We would like to spend more time at snorkeling sessions and not 45 mins. We still have to wait people to get down into the water.

I thought it would be a bit cold, but with excitement in my heart, I dove into the sea. I was moved by the emerald green scenery. After enjoying a delicious hamburger, it was time for snorkeling! I tried fins for the first time, and while the corals and colorful fish were pleasant, the surprise and thrill of seeing a huge sea turtle emerge from behind the corals made me really glad I participated.

Lots of fun! Went at the end of March and saw some whale activity which was exciting. Service was FANTASTIC!! Everybody was really warm, friendly and engaging. 10/10 would recommend.

Good price, good location, fun crew.

Need to provide something more than meet-at-the-bathrooms-of-a-marina for mustering instructions. There were no crew/personnel at said marina bathroom well past the appointed time. The check-in process was haphazard at best, and did not instill a lot of confidence in the crew's ability/professionalism. The shuttle brining additional guests from Honolulu/Waikiki was very late and delayed our departure by more than 30 minutes (of a three hour cruise). This is obviously not the crew's fault and there is nothing they could have done about the traffic; however, the lack of communication to the guests who were there waiting could have (and should have) been much much better.

Once on the boat, the crew proved knowledgable and kind. A fun cruise that is perfectly suited for visitors staying on the west end of the island. There are similarly priced options closer to Honolulu and Waikiki without the hour-plus drive through really bad traffic.

So much fun! Would do it again! The crew was informative, easy going and made sure we were all good! Food was great! I had 2nd servings and my 6yo son had a blast! It was his first time to snorkle!

Our driver was amazing. So kind and friendly. The hike was beautiful. Definitely worth doing if you are in the area. I would do it again.

The show where you can feel the hula dance, music, and traditions of Hawaii is perfect for spending an evening during your stay. The dancers' smiles and performances are truly wonderful, and just watching them brings a sense of mindfulness.

Moreover, the performances not only feature Hawaiian music but also pay tribute to historical artists, creating an exhilarating atmosphere. There’s a chance that songs with personal significance will be played, which adds an emotional touch. The venue was quite full, and experiencing the different energy of the audience compared to Japan made it even more enjoyable.

The show ended in the blink of an eye! Although it was just the show plan, I was extremely satisfied!

ハワイのフラダンス、音楽、伝統を感じられるショーは滞在中の一夜を費やすのに最適です。ダンサーさんみんな笑顔でのパフォーマンスは本当に素敵で、見ているだけでマインドフルネス。

それに、ハワイミュージックのみならず、歴史的アーティストを真似たパフォーマンスは盛り上がりも絶頂に。思い入れのある曲が出てくる可能性もあり、今度はジンときます。
会場の席はかなり埋まっていて、日本とは違うオーディエンスのテンションを味わえるのも楽しさが増しました。

あっという間に終演でした！ショーのみのプランでしたが、大満足でした！

The show was very entertaining, all of the singers and dancers are outstanding. The food was delicious, and a lot of options to choose from. Seating was comfortable and we didn’t get wet from the rain because we were covered. All in all it was a great experience for us.

I participated in a limited-time monitor plan where the second person is free, and I only watched the show. The shows featuring Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson were incredibly lively, with impersonators that looked just like them. There were also continuous videos of the real Elvis and Michael playing in the background while the impersonators sang and danced.

Since it’s open seating, I recommend arriving about 15 minutes early to get good seats towards the front. I was seated on the aisle in the front, and during the show, Elvis came over and shook my hand!

In addition to the two shows, there were hula performances, singing, dancing, and fire dancing, all of which were impressive, especially the dancing. While hula shows can be found all over Waikiki, a show that mixes in a rock vibe with a distinctly American feel is quite rare, so I recommend it for that reason. There were overwhelmingly more international guests than Japanese, which made the atmosphere even more exciting.

I arrived early and also checked out the dining plan, and I was able to see the hula dancing up close, and the food looked quite delicious. I thought it might be nice to participate in the dining plan next time.

Finally, while passing through the hallway where the performers were, we could take photos freely, and there were staff members available to take pictures for us. My husband and I got a photo with Michael, which made for a great memory!

二人目無料の人数限定モニターで、ショーのみを見るプランに参加しました。
エルビス・プレスリーと、マイケルジャクソンのショーは、本人そっくりのものまねで、すごく盛り上がりました。エルビスとマイケルの本人たちの映像もずっと流れていて、それを見ながらのそっくりさんの歌やダンスでした。
自由席なので、オープンの15分前くらいの早めに行って、前の方の良い席を取るのがおすすめです。通路側の前の方の座席だったので、ショーの途中でエルビスが握手をしてくれました！
二人のショー以外も、フラや歌、ダンス、ファイヤーダンスに見応えがあり、特にダンスが素晴らしいです。フラのショーはワイキキのあちこちでやっていますが、THE・アメリカ！っていう感じのロックも混ざったショーはなかなかないので、そういう意味でもおすすめです。日本人より、圧倒的に海外の方のほうが多いので、盛り上がりが半端なかった。
早めに行って、食事付きのプランの食事の様子も見てみたのですが、フラの踊りも近くで見ることができて、食事もなかなか美味しそうでした。次回は食事付きに参加しても良いかも、と思いました。
最後に出演者がいる廊下を通りながら、自由に写真を取ることができ、写真を取ってくれるスタップもしっかりいるので、主人と二人でマイケルを囲んで撮ってもらい、よい記念になりました！

The staff kindly provided information on reserving spots and efficient ways to get around before entering, and even though it was our first visit with children, we had a great time.

スタッフの方が、入場前に場所取りや効率的な回り方など親切に教えてくださり、子ども連れで初めての訪問でしたが楽しく過ごせました。

The weather was cloudy, but the staff were very kind and I had a great time. I was able to see many fish and turtles.

Upon going to the sandbar for the first time, I decided to give Captain Bob's Kaneohe Bay a try. So glad I did because I had an amazing time on this cruise. All of the employees were super nice and made sure everyone felt safe & comfortable on the cruise. The sandbar was absolutely stunning! The crew set up a volleyball net which allowed for all of us to have a fun match of beach volleyball at the sandbar. Those that didn't want to participate were able to walk around the sandbar at their leisure. I enjoyed that this cruise was away from all of the other cruises and boats in the area. It was like we had our own secluded little area. The food was delicious and afterwards we cruised over to a reef area to snorkel. Along the way, the captain went slow to make sure we got a chance to see all of the sea turtles floating on the surface of the ocean. We saw so many of them! The area we snorkeled in was amazing. I saw so many different kinds of fish and several sea turtles that literally swim right next to us. I had an amazing time and photos to last a lifetime. If you are thinking about doing a cruise to the sandbar, look no further. Would absolutely go again!

I was able to see a lot of whales!
I participated around the second week of March.
I was really moved to see the spouts and tails multiple times.
On the way back, I encountered a pod of dolphins and was able to see them up close.

I didn't understand any English, but I was able to manage by mimicking others:
- Put shoes in a box before boarding
- Get drinks on the boat
(Since everyone was putting tips in the box, I did too)
- Put tips in the box when getting off

I was quite anxious because I didn't know what time or where the pickup would be, and the people I was with on the way there somehow took an Uber back.
After waiting for about 15 to 20 minutes, the pickup arrived, and I was able to return safely, but I should have confirmed it on the bus going there.

クジラたくさん観れました！
3月の2週目くらいに参加しました。
潮吹きや尾びれが何度もみれて、すごく感動しました。
帰りにはイルカの群れに遭遇して、
近くでみることができました。

英語は全く分かりませんでしたが、
・靴を箱にいれて乗船する
・ドリンクは船の中でもらえる
(みんなは箱にチップいれてたのでいれた)
・降りるとき箱にチップいれる
はみんなの真似してできたので困りませんでした。

帰りのお迎えが何時にどこへ来るか分からず、
行きで一緒だった人たちも何故かウーバーで帰って行ったのでかなり不安になりました。
15~20分くらい待っていたら、迎えが来てくれて無事帰れましたが、行きのバスで確認しておくべきでしたね。

Since it was my first time in Hawaii, I was anxious about driving a rental car, and parking fees at hotels in Hawaii are high, so I opted for a plan that included transportation to the hotel. It took about 40 minutes by car from Waikiki using the freeway, and it was reassuring to have the shuttle service, especially since I could take a nap on the way back from swimming. (It would be helpful if the average tip for drivers could be displayed in advance on Japanese reservation sites, as there are also preparations for cash.)

In the morning, our driver was Jen, who spoke Japanese and kindly gave us advice on how to enjoy the park, which made me feel at ease. Other staff members did not speak Japanese. Most of the customers were Japanese families. For those with children, this water theme park, which is not found in Japan, is definitely worth visiting as kids will surely enjoy it.

The staff members were all well-built, which gave a sense of security, as I thought they might be lifeguards. Fortunately, it wasn't crowded, so the kids were able to try their favorite slides multiple times without waiting in line and had a great time. We were able to secure a spot with an umbrella, bought food, and ate there before playing again; the time flew by.

Attractions and pools required us to be barefoot, so I was sliding around with sandals in hand, but since it wasn't a particularly sunny day, I ended up going barefoot to move around. Perhaps because it wasn't crowded, the attractions were closing alternately at certain times. It was unfortunate that the lazy river was closed for the day. However, the wave pool was fun, with big waves coming in occasionally, making it feel like we were floating in the ocean.

I was too scared of the height to try the Shaka, but my husband and kids said it was fun and went on it multiple times. Other elementary school kids were also trying it repeatedly. The Tornado was incredibly fun, and I even tried it several times. The other slides were also enjoyable as they involved riding on large inflatable rings, which added to the sense of security.

ハワイは初めてだったのでレンタカーでの運転に不安がある上、ハワイはホテルでも駐車場代が高いのでホテルまでの送迎付きプランを申し込みました。
ワイキキからフリーウェイを使って車で40分くらい、泳いだ帰りに寝ることもでき送迎が安心でした。(こういうドライバーさんへのチップの相場を日本人向け予約サイトであらかじめ表示してもらえたら迷わなくてありがたいです。お札の用意とかもあるので。)
朝のお迎えが日本語話せるジェンさんで、とても親切に園内の過ごし方のアドバイスもらえて安心しました。
中のスタッフさんは、ジェンさん以外は日本語話していませんでした。
お客さんのほとんどは日本人ファミリーでした。
お子さんのいる方は日本に無い水のテーマパークで、子どもが喜ぶこと間違いないと思うので行く価値あります。
スタッフさんたちはライフセーバーなのかなと思うような、体格よい人ばかりで安心感ありました。
運良く混んでいなかったので、子どもたちは好きなスライダーを並ぶ時間かからず何回もトライでき満喫していました。
パラソルのある席を場所取りでき、ご飯を買ってそこで食べてまた遊んで時間はあっという間でした。
アトラクションやプール内は裸足にならないといけないので手にサンダルを引っかけて滑っていましたが、日差しがあまり強く無い日だったので途中から裸足になって移動しました。
混んでいなかったためか、アトラクションを一定の時間で交互にCLOSEしていました。流れるプールは1日CLOSEで残念でした。でも波のあるプールは、時々大きな波が来て、海に浮かんでいるみたいで面白かったです。
シャカは私は高さが怖くてトライしませんでしたが、夫も子どもも楽しいと言って何回もやっていました。
他にも小学生くらいの子が何回もトライしていました。
トルネードは最高に面白く、私でも何回もトライしました。
他のスライダーも大きな浮き輪に乗って滑るので安心感があり面白かったです。

The sea was beautiful. I was able to see turtles, but given the price, I'm not sure if it was worth it. I might not go again next time.

海は綺麗でした。
カメも見れましたが、値段が値段なので相応のツアーかは？です。
次回は行かないかな。

This was our 2nd time doing the Dolphins and You Tour (we did it in 2017). Last time was amazing as we had a very calm day and saw lots of dolphins. This time it was quite rough and we did not get an opportunity to swim in the ocean with them.
We did enjoy our time anchored in the bay, where we snorkeled, kayaked and swam. Lunch was delicious and the crew was terrific.
Even despite not seeing dolphins, it was a lovely day.

I enjoyed the attractions, especially the bodyboard included in this plan. There was no shuttle service, so I went by rental car, which was inexpensive. It was nice to stop by the nearby outlet as well.

We considered spending time by the pool in Hawaii, but the attractions were enjoyable for both adults and children. We wanted to keep costs down, so we went without a shuttle and used a rental car, which was not a problem. There were also Japanese staff who were very friendly.

安くすませたくて、送迎なし、レンタカーで行きましたが問題ありません。
日本人スタッフもいて、親切でした。

It was raining heavily and cold, but I was able to see the honu! The driver who picked us up to the boat and the staff on the boat were very kind. Thanks to someone who could speak Japanese, they provided detailed guidance on points to be careful with small children and played with them in the sea, making it a truly enjoyable time! Even in the rain, we were able to see into the water, and when the honu swam by, we could see it up close! Since my children, aged 3 and 7, can't swim, we rented a special boat. Thanks to the boat, everyone was able to see the honu and was very happy! Drinks and snacks were free, which was a great service for the kids who got a little hungry!

すごーく雨が降り寒かったですが、ホヌに会うことができました！
船までの送迎の運転手の方も、船のスタッフも大変親切な方でした。日本語が話せる方がいてくださったおかげで、小さな子供への注意点なども詳しく案内してくださったり、子供と海で遊んでいただけて本当に楽しい時間でした！雨でも海の中を見ることができ、ホヌが泳いだら姿も身近で確認できました！3歳と7歳の子供は泳げないので、専用のボートを借りました。ボートのおかげでみんなホヌを見ることができて喜んでました！飲み物やスナックはフリーでしたので、小腹が空いた子供達にとっても有難いサービスでした！

We loved going out to the beautiful sandbar and getting to look back at the beautiful island!!
We saw a sea turtle on the snorkel part of the excursion and so many fish!! Thanks for a great day.

We had a wonderful time and the food was yummy! We had a blast and this cruise is totally appropriate for kids and family’s. The staff was amazing and super friendly!!!

Went here last year during the firework show 10/10

This was a great experience. The Captain was very attentive (I didn’t know how to snorkel but he took the time to try and guide me) the staff was super helpful and informative. They provided snacks and coffee. The water was beautiful and we saw lots of turtles. I would highly recommend this tour you will love it.

Amazing!!!! Great tour, including seeing multiple whale contacts.
Weather and boat were awesome, and the crew were amazing, being informative and making sure all the guests were happy and involved.
This was our second year of touring with this catamaran and even though I do not really like the water, it was fun, relaxing, and thrilling all at the same time.

Hopefully will have another one soon! Everything was great!

My 3 teen daughters and I had a great trip. Julia was a fantastic tender and our capain was so helpful all around. The BBQ was enjoyed by all. We made 3 mini stops along the way, first at the sandbar, next at a turtle watching spot and finally snorkeling where we saw 2 turtles and a ton of fish. Highly recommend!!

We loved this tour. We were able to do some sightseeing and enjoyed a full day at PCC. The drivers were great too, very knowledgeable.

We had a great day touring Oahu with Travis. We hit many scenic stops and several food stops. This was a fun way to tour the island and learn about the history and culture. I would highly recommend doing this tour.

The volcanic activity has already calmed down, allowing us to see the areas where lava has flowed and solidified. However, gas is still continuously being emitted, and we can observe that extensive volcanic activity is occurring underground from above.

It was both terrifying and moving to see from the helicopter how the lava flowed over a vast area, causing an entire village to disappear.

I received an email the day before asking me to confirm my reservation by phone, but I was participating in another tour, and when I tried to contact them, no one answered the emergency contact number. Even after leaving a message on the voicemail and sending an email, I received no response.

Moreover, despite it being clearly stated that lunch was included, when I asked the guide around noon, I was told that this tour did not include lunch, and I was even laughed at. I found out on the day that the flight times to Hawaii Island and Oahu Island were completely different, which really stressed me out.

I at least wanted lunch to be provided. For some reason, I was taken to a Japanese-owned bakery in a rural town that I had no interest in, and I wondered what the point was of being asked in advance what I wanted to eat.

The guide provided very little explanation about historical events or legends, mostly just talking about the eruptions from a few years ago. I was disappointed as the stories were only what I had already read in the news or guidebooks.

すでに火山活動は落ち着いているので、溶岩が流れて固まった後をみることができ、まだガスは継続して出続けているので、広大な範囲で火山活動が地下で起こっていることも上空から見ることができます。

ものすごく広い範囲に溶岩が流れ、村ひとつが消滅していってしまったことがヘリから見られて、恐ろしくもあり、感動でもありました。

前日にメールが来て、予約確認の連絡を電話するように書かれて来ましたが、別のツアーに参加していて連絡が遅くなると閉まっていて緊急連絡先にさえ誰も出ず。留守番電話にメッセージを残しても、メールで返事をしても向こうからの返信はありませんでした。

しかも「昼食付」としっかり書かれていたのに、１２時頃にガイドに聞くと、このツアーには昼食は付いていないと言われ、かつ、鼻で笑われました。ハワイ島に向かう飛行機の時間も、オアフ島に向かう飛行機の時間も全く違うことが当日に分かり、本当に焦りました。

せめて昼食は出してほしかったです。なぜか全く興味のない田舎町の日本人経営のパン屋に連れていかれましたが、事前に食べたいものを聞かれた意味はなんだったんでしょうか。

ガイドも歴史的なことや伝説はほとんど説明がなく、数年前の噴火の話ばかり。ニュースやガイドブックに載っていた話だけだったのでがっかりでした。
