I wasn't sure what a sandbar was, but I participated anyway. It was a wonderful place. I was able to see a lot of sea turtles, and snorkeling was fun. It felt like I was in an aquarium with so many fish around. The hamburger that was prepared when I got hungry was also delicious.

ウミガメもたくさん見ることができたし、シュノーケルも楽しかった。水族館に入ったかのようにお魚いっぱいでした。

The sunset dinner experience was extraordinary. The food was exquisite and our waitress was amazing. Keilani made us feel at home and made sure our experience was superb. In addition, the assistant manager Crystal Tagudin stopped by our table and chat with us for a while to make sure that our expectations were met. I absolutely loved it and look forward to going back next time I'm in Hawaii. Thank you Star of Honolulu staff!!!

I participated in this optional tour for the first time. We were blessed with good weather and the conditions were perfect. Although we were the only ones at 150 meters, the sailing time was the longest, and we could enjoy views of the blue ocean, Waikiki Beach, and Diamond Head that are usually not visible. I don't speak English at all, but I had no problems enjoying myself. If I had to mention a downside, the hotel pickup was about 20 minutes late. Well, this kind of delay is acceptable in Hawaii. I plan to join this tour again next time. Please make it enjoyable!

初めてこのオプショナルツアーに参加しました。天気にも恵まれコンディションサイコー。150メートルは私たちだけでしたがセーリング時間が最も長く、高く上がるので青い海やワイキキビーチやダイヤモンドヘッドが普段は観ることのできない景観で楽しめます。まったく英語はできませんが問題なく楽しめました。少し難を言えばホテルのピックアップ時間が定刻よりも20分ぐらいおくれました。まあこのくらいの遅れはハワイでは許容範囲です。次回もこのツアーの参加を予定してます。楽しませてくださいね。

We participated as a group of 12 people, including six children (three aged 5 and three elementary school students) and six adults from three families. Our family used this service for the second consecutive year! Due to the large number of participants, we split into two boats: one with mostly Japanese passengers and the other with a mix of foreigners and a few Japanese. Based on the children's request, we boarded the boat with more foreigners. However, there were also Japanese guides, and the announcements were made separately for Japanese and foreigners, with us receiving information in Japanese.

We departed from the hotel at 9:00 AM, and thanks to the good timing of the tides, there were spots at the sandbar where the 5-year-olds could stand, and they had a great time with the floaties. The adults set up a court with poles right there, and we played beach volleyball. During the sea turtle watching, we spotted several turtles, and those who entered the water early encountered a large resting turtle very close to the entry point! It seemed to swim away after some noise, so those who entered later missed it, but those who saw it were lucky. We were able to float and observe the turtle for several minutes right above it! It might be better to prepare for snorkeling early to increase your chances. They also provided free rental vests, fins, and snorkels for the kids, which was convenient.

We brought our own floaties, but there were also several floating tubes available on the boat that we used (the 5-year-old was taken with a floatie, vest, and floating tube to see the sea turtles). During snorkeling, there were areas with a depth of several meters, and since it was all coral, there were no areas where you could stand. The distance from the boat to the coral area where the turtles were was about 10 meters, so as long as the children are not afraid of deep water, they should be fine. There were also many beautiful small fish. I think it would be better to change clothes before getting on the return bus since it can be cold. We brought one rental beach towel for each child from the hotel, which was a good decision. The hamburgers for lunch were delicious! The beer we had on the boat after swimming (additional charge, settled upon disembarking) was also excellent. We used the same tour for two consecutive years, and we were fully satisfied as we could feel the essence of Hawaii!

5-10才までの子ども６人（５才３人小学生３人）、大人６人計３家族１２人のグループで参加しました。小生家族は昨年に続き２年連続の利用です！人数が多かったため日本人ばかりの船と、外国人＋日本人少しの船に別れ、子どものリクエスト！により外人が多い方に乗船しました。といっても、ガイドは日本人の方もいて、途中案内は日本人外人別々に、我々には日本語で行って頂けました。朝9:00ホテル発でしたが潮のタイミングが良く、サンドバーでは５才の子ども達も立つことが出来るような場所もあり、浮き輪で充分楽しめました。大人はその場でポールを立ててコートを作ってくれたので、ビーチバレーで遊びました。ウミガメウオッチでは何匹かのカメを発見、シュノーケリングでは早くに海に入った人が、エントリーポイントすぐ近くにいたかなりでかいお休み中のカメに遭遇！途中で騒がしかったのか泳いで行ってしまい、後から入った人は見れませんでしたが見れた人はラッキーでした。数分間は休んでいるカメの真上でぷかぷか浮きながら観察できました！早めにシュノーケリングの準備をして入った方がチャンスがあるのかも。子供用のベスト、フィン、シュノーケルも無料で貸して頂けたので便利でした。浮き輪も持参しましたが、浮き輪代わりの浮くチューブは何本も船に用意してありそれも利用しました（５才児は浮き輪＋ベスト＋浮くチューブで連れて行きウミガメを見せることができました。シュノーケリングの時は水深数メートルのところもある上、サンゴばかりで立つことが出来るエリアはありません。船からサンゴエリア・ウミガメのいたところまで10mほどでしたので、水と深いのが怖くなければ子どもも大丈夫だと思います。きれいな小さな魚もたくさんいました）。帰りのバスは寒いので着替えてから乗車した方が良いと思います。ホテルのプール用のレンタルバスタオルを子どもの分も１人１枚持参しましたが正解でした。昼食のハンバーガーは美味しかったです！泳ぎ終わった後、船の上で飲んだビール（別料金、下船時に精算）も最高でした。２年続けて同じツアーを利用しましたがハワイらしさを感じることができ、充分満足でした！

We participated in the Dolphin Adventure at the request of my elementary school daughter. We had a valuable experience swimming with dolphins, and both my daughter and I had a lot of fun. However, I felt that the time spent interacting with the dolphins was short for the high price, and it didn't quite meet my expectations.

In the morning, around 8:30, a bus marked "Sea Life Park" came to pick us up from the designated location. It took all the guests with reservations for the 9, 10, and 11 o'clock slots. Since it was a small park, we experienced everything, including shows, sea lions, turtles, and feeding small birds, but we ended up having extra time and felt that the wait until our 11:45 reservation was long.

We left the park at 2:30 PM, so we returned to the hotel close to 4 PM. It would be better if they arranged the pickups according to the program times, but since they gather everyone together for transportation, the time spent at the park can feel lengthy. I think those considering this should plan accordingly and allow for some extra time.

小学生の娘の希望で、ドルフィン・アドベンチャーに参加しました。
イルカにつかまり泳いだりと、貴重な経験ができて
娘も、私もたいへん楽しむことができましたが
値段が高い割にはイルカと触れ合える時間が
短いというか、値段ほどでもなかったかな
と、いう印象も受けました。

朝は8時半ごろ指定のピックアック場所に
シーライフパークと書かれたバスが迎えに来て、
9時台、10時台、11時台の予約客をまとめて乗せていきます。
小さなパークでしたので、ショーやアシカやカメ
小鳥のエサやりなども全て体験したうえで
時間が余ってしまい、11時45分の予約まで
待っている時間が長く感じました。

帰りが14時30分パーク出発でしたので、
ホテルに戻ったのは4時近くになりました。
プログラムの時間に合わせてピックアップをしてくれれば
良いのですが、まとめて送迎されるため、
パーク内に留め置かれる時間が長いので、
検討される方は余裕をもって組み込まれた方が
いいかと思います。

The crew was great! I would go again and again. It was like flying. So much fun. Thanks for the amazing memories.

We participated as a couple with our 2-year-old son. Although he is interested in dolphins, he is still afraid of the water and large creatures. We were told in advance that if he cried too much, we might have to leave to avoid disturbing the dolphins, but on the day of the event, the female instructor was so much louder than my son that even if he cried a little, we weren't asked to leave.

There were several precautions given about interacting with the dolphins, but when the time came, I got too excited and forgot them. However, it was thrilling to be able to kiss and shake hands with the dolphins. Everything was conducted in English (though there were occasional strange Japanese phrases that I didn’t quite understand), but it was fun.

We also had the option to order a DVD. My child still watches the DVD with excitement, saying how much fun it was. There was quite a long wait until the bus came back, so if that could have been about an hour shorter, it would have been perfect.

２歳の息子と夫婦で参加。
子供はイルカに興味はあるものの、まだ水も怖く、大きな生き物も苦手。
大泣きすれば、イルカを刺激するから退場してもらうかもと事前に言われていたが、当日のインストラクターの女性の方が、息子よりも何倍も大きな声で盛り上がっていたので、少々泣いても退場させられることはなかったです。
イルカと触るときの注意をいくつかされますが、実際その時になると、テンションが上がりすぎて忘れてしまったり。でも、キスをしたり、握手したりできて感激でした。
全て英語で行われたので（時々変な日本語を突っ込んでくるが、よく理解できない）、何を言っているかはよくわからなかったけど、楽しかったです。
そして、DVDを申し込めます。自分の写ったDVDを子供は今も、楽しかったね～と言いながら、見ています。
帰りのバスが来るまでに、時間が長くあいているので、それがあと１時間くらい短ければ言うことなしでしょうか。

The weather in Kaneohe is very changeable, so it depended on the weather. It would have been more enjoyable if the sunny weather had lasted longer, but it got cold when it was cloudy... However, I was glad to see the clear ocean and the honu (sea turtles).

カネオヘの天気はすごく変わりやすいので天気次第でした。
晴れがずっと続いたらもっと楽しかったんですが、曇ると寒い…
でも、澄んだ海やホヌが見れたので、よかったです。

I attended a luau show. Since I had made a reservation here, the process was smooth. The show itself was average, and the food was also average at the buffet. I think it's a good option to reserve with peace of mind and see it at least once.

ルアウショーを見てきました。
こちらで予約していたので、手続きはスムーズでした。
ショー自体は普通、食べ物もビュッフェで普通でした。
安心して予約して、一度見るにはいいのかなと思います。

I experienced parasailing for the first time. The staff set everything up properly, so I was able to fly with peace of mind. It felt amazing. I want to try it again.

初めてパラセーリングを体験しました。
スタッフの方がしっかりセッティングしてくれるので安心して飛ぶことができました。
とても気持ちよかったです。
またトライしたいです。

I had no plans to go surfing at all, but my daughter said, "Since we're in Hawaii, let's go surfing!" and that's how it happened. True to their slogan of "We guarantee that everyone from 5 to 80 years old can ride the waves," my daughter, and even my wife, were able to stand on the board. It will be a great memory.

サーフィンなんて全く予定していなかったのですが、「折角ハワイに来たのだからサーフィンしようよ」と娘が言いだしたのがきっかでで実現しました。「５歳から８０歳のおじいさんまで、絶対波に乗せる」といううたい文句の通り、娘は兎も角、妻もボードに立つことができるようになりました。いい思い出になります。

You absolutely have to do this at least once in your life! The view was amazing and felt so refreshing, even more than the height! In the end, I fell into the sea, haha. The English guide was kind, funny, and made it enjoyable. There were times when the boat slowed down and I felt a bit of a sway, so I think it would be good to have some motion sickness medication just in case! I also bought some photos as a memory (they took over 100 pictures for us). I will never forget that stunning view of Waikiki.

絶対一生に一度はやったほうがいいです！高さを感じるよりも景色が素晴らしくて気持ちよかったです！最後は海に落ちました笑 英語ガイドさんも優しくておもしろくて楽しめました。途中船がスピードを落とすと揺れを感じる時があり酔ってしまうのかと思いますので酔い止めもあるといいと思います！思い出に写真も購入しました。(100枚以上撮ってくれました) あのワイキキの絶景は忘れられないです。

The zip line tour was excellent. Our three kids ages 19,16,13 absolutely loved it. Our drive up to base camp was very entertaining, because our guide made us laugh so much. Then our zip line crew were also great. They told jokes, gave history of Hawaii and Koaloa Ranch and the natural habitat surrounding the area. The zip lining was so much fun we would definitely, without a doubt, do this tour again.

If you like sharks this is the trip for you. There was plenty of sharks to see. They were mostly 6-8 feet long. They surrounded the cage and even a barracuda came to see us. I felt completely safe in the cage and so did my kids. My daughter(13) was a little apprehensive before getting into the cage but once in there she was fine. The only bad thing was that the water was a little rough so the cage was getting tossed around some but it was all good.

I drove from Waikiki to the North Shore (Haleiwa) to see wild sea turtles and experienced horseback riding at Turtle Bay. It was my first time, but the horse walked calmly in the direction of the reins. Riding along the beach with the refreshing sea breeze was the best.

ワイキキから車でノースショア（ハレイワ）で野生のウミガメを鑑賞し、 タートルベイで乗馬を体験しました。初めてでしたが、おとなしく手綱の方向に歩いてくれます。さわやかな海風の中の海辺の乗馬は最高です。

My wife and I rode together. There was also a family of foreigners with us, including a child around elementary school age. This course doesn't involve much running, so it's fine for beginners. They take commemorative photos with a beautiful view of the sea in the background, so a camera is a must. If you have some riding experience, you can manage even if you don't understand English. It's an easy experience to have in Hawaii, so I recommend participating if you have any interest.

嫁さんと2人で乗りました。一緒に外人さんの家族も一緒でしたが、小学生くらいの子供も参加されていました。こちらのコースはほとんど走ったりはしないので初心者でも大丈夫です。
高台の景色の良いところで海をバックに記念写真を撮ってくれるので、カメラは必須です。
何度か乗馬経験があれば英語がわからなくてもなんとかなります。
ハワイで簡単に体験できるので少しでも興味があれば参加することをお勧めします。

This is my third time, and it has become a staple whenever I come to Hawaii. They let you run quite a bit through the ranch. Although I consider myself an intermediate rider, I have only ridden about seven or eight times abroad, but they still let me ride. However, since you run in some narrow areas, I wouldn't recommend it unless you are comfortable with horseback riding. You actually have to avoid branches that might hit your head while galloping, which can be dangerous, but those who are confident can enjoy it. Helmets are self-reported, so there's no need to wear one if you don't want to (you sign a waiver and take responsibility). Initially, I rode with my wife, but she said it was scary and doesn't want to ride again.

今回で3回目になりますが、ハワイに来た時の定番になっています。
牧場の中をかなり走らせてくれます。上級者となっていますが私は海外での乗馬経験が７、8回位ですが乗らせてくれます。ただし、狭いところも結構走るので乗馬に余裕がある人でないとお勧めしません。実際に駆け足の途中で頭に当たりそうな木の枝を避けたりしないといけないので危ないですが、自信のある人だと楽しめます。
ヘルメットも自己申告制ですので無理にかぶる必要もありません。（サインして自己責任です）
実際に一番最初は嫁さんと2人で乗りましたが、怖かったのでもう乗らないと言っています。

George, Anjeline & Joel tnx for the awesome & fun memories you instilled to my boys. Jr & Jacob had the most awesome experience zipping through the jungle for the first time. It was an experience that they will never forget, especially it was both for their birthdays. Recommend doing this again. The staff were very friendly & accomodating. Mahalo & keep up the good work.

I enrolled the day after arriving in Hawaii. The pickup for enrollment was at 6:10 AM. We had orientation on the bus. Thanks to the staff, I was sleepy at this point but gradually got more excited. In the first hour, I got to meet several dolphin professors, and then we changed locations to meet a large number of faculty members. I was very satisfied to see the dolphin professors perform their spins. In the second hour, at first, the turtle professor was in a bad mood and we couldn't meet him. Just when I thought he finally showed up, he appeared right in front of me. By this time, I was quite tired, and keeping up with the classes at my age was a bit challenging... The staff noticed I was tired and handed me a buoy, which was a great help. In gym class, there were some waves, and I tried stand-up paddleboarding but couldn't stand up well, so I got back on the boat early and went for lunch. After that, I had a really fun time with hula, and I graduated safely. Thank you to all the staff, dolphin, and turtle professors.

ハワイに着いた翌日に入学しました。入学は早朝6時10分にピックアップ。
バスの中でのオリエンテーション。スタッフのおかげで、この時点で眠いけど徐々にテンション上がる。一時間目のイルカ教授の時間は一度目は数等のイルカ教授に会うことができ、もう一度場所を変え、今度は、大量の教授陣。イルカ教授のスピンを見ることができ大満足。二時間目は最初、亀教授はご機嫌斜めでなかなか会えず。やっと登場したと思ったらなんと目の前に。このあたりでかなり疲れ、還暦にはちょっと授業についていくのが・・・スタッフが疲れたのを察知し浮きを渡してくれ、助かりました。体育の授業は少し波が有りスタンドアップパドルに挑戦しましたがなかなか立てず、早々にボートにあがり、給食に。そのあとフラと本当に楽しく、そして無事、卒業。スタッフの皆さん、イルカ、亀教授ありがとう。

Although it was supposed to be a Japanese guide, the bus from the pickup point to the destination was entirely in English with a foreign guide. Moreover, the guide spoke loudly in English, continuously rambling about things that made no sense, which was not only noisy but also very unpleasant. On the return bus, unfortunately, it was the same foreign guide, and there was no proper explanation or guidance, leaving some people confused about which bus to take.

日本語ガイドの筈なのに、ピックアップから現地までのバスの中は外人ガイドで全て英語でした。しかもでかい声で英語でず〜と訳わからないことをしゃべり続けられて、うるさいだけでなく非常に不快でした。帰りのバスに乗る時も、残念ながら同じ外人のガイドで、説明も案内もまともになく、どのバスに乗っていいのかもわからず困っている方もいらっしゃいました。

We enjoyed the ATV very much. Going thru the valley was scenic and beautiful. It's completely different world inside forest and the mountainous valley. It made our visit to Hawaii worth the trip!

I am a native Hawaiian so I know my way around a luau. I was home visiting family and decided to take my wife and kids to Chief's Luau at Sea Life Park Hawaii. I must say it was THE BEST luau I have ever been to. The food was excellent as I usually go to a luau for the food first and show second. The show was even better as Chief was the perfect showman with talent to burn. Speaking of burn, the fire dancers were simply AMAZING!! The entire show was dazzling as each Polynesian country were represented in true artistry. What an amazing show with some of the most delicious authentic Hawaiian food I have ever tasted. My only complaint, and its a small one, is that there was no haupia for dessert.

I participated on my last night in Hawaii. I was torn between the Polynesian Center and Hilton, but considering the fatigue of my elderly parents, I chose Hilton. I also considered Golden Circle, but I was glad I chose Hilton since we arrived a bit late and still got pretty good seats. The show was decent (the Polynesian show I saw in Guam might have been better…). However, it was only in English, so I didn’t understand the talk very well. The meal was a buffet, and the flavors suited Japanese tastes, so I felt comfortable eating everything. It included two drinks, and the price seemed reasonable. Overall, it was very good.

ハワイ最後の夜に参加しました。ポリネシアセンターと迷いましたが、高齢の両親と一緒なので
移動の疲れを考えてヒルトンにしました。ゴールデンサークルも迷ったけど、少し遅れて到着しても結構良い席だったので選んでよかったです。ショーはそこそこよかったです（グアムで見たポリネシアンショーの方がよかったかも…）ただ英語オンリーなのでトークはよくわかりませんでした。食事はブッフェですが、日本人の口に合う味でどの料理も安心して食べられました。
２ドリンク付きだし、価格はこんなものでしょうか。総合的にとてもよかったです。

I visited Gunstock again this year, continuing from last year. Of course, my purpose was to ride horses and enjoy the beautiful scenery, but my main goal was to meet Donkey. He is a very gentle and friendly donkey.

This year, I brought a bag of carrots as a souvenir, and he happily munched on them.

The staff at the ranch are all very kind, and it became a wonderful memory again this year.

I promised Donkey that I would definitely come back to see him, and I left with a heavy heart. On the way back, I stopped by Kahuku and Haleiwa, returning home completely satisfied and full.

If you plan to go, it might be difficult without a rental car, but the horses are well-trained and smart, so you can enjoy your time with peace of mind.

去年に引き続き、今年もガンストックに来ました。
目的はもちろん乗馬と見晴らしの良い景色なの
ですが、1番の目的はドンキーに会いに来ました。
すごく大人しくて人懐っこいロバなんです。

今年はお土産の人参を1袋持参して
ポリポリと美味しそうに食べてくれました。

こちらの牧場のスタッフさんもとても優しい
方ばかりで今年も素敵な思い出になりました。

また、必ず会いに来るねとドンキーに約束して
名残惜しさ満開で帰路につきました。
帰りにはカフク、ハレイワを回って
お腹いっぱいの大満足で帰りました。

行かれる時はレンタカーじゃないと
難しいかもしれませんが、
良く調教された賢いお馬さん達なので
安心して楽しめます。

I participated in the morning session with three friends. Most of the other participants were Japanese as well.

On the boat, there were thorough explanations about the direction to see sea turtles and how to snorkel at the sandbar, making it a fun experience that exceeded the cost of the tour. If the timing is right, it seems the sandbar also appears above the water's surface, so I think it's worth experiencing at least once if you go to Oahu.

午前の回に友人3人と参加しました。まわりの参加者もほぼ日本人でした。
船上ではウミガメの見える方角や、サンドバーについてからのシュノーケリングの方法など、アクティビティの説明もしっかりとあり、ツアー金額以上に楽しい体験ができました。時期が合えばサンドバーも海面に顔を出しているようですし、オアフ島に行くなら一度は体験してみるのもいいと思います。

The zip line was a blast. However the transportation was a hassle when we were finished. We had to wait over 2-1/2 hours for a ride back. We were very sweaty and exhausted. There was no disclosure on how long the wait was going to be,and at that point no other way to get back.

The price is not cheap, but the proximity to the dolphins was closer than I expected, and the time we could interact with them was longer, so we had a wonderful time. However, my husband and I were scheduled for the program at 11:45, but we were instructed to gather at 9:30, the same time as the program starting at 10:30, which made the over two hours we had to wait feel very wasteful. Since Sea Life Park is not that large, it was difficult to kill two hours. I think gathering at 11:00 would be sufficient. Also, I was shocked by the high cost of the photos.

安くはない価格設定ですが、思った以上にイルカとの距離も近く、触れ合える時間も長かったので、とても素敵な時間を過ごす事ができました。ただ、今回私と夫は11時45分からのプログラムだったのですが、10時半からのプログラムと同じ9時半に集合するようにとの指示で、11時45分までの2時間以上の時間がとても無駄に感じられました。シーライフパークはそんなに広くないので、2時間も時間を潰すのには苦労しました。11時集合で十分だと思います。あと、写真代が高いのにはビビリました。
