I was really grateful that I could cancel until 5:00 PM the day before because my child was unwell. I rescheduled for another day, and when I arrived, I was asked, "Is this Mr./Ms. 〇〇?" and given my tickets, which was quite smooth. I plan to purchase from here again next time.

There is a baggage check at the entrance. Inflatable rings are not allowed, but you can rent them. You can also freely use life jackets, but there were no sizes that were too small. I brought my own arm rings.

The wave pool was stronger than anything in Japan, and both adults and children had a lot of fun. The height restrictions for the slides were quite lenient. I was clearly 1 cm short, but they didn't measure closely, so I was able to enjoy myself.

It mostly had a family-friendly atmosphere, and there are areas where small children can have fun.

The parking fee is $20, but card payments are accepted.

子供が体調を崩し、前日の17:00までならキャンセルできたのが本当にありがたかったです。そして別日にリベンジしましたが、窓口でその日は日本人の予約が少なかったのか「〇〇さん？」と聞かれチケットを渡されました。かなりスムーズでした。次回もこちらから購入しようと思います。

入口で手荷物検査あります。浮き輪持ち込みNGですが貸してもらえます。また、ライフジャケットも自由に使えますが小さすぎるサイズはなかったです。アームリングは持参しました。

波のプールは日本にはないほどの強さで大人も子供もとても楽しめました。スライダーの身長制限は甘々でした。明らかに1cmは足りなかったのですが細かく測られることもなく、楽しむことができました。

ほとんどがファミリーな印象でした。小さい子が楽しめるエリアもあります。

駐車場代は20ドルかかりますがカードOKでした。

The crew was excellent so friendly and so helpful. We had so much fun at the sand bar lunch was great. The snorkling was also a lot of fun. I would highly recommend this experience. Really enjoyed the movie trivia that our host shared with us on our way back to the dock. Thank you for a great time!

We gathered in front of the hotel early in the morning (5:45 AM) and watched the sunrise until our reservation time for Hanauma Bay (6:30 AM). This activity does not require a reservation for entry to Hanauma Bay, but you need to purchase tickets on-site, and you have to wait in line until it's time. I felt that time was a bit wasted, but I guess that's what you get for a cheap tour. One participant in the same tour kindly purchased tickets for everyone at the counter. Of course, we all lined up together.

If the tour included the ticket price, I suppose there wouldn't be any need to wait in line? I saw some people entering without waiting. Since everything was explained in English, there were some things I didn't understand. I heard there are lockers available, but I think it's better to take valuables to the beach. Someone needs to keep an eye on the bags. The snorkeling gear was cheap, and it was hard to breathe underwater. Some people mentioned it broke halfway through. The driver said if we called, he would help us... in English.

If you want to participate in the tour efficiently and with peace of mind, I think it's better to join a Hanauma Bay snorkeling tour guided by Japanese staff, even if it's a bit more expensive.

朝早くから(5時45分)ホテル前集合で、ハナウマ湾の予約時間(6時30分)まで朝日が昇るのを見てました。
このアクティビティーは、ハナウマ湾入場予約は不要なのだけど、現地でチケット購入しないといけないく、時間になるまでならんで待っていないとダメでした。
その時間がもったいなかったかな？安いツアーだからしょうがないです。
同じツアー参加者の一人が全員分のチケットをまとめて窓口で購入してくれました。もちろん全員同じかたまってならんでました。

チケット代金も入ったツアーならたぶんこの並ぶ　ということはないのかな？並ばないで入ってる人もいたので。
全部英語で説明させるのでわからないこともありました。ロッカーあるとのこと、でもビーチに貴重品はもっていった方がいいと思います。誰か一人荷物番が必要です。
シュノーケルも安物か海のなかで息がしづらいです。
途中で切れたという人もいました。電話してくれれば…と、ドライバーはいってました。英語です。
効率よく、安心してツアーに参加したいのであれば、少し高くても日本人スタッフが案内してくれるハナウマ湾シュノーケルに参加した方がいいと思います。

The sandbar was incredibly beautiful, and I was able to see sea turtles and fish. Also, it was reassuring to hear explanations in Japanese. It was a wonderful experience! I will participate again!

サンドバーはものすごくきれいで、ウミガメやお魚を見ることができました。また、日本語での説明を聞けるので安心です。すてきな体験ができました！また参加します！

We were able to enjoy ourselves thoroughly until the meeting time of 12:30 thanks to the early morning pickup. Timely service is great!
For meals, only before going down to the beach, card payments are accepted. The BIG hot dog was $11, and we were able to share it between two people. The fish is larger and there are many more varieties compared to before the pandemic!

You can encounter a landscape that is completely different from Waikiki. It's surprising that it has been a filming location for Jurassic Park and many other movies! Please go and discover the Hawaii you don't know!

It was a beautiful evening on the ocean. The sunset was hidden behind clouds but you could see the rays from the sun peaking thru. The food was flavorful and an abundance of it. With a tremendous variety to choose from.

I participated with a friend in Hawaii for the first time. We had a great time floating on the surfboards and sometimes challenging ourselves with stand-up surfing. I enjoyed my time in Hawaii after four years. Thank you, and I will participate again.

初めてのHawaiiの友人と参加しました。サーフィンボードにぷかぷか乗って、時にはスタンドアップサーフィンに挑戦して楽しい最高の時間が共有出来、四年ぶりのHawaii時間を楽しみました。ありがとうございますまた、参加します。

I participated in weather that was sunny with occasional clouds. Since the weather was relatively nice, I dreamed of seeing the sandbar I had seen in photos, but in reality, the sea was murky with low transparency due to the sand... However, I was able to go snorkeling in an area with lots of sea turtles, and the crew members were very kind. The service of spam onigiri and snacks was also greatly appreciated.

晴れときどき曇のような天気で参加。天気がわりと良かったため、写真で見ていたサンドバーを見れると夢みて参加したのですが、実際には砂で濁って透明度の低い海でした。。。
ただ、ウミガメがいっぱいいるところをシュノーケリングできたり、クルーの方々も非常に優しく、スパムおにぎりやお菓子のサービスなどは非常に有難かったです。

Eight years ago, my daughter, who was in elementary school, said she wanted to see it again, so we participated. Unlike last time, we had a buffet meal before the show started. I think the content of the show was almost the same as before. We enjoyed the look-alike show, hula, and fireman show, among other things.

8年前に小学生だった娘がまた見たいと言うので、参加しました、前回と違いショーが始まる前にビュッフェでお食事、ショーの内容は前回とほぼ同じような感じだったと思います。そっくりさんショーとフラやファイアーマンショーなど楽しめました。

I booked for the early morning time slot in late August. The shuttle bus was fine for everyone to wear light clothing, like swimsuits and rash guards. After arriving at the boat, we moved a little further to reach the sandbar, where we first had a short snorkeling session for those who wanted to participate. We were able to see turtles.

After that, we had free time to walk around or rent things like stand-up paddleboards, and everyone enjoyed taking photos. On the boat, each person received one spam onigiri, and there were no limits on potato chips and various cold and hot drinks, which we could eat and drink at our leisure.

Since it was a bit cloudy that day, the sea temperature was low, and my body felt cold, so the cocoa was really delicious and appreciated. I think the sea varies depending on the weather and time, but honestly, Waikiki Beach is prettier. However, the staff were all nice and fun, and overall it was a really enjoyable experience, so I definitely recommend trying it at least once!

8月下旬朝イチの時間帯で申し込みました。
送迎のバスはみんな水着にラッシュガードを羽織った感じの軽装で大丈夫です。
船場に到着してからまた少し移動して、サンドバーに到着してからまずは希望者のみで少しの距離をシュノーケリング。亀が見れました。
その後は自由時間で歩くのも良し、SAPなどを借りてやるのも良しという感じで、みんな写真を撮りながら楽しみました。
船には一人一個スパムおにぎりと、個数制限なしのポテトチップスや冷たい飲み物、暖かい飲み物が色々用意されており、好きなタイミングで食べ飲みできます。
この日は少し曇り気味だったこともあり海の温度が低く、身体が冷えていたためココアなどがすごく美味しくありがたかったです。
海は天候や時間によると思いますが写真のような感じではなく、正直ワイキキビーチの方が綺麗だな〜という感じでした。
でも、スタッフの皆さん良い人で面白くて、全体的にすごく楽しかったので是非一度経験されることをおすすめします！

I participated in late March. As the title suggests, I wasn't able to see any whales, but the cruise ship was very nice, and it was a valuable experience to see Waikiki and Diamond Head from the boat. I was offered a coupon due to not seeing any whales, but since my stay in Hawaii was short, I declined. If I had been able to see whales, it would definitely have been a five-star experience.

3月下旬に参加しました。タイトルのとおり、クジラを見ることはできませんでしたが、クルーズ船はとても良かったですし、船からワイキキやダイアモンドヘッドを見ることができたのは貴重な経験でした。クジラを見ることができなかったことで、クーポンをいただく提案も受けましたが、ハワイの滞在は短かったので、お断りしました。
もしクジラを見ることが出来たら、間違いなく☆5つです。

Me and my family LOVED this tour. For the price you pay you get A LOT of BEAUTIFUL VIEWS and excellent service from the staff. I like that the beach is keeping as a secret and is not crowded at all. Also, the activities are phenomenal

I thought the island would rise up and I could walk on it, but the water is up to my chest. There are many more tropical fish for snorkeling at Hanauma Bay. There is only one Japanese interpreter, and they are not on the boat. For a tour that costs that much, this is disappointing. It's better not to have high expectations.

島️が浮き上がって、歩けるのかと思いきや、胸くらいまで水がある。シュノーケルもハナウマ湾のほうが熱帯魚はたくさんいます。日本語通訳は一人だけで船上はいません。あれだけの金額のツアーでこれ？って感じです。あまり期待しないほうがいいです。

I was thrilled just to encounter a pod of dolphins up close, and then a dolphin jumped right in front of me, not once but twice! *^O^* Then a flying fish leaped out of the water and glided by! The three crew members were all friendly, kind, and delightful, making it the best two-hour sunset sailing experience! I want to participate every time I visit Oahu.

間近でイルカの群れに遭遇しただけでも感激なのに、目の前でイルカがジャンプしました、2回も *^O^* そして目の前をトビウオが水上に飛び出し滑空！クルー3名の方々は皆さん気さくで親切で愉快で、最高のサンセットセーリング2時間でした！毎年オアフ島を訪れる度に参加したいと思ってます。

When I arrived at the restaurant at the reserved time, I was shown to my seat. Since cars were passing right next to the outdoor seating, I asked to be moved to an indoor table. I was informed that I could change the menu for an additional fee, so I switched my pasta to porcini risotto. The balsamic sauce felt a bit too strong and sweet. The meat was cooked well, but I thought it was a bit too salty. It seemed like they were trying to turn tables within an hour, which created a somewhat unsettling atmosphere.

予約の時間に店に着くと、席に案内されました。外の席ですぐ横をを車が通るので、中の席に替えてもらいました。追加料金でメニューを変更出来るとの事で、パスタをポルチーニリゾットに変更。
少しバルサミコソースが強く甘く感じました。肉は焼き具合は良かったのですが、塩が効き過ぎと、思いました。一時間で回転させてる様で、少し落ち着けない雰囲気でした。

The friendly service and, of course, the taste were at a high level. I added $25 to the pre-reserved menu to change the pasta to risotto. Additionally, I added another $25 to have foie gras on top of the steak. The flavors from the appetizer to the dessert exceeded my expectations. If I go to Hawaii again, I would like to repeat this experience.

フレンドリーなサービスも、もちろん味もハイレベルでした。
事前に予約していたメニューに$25プラスしてパスタをリゾットに。
さらにもう＄25プラスして、ステーキの上にフォアグラを載せていただきました。前菜からデザートまで期待以上のお味でした。
またハワイへ行くことがあれば、リピートしたいと思います。

I was worried because the online reservation couldn't be completed due to an app malfunction, but the staff on-site were very kind and helpful. The staff on the boat were also Japanese, and although we were the only ones, they were considerate and we had a great time.

オンライン予約が、アプリの不具合で完結しない状態で心配していましたが、現地にいたスタッフの方が親切に対応して頂きました。
船上のスタッフの方も日本人が、私たちだけでしたが、きをつかって頂き楽しい時間を過ごせました。

After spending several days planning our schedule for our stay in Hawaii, this Dolphin & You tour was the highlight event for us!!

With the favorable exchange rate, I was hesitant about the photo option, but adding it turned out to be a great decision! Our Japanese guide AYA took wonderful photos for us! ☺︎

All the other staff members also entertained us, and we were able to see a pod of dolphins, which made us extremely satisfied!!!!

It was an early morning pickup, but the van was full. The entrance fee for Hanauma Bay is collected in cash inside the car, so it's a good idea to bring exact change. The driver will say various things in English, but as long as you can understand what time you need to be back at the car, you can just let the rest go. At Hanauma Bay, there is a place on the beach where you can rent fins and other equipment, and you can also rent lockers there. However, it's not a self-service system; you have to give your items to the staff, and when you want to retrieve them, you hand over the key.

早朝ピックアップでしたが、バンは満席でした。ハナウマ湾の入場料は車の中で現金で集められるため、お釣りがないように持って行くといいです。ドライバーが英語で色々言いますが、とにかく何時までに車に戻っていればいいか、聞き取れればあとは適当に流しておけば大丈夫です。ハナウマ湾には、ビーチにフィンなどレンタル品を借りる場所があり、そこでロッカーも借りれますが、自分で出し入れする式ではなく、物をスタッフに預けて取り出したい時に鍵を渡す式です。

We participated with our family of four, including two children in first and second grade! We thought we would have to go far to see wild dolphins, but we encountered them right along the coast as soon as we left the harbor. I was worried about seasickness and took some Travelmin beforehand, but there were no waves, so it wasn't necessary after all. I guess it depends on the weather.

Since our two children are naturally a bit timid, they quickly gave up on snorkeling as expected, but they had plenty of fun with the waterslide, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding! Our guide, Aya, and the photographer (I forgot their name) were very friendly and easy to interact with, and I'm glad we asked them for photos.

小学1年2年の子供2人、家族4人で参加してきました！
野生のイルカは遠くまで探しにいくと思ったら、ハーバーを出てすぐの沿岸で出会うことができました。船酔いを心配してあらかじめトラベルミンを飲みましたが、波のうねりなども無く、飲む必要はなかったです。天気にもよるのでしょうが。
子供2人は元々怖がりのため予想通りシュノーケルはすぐ諦めざるをえませんでしたが、ウォータースライダー、カヤック、SUPなどで十分楽しんでくれました！
ガイドのAyaさんやカメラマンの方（名前忘れちゃいました）はとってもフレンドリーで接しやすく、写真もお願いして良かったです。

I love Jurassic Park, so I was interested in this place. At the meeting point, Twin Fin Waikiki, I got flustered when they said my name wasn't on the list, but it seemed to be just an oversight.

The meeting point is easy to find, and since there are many buses stopping there, I think it's better to wait on the road. We arrived almost on schedule, and they provided guidance in Japanese for about half of the group, which was easy to understand.

For each tour, they tell you how many minutes before to arrive at the meeting point, but generally, they leave around that time, so I feel it's better to be there 5 to 10 minutes early. The meeting point is easy to find.

Lunch is a buffet. Even if you haven't ordered the buffet, there are places to eat. There is also a designated smoking area, which is reassuring for smokers. Actually, since there is quite a bit of waiting time, having a smoking area is helpful.

During the location tour, we get off the bus twice, but the rest is from the vehicle. The guide takes pictures of you being attacked by dinosaurs in front of the Jurassic Park sign. After that, we leave from the dock, which was also a filming location for Lost, and board a boat.

We cross over Moiliili Pond to get to the ocean, so there is a transfer along the way. Once we are out at sea, if you're at the front, you get splashed with water when the boat bounces. I think it was intentional, but it was exciting.

Since we had some time, I also rode on the boat, but I wonder if just the location tour would have been enough? If you love movies and have the time, I recommend it.

ジュラシックパークが好きなので、興味があった場所です。
集合場所のツインフィンワイキキで、名前を伝えると、リストに無いとか言われて焦りましたが、ただの見逃しのようです。

集合場所も、バスが多く止まっているので、車道に出て待っていた方良いと思います。
ほぼスケジュール通り到着すると、約半数の日本人向けに日本語でガイダンスをしてくれます。
分かり易い。
ツアー毎に各集合場所に、何分前にと言われますが、大体がその時間には出発していたので、集合時間の5分から10分前には集合場所にいた方が良い気がします。
ただ、集合場所は分かり易いです。
昼食はビュッフェになります。
ビュッフェを頼んでいない場合も、食べられる場所があります。
喫煙所もしっかりあるので、喫煙者にも安心です。
と言うか、待ち時間が結構あるので、喫煙場所があって助かります。
ロケ地巡りツアーでは、2回下車しますが、あとは車上から。
ジュラシックパークの看板前で、恐竜に襲われる写真をガイドの方が撮ってくれます。
その後、ロストの撮影場所にもなった船着場から出て、ボートに乗ります。
モイリー池を越えて海に出るので、途中乗り換えあり。
海に出て、先頭に載っていると、バウンドした時に下から潮をかぶります。
ワザとだとは思いますが、盛り上がってました。
時間があったので、ボートにも乗りましたが、ロケ地巡りツアーだけでも良かったかな？
映画が好きで、時間があるようなら、おすすめです。

After seeing off my parents and beloved dog, I returned to Hawaii for the first time in 10 years. I wanted to participate in this tour to enjoy snorkeling, which my active father loved. The crew mentioned, "You all are very lucky because the weather wasn't good until yesterday!" and we were indeed able to see the beautifully clear blue beach, which was amazing!

We found a net in the water and started playing volleyball with a friend, and soon Americans joined us. They cheered us on with "NICE!" when we did well and "Nice try!" when we made mistakes, allowing us to share a fun time together.

As a side note... it was fascinating how, just a few minutes after meeting each other without knowing names, we could all chase the same ball and celebrate together as a team, regardless of age or nationality. It made me wonder why wars happen.

After playing in the beautiful sea, the captain grilled delicious hamburgers for us! Thank you for the treat. A cute Japanese crew member (sorry, I forgot her name) provided very polite explanations, which made it easy to enjoy the experience. Thank you! I would love to participate again if the opportunity arises.

両親と愛犬を見送り、10年ぶりのハワイ。
アクティブな父が大好きだったシュノーケリングをぜひ・・・と思い、このツアーに参加しました。
「前日までお天気が良くなかったから、みなさんはとてもラッキーですよ！」とクルーの方がおっしゃっていましたが、本当に透き通るような青くきれいなビーチを見ることができ、最高でした！
海水の中に張られたネットを見つけ、友人とふたりでバレーボールを始めたら、すぐにアメリカ人の人たちが参加。
うまくいったらNICE！　ミスをしたらNice try !　と声をかけてくれ、楽しい時間を共有できました。
余談ですが・・・
初めて会う、お互い名前も知らない人同士が、たった数分後にはひとつのボールを追いかけて年齢や国籍に関係なくチームとして共に喜び、称えあう・・・こんなことができるのに、なぜ戦争は起こるのだろう・・・と思ってしまいました。

美しい海でさんざん遊んだ後は、キャプテンが美味しいハンバーガーを焼いてくれました！ごちそうさまでした。
日本人クルーのかわいい女性（名前忘れてごめんなさい）、とても丁寧な説明で安心して楽しむことができました。ありがとう！
また機会があれば参加したいと思います。

An awesome day out and we were well looked after by the all-wahine crew! They were knowledgeable and friendly and ensured the safety of all on board, will recommend to family and friends! We enjoyed the whole experience from volleyball to turtle watching and snorkelling the reef, also very safe for my 11 year old

Star of Honolulu Sunset Cruise was amazing! My group had an awesome time, food was delicious, show was amazing as well. I was hoping for an actual Luau with the fire show. The service was great, very welcoming. Highly recommended!

I initially thought it would be an ordinary show since it started with hula dancing, but I enjoyed the diverse content, including impersonators of Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson, fire attractions, and aerial descents reminiscent of Cirque du Soleil. The theater also had a retro feel, creating a nice atmosphere.

After the show, the dancers from the Elvis and fire attraction were waiting near the exit, and I was pleased with the hospitality as they were willing to take commemorative photos. In the U.S., where prices are high, I appreciate it when shows like this offer discounted tickets.

フラダンスから始まったので、最初は凡庸なショーかなと思っていましたが、エルビスプレスリーとマイケルジャクソンのそっくりさんのショーや、ファイヤーアトラクションやシルクドソレイユを思わせる空中からの人の降下など、多彩な内容で楽しめました。劇場もレトロ感があり、良い雰囲気でした。
ショーが終わった後、エルビスとファイヤーアトラクションのダンサーが出口付近に待機しており、記念写真の撮影に応じてくれるなど、おもてなし感にも満足しました。米国は物価が高く、今回のショーのように、値引き販売してくれると、うれしいです。

If you're going to board, it's best to do so on a Friday when the Hilton fireworks are held. The fireworks themselves last about 5 minutes, but the combination of the night view of Waikiki and the fireworks from the sea is breathtaking.
Unfortunately, the sunset was not very impressive due to the clouds. I guess that's just luck...
However, the dinner was extremely delicious.
Also, the live performance was great.
I had previously boarded a 3 Star cruise, but I think I will only choose 5 Star in the future.
While it is more expensive compared to 3 Star, you should definitely go for 5 Star.

乗船するなら、ヒルトンの花火が行われる金曜です。花火自体は5分程度ですが、海上からワイキキの夜景と花火のコラボは絶景です。
サンセットは雲があり、感動する感じではなかったのが残念でした。こればかりは運かと…。
でも、ディナーが非常に美味しかったです。
また、生演奏がよかった。
以前に3スターに乗船したことありましたが、今後は5スターしか選ばないと思います。
3スターに比べれば値は張りますが、5スターにすべきです。

First time on Captain Bob’s we will definitely come back again!! Great crew, the scenery and water was beautiful we had so much fun!!

The attractions were great. I was glad to have reserved a cabana, but I couldn't place food orders from my phone using the QR code. The cabana was a bit pricey, but it was worth it.

カバナを予約して良かったが、フードのオーダーはQRコードで行うのに携帯からオーダー出来なかった。カバナは少し高いがあって良かった。

It was a lovely experience! Crew was amazing and entertainment was fun. Food was also very good. Only issue I had was I ordered 2 Mai tias. One alcoholic ,one non alcoholic and they charged me same price for each…$10 a piece. I do not think a drink that only contained fruit juice and no alcohol should have been the same price.
Other then that, it was a beautiful cruise
