I participated with my mother, who can't swim. It seems she had heard from my grandmother that the submarine tour in Hawaii was great, so we decided to give it a try. We enjoyed the trolley ride to the pickup point, and the cruise to the submarine had beautiful scenery, which was nice. The submarine was a bit less impressive than I expected; the water looked murky and there weren't many fish. However, we did see a sea turtle, which was enjoyable. It would be better if the price were a little lower.

泳げない母と参加。母が祖母からハワイの潜水艦ツアーが良かったと何度も聞いていたようで、参加してみることにしました。お迎えのトロリーから楽しめて、潜水艦までの船でのクルーズも景色良くてよかったです。潜水艦は期待していたよりかは、水が濁ってみえるのと魚も少なかったかなーという印象でした。でもウミガメもみれたし楽しめました。お値段がもう少し安いといいのだけど。

Someone mentioned in the comments that the quality of the tour depends on the weather and the guide, and I truly felt that was the case! Our guide, U, provided wonderful explanations and was very considerate. Although the vehicle was full, it turned out to be a fun and fulfilling day.

The canyon horseback riding at Happy Trails was my first experience, and I was nervous, but I would love to try it again. We had lunch at Mackey's, and unexpectedly had time for shopping in Haleiwa, making it a truly lovely tour. Thank you very much!

We participated with our family of four (grades 4 and 2) during Golden Week. I had a lot of worries, like waking up early, whether we would get seasick, and if we would really see dolphins, but I gradually relaxed thanks to the guide's high energy. (I didn't feel seasick at all.)

We saw dolphins right after we set sail. It was truly moving. I wanted to swim with them forever. We also encountered turtles and fish. The kids were able to swim with the crew members and had a great time. Even after returning to Japan, we are still excited looking at the photos we purchased.

The experience was definitely worth the price. I would love to participate again on our next trip to Hawaii.

GWに 家族四人(小４、小２)で参加しました。
朝も早いし 船酔いしないか 本当にイルカに会えるのかとか、不安がたくさんでしたが、ガイドさんのハイテンションにつられ、だんだんリラックスできました。(船酔いも全くなかった)
イルカには 出港後 すぐに会えました。もう、本当に感動でした。ずっと泳いでいたかったです。
カメやお魚も会えました。子供たちも クルーの方に付き添って泳いでもらえ 充分楽しめましたし、日本に帰ってからも 購入した写真を見て 興奮してます。
価格なりの価値は充分ありました。次回のハワイでも 是非参加したいと思ってます。

I participated with my mother in her 70s.
We checked the low tide times in advance, so we were able to get onto solid ground.
However, we just walked around; we didn't have a picnic.
I think it was because it was a morning tour.
During snack time, we had sandwiches with ham and cheese on bread on the boat.
The nachos were blown away by the wind, which was quite a hassle.
As for snorkeling, we just floated while wearing life jackets and without fins.
I think it might be insufficient for experienced snorkelers, but it could be just right for beginners.
My mother waited on the boat.
We were able to see sea turtles from the boat, so she was satisfied.

７０代の母と参加しました。
干潮の時刻を事前に調べていったので、しっかり陸地になっているところに上がれました。
でも、歩いただけです。ピクニックとかはしてません。
午前中のツアーだったからだと思います。
スナックタイムは、パンにハムチーズを挟んだだけのサンドイッチを船上で。
ナチョスが風に飛ばされて大変でした。
シュノーケリングも、ライフジャケットを来て、フィンも付けずに浮いていただけ。
経験者には物足りないと思います。が、初心者にはちょうどいいかも知れません。
母は船で待っていました。
ウミガメも、船上からまあ見られたので、母は満足しておりました。

The sandbar gets really cold when clouds come out. Also, depending on the day, the wind can be strong, so warm clothing is a must. The kids were shivering both in the water and after getting out. I was grateful to have a warm drink.

On this day, the water level at the sandbar was knee-deep. The scenery was breathtaking. There were no fish at the sandbar, so we didn't go snorkeling.

You can play beach volleyball, but we mostly went to take photos. The endless emerald horizon is soothing and allows for an escape from reality.

We moved to another location for turtle watching. We saw many turtles from the boat! We then moved to a snorkeling spot with coral. We encountered a giant turtle that looked to be about a meter long! Although I wished to swim with the turtle, I was a bit intimidated by its size, which was larger than I imagined. The visibility at the snorkeling point was clear near the coral, but you couldn't see into the deeper areas.

The hamburgers for lunch were excellent, made with freshly grilled meat.

The price is not cheap, but it's worth a visit at least once.

一気に寒くなります。
又、日によっては風も強いので
防寒対策必須です。
子供は水中でも上がってからもブルブル震えてましたよ(ｰｰ;)
暖かい飲み物をいただけて助かりました。

この日サンドバーの水位はひざ位置でした。
景色は絶景。
サンドバーには魚はいないのでシュノーケルはしませんでした。

ビーチバレーをしたりもできますが、
私たちは写真を撮りにいった感じ
となりました。
どこまでも続くエメラルド色の水平線に癒され現実逃避ができます。


場所を移動しながらウミガメウォッチング。
船からも沢山のウミガメが見れました‼︎
シュノーケルは珊瑚のある場所に移動。
シュノーケルで1mはありそうな巨大なウミガメに遭遇しました‼︎
ウミガメと泳ぎたい〜なんて望んではいたものの、想像以上の大きさに少々ビビリました。
シュノーケルポイントの透明度は珊瑚が近い所まで。深いところは見えません。

お昼のハンバーガーは
その場で焼いてくれたお肉を挟んでくれるので絶品です(^_−)−☆

価格は手頃ではないが、
一度は行ってみる価値あり。

I participated with my mother in her 70s. We checked the low tide times before joining, so we were on solid ground. However, unlike photos from other tours, it was just walking. Just taking pictures. Snack time was on the boat, with sandwiches made of bread, ham, and cheese. The nachos were blown away by the wind, which was quite a hassle.

For snorkeling, we just wore life jackets and floated. No fins were used. It lasted about 15 minutes. We scattered some bread and just watched the fish come over. It felt like a brief experience, and I think it's suitable for beginners.

I think it's good for elderly people or those with small children. As for the sea turtles, you might catch a glimpse of one floating up for a moment, but you can't really observe a turtle basking in the sun closely.

７０代の母と参加しました。干潮の時間を調べて参加したので、しっかり陸地でした。でも、他のツアーの写真と違って、ただ歩くだけ。写真撮るだけ。スナックタイムは船上で、パンにハムとチーズを挟んだだけのサンドイッチ。ナチョスが風に飛ばされて大変でした。
シュノーケルも、ライフジャケットを着て、浮いているだけです。フィンもつけません。１５分くらいかな。パンを蒔いて、寄ってくる魚を見ただけです。ちょっと体験、て感じで、初めての人向きだと思います。

高齢者とか、小さな子ども連れにはいいと思います。ウミガメは、一瞬浮いてくるのを見つける感じで、甲羅干しをしている亀をじっくり見られるわけではありません。

I participated in Dolphin University for the first time. The conditions were perfect, and it was an amazing tour where I could swim with a pod of dolphins and sea turtles.

初めて参加したイルカ大学。コンディションも最高でイルカの群れや海亀と一緒に泳ぐ事が出来る最高のツアーです。

Parasailing was my first experience, and since I don't understand English, I was quite worried, but I'm glad I tried it!! I was concerned about getting injured and what would happen if I couldn't understand the instructions, but they explained everything with gestures, and there weren't any difficult steps to follow. The anxiety was only before taking off, but once I was in the air, I was overwhelmed by the beauty of the ocean. While flying, it just felt amazing.

The photo service was $30, and they took over 100 pictures. I brought a waterproof digital camera (hanging around my neck), so I was able to take photos from the sky (the flight was stable enough), but I couldn't take pictures of myself, so it was great to have them taken for wonderful memories.

There was a bit of trouble with the pickup car being late, but the hotel front desk contacted them, and everything worked out. It was just Hawaiian time, I guess (laughs).

パラセイリングは初めて、英語もわからないので、かなり悩みましたが
やってみて良かった！！

説明が聞き取れなかったらどうしよう…と心配していましたが
身振り手振りで説明してもらえるし、そもそも難しい手順はありません。
不安なのは飛ぶまでで、いったん飛んでしまったら海の美しさに圧倒されてます。
飛んでいる間は、とにかく気持ちがいいです。

Photoサービスは３０$で１００枚以上撮ってもらえました。
防水のデジカメを（首からぶら下げて）持っていったので
空からの写真は撮れましたが（それほど飛行は安定しています）
自分の写真は撮れないので、撮ってもらって良い思い出になりました。

迎えの車が遅れるというトラブルがありましたが、
ホテルのフロントから連絡を入れてもらって事なきを得ました。
そこはハワイタイムということで(笑)

I was able to see dolphins much closer than I had imagined, and I was very satisfied. Unfortunately, I couldn't see any sea turtles, but I enjoyed the other activities as well. I think it was a well-organized program, and the guide was very skilled. However, if I go again, I might choose the dolphin school because I would like more time with the dolphins. You can purchase photos, but at $60 for a photo where I'm not really in it, I think I might skip it next time. This time, I'm satisfied with the photos of the dolphins I saw.

想像していたよりずっと近くでイルカを見ることができ、大満足です。
残念ながら海亀を見ることはできませんでしたが、その他のアクティビティも楽しめました。
よく出来たプログラムだと思います。ガイドさんもとても上手でした。
ただ、次回行くことがあれば、イルカの時間がもっと欲しいので、イルカ中学の方にしようかなと思います。
写真を購入できますが、あまり自分が写っていないのに60ドルと言うなかなかのお値段なので、次は買わなくても良いかなと思います。今回は自分が見たイルカの写真と言うことで納得していますが。

I was really satisfied to be able to snorkel in the beautiful angelic sea. I was also very pleased with the staff's attention to Japanese support and the lunch! It was convenient that they picked me up at the hotel too.

ほんとに綺麗な天使の海でシュノーケルができて大満足でした。日本語対応にもスタッフさんの気配りにもランチにも大満足！
ホテルまで迎えに来てくれたのも楽チンでした。

It was such a lot of fun. Russel and Kevin were excellent professionals and really made us feel safe with their knowledge and skill. We really enjoyed the whole excursion from start to finish. The boat handled the windy and choppy conditions very comfortably. Para-sailing about 600 ft. above the ocean off Waikiki harbour was so quiet and exhilarating.

We were picked up a little late at 7:30 AM. It was a large bus like a sightseeing bus, fully packed with 40 people. After about an hour on the bus, we arrived at the harbor. We split into two boats for boarding, and there were restrooms on the boats.

As we progressed, we enjoyed the view of the bay, looking out at China Man's Hat and a U.S. military base. At one point, when I turned to listen to the guide, I spotted a turtle poking its head out of the water. We saw two turtles in total.

We then headed straight to the sandbar. On the day of our visit, low tide was at 7 AM, and we arrived around 9 AM, so the water level was about 15 cm, and we couldn't see the sandbar like you do in commercials. However, there were shallow areas in the water, so we had some time for photos.

After returning to the boat, we put on life jackets and snorkels for snorkeling time. We swam back and forth about 25 meters along the coral reef. It was a bit difficult to swim because there were so many people. There were plenty of fish, and I wished I could have stayed underwater a little longer.

There was no place to change, so I just put on a jacket and returned to the bus. The bus was cold, so warm clothing was necessary.

朝07時30分少し遅れてピックアップ。観光バスのような大型バス。40人満席。
1時間ほどバスにのり、ハーバー着。船2隻にわかれて乗船。船にはトイレあり。
チャイナマンズハットや米軍基地を見渡す湾をながめながら進む。
途中、ガイドさんの声のほうをみるとカメが海面から顔をだしていた。
2頭見られた。
そのままサンドバーへ。
私たちの訪れた日は、干潮時刻が7時、到着が9時頃だったため、潮位が15cmくらいあり、CMで見るような砂洲は見られず…
でも海の中に浅瀬が浮かんでいたので、写真タイム。
船に戻り救命胴衣とシュノーケルをつけ、シュノーケルタイム。
サンゴ礁に沿って皆で25mほどを往復。人数多いので、やや泳ぎにくい。
魚いっぱいいたのでもう少し潜ってたかった…
着替える場所ないので、そのまま上着羽織ってバスで帰着。
バスは寒いので、防寒必要。

We participated as a three-generation family. The sea was emerald green and truly beautiful. We saw turtles while on the boat and went snorkeling near the coral reefs, which provided us with valuable experiences that we definitely couldn't have had without joining the tour. Also, the hamburgers for lunch were incredibly delicious! I'm really glad we participated. I highly recommend it.

三世代の家族で参加しました。海はエメラルド色で本当にキレイでした。船に乗って亀を見たり、サンゴ礁の近くでのシュノーケリングをしたり、ツアーに参加しないと絶対に体験できない貴重な体験ができました。また、昼食のハンバーガーがめちゃウマでした！参加して本当に良かったです。めっちゃおすすめです。

I thought the children might be scared, but surprisingly they were quite happy. The people who rode with us were very kind, and the children became attached to them. If there's a chance, maybe next time too?!

子供が怖がるかなとも思ったが意外と喜んでました。同乗した方々が非常にやさしく、子供もなついていました。機会があれば次回も？！

The children were satisfied. The parents were okay. Since we have experience in other countries, I guess this is about what we expected? Overall, it was a well-organized tour.

子供は満足。親はまあまあ。他国での経験があるので、こんなもんかな？全般的には良くまとまったツアーでした。

I participated due to my wife's wish to swim with dolphins. Although I was somewhat anxious because of the strong winds, I was very satisfied to see them twice. I think the guide did a great job of keeping everyone engaged and having fun. I was worried about seasickness despite taking medication in advance, but perhaps because there were two boats, the rocking was less than I imagined, and it was okay.

イルカと泳いでみたいという家内の希望で参加しました。風が強く多少不安がありましたが、2度も見ることが出来て大変満足でした。ガイドの方も皆が楽しめるよう盛り上げてくれてとても良かったと思います。薬は予め飲んでも船酔いはやはり不安でしたが、二艘船のためか想像より揺れは少なく大丈夫でした。

The sandbar was very beautiful. It was fun to play beach volleyball in the ocean. I was impressed to see fish and turtles while snorkeling. There was a breeze above the sea, and it got cold after swimming, so I think it's a good idea to bring a jacket and a change of clothes. The freshly made hamburger for lunch was delicious.

This tour was fantastic. Our tour guide Jenner was an on board comedian who entertained us throughout the trip. The beach volleyball, practice snorkling, bbq lunch, beer, hot chocolate, wonderful staff and turtle watching was all incredible. We also got taken to a beautiful reef full of coral and coloured fish. Highly reccommended to anyone from non swimmers to couples to families with young children. Will definitely come here again.

I was a bit nervous since it was my first time, but I felt refreshed and had a great time. I experienced more seasickness than I expected, but the staff provided excellent support, which made me feel at ease.

I made a last-minute reservation online the day before, but the process from booking to pickup to the actual paragliding was smooth, and I was able to enjoy it comfortably (≧∇≦). I'm very satisfied!

前日に現地で急遽ネットから予約しましたが、予約→ピックアップ→本番とスムーズで、快適にパラセイリングが出来ました（≧∇≦）大満足です！

It was my first trip to Hawaii, and I wanted to go to the sandbar, so I thought about booking an option with HIS, but it was fully booked, so I joined a tour with VELTRA. I was worried about the weather, but the sun came out halfway through, and I was able to see the most beautiful sandbar. I recommend bringing a waterproof camera and a waterproof camera case. Also, it gets cold after you go into the water, so I suggest bringing a thick hoodie or a windbreaker. The hamburger I had on the boat was delicious, and the staff were bright and friendly, so I was very satisfied. I was also able to see sea turtles and had the valuable experience of snorkeling for the first time. If the weather is good, I think anyone would be satisfied.

初めてのハワイ旅行でしたので、サンドバーに行きたくてＨＩＳのオプションを予約しようと思いましたが、予約が満席でしたのでＶＥＬＴＲＡさんのツアーに参加しました。
天気が心配でしたが、途中から太陽がでて最高に綺麗なサンドバーを見ることができました。
防水カメラや、防水カメラケースを持参することをお勧めします。
また、海に入った後寒くなるので、厚手のパーカーや、ウインドブレーカーを持参することを
オススメします。
船内で食べたハンバーガーもおいしかったですし、スタッフの皆さんも明るくフレンドリーでしたので、大満足です。
ウミガメも見ることができ、また初めてのシュノーケリングもでき貴重な体験ができました。
天気さえよければ、どなたでも満足すると思います。

Nice and professional crew, expectations were met completely. Had a great time on the line together with my girlfriend and a great view on Waikiki.

2 kids and dad together! What a blast! Will do this again!

There may be some language issues during the round trip from the yacht harbor to the point, but the captain's administrative response was not very exciting. The parasailing itself was truly wonderful. The shuttle bus driver did their best to cheer us up with broken Japanese. Of course, I doubled the tip.

ヨットハーバーからポイントまでの往復時は言葉の問題は多少あるかもしれませんがキャプテン等の事務的な対応はテンションがあがりませんでした。パラセイリング自体は大変すばらいものでした。シャトルバスのドライバーは片言の日本語で一生懸命盛り上げてくれました。チップはもちろん倍額させていただきました。

I went to the heavenly sea in early April. The guide's explanations were thorough, and it was a very enjoyable time. From the boat, I could see what looked like a shell, and during snorkeling, a sea turtle came close to me. If you go to Hawaii, it's definitely worth experiencing. ✨

Our guides really made it worth while for us. It was already a spectacular experience but I feel the bunch assigned to us really wanted it to be a fun filled adventure beyond what we expected. It's my 3rd time with Star of Honolulu and they never fail to amaze me!
I was greeted with a beautiful smile by Kathleen at the ticket office. She was very nice, friendly, and it seems like she was enjoying her job. Before we boarded, the dancers are always very entertaining, a unique way to welcome their guests (yes, I've been to other dinner cruises and only Star of Honolulu has this great idea).
At the boat, here comes the cheerful and very energetic Freddie, who took us to our table. He didn't realize there were eight (8) of us but he was able to accommodate us right away having our own table by the window! He is the Assistant Floor Manager and I was really impressed with his friendliness and bright personality, he is funny too! The couples that we were with are visitors from Canada, celebrating their Silver Wedding Anniversary. I forgot to mention this special occasion when I made the booking so I told Freddie if there’s a way he can announce it after dinner. Knowing how busy they were, I never expected it to happen but I was extremely happy and grateful that he didn't forget. After the Polynesian entertainment, he immediately pulled my couple family towards the stage to make their dance. All the other couples, honeymooners, anniversary celebrants, followed. It was an honor!! Thank you so much Freddie for that, it was a memory of a lifetime for my family.
I would also like to give credit to Jay, who was our server that night, in fact all the crew members because they know how to take care of their guests, they're fast and attentive! The One Star package is not bad at all, I actually like this better than the Three Star believe it or not and IT'S ALL YOU CAN EAT CRAB LEGS!! Yummy! The steak was delicious also, so tender and juicy!
Will definitely cruise with Star of Honolu again and again! True "Aloha" spirit..good impression for those visiting the islands for the first time...greatly satisfied with the services they offer. Thumbs up SOH!!

I have done dinner cruise before in Honolulu many times. This time was the best ever experience. From time arrived at dock until returned to hotel was amazing . Everyone was friendly, food good, service amazing.

Last time, I rode on the smaller submarine, so this time I chose the larger one called the Premium Submarine. The size difference is quite significant, and it was impressive when it surfaced. The interior is spacious, and the large windows make it easy to see underwater. Entering involves descending a vertical ladder, which adds a bit of tension. The wreckage of ships and planes is mysterious.

前回一度小さな方の潜水艦に乗ったことがありましたので今回プレミアムサブマリンと言う大きな方を選択しました。大きさもかなり違い浮上して来る時は圧巻でした艦内も広く窓も大きいので水中が見やすいです。入る時は垂直の梯子で降りるので少し緊張感有ります、船や飛行機の残骸は神秘的です。
