I went on the shuttle bus knowing that the bay was beautiful from above. Quick however thorough instructions on the equipment. Once you get used to it the beauty you find in the clear waters are amazing. After this outing everything was stress free for me. All I can say is if you can swim you had not miss this.

We had a thoroughly delightful evening. We had the all you can eat crab and purchased 1 bottle of wine.
The show was lovely and enthusiastically done. The tour and the meal was very well organized. This is a must do in Honolulu...

Staff is great! Food is good and grilled on the boat. Bring water with you.

I chose the 150m option since I was there. It was a tandem flight with my elementary school son, and the view from above was amazing. The staff were experienced and had everything ready in no time. With that momentum, we said, "Let's go! Bye-bye!" and soared into the sky. We even had a splash at the end!

I highly recommend this active experience.

小学生の息子とのタンデムフライトでしたが、上空からの眺めはサイコーです。
スタッフも手慣れたもので、あっという間に準備完了。
その勢いで、レッツゴー！　ばいばーい！　って感じで大空へ。

It was the best parasailing debut, blessed with great weather! Both the captain and the crew were very lively, which made it really exciting! I felt no fear at all and had a lot of fun flying in the sky! In the end, I was dropped into the sea at Big Japon, and it felt amazing! The bus driver, Yano, during the transfer was very cheerful, making the trip enjoyable both ways!

天候にも恵まれた、最高のパラセイリングデビューでした！
船長さん、上げてくれる方、どちらもノリが良くてとてもワクワクしました！
恐怖は全く無く、とても楽しく空を飛ぶことができました！
最後はビックジャポンで海に落として頂きとても気持ちよかったです！
送迎の際のバスの運転手のヤノさんがとても愉快な方で行き帰りも楽しませて頂きました！

We participated as a family of three with a middle school child. There were clear signs on the main street, so we arrived at the location without getting lost. Although there were no staff members who understood Japanese, the reception staff explained everything diligently, so we were able to check in without any issues. The three instructors were incredibly high-energy, and I appreciated their efforts to communicate even though I didn't understand Japanese at all. The pathways between the zip lines were wooden decks, so our shoes didn't get muddy. The weather and scenery were both fantastic.

中学生の子供との３人家族で参加しました。メインの通りに分かり易い看板が出ていたので迷うことなく現地に到着できました。日本語のわかるスタッフは不在でしたが受付から一生懸命説明してもらったので難無くチェックイン出来ました。インストラクター３名の方達がとにかくハイテンションで日本語全然分からないなりにコミュニケーション取ろうとしてる気の使いが嬉しかったです。ジップライン間の通路はウッドデッキ等でしたので靴もドロドロになりませんでした。天気も景色も最高でした。

I had a great time! I was a bit anxious about snorkeling in deep water where my feet couldn't touch the bottom, but thanks to the life jacket being fully inflated, I had enough buoyancy and it wasn't scary at all. If you've snorkeled before, you'll definitely enjoy it!

Since it's out in the ocean, there are mostly black fish, so if you're looking to see colorful fish, this might not be the best spot. However, there are plenty of sea turtles! I saw at least five! Watching them swim in groups was wonderful!

It seems to be a diving spot, as there were divers from diving tours below us. I was very satisfied watching the sea turtles and fish gracefully swimming in the deep sea! During the boat ride, I also got to see dolphins and whales, which was a nice touch for Hawaii!

Just a heads up, after snorkeling, the cruising can be a bit chilly with a wet body in the wind, so I recommend dressing warmly. Also, the boat goes quite fast, so if you're prone to seasickness, be prepared. They also do some leisurely sailing with the sails up, which added a nice variety to the experience.

You can easily enjoy this without going far, right off the coast of Waikiki, so I definitely recommend it!

とっても楽しかったです！
足がつかない沖でのシュノーケルが不安でしたがライフジャケットをパンパンに膨らましたため、浮力があったので怖いことはなくシュノーケルしたことある方なら十分楽しめます！
沖なので、魚は黒い魚が多く色とりどりの魚を見たい方には向きません。
ただ、海亀はたくさんいます！5匹は見れました！群れて泳ぐ姿が良かったです！
ダイビングスポットなのか、下にはダイビングツアーのダイバーも。
深い海を優雅に泳ぐ海亀と魚に大満足です！
船で移動中には、イルカの背やホエールも見れてハワイ詰め合わせでした！
ただ、シュノーケル後にクルージングなので濡れた体が風にあたり寒いです。しっかり防寒することをお勧めします。
また、かなりスリリングに船を飛ばしてくれるので酔いやすい方は対策を。
ゆったり帆を張ってスローなクルージングもしてくれるので緩急あって飽きませんでした。
遠くに行かなくてもワイキキ沖で手軽に楽しめるのでぜひ！

It was amazing to see a whale first, then a dolphin, and next a sea turtle! It would have been even better if I could have gone diving in that beautiful ocean! I thought I would like to dive if I have the opportunity to go to Hawaii next time.

There were a lot of fish while snorkeling, but I was a bit disappointed that there were few colorful ones. We went as a family of three, and my daughter, who is not fond of the ocean, stayed close to me, allowing us parents to enjoy snorkeling with peace of mind. We were also able to see sea turtles underwater and seals floating on the surface nearby. The sailing after snorkeling, with the splashes of waves, was surprisingly thrilling and fun.

シュノーケリングで魚は沢山いたのですが、色の付いた魚が少なかったのが、少しガッカリでした。家族3人で行ったのですが、海が苦手な娘にずっと付き添ってもらえて、親は安心してシュノーケリングを楽しめました。海中のウミガメ、海に浮かぶアザラシも近くで見えました。シュノーケリング後の波飛沫を上げて進むセーリングが思いの外、迫力があり楽しかったです。

We experienced parasailing in Hawaii as a couple on our honeymoon. Now that our son is 8 years old, we thought he could join us, so the three of us enjoyed parasailing together.

The captain and crew were great, speaking to our son in easy-to-understand English, and he seemed to have a lot of fun. They provided explanations in simple Japanese, so you can fly without any worries.

After flying, we had the classic experience of landing with just our lower bodies in the water! If you attach an action camera like a GoPro to your body while flying, you'll get some amazing footage.

新婚旅行のときに夫婦でハワイパラセイリングを体験しました。
息子も8歳になり、もう飛べるだろうということで、家族3人でパラセイリングを楽しんできました。

キャプテンとクルーの方もいい人で息子にわかりやすい英語で会話してくれて楽しそうでした。説明などは片言の日本語で十分してくれますので不安なく飛べますよ。

飛んだあとはお約束の下半身だけ着水！
GoProなどのアクションカムを体に取り付けて飛ぶととてもいい画が撮れますよ。

Upon arrival, it started to rain, and we were supposed to go on the second of the two boats. However, the boat broke down, and we were told we would go once the first boat returned. As the rain intensified, the trip was postponed, and our morning hopes were dashed. It ended up being in the early afternoon, and the voucher we provided did not return. I wrote down the details on paper and confirmed with a translation app that I would wait early at the meeting point two days later. Fifteen minutes before the scheduled time, they came to pick me up, and when we arrived at the boat dock, it was raining again and cold, but we completed the parasailing as planned. I think it would be reassuring if the staff could speak Japanese.

現地到着して、雨が降って来たところ二隻あるボートの内2番目に行く事になったがボートが故障して一番目に行ったボートが戻ったら行くとの事だったが、雨が強くなり、延期としたが、午前中の希望は通らず、午後イチになり、今日渡したバーチャーは戻らず、自分で紙に書いて翻訳アプリで確認して２日後に待ち合わせ場所で早めに待ってると、１５分前に迎えに来てボート乗り場に着いたらまたまた雨で、寒かったけど目的のパラセーリングは完了。スタッフさんが日本語話せれば安心出来ると思う

Swimming with dolphins was amazing.
I recommend taking measures to stay warm on the return boat, as my wet body got cold.
I was advised to buy the photo data from the tour company, but I'm not sure about it. Most of the photos didn't have me in them, and they weren't great for memories.

イルカと一緒に泳げるなんて　最高でした。
帰りのボートは濡れた体が冷えて寒かったので対策して行かれることをお薦めします。
写真のデーターを催行会社から勧められて買いましたがこれは？マークです。　　自分の写ってるのはほとんどなく変な顔や記念にはなりませんでした

The experience was amazing and the staff were really helpful and great.

It was a one-hour horseback riding course. I drove to the location with a rental car, and it was easy to find without getting lost while following Google Maps. The course offered views of both the sea and the mountains, which I was satisfied with. However, the sea felt like it was seen from a distance, so it wasn't like walking along the beach. We walked in a line with a group of about ten horses, and I felt reassured because two instructors were carefully watching over us.

1時間の乗馬コースでした。レンタカーで現地まであったのですが、Googlemapを見ながら、道も迷うことなくわかりやすかったです。コースは海も山も見られて満足しました。ただ、海は遠くから見えた感じなのでビーチ沿いを散歩するという感じではありません。10頭ぐらいのグループで一列になって歩くのですが、2名のインストラクターが注意深く見守ったくださっているので安心でした。

This is a great activity for all ages! The crew are very friendly and accommodating and the excursion is very well organized. We saw several large turtles and one juvenile turtle! The best thing about this excursion is not only do you have the chance to snorkel with lots of turtles, but the crew takes you out for a sail where you can enjoy cocktails onboard. Really great way to end the perfect tour!

Recommendation: if you are strong swimmer, you should consider renting fins to dive down and get a closer look at the turtles!

Beautiful Catamaran the Holokai takes you just out from Waikiki beach out into Turtle Canyon, so many turtles as soon as we got in the water I was absolutely amazed! Excellent, helpful, fun staff. Drinks & snacks on board to purchase very reasonable in price. Excellent Snorkel equipment provided. Will do it all again next time I’m in Waikiki for sure!!!

On the morning of the day I had a reservation, I received a message from the staff at VELTRA saying, "The waves are too high today, and the tour cannot proceed..." They explained the refund and rescheduling process, and I was able to reschedule for the next day. Their response was very professional, and I had no worries at all. I was a bit anxious the next day, but since I didn’t receive a call, I thought everything was fine and headed to the pickup location. However, it turned out to be the day of an annual parade, and the roads were heavily congested. After waiting for the bus for an hour... (I wondered if this could have been anticipated since it happens every year, but all the other tours and buses heading to the airport were also delayed, so I thought it might just be something you have to accept in Hawaii with a big heart, haha). It seemed that the street where we were supposed to be picked up was particularly congested, so the bus stopped on a larger road, and two staff members (one of whom was Japanese) ran to greet us. A large, beautiful bus came to pick us up. Once on the bus, they began with an apology for the delay, introduced the staff, and explained the schedule and important notes in English followed by Japanese. There was also information about purchasing a USB for photos and videos taken on the trip, as well as renting wetsuits. Those who purchased the photo/video package on the way to the destination received a wristband as a gift (one for each participant) and a $5 discount. It seems that if you stay close to the photographer, you might get more photos taken. Upon arriving at the harbor, we used the restroom and borrowed fins and goggles. (We also tried on the wetsuits we rented on the bus here.) Once we found the right size, we boarded the boat. After boarding, we set off to look for dolphins, and during that time, there was another explanation, and we sang a Hawaiian song to show respect for the ocean and its creatures while offering flowers. The cheerful Hawaiian staff jumped into the sea as soon as we reached the dolphin spot and swam to the location of the dolphins. Unfortunately, we didn’t encounter any turtles or whales, but we did meet dolphins, which was an emotional experience that allowed us to feel connected to nature. After that, we moved to another location where we had free time to enjoy snorkeling and kayaking. On the way back to the harbor, we enjoyed taro cheese burgers, bite-sized pineapple, and a small bag of chips each. The staff also performed hula dancing, and everyone participated in dancing together. It was a fun time throughout, and my whole family was very satisfied. Since we purchased the USB, we went to pick it up at an office near DFS in Waikiki that evening, and the Japanese man at the office was very friendly and approachable. You can also receive an eco-bag at this office. I definitely want to participate again the next time I go to Hawaii. If you have children, I think the 11 AM departure plan would be better to avoid putting too much strain on them. Even if you usually don’t get motion sickness, I think it’s wise to take motion sickness medication as a precaution.

予約をしていた日の朝、ＶＥＬＴＲＡさんのスタッフの方から「本日は波が高く催行不可能となりました…」と連絡があり、返金・振り替えなどの説明があり、翌日へ振り替えてもらいました。もちろんきちんとした対応で、何の心配もありませんでした。次の日も心配でしたが、電話が来なかったので大丈夫なんだなと思いピックアップ場所へ。しかしその日は年に一度のパレードの日だったらしく道路は大渋滞。バスを待つこと1時間…。（毎年の事なので事前に予測できないのかな？とは思いましたが、他のツアーも、空港へ向かう予約のバスもどれもこれも全てが遅れていたのでハワイでは仕方がないのかな？と思う大きな心が必要です（笑））我が家のピックアップ場所の通りが特に渋滞していたようなので大きい道路にバスを停めスタッフの方が2人（1人は日本人）で走って迎えに来てくれました。大きい素敵なバスがお迎えに来てくれていました。バスに乗るとまず、遅れたお詫びから始まりスタッフの紹介、今日のスケジュールや注意事項などを英語に続き日本語で説明してくれます。バスの中で写真や動画を収めたＵＳＢの購入、ウエットスーツのレンタルなどについても説明があります。行きのバスで写真・動画のセットを購入した人はリストバンドのプレゼント（参加人数分）、5㌦の割引がありました。カメラマンの方の近くにいると多めに撮ってもらえるような気がします。ハーバーに着くと、トイレを済ませフィン・ゴーグルを借ります。（バスの中でレンタルしたウエットスーツもここで試着してみます）サイズを合わせて、ＯＫであれば船に乗り込みます。乗船後、イルカを探しに行きますがその間、再度説明があり、海や生き物に敬意を表すためのハワイの歌を歌って花を捧げます。陽気なハワイアンのスタッフ、イルカのポイントに着いたらすぐに海へ飛び込みイルカの場所まで泳いでいきます。残念ながらかめ、くじらには会えませんでしたが、イルカに出会え自然を感じられ感動でした。そのあとは別の場所へ移動し、シュノーケリングやカヤックなどで遊ぶ自由時間があります。ハーバーまで帰港する際にタロイモのチーズバーガー、パイナップル1口サイズを1つ小袋のチップスを一人一袋食べながら帰っていきます。スタッフがフラダンスも踊ってくれ、参加者皆で踊ったりもします。終始楽しい時間で家族みんな大満足です。我が家はUSBを購入したので、その日の夕方ワイキキのDFS近くにあるオフィスへ取りに行きオフィスにいた日本人の男性もとても気さくで感じのいいかたでした。エコバックはこのオフィスでもらえます。次回ハワイへ行った際には是非また参加したいです。お子さんがいらっしゃる場合は、11時出航プランにした方が子供の負担にならないと思います。普段酔わなくても酔い止めは予防として飲むべきだと思います。

Staff are nice. Lunch was simple but tasty. When we went there, sandbar was not very low tide and we had rain. So most people stayed at the boat as it was too cold being in the water. Snorkel was nice. It was nice that the staff are watching us for safety when we were in the water. We had to wait for return shuttle for 30 min as there was some misunderstanding between the transportation company and the tour company. While waiting for our shuttle, We saw puffer fish at the marina where boat launch/stay. It was nice surprise.

Great experience overall. It was amazing to see all of those beautiful fish swimming in and out of the reef. I would absolutely recommend this experience to friends.

This was our second trip aboard Atlantis and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. It is always nice to be able to do something you can't experience at home and living a thousand miles from any ocean submarines are fairly scarce where we live. I always enjoy seeing critters like sharks and sea turtles but any colorful sea life is enjpoyable. On the personal side we were treated with care and respect and at no time did we feel unsafe. Overall a great adventure. Thankyou very much.

I challenged myself to 150 meters. At first, I was nervous and a little scared, but I was relieved to find that it was surprisingly slow going. The view is amazing! It feels great. Since I did it near Ala Moana, I could see Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head. When we returned to the boat, the kids were thrilled as they splashed in the seawater and then went back up into the air. The instructor was handsome and funny, and the driver was entertaining as well!

150mに挑戦しました。最初はドキドキして少し怖かったのですが、意外とゆっくり登っていくので安心しました。景色が最高です！気持ちいいです。アラモアナ付近でやったので、ワイキキビーチやダイアモンドヘッドが見えました。ボートに戻るときに海水にボッチャンしてから、また上空に登っていったりするので子供たちは大喜びしていました。
インストラクターがイケメンで面白くて、ドライバーも面白くて楽しかったです！

On December 26th, there was an unusually heavy rain in Hawaii. The parasailing scheduled for the next day was unfortunately canceled because the boat couldn't operate due to the rain. What bad luck... I couldn't believe it (>o<). The only option to cancel was just the day before my return, and after some hesitation, I decided to go for it the day before leaving.

My friend and I shouted "What a great decision!" as we soared into the sky. We ascended to a height of 150 meters, where we could see the city of Waikiki from the ocean, with the beautiful blue sky and the evening sun. It felt like we were birds. The aerial stroll lasted about five minutes, but it was incredibly refreshing, and I felt amazing! When we landed, the customary splash of our feet was delightful. I want to try it again!

ハワイではあまり経験したことがないくらいの大雨の12/26。翌日のパラセーリングがなんと船が雨のために動かなくなり、中止に。なんとアンラッキー…。こんなことがあるのか(>o<)と。キャンセルにするか、できるのはギリギリ帰国の前日しかなく、迷った末、帰国の前日にやることにしました。
友人と二人で、正解！と空で叫びました。150メートルの高さまで上り、ワイキキの街が海から一望でき、青い空と夕刻の太陽がとてもステキでした。まるで鳥になった気分。約五分くらいの上空散歩でしたが、とても爽快で、気分は最高！降りるときには恒例の足ぽちゃも、気持ちよかったです。また、トライしたいです。

I participated in my first overseas trip with my family, along with my 7-year-old daughter (first grader) and myself (45 years old). My wife (43 years old) and my 3-year-old daughter stayed behind to explore.

We rented a car in Waikiki to head to our destination, but we got lost along the way. When I called for help, a Japanese female staff member came to pick us up since she was nearby, which was a huge relief.

My daughter was looking forward to doing some activities in Hawaii, so we decided to try the Adventure Tower. Before we started, I was a bit worried about whether my 7-year-old daughter would be able to do it, but I went first to show her how it’s done. I was surprised to see her bravely crossing the suspended platforms. The instructors and staff encouraged her with "good job!" while my wife, who was watching, kept saying, "That's scary, impossible, impossible. You did it—amazing!"

We also tried the "Free Fall," where you jump from the top of the tower at a height of 15 meters, and the "Giant Swing," which swings like a pendulum when you jump from just below the top (imagine being suspended by a single rope and swinging like a swing). We spent about 90 minutes doing these activities, and it flew by.

Although my daughter couldn't reach the top of the climbing wall, she was very satisfied with the fun and sense of accomplishment afterward. I personally think it's something I can absolutely recommend to those who haven't tried it yet. Even a 45-year-old dad and his 7-year-old daughter could do it, and there were instructors present, so safety was not an issue at all.

I would love to do this again when we visit next time. I want to try the zip line as well!

　今回はハワイに行ったらアスレチックをやりたいと長女が楽しみにしていたのでアドベンチャー・タワーをやりました。
　始める前までは７歳の娘に果たして出来るのか若干不安でしたが、大人の私が先に行き見本を示し、娘が後からやり、ロープで吊るされた板の足場を勇敢に渡って来る姿に逆にビックリで、インストラクターの方やスタッフの方も「good job!」と勇気づけてくれる中、見学していた妻だけが「怖い、無理、無理。出来た～すごい。」と一人盛り上がってました。
　他に、タワーの頂上高さ１５メートルのところから飛び降りる「フリーフォール」、頂上の一段下（？）あたりから飛び降りたら振り子のように揺られる（ロープ1本で吊られてブランコの様に動くイメージ）「ジャイアントスウィング」、タワーの壁に取り付けられたホールドを使って頂上まで登る「クライミングウオール」（ボルダリング）で約９０分間あっと言う間でした。
　娘は最後のクライミングウオールこそ頂上まで登れませんでしたが、終わった後は楽しさと達成感で大満足していました。
　まだやったことのない方にも私個人的には絶対おすすめできると思います。
　４５歳のオヤジと7歳の娘でも出来たし、インストラクターも付いていて安全面も全く問題ありません。
　また旅行に来た際は行きたいと思います。今度はジップラインも挑戦したいですね。

Beautiful water with dolphins and whales and an excellent staff. I’d do it again. Food was exceptional

I had signed up for the 12:15 tour, but when I arrived before the check-in time of 11:15, they said, "If you'd like, you can switch to the 11:15 tour." Since I originally wanted to join the 11:15 tour, I happily agreed.
After watching the instructional video (which included Japanese) on how to handle the reins and give commands to the horse, it was finally time to ride.
With the guide leading the way, we proceeded slowly and leisurely. At first, I was a bit nervous, but as I got used to it, I felt really good! The horse I was riding was a bit mischievous and kept trying to eat grass by the roadside and occasionally picked up the pace. Each time, I would pull on the reins to give commands, which actually made me feel like I was "controlling the horse," and it was fun.
I thought, "Is two hours too long?" but for me, it was just the right length for the course.

　12:15のツアーに申し込んでいたのですが、チェックイン時間の11:15より前に行くと、「よければ、11:15のツアーに変更できますよ。」とのこと。もともと、11:15のツアーに申し込みたかったので、喜んでOK。
　案内ビデオ（日本語あり）で手綱の扱い方や馬への支持の仕方等を観て、いよいよ乗馬。
　ガイドさんを先頭に、ゆっくりのんびり進みます。最初は少し緊張していましたが、慣れてくるととってもいい気分！　ボクが乗っていた馬は、少々やんちゃ（？）で、道端の草を何度も食べ始めたり、少し早足になったり。そのたびに手綱を引っ張って指示を出すのですが、それがかえって「馬を操っている。」という気持ちになれて、楽しかったです。
　「２時間は長いかな？」と思っていましたが、ボクにとってはちょうどよいコースでした。

However, on this day, the temperature was unthinkably low for Hawaii.
I could only stay in the water for about five minutes because it was so cold.
In front of the camera, I smiled broadly and said "cheese!" without showing how I felt!
I made some great memories.
The BBQ lunch made by a voluptuous woman was delicious!

透きとおるマリンブルーの海。
ただこの日はハワイではありえない程の気温。
寒くて５分くらいしか海に入っていられなかったのだ。
カメラの前ではそれを感じさせない満面の笑顔でハイチーズ！
思い出作りをしてきました。
ボリュウミーな女性が作ってくれたＢＢＱランチは美味しかったよー。

It seems that the sandbar doesn't appear every time! It looks like you can only stand on the beautiful sandy beach during low tide, and that information wasn't provided. Just before arriving at the sandbar, I was told that I could go in up to my knees today! I was looking forward to standing on the sandbar, so it was disappointing.

Also, it mentioned that there would be a BBQ lunch, but it was just hamburgers, beans, and snacks! I was imagining meat and seafood, so I was very disappointed. I felt quite let down by participating in this tour.

サンドバーが毎回現れるわけではないそうです！引き潮じゃないと綺麗な砂浜の上には立てないみたいでその情報が掲載されてなかったような、、
サンドバーに着く直前に今日は膝上までですが入れますとのこと！サンドバーに立てるのを楽しみにして申し込みましたが残念でした。
またBBQランチ付きと買いてありましたがハンバーガーとビーンズとスナックだけでした！お肉、海鮮などを想像してたのにとても残念でした。このツアーに参加してとても残念に感じました。

Originally I was very scared as I don't like to put my head under the water. I signed up just because my grown up daughter wanted to try that. I was a bit out of breath at the beginning as I dived in to the helmet, but soon as I calmed down, it was incredible. I was even able to touch the gorgeous big turtle. But I was able to have this great experience only thanks to my assigned diver, who directed me so well. So thank you ever so much xx

Once we headed out to sea and it was our turn, we jumped right in. It was a moment of becoming a bird in an instant. All I could hear in the sky was the sound of the wind; it truly felt like a different world. Even those who are not good with heights will be fine. I didn't feel any seasickness at all, probably thanks to the medication. I highly recommend it!

沖に出て順番が来たら直ぐに飛び出されました。あっという間の鳥になった時間。上空は風の音だけしか聞こえない、本当に別世界でした。高いところがダメな人でも大丈夫。船酔いも薬の効き目か全くありませんでした。是非オススメします！
