Even in Hawaii, it was cold in December. The half-day course was just right. I recommend it as a trial for those who want to try snorkeling. Since you just swim back and forth while looking at the coral, it was fine even if you’re not very confident in your swimming skills. As others have commented, the sandbar depends on the timing of the tides, so it was a bit disappointing. However, I was happy to see not only sea turtles but also manta rays!

I used the service on December 29. There was no wind, and the sea was calm, making it a perfect day for the tour. It was a wonderful experience with many sea turtles observed, and my small children, aged 3 and 6, were able to play happily. The tour staff's fun talks and thoughtfulness added to the experience.

However, the air conditioning on the bus going there was too cold, and all the tour guests were uncomfortable. I tried to bring it up to the driver, but as soon as I started talking, he had an attitude that suggested I shouldn't say anything more. What a shame! On the day we arrived in Hawaii, we wanted to enjoy a lovely sunset, so our family of four decided to take this cruise. We boarded from the pier right in front of the Hilton, and the kids were able to play on the beach during the waiting time, which made it a stress-free experience. When the sun began to set, we left our shoes before boarding and didn't need to bring much else. The boat was relatively large and had restrooms. There were benches in both a sheltered area to avoid the sun and wind, as well as an outdoor area. They offered light snacks, but it was just chips and cookies. That day, it was just us and one other couple from abroad. Unfortunately, we couldn't see the sunset, and we cruised until the city lights came on, but it was really windy and cold!!! I wore a long-sleeve shirt and a windbreaker, but my feet were bare and got chilly... The boat was rocking, and my 2-year-old got seasick and was in a bad mood. It was quite a long time, so I felt sorry for him. I think the atmosphere and facilities are good, so I recommend this for families with small children during warmer seasons!

Me and my boyfriend had a great time on this sail. The crew was so friendly, made us feel right at home. We like to snorkel every chance we get - and we love when the crew will show us specific cool finds - like sea turtles and dolphins! The food was delicious as well. We like more intimate sails, and there were only about 15 people on our boat, with 4 crew members - PERFECT! Overall just a great tour and exactly what we were looking for. Wish it would have lasted longer! 4 hours on the dot. Thanks again guys.

I had a valuable experience! The sea turtles were friendly and stayed around the boat the whole time. Since I wasn't good at snorkeling, I was able to borrow a float and have fun. And, the lunch was a buffet style and very enjoyable. I would like to participate again when I go to Oahu.

There was no sand, but the water was about knee-deep and the weather was sunny, so I was able to take very beautiful photos. I also encountered a sea turtle and the food was delicious. However, since there were only enough paper plates for the number of people, those who want seconds should keep their paper plates.

It's important to note that the rules do not allow staff to take photos with just an iPhone or a camera in a waterproof case, so I highly recommend bringing a waterproof camera. When snorkeling to see the coral, the visibility wasn't very high, and many areas of the coral appeared to be dead. I went in December, but since the water was cold, it's a good idea to bring something to wear on the boat.

I was a bit anxious because my elderly mother was with me, but the staff were kind and we were able to enjoy ourselves. I especially appreciate the help from the staff member "Yuki," who I believe is Japanese. I would like to visit again during the season when the sandy beach appears.

Also, I was disappointed for being late to the meeting time, but I am grateful that the VELTRA staff called the hotel and made new arrangements for us. Thank you very much!

I forgot the name (sorry...), but the Japanese female staff member was cute, funny, and made it enjoyable♪ They also called the fish with food for snorkeling, and my kindergarten-aged daughter was able to have a great time. The hotel pickup was smooth, and we arrived from the Ala Moana Hotel in about an hour. The staff were all cheerful. The weather was great, and the sandbar was incredibly beautiful. My 81-year-old father managed to walk in water up to his knees. I want to thank the Japanese staff member who held his hand. It was a rare opportunity to enter such a beautiful sea, and he seemed very impressed! The lunch was also good and very delicious. During the free time afterward, everyone enjoyed themselves with canoes, paddleboards, and floating around with inner tubes. Since everyone was treated as beginners for snorkeling and had to line up to practice before diving, it reduced the fun a bit; I wished that those with snorkeling experience could dive freely. However, there were surprisingly many fish, so we still had a good time. The friendly atmosphere of the staff was really nice.

I had a great time.
I participated in mid-September, and the sandbar was about 15 to 20 cm deep at the shallowest point.
During snorkeling, when the staff threw in some food, a lot of fish came close, and I really enjoyed it.
(I think there were sea turtles, but I missed seeing them.)
The lunch hamburger was surprisingly delicious!

I applied sunscreen before participating, but while I took a 30-minute nap on the boat, I got an incredibly severe sunburn like I had never experienced before. It was painful to walk the next day and afterward, which was tough.
At the end, the staff said, "Since this is an American company, if possible, we would appreciate your feelings..." (for tips), so I dropped a little something into the tip bucket at the boat disembarkation point. However, when I looked at the bucket, there were zero tips from anyone except our group!!!
During the tour, they prepared meals and provided support, and I felt that the staff's personality and service were very pleasant. However, there were some people who hesitated, saying things like, "Is it okay to give just coins?" which personally surprised me.

スタッフさんがみなさん優しくて、ほんとに1日子供のように遊べました。
たくさん家族で写真も撮ってもらい、最高の親孝行ができました♪

ただ、帰りは船もバスも寒いので厚手の上着があった方がいいです。
薄手のパーカー持っていきましたが、それでも寒かったです。

This is a highly satisfying tour.
