真ん中が、あんなに浅瀬になるなんて、初めての体験でした。
ウミガメもたくさんみられて、かわいかったです。その後のシュノーケルは、思いのほか深い海で、ボートに戻ると、ちょっと寒かった。
姪っ子は、シュノーケルがとても気に入った様子で、亀もみられたらしく、時間が短すぎ～とぼやいてましたが、われわれにとっては、十分です。笑
とにかく、とても楽しいツアーでした。
最後に、メインの日本人のスタッフが、みんなにチップをせがむような話（明るい言い方でしたが）をしたのは、ちょっと行き過ぎな感じがありました。全員渡してたっぽいので、相当な金額なのではないでしょうか。

Unfortunately, the weather on the day I participated was cloudy. However, the brightness of the staff members was the best, as if they could blow away the cloudy sky. They were also very considerate towards the baby I was with, which was a great help.

残念ながら、参加した日の天気が曇天。しかし、そんな曇った空を吹き飛ばしてくれるようなスタッフの方々の明るさが、最高でした。同行した赤ちゃんにも凄く気を使ってくださり、助かりました。

I participated with my 9-year-old son and 11-year-old daughter. All three of us have riding licenses, but there were no other horseback riding options available due to age, height, and transportation. The tour included various activities such as horseback riding, encountering sea turtles, visiting a pineapple farm, seeing the "What Tree Is That?" tree, and sightseeing in Haleiwa Town, making it an incredibly fun experience. Our dream of horseback riding together as a family came true, and we also got to enjoy delicious garlic shrimp in Haleiwa Town, which left us truly satisfied. The Japanese male guide and the American women at the ranch were very kind and took many photos for us, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

９歳の息子、１１歳の娘と私の３人で参加しました。
私達は３人とも乗馬のライセンスを持っていますが、年齢、身長、送迎等で参加可能な乗馬が他にありませんでした。
色々なツアーも含まれていて、乗馬、海カメ遭遇、パイナップル農園、「この木何の木」の木、ハレイワタウン観光も含めて、凄く楽しい体験でした。
夢だった親子３人での乗馬も叶い、ハレイワタウンでの凄く美味しいガーリックシュリンプも食べられて、本当に大満足です。
ガイドの日本人男性も、牧場のアメリカ人女性達も沢山写真を撮って下さったり、凄く親切で、大満足でした。

What a great way to spend the morning. Was with our family of 7 so had the boat to ourselves. The guides were a blast and played great music. Told us specifically how to load into the harnesses and "fly". Our 10 minutes were so peaceful, got dunked 2x (which was an added bonus). Just wish parking instructions were a bit clearer but that was the phone's fault, ended up walking all the way around the pier. What a great memory. The guide took great pictures and was totally worth the $30.00!

My child wanted to touch a dolphin directly, so it was our first experience! Both the child and adults were moved, and I'm glad we went! However, since we booked the earliest time, the water in the pool was cold and it was chilly... Next time, I think I'll book around lunchtime so we can enjoy it more (laughs). After that, we watched the sea lion show, fed the birds, and enjoyed the scenery.

子供がイルカに直接触れたいと言うので初めての体験‼︎子供も大人も感動♫行って良かったと思います‼︎ただ朝1番ので申し込みしたのでプールの水が冷たくて寒かった...
次行った時もまた行きたいのでお昼ぐらいので申し込みしようと思います(笑)
その後はアシカショー見たり、鳥にエサをあげたり、景色を見たりしました。

ATV tour was great fun with spectacular views. In previous years we have done the horseback riding tour and the Pinzgauer 4wd tours which were also very good.

It has been a beautiful night, with a very normal dinner, nothing special for the price, with a beautiful show at the end. My disappointment was because I paid for a Royal seating and the seating was not good at all. I had to stand up and sit on the ground to have a beatiful view and I also didn't get the lei. But all the staff people were really very kind and I enjoyed the traditional dances and the fire knives dance.

Our guides were friendly and helpful. We rode along trails with beautiful views of the ocean and mountains. Kualoa is a very scenic area

I participated in the half-day course. The leader was also Japanese and a very friendly and interesting person, so I had a great time. For those who wanted to go snorkeling, it was an option, and I was glad I participated because I got to see a lot of fish. The sandwiches were delicious! On the way back, I didn't change and wore my clothes for the long bus ride, so it was cold. I thought it would have been better if they had provided bath towels.

半日コースで参加しました。
リーダーの方も日本人でとても気さくな面白い人だったので楽しく過ごせました。
シュノケーリングもしたい人は参加とゆう形だったのですが、魚もたくさん見れて参加して良かったです。サンドイッチも美味しかった！帰りは着替えせずそのまま服を着て長時間のバスだったので寒かったです。バスタオルを用意してくれていたらもっと良かったなと思いました。

It's my best memory from Hawaii. The ocean was beautiful and moving. I was able to see sea turtles and manta rays. Snorkeling was also fun. My sons, aged 7 and 10, participated and were very satisfied. I want to go again! The Japanese staff were very kind, and everyone else was also very friendly.

Did together with my son and had a blast. Make sure you are one of the first into the ocean when you start the snorkeling since the sea turtles will be scared away once the crowd hits. Managed to be third in and took 4K video of a huge turtle on the GoPro.

food was delicious, activities were entertaining and fun. The chief was hilarious. View was spectacular. Loved it!

From the hotel pickup to the boat, Japanese was hardly understood, but the staff spoke broken Japanese regarding safety. Not being able to communicate in Japanese is part of the fun of traveling, and it was really great. I think it was also a stimulating experience for my middle school children. My 13-year-old daughter was scared at first, but it seems she enjoyed the beautiful scenery.

ホテルピックアップから船上まで、日本語は殆んど通じなかったけど、
安全に関する所だけは、スタッフがカタコトの日本語で話してくれました。
日本語が通じないのも、旅の楽しみだし、とっても良かったです。
中学生の子供達にも刺激になったと思います。
１３歳の娘も、始めは怖がっていたけど、景色もキレイで楽しめた様です。

This is my several times visiting Hawaii. I usually do marine sports, but this time I participated in the Kualoa Tour for the first time. I wasn't expecting much, but I was overwhelmed by the magnificent nature. I was able to relax and take my time. My elementary school children also said they want to go again! Next time, I want to ride a horse.

何度目かのハワイ。いつもはマリンスポーツ系だったのですが、今回初めてクアロアツアーに参加。あんまり期待していなかった？のですが、壮大なる自然に圧倒。悠々として、時間ものんびりすごせました。小学生の子供たちもまた行きたい！と。今度は馬に乗りたいです

It was really cold with low temperatures ><
However, the Japanese female crew member was very friendly and it was fun＼(^o^)／
I slightly regret not snorkeling because of the cold. I will go again!

Amazing experience. Not only the sandber was so beautiful, but also we ware snorkeling with some turtles along with edge of the coral reef like dream time.

I experienced this with my 5-year-old son. My son, who loves Ultraman, was thrilled to be able to fly like Ultraman. He was a bit scared just before, but the moment we took off into the sky, he smiled.
We also received photos on an SD card, and although it was $30, they turned out great, and we were very satisfied.

I would like to experience this again.

５歳の息子と体験しました。ウルトラマン好きの息子は、ウルトラマンのように空を翔べると大喜び。直前は少し怖がったけど、空へ舞い上がったとたん、笑顔になりました。
写真もSDカードでもらえて、30ドルだったけど、よくとれていて、大満足です。

また体験したいです。

My wife & I love to do ATV tours every place we go on vacation, so needless to say, Hawaii was a must. The Kualoa Ranch is an incredibly beautiful location where many movies (although mostly subpar) have been filmed, and our guide was very knowledgeable & friendly, so no complaints there.

However, compared to other similar tours we've done, this one was much slower. At the beginning, they warn that it's a 12mph tour, and that's probably an accurate average. The ATVs aren't very powerful, so you'll be lucky if you even reach 20mph going down hill.

It started pouring on our tour, and we were ready with rain jackets, but if not, the instructor will provide clear plastic ponchos. This may be miserable to some, but it actually made it more fun and genuine for us, as we got to ride through puddles & mud in the pouring jungle.

In conclusion, I understand the goal is to make this a safe experience, and that everyone varies in terms of ATV skills, but maybe there should be should be a couple of level options (maybe 1-hour tours = easy, 2-hour tours = moderate?). I would consider my wife & I as average drivers, so by no means am I asking for a daredevil & speedy experience, but a little more pace would have gone a long way. Otherwise, this tour is a no-brainer experience, as it's one of the most beautiful places we've been.

First time ziplining and it wont be my last. Joshua britney and eric were great and fun. Instructive. The whole package!.. Couldnt be happier. I shall return!! -jesse breedlove del rio-

It can be cold when you get back on the boat after swimming with the dolphins, depending on the season! Also, you shouldn't expect too much from the lunch burgers. That said, I had a great time and would love to go again!

季節によりますが、イルカと泳いだ後、船にあがったときは寒いです！
また、昼食のハンバーガーはあまり期待しないほうがよいです。
以上をふまえても、とても楽しく、また行きたいと思います！

It was perfect, the food, the sunset, fireworks and staff, we even met some very nice people aboard as well, the whole experience made our vacation even better

The event that was supposed to be fun turned out differently... The kids got seasick. One dropped out before boarding. Just when we were about to snorkel in the sea, another one got seasick and dropped out. We participated as a group of four, but none of us could get into the water... We only saw dolphins from a distance... However, it seems that a large pod of dolphins came that day, and the other participants were happy. It seemed to be a bit tough for the kids who are not used to traveling.

楽しいはずのイベントが・・・子供たちがバスに酔い。乗船前に一人脱落。シュノーケルつけて海へ！って時に船酔いでもう一人脱落。4人で参加して一人も海に入れず・・・。イルカも遠まきにちょこっとみただけ・・・。
ただ、この日はイルカの大群が来ていたみたいで参加のみなさんは喜んでました。
旅慣れしてない子供にはちょっと厳しいツアーだったようです。

I was woken up early in the morning by a wake-up call, and my kids were grumpy as we bounced around on the bus for about an hour. We arrived on the West Coast and set sail with a high-energy instructor and a group of nice guys. To our surprise, we encountered a pod of dolphins just three minutes in, and we were instructed to jump in!

I thought the dolphins would be easy to spot in the clear water since they are large, but visibility was limited, and you couldn't tell they were nearby. Following the instruction to look down, I continued swimming and, sure enough, there was a pod of dolphins right below us! We enjoyed swimming with the dolphins for about ten minutes, wondering if it was really this easy to see them.

Next, we moved to the sea turtle point. There were so many fish that if you fed them, they would swarm around you. Those who wanted to have fun enjoyed marine sports while swimming and spotted sea turtles. It was moving to see them swimming leisurely, seemingly oblivious to the humans around.

I wanted my 5-year-old and 3-year-old to try swimming with the sea turtles, but since it was their first time swimming in the ocean, snorkeling was too much for them, and they quickly got back on the boat. Even from the boat, we could see dolphins swimming right below us and turtles occasionally popping their heads above the surface, making the boat ride itself a great memory. I hope they can practice swimming and try again.

A beautiful photographer was also on board, and she captured stunning photos for us (for an additional fee). Overall, I was very satisfied! However, since we are dealing with nature, there's no guarantee you'll see them, but this tour has a high probability of encounters.

早朝からモーニングコールで起こされ、子供も不機嫌なままバスで揺られること１時間ほど
西海岸に到着し、ハイテンションなインストラクターとナイスガイ軍団とともに出港　なんと３分でイルカの群れに遭遇し、飛び込め！の指示が！
イルカは大きいので澄んだ海の中ならすぐに見えるだろうと思いきや、やはり視界に限界があり、そばにいないとわからない　下を見て！の指示に従い泳ぎ続けると、たしかに真下にイルカのむ群れが！こんなにEasyに見られていいのかと思いながら１０分ほど皆でイルカとの遊泳を楽しみました。
さらに移動してウミガメポイントへ。ここは魚がたくさんいて餌をやろうものならそれこそ入れ食い状態。で、楽しみたい人たちはマリンスポーツを楽しみながら遊泳し、ウミガメ発見。人間など眼中にないかのごとく悠々と泳ぐさまに感動しました。
５歳と３歳のこどもがウミガメとの遊泳にチャレンジしてもらおうと思いましたがいかんせんまともに海で泳ぐのが初めてではシュノーケルは無理ですぐに船にあがってしまいました。船の上からでもま真下を泳ぐイルカやたまに顔を水面に出すカメを見ることができ、また、乗船自体もいい思い出になったようです。水泳の練習をして再チャレンジを期待したいところです。
船には美人カメラマンも乗船し、見事な写真の数々をデータにしてもらえました。（別料金）
全体として大満足！ただし、相手は自然なので必ずあえるとは限らないが、このツアーがかなりのか確率で会えるとのことです。

I participated in parasailing at 90 meters with my daughter and husband. I was a bit scared and hesitated until the end, but my daughter strongly wanted to do it, and since it was our special trip to Hawaii, I decided to join.

As soon as we set sail on the boat, we put on life jackets and equipment, and before I knew it, we were up in the air since we were the first ones to go. It was exhilarating, and the view of Waikiki and Diamond Head from the sea was amazing.

At the end, we had the usual splashdown. We barely skimmed the surface of the water, but the technique of calculating the wind and boat speed to get just a little wet was impressive, just as I had heard about their years of accident-free operation.

By the way, I kept my contact lenses in, and it was no problem at all. Also, our driver Yano was incredibly funny. We had a great time with his jokes (in English) on the shuttle bus. Thank you, Yano, for the fun memories! If you get Yano as your driver, consider yourself lucky.

Next time, I definitely want to challenge the 150 meters. I would love to use this tour again then.

娘と夫婦３人でパラセイリングの９０ｍに参加しました。少し怖かったので最後まで迷っていましたが娘の強い希望とせっかくのハワイ旅行なので参加しました。
ボートで出航するとすぐにライフジャケットと器具を装着し、いきなりトップバッターだったので、ドキドキする間もなく気が付いたら海の上でした。
爽やかな風の中、ワイキキとダイヤモンドヘッドを海上から見るのは最高でした。
最後はお決まりの尻ポチャ。
海面スレスレで水しぶきを上げる程度ですが、風やボートの速度とかを計算して、少し濡れる程度にする技術は、さすがに長年無事故と聞いていた通りのものでした。
因みにコンタクトレンズをはめたままでしたが全然問題なかったです。
それと送迎のヤノさんは最高に面白かったです。
お迎えのバスの中からヤノさんのギャグの連発（英語ですが…）で盛り上がりました。
ヤノさん、楽しい思い出ありがとう！送迎がヤノさんになった方は「当たり」ですよ。
次回は是非１５０ｍにチャレンジしたいですね。その時もまたこのツアーを利用したいと思います。

I had some anxiety about driving a rental car, so I joined this tour. On the day of the tour, there were 11 participants. I was a bit concerned about the old shuttle van and the unusable seat belts, but the explanations from our experienced Japanese guide were knowledgeable and diverse, making the journey feel like an enriching study session. The stop at the Dole Plantation, where we saw the "This is a tree" tree, was only about 20 minutes, so I recommend a different schedule for those who want to stay longer, but we didn't feel it was particularly short.

As we headed north along the North Shore, the guide explained the coastal scenery, and we split into two groups for free time in Haleiwa and horseback riding (the horseback riding group also had about 50 minutes of free time). We were taken to Macky's for garlic shrimp and were shown the main shops, making the short time quite fulfilling.

I was very anxious as a beginner with little explanation or guidance during the beach horseback riding, but there were seven of us in a line and another instructor accompanying us, who helped calm the horses and taught us how to hold the reins, allowing me to enjoy the ride. The beautiful scenery along the beach was breathtaking! It was about a 45-minute ride, but it was an unforgettable experience.

Unfortunately, we couldn't see any turtles on the sandy beach, but our persistent guide took us to a spot where we could see swimming turtles, using what seemed to be a local information network. I am grateful for that.

We returned to Honolulu before 4 PM, so we were able to go out afterward and had a meaningful day. It may indeed be a busy schedule, but I think this tour is packed with the joys of the North Shore and is enjoyable for everyone. I sincerely thank our guide, Syozou.

　レンタカーの運転に不安があり、このツアーに参加しました。
　当日ツアーに参加したのは11名、送迎のバンが古くてシートベルトが使えないなどは気になりましたが、ベテランの日本人ガイドさんの解説が博識で多岐にわたり、道中まるで勉強会のように充実していました。「この木なんの木」とドールプランテーションはほんの20分くらいの立ち寄りなので、長居したい方は違うスケジュールのプランをお勧めしますが、我々は特に短いとも感じませんでした。
　ノースショアも海岸沿いを説明しながら北上し、ハレイワで自由行動と乗馬の二手に分かれ、(乗馬組も５０分位自由時間あり)わざわざガーリックシュリンプのＭａｃｋｙsさんに連れて行ってもらったり、主要なお店を教えてもらったりしたので短時間でもかなり充実していました。
　海辺の乗馬、説明や注意が少なくて初心者の私はとても不安でしたが、７人の隊列の前後ともう一人付添いのインストラクターがいて、道草する馬をなだめたり引き綱をおしえてもらったりで楽しく乗馬できました。ゆっくりと歩く海辺の景色の美しいこと！４５分位の乗馬でしたが忘れられない経験でした。
　残念ながら砂浜でカメを見ることはできず、諦めないガイドさんが地元の情報網を駆使していそうな浜辺に立ち寄ってくれて泳いでいるカメを見ることができました。感謝。
　ホノルルには午後４時前に戻ってきたのでその後も出かけることができ、一日を有意義に過ごすことができました。確かに忙しいスケジュールかも知れませんが、ノースショアの楽しみが凝縮された、だれでも十分に楽しめる充実のツアーだと思います。ガイドのsyozouさん？に心から感謝します。

This was our family's first time visiting oahu and the ocean front horse back ride was by far our most favorite and memorable experience. The guides are friendly and knowledgeable and the horses are very well cared for (my horse Ike is a retired polo pony). We even had the pleasure of a hawaiian pig named 'wilma' that thinks she's a horse escort our ride. We went on the sunset tour and the landscape is unlike anywhere I have ever seen, so peaceful and breathtaking. Would highly recommend this activity to other families, friends and couples!

It was my 7-year-old daughter and my wife who participated, and they said it was one of the best experiences among the optional tours, and their top memory in Hawaii. It seems they chose the sky over the sea.
