Heavenly Ocean was amazing! It was my first time participating on my 10th trip to Hawaii! I always thought about going, but I hesitated because it seemed boring if the sandbar wasn't out. Finally, I decided to give it a try! I wish I had gone from the start! In the end, the sandbar wasn't out, but the ocean was incredibly beautiful, something I had never seen before... it was wonderful.

To get to Heavenly Ocean, we drove about an hour from Waikiki along mountain roads. Since I tend to get motion sickness in cars and boats, I took some anti-nausea medication before going, so I was totally fine. After that, we boarded the boat to Heavenly Ocean... Within 30 minutes, we could see the sandbar, and there was clearly a different zone with a distinct color and feel to the water!

At Heavenly Ocean, there was about waist-deep water, possibly due to the hurricane that had come the day before, but it was incredibly beautiful and enjoyable! We practiced snorkeling, played beach volleyball, and had fun with a diverse group of people. Couples were taught how to take lovely photos, and they took many beautiful pictures. We were just so impressed by the stunning ocean!

I've been to various oceans before, but I truly felt that it lived up to its name, Heavenly Ocean! While we were playing, the crew grilled meat on a barbecue. I had some concerns about the quality of the meat since it was labeled BBQ, but what we got was a hamburger! We made our own sandwiches with the meat, cheese, and vegetables... there were also beans and chips, and it was delicious.

After that, we went to a spot where we could see turtles. It was very close by, and the sea turtles popped their heads up! Then, we went snorkeling around the coral reef!!! There were colorful fish all around the coral. I was able to see even more colorful fish than when I went diving in Hawaii, and since it was snorkeling, it was easy to participate, which was great!

The Japanese guide was very friendly and kind to everyone, which was really nice!

Actually, I had booked this tour on the day of the hurricane, and it was scheduled to go until the last minute, but at the last moment, it was canceled, and they helped me rebook. Since it's an American company, I guess there are cancellation fees and various things to consider? I think it's better to hold out until the last minute. I learned that the cancellation was due to the rough sea around the coral reef, which made it impossible to see anything! This means it might have been possible to go, so if there are cancellation fees, it might be worth waiting until the last minute. They said that if it was really impossible, they would contact me to cancel and refund my money.

In any case, I was very satisfied to have participated for the first time! I will definitely join again the next time I come to Hawaii!

天国の海最高でした！10回目のハワイ旅行にして初参加でした！
いつも行ってみたいと思いながら、サンドバーが出てないとつまらなそうと、やめていたけど、ついに行ってみることにしました！
最初から行けば良かった！って思いました！
結果的にサンドバーは出てなかったけど、海が初めて見る綺麗さで、、、素晴らしかったです。
天国の海までは、ワイキキから車で1時間くらい山道を走りました。私は元々車や船に酔いやすいので、酔い止めを飲んで行きました。なので全然平気でした。その後、船に乗って天国の海へ、、、。
船は30分も乗らないうちにサンドバーが見えてきて、そこだけあきらかに色も海の感じも違うゾーンが現れました！
天国の海では、前日にハリケーンが来ていた影響もあったのか、腰くらいまで水がありましたが、めっちゃくちゃ綺麗で楽しめました！
次に待っているシュノーケルの練習をしたり、ビーチバレーをしたり、国際色豊かなメンバーで楽しんだり、カップルはステキな写真の撮り方を教えてもらって、綺麗な写真を沢山撮ってました。
私たちは綺麗な海にひたすら感激！
今まで色んな海に行って来ましたが、やはり天国の海というだけあると実感！
そして、天国の海で私たちが遊んでいる間にクルーがバーベキューグリルでお肉を焼いてくれました。
BBQと書いてあったので、お肉の美味しくないのだったらやだなぁなんて内心思ってたのですが、出来上がったのは、ハンバーガー！
自分でパンにお肉とチーズと野菜を挟んで、、、ビーンズとチップスもあって、美味しくいただきました。
その後は、亀が見えるスポットへ。すぐ近くにあって、ウミガメさんがひょこひょこ顔を出してくれました。
そして、サンゴ礁の周りをシュノーケリング ！！！
サンゴ礁の周りに色とりどりの魚がいました。
ダイビングでハワイの海に潜った時よりも色とりどりの魚が沢山見ることができて、シュノーケルだったので、簡単に参加できて良かったです！
案内の日本人の方もすごくフレンドリーで誰に対しても優しく、とっても良かったです！

実は、このツアーハリケーンの日に予約していて、ギリギリまで催行予定だったのですが、ギリギリにNGが出て、予約を取り直してもらいました。アメリカの会社なので、キャンセル料とか色々あるんでしょうね？ギリギリまで粘った方がいいかと思います。NGになったのは、サンゴ礁のところが海が荒れて何も見えなくなったからとツアーに参加して教えてもらいました！ということは、出来なくもなかったということかと思いますので、キャンセル料がかかるときはギリギリまで粘っていいかと思います。本当に無理だとキャンセルの連絡が来て、お金も返金してくれるとのことでしたから。
いずれにしても、初参加出来て大満足です！
また、次回ハワイに来るときはまた参加させていただきます！

Just as we were about to start, it started pouring rain. I got completely soaked, but I followed the advice that "there's a rental for raincoats, but you'll get hot along the way," and set off as is. By the time the sunlight filtered through the trees and I could see the ocean, I was completely dry. The course was sprinkled with highlights, and I'm glad I chose the two-hour route. The magnificent nature is breathtaking.

さあ、スタートという時に土砂降り。びっしょり濡れたけど、「レイン用のコートのレンタルがあるけれど、途中で暑くなるわよ」という助言に従って、そのまま出発。
木漏れ日が射してきて、海が見えるようになるころにはすっかり乾きました。コース中に見どころがちりばめられていて、２時間コースにして良かったです。雄大な自然は圧巻です。

I used to think flying high would be scary, but I decided to give parasailing a try. Once I actually flew, I felt no fear at all; it was a delightful sensation! It was a happy moment as I enjoyed the view. Riding on the boat was also refreshing and fun. The meeting point was conveniently close to the Hilton, within walking distance. The parachute being in rainbow colors was also very beautiful.

高いところへ飛ぶのは怖いと思っていましたが、それでもパラセイリングを一度はやってみたいと決心して申し込みをしました。
実際に飛んでみたら怖さはなく、ふわりとした感覚でとても気持ち良かったです！景色を眺めながら幸せなひと時でした♪
ボートに乗っているときも爽快で楽しめました。集合場所はヒルトンから近く徒歩で行かれて便利。パラシュートがレインボーカラーで美しいこともとても良かったです。

As someone in my 50s without much confidence in my physical fitness, I decided to try surfing. I participated in a group lesson, but I was able to take breaks at my own pace. It was quite challenging, but I had a great time. I successfully rode the waves a few times by following the instructions I was given, which made me very satisfied. The coach was also supportive, making it easier for me to ride, and I really enjoyed it.

体力に自信のない50代で、サーフィンに挑戦
グループレッスンでの参加でしたが、自分のペースで休みながら
なので、そこそこハードでしたが楽しい時間が過ごせました。
教わった通りにやってみて何回か無事波乗り成功。満足でした。
コーチも乗りやすいようにサポートしてくれ楽しかったです。

Despite the heavy rain and calm sea without wind, we proceeded with the tour as planned. We arrived at the sandbar! Although it was cold and we were shivering, we decided to get into the water, but we couldn't stay in for more than five minutes before getting back on the boat. We ended up eating sandwiches in the leaking cabin. Some people went snorkeling, but they said it was too murky to see anything. Well, that makes sense! It was pointless to even go in.

When we finally thought we could go home, the pickup bus didn't arrive, and we had to wait for an hour in an empty parking lot. It was cold, but at least it didn't rain while we were waiting for the bus, which was a small relief.

In summary, while bad weather might be a matter of luck, I thought it was terrible that the tour continued just for the sake of money despite the conditions. Also, the waiting time for the bus felt like pure torture.

If I go again, I hope it will be when there isn't a hurricane!

との事でサンドバーまで行き到着！
雨と寒さでブルブル震えるなかせっかくなので
海に入りましたが５分と入ってられず船にあがり、雨漏りする船内でサンドイッチを食べました。シュノーケリングに出かけた方もいましたが濁っていて何も見えないと
そりゃ〜そうでしょう‼︎ 入るだけ無駄ですよ
無事に戻りやっと帰れると思ったら
迎えのバスが来ない、何もない駐車場に1時間も待たされました
寒かったけどバスの待ちは雨が降らなかった事が救いでした
感想 天候が悪いのは運なのかもしれませんが こんな状態でお金のためだけにツアーを中止にせず行うのは酷いなぁと思いました
また、バスの待ち時間は地獄そのものでした

次回もし行くならハリケーンが来ていない時にしたいものです

The four-wheeler and zip line experiences provided incredibly beautiful memories! I was worried that many Japanese women might drop out of the four-wheeler ride, so if you're concerned, there are options like bicycles and horses, which might be good alternatives. Either way, the scenery is amazing! Since it has been a filming location for places like Jurassic Park, checking it out in advance might enhance your enjoyment even more!

四輪バギーもジップラインも絶景シーンがとても素晴らしい思い出となりました！四輪バギーは日本人女性が離脱してしまうことも多そうなので、心配でしたら、自転車や馬などもあるようですので、そちらでもいいかもしれません。いずれにせよ景色最高です！ジュラシックパークなどの撮影地になっていますので、事前に見ておくとさらに楽しさが増すかもしれません！

My first parasailing experience.
It was just as exhilarating as I expected!
I went up to 150 meters, and at that height, it was a bit scary.
It was fun!

初のパラセイリング。
思った通りの気持ちよさでした！
１５０ｍまで上がりましたが、そのぐらいになるとちょっと怖かったです。
楽しかった！

I was worried because it was early in the morning and the weather wasn't great, but it turned out to be a wonderful memory thanks to our energetic guide. However, the departure of the boat was significantly delayed, and we had to make an unexpected stop at a nearby tourist spot, so I wondered if we could have had more time to enjoy the sea if the boarding time had been longer. Overall, I was satisfied.

早朝から、しかも天気も良くなくて心配でしたが、元気なガイドさんのもといい思い出となりました。ただ、船の出船が大幅に遅れて、急遽港近くの観光地に立ち寄るなどがあったので、もっと乗船時間が長ければもっと海で遊べる時間があったのでは？ということもありましたが、全体的には満足です。

I experienced parasailing for the first time on the 150m course over the ocean! We boarded a boat with other tourists and took off in pairs! So, it might be smoother to sign up in even numbers. However, there were also participants in odd numbers or solo, and they paired up with others, and everyone on board had a great time together! The staff were lively and took lots of photos from departure to return, which made it fun! Being able to see Waikiki from above the ocean is a memory I will cherish for a lifetime.

初めてのパラセーリング、海上150mコースを体験しました！他の観光客の方と船に乗り2人ずつ飛び立ちます！なので偶数での申し込みの方がスムーズかな？けれど奇数や一人での参加の方もいましたが、他の方とペアになったり、乗客全員で盛り上がり楽しみました！スタッフもノリが良く出航から帰港までいっぱい写真を撮ったりして楽しかったです！海の上、ワイキキを一望できたことは一生の思い出です。

Previously, I had an experience riding horses at Kualoa Ranch, so this time I decided to try this tour. The tour, which included not only horseback riding but also visits to Dole Plantation and Haleiwa Town, was very satisfying for us as we aimed to ride horses! I thought the 45 minutes of riding time might be short, but I was able to see many beautiful landscapes and truly feel the essence of Hawaii! The timing of the other tour activities was just right, and during the transfers, the driver shared various stories, allowing us to spend a fulfilling half day.

以前、クアロア牧場で乗馬を体験したのもあり、今回はこちらにしてみました。乗馬だけでなく、ドールプランテーションやハレイワタウンにも行けるツアーは乗馬を目的とした私たちには大変満足な内容でした！45分の乗馬時間も短いかなと思ってましたが、たくさんキレイな景色を観られ、充分ハワイを感じることが出来ました！他のツアー時間もちょうど良く、移動中もドライバーの方がいろいろお話し下さり、内容の濃い半日を過ごすことができました。

I was worried about the weather, but there were no problems at all. I was a bit concerned about the height of 150 meters, but I felt great and had a wonderful time sailing. I will definitely challenge myself again next time.

お天気が心配でしたが、まったく問題なしで、１５０ｍの高さも気になりましたが、最高の気分で、楽しくセイリング出来ました。次回もチャレンジします。

Due to the impact of the hurricane, the sea was murky and not the beautiful water it usually is, which was disappointing. However, I had a great time with the staff and enjoyed myself. If I have the opportunity, I would like to participate again.

ハリケーンの影響で海が濁り、本来の綺麗な海ではなかったので、残念でしたが、スタッフの方と楽しく過ごせて、楽しかったです。又機会があれば、再度参加したいと思います。

The timing of the tides didn't align, so the sandbar didn't appear, and we were left with shallow waters about waist-deep.
During the sea turtle watching, we were able to spot over ten turtles, which was a lot of fun!
The staff were bright and kind.
The area around the sandbar tends to get more rain and the temperatures are lower compared to Waikiki, so it felt a bit chilly.
I'm glad I went, but since we were at the edge of the sandbar, next time I would like to choose a tour company that can take us to the central area.

潮の満ち引きのタイミングが合わず、サンドバーは出現せず、腰の高さくらいの浅瀬でした。
ウミガメウォッチングでは、10匹以上見つけることができて楽しかったです♪
スタッフの皆さんは、明るく優しい方達でした♪
サンドバー周辺の地域は雨が降りやすく気温もワイキキに比べると低めなので、少し肌寒い印象でした。
行って良かったですが、サンドバーの端っこのエリアだったので、次回は中心のエリアに行ける催行会社を選んでみたいと思います☆

Due to the storm approaching the Hawaiian Islands from the previous day, the event was held indoors, and I didn't feel much benefit from the diamond seating arrangement. The meals were served buffet-style, and while there was some priority, it was mostly free seating. Additionally, there were very long lines, with a gap of over 30 minutes between the front and the back, so there's room for improvement there. As for the food, I thought it was just okay. However, the show itself was highly entertaining and very enjoyable.

前日からのストームがハワイ諸島接近で雨風強く室内での開催となり席の配置がダイヤモンドでも余りメリットを感じなかった、また食事はビッフェ式だが一応優先はあったがほぼ自由となり、また非常に長い列が発生し軽く30分以上は先頭と最後尾には差があったのでそこは改善余地あり、食事内容はまあこんなもんかなぁと思う内容だった。しかしショー自体はエンターテイメントが高く見応え充分でした。

The pier is near to the sandbar, it won't take too much time to sailing to there. With clean water and beautiful sandbar scenic, we had a very great time there! During lunch time, with awesome hawaii burger, and enjoy the music singing by the crew, it's the biggest pleasure. Seeing so many green sea turtles is an unforgettable experience, snorkeling around the reef also fun.

I participated after taking motion sickness medication. My daughter, who is prone to motion sickness, was also fine. I had some anxiety since I had signed up for the 150 meters, but it was completely okay and felt amazing. I highly recommend you try it. You might not realize how wonderful it feels to float in the air until you experience it yourself. The staff didn't speak Japanese, but we managed with gestures. The staff member was really trying to entertain the participants. On the way back, we gave each participant a tip of ten dollars. Since there were four groups of participants, when it was our turn to fly, we handed our smartphones to other participants to take pictures for us. I definitely want to do this again when I go to Hawaii.

乗り物酔いしやすい娘も大丈夫でした。
１５０メートルを申し込んでいたので不安もありましたが全然平気ですごく気持ちよかったです。
ぜひ体験してみて下さい。
空中に浮かんでいくからだがこんなにも気持ちがいいもんだなんて体験してみないとわからないかもしれません。
スタッフさんは日本語は通じないのですがジェスチャーとかでも何とでもなります。
スタッフのお兄さんは参加者を楽しませようと頑張ってくれていました。
帰りに参加者一人１０ドルずつチップを渡しました。
私たちは４組の参加者がいたので、自分たちが飛ぶときにはスマホをほかの参加者の人にわたして写真を撮ってもらいました。
またハワイに行ったときには必ずしたいです。

This tour is more of a picnic on a boat off the coast of Oahu rather than a dolphin-watching tour, so in that sense, it offers entertainment and could be enjoyable for those who are not used to being on the water. If you go in with the mindset that seeing dolphins would be a lucky bonus, you won't be disappointed. It was completely different from the dolphin tours on the Big Island. The staff followed the company's concept of providing entertainment, but at times their individuality came through, which I found a bit immature.

イルカを見るツアーというよりはオアフ島沖を船でピクニックするツアーで、そういう意味ではエンターテイメントもあり海に慣れていない人にとっては楽しいのではないでしょうか。
イルカは見れたらラッキーくらいのつもりでないとがっかりします。
ハワイ島のイルカツアーとは全く別物でした。
スタッフは楽しませようという会社のコンセプトにのっとってそれなりに業務されていましたが所々に個が出ていて幼稚だなぁと思いました。

Kualoa Ranch is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views of the mountains and ocean - a must see/visit. The zip line tour simply put was incredible but the icing on the cake, what made it is the employees and guides. We had Emily, David and Malotai as our guides and they were the best - I don’t recall the bus drivers name but she was awesome as well. Mahalo for a great time!

Our first trip to Hawaii for our honeymoon! As a memory, we challenged ourselves to a 150-meter jump. With excitement and nervousness, when we finally jumped, I was surprised by the height! But the view of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head illuminated by the sunset was incredibly beautiful, and I still remember it! I definitely want to do it again when I go back to Hawaii!

ハネムーンでの初ハワイ！記念にと150メートルに挑戦しました。ワクワク、ドキドキしながらいざ飛ぶとあまりの高さにびっくり！でも夕日に照らされたワイキキビーチやダイヤモンドヘッドはすごく綺麗で今でも思い出します！また是非ハワイに行ったらやりたいです！

The waves were high, so we couldn't see the sea turtles, but the weather was great, and the horses were very smart, making for a fun horseback riding experience!

Since I brought my camera, I was able to take wonderful photos with pineapples and the sky at Dole. I think it's one of the best spots to utilize your camera! Additionally, the guide provided us with little tidbits of information and insights into Hawaiian history, as well as future information about Hawaii, which was very helpful. There was so much information that you wouldn't find in a guidebook, and the local guide was, above all, the best guidebook!

波が高く海亀はみることが出来ませんでしまが、お天気恵まれ、馬もとても利口で楽しく乗馬ができました！

シータを持っていっていたので、Doleではパイナップルと空とで素敵な写真が撮影できました。
シータを活用できる場所としてはベストスポットではないかと思います！
また、ガイドさんのプチ情報やハワイの歴史がきけたり、今後のハワイの情報などがとてもありがたかったです。ガイドブックにはない情報が満載で現地ガイドさんがなによりもベストガイドブックでした！！

I was really excited to see several sea turtles during the sea turtle watching until we reached the sandbar, but the sandbar was deeper than I expected, so I couldn't sit down to take photos. (I had to give up on sitting my child down with the beautiful scenery in the background...) I think it's better to check the tide schedule in advance. However, both the sea and the sandbar were very beautiful, and I was satisfied!! Please be careful after coming out of the water, as it can get cold.

砂洲に着くまでの海亀ウォッチでは何匹も見れて中々興奮しましたが､砂洲が思っていたよりも深く座って写真撮影はできませんでした。(子供を座らして絶景をバックに…は断念しました)
事前に潮の満ち引きを調べて行った方がいいと思います。
でも海も砂洲もとても綺麗で満足しました！！
海からあがった後は寒いので気をつけて下さい。

The weather was a bit cloudy, but the sandbar was still very beautiful. It was fun to see several sea turtles. It was disappointing that I could hardly see any fish while snorkeling, possibly because it was after the hurricane.

天気は少し曇りでしたが、それでもサンドバーはとてもキレイでした。
ウミガメも何頭も見れて楽しかったです。
ハリケーン後だったからかシュノーケルでお魚が殆ど見れなかったのが残念でした。

On the last day, I experienced it, and I was moved by the view of Hawaii from the sky. The staff's service and the scenery were all excellent! I will definitely use it again next time!

The number of participants exceeded 40, which caused delays in various activities. With so many people in front, even if dolphins are nearby, only those at the front can see them. Getting on and off the boat also takes time. The staff are cheerful and entertaining, but... I have participated in marine activities in various countries, and this is the first time I've encountered such a large number of participants. I believe that unless the number of participants is reduced to less than half, I won't be satisfied.

参加人数が40名を超えていて、色々な事に時間がかかります。
人が前に沢山居るので、イルカが近くにいても前の方を泳いでいる人にしかイルカが見えないことも。
船の乗り降りにも時間がかかります。
スタッフの皆さんは明るくて楽しませてくれますが、、、
色々な国で海のアクティビティに参加していますが、こんなに参加人数が多いのは初めて。
参加人数を半数以下にしなければ満足出来ないと思います。

While it is certainly fun, there is also a sense of fear. However, I believe it is an enjoyable and satisfying activity as long as you are not afraid of heights!

楽しいながらにも勿論怖さはあるのですが、高所恐怖症でなければ楽しめて満足できるアクティビティだと思います！

We participated with my 6-year-old son, making it a group of three. It was amazing to experience parasailing together, and we were truly impressed by the beautiful scenery of Waikiki! The guide took photos for us, and we purchased them on an SD card. It was $30 for cash and $35 with a credit card, including fees. Since we were by the ocean, I thought it would be better not to carry much cash, so I ended up participating without any cash and purchased with a credit card... Well, it's fine, but I wish I had been informed about this in advance!

６才の息子を含めた3人で参加しました。3人同時にパラセーリング体験できとてもキレイなワイキキの景色に感動しました！
ガイドさんが写真を撮ってくれSDカードで購入しましたが、キャッシュだと30ドルクレジットカードだと手数料込みで35ドル。海になのであまりキャッシュ持ち歩かない方がいいかと思い現金もたずに参加してしまいクレジットで購入…
まぁいいのですが、事前に教えて貰えたらよかったな〜と思いました！

We participated as a group of six. There was a 5-year-old child with us, and it seemed like they had a great time, making it the best memory in Hawaii. We appreciated the flexibility in accommodating changes in the number of participants on the day. The photo service (for a fee) was also very good.

6人グループで参加しました。5歳の子供もいましたがとても楽しかったようで、ハワイで一番の思い出となったようです。当日の人数変更にも対応していただき助かりました。

Wonderful evening on the Star of Honolulu! Entertainment & music was fantastic! A huge thank you to all the entertainers, staff, musicians, crew & captain of the ship! Our wait staff, Nicole was exceptional! They all made our evening memorable!

I participated in the tour starting at 12:00. The snorkeling lasted about an hour, followed by approximately an hour of cruising before returning. When I joined, I was lucky enough to see a sea turtle swimming.

It was great to experience something out of the ordinary while snorkeling slowly in deeper waters and swimming alongside the fish and sea turtles. The water was clearer than I expected, making it enjoyable to swim. For Japanese speakers, a simple one-page notice with precautions was provided.

12時からのツアーに参加しました。
シュノーケリングは大体1時間程度で行われました。そのあと1時間程度クルージングをして戻る流れです。
私が参加した時はタイミングよくウミガメが泳いでいるのがみれました。

深めのところをゆっくりシュノーケリングで、さかななウミガメをみながら泳ぐことで非日常を感じることができてよかったです。
また思っていたよりも海の透明度も高く泳いでいて楽しかったです。
日本人対応だと、注意事項など簡単な1枚の注意書きが書いてある紙が渡されました。
