Had a great experience! Was able to contact the Vendor and reschedule time with no hassle. Option of dry or wet landing!
They take excellent pictures for an additional fee but they are worth buying!

Family members not flying, can purchase as an observer and follow along to watch.

Close to Waikiki, easy walk or commute to their location.

Sam was a great leader and the ranch was a great experience we will never forget !

Although the weather was unfortunately rainy at times, riding the e-bike through Kualoa was very pleasant, and I would love to participate again. Since the bike can splash mud, I recommend wearing clothes that you don't mind getting dirty for those who will be joining in the future. The mud isn't just from the ground; it also includes oil from the four-wheeler buggies, which didn't come off even after washing at home. Also, sandals and Crocs are not allowed, and I was advised to buy water walking shoes sold at the souvenir shop. At the beginning of the tour, there is an explanation of the e-bikes and a test ride. It's not difficult, so I think anyone who can ride a regular bike will be fine. There will be time to stop and take photos at movie filming locations and air raid shelters. The guide speaks only English, so if you understand English, it will be even more enjoyable.

また参加したいです　自転車の泥がはねてズボンや背中が汚れますのでこれから参加される方は汚れてもいい服装をおすすめします　土の泥だけじゃなくて四輪バギーの油も含まれてるので帰宅後洗っても取れなかったです　あと、サンダルやクロックスはNGで土産物屋に水中ウォーキング用の靴が売ってるのでそれを購入するよう言われました　ツアーの始めにeバイクの説明やテスト走行があります　難しくはないので普通の自転車に乗れる人なら大丈夫だと思います　映画のロケ地や防空壕に立ち寄って写真を撮る時間をとってくれます　ガイドは英語のみです　英語がわかればさらに楽しいものになるでしょう

Seeing Diamond Head from the sky was amazing. The surprise when coming down was also fun. I had experienced parasailing in Okinawa, so I thought I wouldn't need motion sickness medication, but the waves in the open sea were intense, and I wished I had taken some.

空から見るダイヤモンドヘッドは最高でした。降りてくる時のサプライズも楽しかったです。
沖縄でもパラセーリングは体験していたので、酔い止めは不要だと思っていたのですが、外海での波のうねり凄くて酔い止め飲めば良かったなと思いました。

I participated with my daughter, who is in middle school. My wife stayed on land because she gets motion sickness easily.

During takeoff and landing, there was hardly any acceleration or impact like you would experience on a regular passenger plane; it was a quiet takeoff and landing with almost no jolt. In the air, there was very little turbulence, making for a safe and secure flight.

We had already visited places like Diamond Head and Pearl Harbor beforehand, and it was great to see them from the sky as if confirming what we had seen. It was nice to see parts of the former volcanic crater that are too large to understand without viewing them from above.

Over Pearl Harbor, the shape of the sunken battleship was clearly visible, filling in the missing pieces of the puzzle from our land tour (with a different company). Honestly, just this experience made it worth participating.

妻は乗り物酔いしやすいので陸で待機。
離着陸は、通常の旅客機で体験するような加速度や衝撃は全くと言ってよいほど無く、静かに離陸、着陸もほとんど衝撃なし。
空でも大した揺れもなく、安心安全な航行でした。
事前に、ダイヤモンドヘッドやパールハーバーなどの見学を済ませており、それを空から答え合わせするように見ることができて良かった。
かつての火山の噴火口跡など、大きすぎて空から見ないとわからない部分を見ることができて良かった。
パールハーバー上空では、沈んでいる戦艦の形がくっきりと視認でき、陸での(別会社の別ツアーでの)見学時の欠けていたパズルのピースを埋めるようで、正直、これだけでも参加して良かったくらい。

It was all in English, so I was really disappointed that I couldn't understand the staff's explanations. I was looking forward to the experience, but it felt a bit lacking.

全て英語だったので、スタッフの説明が全く分からなかったので残念。
折角の体験をタ楽しみにしていたのですが、少し物足りなかった。

Parasailing was a lot of fun, and it was great that they let us drive the boat and fly as a family of four. However, I requested photos for $40, and in the end, the data transfer to my smartphone didn't go well, so I received an SD card instead. Unfortunately, the SD card has an error, and I can't check the data at the moment. It's really disappointing not to have any photos from such a fun experience. Since I was returning home the next morning, there was nothing more I could do, and I had to go back. I'm really sad about it...

パラセーリングはとても楽しくて、ボートを運転させてくれたり、４人家族で飛ばせてくれたりと最高だったのですが、、、
写真を40ドルでお願いし、最後スマホへデータ移行がうまくいかず、SDカードをもらいました。しかし、SDカードエラーになってしまい、今のところデータが確認できていません。とても楽しかった体験なだけに、写真が残らないのが残念でなりません。
翌日朝から帰国だったので、もうどうすることも出来ず帰国しました。
悲しいです。。

Well worth the money. I would highly recommend Dolphin Quest to any animal lover. An experience you will find hard to match.

I had a buggy experience, and it was fun. The instructor was kind, which was great. However, the Japanese explanation was only in a video showing how to ride, and after that, everything was in English. I think it would be fine for those who understand English to some extent, but I only understood it vaguely.

It started pouring rain halfway through, and the road flooded, so the bus couldn't return. We were stuck at Kualoa Ranch for several hours. Fortunately, there was a staff member who spoke Japanese, so I was able to understand the situation. It's best to go on a day with good weather.

バギー体験をしましたが、楽しく、インストラクターの方も親切で良かったのですが、日本語の説明は動画で乗り方を見ただけで、あとはずっと英語なので、ある程度英語がわかる方なら問題ないかと思います。なんとなくしかわかりませんでした。
途中からどしゃ降りになり、道が浸水してバスが戻れなかったので、クアロアランチで何時間も拘束されました。この際は日本語を話せるスタッフの方がいたので、何とか状況はわかりました。天気が良い日に行くべきです。

I participated with my 11-year-old son. There were two instructors who cheerfully energized the atmosphere. However, since my son doesn't understand any English, he was treated equally to the other customers, which left him feeling quite lost. The safety measures were excellent, and the zip line was long and felt great.

インストラクターさん二人いて、陽気に場を盛り上げてました。
ただ英語が全く分からない息子にも他の利用客さんとある意味平等に扱うので、息子は何がなにやらって感じでした。
安全対策はバッチリで、ジップライン長くて気持ちよかったです。

This was the one excursion that I was looking forward to during my visit. It did not disappoint! Sure the weather could have been better, but the sandbar was just beautiful. The entire staff team was amazing , welcoming, fun, attentive and entertaining. I would highly recommend this sandbar tour and especially this crew.

I felt better than I imagined, and I want to ride again. Thank you very much. I was scared at first, but it was okay.

I think you can swim from the morning in the summer, but the mornings in March are still cold and tough. However, once the sun comes out, it's not that cold, so it might be better to swim in the afternoon during winter. Even in the shallow areas, you can see a lot of fish and swim close enough to them. I also got to see a seal, which was fun. It was a shame that one of the snorkels was broken.

夏場は朝から泳げると思うけど3月の朝はまだ寒くて辛かった。でも日が出てからはさほど寒くないので冬場は午後がいいかも。浅瀬でも沢山の魚をみれて手が届きそうな距離で一緒に泳げます。アザラシにも会えて楽しかったです。シュノーケルが一つ壊れてて残念でした。

Meeting at the hotel, you can board directly from the beach behind the hotel, and you'll be back in the heart of Waikiki before noon, making it very time-efficient. The snorkeling time is about an hour in the area with sea turtles, and afterwards, we went sailing near Diamond Head. We also saw dolphins. I think this tour is just right for those who feel that spending a whole day in the ocean is a bit much.

ホテル集合～そのままホテル裏のビーチから乗船、お昼前にはワイキキ中心部に戻れるのでとても時間の効率がよいです。シュノーケルの時間はウミガメのいるエリアで賞味1時間ちょっと、その後はダイアモンドヘッドの前あたりまでセーリング。イルカも見れました。丸1日使ってガッツリ海に入るのはちょっと・・・という感じの方には丁度良いツアーだと思います。

We participated as a family of five adults. Riding the wind and the waves, we encountered sea turtles, making it an unforgettable experience in Hawaii.

成人の家族五人で参加。風に乗り波に乗り、ウミガメにも出会え、ハワイでの忘れられない体験となりました。

Unlike surfing, it's easy to ride the waves. Everyone paddles together to row out to the sea. It was March, but it wasn't cold and was quite comfortable. I was able to ride the waves about three times, and it felt great. The reception was very accommodating and reassuring. On rainy days, they notify you via LINE call on the morning of the reservation, and they were able to handle postponements on the spot.

サーフィンとは違い簡単に波乗り出来ます。パドルで全員協力して沖まで漕ぎます。3月でしたが寒くもなく快適でした。3回程波に乗れました、気持ち良いですよ。受付はとても対応よく、安心。雨の日の予約は当日朝にLINE電話にてお知らせあり、その場で延期対応頂けました。

The path has almost no shade and goes straight up. The last set of stairs now has a detour, which is reassuring. It took about 45 minutes to climb and 30 minutes to descend for a fourth grader.

日陰は、ほぼ無く細い道をひたすら登ります。

I was able to spend a special day. It was my first time riding in a buggy, but since I was driving while breathing in the fresh air, I didn't get motion sickness and was able to enjoy sightseeing! The guides were truly wonderful people, and I felt deep down that I was glad to be here. I was really happy to see views that I can't see in Japan. This is definitely a tour I want to go on again when I come back to Hawaii!

特別な一日を過ごすことができました。
バギーに乗ること自体初めてでしたが、外の空気を吸いながらの運転だったので酔うこともなく楽しんで観光できました！
ガイドの方も本当に素敵な方達でここにきてよかったと心の底から思いました。
日本では見ることのできない景色を見ることができ、本当によかったです。
またハワイに来た際には絶対に行きたいツアーです！

This is my third visit to the park. In the previous two visits, there were issues with the bus, which made me worry, but this time it was great. The bus was on time, and the driving was careful, which made me feel at ease. Inside the park, there were staff members who spoke Japanese, so even if you don't understand English, you can enjoy your time without worry. The staff is very kind and attentive. They also have a wealth of knowledge about dolphins and taught me a lot. I want to come back again next year. Interacting with the dolphins was a lot of fun; we fed them, took pictures, and even got splashed by them while playing with my child. The park is not an aquarium but a marine park where you can have various experiences. Even small children can enjoy it.

３回目の来園です。前回、前々回とバストラブルがありバスの心配がありましたが、今回は良かったです。時間通り、丁寧な運転で安心でした。園内では以前もいらした日本語で説明してくれるスタッフがおり、英語がわからなくても安心して楽しめます。すごく親切で丁寧なスタッフさんです。イルカの知識も豊富で色々と教えてもらいました。また来年も行きたいと思います。イルカとの触れ合いは、餌をあげたり写真を撮ったり、イルカに水をかけられたりと子供と一緒にはしゃぎました。園内は水族館ではなく、海の公園で色々な体験ができます。小さい子供でも楽しめます。

The dolphin experience at Sea Life Park was a highly satisfying activity where you can easily interact with dolphins. If you want to create a memorable Hawaiian experience, I highly recommend it!

I was really grateful that they provided transportation not only from Waikiki but also from the Ko Olina hotels. 🙏 The instructor was always taking photos, and at the end, we could purchase them for $70. 📸 There was one instructor who spoke Japanese, and they explained everything in Japanese, which made me feel very at ease. 🇯🇵 I was able to see the dolphins up close, and the thrilling water slide was a lot of fun! 🐬 I definitely want to visit again!

ワイキキだけでなく、コオリナのホテルでも送迎していただけた点がとても助かりました🙏常にインストラクターさんが写真を撮ってくださっていて、最後に70ドルで購入が可能でした📸日本語が話せるインストラクターさんが1人いらっしゃって、常に日本語で説明してくださったのでとても安心でした🇯🇵イルカもとても近くで見られて、スリル満点のウォータースライダーもとても楽しかったです🐬また訪れたいと思います！

The driver's response was very polite. It seems that it's possible to take a regular bus, but in the early morning, this kind of shuttle service is more reassuring.

運転手さんの対応はご丁寧でした。
路線バスでも行けない事は無さそうですが、早朝の場合はこうした送迎サービスの方が安心です。

After 20 years? Following the storm and days of heavy rain leading up to it, the morning of the tour was clear, but upon arriving at the site, the clouds looked suspicious. As expected, it rained occasionally during the trek. The path was muddy, and there were signs of fallen trees, but our guide was attentive to safety issues, allowing us to complete the trek safely.

The tour was a mixed group of English speakers and Japanese participants, but with two guides (who also drove), we were able to split into English and Japanese groups, so there were no language issues, and we could enjoy ourselves without worry. At Tantalus Hill, the weather was clear, and we could see from Diamond Head to Pearl Harbor.

Thank you to our guides, Shin and Jason, for a fun tour with great safety considerations.

20年ぶり？のストーム後、前日まで連日の大雨で、当日も朝は晴れていましたが、現地に到着すると怪しい雲行き。
案の定、トレッキング中も時々雨が降りました。
道はぬかるんでいて、倒木の跡もありましたが、ガイドさんが危険事項を都度注意してくれて安全にトレッキングを終えることができました。
ツアー英語圏の方と日本人の混載ツアーでしたが、2名のガイドさん(兼運転手さん)で英語班と日本語班で行動したので言語の問題はなく、安心して楽しく過ごすことができました。
タンタラスの丘では晴天で、ダイヤモンドヘッド〜パールハーバーまで見渡すことができました。
ガイドの進さん、ジェイソンさん、安全配慮の楽しいツアーをありがとうございました。

Due to the rain, we couldn't see the fireworks and had a buffet inside the hotel instead. We had a family photo taken, which we could purchase, but it wasn't free. There was a welcome drink available. Unfortunately, we didn't receive any leis. It was disappointing since the kids were looking forward to it. We had drink tickets for three drinks, but we only had one. The cultural experience felt a bit lacking as well. The show was good, though. I thought we wouldn't be able to see the fire dance indoors, but we were able to, which was nice. The buffet had a limited selection, but it was delicious. The seasoning was suitable for Japanese tastes, and the kids went back for seconds. Overall, it was below expectations due to the rain, but I hope to participate again next time, praying for sunny weather.

雨のため花火は見れず、ホテル内でのビュッフェでした。家族写真を撮ってもらい、購入できます。無料ではありません。ウェルカムドリンクあり。レイはもらえませんでした。子供が楽しみにしていたので残念でした。ドリンクチケットが3杯分ありましたが、一杯しか飲みませんでした。文化体験も、今一な感じでした。ショーは良かったです。ファイヤーダンスも室内だから見れないと思っていましたが、見れたので良かったです。ビュッフェは品数少なかったですが、美味しかったです。日本人にも合う味付けで、子供達もおかわりに行きました。トータルして雨だったので期待以下でしたが、次回も晴れるのを祈って参加したいと思います。

I rode a submarine for the first time. I had a great time enjoying the underwater world where fish and sea turtles live. It became a memorable time in Hawaii! I highly recommend it.

初めて潜水艦に乗りました。お魚やウミガメが暮らしている海底の世界を満喫できてとっても楽しかったです。ハワイで思い出に残る時間となりました！とってもおすすめです。

I went horseback riding at Kualoa Ranch. Unfortunately, it was pouring rain, but they provided raincoats, which was a big help. The ground was muddy due to the rain, but the horses walked carefully, so there was no danger, and I was able to enjoy it. The two hours flew by. I participated in my 60s, and it was great. Thank you very much.

クアロアランチで乗馬をしました。あいにくの大雨でしたが、レインコート貸し出しがあり助かりました。雨で泥濘んでいましたが慎重に馬が歩いたので、危険はなく、楽しめました。2時間があっという間に終わりました。60代での参加でしたが、良かったです。ありがとうございました。

I opted for the pickup service, but while waiting at the pickup location, the bus did not arrive, so I called the contact number. Unfortunately, the person on the phone only spoke English, which made it difficult for me to understand the situation, and I ended up feeling anxious because I couldn't get the information I needed.

However, once I was there, the staff members were very entertaining, and it turned out to be a memorable tour. I was able to enjoy activities like snorkeling and canoeing multiple times for free, which made the time fly by. I'm really glad I participated.

送迎付きにしましたが、ピックアップ場所で待っていてもバスが来なかったため問い合わせ先に電話を掛けました。しかし、電話口が英語での対応だったため内容を理解できず、結局問い合わせができず不安になったのは残念な点でした。
現地では、スタッフの方々が楽しませてくださり、とても思い出に残るツアーになりました。シュノーケリングやカヌーなど無料で何度もおこなうことができたため、しっかり楽しめて時間があっという間でした。参加してよかったです。

At the site, a Japanese staff member provided explanations in Japanese at the beginning, which made me feel at ease. During the buggy experience, the explanations were given in English by local foreign staff. The buggy ride was thrilling as we raced through the great outdoors, and it felt fantastic. There was also time to buy souvenirs and enjoy meals, making for a fulfilling experience. I would definitely like to participate again.

現地では、始めに日本人スタッフが説明してくださり日本語だったので安心しました。バギー体験中は、現地の外国人スタッフだったので英語での説明でした。バギー体験は、大自然のなかを駆け抜けるのでスリル満点で気持ちよかったです。お土産を買う時間や食事も食べる時間もあり充実した時間を過ごせました。また、是非参加したいです。

It was a bit cold in February. Unfortunately, I had to give up snorkeling because it was too cold. The tour guide was a very cheerful Japanese person, which made me feel at ease participating. I was satisfied enjoying the beautiful sea from the boat.

2月で少し寒かったです。残念ながらシュノーケリングは寒すぎて断念しました。ツアーの方はとても明るい日本人の方で、安心して参加でできました。美しい海を船から楽しめ満足しています。
