The pick-up and drop-off service to the hotel was efficient, and the staff's bright smiles enhanced the tour. If you check the tide and the weather is favorable, it will definitely be an unforgettable experience. The snorkeling experience was also fun, as I got to see various fish swimming around the coral reefs! The lunch was delicious too. I highly recommend it!

ホテル迄の送り迎えも手際良く、スタッフの明るい笑顔がツアーを盛り上げます。
潮位を調べ、お天気に恵まれれば、間違いなく最高の思い出になります。
スノーケリング体験も、サンゴ礁を泳ぐ色々な魚達に会えて楽しかった！

The cruise was filled with a bright and fun atmosphere, typical of Hawaii, and as we progressed, we received explanations about filming locations from Jurassic Park. I was thrilled to see sea turtles multiple times.

I had never tried snorkeling before and was quite unsure, but I decided to give it a go. The staff kindly checked my gear and equipment, which allowed me to experience it without any anxiety. The underwater world was so enjoyable that I feel like I might become hooked on snorkeling.

It would have been difficult to get there on my own, so using the tour was definitely the right choice.

　明るく楽しいガイドさんでハワイらしい雰囲気満点のクルーズ、途中ジュラシックパークの撮影場所の説明なども聞きながら進んでいくと、ウミガメもしっかり何度も現れてくれて感激しました。
　シュノーケリングは全くの初めてでかなり自信がなかったのですが、思い切ってチャレンジ。親切に着用の状態や装備の点検をしてくれたので、不安なく体験することができました。水中の世界が楽し過ぎて、これからシュノーケリングにはまりそう。
　自力で行くのは大変な場所なので、ツアー利用して正解でした。

I participated in this tour during my first visit to Hawaii. The water was incredibly clear and the emerald green sea was amazing. The guide was very friendly, and I had a great time. It had been over 10 years since I last swam in the ocean, so I was a bit anxious, but the detailed explanations in Japanese made me feel very reassured. There were also many small children participating. This was a tour that I would love to join again when I come back to Hawaii! (﹡´◡`﹡ )

初めてのハワイでこちらのツアーに参加しました。
透明度抜群でエメラルドグリーンの海は最高でした。ガイドさんもとても気さくな方で、楽しく過ごせました。海で泳ぐのは10年以上ぶりだったので、なにかと不安でしたが、日本語で丁寧に説明していただけるのでとても安心です。小さな子供もたくさん参加していました。
次回ハワイにきたときももういちど参加したいと思えるツアーでした(﹡´◡`﹡ )

All the staff were friendly and it was the best experience. Since it was an afternoon tour, the water level rose, so the Heaven's Sea tour might be better in the morning? However, thanks to that, my daughter and granddaughter enjoyed being welcomed by turtles and pufferfish. The barbecue meat and shrimp were more delicious than expected, and I ended up going back for seconds three times.

午後ツアーだったので水位が上がって、やはり天国の海ツアーは午前中が良いかも？
でも、おかげで亀とふぐの歓迎を受けて娘も孫娘も楽しみました。
バーベキューのお肉と海老が予想以上に美味しく、3回もおかわりしてしまいました。

After 17 years since our honeymoon, we finally went to Hawaii as a family of four with our children. This was my first time participating in such an activity. In contrast to my dislike for boats, my wife and kids seemed to be having a great time. However, we set sail from the location where the scene of escaping from lava due to a volcanic eruption in "Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom" was filmed, which instantly raised my excitement as I had watched Jurassic World in the theater.

The Japanese crew on the boat were very kind and made me feel at ease during the trip. While we were playing in the heavenly sea, they grilled hamburgers on the BBQ grill at the back of the boat. I was curious about what the light meal would be, and it turned out to be hamburgers with patties and vegetables in buns. My kids love them, and they happily devoured them, saying how delicious they were!

After playing at the sandbar, we enjoyed searching for sea turtles, and we could see many from the boat. The kids were excitedly pointing out, "Look, there's one over there!" and "There's another one here!" They had a great time searching for the turtles together. Finally, we enjoyed snorkeling at a spot where lots of fish gather. Unfortunately, my kids were too scared to snorkel, but I made sure to take plenty of pictures of the fish underwater. When I showed the footage to the kids later, they were thrilled, exclaiming, "Wow! Amazing! There are so many!"

Next time, I hope my kids will practice snorkeling so they can join in properly.

新婚旅行以来１７年ぶりに子供たちと家族４人で行ったハワイで
初めて参加しました。
船が苦手な私とは対照的に妻と子供は楽しそうにはしゃいでいました。
しかし、ジュラシックワールド”炎の王国”で火山の噴火による溶岩から
恐竜を連れて港から逃げるシーンを撮影した場所からの出航で、
ジュラシックワールドを映画館で見ていた私のテンションも一気に
上がりました。
船には日本人のクルーが親切に対応してくれていて、
安心して参加することが出来ました。
天国の海で私たちが遊んでいる間に船の後方にあるBBQグリルで
ハンバーグを焼いてくれました。
軽食と書いてあったので、何だろう？と思っていたのですが
バンズにハンバーグや野菜を挟んで食べるハンバーガーでした。
子供は大好きなので大はしゃぎでおいしいと言ってペロッと食べていました！
サンドバーで遊んだ後はウミガメ探し船の上からでも何匹も
確認できるほどたくさんいて「ほら、あそこにいるよ～」
とか「こっちにもいるよ～」と兄弟でウミガメ探しを楽しんでいました。
そして、最後に魚がいっぱい集まるというポイントでシュノーケリングを
楽しみました。
残念ながら子供は怖がってシュノーケリングは出来ませんでしたが、
その分親である私が頑張って海の中の魚たちを一杯撮影しました。
後日その映像を子供たちに見せると「すごい！すごい！いっぱいいる～」
といって大変喜んでくれました。
次回子供たちはちゃんとシュノーケリングできるように練習して
参加したいと思います。

I went snorkeling and did some stand-up paddleboarding! It was raining heavily at first, but then it cleared up and we got to see some sea turtles(^^). There were several instructors who spoke fluent Japanese, so I felt at ease♬︎ The barbecue on the boat had plenty of food, and I was very satisfied! We also got to take a group photo, and there was a service to download it for free◎ Depending on the season and weather, it might be cold, so having a jacket could be a good idea.

シュノーケリングやその他サップなどしました！最初は大雨でしたが、後に晴れてきてウミガメさんも会いに来てくれました(^^)日本語ぺらぺらのインストラクターさんが複数居てるので、安心♬︎船上バーベキューも量も沢山あって大満足でした！集合写真も撮ってもらえて、無料でダウンロード出来るサービス付きでした◎時期や天気によっては寒い可能性もありますので上着はあるといいかもです。

There is a live band and hula dancing, and the guests also participate and dance together. I am close with the band members, and they always accommodate my requests. It's fun, and I always look forward to it.

生バンドとフラダンスもあり、お客も一緒に参加して踊っています、私はバンドのメンバーとも親しく、いつもリクエストに応じてくえます、楽しいです、

The sea was very beautiful, and it was wonderful to see so many fish swimming. Also, the coral was very large, and I was breathless at the sight I saw for the first time.
The BBQ was quite affected by the heavy rain, but the hamburgers were very delicious, and I was able to enjoy it even in the downpour.

海がとても綺麗で、魚がたくさん泳いでいるのが素敵でした。また、珊瑚がとても大きくて初めて見る光景に息を呑みました。
雨がかなりひどかったBBQでしたが、ハンバーガーがとても美味しく、大雨でも楽しめました。

When we arrived at the port, it was rainy, which was a bit disappointing, but as we went out to sea, the skies cleared up. The sandbar walk and encounters with sea turtles were a lot of fun. Snorkeling was also a valuable experience.

港に着いた時は雨模様で、少しがっかりだったが、沖合いに出るにつれ晴れ間が。サンドバーウォークや海ガメとの出会いはとても楽しかった。シュノーケルも貴重な体験でした。

I had a wonderful time with the lovely guide and staff! I was a bit anxious since I had a child with me, but the sandbar was shallow enough for my 2-year-old to enjoy, and we even got to see sea turtles, which was so exciting! The guide was very considerate, and we were in a great mood the whole time! I was also happy that they actively took photos for us!

Snorkeling was a bit too early for my 2-year-old, so we took turns enjoying it. The food was delicious, and having unlimited drinks was great too.

素敵なガイドさんとスタッフさんで楽しい時間を過ごせました(^^)子供づれだったので不安でしたが、サンドバーは浅瀬で2歳児でも楽しめて海亀も見れて大興奮♫ガイドさんが気遣ってくださり、終始ご機嫌でした！写真も積極的に撮ってくださり嬉しかったです！
シュノーケリングは流石に2歳には早かったので代わり番こに楽しみました。
ご飯も美味しくドリンク飲み放題なのもいいですね。

It was one of a kind tour. The Sand bar was very mesmerizing. Great views all around. The volleyball we played was super fun.

Turtle watching was good but not outstanding. We were able to spot a few.

However the highlight was snorkeling. Great location choosen for the activity. Amazing variety of fishes and plantlife was spotted while snorkeling.

I loved the tour and would definitely recommend it to anyone in Oahu.

Every part of the itinerary was truly wonderful, but what stood out the most was the hospitality of the staff! While I was playing at the sandbar, I dropped my glasses and was in trouble, but all the staff helped me look for them, and miraculously, they were found! Jamie, in particular, willingly took part in the search and was a great help!! Thank you for the lovely tour! The lunch we had on the boat was also very delicious.

すべての行程が本当に素晴らしかったのですが、特に素晴らしかったのが、スタッフの方々のホスピタリティー！
サンドバーで遊んでいるときに、メガネを落としてしまって、困っていたところに、スタッフ全員で探してもらい、奇跡的に見つかりました！特にジェイミーは快く捜索をかって出てくれて、本当に助かりました！！

I participated with my child who is almost 2 years old, and we both had a great time. Since my child is still small, we didn't go snorkeling, but just floating in the sea with a life jacket was enough fun. The hamburgers and beer we had on the boat were also excellent. The staff's service was wonderful, and it became a very nice memory.

もうすぐ2歳になる子供と参加しましたが、親子でとても楽しめました。
まだ子供が小さいためシュノーケリングはしませんでしたが、ライフジャケットをつけて海に浮いてるだけでも十分楽しめました。また船上で食べたハンバーガーとビールも最高でした。
スタッフの皆さんの対応も素晴らしく、とても良い思い出になりました。

I suddenly decided to go to Hawaii, so I made a reservation for the day I would leave Japan. When I went to the sandbar, where the water gets about 10 centimeters deep, I was surprised to see a honu (sea turtle) appear! This was my first honu encounter this time. During the cruise, I saw about 6 to 7 honu. The hamburgers for lunch were freshly grilled on the boat and were delicious. The snorkeling spot was filled with colorful fish, and I enjoyed it, but unfortunately, I couldn't swim with the honu due to bad timing. The staff were very friendly and helped me enjoy the Hawaiian sea after a long time.

急にハワイに行くことになったので日本を出発する日に予約しました。
サンドバーはひざ下10センチくらいで深くなる境に行った時にちょうどホヌがあらわれてビックリ！今回の初ホヌでした。
クルーズでは６～７のホヌをみられました。
ランチのハンバーガーも船上で焼き立てをいただき美味しかったです。
シュノーケリングのポイントは色とりどりの魚がいて楽しめましたがタイミングが悪くホヌと一緒には泳げませんでした。
スタッフの方もいろいろ声をかけてkudasari久しぶりのハワイの海を楽しめました。

I was moved by my first experience at the sandbar! It was also my first time seeing a beautiful heart-shaped sandbar! I was able to meet many honu (sea turtles)!

This was a place I had wanted to visit since I saw it in photos. I participated in this tour and was very satisfied.

There were two boats. One was exclusively for Japanese people, and the other was for people from other countries, as there were many Japanese participants. The main staff were also Japanese (Yuki was wonderful!) and they made the tour lively with their guidance and fun conversations. Even though other staff members weren't fluent in Japanese, they were all very friendly, engaging with everyone and making an effort to enhance the experience. This tour is perfectly fine even if you can't speak English.

The water level at the sandbar was higher than I expected, but the white sandy beach of coral that emerges in the middle of the ocean and the color contrast with the deep sea was something I had never seen before; it was truly beautiful and moving. I sincerely wished I had a camera-equipped drone. I will definitely bring one next time!

The BBQ hamburger for lunch was delicious, with a thick patty. Alcohol was $5 per drink (settled at the end), and soft drinks were unlimited. It was explained that there was a minimum of $20 for purchasing alcohol with a credit card.

As for turtle watching, since they are not domesticated, I think it's a matter of luck. However, I was able to see them several times. Snorkeling takes place in areas where you can't touch the bottom, but with life jackets, ropes to hold onto, and all the necessary fins and masks provided, it felt safe. However, the current can be quite strong, so it might be a bit challenging for those who are not confident swimmers. We swam around areas where the distance from the surface to the coral was close, but it was disappointing to see some people walking on the coral despite being told not to. Since the tour is explained in Japanese, I hope participants will listen carefully and follow the rules to protect the beautiful nature.

When returning to the port or after snorkeling when getting back on the boat, it can get quite cold as the boat moves while you're still wet. Since there isn't much time to change before arriving at the port, I recommend bringing a large bath towel to wrap around yourself.

There is a tip box when you disembark, so it might be good to bring some cash. Tipping is not very familiar to Japanese people, but it's a way to express gratitude for a good time, so I hope you will consider showing your appreciation. Thank you to all the staff!

写真で見たときから「行きたい！」と思っていた場所でした。こちらのツアーに参加して大満足です。

船は2隻。1隻は日本人専用ともう1隻はそれ以外の国の人たちに分けられるぐらいに、日本人が多かったです。メインスタッフの方も日本人で（Yukiさん素敵！）ガイドや楽しいお喋りでツアーを盛り上げてくれました。他のスタッフも日本語が堪能ではなくても、みんなに話しかけてくれたり気を使ってくれたり盛り上げてくれたりと、皆さん素敵な人達でした。英語話せなくても大丈夫なツアーです。

サンドバーの水位は思っていたよりもあったのですが、海のど真ん中に出てくるあの白いサンゴの砂浜と深い海の堺の色合いが、今まで見たことがないもので、本当に綺麗で感動しました。カメラ付きドローンを欲しかったと切実に思いました。次回は必ず！

ランチのBBQハンバーガーも、パティが分厚くて美味しかったです。アルコールは一杯5ドル（最後にまとめて清算）、ソフトドリンクは飲み放題でした。クレジットカードでアルコールを購入する人は、ミニマム20ドルと説明がありました。

カメウォッチングは、飼われている訳ではないので運だと思います。でも、何度か見ることが出来ました。シュノーケリングは、足が付かない場所でするのですが、ライフジャケットを付けたり、ロープにつかまったり、フィンやマスクなども完備なので安心です。ただ、結構流されるので泳ぎに自信がない人は少し大変かもしれません。海面とサンゴまでの距離が近いところの「まわり」を泳ぐのですが、サンゴに立たないでくださいと言われていながらも上を歩いている人がいてとても残念でした。日本語で説明してくれるツアーなので、綺麗な自然を守るためにも、ツアー参加する人たちにはちゃんと説明を聞いてルールを守って欲しいと思いました。

港へ帰る時やシュノーケリングが終わって船へ上がってからは、全身濡れている中船が走るので、結構寒いかと思います。着替える時間もなく港へ到着するので、大判のバスタオルなどを羽織ると良いかと思います。

船を降りる時にチップボックスがあるので、少し現金を持って行くと良いかと思います。日本人にはあまりなじみのないチップですが、良い時間を過ごせた、ありがとうという気持ちなので、ぜひ心遣いを渡して欲しいなと思います。スタッフの皆さん、ありがとうございました！

The guide was kind, and I was able to interact closely with the sea turtles, plus the food was delicious! Be careful of sunburn, so make sure to apply sunscreen and dress appropriately. I got really excited and ended up being loud, but it seems that the sea turtles don't come close to loud noises. The best way to get close is to quietly observe them when you find them!

The guide was so genuine that I didn't mind giving a tip at all!

ガイドさんも優しいし、ウミガメと至近距離で触れ合えたし、ご飯も美味しい！
日焼けは結構しますので、しっかり塗って着込んで対策を。
テンション高くて大声が出てしまいますが、ウミガメさんはうるさい音には近づいてこないみたいです。見つけたらそっと見守りするのが1番近づけるポイントです！

ガイドさんがとても良心的なので、チップ渡すのは嫌にならないほど良かったです！

I had a great time playing beach volleyball at Sandbar! There weren't many Japanese people participating, but when I gathered the courage to join in, it was so much fun!

In the morning, the sky was cloudy and the sea wasn't that beautiful, but after the clouds cleared and the sun came out, the sea was unbelievably beautiful and I was moved.

Snorkeling was also amazing, with lots of fish and beautiful coral.

サンドバーでは多国籍バレーをして楽しめました！日本人はなかなか入っていく人が少なかったですが、勇気を出して参加してみるとすごく楽しいです！
午前中は雲がかかっていて海はそこまで綺麗ではなかったのですが、雲がなくなり太陽が出てきた後の海は信じられないくらい綺麗で感動しました。
シュノーケリングもお魚が沢山いて、サンゴもありとても綺麗でした。

My family and I loved spending the day on Captain Bob's Kaneohe Bay Sandbar Snorkel Adventure.

Having the chance to practise snorkeling at the sandbar before heading out to the reef was great for the kids and the fish at the reef were plentiful and colourful.

A nice hot chocolate on the way back was a great touch to warm the bellies :)

The band performance and stage were only on the second floor, and you couldn't access them from the deck. If there hadn't been fireworks, this tour would have offered nothing besides the cruise for this price. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it. I'm sorry.

バンド演奏やステージも2階のみでデッキから降りても入れない状態でした。
これで花火がなかったらクルーズ以外なにもないツアーでこの値段、個人的にはお勧めしません。ごめんなさい。

The ocean in Hawaii that I visited for the first time was incredibly beautiful, and I was moved by it. The malasada I had for the first time was served warm, and I was able to eat it right away, which was also a touching experience. It was so delicious that it has become one of my favorite foods.

My first experience with snorkeling was also very good. I’m not a strong swimmer, so I had to get back on the boat, but I still want to try it again.

The barbecue on the boat was wonderful because I got to eat my favorite kalbi, which made me very happy.

The guide's explanations were very clear and I appreciated that.

Everyone was kind and gentle, and I definitely want to go back.

初めて行ったハワイの海はとても色がうつくしくて、感動しました。
初めて食べたハワイのマラサダは、ホカホカに温かくしてくださったものを直ぐに食べれて、これも感動でした。とても美味しくて、私の大好きな食べ物の一つに加わりました。
シュノーケルの初体験もとても良かったです。泳ぎはカナヅチなので、ボートに上がらされましたが、でもまた行ってみたいと思えました。
船上でのバーベキューはわたしの大好きなカルビが食べれて幸せでした。

ガイドの方の説明もとてもわかりやすく、ありがたかったです。

みんな親切にしてくださる、優しい方ばかりで、また行きたいと思いました。

The staff were very energetic, and although I participated alone, I had a great time. I hesitated to join the snorkeling time because it was a bit cold, but I decided to go for it, and it was the right choice! I was able to capture a sea turtle swimming right below me on camera! It might be good to have marine shoes for snorkeling. It can be a bit painful on your feet if you're barefoot from the sandbar to the snorkeling point.

スタッフさんたちもとても元気で、１人で参加しましたがとても楽しめました。シュノーケリングタイムはちょっと寒くてやめようか迷いましたが、思いきって参加して正解❗自分の真下を泳ぐ海亀をカメラにおさめることが出来ました❗ シュノーケリングはマリンシューズがあるといいかもしれません。サンドバーからシュノーケリングのポイントまで、裸足だとちょっと足が痛いです。

Until dinner, I wondered if I could eat more, so I chose this. Also, the all-you-can-drink option was appealing.

There were four types of appetizers, but since we had a late lunch, this was enough for us. Among them, two were edamame and yakitori. The rest included fruit, meatballs, and a variety of drinks like sparkling wine, wine, beer, and soft drinks, so I had no complaints.

This price includes a tip. We were the only Japanese people who ordered this course, so it really felt like we were in a foreign country. It was like watching a movie with foreign couples of all ages around us. Next to us was a couple celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary from Texas. I spoke with a refined lady from New York in the restroom, and we were able to communicate even with my limited English conversation skills.

As a bonus, on the way back, we were so drunk that we fell asleep on the bus. The driver probably thought, "What should I do with these guys?" and woke us up to ask where we were going, then kindly dropped us off right in front of our hotel. Thank you for your help!

こちらを選びました。それと、飲み放題が、魅力でした。
アペタイザーは四種類でしたが、お昼が、遅かったので、私たちにはこれで十分でした。このうち、二種は枝豆、焼き鳥でした。後はフルーツ、ミートボール、飲みホも、スパークリングワイン、ワイン、ビール多種、ソフトドリンクで、不満はありません、
チップ付きで、このお値段です。
このコースを頼んだのは日本人は私達だけでしたから、外国に来た感が、半端なかったです。外人カップルの老若男女問わず、映画を見てるみたいでした。お隣はテキサスから来られた結婚20周年のご夫婦。トイレでお話ししたのはNYから来られた上品なご婦人。拙い英会話でもコミュニケーションとれました。
おまけなんですが、帰りのバスで、酔って爆睡してた私たち。ドライバーさんが、多分？こいつらどうしようって事でどこまで？って起こされて、ホテルの前まで送って下さいました。お世話かけました。ありがとうございました。

Around the boat, there were about three turtles that stayed with us the whole time. Thanks to the skilled guidance of the experienced staff, I was able to enjoy snorkeling with peace of mind. The lunch was also tastier than I expected. We received one group photo, but the rest are available for purchase! I want them all! (laughs)

船の周りには3頭ほどの亀が、ずっといてくれました。シュノーケリングも、慣れたスタッフさんたちの上手な誘導のおかげで安心して楽しめました。ランチも予想より美味しかったです。1枚の集合写真はもらえるけれど、あとは購入する形です！全部ほしい！笑

It was amazing to see the sea turtles up close! The turtles, accustomed to the staff, came right up to us! The hospitality of the staff, including the Japanese, was also wonderful!
