We participated as a couple in our 30s.
We were fortunate with the weather and were able to go to the sandbar under clear skies.

The sea was more beautiful than we imagined, and we were thrilled to encounter many sea turtles while snorkeling.

On our trip, there was a staff member who spoke Japanese, so it might be a good idea to inquire ahead of time since it may not be the case every time. However, I think those who are concerned about the language will feel reassured.

They properly checked the number of participants before setting out the boat, and there were plenty of snacks and drinks prepared. There were also various options for play equipment, making it a fulfilling and reassuring tour.

天候にも恵まれて、晴天のなかサンドバーに行くことができました。

想像以上に美しい海でしたし、シュノーケリングではウミガメに沢山出会うことができて感動しました。

私たちの回はスタッフに日本語を喋れる方も同乗されていたので、毎回ではないかもしれないので問い合わせした方が良いかもしれませんが言語に不安がある方も安心ではないかと思います。

ちゃんと人数確認してから船をだしたり、お菓子や飲み物も沢山用意されていたり、遊ぶ道具も色々選択肢があり充実し、また安心できるツアーでした。

The scenery was absolutely stunning. I never expected to find such a shallow and beautiful spot in the middle of the ocean. During snorkeling, I got to see turtles and fish. I participated in December, and although it was somewhat cold, it was an amazing experience.

とにかく景色が最高だった。海の真ん中にこんなに浅くて綺麗な場所があるなんて思ってもいませんでした。シュノーケリングは、亀にも魚にも会えました。12月の参加でしたが、そこそこ寒いものの、感動ものでした。

This is my second visit. A few years ago during my first visit, the weather wasn't great, but this time it was a beautifully sunny day! Several crew members spoke Japanese and were very considerate. Snorkeling in the beautiful sea and activities like stand-up paddleboarding became unforgettable memories. Snacks, drinks, and spam musubi were also provided, making it perfect to enjoy while satisfying our little hunger!

2度目の訪問です。
数年前の1度目は天気に恵まれなかったのですが、
今回は晴れたとても美しい日でした！
クルーの皆さんも日本語が話せる方が数人いて、何かと気を遣ってくださいました。
綺麗な海の真ん中でのシュノーケルや、SUPなどは一生の思い出になりました。
スナックや飲み物、スパムむすびなども準備されていて、小腹を満たしながら遊べて最高です！

I participated with my spouse and friends. At first, I wondered if there would be anyone who spoke Japanese among the staff, but there was someone who spoke it fluently, which made me feel at ease to join! Since I can't swim in deep water, I thought I would skip the snorkeling, but with a life jacket on and the staff providing constant support, I was able to see sea turtles and fish safely! I was also happy that we had prescription underwater goggles available, so everyone could participate! After snorkeling, we were able to do SUP, and it was truly a satisfying tour! Among all the meals during this trip to Hawaii, the spam musubi we had on the boat was the most delicious! The hot drinks and snacks were refreshing for our tired bodies after being in the sea! Thank you so much to the staff who really encouraged us!☆\(^-^)/

夫婦と仲間で参加させていただきました。
最初スタッフに日本語話せる方が居ないのかなと思っていたら、日本語がペラペラの方がいて安心して参加できました☆
足のつかないところでは泳げないのでシュノーケルの参加は遠慮しようと思っていたら、ライフジャケットをちゃんと付けて、スタッフの方が常にサポートしてくれる形で無事に海ガメとお魚も見れました！
度付きの水中ゴーグルもありみんなで参加出来たので嬉しかったです！
シュノーケルの後にSUPも出来て本当に大満足なツアーでした☆
今回のハワイ旅行の中で船で食べた軽食のスパムにぎりが1番美味しく感じました♪
ホットドリンクもスナックも海で疲れた体に沁みました〜！

Since the morning tour I wanted was fully booked at the time of reservation, I participated in the afternoon tour. When I entered my accommodation details during the booking, they specified the nearest pickup location.

During the tour, there was a staff member who spoke Japanese to assist us after boarding. While snorkeling, I was able to see a sea turtle up close, creating memories that are hard to experience in daily life. After snorkeling, we enjoyed various activities at our leisure, and the tour concluded.

What I was glad to bring was definitely a waterproof case for my smartphone. I bought it at a 100 yen shop in Japan, and it was fairly usable. It was a bit difficult to operate underwater while snorkeling, so I might have been more satisfied with something of better quality.

Also, a bath towel is important. If you can borrow multiple towels from the hotel, it's better to bring one along. After coming out of the sea, your body gets cold, so having one for drying off and another to wrap around you is great!

予約時は希望の午前中ツアーがいっぱいだったので午後のツアーに参加しました。予約時に宿泊先を入力すると、最寄りのピックアップ場所を指定してもらいました。

ツアーでは乗船後に日本語ができるスタッフさんにもご対応いただきました。シュノーケリングではウミガメを間近で見ることができ、日常ではなかなか体験できない思い出ができました。シュノーケリング後は各々自由なアクティビティを楽しみ、ツアーは終了しました。

持参してよかったのはやはりスマホ防水ケース。日本で100均で買ったものでしたが、まぁまぁの使い勝手でした。シュノーケリング時に水中での操作は難しかったので、もう少し性能がいいものだと満足かも？

あとはバスタオル。ホテルで複数枚借りれれば持って行った方がよいです。海から上がれば体は冷えますし、拭く用と体に羽織る用があればGoodです！

I love the kid-friendly board, my children can enjoy snorkeling without swimming skill. Such a fun and amazing tour, wanna do it again!

It was a tour in the morning, but because it had rained the day before and there was a little rain on the day itself, the sea was a bit cold and didn't have the beauty of a heavenly sea. However, as it got closer to noon, it started to clear up, and gradually beautiful scenery began to appear.

Also, I was able to see sea turtles and enjoyed stand-up paddleboarding. The tour crew spoke Japanese and were very friendly and easy to talk to, which made it a lot of fun!

Next time I come, I want to see the best scenery!

朝からのツアーでしたが、前日に雨が降っていたことと、当日少し雨が降ったため、海は少し冷たく、天国の海というほどの美しさはありませんでした。
しかし、お昼近くになると晴れ始め、次第に綺麗な景色が見え始めました。

また、ウミガメが見れたことやサップも楽しめたこと、ツアーのクルーの方々は日本語も話せることや、とても気さくで話しやすく良い方々だったこともあり、とても楽しかったです！

次回はきた際には最高の景色を見たいです！

For Jurassic Valley with door of Jurassic parc on the other side you must Take the other Movie pack and not this!!!

The sandbar was wonderful, but the guide's character and the way they explained everything in a polite and interesting manner in Japanese made for a great memory. My 4-year-old child was able to play safely. The float with the yellow underwater view was a favorite among the kids.

サンドバーの素晴らしさもありますが、ガイドさんのキャラクターや日本語でも丁寧におもしろく説明いただけて、とても良い思い出になりました。
4歳の子供も安心して遊べました。黄色の水中が見える浮き輪？が子どもたちのお気に入りでした。

The amount of dolphins out during our tour made me feel extra lucky! The west side of Oahu is sure gorgeous

From the amazing staff who fulfilled every moment. To seeing whales, turtles, dolphins and many varieties of fish. Diving off the boat into the ocean. A perfect day to end our vacation in paradise Hawaii.

I participated with my 5-year-old son and his father! First, the voucher said to gather at 10:30, but when we arrived, we were told to regroup at 10:55, so we changed and gathered! When we assembled, we were given life jackets, but they were wet from the previous customers! If you’re not wearing a wetsuit, it can be quite cold! My child was already saying it was cold at that point.

The activity was supposed to be 35 minutes of fun with dolphins, but there was an explanation that took about 30 minutes before it started, and we were left feeling quite cold in the wet life jackets against our bare skin, waiting for the dolphin interaction to begin. (It was December, and it wasn't very hot, but it was sunny ☀️)

Once we got into the water, it was incredibly cold!!! In the end, my lips turned purple, and I was shivering uncontrollably. Afterward, we jumped into the hotel jacuzzi. Other foreign guests also looked a bit cold. If you have underwater goggles, you can dive down and observe, but since it's the dolphins' habitat, it can't be helped; however, there were some weeds, and the water wasn't exactly clean.

That said, the interaction with the dolphins was plentiful; they performed many tricks right in front of us, we could feed them, and we swam alongside them✨. We took lots of cute photos and returned very satisfied. For the 35-minute activity, you need not only a towel but also a swimsuit.

5歳の息子と父親で参加しました！
まず、バウチャーには10：30集合になっていましたが行ってみると55分に再集合と言われ、着替えて集合！
集合がかかるとライフジャケットを渡されるのですが、前のお客様が着ていたものなので濡れています！
ウエットスーツを着ていないとかなり冷たいかも！
子供はその時点で冷たい冷たいと言っていました。
そして、35分間イルカと楽しめるアクティビティとのことでしたが、始まるまでの説明というか、お話がプラスで30分程と、とても長く冷たいライフジャケットを素肌に着たまま、なかなか始まらないイルカとのふれあいに水に入る前から既にちょっと寒そう。(12月でとても暑い日ではなかったですが晴れていました☀️)
そして水に入ると、またとんでもなく水が冷たい！！！
最終的に唇は紫でガクブルでガタガタ震え、終わってからホテルのジャグジーにドボンでした
他の外国の方々も少し寒そうにしていました
水中眼鏡を持っていれば一緒に潜って観察して良いのですが、イルカの住むところなので仕方ないのですが、潜ると藻があったり水は清潔とは言い難い様子。
が、イルカとの触れ合いはたっぷり、目の前で沢山芸をしてくれたりフィーディングができたり、イルカと一緒に並んで泳げたり✨可愛い写真もたくさんで大満足で帰ってきました
35分のアクティビティでは持ち物、タオルだけではなく水着必要です

I was informed about the tide conditions in advance and chose the best time to participate. There was also an explanation in Japanese, so I had no worries. On the day of the event, it was a bit chilly, but the warm drinks were very appreciated. I was moved to see many more turtles than I expected. SUP was also fun.

事前に潮の具合を教えてもらい、ベストな時間を選んで参加しました。
日本語の説明もあり、不安はありませんでした。
当日は、少し寒い気温でしたが、温かい飲み物がとてもありがたかったです。
予想よりたくさんの亀に会えて、感動でした。
SUPも楽しかったです。

I had always thought about visiting Kualoa Ranch someday. Since my husband loves Jurassic Park, we chose this tour. It felt like we were going through three short tours in one day. Each segment lasts 90 minutes, almost like a college class! The explanations are in English, but the American jokes are simple enough that you won't be completely lost. We learned about Hawaiian plants, and surprisingly, there were some aspects that felt like a school trip. We even got to crack macadamia nuts ourselves and enjoy fresh ones, making it a tour filled with attractions beyond just visiting movie filming locations. I was very satisfied. However, the time commitment is long, so it might feel like a waste if you're on a short stay. The round-trip bus is extremely cold, so I recommend bringing a thicker jacket or hoodie.

いつかは行ってみようと思っていたクアロアランチ。夫がジュラシックパークが好きなのでこちらのツアーにしました。３つのショートツアーを一日かけて周る感じです。90分1コマなのでまるで大学の授業のよう笑　英語の説明ですが、アメリカンジョークも簡単なものだったりするのでそんなに何を話してるかわからない状態にはなりませんが、ハワイの植物を学んだりと意外と修学旅行チックなツアーもありました。マカダミアナッツを自分で割ってフレッシュなものを食べれたりと、映画のロケ地訪問だけではない魅力が詰まったツアーで大満足でした。ただ、拘束時間が長いので短期滞在だと勿体無いかも。往復のバスは極寒なので厚めの羽織ものやパーカーをお持ちになることをおすすめします。

I've done this tour year ago And I loved sandbar and had good memories with this tour .
So I brought my friend's couple to do this one. We did snorkeling and watched turtles and a lot of fishs! After that we enjoyed fun things including paddle , tube !
Chrystal and all ladies who help with us, team members all kind and professional!

The water level was slightly lower than expected, about 1 foot, and the children were having a great time. The weather was nice, and the scenery was beautiful, with the shallow areas appearing whitish. I appreciated the encouragement and support provided to help the children play happily. The water temperature was warmer than I had anticipated, which was a relief. I was also guided to a spot that looked like a heart at the end, where I was able to take some great photos.

1ftと予想より少し少ないくらいの水位で、子どもが楽しんでいました。天気もよく景色もよく、浅いところが白っぽく見えました。子どもが楽しく遊べるよう声掛けやサポートしていただけて、助かりました。
水温が思っていたより暖かくて助かりました。
ハートに見えるところを最後に案内していただけて、いい写真が撮れました。

The ocean is incredibly beautiful! I was able to see sea turtles! They also kindly teach you how to snorkel and use the boat!

There are people who speak Japanese, so you won't have to proceed without understanding the explanations, and it was also great that they provided transportation to Waikiki.

日本語を話してくださる方がいらっしゃるので、説明が分からないまま進むこともないし、ワイキキまで送迎があるのも有り難かったです。

I participated because I wanted to see sea turtles.
On the day of the tour, the sky was cloudy, and the sea wasn't very clear, but I was able to see sea turtles both from the boat and while snorkeling!
There were no Japanese-speaking staff on our boat, but there was a staff member who understood a little Japanese, so I felt somewhat at ease participating.
During the drive to and from the location, the driver was very friendly and engaging, so I didn't get bored!
It was a very enjoyable tour.
If I have the opportunity, I would definitely like to participate again.

ウミガメに会いたくて参加しました。
当日は曇り空で、海はあまり綺麗に見えづらかったのですが、船の上からもシュノーケリング中もウミガメに会うことができました！
私たちの乗る船には、日本語スタッフの方はおられませんでしたが、日本語が少し通じるスタッフの方がおられたので、ある程度安心して参加をすることができました。
行き帰りの車では、運転手の方がとても楽しくお話をしてくださり、退屈しませんでした！
とても楽しいツアーになりました。
また機会があれば、ぜひ参加したいです。

We did the Jungle expedition, movie sets and agriculture tours. The guides at the ranch were great. The ranch itself is beautiful. We learned a lot of interesting facts about Polynesian culture, what’s grown on the ranch and got to try a few foods while on the agriculture tour. I took a star off because the bus driver was kind of a jerk. He complained about the other driver and belittled us for not laughing at his jokes or wanting to interact with his aggressive attempt at a side show on the way to the ranch. One lady did attempt to interact with him by asking a question and he got angry with her. No one attempted to engage with him after that. On the ride back to Waikiki he didn’t speak and hurried people off at their stops.

I was picked up by bus and moved to Senba, where everyone cheerfully explained everything in Japanese, from the precautions for boarding the boat to the overall flow. I had an incredibly fun time, got to see turtles, and it became the best memory!!! This time I came for my honeymoon, but I would like to use this service again when our family grows!!

バスで迎えにきてもらい、船場まで移動し、船乗る時の注意点から、全体の流れまで日本語で皆んな明るく説明してくれ、めちゃくちゃ楽しく過ごせて、カメも見れて、最高の思い出になりました！！！
今回はハネムーンできましたが、今度は家族が増えた際に、また利用させてもらいたいです！！

After racing along the dirt paths of the jungle while explaining the surroundings and enjoying the vast scenery, it was a bit disappointing to feel increasingly deflated during the movie set tour and the visit to the farmer's living area. If we were going to explore similar spaces, it might have been better to have different experiences like horseback riding or cycling. I wish there had been clearer explanations of the activities during the booking phase.

ジャングルの土道を説明しながら疾駆し、広大な景色を満喫した後、映画撮影現場ツアー、農家の生活域への訪問と続いて、どんどん気持ち的に萎えてしまう様だったのが少々残念。同じ様な空間を回るのであれば、乗馬とかサイクリングとかの別形態の体験をした方が良かったかも知れないと、もう少し体験内容の事前説明を募集段階で判るようにしてあったらと思う。

The sea is beautiful! During snorkeling, the guide constantly informed us about the locations of sea turtles, allowing us to see them clearly, which was moving! They also introduced activities like stand-up paddleboarding, making it accessible even for beginners! I had a great time and would love to participate again!

とにかく海がきれい！シュノーケリングは添乗員さんの案内のもと、ウミガメのいる場所とかも常に教えてくれるので、しっかり見ることができ、感動しました！サップ？みたいなアクティビティも教えてくれたりするので、初心者でもできました！楽しい時間を過ごせたので、また参加したいと思いました！

It was amazing,We had the best tour guide, he was very nice, informative and knowledgeable with history kept it interesting throughout our 90 min tour . definitely worth making this a must do on your trip to HI,

This was my second time participating. I felt reassured because there were staff members who could communicate in Japanese. I was worried about food and hydration since lunch wasn't provided, but there were light snacks like sweets and warm cocoa available, so I didn't feel particularly hungry even though it took until the afternoon.

There were many free rental options available, and even with the tide coming in, I was able to have a lot of fun with the inflatable rings and kayaks. For snorkeling, there is a rental set available. If you're concerned about hygiene, I think it's a good idea to bring your own gear.

Even for those who are not confident swimmers, the staff had inflatable rings that you could hold onto while swimming, so I think you can participate with peace of mind.

It can be cold on the water and on the bus ride back, so I recommend definitely bringing a long-sleeved rash guard and a change of clothes. Also, if you have an underwater camera, you can capture memories of turtles while snorkeling, so bringing one would be great for preserving your travel memories.

I had an absolutely amazing time. I'm very satisfied!!

2回目の参加。
日本語対応のスタッフさんもいたため安心して参加することが出来ました。
昼食等は着いてなかったので、水分や食事が心配でしたが、お菓子などの軽食や暖かいココア等が準備されていたため、昼過ぎまでかかりますが特に空腹等は気にならなかったです。
無料で借りれるオプションがたくさんあったたも、潮が満ちていても浮き輪やカヤック等でたくさん遊べました。
シュノーケルでは、貸出のセットがあります。感染面が気になる方は各自用意するといいと思います。
泳ぎが苦手な方でもスタッフさんが浮き輪をもっていてそれに掴む方で泳ぐことも出来るので安心して参加できると思いました。

海の上や帰りのバスは寒いので長袖のラッシュガードや着替えは必ず持っていった方がいいと思います。また、水中カメラ等あるとシュノーケルの際に亀などもとれるためある方はもってくると旅の思い出を写真に残すことができると思います。
最高に楽しかったです。大満足です！！

The week before was said to be cold, but the day I participated had great weather, perfect for activities! The emerald green clarity of the sea was incredible, and depending on the day, the tide was different, so the sandbar was not knee-deep but waist-deep. However, the calm sea allowed for marine activities, and during snorkeling, I was lucky enough to see many fish and a sea turtle near the coral reef, which was amazing. The participants were from various countries, and although the explanations were in English, Jamie, a half-Japanese sister, was fluent in Japanese and helped by providing explanations in Japanese. The half-day tour was so much fun and went by in a flash! I definitely want to participate in this tour again! There were free snacks provided, including drinks, snacks, and fruit. The hotel pick-up was also on time.

前の週は寒かったそうですが、自分の参加したい日は天候が良くて、絶好のアクティビティ日和でした！海のエメラルドグリーンの透明度が半端なくて、その日によって潮の満ち潮が違うので、サンドバーはひざ丈ではなく、腰の高さはありました。でも静かな海と、マリンアクティビティができて、シュノーケリングでは、珊瑚礁近くに沢山の魚と、海ガメをラッキーにもみることが出来て、最高でした。参加者は色んな国の人達で、英語の説明ですが、ハーフのお姉さんジェイミーが、日本語がペラペラなので、説明も日本語でしてくれて助かりました。とても楽しく半日のツアーがあっという間でした！また是非参加してみたいツアーです！！軽食が無料で付いていてドリンクと、スナックと果物と食べられました。ホテル送迎も時間通りでした。

I participated in a tour with Captain Bruce. Half of the participants were Japanese, and there were both a Japanese guide and an English guide, providing thorough explanations without any difficulties. Although it was low tide and the water level was about waist-deep, unfortunately, we couldn't see the beach. However, the weather was nice, and during the final snorkeling session, we encountered a honu! It was a very satisfying tour.

キャプテンブルースさんのツアーに参加しました。
半分は日本の方々で、日本語ガイドさんと英語のガイドさんがおり特に不自由なく、丁寧な説明がありました。
干潮の時間帯ではありましたが、腰くらいの水位で残念ながら砂浜は見れませんでしたが、天気も良く、最後のシュノーケリングではホヌと遭遇!
とても満足できるツアーでした。

It became a great memory! However, the sandbar was mostly underwater, so that was a bit disappointing since it was just nature.
