Good experience water was rough so we just cruised inside the harbor but great experience

There were few Japanese participants, and the guide spoke in English, but this is truly something you shouldn't miss! After seeing the underwater scenery, entering the sea brings various deep emotions. You can enjoy watching fish, sea turtles, and sunken ships. We participated in a few other tours, but we all agreed that this was the best one in our group!

他にもいくつかツアーを参加しましたがこれが私たちのグループでは１番よかったねと感想を言い合いました♪

I applied because I thought if I missed this opportunity, I would never get another chance. It's an experience unique to Hawaii.

The location is at the left end of Waikiki (Queens Beach), with a simple lesson on the shore that lasts about five minutes. You paddle out to just before the reef, about 100 meters away. When the waves come, they push you from behind, so as long as you time it right and stand in the middle of the board, it's easy to get up.

In the semi-private lesson, you have one instructor for every two people, so I definitely recommend it for beginners. You also receive a T-shirt or a hat as a gift on your way back.

Paddling became tough for me due to my frozen shoulder, but since they push you, I was able to enjoy it enough.

There are Japanese staff at the shop, so there's no need to worry about language. As mentioned in other reviews, the shuttle service can be a bit loose with timing. The shop is about an 8-minute walk from Moana Surf, so walking there is less frustrating. On the way back, I walked to the supermarket in my swimsuit to do some shopping.

If your hotel is nearby, you won't need to bring your smartphone, towel, or a change of clothes. Just bring about $20 and a few dollars for tips, just in case.

Unfortunately, one-third of the DVD file of the photos I received was broken and wouldn't open.

日本では恥ずかしくて無理でしょう。
ハワイならではの体験です。

場所はワイキキの左端（Queens Beach ）で、
岸辺で５分程の見よう物まねの簡単レッスン。
直ぐに100m先のリーフ手前までパドリング。
波が来たら後から押してくれますので、
タイミングと板の真ん中にさえ乗れば簡単に立てます。

セミプライベートは2人にひとりのインストラクターが付きますので、
初心者は是非セミプライベートをお勧めします。
帰りにTシャツか帽子のプレゼント付きです。

やはり50肩でパドリングが厳しくなりましたが、
押してくれるので充分楽しめました。

店には日本人の方が居ますので言葉の不安は無いです。
送迎は他の書き込みでもありますように、時間はルーズです。
お店がモアナサーフから歩いて8分位ですので、
歩いて行った方がイライラしなくて済みます。
帰りも水着のまま、歩いてスーパーで買物して帰りました。

ホテルが近くなら、スマホもタオルも着替えも入りません。
念のために２０ドルとチップの数ドルだけ持って行って下さい。

残念だったのはもらった写真のDVDファイルの1/3が、
壊れて開きませんでした。

This was my first time in Hawaii, and since I wanted to do some activities by the sea, I joined with four friends. We were picked up on time in the hotel lobby, and during the drive, our cheerful driver kept us entertained with jokes. Upon arriving at the beach, we quickly boarded the boat. The boat was quite rocky. It seemed that the boat ride was more intense than parasailing, giving a floating sensation similar to the drop of a roller coaster. I was fine with the rocking; in fact, I found it enjoyable, but those who are prone to seasickness might want to take medication beforehand or consider opting out.

For parasailing, we flew in pairs. As others had shared, there was no floating sensation while flying, but it felt wonderful to look around at the sea and the cityscape. If I get the chance, I would like to try a higher flight next time. You can request to have photos taken before you fly. After landing, you can purchase a group of photos (1 SD card) for $30 (an additional $5 fee for card payments). When I got home and looked at the photos, there were about 90 pictures, all beautiful, so I definitely recommend buying them!

初めてのハワイ、せっかくなので海でアクティビティをしたいということで、友達4人と参加しました。時間通りにホテルのロビーでピックアップ、車での移動中は愉快なドライバーさんがギャグで盛り上げてくれました。海辺に到着するとすぐ船に乗り移動しました。船はかなり揺れます。パラセイリングよりも船の方が激しいアトラクションのようで、ジェットコースターの落下時のようなふわふわ感がしました。私は揺れは大丈夫、むしろ楽しい感じでしたが、船酔する方は事前に薬を飲んでおくか、辞退された方がいいかもしれません。 パラセイリングは2人ずつ飛びました。ほかの方の体験談通り、飛んでる時はふわふわ感はなく、海と街並みを見回せてとても気持ちが良かったです。機会があったら今度はもっと高い方を挑戦してみたいです。写真は飛ぶ前に頼めば撮って貰えます。降りてから1グループ(1SDカード)で＄30(カード払いだと手数料で＋＄5)で買えます。帰って写真を見てみたら90枚ほど写真が入っていて、素敵な写真ばかりでしたので、買うことを是非お勧めします！

Took my son for his 17th birthday to Oahu & took to the sky with this awesome bird's eye experience. I was a bit anxious of how it would feel flying so high since I usually have motion sickness but I did not have any issues doing this activity. Had a great time ... It was simply AWESOME!

I was worried because the driver could hardly speak Japanese, but he was very friendly and interesting to talk to. The parasailing itself was really fun! I also got some great photos, and the SD card was $30! I made the best memories!

運転手さんが日本語がほとんどしゃべれないということで不安だったのですが、

パラセーリング自体も本当に楽しかったです！！

It was my first time parasailing. The flow of suddenly putting on a life jacket and being lifted up is very American and nice, but the first person definitely needs some courage. It might be a little scary... Everyone else seemed to be enjoying the parasailing (^｡^)(I was a bit scared and got motion sickness from the swaying in the air).

初めてのパラセイリングでした。いきなりライフジャケットをきて吊るされてgo！の流れがアメリカらしく良いのですが、第1号者の方は勇気が必要です。ちょっと怖いかも。。みんな気持ちよさそうにパラセイリングしていました(^｡^)(私は少し怖かったです。そして、空の揺れに酔いました)

I always enjoyed horseback riding in the canyon, but this time I participated in beach horseback riding. The seaside views were amazing, and I was very satisfied with this experience.

Along the way, I was able to shop in the town of Haleiwa and was introduced to a different delicious garlic shrimp place, allowing for a leisurely exploration that left me very satisfied. I would love to participate again.

いつも渓谷の乗馬を楽しんでいましたが、今回は海辺乗馬に参加させて頂きました。海辺の景色は最高で、こちらも大満足でした。

途中にハレイワの街で買い物したり、ガーリックシュリンプの今までとは違う別の美味しいお店を紹介して頂いたりと自由に散策出来て大満足でした。また参加させて頂きたいと思います。

I experienced this with my 11-year-old daughter! The staff who picked us up were handsome (laughs).

In our group, there were two Japanese families and three foreign families, and everyone was in high spirits, enjoying the boat ride together. The parasailing itself was 110 meters high, but it felt very high, and we were extremely satisfied! My daughter, who was nervous until the splash in the water, was so happy and said she wanted to do it more.

Before the challenge, they asked if we wanted to take optional photos, and since we decided not to, we didn't have any taken. However, they listened to our opinions well, so I felt good about that. My daughter is saying she definitely wants to do it again! I'm also happy because I got to see her beautiful smile, making it a wonderful memory!

私たちの体験した回は日本人2組、外国人3組でしたが、みんなノリがよく、ボートみんなでキャーキャーして乗った感じです。
パラセーリング自体も、110メートルでしたがとても高く感じて大満足！
お約束の水バシャーンもやってもらってチャレンジするまでドキドキだった娘はもっとやりたかったー、とものすごく喜んでいました。
チャレンジ前にオプションの写真を撮るか聞かれるので我が家は撮らなくていいと伝えたので撮ってもらっていませんが、意見をしっかりと聞いてくれるのでそこも悪い感じはせず良かったと思います。
娘はまた絶対やりたい！と言ってます♪
私も娘の最高の笑顔が観れたので嬉しい思い出になりました！

Great adventure underwater fun. Crew were friendly and efficient . Everything supplied and even if you are not a very competent swimmer you could easily manage this activity as a fully qualified diver is in the water to assist at all times.
Ideal alternative way to get under the water if you are incapable of scuba diving. Would definitely do it again The music on the boat was from the 70's and 80's which made the trip even more enjoyable as it was what I grew up listening too

Ziplining was our favorite thing that we did in Hawaii! Instructors were great and so funny! Highly recommend this tour! The Atv tour lasted and hour as we got to see the beautiful ranch front and center!

This was my second time participating, and I'm really glad I did. If the price for the photos taken was a bit lower, I would give it the highest rating. Also, the explanation for the pickup was not very helpful, so I was quite anxious until the pickup arrived.

2回目の参加でしたが、やっぱり参加して良かったです。撮っていただいた写真がもう少し金額安ければ最高の評価になります。
あとピックアップの説明が親切でなかったので、迎えがくるまでとても不安でした。

I was ready to give up on the fire show due to the surprisingly heavy rain, but the MC said, "We can't really do this, but we still want to," and started the show, which made me happy.

Since our seats were indoors and arranged in a way that wasn't around the central stage but rather in a front-to-back order, choosing the diamond seats was the right decision. In my case, I had heard about the bad weather and how easy it is to get lost, so I arrived an hour early and got a good seat. However, even with diamond seats, it's first-come, first-served, so if you want a better seat, it's advisable to arrive early.

The show itself is conducted entirely in English, so it might be better for those who understand a bit of English or can enjoy the atmosphere. My companion wasn't very good at English, but they were really moved by the show!

ビックリするぐらいの雷雨でファイアショーは諦めていたのですがMCの方が「本当はできないけどやっぱりみたいよね」とショーを始めて下さったので私的にはハッピーでした。
席も屋内だったので、中心の舞台を囲むタイプではなく、前から順だったのでダイヤモンドにして正解でした。ただ私の場合、悪天候の事や迷いやすいという話を聞いていたので1時間前から行っていたのでいい席でしたが、いくらダイヤモンドでも早い者順なので、少しでも良い席が良いのなら早めに行くと良いかと…
ショー自体は、終始英語でのMCや案内になるので英語が多少わかるか、雰囲気を楽しめる方の方が良いかも知れないです。
実際に私の連れも英語は苦手でしたが、ショーは凄く感動してくれていたので！

I took bus number 55 from Ala Moana Center, and it took about just under two hours to arrive. I checked the map for the bus stop where I needed to get off, and the driver helped me when I was getting off. There were two of us who experienced horseback riding; we had tried it about a year ago at Kualoa Ranch. This time, I chose Gunstock Ranch because they had a longer plan available. The horses were very easy to handle, and although there were times they didn't listen, the guide was quick to help. When we reached the top of the mountain, the view was stunning, and we were able to take commemorative photos, which made me very satisfied. I would love to experience this again if I have the chance! ☺︎︎

アラモアナセンターから55番のバスに乗り、到着までは約2時間弱程でした。降りるバス停は地図で確認しながら向かい、降りる時に運転手の方に教えてもらいました。乗馬体験をしたのは2人で、1年ほど前にクアロアランチで乗馬を体験しました。ガンストック牧場の方が時間が長いプランがあったので今回はこちらを選ばせていただきました。馬はとても扱いやすく、時々言うことを聞かない時がありましたが、ガイドの方がすぐにヘルプをしてくれました。山の頂上まで登ると、すごく景色が綺麗で、記念写真を撮ってもらえて大満足です。また機会があったら体験したいです☺︎︎

This was my first time in Hawaii, and I participated despite being inexperienced. Although I left early, I was anxious because I couldn't find the reception area. The food was more ordinary than I expected, but there was a lot of it. I wasn't feeling well, and since it was outdoors, it got cold halfway through, so a jacket is a must. The show was absolutely satisfying. Both the women and men were wonderful. When it was time to leave, the performers took photos with those who wanted them. It became a great memory.

はじめてのハワイ、不慣れな中の参加です。
早めに出たものの、受付の場所が見つからずやきもきしました。
食事は思ったよりも普通でしたが、ボリュームがあります。
体調が悪かったのもありますが、屋外ということもあり途中で寒くなってきたので羽織必須ですね。
ショーは言うことなしの大満足でした。
女性も男性も素敵の一言。帰る段になって、希望者には出演者が一緒に写真を撮ってくれました。良い思い出になりました。

I didn't use the hotel pickup and went to the meeting place by rental car, but it was very difficult to find. I called the Japanese office and communicated with a Japanese staff member, but in the end, I couldn't make it on time... I was about to give up, but somehow when I arrived, they said they would accommodate me for the next tour (in one hour)!

On the phone, they mentioned that they were fully booked for the day, but the local tour company staff seemed very relaxed about the details and kindly accepted me, which was a relief.

Captain Rusty was a lot of fun, and while I was taking selfies, he sat next to me and got in the frame. In the end, he said, "Come back again!" and even with my limited English, we were able to enjoy ourselves without any problems.

ホテルピックアップではなく、レンタカーで集合場所まで行ったのですが、とてもわかりずらかったです。日本の事務所に電話をして、日本人スタッフとやりとりさせていただいたのですが、結局間に合わず・・諦めかけましたが、なんとかたどり着くと、次回（1時間後）に入れてあげる！とのこと。
電話では、今日はもう予約でいっぱい、というようなことを言われましたが、現地のツアー会社の方は細かいことは気にしない！という感じで、快く受け入れてくれたので安心しました。

キャプテンのRustyがとても楽しい人で、自撮りをしていると隣に座って映り込んできたりしました。
最後は、また来てねー！と言ってくれて、英語が不自由な私たちでも問題なく楽しめました。

My wife and daughters (13 and 15) and I went riding at Gunstock Ranch. Booking online was a breeze, and our wrangler Kate was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. She efficiently set us up on our horses and went over basic riding skills. The horses were very healthy and well behaved. Kate took us on a 90 min ride around the ranch, stopping for a very scenic photo op at the top of the hill. The experience was wonderful, very organized and enjoyable. We will definately visit Gunstock again if we return to Oahu!

My family and I went to Gunstock Ranch for the 90 min ride. Our wrangler was Kate who was amazing! She took some time to aquaint us with our horses and determine our level of skill. Our horses were very well behaved, absolutely beautiful and healthy. Once we were all set, we headed on up the trail! Kate was very knowledgeable about the Ranch and Oahu history even though she had only been working there for 3 weeks. The ride was very peaceful and enjoyable. The view at the top was breathtaking, and Kate took a beautiful family photo for us at the top.

We would definately go back if we visit Oahu again!

I was able to fully enjoy the great nature of Hawaii. When I thought of Hawaii, I only had Waikiki Beach in mind, but the mountains are amazing too! As expected of a volcanic island. While leisurely gazing at the majestic mountains and beautiful sea, there was even a bit of thrilling river crossing. I want to go again.

ゆっくりゆったり、雄大な山と美しい海を眺めながら、ちょっとスリリングな川渡りもあったり。また行きたいです。

This was our second time and it was just as awesome as the first time (2 yrs ago).

I hadn't been in the ocean since I was a child, so I was quite nervous, but it was so much fun! During the initial briefing at the office, they provided explanations in English followed by Japanese, but the Japanese was quite fast, so there were some details I didn't catch. I thought it would have been great for beginners like me to have a video explanation as well. (In reality, the staff accompanied us the whole time and guided us step by step, so it worked out fine.)

Our boat had about 15 people in 6 groups, and they took photos of us diving in pairs. Since most of the participants were Japanese, I asked those who dove before me for tips. The underwater scenery was beautiful, and the fish that came to the bait in my hands were incredibly cute!

For those with long hair, if you tie it back high, your face will end up closer to the front of the helmet, which can feel cramped due to the limited space in front of you. I think it's better to tie it at the neck level.

We swayed gently for just over an hour as we headed out. It felt like seasickness was a given, and there was a prior explanation about "if you feel sick, go to the back of the boat." My husband, who is a sea man, said that "people who get overly excited or nervous at first tend to get seasick," so it might be better not to get too hyped up.

At the end, they mentioned there wouldn't be a place to change, but when we returned to the office, there was about a 20-minute break that felt like a restroom stop. So, if someone really needs to, they might be able to change quickly in the restroom. (However, since there are few restrooms, I wouldn't recommend it.) We just put on our hoodies and let ourselves dry naturally on the way back.

The photos were bundled with a video for $47. Payment was made on the spot (it was card-friendly when I went), and I wrote down my email address to receive them later. It was smooth, with a request to download them within two weeks.

子供の頃以来海に入っておらず結構ドキドキだったのですがすごーく楽しかったです。
最初に事務所でレクチャー受ける際、英語説明の後日本語でもしてくれましたが結構早口なので詳細分からないところもあり、私のような初心者にとってはビデオ説明もあったら尚よかったなぁ〜なんて思いました。(実際はスタッフがずっと帯同し、手取り足取りやってくれるのでなんとかなりますが)
私達のボートは6組15名程度、順次潜りペアの写真も撮ってくれます。日本人の方がほとんどだったので前に潜った人に要領を聞いたりしました。海中は綺麗で手元の餌に寄ってくるお魚さんがメチャメチャ可愛かったです！
髪が長い方、後ろで結ぶ際に高い位置で結ぶとその分ヘルメットの前の方に顔が来てしまうので(目の前の空間が少なく圧迫感！)首の位置で結んだ方がいいと思います。
沖に出て1時間ちょっとユラユラ揺られます。船酔いはお約束といった感じで、予め「吐く時は船の後ろで」などの説明もありました。海男の夫が言うには「最初にはしゃいだりドキドキしすぎる人が酔いやすい」ということなのでテンションも上げ過ぎない方がいいかもしれません。
最後は着替える所がないとのことでしたが、事務所に戻るとトイレ休憩な感じで20分程空白の時間があったので、どうしてもという方はトイレで急いで着替えたりできるかも。(トイレの数が少ないので推奨はしませんが^^;)。私達はパーカー羽織って自然乾燥しながら帰りました。
写真は動画とセット47ドルでした。その場で支払い(私の時はカード可)、メールアドレス書いて後でメールで受け取り。2週間以内にダウンロードして下さいという形でスムーズでした〜。

My wife and I went on the Sunset Dinner Cruise on the Star of Honolulu to celebrate our thirty-fifth wedding anniversary. This was one of the things we had scheduled in advance of our trip to Oahu, because we had heard nothing but good things about the cruise. They did not disappoint. From our meet and great with the captain to the final departure from the ship, everything was first class. The entire crew was extremely friendly and very accommodating. Our server, Germese, could not have been any nicer and very attentive. The food was delicious and the drinks were amazing. We also enjoyed the live entertainment during and after dinner. It did start to rain as we were heading back to the dock, but the crew took very good care of us and walked us out to our transportation with umbrellas. Would definitely cruise again if we get back to Waikiki. We would certainly recommend the Star of Honolulu to anyone who wants to be treated perfectly. Aloha!

The actual parasailing time was less than 10 minutes, but it was a fun and very satisfying tour. I highly recommend this activity.

実際のパラセーリングの時間は10分も無かったですが、楽しくて大満足のツアーでした。オススメのアクティビティです。

I signed up for a 2-hour horseback riding session. With a 1-hour ride, you can't go to certain places. The view from the high ground is amazing. Since you'll be taking commemorative photos in the grasslands, I think it's a good idea to bring a camera. It was my first time riding in Western style, but the horses were well-trained, so I felt safe riding them.

2時間の乗馬を申し込みました。1時間の乗馬では行けない場所へ行くことが出来ます。高台からの眺めは最高。草原で記念撮影するので、カメラを持って行くといいと思います。ウエスタンスタイルの乗馬は初めてでしたが、馬はよく訓練されていて、安心して乗れました。

In the morning, I was a bit worried because it was very early, but the guide arrived on time and was very energetic, so I didn't get bored on the bus. We were able to jump from the boat and see dolphins, and the local staff, who are also professional hula dancers, showed us wonderful hula dances on the boat.

There were some people who got seasick, but the hamburgers they made on the boat were simple yet delicious! I felt like I wanted to swim more in the ocean, but it was a lot of fun.

朝、とても早かったので少し心配でしたが、ガイドさんも遅れずに来てもらえし、朝から、とても元気なガイドさんだったので、バスでも退屈しませんでした。　船から、飛び込み、イルカを見ることもできましたし、フラダンスのプロでもある現地スタッフの方々が船の上で素敵なフラダンスも見せてくれました。
船酔いされていた方もいらっしゃいましたが、船の上で作ってくれた、ハンバーガーはとても素朴でしたが美味しかったです！　もっと海で泳ぎたかった気もしますが、とても楽しかったです。

I have a fear of heights and I'm not a good swimmer, so I was feeling anxious when I joined at my partner's invitation. We were on the same trip as a foreign couple, and the captain was also a foreigner, which made me worried about the language barrier. However, both the shuttle staff and the captain, despite their limited Japanese, were kind and communicated clearly!

When it was time for the main event, I wondered if it would be okay to sit in such a cramped space, but before I knew it, we were already flying up to the sky! It was so refreshing, and the enjoyment overshadowed any fear I had (laughs).

At the end, there was a splashdown into the sea, making it a tour that kept us entertained until we reached land! It was the best!

高所恐怖症、泳ぎが苦手で不安募る中パートナーの誘いで参加。外国人夫婦と同じ回で船長さんももちろん外国の方で言葉に不安を感じましたが、送迎担当の方も船長さんも片言の日本語ではあるものの優しく・わかりやすく対応していただけました！
いざ本番！こんな座るところもない感じで大丈夫なの！？と思いつつ、気づけばもう空まで飛んでいました^_^とても爽快で、恐怖感なんかよりも楽しさが前面に出ていました（笑）
最後は海にポチャンの演出もあり、陸に着くまで飽きないツアーでした^ - ^！！最高！

This tour is安心できる with no rocking of the boat. The best seats are on the right side facing the direction of travel. Although it is stated that the meal is a light snack, it turned out to be a buffet, so you can eat as much as you want. One drink is included, and if it's a soft drink, you can enjoy unlimited refills.

船は揺れもなく安心できるツアーです。
座る席は進行方向に向いて右側が最高です。食事も軽食とは書いてありますが
バイキングになっているので食べ放題でした。
１ドリンクは付いていますがソフトドリンクであれば飲み放題です。

The pickup to the boat ride and the activities were fine, but on the way back, I was forgotten and dropped off past the hotel. I immediately informed the driver, but I was taken back to the boat dock, resulting in over an hour of lost time! Since it was the last day and time was limited, I asked several times for a U-turn, but in the end, they didn't make the U-turn.

ピックアップからボート乗車、アクティビティまではOKでしたが、帰りに混載車から降ろし忘れられてホテルを過ぎてしまったのですぐにドライバーに伝えたのですが、そのままもう一度ボート乗り場まで連れて行かれて1時間以上のタイムロス！最終日で時間が限られていたので何度かUターンする様に話したが、結局Uターンはしてもらえず。
