Since I made the reservation on the day of arrival... I couldn't predict the timing... and I caused quite a bit of inconvenience... but I am truly grateful! They changed the time for me, and I was able to enjoy parasailing! I chose a height of 150 meters! It was quite high, and the weather in Hawaii was perfect! Flying while looking down at Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach from above felt amazing (*^^*) For those who are not comfortable with heights... 150 meters might be a bit too high, so perhaps you could enjoy it at a lower height? It was really nice to fly while feeling the wind.

高いのがダメな方は…150はちょっと高めかもしれないので…そのしたあたりで楽しんでみてはどうでしょうか？

He was a cheerful reggae-loving teacher who seemed a bit eccentric, but when the waves came, he switched to serious mode. When he told me to stand up, I surprisingly managed to ride the waves! There were no other students, so it ended up being a private lesson, and it seemed like time didn't matter; we only finished when I finally said I was tired! It was worth every penny!

陽気なレゲイ好きのちょっと怪しい先生だったけど、波がくると真剣モードで、先生が立てーって言って立つとなぜか不思議なくらい波に乗れました！！他に生徒はいなくて結局プライベートレッスンで、時間も関係無しなのかこっちが疲れたって言ってやっと終了したくらいでした！お値段以上です！

There were a total of 12 participants, including the two of us, and with the two guides, the total was 14 people. It was quite a large group.

During the drive, our guides, Yuna and Toshi, shared recommendations for restaurants and sweets, as well as some fun facts about Hawaii, which made the trip very enjoyable.

After arriving at the parking lot and using the restroom at the shop, we received water and ponchos. I had prepared my own water and poncho since they weren't mentioned in the tour details, but they turned out to be unnecessary.

After a group photo at the entrance, Toshi explained the precautions, and we started the trail. As we progressed, we received explanations about the plants along the course, making it more enjoyable than just trekking.

Also, during the trek, there were photo opportunities where they would take pictures for us, which made for great memories. We reached the waterfall in about 40 minutes, but the return trip was a bit slippery, so caution is advised.

On the way back, we also received explanations about the plants and had photos taken. Fortunately, it didn't rain that day, so our shoes and clothes didn't get too dirty, but some participants had muddy pant hems, so those who are concerned might want to bring a change of clothes.

For lunch, since the restaurant was crowded, we ate in the park. (If the restaurant is not busy, it seems you can eat inside.) The bento had a variety of small side dishes, which was nice. The colors were vibrant and visually appealing. The taste was, of course, good.

After eating and taking a short break, we were taken back to our hotel, and the tour concluded. The pace was adjusted to accommodate the slower participants, so I felt it was relatively easy for anyone to join. While Hawaii is often associated with the ocean, trekking in the mountains is also great!

当日の参加者は私たち二人を含め合計１２名、ガイドさん２人の総勢１４名です。なかなかの大所帯。
向かう車の中では、ガイドのユナさんとトシさんがお勧めの飲食店やスイーツなどを教えてくださったり、ハワイのプチ情報を教えてくださってとても楽しかったです。
駐車場に着き、売店でトイレを済ませませた後、お水やポンチョなどを頂きました。ツアー詳細にお水、ポンチョの記載がなかったので自分で用意していましたが、必要ありませんでした。
入口で参加者全員で記念撮影のあと、ガイドのトシさんから注意事項の説明があり、トレイルスタートです。
コース途中に生えている植物の説明を受けながら進むので、単純にトレッキングするよりも愉しかったです。
またトレッキング途中も、撮影ポイントが来ると写真を撮って下さるので良い記念になりますよ。
滝までは４０分くらいで到着、行よりも帰りのほうが滑りやすいのでちょっと注意が必要かもしれません。
帰りも行きと同様に植物の説明を受けたり、写真を撮っていただきながら帰りました。
当日、雨が降らなかったこともあり、私たちはそんなに靴や服が汚れることはありませんでしたが、中にはズボンの裾がドロドロになっている方もいらっしゃったので、気にされる方は着替えをお持ちになると良いと思います。
ランチですが、お店が混んでいたので、公園で頂きました。（お店が空いていれば店内で戴けるそうです）
お弁当はちょっとずつ色んなおかずが入っているのが良いですね。色も鮮やかで見た目にも楽しめます。お味はもちろん良かったですよ。
食事をして、ちょっと休憩したのち、ピックアップしたホテルに送って下さりツアー終了しました。
遅い方にペースを合わせて進むので、比較的どんな方でも参加されやすいと感じました。ハワイといえば海のイメージですが、山でトレイルするのも良いですよ～！

I joined this tour because I wanted to see sea turtles and the reviews were good. I was picked up right near my hotel and taken to the port. After a short boat ride, we arrived at a sandbar! The view was amazing, and we played beach volleyball and ate hamburgers. Just when I thought it was over, we went sea turtle watching, then moved on to snorkeling. It was a highly satisfying optional tour!

ウミガメをみたくて口コミもよかったので参加しました。
ホテルのすぐ近くにでピックアップしてもらい港へ。船で少し進むとサンドバーが！
最高の景色でビーチバレーしてハンバーガー食べてもう終わりだっけ？と思ったらそのあとウミガメウオッチングしてさらに移動してシュノーケリングして満足度の高いオプショナルツアーでした！

It was great to see sea turtles and fish. However, it was disappointing that the sandbar was only about waist-deep in the water. The ocean, the scenery, and the instructors were all fantastic.

ウミガメ、魚も見れて良かったです。ただサンドバーが腰くらいまで海だったのが残念。海も景観もインストラクターの方々も最高だった。

The dolphins are incredibly cute, so just watching them feels like a waste. Also, the scenery of the coastline around the Sea Life Park was very beautiful.

イルカがものすごく可愛いので、見るだけではもったいないです。それとシーライフパークの周辺海岸の景色がとても綺麗でした。

We arrived around 11 AM, just in time for low tide. Although the water level was up to my knees, the clear surface of the sea was truly beautiful. After a light session of beach volleyball and snorkeling instruction, lunch time came quickly. The hamburger looked light, accompanied by a side of beans flavored with barbecue sauce, but the beef patty was thick and satisfying. Aside from the paid beer, drinks like coffee, tea, cocoa, green tea, and juices were all-you-can-drink.

During that time, we arrived at the snorkeling spot by the coral reef and quickly jumped into the sea… I enjoyed the colorful fish swaying with the waves. A few people seemed to have been stung by jellyfish, but they received immediate care. It seems that if you're lucky, you might encounter a honu (sea turtle), but we missed the timing this time.

After snorkeling, the boat moved to the honu's swimming route, and we were able to see about ten honu swimming around the boat. The honu only come close to the surface when they need to breathe, so even if you spot them, they quickly dive back down.

The tour ended here, but our Japanese tour guide was a cheerful and lively woman, which was great. Despite some waves and wind left over from the hurricane, it was a memorable experience. I would like to go again, and next time, I want to aim for a day with a stronger low tide.

当日の干潮１１時のところ１１時頃の到着。
膝くらいまで水位はあったものの透き通った海面はほんとに綺麗でした。
軽くビーチバレーやシュノーケリング指導のあとあっという間にランチタイム。
ハンバーガー１個とサイドにバーベキューソース味の煮豆という見た目軽そうなのですが、ビーフパテが厚く食べごたえあります。
飲み物も有料のビール以外、コーヒー・紅茶・ココア・緑茶・ジュース類が飲み放題です。
その間に珊瑚礁のシュノーケリングスポットに到着し早速海へ…
色とりどりの魚を波に揺られ堪能しました。
ただ数名がくらげに刺されたようですが、直ぐに手当をしてくれていました。
運が良いとホヌに遭遇できるらしいのですが、今回はタイミングがあいませんでした。
シュノーケリングタイムが終わるとホヌの遊泳経路？へ船は移動し船の左右前後で１０頭くらいの遊泳してるホヌを見ることができました。
ホヌは息継ぎの時だけ海面近くに上がるので、見つけても直ぐに潜ってしまいます。
これでツアーは終わりですが、日本人のツアーガイドさんは陽気でキビキビした女性でよいかたでした。
ハリケーンの去った影響でやや波風があったものの思い出に残る体験でした。
また、行きたいと思います。そのときは今回よりも潮が強く引く日を狙いたいと思います。

I challenged myself to 90 meters, but I still had plenty of fun. I also signed up on the departure day, and the quick response from Veltra was very helpful. Even when the shuttle bus was delayed on-site, I received a notification that it would be about 5 minutes late, which made me feel secure participating in an unfamiliar overseas environment. I would like to join again next time.

90メートルに挑戦しましたが、それでもじゅうぶん楽しめました。
また、出発日に申し込みしたのですが、ベルトラさんの対応が早く助かりました。
現地で送迎バスが遅れる際にも、５分程遅れますとの連絡もいただけ、慣れない海外でも安心して参加できました。
次回もまた参加したいです。

One of the best experiences in my life, the crew was amazing, they both were helpful and informative. Would have stayed out there all day if they had let me, lol.

I went parasailing with my dad after he said he wanted to! The person in charge spoke a little Japanese, and when they realized we were father and child, they called my dad "Papa" and even splashed us in the water once, which was a lot of fun. You can buy the photos taken on an SD card for $30 (for those who want it), and I think it's a good deal since there are about 100 pictures included. We bought the SD card, took photos with our phones, and also captured the view from above with our own digital camera.

父がしたい！と言った一言で父と一緒にパラセーリングをしました。担当してくれた方は少し日本語が出来る方で私と父が親子と分かると父の事をPapaって呼んだり、一回水ボチャンをしたりととても楽しかったです。SDカードで撮ってくれた写真を30ドルで買うのですが（ほしい人は）、100枚前後入っているのでお得かと思います。
私達はSDカードも買って、携帯でも次の人に撮ってもらって、自分のデジカメで上からの景色も撮りました。

What a great night to finish off our trip to Waikiki, the show was very entertaining showcasing various cultures from the South Pacific and the food was great, a good mix of traditional and exotic, compere for the evening was excellent.

We challenged ourselves to the longest 150m ride as a family. At first, I thought it might be too high, but once I jumped, it wasn't that bad and felt really good. It seems that up to three people can ride together. The view was amazing!

I did feel a bit nauseous because it swayed quite a bit. The boat was also moving fast, so those who are prone to motion sickness should be cautious.

Photos were available for $30, and tips were separate.

家族で一番長い150mに挑戦しました。最初は高すぎたかなと思いましたが飛んでみればそれほどでもなくとても気持ちかったです。3人まで一緒に乗れるみたいです。景色が最高でした！
結構左右に振られたので途中気持ち悪くなってしまいました。船の中でもスピードが出てましたので、酔いやすい人は要注意です。
写真は30ドルでチップは別でした。

I participated in a plan with hotel pickup on Sunday morning. A Japanese female staff member came to pick us up, and out of the 12 participants, 10 were Japanese.

At the beach, three staff members assisted us, so for beginners, joining a group is more than enough. When the waves came, they pushed the boards and signaled with simple Japanese phrases like "Paddle!" and "Stand up!" The lessons took place close to the shore where it was just shallow enough to stand. That said, we were in Hawaii, and there were plenty of waves for practice. After a while, some skilled participants were taken out to the ocean by one of the veteran staff members.

We were a couple in our 40s and 50s, the oldest participants. We usually exercise by hiking, but it required quite a bit of stamina. The other participants were mostly in their 30s, and you could clearly see who was tired and who wasn't. If you get tired, you can just float in the sea, but if you want to ride the waves, you obviously have to paddle out each time.

As mentioned in other experiences, there are no lockers for valuables. Everyone just places their belongings on a shelf in a visible area, but there always seem to be at least two staff members in the shop, and since it's a store, there are customers coming and going. It's best to bring only the minimum necessary, like some dollars for tips, to feel secure. There are no separate changing areas, so on the way back, you'll be putting clothes over your wet swimsuit. When I read about this in other reviews, I thought, "Oh no," but in the Hawaiian sun and atmosphere, it didn't bother me at all.

ホテル送迎付きのプランで、日曜の午前中に参加しました。日本人の女性スタッフが迎えに来てくれ、参加者12人中10人が日本人でした。

海では３人ものスタッフが付いてくれましたので、初心者にはグループ参加で十分です。波が来たらボードを押してくれ、「漕いでー!」「立ってー!」とカタコトの日本語で合図してくれます。レッスンは、ギリギリ、足で立てる岸辺に近い場所で行われます。だからと言ってそこはハワイ、練習には十分な波がきます。しばらくすると、上手な数人は、ベテランらしきスタッフの1人が沖まで連れて行ってくれていました。

当方40代と50代の夫婦で、最年長参加者でした。普段から登山をして運動しているのですが、相当な体力が要りました。他の皆さんは30代までですが、疲れている様子の人とそうでない人がはっきり分かれていました。疲れたらずっと海に漂っていればいい訳ですが、波に乗りたければ、当然、毎回パドリングして沖まで行かなければなりません。

他の体験談にもある通り、貴重品を入れるロッカーなどはありません。目立つ場所にある棚に全員の荷物を置くだけですが、お店にはいつも2人以上のスタッフが要るようですし、お店なのでお客さんの出入りもあります。最低限必要な、チップ用のドルだけを持って行かれると安心です。
仕切られた着替えるところもないので、帰りは濡れた水着の上に服を着て帰ります。他の体験談を読んだときは「えーっ」と思いましたが、ハワイの日差しと雰囲気では全く気になりませんでしたよ。

It was my first horseback riding experience, and the explanations during the car ride were very clear and included some humor, making it easy to understand. I was able to enjoy the ride.

I was worried about getting car sick due to the bad roads in Hawaii, but the driving was very careful, and I was able to sleep soundly on the way back, haha.

For your reference, it is mentioned that long pants are preferable, but since my legs didn't touch the horse's hair directly, shorts were fine as well. Large bags were not allowed.

Selfie sticks are not allowed, but they took photos along the coast, which made for great memories.

I love Hawaii even more now. I would like to participate in the horseback riding course again next time.

初めての乗馬経験でしたが、車の移動中にユーモアも交えながら丁寧に解説していただきとても分かりやすかったです。
楽しみながら移動が出来ました。

ハワイの道が悪く車酔いに心配していましたが…運転がとても丁寧で帰りは、熟睡できました笑

ご参考までに服装は、長ズボンが好ましいと記載がありますが、馬の毛に直接足が触れないのでショーパンでも問題なかったです。
鞄は大きすぎるものはNGでした。

自撮り棒はNGですが途中、海岸沿いで写真を撮ってくれるので記念になりました。

大好きなハワイが益々好きになりました。
次回も乗馬のコースへ参加したいと思います。

We participated as a couple.
The instructions were in English, but they explained everything in a way we could understand, and we enjoyed ourselves throughout.
After moving to the sea turtle point, we had plenty of fun snorkeling, and after getting out of the water, we went sailing towards Diamond Head. We were super excited to see sea turtles for the first time while sailing.
Even though we weren't far from the beach, there were a lot of sea turtles.
We were able to take pictures with the GoPro we brought.
The sailing was faster than we expected and felt really good; I'm so glad we participated.
(It was mentioned that fins would incur a fee, but it turns out there was no charge. In fact, I think without fins, unless you're very confident in your swimming, you would likely be swept away.)

夫婦で参加しました。
英語のみの案内でしたが、こちらが分かるように説明して下さり、終始楽しめました。
海亀のポイントまで移動してからたっぷりシュノーケリングを楽しみ、海から上がってからはダイヤモンドヘッドの方までセーリング。初めての海亀にセーリングに大興奮。
ビーチからそんなに離れていないのに、海亀もたくさんいました。
持参したgoproで撮影もできました。
セーリングは思った以上にスピードがありとても気持ち良く、参加出来て本当に良かったです。
(フィンは有料と記載がありましたが、お金はかからないそうです。
むしろフィンがないと余程泳ぎに自信がない限り、流されてしまうと思います。)

I had a really fun experience! I'm so glad I took photos for $30! These are pictures we definitely couldn't have taken ourselves!! I want to try it again the next time I go.

I was so excited to see dolphins right after departing from the harbor! The dolphins came back several times, which was amazing! I also got to see sea turtles, and I was able to see everything properly! It was a shame that it wasn't a boat burger, though... haha. Next, I want to see winter whales! The staff welcomed us with such great energy, so it was fantastic!

ハーバーから出港して直ぐにイルカに会え、物凄く興奮しました！
イルカも何回も戻ってきてくれたので、最高でした！
ウミガメにも会え、全てちゃんと見れました！
船上バーガーじゃなかったのが残念でしたが・・笑

I've done ziplining a few times in Japan, and it's really fun because of the long distances. Once you get used to it, you can try going upside down, so it's not just about crossing over. Unlike other zip lines, there are also parts where you climb with ropes and drop down, which adds to the fun. The water, nuts, and bananas (mostly brown) available along the way are also a nice touch. It's all in English, but if you can understand a little, I definitely recommend giving it a try because it's a lot of fun!

日本でも何回かジップラインはやりましたが、距離が長いので、楽しいです。
慣れてきたら、逆さにやってみたりと、ただ渡るだけではないので、そこもポイント。
他のジップラインとは違って、ロープで登ったり、落下したりとジップラインだけじゃないのも楽しいです。
途中途中にある、水やナッツ、バナナ（ほぼ茶色）も嬉しいポイントです。
英語Onlyなのですが、多少理解できる人ならば、是非、楽しいのでトライしてみてください。

It was a nice day with a pleasant breeze. The previous days had been cloudy and rainy due to a storm, so it felt refreshing. Although it was an additional charge, I purchased the photos taken on an SD card, and after parasailing, I enjoyed looking at those photos on my PC. Previously, when I participated in another option, I also received a paid photo SD, but at that time, I was given the SD card, a receipt, and a paper with contact information in case there were any issues with installing or downloading the data. This time, I only paid in cash on the boat, so I felt a bit anxious about what to do if there were any problems. However, I was glad that I was able to view the photos without any issues.

天気の良い日で程よく風もあり
前日まではストームの関係で曇天や雨天の日々が続いてたので気分爽快でした。
有料となりますがSDカードに撮影した写真を入れて下さり購入して
PCにインストールしてパラセーリング後もその写真を見て楽しみました。
以前、他のオプションに参加した時も同じように有料写真SDだったのですがその時はSDと領収書ともし万が一データーがインストールやダウンロード出来ない場合の連絡先など書かれた紙を渡されました。今回は現金を船の上で支払っただけだったので何か問題があった時の対応などはどぉすれば…と少し不安になりました。
無事に写真を見れたから良かったのですが。

Despite my doubts, I thought I wouldn't be able to see dolphins. Honestly, I kept thinking that way until I actually experienced the tour.

On the day of the tour, I managed to wake up my sleepy body at 5 AM and headed to the meeting point, then boarded the bus to our destination. It took about an hour to reach the port where we would board the boat, but before I knew it, we arrived while the guide from Dolphin University was energetically sharing stories about how to enjoy the ocean.

After preparing to board the boat, we set off. The boat, carrying about 40 participants and around 8 staff members (two of whom were Japanese), quickly made its way out to sea. After singing a song dedicated to the ocean during the journey, we put on our goggles and fins, and soon spotted dolphins in the distance. We maneuvered the boat as close as possible, and everyone jumped into the water to start swimming.

Since it was my first time using fins and goggles, I was exhausted after just a little swimming, but I motivated myself by thinking, "There are dolphins nearby!" As I pushed forward, the staff member swimming ahead suddenly stopped. I wondered what was happening when I heard, "Look down!!" I quickly looked through my goggles into the water, and there were 7 or 8 dolphins swimming slowly just a few meters away.

I was so excited that I momentarily struggled to breathe, but I was too captivated to care, my eyes wide open as I watched the dolphins. It was just a few seconds, but that scene is etched in my memory so clearly that I can't imagine forgetting it.

After that, we tried again, but unfortunately, we couldn't have the same experience... While I was feeling down on the boat, the dolphins from earlier approached us and swam alongside the moving boat. There were even smaller dolphins jumping, which was incredibly exciting.

After enjoying our time with the dolphins, we went snorkeling at a spot where sea turtles were said to be, and we hit the jackpot, seeing three sea turtles right in front of us.

Finally, we all shyly danced the Hawaiian dance on the boat, and when we arrived back at the port, it was bittersweet to head home. They dropped me off near my hotel around noon, and I spent the afternoon enjoying Hawaii in that joyful mood.

At first, I was really anxious about whether I would enjoy it, but I had a much more valuable experience than I imagined, and above all, I would love to participate in this tour again the next time I go to Hawaii. I highly recommend it for anyone who loves the ocean, dolphins, and sea turtles.

Definitely experience something you can only do in Hawaii!

なんだかんだ言いつつ、どうせイルカは見れないんだろう。正直、自分は実際にツアーを体験するまで、ずっとそうやって考えていました。
当日、早朝の5時になんとか眠気いっぱいの体を起こして集合場所に向かい、目的地へ向かうバスに乗り込みました。
乗り込む船がある港までは大体1時間ほどですが、ツアーをガイドしてくれるイルカ大学の方が、体験談を交えてどうやって海を楽しむべきかを元気いっぱいに話してくれるうちにいつの間にか着いていました。
港についた後は船に乗り込む準備を終えたら、出港。約40人の参加者と8名ほどのスタッフさん（内二名は日本人の方）を乗せた船はあっという間に港から遠くの沖へ到着します。
移動中に海へ捧げる歌を歌った後、ゴーグルやフィンを装着していると、早速遠くの方にイルカを発見。なるべく近くまで船で行ってから全員が海へ飛び込み、泳いで移動を開始しました。
私はフィンやゴーグルの扱いが初だったため、少し泳いだだけでバテバテでしたが、近くにイルカがいる！と自分を奮い立たせなんとか進んでいると、前を泳いでいたスタッフさんが急停止。何かと思っていたら、「下見て！！」という声が聞こえたので急いで海の中をゴーグルで見ると、そこには7～8匹のイルカがほんの数メートル先をゆっくりと泳いでました。
興奮で息が一瞬少し苦しくなってしまいましたが、そんなことは気にならないくらい目を見開いてイルカを見ていました。
ほんの数秒でしたが、あの光景が脳みそから消えてしまうことなんて考えられないくらい、はっきりと焼き付きました。
その後は再度アタックしましたが残念ながら同じ体験はできず……と船で落ち込んでいたら、先ほどのイルカが移動中の船に近づいてきてくれて一緒に並走。小さめにジャンプするイルカもいて大興奮でした。
イルカとの触れあいを楽しんだ後はウミガメがいるというポイントでシュノーケリングをして、これも大当たりで3匹のウミガメを目の前で見ることができました。
最後は、船の上で恥ずかしがりながらもみんなで楽しくハワイの踊りを踊って、港に着いたら名残惜しくもそのまま帰路へ。12時頃にホテル周辺へ送ってくれたので、午後も私はその楽しい気分のままハワイを満喫しました。
初めは本当に楽しめるのか不安ばかりでしたが、想像以上に貴重な体験ができましたし、何より次回ハワイへ行くとなったらまた参加したいと思えるツアーでした。海が好きで、しかもイルカやウミガメも好きな方ならとてもおススメします。
是非、ハワイでしかできない体験を。

It was my first parasailing experience! I was a bit scared and chose the lowest height of 110m, but I might have been okay with going higher…

Before taking off, they check if it's okay to drop you into the sea (laughs). Of course, if you say it's okay, they play around by lowering and raising you. I took photos with a fun foreign family and a honeymoon couple, but the best pictures were taken by the staff, so I bought the data.

A friend who gets motion sickness took anti-nausea medication just in case, so they were totally fine. However, the couple we shared the boat with got really seasick, and it was sad to see. Since it can be quite bumpy, I think it's a good idea to bring motion sickness medication if you're worried.

The shuttle staff and the boat crew don't speak Japanese, but they are kind.

もちろんOKすると下ろしたりあげたりして遊んでくれます。
ノリのいい外国人家族とハネムーンカップルと写真の撮りあいをしましたが、やっぱりスタッフの撮ってくれる写真が一番良くて、データ買い取りました。

酔いやすい友人は念のため酔い止めを飲んで行ったので全然大丈夫でした。
しかしいっしょに乗船したカップルがものすごく酔っててかわいそうでした。
かなり揺れるので心配な方は酔い止めを持って行った方がいいと思います。

送迎スタッフも船のスタッフも日本語は通じませんが、親切です。

I was recommended to go by a friend who had previously visited Hawaii. However, it wasn't planned from Japan; I just booked a two-hour horseback riding course the day before. In conclusion, it was incredibly fun!!

I had seen past reviews mentioning that "Japanese people are ignored" or "the attitude is bad," so I was a bit prepared for that, but it was nothing like that at all. Even during the last hours from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM when everyone might be tired, our guide (I think her name was EMA?) not only introduced the usual spots but also taught us various things and communicated with us individually (like asking a bit of Japanese, "What did you see? I want to visit Japan!," etc.), making it a wonderful experience! There might be some variability depending on the guide, but even without a guide, the luxury of riding a horse through that magnificent nature is definitely worth it.

- If you have more than an hour before or after the activity, taking a walk on Kualoa Beach was also pleasant! If you still have time left, there are benches scattered around the premises, so relaxing there can be a nice way to pass the time.
- The horseback riding helmets were indeed quite smelly as rumored (laughs), so if you're concerned about that, I recommend bringing a cap or towel to wear inside.

以前、ハワイに行った友達からオススメされて行ってきました。ただ日本から予定していたわけではなく、前日に空いてるアクティビティを、と乗馬2時間コースだけ予約して行きました。結論、最高に楽しかったです!!

過去の口コミをみて「日本人は無視される」とか、「態度悪い」的内容があったので少し覚悟はしていたのですが、そんなこと全然なく15:30〜17:30と最後の疲れているであろう時間にも関わらず、ガイドさん(たしか、EMAさん？)は定型のスポット紹介などだけでなく、いろんなことを教えてくれ、個別にもコミュニケーションも取ってくれ(ちょっと日本語や、どこを見た？私日本行ってみたいんだ！などなど)素敵な体験になりました！ガイドさんによって当たり外れは多少あるかもですが、最悪ガイドなしでも馬に乗ってあの雄大な自然の中を散歩する贅沢は十分価値があると思います^^

・アクティビティ前後、1時間以上時間があるなら少し歩いてクアロアビーチを散歩するのも気持ちよかったです！それでも時間が余れば敷地内にちょこちょこベンチがあるのでまったりするといい時間つぶしになると思います。
・乗馬用ヘルメットは噂通りだいぶ臭かったので(苦笑)気になる方は、中に被れるキャップかタオルの持参をおすすめします。

What a fab trip we had with Bobs underwater scooters, lots of fish to see and an added bonus of sea turtles, very well organised and a great experienced crew.

I participated in the Atlantis submarine tour that started at 3 PM. The submarine we boarded was the "Standard" one, not the "Premium."

What was disappointing:
When I signed up, the photos on the website were very beautiful, and I was hoping to see something just as stunning. Unfortunately, the water wasn't as clear, and I couldn't see as vividly as I had hoped. The submarine offers multilingual support with free headphones, but my headphone jack seemed to be broken, and I couldn't hear anything. The crew responded quickly, and I was able to listen through another jack. The Premium submarine might have better performance, so I would like to try that one next time. We took a boat to reach the submarine, and that boat was really rocky! On windy days, those who are prone to motion sickness should be cautious.

What was good:
Under the sea, there were not only fish but also sunken ships and airplane wrecks, making it a treasure trove of sights! We were able to see a lot of fish gathering around those sites. My elementary school son was very excited to see a sunken ship for the first time. My 3-year-old daughter seemed to get a bit bored towards the end. On the boat to the submarine, snacks, drinks, and souvenirs were available for purchase, which was nice. The crew members were very cheerful and kind; when my 3-year-old daughter struggled to go down the ladder, one of them carried her down.

Although the "Premium" submarine was closed for maintenance this time, I would like to try it next time.

午後3時からスタートのアトランティス潜水艦ツアーに参加しました。
乗り込んだ船は、「プレミアム」ではなくて「スタンダード」の潜水艦です。

残念だったところ：
申し込みをしたときのWEBページの写真がとても綺麗で、こんなに綺麗に見えるのかなあ、と期待して行きましたが、残念ながら、ここまで水も澄んでおらず鮮明に見ることができませんでした。潜水艦は無料のヘッドホンで多言語対応しているのですが、私のヘッドホンの差し込みプラグは故障していたのか音が出ませんでした。クルーの方がすぐに対応してくれてほかのプラグから聞くことはできました。プレミアムの潜水艦のほうが性能がいいのかもしれないので、今度はそちらに乗りたいです。潜水艦に乗り込む沖までは船で行くのですが、その船がすごい揺れました！風が強い日はとくに、乗り物酔いしやすい方は要注意です。

良かったところ：
海の中には、魚だけではなく沈没した船や飛行機の機体なども眠っておりみどころは満載です！そこに集まるお魚もとてもたくさん見ることができました。小学生の息子は沈没船を初めて見てとても興奮していました。３歳の娘は後半は少し飽きてしまったようでした。潜水艦に行くまでの船の中では、軽食や飲み物、お土産を買うこともできます。それも良かったです。クルーの方はとても明るく親切で、３歳の娘がはしごを降りるのに苦労したときには抱きかかえて降りてくれました。

今回はメンテナンス中でお休み中でしたが、今度は「プレミアム」の潜水艦に乗ってみたいです。

You can see the sky, sea, mountains, and city all at once, and I felt the reality of being in Hawaii while running alongside surfers.

Although we finished with a water landing, they controlled it so that only my waist got wet, keeping my face and head dry, which I really appreciated.

The 150 meters were worth it in terms of both time and scenery.

We were about to miss a zipline experience that cost around 43,000 yen for two people. It was absolutely terrible.

We made a reservation online with pickup included, without going through a travel agency. Considering that in foreign countries, unlike Japan, there’s a possibility that the pickup might not arrive on time, we waited outside the hotel’s main entrance 15 minutes before the scheduled meeting time. However, when the time passed and no one showed up, I called the tour company, Coral Crater Adventure Park, and they said, “The female driver should be there.”

When I told them that I couldn’t see anyone matching that description around the hotel lobby or outside, they provided me with the car's license plate number and said, “There should be a car with this number.” When I responded that there was no car parked, they told me, “Since the time has passed, you have been canceled.”

Even though I was waiting with plenty of time to spare, there was no effort from the tour company’s driver to call my name or look for me. How was I supposed to find the car in this situation when I didn’t even know which one it was? When I asked why there was no communication, the Coral Crater representative said, “The tour bus couldn’t pick you up, so an Uber was sent for you.” I had no prior notice of this via email, so I had no way of knowing.

If an Uber was coming instead, why didn’t they inform me of the car's number in advance? I asked why they didn’t come to call my name, and they replied dismissively, “That’s how Uber works,” avoiding responsibility and refusing to acknowledge any fault or apologize. It was utterly unacceptable.

It was ridiculous. There was no way I could find the car.

Furthermore, I had to arrange for a replacement vehicle, and I had to search for that car's number. When I found the car and got in, the driver asked, “Where do you want to go?” Even though it was a tour with pickup included and I had already paid. What? Why don’t you know? It was terrifying.

When I showed the destination I had, the driver said, “This is too far.” I had to call the representative again to have them talk to the driver. I was so furious that I lost all desire to enjoy the zipline experience. In the end, I was able to join the tour about 40 minutes late, but during the ride to Coral Crater Adventure Park, I was filled with anxiety and stress, wondering if I would even be able to participate.

I thought maybe it was because Hawaii gets so many tourists that they don’t care about individual customers. They really underestimate their clients.

I learned that I should book through a Japanese travel agency in the future. I will never use them again.

日本円にして二人で43,000円くらいのジップラインをすっぽかされるところだった。
あまりにもひどい。
旅行会社を通さず送迎つきでネット予約。海外は日本と違って待ち合わせ時間通りに来ない可能性を考え、当日は15分前から指定の待ち合わせ場所であるホテル正面玄関口外で待機していた。しかし時間を過ぎても迎えがこないのでツアー会社のコーラルクレーターアドベンチャーパークに電話すると、
「女性ドライバーが着いているはずだ」と言う。
しかしホテルのフロントや正面玄関口の外を見回してもそのような人はいないと伝えると、
車のナンバープレート番号を伝えられ、「この番号の車がいるはずだ」と言われた。
しかし停車している車はないと伝えると、「時間を過ぎたのであなたはキャンセルになった」と言われた。
余裕を持って待機していたのに、その間ツアー会社のドライバーが私の名前を呼んで探すなどが何もなかった。どの車かわからないのに、この状況でどうやって車を見つけられるのか？
なぜ私に声かけがなかったのか問うと、コーラルクレーター担当者が「ツアーバスが迎えに行けなくなったため、ウーバーがあなたを迎えに行った」と言った。そんなことは事前にメールにも知らせがなく、聞いていないので知る訳もない。
代わりにウーバーがくるのなら、車のナンバーを事前に教えてくれなかったのか、名前を呼んで声をかけにきてくれないとどの車なのかわからない問うと、「ウーバーはそういうものだ。」と面倒そうに答え、責任逃れ。そして、非を認めたり謝ったりしない。話にならない。

・私→どの車かわからない
・ウーバー→客を探さない
ひどすぎる。見つけられるわけないじゃん。

さらに代わりの車を出してもらうことになり、その車のナンバーを探すことになった。その車を見つけ乗車すると、ドライバーが「どこに行きたいの？」と。送迎付きツアーで、すでに支払い済みなのに。え？なんで知らないの？怖すぎる。
持っていた行き先を見せると「ここは遠すぎる」と言ってくる始末。また担当者に電話してドライバーと話してもらった。
もうぶちギレてしまって、これからジップラインで遊ぶような気分ではなくなってしまった。結局ツアーには40分ほど遅れて参加できることになったが、コーラルクレーターアドベンチャーパークに向かっている間も本当に参加できるのか不安とストレス一杯の最悪な体験だった。
ハワイはたくさん観光客が来るからなのか、客一組くらいどうでもいいんだろうなと思った。客をなめている。

今後は日本の旅行会社を通して予約するべきだと、勉強になった。二度と利用しない。

I was satisfied with the cruise.
However, it was disappointing that there was no place to change.

The girls changed outside and seemed anxious about being seen.

The boys didn't mind and just got on the bus as they were. It was too cold because the air conditioning was too strong.

クルーズも出来て満足でした。
ただ、残念なのは着替え場所がない事。

女子は外で着替えましたが、、見られてるかどうかと不安そうでした、、。

男子は気にしないのでそのままバスに乗り込み。冷房が効きすぎで、寒かったです、、

I participated on August 23 when a typhoon was approaching Oahu. I woke up several times during the night, thinking I might receive an email saying the event would be canceled. However, it was confirmed that the event would go ahead, and I decided to participate, knowing that if I canceled on the day, the nearly 90,000 yen for seven people would not be refunded.

Since the sun wasn't out, the sea wasn't beautiful, and both the water and air temperatures were low, everyone was feeling cold. I also participated in snorkeling, but due to the typhoon's effects, I felt scared as I was almost swept away.

After returning, I contacted a company that specializes in sandbar cruises, and they informed me that the Public Safety Bureau had issued a warning, stating that boats should not go out. They mentioned that other companies likely weren't operating either. They said that just rain wouldn't lead to cancellations, but since a hurricane was approaching, that was the reason for the cancellation. I wonder if it was really a good decision to go ahead with the event.

Given the circumstances, I'm relieved that nothing happened. By the way, I heard that those who canceled on the day received a full refund. I regret participating just to avoid losing the 90,000 yen.

オアフに台風が近づいている8月23日に参加しました。中止に当然なるのではとメールが来るかもしれないと何度も夜中に目が覚めました。しかしながら催行するとのこと、7人分の9万近いお金が当日こちらがキャンセルすれば返ってこないと参加しました。
太陽が出ていないので海も綺麗でなく、水温も気温も低くて皆さん寒がっていました。シュノーケリングにも参加しましたが、台風の影響で流されそうになり怖い思いをしました。
帰ってからサンドバー専門のクルーザーの会社に問い合わせたところ、公安局から危険と指示があったので船は出てはいけないということで他の催行会社も全て出ていないだろう、ただの雨ではキャンセルにならないけどハリケーンが近づいていたからいう回答を得ました。催行して良かったのでしょうか。
そんな中でしたので何事もなくてよかったと思います。ちなみに当日キャンセルの方には全額返金したそうです。9万を惜しんで参加しなければ良かったです。

A pickup came to the hotel, and we transferred to a boat from the port for parasailing in order. My Japanese was limited, but I didn't have any particular issues. You can purchase an SD card with the photos for $30, but that's about it. -1 point. It seems difficult to take parasailing photos from the boat. Parasailing allows you to enjoy the blue sky, blue sea, and a private experience of Hawaii. It was amazing. I'm glad I did it!

ホテルまで迎えが来て、港から船に乗り換えて順番にパラセイリングです。
日本語は少しだけでしたが、とくに困ることはありませんでした。
写真は30ドルで撮ったデータの入ったSDカードを購入できるのですが、まあこんなものですね。-1pt。船からとるパラセイリングの写真は難しそうです。
パラセイリングは、青い空、青い海、二人だけのハワイを楽しめます。最高でした。やってよかったです！
